Elijah Cummings' wife breaking the law by refusing to disclose nonprofit docs

Maya Rockeymoore Cummings, the wife of Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) may have broken the law by refusing to disclose financial documents relating to her nonprofit. Worse, this suggests a possible conflict with Cummings' supervisory role as chairman of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

Gee, ya think?

The Daily Caller News Foundation conducted an investigation by Luke Rosiak. He asserts that she is breaking the law by not disclosing documents relating to her nonprofit, the Center for Global Policy Solutions, which is closely related to a for-profit consulting group, Group Policy Solutions LLC [my italics].

The nonprofit received millions of dollars from groups that have special interests in the Oversight Government Reform Committee headed by Rep. Cummings, and this possibly suggests that their donations to his wife's nonprofit will buy them favorable treatment like it probably did for those who donated to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State under the Obama administration. [In fact, donations to the Clinton Foundation dried up when she lost her political influence.] A complaint in this regard was filed to the IRS by the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC).

Three separate groups reportedly have requested the nonprofit's forms, and Rockeymoore Cummings has refused to disclose documents relating to her nonprofit. She also refused to discuss the matter with the NLPC and did not answer formal requests for records from the Daily Caller or the Washington Examiner. Instead, Mr. Cummings pulled out his Saul Alinsky "Rules for Radicals" and used rule number 5: "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon" and charged that those of the NLPC who complained about his wife's refusal to turn over the documents are conservatives.

He never explained how their being conservatives would negate any legal issues because it simply conflates two unrelated issues!

Obfuscation is the key.

Sally Wagenmaker, a lawyer who specializes in nonprofit tax law, suggested that refusal to hand over the documents breaks the law.

“Wow. That’s illegal,” Wagenmaker asserted. “It’s interesting and sad. You have the right to get them. The organization absolutely is required to provide the information, so to not do so would appear to be flaunting the law.”

“As a family member of an elected official, we’d expect high-road, integrity, and compliance. If anyone should be responding promptly, it should be her. He should be above approach,” Wagenmaker added.

Rockeymoore Cummings gave no reason for her refusal to hand over the documents in spite of the fact that the IRS requires that nonprofits disclose information about their operations in exchange for their tax-exempt status on an IRS form called a Form 990.

Wagenmaker added:
"One of the policy reasons for disclosure is to be able to to illuminate conflict of interest, and the media’s role is to help illuminate that: is she trying to hide information, is she being secretive, does she think she’s above the law? And one of the ways that happens is through the required disclosure of 990s."
The report arises after Cummings recently subpoenaed President Trump’s business records. Trump filed a suit to block Cummings’ subpoena over these records.

Congressional Democrats, including Cummings, have called for hearings to investigate the Trump Foundation. However, the hearings might also raise concerns over whether Cummings and his wife have any conflicts of interests regarding his wife’s nonprofit. And just what's in those elusive documents of her nonprofit?

Tom Anderson, an investigator with the NLPC, said that nonprofits have to disclose their business practices:
The problem is there are millions of dollars coming into these entities from corporations and special interests with business before Elijah Cummings, and any time you have that, every rule has to be followed or else it opens the door for massive corruption. And that holds whether the politician in question is Donald Trump, Elijah Cummings or someone else.
The NLPC investigator said in a conversation with Cummings, he “went on to rant about how we’re a conspiracy right-wing group for super-mega billionaires, which sounds like something out of Star Wars.” That's Alinsky's rule 5 once again.

Anderson reiterated that Cummings did not provide any evidence to suggest his complaint to the IRS was wrong.

“We’re going to Johnson + Johnson, Prudential, lining up all the dots,” Anderson said, regarding companies that have donated to the nonprofit, suggesting that it could raise concerns over conflict of interest.

The American public awaits with great anticipation. Well, all except for the folks on the left.

Harlem Shake tells leftist prof 'Get your burgers somewhere else'

Here's an interesting concept: white people can be racist regarding white people. In fact, any racial group can be racist, be it against other racial groups, or their own.

A white Rutgers University professor was called out for his racist rant about white people by the owners of the Harlem Shake Restaurant, in Harlem, New York.

James Livingston a liberal professor of history posted an anti-white racist rant on his Facebook page on May 31 because he became angry over the behavior of white children at the Harlem Shake restaurant where he frequents, saying that he wanted to "resign" from being white. Unless you're like Rachel Dolezal, you can't actually resign from your biologically assigned race, but that's another story.

"OK, officially, I now hate white people," Livingston posted. He removed the Facebook post but it was captured in a screen shot by The Daily Caller. "I am a white people (sic), for God's sake, but can we keep them--us--us out of my neighborhood?"

The owners of Harlem Shake told the racist idiot that in no uncertain terms is racism welcome in their establishment--including white people who cannot stand white people.

"Slide around the floor, you little s**thead, sing loudly, you moron. Do what you want, nobody here is gonna restrict your right to be white," he said. [How is that even possible?]

"I hereby resign from my race. F**k these people. Yeah, I know it's about access to my dinner. F**k you, too."

The owners of Harlem Shake certainly didn't want their establishment associated with a racist rant and issued a statement to The Blaze addressing Livingston directly, and advising him to "get your burgers somewhere else."

Partners Jelena Pasic and Dardra Coaxum wrote: "For five years and counting, we built our business on a prerogative [of] cherishing diversity within our ownership, staff and customers in our beloved Harlem COMMUNITY.

"We refuse to be sucked into your racist rants, so if you wish to name drop, please use names of those with similar views.

"We ask that our name is removed from your rant because we do not want to have anything to do with you. And yeah, we ask that you get your burgers somewhere else. We do not tolerate 'racism' either. We thrive on equality and fairness and have full intentions to keep it that way!"

Separately in Instagram the two women made their point separately and clear: "We proudly have diverse ownership, staff and most importantly, customers!"

Livingston is a radical leftist and loves big government. He wrote an op-ed for the failing New York Times in 2011 about how little private investment matters to economic growth. It's obvious he should stick to teaching history or something that requires rote memory rather than deeper thinking.

According to Fox News, Livingston is currently under investigation by the Rutgers-New Brunswick campus for violations of university policy against discrimination and harassment in connection with this case.

"There is no place for racial intolerance at Rutgers," spokesperson Dory Devlin told Fox News.

Capitol cops arrest 'brave' Dem. operative for attacking female Trump official

Ryan Zinke as a Navy SEAL
U.S. Capitol Police arrested a misogynist Democratic operative for assaulting a female Interior Department communications official.

This came after a House budget hearing Thursday when Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke finished testifying on the department's 2019 budget proposal before the House Committee on Natural Resources.

The loathsome bully identified himself as a reporter with American Bridge. He pushed the woman to the floor and chased after Zinke, according to The Daily Caller. It was lucky for the bully that he was stopped before trying to accost Zinke, a former University of Oregon football player and Navy SEAL, as he would have likely required the service of a local hospital.

Interior officials filed a police report, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned, but it hasn't been processed. American Bridge didn't respond for comment.

Interior communications director Laura Rigas was "greatly alarmed and extremely irate that a female senior member of my DOI Communications team was physically assaulted today by a Democrat staffer from the PAC American Bridge," she told Politico.

"We are appalled to hear of the events following yesterday's hearing wheer a member of Secretary Zinke's staff was victim to an assault," committee spokesperson Katie Schoettler said.

"These actions are reprehensible and have no place in this body. We thank the U.S. Capitol Police for their quick response and professionalism," she said, "The USCP is now handling the matter."

U.S. Capitol Police took the scumcrumpet into custody. Police "arrested an adult male for simple assault against another individual outside room 1324 in the Longworth House Office Building," and officer told Politico.  "The suspect was transported to USCP Headquarters for processing."
American Bridge man in training

American Bridge is a political action committee dedicated to "holding Republicans accountable for their words and actions," states their website. They are known for having operatives follow Republican candidates on the campaign trail.

The organization was founded in 2010 by crap weasel David Brock and has raised millions of dollars to support leftist candidates. They have been described as an "opposition research hub of the Democratic fundraising apparatus."

Socialist POS billionaire George Soros donated two million dollars to American Bridge in 2016.

Again, it's a shame the attacker didn't reach Ryan Zinke in his attack.

CNN denies they 'scripted' questions at gun town hall

The Certainly Not News network (CNN) is denying claims made by a student and shooting survivor of the Stoneman Douglas High School that they "scripted" questions for him to ask at a gun safety town hall in Florida.

Colton Haab is a Junior ROTC member and has previously spoken with the media about how he helped his peers seek shelter during the shooting. But he didn't participate in Wednesday's event because he said that CNN attempted to plant "scripted" questions for him to ask.

"CNN had originally asked me to write a speech and questions and it ended up being all scripted," the young man claimed. "I expected to be able to ask my questions and give my opinion on my questions."

A Certainly Not News spokes leftist explained that Haab submitted remarks to be delivered, but they were turned away once it became obvious that he planned on delivering a long speech and not just ask a singular question. [They also didn't like the speech he submitted because it didn't challenge the Second Amendment and instead, called for more hard targeting of schools.]

"There is absolutely no truth to Haab's claim," CNN Vice President of Communism Communications and Digital Partnerships Matt Dornic told The Daily Caller. "CNN did not provide or script questions for anyone in last night's town hall, nor have we ever," he quoted from a paper he was holding.

Despite CNN's allegation that the reason Haab wasn't permitted to give a long speech, the liars did, in fact, allow multiple participants to deliver lengthy soliloquies that went well beyond the pale of simple questions, because their speeches were more in line with CNN's leftist agenda.

For example, Lori Alhadeff, whose child, Alyssa, was one of the 17 victims killed in last week's mass shooting, gave a four-minute speech while Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel and NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch sat on stage.

Fair and balanced, CNN is not. They obviously aren't looking for real solutions but are counting on emotions to push their liberal agenda.

Ironically, Alhadeff asked Loesch "what is your plan to put things into action? What is your action?" but Jake Tapper didn't allow Loesch to answer, mainly because she is intelligent, has great ideas, and scares the crap out of leftists like Tapper.

Alhadeff has appeared on CNN in the past because her ideas agrees with theirs. Her emotional response to her daughter's death last week brought CNN's Brooke Baldwin to tears during a live broadcast. [It is believed by many who know Baldwin that she pulled out a nose hair to cause the tears to flow.]

When The Daily Caller requested an additional comment on why Alhadeff was allowed to deliver her long speech yet Haab was denied, they refused to respond and the sound of crickets filled the air.

Like Jimmy Kimmel who used his baby son as a prop, CNN should be ashamed of themselves for using these students in the same way.

Report: NBC paid off woman who said Chris Matthews harassed her

According to The Daily Caller, NBC paid out thousands of dollars to an assistant producer on MSNBC's "Hardball with Chris Matthews," which apparently gives new meaning to the title of the show. This came nearly twenty years after she brought a sexual harassment complaint against "Tingles."

Citing two sources, The Daily Caller reported that the network paid the woman $40,000 to settle her 1999 claim against former President Obama's biggest fanboy. And an NBC spokesperson told the online media outlet the network paid a smaller, unspecified amount to her as part of a severance package [to keep her mouth shut].

The woman complained to NBC executives that Matthews had made inappropriate comments to her and made inappropriate jokes about her to others. That is due, in part, to Matthews, now 71, being an idiot.

Matthews was given a formal wrist-slapping at the time of the complaint but the network decided the complaints were "inappropriate and juvenile" but were not intended as propositions, [but if she was won over by them, Matthews would have likely followed up on them as many men use juvenile statements as ways of checking the temperature of the water, so to speak].

Matthews has hosted "Hardball" on MSNBC since 1997 and the syndicated "Chris Matthews Show" between 2002 and 2013. He has allegedly written eight books all by himself.

Turkey's goons identified

Three of Erdogan's goons who were involved in the brutal attack in Washington D.C. against peaceful protesters on May 16th have been identified by The Daily Caller.

One victim of the attack, which took place outside the Turkish embassy, is Ceren Borazen, 26, who is seen being choked and thrown to the ground by one of these swine.

Hopefully, President Trump will toss the Turkish embassy out of the country after what they did.

Ismail Dalkiran, Servet Erkan and Hakan Gebes are three of the names of the scumcrumpets that attacked the Kurdish protesters. They are part of Erdogan's security detail and live in Turkey.

The video of the assault was rather disturbing as the goons were kicking at people on the ground and one man appeared to be unconscious. Eleven people were injured in the attack which began after Erdogan and his detail arrived and he made a phone call.

Dalkiran is seen on the video choking Ceren Borazen, a 26-year-old Kurdish woman protesting Erdogan's visit. She later said in interviews that Dalkiran also threatened to kill her, and she has led a social media campaign to help find the goon. In fact, he appears to be one of the more violent goons on the video.

Dalkiran, Erkan and Gebes are all connected on Facebook and it's the involvement of the latter two in the attacks that provides more proof that the attack came on the orders of Erdogan.

Both Erkan and Gebes were seen in a small circle surrounding Erdogan who was sitting in a black Mercedes Benz moments before the violence began.

Gebes, a thin puke with a mustache, appears to have relayed instructions from the Turkish leader to launch the attack and he is seen receiving orders from Muhsin Kose, Erdogan's chief of security.

Kose leans into Erdogan's car then emerges and speaks to Gebes, who nods 'yes' then runs toward the street where the attack soon began.

Erkan, a large man with a bald head and dirty underwear (I suspect) is seen punching at least two protesters, and he may be the one who issued commands to begin the assault.

TheDC analyzed the videos and revealed a voice shouting "dalin diyor, servet abi dalm diyor." The translation is" Servet says dive in [or attack]."

When Erkan returned home in Turkey, he was praised by his compatriots: "The valiant man who ordered the attack against the traitors in America," wrote one guy named Bilal Sandal who also posted a photo with Erkan on Twitter just days before the attack.

The Three Stooges are probably protected by diplomatic immunity so they will most likely get away with the assault.

But if we kick out their embassy, that would be a clear message that we will not tolerate this kind of garbage on our soil.

Tomi Lahren apparently needs a warm butt to think

(Photo: Heat Street)
Tomi Lahren, the 24-year-old pseudo conservative used to be an anchor at The Blaze until she announced on national TV that she was pro-abortion. She was then told that she would no longer appear on the conservative network and decided to sue them for wrongful termination.

I'm not a lawyer but it seems to me that if your values are contrary to the network you work for, and you make them public, the network has the right to take you off their payroll. I may be wrong, but it certainly makes sense and I believe Lahren is going to lose her case, which I hope she does.

Killing babies is not a conservative ideology.

But the latest dirty laundry to reach the noses of the public is how Lahren treated other employees at The Blaze.

According to The Daily Caller, Blaze staff didn't appreciate how Lahren treated them. In fact, according to The Daily Caller, she made them heat up her "butt warming pads" in the microwave before every shoot.

(Photo: Amazon)
For some reason, the staffers found that humiliating, but Lahren probably needed the butt stimulation to help her think since her pronouncement on abortion clearly came from her nether regions.

For those folks out there who, like Lahren, think with their butts, these warming pads can be found on Amazon under Thermalon Microwave Activated Moist Heat Pad.

But a DIY version can be easily made by taking a small pillow, stuffing it with raw oats and sewing it shut. It can be microwaved for 4 minutes and provides at least 20 minutes of moist heat to get those derrière neurons kicking right in.

It's also great if you pull an ass muscle, like when liberals think too hard.

Pro-choice Tomi Lahren: suspended and a hypocrite

She may be pretty but she's also pretty lame. Tomi Lahren has been suspended from The Blaze, where she works as a so-called conservative anchor. The Daily Caller was first to report the story.

Lahren caused a cow-chip storm when she revealed on The View that she is pro-choice when it comes to killing babies inside the womb.

It isn't yet known if this was the reason for her suspension, but it's a really good reason to assess her actual political ideology and her understanding of conservatism.

Right-leaning talk-show hosts and conservative pundits lashed out at the little blonde cutie, including Glenn Beck, the network founder of The Blaze.

Beck promised to address the situation on his radio show Monday but before it was to happen it was learned by the Daily Caller that Lahren would not be returning to her time slot until next week at the earliest.

It was reported that there was tension between her and some of her colleagues, including head-lining hosts. Lahren is no stranger to controversial statements and no stranger to flip-flopping when it suits her or when she forgets what she'd already stated on a position.

She's about as conservative as Bernie Sanders.

Here's what she said on The View
"I'm pro choice, and here's why. I am a constitutional, y'know, someone that loves the Constitution. I'm someone that's for limited government. So I can't sit here and be a hypocrite and say I'm for limited government but I think the government should decide what women do with their bodies. I can sit here and say that, as a Republican and I can say, you know what, I'm for limited government, so stay out of my guns, and you can stay out of my body as well."
The audience, equipped with a 105 IQ collectively, applauded like trained monkeys.

The issue of abortion has nothing to do with limited government--she conflated the two and was playing to the choir.

When it comes to the abortion issue, the fake conservative flip-flopped like a freshly caught trout at the edge of a stream.

In an article by Red State, a video shows her on her show, "Final Thoughts" in a segment where she went full-throttle after Lena Dunham who had stated on her podcast that she wished she had an abortion. Lahren's response was a lot different back then:
"This woman, and I use the term loosely, single-handedly kills legitimacy of the modern-day feminist movement every time she speaks . . . does she realize how damaging she is to her own narrative? Think about it: the 'pro-choicers' are supposed to be about rare and safe abortions. That's how they avoid sounding like straight-up baby killers . . . then we have Lena freaking Dunham out there wishing she could have murdered a fetus. Wishing for the option to kill your child doesn't exactly say much about the cause, her character, or the pro-choice movement. . . "
Lahren probably forgot that anything you say in the media is going to be recorded and your words may come back to haunt you. Her words: "Wishing for the option to kill your child doesn't exactly say much about the cause, her character, or the pro-choice movement."

But that was then.

There's talk that Lahren wants to move up in the conservative world, and even Sean Hannity thinks she's the grooviest thing since LP records. President Trump reportedly called to congratulate her after she defended him on Hannity's show.

Perhaps Mr. Trump will hire her for her support of him against the "fake news" media. That sounds like her plan.

Powell warned Clinton to keep him out of her scandal

When Hillary Clinton gets in trouble her default position is to blame someone else and lie to the public. She apparently did the same about her private email server and Colin Powell was the person she tried to blame.

Powell tried to persuade Hillary and her aides to not use him as a scapegoat over why she used the private server, according to emails that were hacked and leaked from Powell's Gmail account.

One of the leaked emails Powell wrote to a confidant about his ongoing warning to Clinton not to blame him for the scandal. "I told her staff three times not to try that gambit. I had to throw a mini tantrum at a Hampton's party to get their attention. She keeps tripping into these 'character' minefields," he wrote, according to The Intercept.

Powell apparently tried to settle the matter with Cheryl Mills.

In another email Powell said that he "warned her staff three times over the past two years not to try to connect it to me."

In March of last year, Powell complained that "Hillary's Mafia keeps trying to suck me into" the email controversy, according to The Daily Caller. This was at the start of the scandal.

The authenticity of the emails were confirmed to Fox News saying that they are "confirming that he was hacked and these emails are his."

Powell had originally accused Hillary of trying to "pin" the scandal on him when she told authorities in July that he explained in detail his email practices when he was secretary of state under George W. Bush, according to the New York Times. "Powell told her to use her own email, as he had done, except for classified communications, which he had sent and received via a State Department computer," they wrote, citing a passage from an upcoming book on Bill Clinton's post-presidency.

Although Powell regularly emailed friends and reporters about Clinton's server scandal, explaining that his situation was different than hers, he never set up a private server and used a government computer for classified matters.

And while he was at it, Powell also discussed his thoughts about Donald Trump, calling him "a national disgrace" and an 'international pariah."

Powell has not endorsed any presidential candidate for the 2016 race, but it sounds as if he isn't voting for Trump, and it's hard to fathom that he's going to vote for Clinton.

Powell was obviously upset over Clinton's finger-pointing. "They are going to dick up the legitimate and necessary use of emails with friggin record rules. I saw email more like a telephone than a cable machine," he wrote to Jeffrey Leeds, a business partner. "As long as the stuff is unclassified. I had a secure State.gov machine. Everything HRC (Hillary Rodham Clinton) touches she kind of screws up with hubris."

I have no doubts that Hillary has a deep-seated personality problem, all hubris aside.

Hillary Clinton's emails may be recovered

It is possible that copies or logs of Hillary Clinton's emails are stored on servers of companies she used for her private email domain. If so, these additional emails would provide more information to hackers and they would also allow federal agencies investigating the former secretary of state's server to compare those records with what she turned over to the State Department in December.

Hillary said she handed over all work-related emails to State, but if you believe that, you might think that dark cloud above you is a gaggle of chickens coming home to roost.

The Daily Caller interviewed an IT pro who explained that mail exchange records (MX records) for Hillary's email domain, clintonemail.com, indicate that emails entering her server first entered via MxLogic, a spam management and compliance company now owned by McAfee. It's unclear if her outbound email also went through MxLogic, but it's a good bet that it did.

An apparent IT expert interviewed by TheDC, and whose last name is Walker (first name not given) said, "I'd bet to some extent that [Clinton's] emails are sitting in an MxLogic data center either on the server used to service her domain, or within their elaborate backup system. Even if she somehow wiped the data from MxLogic through their interfaces, it probably still exists somewhere within their organization."

Walker admits the company might not have the actual contents of the emails, "but they do have logs of all of the transactions that took place." He was also surprised that Hillary's server configuration was pointing to MxLogic's servers, not her own.

"If I'm in the business of hiding email servers from governments I think I would point my MX record directly to my mail server and handle my anti-spam problem on my own server, and not through a third-party company," Walker said.

Another IT expert (who wishes to remain anonymous due to the Clinton's history of causing others to mysteriously commit suicide) has been looking into the Clinton email scandal and says he has no doubt that McAfee "has log files of all the email traffic that passed through their firewall to or from clintonemail.com."

This same expert believes that a congressional committee investigating the Clinton's server setup "should require McAfee to describe in detail the disposition of transaction logs kept by their servers covering email transfers to and from clintonemail.com." And if they destroyed the logs, they need to ask McAfee why and when.

Unlike some Americans, I have no doubts about Hillary Clinton.

Some people think she's God's gift to womankind; I see her as God's "Punk'd" to women. She pays them less and in countries that oppress women, she takes bribes from their leaders as a "donation" to her foundation.

Some people think Hillary is as truthful as Mother Theresa. I see her as truthful as her husband, Bill, when he said, "I did not have sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky."

Some people see Hillary as a strong, competent leader. Those people have Hillary confused with Carly Fiorina, Condoleezza Rice, Sarah Palin, and Michele Bachmann.

Hillary Clinton is a fraud. She was impotent as Secretary of State but the liberal media never challenged her on those supposed accomplishments.

Somehow the liberal public is convinced that she has a date with destiny to be our next president. I hope her date with destiny is in a federal prison if she is found guilty of the charges regarding national security. It is unacceptable for there to be two rules  of law: one for the public and another for high-ranking politicians.

We have become a nation cleaved in the middle by this administration, led by a man who promised to bring us together, to end racism and poverty, to part the ocean. He hawked "Hope and Change."

Now intelligent Americans are hoping to change what Obama has brought to us and what Hillary Clinton would carry on if somehow she becomes our next president.

But some liberals vote based on the demographics of the liberal candidate, not with logic and facts. They want the first black president to be followed by the first female president, but they don't have a problem with schools like Washington University to ban words like 'female.'

As things stand now, Clinton's emails may be recovered by the FBI and handed over to the Benghazi committee and scrutinized to find if any classified information was sent or received on her server.

Whether or not the FBI finds she lied about the emails she sent or received, there should be no mistaking the fact that Hillary Clinton is not fit to be president.

But since when has that fact gotten in the way of liberal voters?

NJ Mayor Says Sanctuary Policies Need a Tune-Up After Baby Killed in Crash
