Mom exercises her 2nd Amendment Rights and castle domain to protect her family

San Antonio, Texas -- Police said a man entered the home of a San Antonio mother of three from the rear of the building at about 10 pm. He then attempted to break into the door leading into the main part of the house where the woman and her children were located, according to KSAT-TV

The unidentified woman who is in her 30s, heard noises that she identified as an intruder.

When the man entered, she shot him twice in the chest, according to KABB-TV. The police came and the intruder was taken to the hospital but died on the way. The network reported that the woman will not face charges under what is known as castle domain. This doctrine permits individuals to use the necessary force needed for the protection of themselves at their home or place of work.

As of this past Friday, the dead man's identity has not been released by law enforcement and the woman's identity also remains undisclosed.

Regarding the castle domain doctrine, Texas has some of the strongest self-defense and defense of property laws in the country. The right to keep and bear arms is part of our natural, immutable rights to defend ourselves and our liberty from crime and the tyranny of government.

If the left had their way across the nation, this woman and her children, might be dead.
