BREAKING: Democratic staffer nabbed trying to smuggle ammo into Cannon House Office Building

Very interesting. A congressional staffer who works for Rep. Joe Morelle (D-NY) was caught by the U.S. Capitol Police Monday morning as he was attempting to smuggle ammunition into the Cannon House Office Building.

Morelle (D) currently serves on the House Appropriations Committee and is the Ranking Member of the Committee on House Administration.

The USCP said in a statement:

At approximately 8:45 a.m., a House staffer entered the Cannon House Office Building and put his bag through screening. USCP officers noticed what appeared to be ammunition on the x-ray screen. After a hand search of the bag, officers found four ammunition magazines and eleven rounds of ammunition. The staffer told the officers that he forgot the ammunition was in the bag. 38-year-old Michael Hopkins (D) was arrested, and he is facing charges for unlawful possession of ammunition, including one charge for possession of a high-capacity magazine.”

It's likely he "forgot" he had ammunition in his bag and that high capacity magazines are against the law because the Democratic Party pushed this issue over and over until it passed as law. After all, don't most people put ammo at the bottom of their gym bag and pay no mind to the weight of four magazines and rounds bumping around?

At this time, it isn't known if Hopkins (D) is licensed to carry a firearm in D.C., what with their highly strict conditions. And if he's licensed to carry, is he allowed to possess ammunition outside his home or place of business?

Anyway, according to a D.C. criminal defense attorney:

When a person’s firearm is registered, they can keep ammunition for that firearm at their home or place of business. However, if they are found to be in possession of that ammunition outside of their home or place of business and they do not have the proper licensing to do that, they can be still charged with the crime. A separate license is required to carry the firearm and ammunition for that firearm outside of someone’s home or place of business.

Rep. Morelle's (D) office said in a statement on Monday:

This morning, our office was informed that a member of our staff was arrested by Capitol Police. We are currently gathering more information regarding the circumstances of the arrest. Our office is fully committed to cooperating with the investigation. As Ranking Member of the Committee on House Administration, Congressman Morelle is devoted to ensuring a safe and secure workplace for all.

According to his House bio, Morelle (D) is a member of the Gun Violence Task Force, and that is not a joke. He's also a member of the "Wine Caucus" and should be aware of the dangers of mixing alcohol and firearms.

On his Issues page, Morelle (D) bragged about his tough stance on firearms and insisted, "I’ve spent my entire career fighting for gun reform and it’s one of my top priorities in Congress. Together we have made progress, but there is still so much work to do to keep families safe."

If somehow Hopkins (D) or Morelle (D) get in any legal trouble over this, rest assured that President Biden (D) will pardon them.

Oh, by the way, did I mention that Hopkins is a Democrat?

Former FBI agent charged over Jan. 6 Capitol Hill 'riot'

The Department of Justice [often thought of as an oxymoron] charged a former FBI agent Wednesday for his part in the Jan. 6 Capitol Hill so called riot. In his case however, he actually did allegedly threaten police upon unlawful entry into the building, according to court documents.

Jared Wise, 50, had worked for the bureau from 2004 to 2017. He was arrested on Monday for allegedly entering the Capitol after a mob breached the federal building where members of Congress were counting Electoral College votes to certify the 2020 presidential election.

Court documents depict Wise entering the Capitol at around 2:23 p.m. through the Senate wing door and upon getting inside the room, he “clapped his hands and raised his arms in triumph” until he continued through the crypt and past the Memorial Door, FBI testimony says. 

Wise eventually exited through a window near the Senate wing at approximately 2:32 p.m., court documents say. It was not specified if this was the same window the unarmed Ashli Babbitt was entering when she was shot and killed by Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd for no legitimate reason.

Less than two hours later, U.S. Capitol Police body-worn cameras captured footage showing Wise allegedly threatening authorities as some members of the crowd clashed with law enforcement.

“You guys are disgusting,” Wise said, according to court documents. “I’m former — I’m former law enforcement. You’re disgusting. You are the Nazi. You are the Gestapo. You can’t see it. . . . Shame on you! Shame on you! Shame on you!”

Court documents allege Wise then began turning toward the direction of officers knocked to the ground, instigating violence among the crowd.

“Yeah, f**k them! Yeah, kill ‘em!” Wise allegedly said, if you can believe it.

Attorneys for Wise have not made public comments. The defendant has not made a plea yet after his initial court appearance Monday in U.S. District Court in Oregon. He has been released pending trial which will be moved to Washington, D.C., where he is to appear on May 9th.

FBI Special Agent Jessica ["Cold As"] Stone said in court documents that authorities received an anonymous tip more than a year after the riot claiming Wise had entered the Capitol. Through a court-ordered search warrant, Stone said the bureau obtained Wise’s cell phone records from AT&T for cell towers providing service to the United States Capitol.

Wise joins a list of at least 19 active and former members of law enforcement, including an ex-Drug Enforcement Agent, a former NYPD officer, and two off-duty Virginia police officers, who face changes related to the Capitol riot, according to reports.

They are likely to all be found guilty because, after all, they're no Hunter Biden.

Dem staffer who 'doxed' GOP senators faces almost 50 years in prison

Jackson Cosko, 27, was arrested Wednesday by U.S. Capitol Police after he was nabbed sneaking into the offices of Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH) after 10 p.m. Tuesday and using an unauthorized computer and log-in. He faces up to 50 years in federal prison but if he actually gets that sentence, that would be too good to be true.

Cosko [a "Pajama Boy" lookalike] was charged with five federal offenses: making public restricted personal information, making threats in interstate commerce, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, and witness tampering.

The criminal complaint also charges him with second-degree burglary and unlawful entry--both are criminal offenses in Washington, D.C.

Cosko appeared before Magistrate Judge Deborah Robinson on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He was to be detained until a pending Tuesday hearing.

Cosko worked on a fellowship for Rep. Shiela Jackson Lee (D-TX) from August until his arrest. His fellowship was terminated and the Lee team is cooperating with the investigation.

Before working for Lee, Cosko worked for Hassan for about 17 months and prior to that, he worked for the dumbest senator in all the land, Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA).

According to an affidavit, five U.S. senators' restricted personal information was posted on Wikipedia.com by the scumcrumpet. Why the website found it acceptable to print the personal information, including home addresses and personal telephone numbers, is difficult to understand. Perhaps they thought they were WikiLeaks.

Three Wikipedia edits took place almost in parallel with the Senate hearings on Senate Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. On October 2nd, similar information was posted on the pages of two more senators.

The affidavit shows that police traced the posting to IP addresses belonging to the House wired network and then found the exact computer that was accessed with Cosko's user ID and password. Bingo.

Other edits were performed by devices using the House and Senate guest wireless networks.

According to police, the creep threatened the Hassan staffer who recognized him when he broke into the lawmaker's office Tuesday night. Cosko then allegedly sent an email to the witness titled: "I own EVERYTHING" and wrote, "If you tell anyone I will leak it all. Emails signal conversations gmails. Senators children's health information and socials" [likely their social security numbers].

Cosko faces a maximum prison sentence for the five federal offenses of 33 years, and with the Washington offenses carrying a maximum of 15 years for second-degree burglary and 6 months for unlawful entry.

He will be back in court Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. for a detention hearing.

Capitol cops arrest 'brave' Dem. operative for attacking female Trump official

U.S. Capitol Police arrested a misogynist Democratic operative for assaulting a female Interior Department communications official. 

This came after a House budget hearing Thursday when Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke finished testifying on the department's 2019 budget proposal before the House Committee on Natural Resources.

The loathsome bully identified himself as a reporter with American Bridge. He pushed the woman to the floor and chased after Zinke, according to The Daily Caller. It was lucky for the bully that he was stopped before trying to accost Zinke, a former University of Oregon football player and Navy SEAL, as he would have likely required the service of a local hospital.

Interior officials filed a police report, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned, but it hasn't been processed. American Bridge didn't respond for comment.

Interior communications director Laura Rigas was "greatly alarmed and extremely irate that a female senior member of my DOI Communications team was physically assaulted today by a Democrat staffer from the PAC American Bridge," she told Politico.

"We are appalled to hear of the events following yesterday's hearing wheer a member of Secretary Zinke's staff was victim to an assault," committee spokesperson Katie Schoettler said.

"These actions are reprehensible and have no place in this body. We thank the U.S. Capitol Police for their quick response and professionalism," she said, "The USCP is now handling the matter."

U.S. Capitol Police took the scumcrumpet into custody. Police "arrested an adult male for simple assault against another individual outside room 1324 in the Longworth House Office Building," and officer told Politico.  "The suspect was transported to USCP Headquarters for processing."

American Bridge man in training

American Bridge is a political action committee dedicated to "holding Republicans accountable for their words and actions," states their website. They are known for having operatives follow Republican candidates on the campaign trail. 

The organization was founded in 2010 by crap weasel David Brock and has raised millions of dollars to support leftist candidates. They have been described as an "opposition research hub of the Democratic fundraising apparatus."

Socialist POS billionaire George Soros donated two million dollars to American Bridge in 2016.

Again, it's a shame the attacker didn't reach Ryan Zinke in his attack.
