Former FBI agent charged over Jan. 6 Capitol Hill 'riot'

The Department of Justice [often thought of as an oxymoron] charged a former FBI agent Wednesday for his part in the Jan. 6 Capitol Hill so called riot. In his case however, he actually did allegedly threaten police upon unlawful entry into the building, according to court documents.

Jared Wise, 50, had worked for the bureau from 2004 to 2017. He was arrested on Monday for allegedly entering the Capitol after a mob breached the federal building where members of Congress were counting Electoral College votes to certify the 2020 presidential election.

Court documents depict Wise entering the Capitol at around 2:23 p.m. through the Senate wing door and upon getting inside the room, he “clapped his hands and raised his arms in triumph” until he continued through the crypt and past the Memorial Door, FBI testimony says. 

Wise eventually exited through a window near the Senate wing at approximately 2:32 p.m., court documents say. It was not specified if this was the same window the unarmed Ashli Babbitt was entering when she was shot and killed by Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd for no legitimate reason.

Less than two hours later, U.S. Capitol Police body-worn cameras captured footage showing Wise allegedly threatening authorities as some members of the crowd clashed with law enforcement.

“You guys are disgusting,” Wise said, according to court documents. “I’m former — I’m former law enforcement. You’re disgusting. You are the Nazi. You are the Gestapo. You can’t see it. . . . Shame on you! Shame on you! Shame on you!”

Court documents allege Wise then began turning toward the direction of officers knocked to the ground, instigating violence among the crowd.

“Yeah, f**k them! Yeah, kill ‘em!” Wise allegedly said, if you can believe it.

Attorneys for Wise have not made public comments. The defendant has not made a plea yet after his initial court appearance Monday in U.S. District Court in Oregon. He has been released pending trial which will be moved to Washington, D.C., where he is to appear on May 9th.

FBI Special Agent Jessica ["Cold As"] Stone said in court documents that authorities received an anonymous tip more than a year after the riot claiming Wise had entered the Capitol. Through a court-ordered search warrant, Stone said the bureau obtained Wise’s cell phone records from AT&T for cell towers providing service to the United States Capitol.

Wise joins a list of at least 19 active and former members of law enforcement, including an ex-Drug Enforcement Agent, a former NYPD officer, and two off-duty Virginia police officers, who face changes related to the Capitol riot, according to reports.

They are likely to all be found guilty because, after all, they're no Hunter Biden.

New evidence shows feds might have instigated the Jan 6 Capitol riot : OMG!

The actions of the federal government at the January 6 Capitol Hill mostly peaceful protest [bite me, CNN] might be more than we knew. A motion filed by an attorney representing the Proud Boys, a right-wing activist group, indicates that there was a significant number of informants who infiltrated the group.

Julie Kelly of American Greatness obtained the motion stating that FBI informants were 'vastly outnumbered' by confidential human sources (CHS) and "plain-clothes operators representing other law enforcement agencies." 

It sounds like an entrapment situation to me.

The document notes that “[a]n agency called Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) seems to have played a major role in handling and running CHSs among the Proud Boys on January 6, 2021.”

What the feds didn't count on was that bodycam videos were worn by undercover Metropolitan Police officers. It shows the undercover officers cheering on and encouraging the demonstrators. The documents says,  “Bodycam videos worn on January 6 by undercover Metropolitan Police officers show the undercover officers cheering on the demonstrators, with chants of ‘Go! Go! Go!,’ ‘Stop the Steal!,’ and ‘Whose House? Our House!’”

“Undercover operatives were planted among the protesters as instigators; not just observers.”

The only thing missing was the "Hey hey, ho ho, Joey Biden's gotta go, hey hey, ho ho, . . . "

The attorney also points out that there were “at least 10 to 12 additional, previously unknown plain-clothes MPD officers among the Proud Boys on January 6.” 

This means that there were no less than 50 informants who had infiltrated the group on that day riling up the protesters.

The fact that law enforcement agencies had infiltrated the Proud Boys and other right-wing groups is not new, but this latest revelation shows how involved they actually were.

In the papers, some of which were heavily redacted, the lawyers claimed that some of the information the confidential sources had provided to the government was favorable to their efforts to defend their clients against sedition charges and was improperly withheld by prosecutors until several days ago.

In a sealed filing quoted by the defense, prosecutors argued that hundreds of pages of documents related to the F.B.I. informants were neither “suppressed” by the government nor directly relevant to the case of the Proud Boys facing sedition charges: Enrique Tarrio, the group’s former leader; Joseph Biggs; Ethan Nordean; Zachary Rehl; and Dominic Pezzola.

If the allegations made by the defense attorney are accurate, it means government agents were actively encouraging the people present at the Capitol building to engage in violence. They were goading these individuals into committing crimes, which is the type of corruption that has been rife in the Bureau since its inception.

These new revelations should help the defense of those charged by the shady government that goaded them into committing crimes. But don't count on it.

Everything is a cover-up where the government is concerned.

Chucky Schumer attacks US Constitution via Fox News: says he has right 'to tell them what to do'

When it comes to the U.S. Constitution and the law, the Left sees it as a convenient tool to be applied when it supports their ideology. However, like Nancy Pelosi at a Trump State of the Union address, the Left is quick to tear up and throws the U.S.Constitution in the garbage.

Like our alleged President Joe Biden, who believes he can do what he wants when it comes to canceling debt and other unconstitutional undertakings, Senate Majority Leader Chuck "Meganostrils" Schumer (D) thinks the First Amendment only applies to liberals, progressives and socialists [but I repeat myself] and this old freedom of speech and press thing is just a big pain in the butt.

Chuck spoke to fellow leftists on CNN and MSNBC recently and told CNN's John Berman that he believes he has the "right" to dictate to Fox as to what they can say to the public. Vladimir Putin would be proud.

“This is telling them, showing them they have hurt our democracy,” Schumer said, “in a way that no other actor other than Donald Trump has done.”

“When it’s that vital, I think we not only have a right to tell Rupert Murdoch and Fox what to do, but an obligation,” Schumer declared. Schumer then encouraged people to harass Fox and “tell them to do what Rep. Hakeem Jeffries and Schumer ask.”

Schumer also called for Fox to apologize to the American people over the perpetuation of the election fraud that Fox had pushed. He is oblivious to the hypocrisy his words are. He never called for any of the legacy news outlets to apologize for the lies surrounding Hunter Biden or the coronavirus lies we have been told. He never called for CNN and MSNBC to apologize for the stories they concocted about Donald Trump and the Russian collusion hoax. But Schumer is quick to jump on the anti-Fox bandwagon because they don't fall in lockstep with his fellow socialists.

Meganostrils then spoke to MSNBC and claimed that he was flipping off the U.S. Constitution because "our democracy was at greater risk than it's ever been."

The left always uses the 'democracy shtick when it suits them, but they attack democracy and rule of law every chance they get. Take their attack on the Supreme Court justices and how protesters illegally demonstrated outside Justice Kavanaugh's and Barrett-Coney's homes. Schumer was fine with that because the protest suited his agenda regarding Roe v Wade. But when it comes to protests at abortion mills [I cannot in good conscience call them clinics], pro-life people get arrested.

The January 6th Capitol Hill protests saw Trump supporters thrown in prison for abnormally long times before their cases were heard, but the rioters that burned down small businesses over the George Floyd killing got away with it, for the most part. 

The fact that Schumer threatened to "take steps" against Fox News should tell us all, like them or not, they have the right to report as much as CNN, MSNBC and the other leftist media. And if the left hates Fox, they have to be doing something right.

“We’ll have to see what else we can do,” Schumer said ominously, threatening Fox.

It's time for all Americans to wake up to the real threats to our democracy and freedoms.

Kamala Hahaharris compares Jan. 6 to bombing of Pearl Harbor and 9/11

There is no other way to say it so here goes: our Vice President, Kamala Harris, is an idiot. 

She is an idiot because anyone who believes the American people could be convinced that the event that took place last January 6th at the U.S. Capitol was comparable to the bombing of Pearl Harbor, which dragged us into the Second World War, and September 11, 2001, when thousands of people were killed as Islamic jihadis flew planes into the World Trade Center buildings, the Pentagon, and attempted to fly one into the White House but was thwarted, must be dumber than those she's trying to convince.

Harris marked the Jan. 6 anniversary of the Capitol riot with those comparisons. In effect, this our idiot VP has minimized actual tragedies with a bunch of people who were dissatisfied with the 2020 election procedures, and were protesting what they believe was a fraudulent result. Some of the rioters were armed, some engaged with the police, but most were too busy taking photos of the scene, talking on their phones, or simply walking around and checking things out. While Pearl Harbor and 9/11 were horrific events with horrible consequences, Jan. 6 was only a horrible consequence for a young lady named Ashli Babbitt.

Babbitt was unarmed and entering the Capitol building through a window when a Capital Police Officer shot and killed her for no other apparent reason. Babbitt was a military veteran, married, and may have been wrong to do what she did, but killing her was senseless and totally unjustified. In spite of that, the cop who shot her, Michael Byrd, was fully exonerated. 

Meanwhile, scores of people who participated at the Capitol that day are in jail with no formal charges leveled against them, and no bail offered. They are political prisoners, plain and simple and this should worry all Americans, left and right.

But here was Harris calling for legislation to "protect democracy." Speaking through her nostrils she said that,  “Certain dates echo throughout history, including dates that instantly remind all who have lived through them where they were, and what they were doing, when our democracy came under assault.”

“Dates that occupy not only a place on our calendars, but a place in our collective memory. December 7th, 1941, September 11th, 2001, and January 6th, 2021,” she bulls***ted. Then she warned us how fragile American democracy is.

“On Jan. 6, we all saw what our nation would look like if the forces who seek to dismantle our democracy are successful. The lawlessness. The violence. The chaos,” Harris said from the Capitol building. “What was at stake then, and now, is the right to have our future decided the way the Constitution prescribes it: By we, the people.”

She was able to keep a serious face and did not laugh even once over the irony of her words.

The lawlessness? The left wants to defund the police, impose bail reform that would have violent offenders back out on the street in a revolving door policy, and make armed crimes misdemeanors. 

“The violent assault that took place here, the very fact of how close we came to an election overturned, that reflects the fragility of democracy,” Harris honked.

And if you want an election overturned and have the will of the people destroyed, do what the Democrats are asking for: eliminate voter ID [because minorities and people of color are incapable of getting IDs] and get rid of mail-in voting. 

How many Democrats would be willing to put a thousand dollars in an envelope, address it to themselves, and put it in their local mailbox? The problem with that is no different than mail-in voting.

Harris was quickly blasted on social media.

Washington Examiner’s Jerry Dunleavy explained that Harris’s comparison was “obviously” baseless and he tweeted:

The Capitol riot was bad, political violence is wrong, & people are being prosecuted for it. It wasn’t comparable to Pearl Harbor (2,403 sailors, soldiers, & civilians killed by the Japanese Empire) nor comparable to 9/11 (2,977 Americans & others killed by Al-Qaeda). Obviously.

Harris asserted that in order to protect the will of the people, and the right to vote in America, Congress should pass voting rights bills before the Senate. Prior to her bloviating, Senate Majority Leader Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer (D-NY) threatened to change Senate rules if Republicans didn't vote the way he wanted them to, which was to favor that Democratic-favoring legislation.

I would go out on a limb and say that January 6, 2020 was as bad as Watergate, but probably not worse. Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, on the other hand, are both worse than Watergate.
