University of Oklahoma removes professor for alleged discrimination related to TA who gave Christian student Zero

Nothing says "higher education" quite like a university tripping over itself to prove that tolerance is a one-way street, especially when it involves pronouns, protests, and a healthy dose of biblical truth-telling.

The University of Oklahoma is having a rough go of it lately, and it's the kind of mess that makes you wonder if the admins are secretly auditioning for a reality show called "Woke Campus Meltdowns."

It all kicked off when teaching assistant William "Mel" Curth, a dude, who, naturally, uses she/they pronouns, decided to grade a zero on junior Samantha Fulnecky's essay in a lifespan development class. The assignment was to read a scholarly paper on gender norms among middle schoolers and write a response.

Fulnecky, being a Christian and whose pronouns didn't insult the English language, responded by supporting those norms and quoting the Bible. She argued that God made men and women, and that gender norms aren't just "stereotypes." Her essay included gems like: "Society [is] pushing the lie that there are multiple genders and everyone should be whatever they want to be is demonic and severely harms American youth," the essay said. "I do not want kids to be teased or bullied in school. However, pushing the lie that everyone has their own truth and everyone can do whatever they want and be whoever they want is not biblical whatsoever."

Curth wasn't having it. Zero out of 25. He--oops, I mean she, insisted the paper lacked empirical evidence (even though that wasn't in the rubric) and lectured: "Please note that I am not deducting points because you have certain beliefs, but instead I am deducting point [sic] for you posting a reaction paper that does not answer the questions for this assignment, contradicts itself, heavily uses personal ideology over empirical evidence in a scientific class, and is at times offensive," Curth's offensive response said.

"You may personally disagree with this, but that doesn't change the fact that every major psychological, medical, pediatric, and psychiatric association in the United States acknowledges that, biologically and psychologically, sex and gender is neither binary nor fixed," Mr. Curth continued.

"I was asked to read an article and give my opinion on the article, and the article was about gender binary and mental health and gender stereotypes, specifically in children, because it's a lifespan development class," Fulnecky, who was shocked by the zero grade, told Fox News Digital. "So I was asked to give my opinion and my reaction to the paper."

"So I did this assignment the same as I would any other in that class, gave my opinion on gender binary and gender stereotypes and that, naturally my views are from the Bible and my Christian kind of worldview," she said. "And so that's what I wrote about and I didn't think anything of it."

Curth got yanked from the classroom and put on administrative leave. But the fun didn't stop there.

Fast-forward to a protest demanding Curth's reinstatement. An assistant teaching professor, identified as Kelli Alvarez, offered excused absences to students who wanted to join the pro-Curth protest.

Turning Point USA chapter president Kalib Magana asked for the same deal to counter-protest. Nope. Alvarez reportedly said no unless he could rustle up a "documented group [of counter-protesters]."

Turning Point obviously wasn't thrilled: "Kalib should not be marked absent for showing up as a counter-protester while those in favor are excused. That is discriminatory," the Turning Point post said. "The professor expected Kalib to organize an entire counter-protest with people confirming they would attend, instead of allowing him to show up on his own like everyone else. His freedom of speech and his ability to receive an excused absence were made dependent on others agreeing to participate in his counter-protest and share his beliefs. This is incredibly anti-free speech and discriminatory toward an opposing viewpoint."

The university swung into action faster than you can say "viewpoint discrimination." In a Friday evening social media statement: "On Wednesday, a lecturer allegedly demonstrated viewpoint discrimination by excusing students who intended to miss class to attend a protest on campus, but not extending the same benefit to students who intended to miss class to express a counter-viewpoint," the University of Oklahoma said in a statement posted on social media.

A director jumped in, emailing students that the lecturer's actions were "inappropriate and wrong," and that classrooms are for teaching how to think, not what to think. 

"The Director further stated that any student, regardless of viewpoint, would be excused if absent from class today to attend the protest without penalty, and that the lecturer had been replaced, effective immediately, for the remainder of the semester," the school said, adding that it unequivocally supports the director's decision to remove the so called professor.

Alvarez got replaced and slapped on administrative leave pending investigation. The university wrapped it up with:

"Classroom instructors have a special obligation to ensure that the classroom is never used to grant preferential treatment based on personal political beliefs, nor to pressure students to adopt particular political or ideological views," the school's statement finished.

Look, folks, this is peak academia in 2025: Grade a Christian student's biblical take harshly? You're out. Excuse absences only for the "right" kind of protest? You're really out. The University of Oklahoma just delivered a master class in how quickly things flip when the bias gets too obvious even for the ivory tower.

Curth is still on leave. Alvarez didn't respond to comments. And somewhere, common sense is quietly cheering from the sidelines.

Germany: Religious statues desecrated, Baby Jesus beheaded, Mary's hand cut off

Unknown people have massively damaged a figure of the Virgin Mary in the Saarbrücken Basilica of St. John. One of Mary’s hands was severed and the head of the baby Jesus in her arms was broken off, the police in Saarbrücken said on Wednesday. The police are investigating property damage. It is assumed that the perpetrator or perpetrators committed the crime on Monday.

Saarbrücken – In addition, two large candles were destroyed and there was damage to the altar due to a cigarette being stubbed out. According to police, the broken head of the baby Jesus statue and the damaged hand were found near the Mary statue. The “Saarbrücker Zeitung” had previously reported on it.

The cantor of the basilica, Bernhard Leonardy, wrote in a Facebook post: “The figure of Mary was badly damaged, the head of the baby Jesus was cut off.” He was “completely shocked at how people come up with such thoughts,” he told the dpa news agency. “This is not normal vandalism, but also has a very special symbolic meaning.”

No cries of "Allahu akbar!" were heard, so we have no idea how this could have happened.

Many were horrified in comments on the post: “Unbelievable …”, “That leaves me speechless!” or “Who does something like that? I can’t understand that!” it says, for example.

Hmmmm . . . who could have done such an anti-Christian act?

According to Leonardy, these are original figures from the 18th century that stand in a side altar in the basilica. “We have tried to always be an open-door church in the basilica. With concerts and other things. Anyone can light a candle in this church.” The reaction shouldn’t be: “We’re closing everything down, we’re isolating ourselves.”

Kansas teacher holds the moral high-ground against school district: wins bigly

A retired teacher from Kansas won a lawsuit against the Geary County school district after they tried to force her to go against her own moral code by deceiving parents about their child's gender identity. Pamela Ricard, 58, is now $95,000 richer because she stood on her principles and morals and didn't go along with the board.

Ricard argued that Colorado school administrators demanded she use students' preferred gender pronouns in classrooms, but avoid those pronouns when speaking to the parents in question. She sued, arguing that such deception goes against her Christian beliefs.

The district, composed of woke Marxists, agreed to settle on Wednesday, and Ricard and her attorneys at the Alliance Defending Freedom withdrew the lawsuit.

"No school district should ever force teachers to willfully deceive parents or engage in any speech that violates their deeply held religious beliefs," ADF Senior Counsel Tyson Langhofer said in a statement.

Also, lying sucks and diminishes the character of the liar.

"We’re pleased to settle this case favorably on behalf of Pam, and we hope that it will encourage school districts across the country to support the constitutionally protected freedom of teachers to teach and communicate honestly with both children and parents," the statement read.

Administrators at Fort Riley Middle School reprimanded and suspended Ms. Ricard in 2021 after she referred to a transgender student by the student's legal name and pronouns because she knows the difference between a boy and a girl and knows gender confusion when she sees it.

Although the school reprimanded her for using the correct pronoun and legal name of a student, they demanded she use the correct pronoun and legal name of the student when interacting with parents, according to the ADF.

"The Geary County School District unsuccessfully tried to convince a federal court that a teacher should completely avoid using a child’s name during a parent-teacher conference in order to hide new names and genders being used by the school for a child in a classroom," ADF Attorney Joshua Ney said. "Absurdity and deception has its limits, especially in federal court. I’m glad the case clarifies the financial stakes for school boards if they attempt to force teachers to lie to parents about their students."

Ricard retired from her teaching job in May. The district school board rescinded its policy of deceiving parents soon after Ricard filed her lawsuit but in spite of this, they still suck.

Grad student sues her college after receiving "no contact" orders

A Christian graduate student at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville allegedly issued three no-contact orders against her for expressing her conservative political opinions. [H/T Fox News]

She is suing the school administration and staff in the art therapy program.

“I was alarmed when I had received three no-contact orders that prevented me from having direct or indirect communication with these three students,” Art therapy student Maggie Dejong said Friday on “Fox & Friends First.”

“Essentially, they were restraining orders that applied to on and off-campus,” Dejong explained, and if true, seems to go beyond the purview of the institution.

No-contact orders and no-communication orders are the way the University restricts students by preventing them to even attempt communicating with other students either directly or indirectly. You might say it's a violation of the First Amendment, but then they would have to kill you, or something.

These restrictions are designed to be used in Title IX cases involving sexual harassment or misconduct. In Dejong's case, it's apparently being abused, as is she.

Near the end of last year of her three-year graduate degree program, the University's director for Equal Opportunity, Access and Title IX Coordination, Jamie Ball, imposed three no-contact orders after three snowflakes were upset with Dejong's political convictions. They evidently felt scared to walk outside their safe areas where people with different opinions, backed up with facts and logic, make them feel threatened and in danger of losing their opinions based on their deeply entrenched feelings.

Ball informed Dejong about the orders’ issuances in a series of emails on February 10, according to a copy of the original lawsuit shared on conservative legal advocacy group Alliance Defending Freedom’s website. You need to read the legal complaint--it's clear and beautifully written. It even points out that two of the students who somehow felt harmed by Dejong, are practicing witches.

The no-contact orders were rescinded on February 28 after Dejong sent an attorney letter to the school, but they were once again imposed the following month.

The Title IX coordination director, Jamie Ball, warned Dejong that she was ordered to have “no contact” or no “indirect communications” with the three students and that if she disregarded the no-contact orders, she could face repercussions, the lawsuit stated.

Ashley Strohmier, Dejong’s lawyer and ADF senior counsel Tyson Langhoffer told Fox News that the University issued the orders even though she “never violated any university policy.” This is also included in the complaint.

Potty-mouth "journalist" wants to murder Christians and anti-maskers

Chuck Norris wannabe and left-wing "journalist" Herr Kurt Eichenwald went homicidal on New Year's Eve as he wished "pain and misery" on Republicans. The tough guy ranted that he wants to find an "anti-masker" and "beat them to death." He used the word 'them' because he's leaving room for a relatively weak woman.

Eichenwald also attacked alleged "anti-mask" "FU**ING Christians" who preen about God saving [them] from COVID," and speaking for Christ said that it was these Christians who "Jesus condemns."

Imagine a person speaking on behalf of Jesus Christ with the hatred he spews and pretending he is better than thou.

“I have so much hate in my heart tonight. My sister, widowed by COVID, has Covid because of antimaskers,” he wrote on Thursday, without evidence of the cause. 

“About 4,000 died today; GOP says nothing. [Republican Sen. Josh Hawley] & his ilk are working to harm America. I wish them & their loved ones all the pain & misery they inflicted on this country.”

Amen, Eichenwald, you Christian epidemiologist you.

Then he tweeted again but the post was  removed from Twitter for violating its terms of service. Had he wished death on President Trump, perhaps Twitter would have let it slide.

Eichenwald wrote: “It’s at a moment like this that I want to find an anti-masker and beat them to death. Since they believe they have the right to kill others, they have surrendered any right to object. #CategoricalImperative.”

Anti-maskers do not believe they have the right to kill others. They see mandated mask-wearing as an infringement of their freedom. I don't agree with them, especially if they're in a confined area such as an elevator or small store where one cannot maintain enough physical distancing to keep others safe.

But Eichenwald is an idiot for thinking people who go without masks do so in order to kill others.

I feel badly for Eichenwald's loss in his family, but he apparently lacks the ability to differentiate intent and malice with ignorance. And he is no better than people who harbor malice with intent. 

He is an angry, possibly mentally ill person for these murderous thoughts.

In another post, Eichenwald said he does not “care” if folks’ children are left orphans if those people don’t take the COVID precautions he would like them to take.

“If someone is willing to leave the children of innocents without parents, I don’t care if their own kids are orphans. Reap what they sew [sic]. It shouldn’t just be the innocent that suffer,” he said, confusing 'sew' with 'sow'.

Chick-fil-A CEO okay with burning down of Wendy's: 'Repent'

Christian rapper Lecrae and Pastor Louie Giglio had a sit-down talk with Dan Cathy, the CEO of Chick-fil-A, the Christian-owned chicken chain of restaurants across the USA. 

In an attempt to virtue-signal and prove that he is not a racist, Cathy beseeched white people [that is, people with a melanin deficit] to repent for being white and therefore racist, whether they know it or not. He even went so far as to justify rioting, looting and torching a competitor, Wendy's, in Atlanta, Georgia, following what appears to be a "good shoot" of Rayshard Brooks, [a man with more melanin than white folks] on Friday.

“We as caucasians, until we’re willing to just pick up the baton and fight for our black, African-American brothers and sisters, which they are as one human race, we’re shameful,” Cathy said, according to BuckSexton.com. “We’re just adding to it.”

Evidently, Cathy's knowledge about the Civil War, in which tens of thousands of white Americans died fighting southern Democrats who wanted slavery to continue in this country, is scant.

“Our silence is so huge at this time,” he ignorantly claimed as he tried to channel the leftist's balderdash that 'silence is violence.'

“We cannot be silent," he bloviated. "Somebody has to fight and God has so blessed our city, but it’s shameful how we let things get so out of whack.”

Then, before quite literally polishing the shoes of Lecrae, whose skin color is black due to a generous quantity of melanin, Cathy added that white Christians [those of us less graced with an abundance of melanin] should have a “sense of shame” and an “apologetic heart.”

He wants white people, in effect, to apologize for being white, an immutable quality, for something we didn't do, to people who we didn't do it to. It sounds like he wants us all to buy his chicken.

“Any expressions of a contrite heart, of a sense of humility, a sense of shame, a sense of embarrassment … an apologetic heart,” he said, “I think that’s what our world needs to hear today.”

I am humble in my relationship with G_d; I am not ashamed for something I not only did not do but abhor when someone else does it; and I am not embarrassed for being white, decent and generally okay. Screw anyone who thinks I owe them that.

Cathy seemingly tried to justify the incineration of an Atlanta Wendy's restaurant on Friday. He cited black people's "incredible amounts of frustration and pain” that “white people” are “simply just out-of-sight, out-of-mind oblivious to.”

“I think, before we try to jump into action, I would say that we need a period of contrition, and a broken heart in the city of Atlanta,” Cathy claimed. “And a sense of real identity, not just criticizing people that are burning down that restaurant last night. We’ve got a heart for the Rayshard Brooks and others that you’ve [Lecrae] mentioned, we’ve gotta have a sense of empathy of what led to this. This is a tip of the iceberg of incredible amounts of frustration and pain that the whole spectrum of the African American community [is feeling] … that most of us white people are simply just out-of-sight, out-of-mind oblivious to. We cannot let this moment pass.”

I call bull crap on Cathy.

The black people I know, and the brown person I'm married to, do not see themselves as victims of white people. Most see themselves as responsible for their own lives and decisions they made along the way.

And the biggest problem in our country today regarding race, is less about racism and more about growing up in a fatherless home and/or having kids before finishing school, which is part and parcel of the same problem emanating from one's home life.

Cathy also said that “a dozen Chick-fil-A restaurants have been vandalized in the last week,” while urging “white people” to feel the “pain” of the rioters [as they cheerfully made off with TVs, SmartPhones and whatever they could carry as the looted stores burned].

Last year, Chick-fil-A announced that they would no longer donate to Christian-based charities wrongfully labeled "anti-LGBT" by leftists, as reported by The Daily Wire.

In an attempt to be woke, the chicken chain decided to make changes to the charities it donated to, because those Christian-based charities view any sexual behavior deemed as sinful in the Bible, as sinful. They do not hate the sinner, they hate the sin, and Dan Cathy knows this.

But in spite of the company's announcement last year, GLAAD, an LGBTQ group still blasted Chick-fil-A as being anti-LGBTQ, proving that once they come to cancel you, no amount of groveling will get you back in their "good graces," [which is an oxymoron].

Nancy and her dentures slam Trump as 'immoral, yadda, yadda'

House Speaker Nancy "Dancing Dentures" Pelosi (D-CA) has made serious accusations where, if she put her money where her mouth is, her dentures might turn green.

Pelosi, apparently a devout atheist, is calling out the Trump administration over the implications of a new rule shielding health care providers who refuse service on religious grounds.

Pelosi is miffed with the implications of the expanded so-called "conscience rule" which increases the ability of medical providers to refuse care to patients over religious objections.

For example, Christian and Jewish physicians who are tasked to kill a baby in a mother's womb may now refuse to do so on religious grounds. It may be unfair to the mother, but it's totally fair to the baby, who cannot plead for mercy nor suggest their mother try a different approach, like adoption, for example.

But the bill is viewed by critics as a way to legally discriminate specifically against members who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer and gender confused, not to mention the myriad other sexual identities that come in more varieties than Heinz products.

In a Thursday statement, Pelosi severely criticized the move, describing it as an attack on LGBTQ Americans.

“These bigoted rules are immoral, deeply discriminatory and downright deadly, green-lighting open discrimination in health care against LGTBQ Americans and directly threatening the well-being of millions,” Pelosi said. “Make no mistake: this is an open license to discriminate against Americans who already face serious, systemic discrimination.”

Pelosi characterized the move as yet another step in a “cruel campaign” by the Trump administration to systemically chip away at civil rights protections for vulnerable Americans:

“Since Day One, this Administration has waged a cruel campaign of intolerance and discrimination targeting the civil rights of our most vulnerable communities." [While many thought she meant babies in the womb, she actually meant people with sexual proclivities other than those of the statistical norm.] "House Democrats fully, flatly reject these attacks on LGBTQ Americans and on the rights of all Americans to get the health care they need and will fight these hateful actions.”

Lambda Legal, a group that provides legal services for the LGBTQ community, strongly condemned the move as “nothing more or less than a government-sanctioned attack on LGBTQ people and on women seeking reproductive health care.” By reproductive health care Lambda meant infanticide.

So if a Christian surgeon, for example, refuses to perform say, an orchiectomy, [the surgical removal of a man's testicles] the surgeon has the right to refuse and thus have a surgeon who agrees to cut of the guy's balls do the procedure and perhaps even provide Cory Booker with an actual set for himself. It can be his "Spartacus Moment."

“This Denial of Care Rule [aka a rule allowing a physician his or her Constitutional right not to be forced into performing a service he or she views as immoral or sinful] protects that discrimination and gives it a governmental blessing,” Lambda Legal Interim CEO Richard Burns said. “HHS should be in the business of making sure people get the health care they need, not trying to grant health care workers and institutions permission to turn people away.”

The conscience rule doesn't prevent anyone from getting the healthcare they request, or even stop them from killing their unborn child, but it gives the person who finds such procedures as unconscionable the right to refuse and thus allow someone else to do it instead.

Proponents of the move argue that it protects religious liberty for health care providers, but the only reason they say this is because it's true.

In a press release, the Department of Health and Human Services said the new rule “fulfills President Trump’s promise to promote and protect the fundamental and unalienable rights of conscience and religious liberty, a promise he made when he signed an executive order in May 2017 protecting religious liberty.”

Liberals, aka progressives; aka leftists; aka socialists don't give a fig about anyone's religious liberty.

LGBTQ attacks Chick-fil-A being served at White House

Women who like to engage in sex with women, men who like to do the same with men, folks who don't concern themselves with the gender of person with whom they engage in sex, people who are deluded into thinking they are not the gender their junk tells them they are, and just plain queers, denounced President Trump for serving chicken to a college football team at the White House on Monday.

But to be clear, it wasn't just chicken, it was anti-LGBTQ chicken. Flightless birds who gave their all to protest the sexual proclivities of heathens they abhor. It was Chick-fil-A chicken--the chicken of the right--which might explain why it tastes so good.

The LGBTQ  community doesn't like Chick-fil-A because the owner of the chain of fast food restaurants is a religious Christian who doesn't support same-sex marriage or the stuff mentioned in paragraph one [above.]

He doesn't hate gay people, in fact he employs them and serves them. He simply follows his religion and the LGBTQ community has a problem with that.

Christian woman awarded $21.5 million for being fired for refusing to work Sundays

Miami, Florida -- a federal jury awarded Marie Jean Pierre, a Christian woman, $21.5 million in punitive damages last week.

The court declared that her employer, the Conrad Hotel, unjustly fired her when she refused to work on Sundays because of her Christian faith.

"Marie Jean Pierre worked as a dishwasher at the Conrad from 2006 to 2016," the Miami Herald reported. "The hotel knew about her involvement in the Soldiers of Christ Church that prevented her from working Sundays. But in 2015, her boss, kitchen manager George Colon, assigned her to work Sundays anyway."

Ms. Pierre managed her new schedule while adhering to her church's sabbath requirements by trading shifts with her fellow co-workers. This went on for several weeks but then her employer demanded she work Sundays, regardless of her efforts. She refused to compromise her belief and she was fired.

After the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued Pierre a "right to sue" notice, Pierre filed suit against the Conrad Hotel, managed by HEI Hotels & Resorts, alleging she had been unjustly fired for her religious beliefs.

"I love God," she told NBC 6 Miami, according to Yahoo News. "No work on Sunday, because Sunday I honor God."

Marc Brumer, Pierre's attorney, told NBC 6 that her lawsuit was for all employees being discriminated against because of their religion.

"They accommodated her for seven years, and they easily could have accommodated her, but instead of doing that, they set her up for absenteeism and threw her out," her attorney, Marc Brumer, told NBC 6. "She’s a soldier of Christ. She was doing this for all the other workers who are being discriminated against."

Pierre's complaint said that the "defendant retaliated against Plaintiff by, among other things, creating a hostile work environment for Plaintiff, reprimanding Plaintiff for her religious beliefs, and terminating Plaintiff."

Pierre has now been awarded $36,000 for lost wages, $500,000 for emotional wages, and $21 million in punitive damages. Hopefully this will have made an impression on Conrad Hotels and those on the left who fearlessly attack Christians and Jews while cowering from the requirements of Islam while on the job.

"This was not about money," Bruner told NBC 6. "This was about sending a message to other corporations whether big or small. Whatever size you are, if you’re going to take the blood and sweat of your workers, you better accommodate them or let them at least believe in their religious beliefs. Not a preference but a belief."

The hotel chain, part of the Hilton brand, did not learn their lesson and expressed disappointment with the verdict. They plan to appeal, asserting that "multiple concessions" were made on her behalf.

But not on Sunday's schedule apparently.

"We were very disappointed by the jury’s verdict, and don’t believe that it is supported by the facts of this case or the law," the chain said in a statement. "During Ms. Pierre’s 10 years with the hotel, multiple concessions were made to accommodate her personal and religious commitments. We intend to appeal, and demonstrate that the Conrad Miami was and remains a welcoming place for all guests and employees."

Without knowing the full story behind Ms. Pierre and her history with the hotel, if what is accurate is their refusal to give her Sundays off from work, that alone is damning . . . literally.

Two Christian artists could be jailed for not creating art for same sex weddings

Arizona -- Joanna Duka nad Breanna Koski are both religious Christian women that own Brush & Nib Studio in Phoenix where they create custom artwork using calligraphy, painting and hand-lettering.

They filed suit against the city of Phoenix, where a Phoenix city ordinance threatens them with up to six months and/or a fine of $2,500 each day they refuse to make the artwork for a same-sex wedding, an event that goes against their religious beliefs.

Initially the women filed in state court to overturn the ordinance, but lost in a court of appeals. This prompted them to appeal to the state’s Supreme Court, which said on November 20 it would hear the case.

The Alliance Defending Freedom, which represents the women, asked in their petition:

Does Phoenix violate the Arizona Constitution’s Free Speech Clause when it forces commissioned artists to create custom artwork—consisting of words and paintings—conveying messages they object to and when it bans commissioned artists from publishing a statement explaining the artwork they can and cannot create?

Does Phoenix violate Arizona’s Free Exercise of Religion Act when it uses criminal penalties—including jail time—to force commissioned artists to create custom artwork expressing messages that violate their sincerely held religious beliefs and when it bans religiously motivated speech?

The petition also stated, “Their Christian beliefs forbid them from creating ‘custom artwork that conveys messages condoning, supporting, or participating in activities or ideas that violate their religious beliefs. For example, they cannot create artwork expressing messages that ‘contradict biblical truth, demean others, endorse racism, [or] incite violence.’”

ADF senior counsel Jonathan Scruggs stated at the time the state Supreme Court agreed to hear the case, “The government must allow artists to make their own decisions about which messages they will promote. Joanna and Breanna are happy to design custom art for anyone; they simply object to being forced to pour their heart, soul, imagination, and talent into creating messages that violate their conscience.”

On Friday, ADF reported that a group of legislators weighed in in favor of the women.

The Arizona attorney general joined by other states, numerous state lawmakers, various scholars, and a diverse array of business, artistic, and faith-based groups have filed friend-of-the-court briefs with the Arizona Supreme Court in support of preserving artistic and religious freedom. 

Specifically, the briefs support two Phoenix artists who face jail time and fines if they violate a sweeping Phoenix criminal law that forces them to design and create custom artwork expressing messages that violate their core beliefs.

Simply stated, how can any person(s) force another person(s) to provide their labor for something which goes against their conscience or religious beliefs? It seems like something a fascist or fascist nation would demand.

The brief filed by Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and other state attorneys general states, “A government simply cannot force a citizen to engage in or endorse expression…. [Phoenix] must not be allowed to force artists to create customized expressions contrary to their moral, religious, or political beliefs, even if such work is paid for by the one requesting it.”

Scruggs added, “As the briefs filed this week affirm, the government shouldn’t threaten artists with jail time and fines to force them to create art that violates their beliefs. Joanna and Breanna work with all people; they just don’t promote all messages. Creative professionals should be free to create art consistent with their convictions without the threat of government punishment. Instead, the government must protect the freedom of artists to choose which messages to express through their own creations.”

What cases like this illustrate is how the LGBTQ community attempts to impose their lifestyle or beliefs on the religious community--except when it comes to Islam--for that religion, it's hands off. There has not been one case in which Islamic belief regarding same sex marriage has been challenged.

Joy Behar refuses Pence's request to give public apology

On February 13, Joy Behar criticized Vice President Pence's Christian faith. She said that hearing from Jesus is actually called "mental illness." The trained seals in the audience laughed and snorted as they do at every anti-Trump administration attack, but ABC boss Bob Iger didn't think it was funny.

Behar privately apologized to Pence and he accepted it, but what he really wanted from her was an apology to "millions of Christians" who watch "The View."

Behar's apology only made the news after Iger acknowledged it at a shareholders' meeting, but she couldn't bring herself to apologize to her TV audience.

A source told Fox News "She apologized to the vice president, he accepted and said he wasn't offended by her comment for his own sake but on behalf of the millions of Christians who watch ABC and her show. He encouraged her to make the same apology on the show that she did privately to him."

Since Behar's hateful remark, The Media Research Center (MRC) launched a campaign to hold "The View" co-hosts accountable for their "anti-Christian bigotry." ABC received over 30,000 phone calls from angry viewers.

"The View" is known to attack the religion of Islam as well, especially The Nation of Islam whose leader, Louis Farrakhan, has spewed anti-Semitic, anti-white bile for years . . . oh wait . . . no, they haven't.

"What do you say to the tens of millions of Christians, and President Trump supporters, that your networks have so blatantly offended and ascribed hateful labels?" shareholder Justin Danhof asked Iger at Thursday's meeting. "Specifically, do you think, like Mrs. [Sunny] Hostin and Mrs. Behar, that the Christian faith is akin to a dangerous mental illness?"

Knowing that he was trapped, Iger responded, "I don't know where I start. First of all, Joy Behar apologized to Vice President Pence directly. She made a call to him and apologized, which I thought was absolutely appropriate" [if not a tad half-assed].

Iger told the shareholders that he was "glad to hear" that Behar apologized because he "takes exception" to what she said. "I don't think it was right," he added.

Wow, what a powerful rebuke of Behar's anti-Christian statement. Iger doesn't think it was right.

Behar's manager, Bill Stankey (aka "Stinky Stanky") told the Washington Post that Pence "understood that Joy wasn't attacking anybody and that there was some miscommunication."

A White House source said that "Joy in no way suggested her comment was a 'miscommunication,' adding that Stankey "lied."

It's always the coverup that gets these idiots in trouble.

The MRC doesn't believe Behar's apology is enough and also called for the unfunny co-host to do it publicly for all good Christians to hear.

"The bigoted statements made about the Vice President's Christian faith offended hundreds of millions of Christians across the country, the largest faith group in the United States," MRC president Brent Bozell told Fox News. "Their apology should therefore be as public as their insult. When they do that, this whole matter will be put to rest. Until they do, we will not let up our campaign to let the world--including their advertisers--know of their anti-Christian bigotry."

ABC hasn't responded to comment requests but they might have something to say if people who are wise enough to be offended by bigotry refuse to support them.

Scientists believe that watching "The View" can cause irreparable damage to the cerebral cortex resulting in a loss of IQ points and judgment.

Atheist group goes after town Churches' Welcome signs

The Freedom From Religion Foundation has done it again in their religious quest for world domination. A group of atheists, agnostics and freethinkers (an oxymoron if you free think about it) are threatening to sue a small Wisconsin town in which they do not themselves dwell in. 

The signs are meant to welcome people to the town and have been doing just that for about 50 years. "The Churches of Oconomowoc Welcome You," it annoyingly reads, they say.

Fortunately for the Freedom From Religion Foundation (aka Atheist Offense Patrol) they do not include mosques in their lawfare--that would be Islamophobic and let's be honest, dangerous.

The obnoxious believers in nothing except getting others to believe in nothing too, said the welcome signs are unconstitutional because they are not neutral toward all faiths.

That's kind of like the Quran which is actually blasphemous to all other faiths, but don't expect these cowardly pseudo-intellectuals to jump on any anti-Quran bandwagon any time soon.

"It endorses religion over non-religion and Christianity over all other faiths," the group's attorney Ryan Jayne wrote in a letter to the town leaders.

The FFRF is doing all they can nationally to eradicate all public displays of the Christian faith but no other because they're too frightened. They typically target poorer communities that don't have the finances to fight back, but they never ever, ever target Muslim communities even when the Muslims block the streets when they pray, in some cases.

It seems that the organization is singling out one religion and all of its sects--Christianity. That seems to be unconstitutional and perhaps this should be explored legally.

"I'm sure they have the best intentions but it sends a message that you are not a favorite citizen because the favorite citizens are Christian citizens and the second problem is it violates the Constitution," Jayne told Fox 6.

Jayne told Lake Country Now, a local newspaper, that if the signs promoted Islam, residents would not be so supportive. But for sure, if they did, he wouldn't file a lawsuit because he's a frightened pussy cat.

The town Mayor David Nold told the paper they are consulting with their lawyers to determine if the signs are actually on public property and if they are--whether they must be removed.

They dare you, FFRF

Town residents are angry over the fact that a group of out-of-town atheists  are causing an issue with them and some support the use of public funds to fight the scum waffles.

The Institute for Law & Liberty, a Wisconsin-based organization, sent a letter to the town council urging them to hang on and stand firm. 

"It takes something more than a sign put up by private parties reflecting a message of welcome to inflict constitutional injury," president Richard Esenberg said in a letter to the newspaper.

Personally, I'd like to see the law put FFRF out of business altogether. They have made atheism their religion and are so ardent in their belief, one has to wonder where their parents or grandparents went wrong.

It's impossible to respect a group of militant atheists who are only militant to those who can't fight back. I dare them to go after mosques where the call to prayer over the loudspeakers are a lot more imposing than a welcoming sign to a town.

Canada: to allow Muslim preaching in schools

This is truly screwed up. 

While Canada, like the United States of America, has a long Judeo-Christian tradition, if you try to accommodate these traditions, even at Christmas time, both public school systems will reject it because they pretend to adhere to secularism.

Unless we're talking Islam.

In Mississauga, a large Indian, Sikh and Muslim town near Toronto, Ontario, Islamic sermons are not only permitted, but the Peel school board there is refusing to monitor the content of the sermons, known as Jumm'ah prayer, in spite of the real risk of spreading jihad doctrine as experienced in many US mosques and madrassas.

The  Toronto Star reported that "Islamic schools [madrassas], mosques in Canada are filled with extremist literature, according to a study." But the more frightening part of the study was that "the authors of the study say what worried them was not the presence of extremist literature, but that they found nothing but such writings in several mosque libraries and Islamic schools."

Nothing but jihad-oriented literature.

This past November, the Peel District School Board heard the complaints from Muslims who claim "that Muslim students feel stigmatized and targeted" because their Friday prayers were restricted to pre-approved sermons, whereas in the past, they were free to use any sermon they chose that was approved by the administrator (whose knowledge about Islamic sermons wasn't disclosed).

What this says is that Muslims get preferential treatment over Christians, Jews and other religions in Canada, as they apparently do in the USA too. And that Muslims don't want to go public with what is said behind closed doors.

That is truly screwed up.

UN to declare Israel an "occupying power" in Jerusalem

The United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has the responsibility to protect cultural treasures in the world. They just passed a resolution declaring Israel an "occupying power" in Jerusalem. They also refuse to recognize Temple Mount and other ancient Jewish holy sites as legitimate.

The United Nations is anti-Semitic.

The resolution is likely to be approved by the UNESCO executive committee by the end of the month. Although the U.S. and a few European countries fought the resolution, they were outgunned by China, Russia and the religiously obligated anti-Semites of Middle Eastern countries and developing nations. Also, opponents to the resolution were stymied by the fact that two dozen countries were too frightened to vote against it.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was angry at the obvious anti-Zionist resolution. "To declare that Israel has no connection to the  Temple Mount and the Western Wall is like saying that China has no connection to the Great Wall of China or that Egypt has no connection to the Pyramids," he told Reuters. 

"This insanity shows that Israel's adversaries are will to go to any lengths to denigrate our ally," added Senator Ben Sasse (R-Neb.). "Not only does the U.N. pretend that there is moral equivalency between Israel citizens and Palestinian terrorists, UNESCO goes out of its way to insult Israel.

Donald Trump promised that he would insist on Jerusalem getting recognition as Israel's capital as he would move the U.S. embassy there. He also said that Obama's administration hasn't done enough to defend the city's place in history.

"In a Trump Administration, Israel will have a true, loyal and lasting friend in the United States of America," he said in a statement.

The draft resolution affirms the Old City of Jerusalem's place in "the three monotheistic religions" of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. But the resolution goes on from there to give a long list of grievances accusing Israel (read "Jews") of hindering Muslim worshippers' access to their holy sites and looking the other way as Israelis provoke Palestinians in Jerusalem and Bethlehem.

This is pure crap--a denial of history--and Palestinians usually deny archeologists access to important digs to keep anyone from proving that the Jews were in Jerusalem long before the Muslims got there. The Palestinians even deny that "Temple Mount" even exists by referring to the site as "al-Aqsa Mosque/al-Haram al-Sharif (Noble Sanctuary)."

The problem is, however, that anti-Semitism has once again become fashionable among the left and college professors. But anti-Christian sentiment has also come in vogue so when Arabs make the absurd claim that the aim of the resolution was "the safeguarding of the cultural heritage of Palestine and the distinctive character of East Jerusalem," nobody in the West bats an eye.

Education Minister Naftali Bennett said that UNESCO was ignoring "thousands of years of Jewish ties to Jerusalem" and [by the resolution is] aiding "Islamist terror."

The Palestinians and their ilk will only be happy when all Jewish history along with the Jews, no longer exist.

There may come a time when the West fully regrets not standing with our greatest allies in the Middle East.

Barack and Uncle Joe's idiotic Easter message

Vice President and idiot savant, Joe Biden, spoke at the Easter Prayer Breakfast and said that although there's "a lot of fear and unease around the world" people should know that "we all practice the same basic faith but different faiths." 

Hmm . . . that's like saying "we are all right-handed except for left-handed folks." 

It's obvious that Uncle Joe either has not read Islamic scripture, particularly the Koran, or he's pretending that Islam is just like Christianity. Maybe he believes the Koran is kidding when it says such things as: 

"Then when the sacred months have passed, slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive) and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush. But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then leave their way free. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful." (Sura 9:5)

The above Sura is only one of the seven that Osama bin Laden quoted in his 1996 "Declaration of War against the Americans Occupying the Land of the Two Holy Places." The other six are Suras: 3:145; 47:4; 2:154; 9:14; 47:19; and 8:72. It makes for interesting terrorist justification reading. Enjoy.

But Uncle Joe didn't stop there: "It's up to us--and you've been the leaders in this country--to recognize that fear, but also try to allay that fear, and to help people understand that what unites us is a lot more than what divides us. And it's embodied in just not what we believe but what we say."

Calling our vigilance of people who say they want to kill us makes it sound like we're crazy. Islamophobic. Racists.

First of all, it isn't crazy to be wary of people who clearly say and demonstrate their hatred for Western values. To not be vigilant and prepared to respond is crazy. To hear Islamic terrorist organizations such as ISIS say that they will be infiltrating the West among the immigrant population and then allow poorly vetted immigrants access to our country is crazy.

Second, a phobia is an irrational fear. There is nothing irrational about the fear that people have of the tenets of Islam. Again, read the Koran, Sira and Hadith.

Third, Islam is not a race but calling it a race works well for Islamic organizations that support Sharia law (Islamic law). The reason for using the term 'Islamophobia' is to shame the West into looking the other way when jihad is being prepared. That's exactly why the San Bernadino attack that killed 130 infidels was successful.

Uncle Joe continued: "All faiths have a version of these teachings and we all practice and preach that we should practice what we say. Opening doors to the victims of war, as the president has been trying to do--a war of terrorism and oppression. Accepting people of all faiths and respecting their right to practice their religion as they choose, or choose not to practice any religion. Resisting the urge to let our fears overcome what we value most--our openness, our freedom, and our freedom to practice our faith.

Then President Obama was introduced by Biden who said of Barack Hussein that he'd "never been with anyone who has more character than this man, and has faith."

Obama spoke about the recent "horrific acts of terrorism, most recently Brussels, as well as what happened in Pakistan [he pronounces it "Pahkeestahn"]--innocent families, mostly women and children, Christians and Muslims."

Obama failed to mention that although Muslims were killed in that Pakistan park, it was a Christian holiday and it was Christians who were targeted by Islamic terrorists.

"And as Joe mentioned, these attacks can foment fear and division. They can tempt us to cast out the stranger, strike out against those who don't look like us, or pray exactly as we do," Obama lectured. "And they can lead us to turn our backs on those who are most in need of help and refuge. That's the intent of the terrorists, is to weaken our faith, to weaken our best impulses, our better angels."

"If Easter means anything, it's that you don't have to be afraid."

Well Obama certainly isn't afraid with all the armed protection he has. His words are self-serving and aid in his quest to make America just another place where anyone can lay their hat, their burqa, or their sword.

He can try to shame us by saying the crap he does about folks who don't pray like we do, or look like us, but an ideology doesn't have a common look, but the one in question has an intolerance of us a hell of a lot more than we have of it.

Obama never speaks of the violence that Islam commands against lesbians, gays, Jews, Christians, and other groups. He uses moral equivalency where it simply doesn't exist.

People are finally waking up to the truth.

Italy: Islam-leavers worried about retaliation

If you join the mafia, the only way you can leave is in a pine box after receiving a bullet to the back of your head, or some other ghastly ending. If you try to leave Islam, it's pretty much the same deal, especially in countries that are ruled by Sharia law.

But now, in Italy, there are about three thousand apostates along with their families who are worried about retaliation for leaving the religion of peace. An apostate is a former Muslim who leaves Islam for any reason, be it to convert or to simply not practice Islam.

In an interview by Breitbart.com with a 55-year-old Egyptian man who remains anonymous due to his fear of Islamic retaliation, said he converted to Christianity in Italy after his mother died. He was baptized in 2013.

His view of Christians was that they had "a humanity more complete than mine," and he wanted to explore what it is they found in their religion. However, he has to practice his faith in secret. "I cannot openly practice my Christian faith. I am afraid that some fanatical Muslim may do harm not only to me, but especially to relatives who remained in Egypt."

"How is it that Italians who convert to Islam can go on TV and talk about it, and instead, I have to hide to avoid retaliation?" he asked.

The answer is simple: Sharia law explicitly states that those who leave Islam must be killed. Period. In addition, those who convert to Islam have nothing to fear from those of the religion they left. It's only Islam that kills you if you leave the organization--even if you change your mind after you tried it as a convert.

The crime of apostasy in Sharia countries can be "civil death" meaning job loss, denial of education, loss of your rights, breakdown of the family due to outside pressure, or it can even be prison or a death sentence. 

Now Sharia has gone on the move, heading to a neighborhood near you. Apostates in Italy are worried, but imagine what it's like in Norway and even London. Do you dare go public with your new found religion?

Good luck with that.

Islam, if it were a person and not a religion, would be like an intolerant, insecure, abusive husband, who beats his wife for being disobedient, but kills her if she finds another man.

Teaching Islam covertly in Tennessee

Parents, Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and state lawmakers have serious concerns about the way Islam is being taught in social studies courses in their middle schools.

To fight this so-called Islamophobia, dozens of school districts hired an attorney to create a form letter that keeps the information about Islam from the parents and legislators of the state. "Because the more you know, the more Islamophobic you become," in my opinion.

After all, these "educators" believe there's nothing wrong with demanding kids memorize the five pillars of Islam. And what terrible thing can happen to these Christian kids if they write 'Allah is the only God'?

One parent claimed that over 20 pages of her child's social studies textbook is devoted to the study of Islam. 

Just because that translates into three weeks of classroom study on Islam and is longer in duration than the study on Christianity, is no reason to get upset. We already get lots of Christian teaching at home, right? Now it's Islam's turn.

Laura Jones, a parent of one student said, "In all of the homework my children have ever brought home, I have never seen the level of detail about other religions. I was completely speechless."

Congresswoman Blackburn agrees. "There's a big difference between education and indoctrination," she said in a statement. "It is reprehensible that our school system has exhibited this double-standard more concerned with teaching the practices of Islam than the history of Christianity. Tennessee parents have a right to be outraged and I stand by them in this fight."

Other Republicans are similarly outraged. State Rep. Andrew Holt called for an immediate review of the amount of time being spent on Islam. He blogged: "Tennesseans have seen the radical side of Islam, and many have grown skeptical of this peaceful religion."

Peaceful religion?

The only time Islam is peaceful in the world is when they are in the minority or when they run out of ammunition.

Call me Islamophobic, but a phobia is an irrational fear.

Holt went on to say, "This teaching also occurs while Tennessee students are simultaneously being told they cannot fly American flags and are being discouraged from praying while at school. Many of our children are not being taught the Ten Commandments in school, but instead the Five Pillars of Islam and the 'Prophet Muhammad as a sovereign of Jesus Christ."

I don't believe any religious study be taught in school except for its historical significance. Religion is for home and church (or mosque) but not school.

Paul Galloway, the executive director of the American Center for Outreach, told USA Today that Rep. Blackburn and the parents of these kids don't understand that simply repeating the tenets of Islam won't turn them into Muslims. 

Galloway also said that the word "Allah" in Arabic means "God."

"So, Christians who speak Arabic use the word Allah to talk about God all the time," he said. "There is a basic level of misunderstanding driving this fear and outrage."

But Christians in Tennessee aren't Arabic and "Allah" doesn't equate to what they think of as God. And Muhammad is in no way equal to Jesus Christ in the mind of a Christian, or even anyone who knows what type of person Muhammad was: a mentally ill warrior, an anti-Semite and a pedophile.

The fact that the school districts had to hire an attorney to withhold the truth from parents should tell you something about this religion.

Islam is a religion of peace is as true as: "the more you spend, the more you save."

Obama is an Insult to US Infidels

Our allegedly Christian president, Barack Hussein Obama, spoke at the National Prayer Breakfast where he called on those of faith to reject those who use religion to justify evil. He reminded Christians of all the terrible things we did 700 years ago in the name of Jesus Christ. 

He did not address the atrocities committed by the Amish, the Jews, and the Jains over the centuries, but we can all remember our history when Theobald Stoltzfutz grabbed Beckie Schultz's hair and dipped it in an inkwell and took off in his horse-drawn wagon.

Obama said that we have seen "professions of faith used both as an instrument of great good but twisted in the name of evil." He gave no modern examples of this but alluded to the Crusades, when Christians gathered in force to defend Europe against an Islamic invasion.

What Obama also forgot to mention is that the New Testament is about love, not violence and that nobody has been carrying out violence in the name of Moses or the Jews (but anti-Zionists would claim otherwise and show their stupidity).

It's obvious who is carrying out modern day violence in the name of Allah. Violence is in the Koran. It is prescribed as a way to spread Islam. ISIS is no less Islamic than any other group of Muslims who claim to be; it's just that ISIS believes that their version of Islam is the only correct one, just like the Sunnis and Shia believe it is their version that speaks the truth. 

Why the hell do you think they're killing each other all over the world?

"From a school in Pakistan (he calls it "Pahkeestahn") to the streets of Paris, we have seen violence and terror perpetrated by those who profess to stand up for faith--their faith--profess to stand up for Islam but, in fact are betraying it," the so-called Christian president claimed.

This time, instead of calling ISIS an "organization," he said they are "a brutal, vicious death cult that in the name of religion carries out unspeakable acts of barbarism."

It's laughable, or painful, depending upon your perspective, to see how he dances around the words "Muslim extremists," or "Islamic extremists," as if the word itself would cause his head to explode like a suicide vest.

This is revenge for the Crusades?

Obama had the audacity of dope to issue a word of warning to Christians: "And lest we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place--remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition  committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ."
