Daniel Penny may sue Alvin Bragg for malicious prosecution

Now that Daniel Penny has been acquitted of criminally negligent homicide in the death of homeless "subway rider" Jordan Neely, many people have suggested that Penny should sue his prosecutors. It appears that might actually happen.

Just days after his acquittal for the chokehold death of Jordan Neely, Daniel Penny's lawyers are considering filing a malicious prosecution lawsuit against Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Bragg had managed to get an indictment against Penny shortly after the police released him, but he couldn't convince the jury that Penny had committed a crime.

"It was clear that there was a fear that if an arrest wasn't made – and made very quickly – that there might be rioting in the streets, and that that may ultimately look very bad for District Attorney Alvin Bragg," said attorney Steven Raiser. "And if that in fact happened, that could affect his re-election."

Raiser also mentioned that the lawsuit might not only target Bragg but could also include Dr. Jason Graham, New York City's chief medical examiner. Graham had concluded that Neely's death was a homicide by strangulation before the toxicology results were available.

Alvin Bragg is one of the most corrupt lawyers, on par with Letitia James, both of whom have used lawfare against president-elect Donald Trump, and now with Bragg maliciously going after a white man because of the racial differences between Penny and Neely.

Bragg's case against Penny was a travesty and a politically motivated witch-hunt and hopefully Penny will take Bragg to the proverbial cleaners.

Two armed robbers shot by target

San Antonio, TEXAS -- The San Antonio Police Department is investigating a shooting in which two men were rushed to the hospital at about 3:50 a.m. Sunday morning from the 200 block of Ranch Valley.

When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a 23-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his head. Emergency Medical Services transported him to the hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, according to the San Antonio Police Department. During the investigation, authorities learned that another man had also been taken to the hospital, this one with a gunshot wound to his hip, which was linked to the same incident, SAPD reported.

Per San Antonio police, the two men taken to the hospital were the aggressors, while the person who shot them was the target of an attempted robbery and acting in self-defense.

Police have not disclosed many additional details about the defensive gun use, only confirming that the two men who targeted the 34-year-old armed citizen were also armed. The victim is not currently facing any charges for his actions, and based on what we know, nor should he.

There were other self-defense incidents this weekend but you get the picture: people have the right to defend themselves and their property and the Second Amendment is as important as the First Amendment and the U.S. Constitution overall.

Sgt. Perry's Attorneys file motion for new trial

The attorney for Sgt. Daniel Perry filed a motion Tuesday seeking a new trial. Perry was convicted of murdering Garrett Foster, a far-left protester, who pointed an AK-47 at him in a menacing manner causing the Army Sergeant to respond in kind with his own weapon and killing him.

Attorney Clinton Broden's motion said that a new trial was needed because DA Jose Garza, prevented exculpatory evidence from being presented to the jury. Garza's campaign was funded by billionaire leftist mega-donor George Soros who backs Democrats that will follow his theme of allowing justice to be turned on its head. Criminals often walk free and victims pay the price with the miscarriage of justice as it appears to have happened in this case.

The shooting incident happened on July 25, 2020 in what Broden contends was self-defense. Although Perry was convicted on a murder charge, he was acquitted on an aggravated assault charge.

When the shooting was first investigated Perry was not charged with any crimes, but months later, in 2021, Garza became DA and prosecuted him.

David Fugitt [his real name] was the lead detective in the case and said in an affidavit that DA Garza acted with "criminal behavior" in the case.

“I had several conversations with the District Attorney’s Office regarding the presentation of exculpatory evidence related to Daniel Perry,” Fugitt said. “It became clear to me that the District Attorney’s Office did not want to present evidence to the grand jury that would be exculpatory to Daniel Perry.”

“On more than one occasion I was directed by the Travis County Attorney’s Office to remove exculpatory information that I had intended to present to the grand jury during my testimony,” he said. “Of my original 158 slide powerpoint presentation, the presentation was reduced to 56 slides with almost all of the exculpatory evidence ordered removed. I felt like I did not have any other options but to comply with their orders.”

Fugitt said that Garza’s directive to forbid exculpatory evidence from being shown during the case “is when the conduct of the District Attorney’s Office [went] from highly unethical behavior to criminal behavior.”

Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) signaled over the weekend that he was working to get Perry a pardon. The one question remaining is why isn't Abbott working on getting Garza criminally indicted, or at least removed from office?

“Texas has one of the strongest ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws of self-defense that cannot be nullified by a jury or a progressive District Attorney,” Abbott said in a statement. “Unlike the President or some other states, the Texas Constitution limits the Governor’s pardon authority to only act on a recommendation by the Board of Pardons and Paroles.”

“Texas law DOES allow the Governor to request the Board of Pardons and Paroles to determine if a person should be granted a pardon,” Abbott continued. “I have made that request and instructed the Board to expedite its review. I look forward to approving the Board’s pardon recommendation as soon as it hits my desk. Additionally, I have already prioritized reining in rogue District Attorneys, and the Texas Legislature is working on laws to achieve that goal.”

Abbott's decision to go after "rogue District Attorneys" follows in the footsteps of Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) who sent law enforcement officials to remove a Soros puppet from power in the state, making it the first time this had been done to a Soros prosecutor by a governor.

Texas Gov. Abbott working to 'swiftly' pardon Sergeant convicted of murder in BLM riot

Well, the pressure from the people actually worked and Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) said on Saturday that he intends to pardon Army Sergeant Daniel Perry who was convicted of murder for shooting a Black Lives Matter rioter during an anti-police demonstration in 2020.

It was obvious that the shooting was done in self-defense, but Soros-backed District Attorneys don't believe self defense is an excuse.

"I am working as swiftly as Texas law allows regarding the pardon of Sgt. Perry," the Texas Republican tweeted Saturday along with a statement on how his office will go about a pardon. The pardon in his state must be recommended by the Board of Pardons and Paroles, so there's the one hurdle that could cause a problem.

"I have made that request and instructed the board to expedite its review," Abbott said.

The governor said he looks forward to signing the pardon as soon as it reaches his desk.

Sgt. Perry was convicted of murder on Friday for shooting a BLM rioter who was holding an AK-47 and pointed it towards him in a threatening manner. The Austin Police Department concluded in their investigation that Perry acted in self-defense.

Perry was stationed at Fort Hood at the time of the shooting. He was driving for Uber to make extra money in downtown Austin on the night of July 25, 2020, when he encountered a large crowd of protesters. They were illegally blocking city streets that night, according to police, as protesters in Austin and elsewhere had done during the weeks of rioting.

One of these protesters, Garrett Foster, 28, was brandishing an AK-47. Perry's lawyers said that the rioters surrounded his vehicle and began pounding on it and during the incident, Foster raised his weapon and aimed it at Sgt. Perry who, in self-defense, shot Foster before he could shoot Perry.

"When Garrett Foster pointed his AK-47 at Daniel Perry, Daniel had two tenths of a second to defend himself. He chose to live," Doug O’Connell, Perry's attorney, told Fox News Digital in a statement last year.

"It may be legal in Texas to carry an assault rifle in downtown Austin. It doesn’t make it a good idea. If you point a firearm at someone, you’re responsible for everything that happens next."

Abbott explained that Texas has one of the "strongest stand your ground" laws in the country that "cannot be "nullified by a jury or a progressive District Attorney." But tell that to the leftists who hate law and order and always take the side of rioters be they BLM or Antifa.

Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza, the George Soros-backed prosecutor who never saw a patriot he couldn't prosecute was the scumcrumpet who brought the case. He was widely criticized for pursuing charges against Perry and accused of malicious prosecution. The case has no merit, but like the Kyle Rittenhouse case where self-defense saved a young man's life, the left will go after these people because of who the criminals were.

"Self-defense is a God-given right, not a crime. Unfortunately, the Soros-backed DA in Travis County cares more about the radical agenda of dangerous Antifa and BLM mobs than justice," Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a statement to Fox News Digital following the Perry verdict.

"Right now we are completely focused on preparing for Daniel’s sentencing hearing," O'Connell told Fox News Digital following Abbott's tweet.

"I visited Daniel in jail this morning. As you might expect he is devastated. He spoke to me about his fears that he will never get to hug his mother again. He’s also crushed that this conviction will end his Army service; he loves being a Soldier."

Brain Flushings will follow this case and keep you apprised of the results.

Carjacking suspect receives his karma from the car he was carjacking

Chicago -- An [alleged] incompetent carjacking suspect painfully discovered the reason why we have a Second Amendment in the U.S. Constitution. He is now in critical condition after being shot by the owner of the vehicle he attempted to steal.

Police report that about 1:30 a.m. on Monday, a man sat in his car when a carjacker [allegedly] began firing his gun at him, as WBBM-TV reported.

And then the [alleged] carjacker got the surprise of his life--possibly the last surprise of his life--when the 45-year-old owner of the vehicle began returning fire with his concealed carry licensed handgun.

The incompetent carjacker also wasn't as accurate with a gun as the man he intended to shoot because he was shot in the chest and was taken to Loyola Hospital where he is listed in critical condition.

The intended victim was not injured and the incompetent carjacker's gun was found at the scene of the incident.

Police are still investigating the incident and view it as an attempted carjacking.

Crime has been exploding in the Windy City and last year was one of the deadliest on record with 797 homicides, 3,561 shooting incidents, 300 higher than 2020 and 1,415 more than 2019. And you can't blame Trump for that.

Chip Roy schools Jerry Nadler on guns and women

Nobody will ever accuse House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry Nadler (D-NY) of being the smartest guy in the room, but if Brian Stelter and Michael Moore aren't in the room, Nadler might be accused of being the fattest.

The Democrats are desperate to push the anti-Second Amendment agenda in Congress but apparently know as much about guns and statistics as scorpions know about the Bible and algebra, as witnessed in the House debate of the Assault Weapons Ban Act of 2021.

Big Jerry, as his friends call him, proved that he didn't know anything about guns, and said the quiet part out loud: he wanted to ban guns that were in common use for personal self-defense.

Guns in common use are protected under the Supreme Court decision in Heller, but Nadler acknowledged that he wants to ban guns that violate the decision. If the left manage to pass anything, you can bet it will go to the Supreme Court and the Court will look back and see the intent was to circumvent the Heller case.

Nadler also stepped in crap during the hearings when Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) took him to task after he tried to pull "facts" out of his nether regions. He said that guns increase the risk to women during domestic violence situations.

“The presence of a gun in domestic violence situations increases the risk of homicide by women by 500%,” Big Jerry said, in a sophomoric attempt to justify why there should be no exceptions to the bill for domestic violence victims being able to protect themselves. “So, pass this amendment, and you’ll see an increase in domestic — in homicides of women by 500%.”

This lie coming from the Party that cannot define what a woman is.

Jerry Nadler: "The presence of a gun in domestic violence situations increases the risk of homicide [of] women by 500%…"@RepChipRoy: "Not if the woman holds it!" pic.twitter.com/JomihLfNrw

— Townhall.com (@townhallcom) July 21, 2022

Chip Roy responded perfectly: “I would note that the chairman just said that the existence of a firearm — I think you might have said in the household, I’m not sure — increases the likelihood of violence by 500% or something of that nature,” Roy began. “And I’d say, well, not if the woman holds it.”

Bahdahbing!

Roy just took Nadler to the toolshed and taught him what a cattle prod is used for. Roy's point, of course, shows how a gun in the hands of a woman is a great equalizer, especially for women in domestic violence situations, not to mention sexual attacks. Jerry would deny women, whatever they are, the right to self-defense. But Roy also pointed out the real point of Nadler's argument was to ban all guns as the big guy failed to limit his so-called "facts" to merely "assault weapons."

“If you’re saying firearms generally, then the next step for the chairman is to limit all firearms — which, let’s get to the heart of it, we know that that is where our colleagues wish to go,” Roy correctly stated.

If we learned one thing about Democrats, progressives and the left, we learned never to trust anything they say, especially if they promise you. Think abortion: "safe, rare and legal" became "a woman has the right to control her own body."

Yes, unless you're talking about the other life inside her and her control over whether she wants to get a Covid vaccine.

NYC: murder charge dropped against bodega worker after Manhattan DA gets scrutinized

Manhattan District Attorney and Soros shill, Alvin Bragg had his office drop the charge of murder against Jose Alba, a bodega [as opposed to a bogadah worker à la Jill Biden] mainly due to the fact that Alba killed the attacker in self-defense and the video proves this.

[H/T Fox News]

The charges were dropped Tuesday before Bragg knew that he would be dropped from his position by a vote to impeach. Bragg tends to take the side of the attacker, not the victim and people are getting fed up with this nonsense.

Bragg's office faced harsh criticism for bringing the murder charge in the first place, and sending Alba to Rikers Island prison, where expert craftsmen can make a shiv out of an ice pop and make you wish you identified as female. It was obvious from the store footage that Alba was justified in protecting himself.

Jennifer Sigall, assistant district attorney under Bragg, issued a motion Tuesday morning to dismiss the second-degree murder charge against Alba and provided a copy to his attorney, Michelle Villasenor-Grant, who apparently enjoys an occasional breakfast taco, according to Jill Biden.

Fox News confirmed that a judge dismissed the charge against Alba by Tuesday afternoon. Now all New York City needs to do is dismiss Bragg.

"Following an investigation, the People have determined that we cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was not justified in his use of deadly physical force. As such, the People will not be presenting the case to a Grand Jury and for the reasons provided in the attached memorandum, hereby move to dismiss the complaint," Bragg's office wrote in court documents obtained by Fox News and a copy stuffed down the shorts of Brain Flushing's Tilio Cachevitz to be microwaved and perused by this writer.

Alba stabbed Austin Simon several times behind the counter in the Blue Moon convenience store at 3422 Broadway in Manhattan at approximately 11:00 p.m. on July 1, [Canada Day, coincidentally] according to court documents.

Alvin Bragg--no one to brag about

The district attorney’s office admitted Tuesday that the "death stemmed from a physical confrontation that Simon started because he believed that Alba had harshly treated the ten-year-old daughter of Simon's girlfriend."

See, the girlfriend came into the store with an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Card, what used to be known as Food Stamps but since went high tech. She tried to purchase a bag of chips but the card had no balance on it and Alba took the bag of chips from the child because the girlfriend refused to pay for it with money.

The girlfriend shouted expletives at Alba and said her boyfriend would be back to "f**k you up."

Alba, being from the Dominican Republic may have thought that this would be a good thing, but no, Simon, the boyfriend of the foul-mouthed mom, came to the store to do harm to Mr. Alba.

Simon, 35, came behind the counter, shoved Alba, 61, against a wall of shelving, grabbed him by his collar to lift him out of the chair, like in the movies, and force him out of the employees-only area, prosecutors said. Simon wanted Alba to apologize to the girl and her thieving mother, and then go outside and fight him. The odds were on Simon's side based on size and age alone--Simon is 6 feet tall while Alba is 5 feet, 7 inches short.

"I don't want a problem, papa," Alba is heard on an audio recording telling Simon.

But Simon, being simple, kept his hold on Alba's collar, forcibly pushed him out of the area when Alba grabbed a knife from a shelf behind the counter and stabbed the crap out of the younger man in a life-and-death struggle in which Alba beat all the odds, as it turns out that Simon had a box cutter stuck in his shorts but did not use it in the assault. He must have believed he had the upper hand right up to the point when Alba stabbed him six times.

Simon was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The medical examiner said he suffered six sharp force injuries, including one stab wound to the left side of his neck that injured the internal jugular vein.

It should be noted that Simon's girlfriend also took part in the attack on Alba.

Simon was reportedly out on parole for assaulting a police officer at the time of the deadly incident.

He will be missed by BLM and the Democratic Party one might imagine.

If there was ever a more clear-cut case of self-defense, it might have been our nations reaction to Pearl Harbor.

Mom shoots home intruder, has him wait for cops to arrive

San Antonio, Texas -- A mother exercised her right to self-defense on April 28th when a home invader entered her house while her three children were all tucked up in their beds. As quietly as she could, she shot the bastard and sat him in a chair in her back yard as they waited for police to arrive.

The left hates stories like this because they seem to have more sympathy for the victims than the victimized, even though in this case it was the scumbag who was finally the victim of his own miscreant behavior.

The legacy media loves to report on gun violence [where the guns, not the crap weasels using them are the villains] but skip the parts where guns are used for personal protection.

As reported by the New York Post, the woman, whose name was withheld, heard the man trying to enter her house through her laundry room.

She got a gun and shot the criminal, striking him twice in the chest, which prevented him from causing violence to her and her children while also preventing him from fleeing the scene of his crime as his injuries put a damper on that idea. Fortunately, no innocent people were hurt as the children slept quietly through the night.

According to police, the invader, Roman Rodriguez, 41, expired while en route to the hospital. And while it wasn't reported whether or not Rodriguez was armed, it's irrelevant. The woman did exactly what she needed to do to protect herself and her children, and she even saved the court time and the state money. I know this sounds cold, but criminals need to learn that there may be repercussions to their criminal activities.

According to News 4 San Antonio, even though Rodriguez died, the woman will not face charges, as the castle doctrine applies and the use of force was authorized and morally justified.

Thank G_d she was carrying because the alternative might have been horrible. And screw those on the Left who would take the right of self-defense from the innocent.

Hopefully, the outcome in this sad event will be emotionally resolved for her because it's always difficult to kill another human being [although the Left has no problem when it comes to babies in the womb, and in some cases, beyond].

Mom exercises her 2nd Amendment Rights and castle domain to protect her family

San Antonio, Texas -- Police said a man entered the home of a San Antonio mother of three from the rear of the building at about 10 pm. He then attempted to break into the door leading into the main part of the house where the woman and her children were located, according to KSAT-TV

The unidentified woman who is in her 30s, heard noises that she identified as an intruder.

When the man entered, she shot him twice in the chest, according to KABB-TV. The police came and the intruder was taken to the hospital but died on the way. The network reported that the woman will not face charges under what is known as castle domain. This doctrine permits individuals to use the necessary force needed for the protection of themselves at their home or place of work.

As of this past Friday, the dead man's identity has not been released by law enforcement and the woman's identity also remains undisclosed.

Regarding the castle domain doctrine, Texas has some of the strongest self-defense and defense of property laws in the country. The right to keep and bear arms is part of our natural, immutable rights to defend ourselves and our liberty from crime and the tyranny of government.

If the left had their way across the nation, this woman and her children, might be dead.

Autopsy confirms police cam video: Patrick Lyoya shot while resisting arrest and trying to grab cop's weapon

Body Cam Footage

DETROIT -- The Associated Press reported that an independent autopsy confirms what was shown of a police body cam video: Patrick Lyoya was shot in the head.

The video also shows how Lyoya refused to obey the command of the officer, and eventually got into a physical scuffle with the cop and tried to take his taser from him. They wrestled to the ground as the officer continually asked him to let go of the weapon, which he did not and was shot by the officer's handgun.

The AP would have you believe the cop used excessive force and made it clear in the first sentence of their article that Lyoya was a black man [in capital letters and white officer [in lower case letters]. How they know that Lyoya was a man is beyond me--they're reporters, not biologists.

The final autopsy has not yet been released to the public, but there isn't much to guess at when you see the video.

Lyoya, 26, was stopped on April 4th, when the plate on the vehicle he was driving didn't match the vehicle.  He refused to remain in the car when told. then he and the officer engaged in a struggle. Lyoya wasn't armed at the time of the stop but attempted to arm himself with the cop's taser, which clearly is cause for the officer to shoot him. The AP, however, didn't mention this factoid.

“This independent autopsy report confirms what we all witnessed in the horrifying video footage: Unarmed Patrick Lyoya was conscious until the bullet entered his head, instantly ending what could have been a long and fruitful life,” race hustler, cum attorney Ben Crump said.

The autopsy was performed by Dr. Werner Spitz. Crump said Lyoya could have lived until his early 80s if he hadn't resisted arrest and gone for the cop's weapon.

His family is angry and so too are others who saw the video and have never been involved in law enforcement nor faced a similar life and death situation, and therefore cannot understand why the police officer had to use his gun.

The officer's name has not been released due to avoid race-baiting violence, destruction and looting from BLM and Antifa.

State police will give their findings to the Kent County prosecutor for consideration of any charges, which, if any are leveled, would be a miscarriage of justice.

Man with gun shoots home burglar dead in self defense

SEATTLE -- Jerahme Smith, 31, shot and killed a suspected burglar and fired at another man inside his own home.

Smith was at home with his sister when two intruders kicked in his back door. One brandished a weapon which got Smith to thinking, Hmm, I better do something lest he shoot and kill me and sis. So he got his own gun and shot at the alleged burglars or whatever they planned to do once inside somebody else's house.

"When everything first started, the first thing I had to do was take a few breaths and calm myself down because I knew it could have gone one of two ways," he told Fox News. "I didn’t know who they were, I didn’t know what they had, but the first thing I did--and it’s the honest to God truth--is I took a few breaths to myself. That way I knew I was calm enough to make a proper judgment decision."

The Pierce County Sheriff's Department received a call about a home invasion just before 4:30 a.m. from a homeowner who said he shot at intruders. When deputies arrived, they found an unresponsive [because he was dead] suspect, identified as a 24-year-old unidentified man.

No further information about the dead guy has been released but he was declared deader than a doornail a short time later. The second suspect got away and authorities are searching for him.

"The detectives will finish the investigation and forward the case to the Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office for review," the sheriff's department said in a statement.

Smith said he and his wife and three children were living in the rented home for three years. He maintains he acted in self-defense.

"It kind of goes back to your rights. I have the right to carry and I have the right to protect myself and I have the right to protect my property," he said. "Protect yourself. That doesn’t mean go looking for it, that means just be ready."

Obviously this is true as it was in the Kyle Rittenhouse case, but the left would rather you allowed miscreants to go miscreanting, if that is a real word.

Nearby residents told the news outlet the area has seen an increase in crime as is all Democrat-run cities across America.

"If it ain’t one thing it’s another," said one man, who declined to give his name nor the brand of chewing tobacco he was a spittin'. "That kind of upsets me that we have this kind of crime going on in the neighborhood. It’s not a good feeling because we don’t know—it could be something happening tomorrow, tonight, you know? Same old thing."

Meanwhile, crime marches on.

Memphis man stabbed after breaking into apartment: surprise!

Poor Jimmy Lewis

A Memphis man who was apparently drunk, tried to break into an apartment and got a sharp wakeup call.

According to the Memphis Police Department, when Jimmy Lewis jimmied the door and broke in an apartment on East Cabana Circle, the place was defended by a guy with a knife who stabbed poor 25-year-old Jimmie multiple times like he was preparing a sweet potato for the microwave.

The MPD said Lewis aka poor Jimmy, was drunk and began trying to force his way into one of the apartments. Several people tried to stop poor Jimmy from breaking in, but he was persistent and kept on trying while making threats to the man inside. With the man inside the apartment was his girlfriend and his mother as poor Jimmy kept trying to bust down the door.

OK Senator unveils "Kyle's Law" bill to protect from "malicious prosecution" in cases of self-defense

State Sen. Nathan Dahm

The new "victim class" is not black, brown, female or indigenous--it's white, and primarily men. Victimization is what happened to Kyle Rittenhouse, a white man who, last year at the age of 17, went to the riots and protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin with a medical bag to render aid, and an AR-15 to protect himself from the Black Lives Matter rioters. You probably know he was being chased by the crazed rioters, shot and killed 2 who tried to kill him, and wounded a third who was aiming a handgun at him before Kyle pulled the trigger and shot the guy through his arm.

Remember, Kyle is white. The three thugs he shot were white. But somehow BLM tried to make the public believe that somehow this had to do with racism, not self defense.

The video evidence showing how Kyle was attacked and fighting to stay alive was overwhelming. The fact that the prosecution withheld some evidence and made idiotic blunders that should have gotten them disbarred was also evident.

But the woke public wanted Rittenhouse's head on a platter.

They did not get their way and thankfully, Kyle was totally acquitted of all charges.

Oklahoma state Sen. Nathan Dahm (R--of course) presented his bill just days after the trial ended in which Rittenhouse was acquitted of two counts of murder in the first-degree, one count of attempted first-degree murder, one count of attempted first-degree murder, and two additional serious felonies.

The charges against Rittenhouse came less than two days after he alleged that he fired on protesters in Kenosha last August. The jury saw it as self-defense, [because it obviously was self defense] and acquitted him.

State Senator Nathan Dahm announced on Tuesday plans to file SB 1120 to protect Oklahomans and ensure that using self-defense does not result in being criminally charged and taken to trial for "political reasons." And if you don't believe this case was politically motivated, you might be a leftist.

The bill, which is also called "Kyle's law," would permit "victims of malicious prosecution would be able to receive compensation for expenses and damages."

In Kyle Rittenhouse's case, he should collect several tons of hundred dollar bills from news organization that defamed him, labeling him a "white supremacist," and implying that he was guilty even before the trial got under way. CNN and MSNBC might see Rittenhouse as their newest and youngest owner after he sues them.

Then there's Joy Reid and the entire crew of idiots on those networks who stand to lose a lawsuit if Rittenhouse goes forward with a lawsuit against them.

The biggest idiot, by far, is our idiot banana tree president, Joe Biden, who during his presidential campaign, had an advertisement that showed a photo of Rittenhouse and clearly implied that he is a white supremacist. But even if Biden were to lose a lawsuit, he has the support of China to finance the cost.

If the Dahm bill becomes a law, Oklahomans would receive "fair and just compensation" if they are charged with murder and found not guilty because they acted in self-defense. In such cases, Oklahoma would be obligated to "reimburse the defendant for all reasonable costs, including loss of wages, legal fees incurred, and other expenses involved in their defense," a press release explained.

The press release went on:
SB 1120 further states that in order to support a claim of malicious prosecution, the claimant must establish that the prosecution was instituted or instigated by the prosecutor and was without probable cause; that the prosecution had legally and finally been terminated in favor of the claimant; and that as a result of the criminal prosecution, the claimant sustained injury.

Malice may be established if the motive for the prosecution was something other than a desire to bring an offender to justice, or that it was one with ill will or hatred, or willfully done in a wanton or oppressive manner and in conscious disregard of the claimant's rights. Under the legislation, a prosecutor may be held personally liable to a claimant if malicious prosecution is established.
In his statement, Dahm said lawmakers have a duty to protect their constituents from politically motivated prosecution. "Kyle Rittenhouse should never have been charged. The video evidence from early on showed it was lawful self-defense."

"It is our duty to protect the rights of the people we represent, and the right to self-defense is paramount. This bill will ensure that what happened to Kyle Rittenhouse cannot happen to the people of Oklahoma," he explained.

And yet there are people on the Left who want Kyle Rittenhouse in jail, clearly for their political ideology. The ones with the loudest voices are those who have armed protection and are never directly affected by these type of incidents.

Vote them out and that would be "change you can believe in."

Judge sets bail for Lancaster police shooting rioters

Lancaster, PA -- Thirteen Biden voters who are accused of criminal behavior while being part in a civil disturbance on Sunday night are in jail Tuesday. Of the thirteen in the slammer, seven of them had their bail set at $1 million.

Public documents on eight who have been charged are accused of instigating the demonstrations which predictably degenerated into rioting that seriously damaged Lancaster's police headquarters and produced an arson fire that closed off an intersection in the downtown area.

The shooting, which was the excuse for the demonstration, was of a man armed with a large knife in the act of attacking police, who appeared to be retreating to avoid violence, but as the man charged them he was shot once and died of his wound.

The police arrested five other individuals at the demonstration on similar charges, and they are awaiting to have their bail set. The baker's dozen of defendants range in age from 16 to 43 years, and live in Lancaster and nearby in Camp Hill, York and Mercersburg.

None of the group arrested were Amish.

Charges differ among the eight whose documents were made public and vary from arson, rioting, institutional vandalism. One person was charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

The protests resulted from the shooting death by police of Ricardo Munoz, whose sister had called authorities in hopes of having him involuntarily committed for mental health treatment.

Munoz has a criminal past and last year was arrested for slicing people with a knife as he appeared to attempt in this case. He had been out on bond, awaiting trial for allegations he stabbed four people last year, including a teenage boy who was stabbed in the face.
Munoz (R) leaping at officer with knife

Due to the recent rioting across the nation, police made public the officer’s body camera video, showing Munoz, 27, come toward the cop with the large knife, holding it menacingly over his head, before the officer defended himself. There appears to be no doubt whatsoever that this was a "good shooting" as it was in total self-defense. As mentioned above, the officer's body camera shows him moving away from the assailant until he had no choice but to shoot.

In order to protect the officer and his wife and children from the rioters, his name has not been released.
