NYC DA Alvin Bragg lets ex-con walk, allegedly kills another man

A former felon cut loose from the slammer less than a year ago has been charged with the murder of another man in a New York City apartment. Then he chopped up the man and left his head in a freezer, Hamas-style.

Sheldon Johnson, 48, isn't just an alleged killer and a felon, he's also a prominent criminal justice reform advocate, suggesting that people who go to prison want nice accoutrements just like the everybody else. He was interviewed by Joe Rogan last month and he works with the Queens Defenders legal group.

Johnson is now being accused of shooting his 44-year-old nemesis Collin Small in his Small Bronx apartment last Tuesday. Cops arrived at the Small apartment at around 10 p.m. and initially only found Small's torso sans head.

There were two disembodied feet under the torso in a plastic bin at the scene, according to Fox 5 New York. In Johnson's apartment in Harlem, police said they found Small's head, legs and one arm stuffed into a freezer. It was like a Silence of the Lambs moment for the cops.

New York Department of Corrections records show Johnson and Small both served prison time.

Neighbors overheard a man begging for mercy shortly before two gunshots rattled the apartment building, where Johnson was allegedly seen coming and going multiple times in different disguises after the murder, according to the New York Post.

"Please don't," a man begged, according to the paper. "I have a family."

The suspected killer has been busy since getting out of prison last year, working as an advocate with the Queens Defenders, one of several public defenders groups that begged for hundreds of millions of dollars in increased funding last year, according to the Daily News, "New York's picture newspaper" for people who can't read.

The group also touted a City University of New York School of Law professor, Steven Zeidman, last month for his work getting clemency for Johnson.

On his Instagram, Johnson shared a photograph of himself smiling and shaking the hand of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. 

Bragg's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment mainly due to their frenetic effort to keep former President Trump from being able to run for a second presidential term. 

On the Rogan podcast, Johnson said he was released from prison on May 4 after serving 25 years and 5 months for multiple armed robberies. 

Although he claimed to have risen to the top of the inmate hierarchy, he lied and said he reformed himself in prison. After getting out, he said he went on an airplane for the first time, and he had an epiphany.

"I had this analogy in my head when I was up in the clouds, and I'm looking down, and I said to myself, I said, I just came from the bowels of hell, spending 25 years in prison, and now I'm in the sky above the clouds in heaven."

Then he allegedly killed Small.

He is being held without bail in a New York City jail on a second-degree murder charge.

His next court date is March 11.

Queens Defenders obviously had nothing to say on the matter.

NYC: murder charge dropped against bodega worker after Manhattan DA gets scrutinized

Manhattan District Attorney and Soros shill, Alvin Bragg had his office drop the charge of murder against Jose Alba, a bodega [as opposed to a bogadah worker à la Jill Biden] mainly due to the fact that Alba killed the attacker in self-defense and the video proves this.

The charges were dropped Tuesday before Bragg knew that he would be dropped from his position by a vote to impeach. Bragg tends to take the side of the attacker, not the victim and people are getting fed up with this nonsense. 

Bragg's office faced harsh criticism for bringing the murder charge in the first place, and sending Alba to Rikers Island prison, where expert craftsmen can make a shiv out of an ice pop and make you wish you identified as female. It was obvious from the store footage that Alba was justified in protecting himself.

Jennifer Sigall, assistant district attorney under Bragg, issued a motion Tuesday morning to dismiss the second-degree murder charge against Alba and provided a copy to his attorney, Michelle Villasenor-Grant, who apparently enjoys an occasional breakfast taco, according to Jill Biden.

Fox News confirmed that a judge dismissed the charge against Alba by Tuesday afternoon. Now all New York City needs to do is dismiss Bragg.

"Following an investigation, the People have determined that we cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was not justified in his use of deadly physical force. As such, the People will not be presenting the case to a Grand Jury and for the reasons provided in the attached memorandum, hereby move to dismiss the complaint," Bragg's office wrote in court documents obtained by Fox News and a copy stuffed down the shorts of Brain Flushing's Tilio Cachevitz to be microwaved and perused by this writer.

Alba stabbed Austin Simon several times behind the counter in the Blue Moon convenience store at 3422 Broadway in Manhattan at approximately 11:00 p.m. on July 1, [Canada Day, coincidentally] according to court documents.

The district attorney’s office admitted Tuesday that the "death stemmed from a physical confrontation that Simon started because he believed that Alba had harshly treated the ten-year-old daughter of Simon's girlfriend."

See, the girlfriend came into the store with an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Card, what used to be known as Food Stamps but since went high tech. She tried to purchase a bag of chips but the card had no balance on it and Alba took the bag of chips from the child because the girlfriend refused to pay for it with money.

The girlfriend shouted expletives at Alba and said her boyfriend would be back to "f**k you up."

Alba, being from the Dominican Republic may have thought that this would be a good thing, but no, Simon, the boyfriend of the foul-mouthed mom, came to the store to do harm to Mr. Alba.

Simon, 35, came behind the counter, shoved Alba, 61, against a wall of shelving, grabbed him by his collar to lift him out of the chair, like in the movies, and force him out of the employees-only area, prosecutors said. Simon wanted Alba to apologize to the girl and her thieving mother, and then go outside and fight him. The odds were on Simon's side based on size and age alone--Simon is 6 feet tall while Alba is 5 feet, 7 inches short.

"I don't want a problem, papa," Alba is heard on an audio recording telling Simon.

But Simon, being simple, kept his hold on Alba's collar, forcibly pushed him out of the area when Alba grabbed a knife from a shelf behind the counter and stabbed the crap out of the younger man in a life-and-death struggle in which Alba beat all the odds, as it turns out that Simon had a box cutter stuck in his shorts but did not use it in the assault. He must have believed he had the upper hand right up to the point when Alba stabbed him six times.

Simon was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The medical examiner said he suffered six sharp force injuries, including one stab wound to the left side of his neck that injured the internal jugular vein.

It should be noted that Simon's girlfriend also took part in the attack on Alba.

Simon was reportedly out on parole for assaulting a police officer at the time of the deadly incident. 

He will be missed by BLM and the Democratic Party one might imagine.

In the name of diversity, Dems nominate "convicted killer: a gutsy, historical move

Convicted killer is killing it with the Democrats

Eddie Gibbs don't take no guff from no man and he ain't going to take any guff from no Republican, be it a man or shorty. And the fact that he was convicted for manslaughter back in the day, ain't no bad thing, it's an attractive thing for the left.

Gibbs is running for the 68th District Assembly seat on January 18, and being he's on the left, his victory is almost a shoo-in. According to Patch, Gibbs [aka Fast Eddie; aka Shredder; aka Yo] secured the Democratic nomination on Saturday for the seat currently being held by Robert Rodriguez [aka RoRo]. who had received 89% of the vote in 202. The seat is now open because RoRo has been appointed secretary of state.

Fast Eddie, 54, was convicted of manslaughter in 1988 after pleading guilty to killing Otis Frasier [aka Elevator Man] at Manhattan's Johnson Houses on Lexington Avenue, as reported by the Daily News. He served five and a half years in the slammer.

In February 2020, a 44-year-old suspected drug dealer, Richard Robayo, was shot and killed in the same NY City Housing Authority building. Sounds like a lively place to dwell.

Prior to his manslaughter conviction, Fast Eddie was convicted for selling crack cocaine in the 1980s and was involved in a 1977 domestic violence case. "She jus' wouldn't shuddup, so she made me do it."

Regarding the killing, “I was defending myself in an altercation, and unfortunately, someone died,” Gibbs said, sounding like Ilhan Omar describing the 911 attack as "some people did something." 

Gibbs said that he shot Frasier after being stabbed in the leg. Why did he even have a firearm with a criminal record?

In New York state, ex-convicts and any idiot can run for office. In 2002, Gibbs was given a “certificate of good conduct” to remove most job barriers, although he still cannot own a gun, which is probably a good thing.

MSNBC claims there was no violence in Al Sharptongue's history: say what?

Like the mostly peaceful protests of Kenosha, Wisconsin last year, the Mostly Seditious Neanderthal-Baiting Communist network (MSNBC) is trying to pass off one of their racist hosts as a guy with a non-violent history. That guy, of course, is the not very Rev. Al Sharpton [aka Al Sharptongue]. 

Here's a quick word association test: when you think of race riots, violence, burning, looting, and White people all being described as White supremacists, what man comes to mind, not including Jessie Jackson?

But MSNBC doesn't want you to believe big Al has a history surrounded with violence and peppered with lies, crime and hateful behavior. The idiots at the network actually praised Sharptongue for holding "peaceful" demonstrations, devoid of "violence" or "bloodshed" and for maintaining a "great" relationship with the NYPD.

They want you to believe this racist piece of garbage shoots rainbows from his butt and loves him some White folk.

 

Joe Scarborough complimented Sharpton, who was a panelist on Friday’s episode of “Morning Joe,” which, with the ratings circling the bowl, will soon be called "Mourning Joe."

Joe highlighted Walter (Hawk) Newsome's comments. Newsome, who lives with his mother and has never contributed anything positive to society, is the leader of the Marxist group Black Lives Matter of Greater New York. He warned the New York City Mayor-elect Eric Adams against reactivating a plainclothes police unit to crack down on gun violence.

“If they think they are going back to the old ways of policing then we’re going to take to the streets again,” Walter Newsome threatened. “There will be riots. There will be fire, and there will be bloodshed.”

“You know, Rev, obviously people can disagree,” said Scarborough, who had good things to say about Adams. He then told Sharptongue, his race hustler guest, that Newsome's approach is 

But, the host told Sharptongue that Newsome’s approach is “obviously not the way to do things and not the way you do things.” Of course Scarborough is lying because if there's one thing Sharptongue is known for is the violence that follows in his wake.

Sharptongue played a key role in the anti-Semitic 1991 Crown Heights riots which was described by one historian as “the most serious anti-Semitic incident in American history.” A Black Studies "professor" Leonard Jeffries claimed that “rich Jews” ran the transatlantic slave trade, and “Russian Jewry … and their financial partners, the Mafia, put together a system of destruction of black people.” 

When asked about Jeffries' comments, Sharpton came to his aid. “If the Jews want to get it on, tell them to pin their yarmulkes back and come over to my house,” Sharptongue offensively said, but failed to provide his address.

On August 19, 1991, a car in the detail of the late Rabbi Menachem Schneerson accidentally struck two young Black children. Gavin Cato, 7, was killed and as the neighborhood was busy rioting, many in the crowd yelled, "Kill the Jew!" The group of rioters surrounded an Australian rabbinical student named Yankel Rosenbaum and stabbed him four times and fractured his skull. 

He died in the hospital due to the staff missing one of his wounds, or better known as medical malpractice.

The following day, Sharptongue ignored then-Mayor David Dinkins (D) who asked for calm. Instead, the race hustler stirred up a crowd and marched through the streets of Crown Heights chanting, "No justice, no peace."

At young Cato's funeral sermon, the fat anti-Semite denounced Jewish "diamond merchants." Then he said:  “The Bible says that a man sows, that shall he also reap. Well, who sowed violence?” 

What followed that night was anti-Semitic violence as Jews were pelted with stones, dragged from vehicles and beaten. One mother was hit by a rock thrown through her window. She called 911 six times as rioters tried to beat down her door. The cops never came.

The NYPD were told to hold the line as they stood by as hundreds of rioters threw things in anger. Soon the cops were told to retreat and about 200 cops turned away from the rioting and ran away.

Ten cops, including Police Chief Lee Brown, were wounded in melee along with ten civilians. A bottle was thrown at Dinkins [who is Black] and that may have sparked the orders to finally begin enforcing the law.

Overall, 43 law enforcement officers and 152 civilians had experienced violence or bloodshed.

Then in 1995, the United House of Prayer, a Black Pentecostal Church, which owned a rental property in Harlem on 125th Street, asked Fred Harari, a Jewish tenant who ran Freddie's Fashion Mart, to evict his longtime subtenant, a Black-owned record shop called The Record Shack.

"Go ahead, pull my finger"

Never one to let the opportunity to riot go by, Sharptongue led a protest against the planned eviction of which the church gave the task to Harari. 

The rotund anti-Semite told the protesters, "We will not stand by and allow them to move this brother so that some white interloper can expand his business."

Then on December 8, 1995, Roland J. Smith Jr., one of the protesters, entered Freddie's Fashion Mart with a gun and flammable liquid, shot several customers and set the store on fire. Then Smith turned the gun on himself. Seven store employees died of smoke inhalation.

Fire Department officials discovered that the store's sprinkler had been shut down, in violation of the local fire code. 

Sharpton claimed that Smith was actually an open critic of himself and his nonviolent tactics, which he often claims to absolve himself of the violence that seems to follow him like bad body odor.

In 2002, Sharpton expressed regret for making the racial remark "white interloper" but denied responsibility for inflaming or provoking the violence. And at least he didn't say, "Jew interloper."

And because Sharptongue (like Joy Reid) is on the left, he has been excused from being canceled for his anti-gay rhetoric.

On February 13, 1994, Sharptongue told a student audience at Kean University [go Aardvarks!] in New Jersey: "White folks was in the caves while we was [sic] building empires," he falsely claimed. "We built pyramids before Donald Trump even knew what architecture was. We taught philosophy and astrology [sic] and mathematics before Socrates and them Greek homos ever got around to it." 

By 'homos' Sharptongue was referring to homosexuals in case you're a speed reader and missed it.

He stood by his homophobic comments by claiming the term "homo" was not homophobic; but he was quick to add that he no longer uses that term [because it's homophobic by the left's definition].

Then the America-hater said,  "Do some cracker come and tell you, 'Well my mother and father blood go back to the Mayflower,' you better hold your pocket. That ain't nothing to be proud of, that means their forefathers was crooks."

On one occasion in 1992, he ridiculed moderate black politicians close to the Democratic Party as "cocktail sip Negroes" or "yellow niggers". 

He such a nice Rev.

Following the "not guilty" verdict of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin that was ruled self defense, Sharptongue called the verdict an "atrocity" and "a slap in the face to those that believe in justice."

So, Sharptongue and his money making organization, National Action Network, held rallies in several cities denouncing the verdict and called for "Justice for Trayvon".

Despite his race baiting history, Scarborough told Sharpton, “I’d love your comments about [Hawk Newsome’s] outrageous statements.”

Scarborough went to kiss Rev. Sharptongue on the lips to which the man of the cloth snapped, "Keep your white lips to yourself, cracker."

Cowardly anti-Asian attacker caught by police

A New York City black man was arrested for allegedly attacking a 61-year-old Chinese man, pushing him to the ground and kicking him in the head. The cowardly attack took place on Friday night in Harlem and it left Yao Pan Ma in a coma.

Jarrod Powell, a 49-year-old scumbag was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with two counts of felony assault.

Ma was collecting cans in East Harlem when Powell allegedly pushed him to the ground and kicked him in the head. As of Tuesday, Ma is still in a coma and Powell still sucks as a human being.

Video of the incident shows the coward stomping and kicking Ma in the head at least six times while he was on the ground.

The incident is being investigated by the NYPD's Hate Crimes Task Force, but it is unclear if Ma was targeted because of his race or whether Powell will face a hate crime charge. Anti-Asian attacks have become common of late and the significant majority of those doing the attacking have been black men.

Ma’s wife said that her husband was just collecting deposit bottles and cans to help pay the rent and bills for his family.

"He is innocent. He did not do anything wrong," she said, according to a GoFundMe that has raised more than $400,000 for Ma's family, "He is a very kind person. He is quiet. He doesn’t cause trouble."

Powell claimed, while being taken into Manhattan criminal court Tuesday, that he attacked Ma because he was maced.

"I was maced. I was maced and attacked," Powell claimed, according to the New York Post. "Him and a couple of other Asians maced me — robbed me." 

Yeah, a 61-year-old man and his Asian can collecting cohorts maced him and took his money. Too bad it wasn't captured on video. 

In a different incident, a 38-year-old parolee previously convicted for murdering his mother was also arrested last month for allegedly pushing a Filipino American woman to the ground and stomping on her near Times Square. Yet another coward who tends to go after women, including his own mother.

A California State University, San Bernardino study found that while hate crimes overall declined 7% last year, Asian American hate crimes skyrocketed 149%!

Ma's 20-year-old-niece told the New York Post that the surge in crime and the attack on her uncle makes her afraid to venture out in the night.

"I’m scared and paranoid. I don’t feel safe," she said. "I’m afraid to walk on the streets when it’s dark. I go home before it gets dark. There are so many of these incidents happening. Now it’s close to home … It is so wrong that this happens and it’s not just one time."

The Senate overwhelmingly passed a bill 94-1 last Thursday that would ramp up law enforcement's ability to protect Asian Americans against hate crimes. The House is expected to take up similar legislation in the coming weeks.

Now all that's left to do is for Harvard University to stop discriminating against Asian Americans in their admission policy. 

And let's pray for Ma's recovery.

Harlem Shake tells leftist prof 'Get your burgers somewhere else'

Here's an interesting concept: white people can be racist regarding white people. In fact, any racial group can be racist, be it against other racial groups, or their own.

A white Rutgers University professor was called out for his racist rant about white people by the owners of the Harlem Shake Restaurant, in Harlem, New York.

James Livingston a liberal professor of history posted an anti-white racist rant on his Facebook page on May 31 because he became angry over the behavior of white children at the Harlem Shake restaurant where he frequents, saying that he wanted to "resign" from being white. Unless you're like Rachel Dolezal, you can't actually resign from your biologically assigned race, but that's another story.

"OK, officially, I now hate white people," Livingston posted. He removed the Facebook post but it was captured in a screen shot by The Daily Caller. "I am a white people (sic), for God's sake, but can we keep them--us--us out of my neighborhood?"

The owners of Harlem Shake told the racist idiot that in no uncertain terms is racism welcome in their establishment--including white people who cannot stand white people.

"Slide around the floor, you little s**thead, sing loudly, you moron. Do what you want, nobody here is gonna restrict your right to be white," he said. [How is that even possible?]

"I hereby resign from my race. F**k these people. Yeah, I know it's about access to my dinner. F**k you, too."

The owners of Harlem Shake certainly didn't want their establishment associated with a racist rant and issued a statement to The Blaze addressing Livingston directly, and advising him to "get your burgers somewhere else."

Partners Jelena Pasic and Dardra Coaxum wrote: "For five years and counting, we built our business on a prerogative [of] cherishing diversity within our ownership, staff and customers in our beloved Harlem COMMUNITY.

"We refuse to be sucked into your racist rants, so if you wish to name drop, please use names of those with similar views.

"We ask that our name is removed from your rant because we do not want to have anything to do with you. And yeah, we ask that you get your burgers somewhere else. We do not tolerate 'racism' either. We thrive on equality and fairness and have full intentions to keep it that way!"

Separately in Instagram the two women made their point separately and clear: "We proudly have diverse ownership, staff and most importantly, customers!"

Livingston is a radical leftist and loves big government. He wrote an op-ed for the failing New York Times in 2011 about how little private investment matters to economic growth. It's obvious he should stick to teaching history or something that requires rote memory rather than deeper thinking.

According to Fox News, Livingston is currently under investigation by the Rutgers-New Brunswick campus for violations of university policy against discrimination and harassment in connection with this case.

"There is no place for racial intolerance at Rutgers," spokesperson Dory Devlin told Fox News.
