Michael Cohen begs Biden for pardon: "I'm somebody's son too"

Former Trump shyster lawyer Michael Cohen is asking President Biden to pardon him, just like he pardoned his son Hunter, before Trump takes office.

Cohen talked about his attempts to get a pardon from the Biden administration on MSNBC's "The Weekend" on Saturday morning. He said that not receiving a pardon would leave him "in danger" of being prosecuted by Trump and becoming someone's 'prison b***h." 

Cohen argued that Biden should protect him and other Trump critics, similar to how he lied and protected his crackhead son Hunter.

"Yeah, I put in the application for a presidential pardon because I believe that Joe Biden has the same responsibility to me that he had to his own son," Cohen whined. "And I would expect that the same exact pardon that he gave his son has to go to me and to anybody else that’s on that enemies list, whether they want it or not, because I assure you, solitary confinement, where I did 51 days, sucks."

MSNBC host Symone Sanders and former national press secretary for comrade Bernie Sanders in his 2016 presidential campaign that was handed to Hillary Clinton by the DNC,  agreed with Cohen about the risks of being on Trump’s "enemies list," but she didn't think comparing his situation to Hunter Biden's was kosher. [Symone is not related to Bernie.]

"I mean, Hunter Biden is the president’s last surviving son," Sanders said.

"I’m somebody’s son also, by the way," Cohen responded.

"Agreed. You are somebody’s son," Sanders said. "But I mean, to be very clear, you’re not the president’s son. And he pardoned Hunter primarily because that is his son, I think."

Cohen stressed how seriously Trump should be taken as a threat, especially after Cohen stabbed him in the back [figuratively] tried to screw him.

"You have to take Donald Trump for his word when he turns around," Cohen fretted. "So far, everything that he said that he intends to do, he actually intends to do. And he has been doing it one by one by one. Now, it may not all happen on day one, as he said, but ultimately he’ll have four years plus with a whole group of individuals that are now going to be filling government positions in order to help him effectuate his goals."

Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison for crimes like tax evasion, campaign finance violations, and lying to Congress while working for Trump. Since then, he's been outspoken against Trump and testified in Alvin Bragg's New York criminal case against him earlier this year as a convicted felon.

Cohen also mentioned in September that he was planning to leave the country if Trump won again.

"I'm already working on a foreign passport with a completely different name. I don't know how it's going to work as far as dealing with my wife and my children. I certainly don't want them moving to where I'm looking to go," Cohen said, possibly hoping they do not follow him and thus meet other women.

Biden faced criticism from both political sides for pardoning Hunter in December, even though he had said he wouldn't. As his term was ending, Biden also mentioned he was [LOL, it's actually his handlers, not Joe, who is one step below broccoli] considering pardons for some of Trump's political adversaries, like former RINO Liz Cheney and alleged Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Mangione to waive extradition--may return to NYC today

Pretty boy alleged murderer, Luigi Mangione (he/him/zrg) is expected to waive extradition and could be returned to New York as soon as today, Thursday, according to his attorney.

Mangione will waive extradition at a hearing in Pennsylvania on Thursday morning as his mentally ill fans wave at him just to catch a fleeting glance.

Once extradition paperwork is completed, the NYPD would be allowed to transport Mangione from Pennsylvania to New York City where he will be on trail for the cowardly murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in midtown Manhattan.

Mangione, 26, a Maryland native, who allegedly shot Thompson, the husband and father of two, in the leg and in the back after he fell, has been indicted on first and second degree murder the Manhattan District Attorney announced on Tuesday.

Mangione has been indicted on murder counts, including two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree; four counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree; one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and one count of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, as per prosecutors.

Mangione comes from a wealthy family and has hired Karen Friedman Agnifilo, a former assistant district attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, for his New York City case, Patch previously reported. 

There does not appear to be a relationship between Mangione and UnitedHealthcare, so he doesn't seem to have a personal "beef" with the company. 

"This type of premeditated, targeted gun violence cannot and will not be tolerated, and my office has been working day in and day out to bring the defendant to justice” Trump-hunting District Attorney Alvin Bragg said in a statement. I want to extend my heartfelt prayers to Mr. Thompson’s loved ones as they continue to grieve."

Apparently, Bragg's heart goes out to the Thompson family and maybe even the Mangione family.

Mangione also faces five charges in Pennsylvania as if the New York crimes weren't enough.

Daniel Penny may sue Alvin Bragg for malicious prosecution

Now that Daniel Penny has been acquitted of criminally negligent homicide in the death of homeless "subway rider" Jordan Neely, many people have suggested that Penny should sue his prosecutors. It appears that might actually happen.

Just days after his acquittal for the chokehold death of Jordan Neely, Daniel Penny's lawyers are considering filing a malicious prosecution lawsuit against Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Bragg had managed to get an indictment against Penny shortly after the police released him, but he couldn't convince the jury that Penny had committed a crime.

"It was clear that there was a fear that if an arrest wasn't made – and made very quickly – that there might be rioting in the streets, and that that may ultimately look very bad for District Attorney Alvin Bragg," said attorney Steven Raiser. "And if that in fact happened, that could affect his re-election."

Raiser also mentioned that the lawsuit might not only target Bragg but could also include Dr. Jason Graham, New York City's chief medical examiner. Graham had concluded that Neely's death was a homicide by strangulation before the toxicology results were available.

Alvin Bragg is one of the most corrupt lawyers, on par with Letitia James, both of whom have used lawfare against president-elect Donald Trump, and now with Bragg maliciously going after a white man because of the racial differences between Penny and Neely.

Bragg's case against Penny was a travesty and a politically motivated witch-hunt and hopefully Penny will take Bragg to the proverbial cleaners.

BREAKING: Trump Sentencing Delayed in Hush Money Case

NEW YORK CITY -- Professor Alan Dershowitz coined the term "lawfare," and it's appropriate to use it in the case[s] brought against President-elect Donald Trump. The case in question here is the one brought up about pornography performer Stormy Daniels [whose real name is Stephanie A. Gregory Clifford] in which Trump was found guilty but sentencing has been delayed indefinitely.

Prosecutors appear to be leaning toward freezing the case for four years while Trump is in office so that it hangs over his head while he heads the country. See, it's more important for the lunatic left to make him look bad and perhaps fail as president, than it is to want the US to be successful and the world to be safe. If that wasn't true, the borders would have been closed, walls built, when Joe Biden came into power.

That is why Trump won the election--people are fed up with the left and their actions that seem to show they care more about the illegal aliens coming into the country, than our citizens, which is why Hurricane Milton's victims received a paltry $750 while illegal aliens got $10,000 dollars, luxury hotel housing, and free medical benefits.

Judge Juan Merchan, in a one-page court filing, granted a request to postpone Trump's scheduled sentencing on Nov. 26 as defense lawyers continue to work to dismiss the case, according to multiple media reports. 

Merchan's daughter, Loren Merchan, has been involved with Authentic Campaigns, a consulting firm that works with Democratic clients, including some who've criticized Trump or fundraised based upon his legal issues.

Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts related to hush money payments made years ago to Stormy Daniels.

Earlier this week, District Attorney Alvin Bragg in a letter to Merchan filed on Tuesday wrote that his office acknowledges that Trump is not likely to be sentenced “until after the end or after the end of Defendant’s upcoming presidential term.”

Bragg also told Merchan not to dismiss Trump’s conviction because Bragg hates Trump and also happens to be an incompetent attorney with a chip on his shoulder.

BREAKING: Trump claims win after Manhattan DA concedes in "hush money" case

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg told Judge Juan Merchan to postpone the sentencing in the falsified business records case against President-elect Donald Trump. When the news got out, Trump's team celebrated like it was 1965 calling it a "total and definitive victory for President Trump."

 As per NBC News, the filing stated: 

"The People deeply respect the Office of the President, are mindful of the demands and obligations of the presidency, and acknowledge that Defendant’s inauguration will raise unprecedented legal questions. We also deeply respect the fundamental role of the jury in our constitutional system." 

Adding: 

"Given the need to balance competing constitutional interests, consideration must be given to various non-dismissal options that may address any concerns raised by the pendency of a post-trial criminal proceeding during the presidency, such as deferral of all remaining criminal proceedings until after the end of Defendant’s upcoming presidential term." 

Trump's Communication Director, Steven Cheung said, "[T]his is a total and definitive victory for President Trump and the American People who elected him in a landslide. The Manhattan DA has conceded that this Witch Hunt cannot continue. The lawless case is now stayed, and President Trump's legal team is moving forward to get it dismissed once and for all." 

This comes after Trump's upcoming November 26 sentencing date had been adjourned.

The prosecution gave two reasons as to why the sentencing should be delayed: "First, as a practical matter, Defendant’s stated plan to pursue immediate dismissal and file interlocutory appeals will likely lead to a stay of proceedings in any event; staying proceedings now until this Court’s resolution of the motion to dismiss would thus avoid unnecessary litigation. Second, proceeding to sentencing now would not avoid the new immunity question that Defendant intends to raise."

NYC DA Alvin Bragg lets ex-con walk, allegedly kills another man

A former felon cut loose from the slammer less than a year ago has been charged with the murder of another man in a New York City apartment. Then he chopped up the man and left his head in a freezer, Hamas-style.

Sheldon Johnson, 48, isn't just an alleged killer and a felon, he's also a prominent criminal justice reform advocate, suggesting that people who go to prison want nice accoutrements just like the everybody else. He was interviewed by Joe Rogan last month and he works with the Queens Defenders legal group.

Johnson is now being accused of shooting his 44-year-old nemesis Collin Small in his Small Bronx apartment last Tuesday. Cops arrived at the Small apartment at around 10 p.m. and initially only found Small's torso sans head.

There were two disembodied feet under the torso in a plastic bin at the scene, according to Fox 5 New York. In Johnson's apartment in Harlem, police said they found Small's head, legs and one arm stuffed into a freezer. It was like a Silence of the Lambs moment for the cops.

New York Department of Corrections records show Johnson and Small both served prison time.

Neighbors overheard a man begging for mercy shortly before two gunshots rattled the apartment building, where Johnson was allegedly seen coming and going multiple times in different disguises after the murder, according to the New York Post.

"Please don't," a man begged, according to the paper. "I have a family."

The suspected killer has been busy since getting out of prison last year, working as an advocate with the Queens Defenders, one of several public defenders groups that begged for hundreds of millions of dollars in increased funding last year, according to the Daily News, "New York's picture newspaper" for people who can't read.

The group also touted a City University of New York School of Law professor, Steven Zeidman, last month for his work getting clemency for Johnson.

On his Instagram, Johnson shared a photograph of himself smiling and shaking the hand of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. 

Bragg's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment mainly due to their frenetic effort to keep former President Trump from being able to run for a second presidential term. 

On the Rogan podcast, Johnson said he was released from prison on May 4 after serving 25 years and 5 months for multiple armed robberies. 

Although he claimed to have risen to the top of the inmate hierarchy, he lied and said he reformed himself in prison. After getting out, he said he went on an airplane for the first time, and he had an epiphany.

"I had this analogy in my head when I was up in the clouds, and I'm looking down, and I said to myself, I said, I just came from the bowels of hell, spending 25 years in prison, and now I'm in the sky above the clouds in heaven."

Then he allegedly killed Small.

He is being held without bail in a New York City jail on a second-degree murder charge.

His next court date is March 11.

Queens Defenders obviously had nothing to say on the matter.

AZ DA refuses to extradite suspected NYC suspected killer: distrusts Bragg to prosecute

A high-level District Attorney in Arizona says she will not extradite 26-year-old Raad Almansoori to New York City. Almansoori is the key suspect in the brutal murder of a "prostitute with a good heart" but Maricopa County Attorney General Rachel Mitchell believes that Manhattan's DA Alvin Bragg will cut this guy loose and not prosecute, as is his wont. 

Bragg seems to like violent criminals as his record shows.

At a Wednesday press briefing Mitchell said she would not release Almansoori to authorities in New York City, saying it is safer for the general public to keep him locked up in Arizona rather than risk him being potentially let go under the Soros-backed Bragg.

Mitchell labeled Alamansoori as "dangerous and violent." He is wanted by the NYPD for the killing of Denisse Oleas-Arancibia, 38, a mother of two and a sex worker to make ends meet. She was found dead inside the SoHo 54 Hotel on Watts Street on Feb. 8. Police say she was killed by a suspect who beat her over the head with an iron, and bits of plastic from the appliance were found embedded in her skull.

Back to Arizona. Alamansoori was arrested earlier in the week after cops say he stabbed two women there, one of whom he attempted to rape in a McDonald's bathroom at gunpoint.

He had been out on bail at the time of Oleas-Arancibia’s murder on charges that he kidnapped another sex worker and sexually assaulted her in Sumter County, Florida, in 2023.

Mitchell says she doesn’t trust Bragg to prosecute Almansoori, despite the gravity of his alleged crimes. Nobody should.

"I know there's been a discussion about New York wanting to extradite this individual and this is not aimed at the New York Police Department at all," Mitchell said. "I know they did a hard job, a good job, but we will not be agreeing to extradition."

"I've instructed my extradition attorneys not to agree to that. We’re going to keep him here, these are mandatory prison sentences."

"And having observed the treatment of violent criminals in the New York area by the Manhattan D.A. there, Alvin Bragg, I think it’s safer to keep him here and keep him in custody so that he cannot be out and doing this to individuals either in our state or county or anywhere in the United States."

"He is being held without bond meaning there is no amount of money that he can post to get out of custody at this point."

When Bragg has a criminal without bond, for him it means the criminal can get out of jail without the inconvenience of posting a bond and hope that he returns for a future court date, which happens as often as lightning strikes on Gracie Mansion.

Since being in office Bragg has been criticized for being soft on crime and refusing to prosecute [aka do his freaking job] violent criminals. For example, several illegal aliens who were arrested for attacking two NYPD officers in Times Square were initially let go without bail. Okay, I lied--bail was set at $1.00, a buck. It's disgraceful that the city has a Soros-backed DEI loser as District Attorney. 

Bragg was also ridiculed for cutting a sweetheart deal with a career criminal who went on to punch a woman randomly, his slap on the wrist for a man who viciously assaulted a 55-year-old nurse and jailing, but jailing a bodega owner whose life was in danger as he was being robbed, and killed the armed robber. He was eventually released, but the public went ballistic before he let the man go.

He is also prosecuting former President Trump for alleged hush-money payments ahead of the 2016 presidential election and really doesn't have a legitimate case because the case in question has nothing to do with NY City.

But a spokesperson for Bragg shot back at Mitchell’s comments, saying that murders and shootings are down since he took office, while the Big Apple’s murder rate is less than Phoenix, Arizona’s capital. The reason for that, however, is the routine decriminalizing of previous crimes. If murder were to be decriminalized, for example, murder crime would disappear. However the real issue isn't about the statistics of any crime reduction, it's about Bragg not prosecuting criminals.

The NYPD had been searching for Almansoori who they say was seen leaving the scene wearing the same tight leggings Oleas-Arancibia had on when she checked into the hotel the day before. A pair of blood-splattered men's pants were found alongside Oleas-Arancibia's body, police say.

Oleas-Arancibia came to the United States five years ago from Ecuador with her 18-year-old son while she left her other son behind.

Almansoori was nabbed in a stolen car on Sunday by police who say they were chasing him for the attack on the woman in McDonald’s, whom he stabbed several times.

Almansoori was arrested on a slew of charges in Arizona, including attempted homicide, robbery and two assault charges. He also has an outstanding warrant in Texas.

BREAKING: Cop-beating migrants bagged in Phoenix

Faces blurred to protect their identities in case they flee again

A trio of illegal aliens suspected of beating New York City police officers were arrested in Phoenix, Arizona, Fox News reported Monday night.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said the illegal aliens were caught at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix but their identities have not been released, perhaps due to a relationship to Alejandro Mayorkas or perhaps Alvin Bragg.

There are no further details about them.

Four migrants involved in the mob beating in New York were believed to be headed to California after the incident.

The trio captured are Jhoan Boada, 22; Jandry Barros, 21; and Yohenry Brito, 21. 

Darwin Andres Gomez, 19; Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19; Wilson Juarez, 21, and Yorman Reveron, 24, fled for California after being released without bail thanks to progressive New York Democrat policies.

Jhoan Boada, 22; Jandry Barros, 21, and Yohenry Brito, 24, were later apprehended.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, a leftist Democrat who would like to keep her job, said at a news conference Friday that she wanted to speak with useless Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg about why most of the suspects were released without bail. 

Hochul said prosecutors should have sought to keep them behind bars, as if that was her moment of brilliance.

"Certainly an assault on a police officer is bail eligible," the Gov. told reporters.

She added: "There are over 100 crimes that also can lead to deportation, and so that is also something I want to have a conversation with the district attorney about – his options here."

Conversations and social workers don't do very much when illegal aliens commit crimes. Actions do.

Alvin Bragg has nothing to brag about over his Trump indictment: he's in trouble

Alvin Bragg was the first to indict former President Donald Trump, and it's obvious the motivation behind his state-level charges for mis-categorizing a hush money deal with Stephanie Clifford [aka Stormy Daniels] was for political gain, but it's looking more and more like he stepped on a rake.

In April of this year the rotund Manhattan District Attorney moved to elevate a little misdemeanor that had already passed the statute of limitations to a felony. Bragg tried to paint a picture that Trump had committed the misdemeanor in order to hide another crime regarding a federal campaign finance law. The word 'federal' should alert the savvy reader to realize that Bragg has no jurisdiction over federal matters. And to make matters rake-worthy, the Department of Justice, the branch of government that deals with federal matters, has already decided not to go after Trump because it's more of a joke than a crime. After all, what husband with the money Trump has, wouldn't use it to cover up an infidelity?

But Bragg is a braggart and didn't care about protocol and declared victory for his weird legal move. [Fun Fact": Alvin Bragg got his law license from a box of Cracker Jacks.] What Alvin wanted was political clout and he got great press pieces and cable news kudos because who there doesn't hate them some Trump? 

So Bragg figured that he was on his way to a brighter public future.

That was then, this is now. 

Like the swing of the pendulum lowering toward his throat, Bragg sees trouble ahead.

While flagging his 3/24 2024 trial date, he said that "if and when" another indictment or indictments come, "we'll see what happens to the schedule. We have a firm trial date …[but] in matters like this, you know, judges will … confer & take a very broad lens on justice." 2/

Here's the deal: Bragg's filings out of the myriad filed or to be filed, is a loser, as Trump would say. It will likely fail and Bragg will likely gain more weight. And worse for him, if his filing fails, Trump will look triumphant in the eyes of the public and Alvin will look like a chip monk lost and alone.

The federal cases, win or lose, are much stronger than his case, if in fact it's legal in the first place. Bragg is scheduled to take the case to court in March of next year, as scheduled, but he has an excellent chance of losing and/or being laughed out of the building. So he's now suggesting that he's willing to delay the case out of a “broad look at what justice requires.” 

But the smart money is on Bragg ending the case in the future while he still uses it to look tough, and bow out gracefully if and when the feds convict Trump. Then he can brag that he was the first to the courthouse.

Alvin Bragg is despicable, execrable and diagnosable.

Alleged MAGA Republican booted from House Judiciary hearing

An alleged New York man "too-good-to-be-true" MAGA Republican on Monday attended the House Judiciary hearing in Manhattan called "Victims of Violent Crime in Manhattan." 

The man began shouting and protesting against Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and had to be removed out of the House Judiciary Committee field hearing called by Republicans.

The hearing focused on Bragg's "pro-crime." and "anti-victim" policies.

The feeling one might get from watching the incident by the Bernie Sanders look-alike protester seems reminiscent of the January 6 Capitol Hill incursion in which the covert presence of FBI agents acted as a catalyst to what appeared to be an incursion in which an unarmed female US military veteran, Ashli Babbitt, was shot and killed by US Capitol Police officer Lt. Michael Byrd. Yes, that's a long sentence; read it slowly.

Bragg's office, which is currently prosecuting Former President Donald J. Trump for allegedly falsifying business records, and other political allies, have blasted the hearing as a political stunt, similar to the political stunt of prosecuting a former President hated by the Left.

One man claiming to be a New Yorker slammed Bragg and Democrats for "they’re refusal to protect everyday New Yorkers."

I think he is a leftist plant. Time will tell, but conservatives don't normally act this way. I could be wrong but time will tell.

"It’s disgraceful what you guys do," the so-called MAGA dude said. "You are utterly disgraceful. Ralph Nader, you’re a disgrace to this country. I love you, Jim Jordan!"

The man, an obvious idiot, presumably meant to call out Rep. Jerry Nadler, a bumbling New York Democrat and ranking member of the committee, who was at Monday's hearing and fully continent.

Mom of NYC murder victim puts Dem lawmaker in his place

Madeline Brame, the mother of a murder victim in New York City, shouted down Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) at a House Judiciary Committee field hearing on Monday. She berated Goldman saying "don't insult my intelligence."

Ms. Brame testified before the committee during Monday's hearing that discussed the huge crime problem in Manhattan, where her son was murdered. The execrable Goldman tried to use his limited time slated for him to question Brame to instead make a political attack by criticizing the hearing itself, referring to the proceedings as a "coverup" for Republicans attempting to defend former President Trump.

 Goldman served as impeachment counsel at Trump's first impeachment proceedings. He tried to explain his political view of the hearings to Ms. Brame after other leftist Democrats claimed the GOP was using the witnesses as "props" to defend the former President.

"We're not insulting you. Your experiences are devastating, but the problem is, is that this is a charade to cover up for an abuse of power. [Republicans] are going around incessantly, outside of this hearing, about Donald Trump, and the purpose of this hearing is to cover up for what they know to be an inappropriate investigation [into District Attorney Alvin Bragg]," Goldman bloviated/

"Can I respond to you, please?" Brame asked as Goldman attempted to avoid her commenting on his remarks.

"Not right now, because I only have 20 seconds, I'm sorry. But I, I do–" Goldman began.

"Don't insult my intelligence," Brame insisted, as Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) attempted to maintain order. "You're trying to insult me like I'm not aware of what's going on here. I'm fully aware of what's going on here, okay? That's why I walked away from the plantation of the Democratic Party."

Goldman had a cow.

Ms. Brame had testified earlier about Attorney General Alvin Bragg's mishandling of her son's murder case. Her son, Army Sgt. Hason Correa, was beaten and stabbed nine times by a mob in 2018 and the prosecution for the cases dragged on and on for over four years. Bragg then removed the indictments against two of the suspects in favor of powderpuff charges while the other two ended up receiving life sentences.

Brame argued that Bragg's office has only allowed crime to escalate, and the data showed no "measurable results" in lowering the city's violent crime rate, in spite of the left spiking the ball on crime using creative statistics.

Mom of US veteran murdered in NYC blasts Bragg for Trump charges: calls it "nonsense"

Madeline Brame's son Sgt. Hason Correa was stabbed to death in New York City in 2018. She is furious with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg because he has over-and-over allowed violent criminals to walk. [H/T Fox News]

Ms. Brame joined "Fox & Friends" on Wednesday where she spoke about Bragg after he claimed that nobody is "above the law" after he had former President Trump indicted on 34 garbage charges that have even gone beyond the statute of limitations.

"If no one is above the law, then I don't understand how Alvin Bragg could dismiss murder and gang assault indictments against two of the people involved in the murder of my son," said Brame.

The U.S. Army veteran, a married father of three, was stabbed to death in Harlem in 2018. The killer was convicted and sentenced to 20 years to life in prison, but Brame has criticized Bragg for offering plea deals to two other defendants.

Brame said that murderers are above the law in New York City.

"We see it every single day in the Black and Brown communities. Every day, all day. Everyone is above the law. They're not even making it to the DA's office."

Of course, that wouldn't be the case if it was a cop shooting an armed suspect, or if a white person kills a person of color, even if it happened in self defense. In the latter case, to use Nancy Pelosi's understanding of the law, that person would have the opportunity to prove his innocence in a court of law, because he or she would be presumed guilty.

"They're being released from the precincts with a desk appearance ticket and a referral to a community-based organization that has shown no measurable outcomes of effectiveness of what they're doing with our millions and billions of tax dollars."

Brame said New Yorkers are seeing rising crime "every single day" and that Alvin Bragg is doing "absolutely zero" about the problem.

Ms. Brame ended by saying that she plans to vote for Trump again in the 2024 election.

"I am a proud Black conservative," she told Ainsley Earhardt.

Brame joined a panel made up of Republicans and Democrats, who also disagreed with the decision to bring charges against Trump for the alleged offenses.

Correa, who served in the U.S. Army in Afghanistan, was stabbed to death in Harlem on October 19, 2018, by two brothers, their sister, and a fourth man.

"Why would you dismiss murder charges against half of the participants, when the murder and their roles were caught on video?" Brame asked last year in an open letter to Bragg.

"The video, the facts, the evidence, and the law about the murder did not change in three years – the only thing that changed was the District Attorney," she said. "Our family and our community deserve better."

Well, they saw Kyle Rittenhouse being attacked and his life was in danger. He had to use deadly force in self defense, but because he is white, he was labeled guilty by the media even before the trial acquitted him. Video evidence isn't enough when it goes against the left's narrative.

Bragg's chief prosecutor brags about giving 'get-out-of-jail' cards to violent felons, murderers

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's chief prosecutor, Meg Reiss, is as leftist as her boss over letting violent criminals and other felons, get out of paying for their crimes. This even included a murderer. 

Reiss used her 'restorative justice' philosophy to keep them out on the streets where they could ply their violent trade. [H/T Fox News Digital]

Worse, she bragged about it, and that made Bragg proud to have her on board.

"We know incarceration doesn't really solve any problems," Reiss said during a Peace Institute event in May 2021 [other than to keep innocent people from being victimized by them].

Fox News Digital has previously reported that Reiss said criminals are not "bad dudes" while simultaneously blasting juries for believing police officers facing misconduct allegations deserve the "benefit of the doubt," not unlike Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) saying that President Trump will have the opportunity to prove his innocence. 

Reiss described how the Manhattan district attorney helped a murderer get out of jail time for a homicide victim who had very few relatives.

She said a man who was facing a manslaughter charge for killing another person during a violent altercation was able to leave without any prison time, calling it "extraordinary."

"It was an incident between two people that knew each other very well. And it was sort of… a fight that ended up with one person dying and the person who was charged had substance misuse issues and other things. And going through the outcome in the case, it just seemed appropriate for restorative practice rather than a carceral sentence."

It wasn't her relative who was murdered so it was no big deal to let the killer go free. Even more relevant is that the person charged with the crime wasn't Donald Trump.

Reiss also blasted the idea that criminals in New York illegally possessing firearms should amount to jail time. This should only apply to people without criminal records who carry for self defense against the criminals illegally carrying guns.

She said the office has a "gun diversion" program for criminals illegally possessing firearms.

So keep voting for these lunatics who are unaffected by the laws and policies they create. And when it's your loved one who falls victim to these unpunishable crimes, please consider your vote next election. Of course, in Reiss' case, she wasn't elected but selected by Alvin Bragg. Think.

Trump hires new defense lawyer the day before court appearance

On Monday, just one day before he is due to appear for his New York City arraignment, white collar defense attorney Todd Blanche was hired by former President Trump to represent him. [H/T Fox News Digital]

Blanche will defend Trump in the case brought against him by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg. He will join Trump's other defense attorney Joe Tacopina along with other lawyers on Trump's team. 

The source for Fox News Digital said that Blanche will be "additional firepower" to the Trump legal team.

Blanche has a winning history in which he represented Paul Manafort, Trump's former campaign chairman. 

Blanche previously represented Paul Manafort, Trump's former campaign chairman. Manafort was charged as part of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation in 2019, and pleaded guilty to foreign lobbying and witness tampering, as well as tax fraud and conspiracy.

Trump's political arraignment comes after he was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury on Thursday after a year-long prosecutorial targeting of him by Alvin Bragg, who has been soft on violent crime in New York, but tough on finding crime in Donald Trump. 

Another term for what Bragg is doing should be called "lawfare."

The former president traveled from Palm Beach, Florida to New York City on Monday ahead of the Tuesday arraignment scheduled for arrival at 11:00 a.m. and arraignment at 2:15 p.m.

Supposedly, he will not be handcuffed when he surrenders, nor will his New York residence be raided by fully armed FBI agents and SWAT teams designed to take him out if he twitches. If he is made to take a mugshot, I have an idea for a tee shirt.

The charges Trump faces are unclear as the indictment is still under seal until the arraignment, but if it's what might be expected, it's baseless and unconstitutional. However, this remains to be seen.

So tomorrow is a big day for Trump, the nation, and my prostate exam.

Trump makes incredible claim about DA Bragg's case on him

GOP presidential candidate and former President Donald J. Trump is not one to temper hyperbole. He said on Saturday that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has dropped the case against him regarding alleged campaign violations.

"I think they've already dropped the case," Trump told reporters after appearing at a campaign rally in Waco, Texas. "It's a fake case. Some fake cases, they have absolutely nothing," he claimed.

And Trump may be correct. Alvin Bragg seems to have his eyes set on bigger things than even his belly--like running for New York State Governor and maybe even the presidency one day. So it's a no brainer that this entire case against Trump is political, especially since Bragg bragged about getting Trump when he vied for the DA job.

Trump's campaign spokesman Steven Cheung was asked by Fox News Digital about the Trump claim about the case being dropped and said: "This has been dropped because everyone knows this was a partisan witch-hunt by a radical, leftist DA that sought to politically weaponize the Justice system to influence an election."

Last week Bragg's office was expect to issue an indictment for alleged hush-money payments that Trump supposedly made as a presidential candidate in 2016 to porn actress Stormy Daniels [whose real name is Stephanie Clifford] in 2016. Trump, who dubbed Daniels with the sobriquet "Horse Face" denied the claim.

Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee demand Bragg testify before Congress about the details of the probe, which was met with a harsh response on Saturday by Bragg who apparently does not want to be held accountable for his politically motivated actions.

The office seemed to say: "We evaluate cases in our jurisdiction as we see fit, based on facts that correspond with our truth, and evidence that supports our cause against whiteness." 

But they didn't come out and say it this way.

The office told Fox News Digital that Bragg "stands by" his previous pledge to publicly state the conclusion of the investigation, "whether we conclude our work without bringing charges, or move forward with an indictment."

Then it's on to the governorship in the near future.

Meanwhile, the case is still in limbo as we wait to see if it will go forward or prove Trump right . . . again.

Let the Shadenfreude begin: Trump Org. Guilty of Tax Evasion

The Trump Organization was found guilty Tuesday of committing tax fraud, to the utter delight of the left. In spite of the fact that former President Trump is not being charged in the case, the left hopes that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, will be able to find something, anything, that will put Trump in prison for the rest of his life.

The jury began deliberating on Monday and found the Trump Organization companies guilty on all charges of tax fraud as well as other crimes. The verdict of the six-week trial was announced Tuesday and included 17 criminal counts for the Trump Payroll Corporation and the Trump Corporation, both which were indicted in July of last year.

The company's CFO, Allen Weisselberg was accused of using illegal measures to reduce payroll liability from executive salaries via untaxed bonuses and perks worth millions. He pleaded guilty in August and agreed to testify against the company to save his sorry butt in a deal with prosecutors. He is expected to serve a mere five months in jail and vowed not to drop the soap like he dropped a dime on the company.

Bragg said that Trump remains under investigation and will be for the rest of his life if nothing can immediately implicate him in a crime.

The investigation initially targeted hush-money payments made by former Trump lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen during the 2016 presidential campaign to porn performer Stormy Daniels, but later widened to include the corporate tax fraud charges. Once Cohen turned on Trump, he instantly became the darling of the left and his name was barely mentioned in the trial.

Weisselberg [aka "The Weasel"] spent several days on the stand where he testified about the tax schemes. He, along with two others, Jeff McConney and Donald Bender, who had been given immunity detailed the methods the Trump Organization executives used to avoid taxes and payroll liability on large bonuses and benefits.

"Weisselberg did it for Weisselberg," Trump's lawyers said repeatedly, a phrase a prosecutor later called their "mantra."

Prosecutors said Weisselberg was one of several top executives who received large annual bonus checks, signed by Trump and logged as if they were payments to independent contractors, and luxury perks such as high-end apartments, private school tuition and cars that were not reported as salary.

And Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Joshua Steinglass said during his closing argument that Trump knew about because he can read minds and asked Juror number four to pick a number; any number.

"The fact is this was sanctioned, and that the practice was known to Mr. Trump," Steinglass claimed.

The Trump Organization could face up to $1.6 million in fines. Sentencing is expected to take place on Jan. 13, 2023.

Alan Futerfas, an attorney for the Trump Organization, said the company will "certainly" file an appeal.

Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg, a soft-on-crime progressive, praised the jury and called the verdict "a very just result." 

"The former president's companies now stand convicted of crimes. That is consequential. It underscores that in Manhattan, we have one standard of justice for all," Bragg told reporters outside the courtroom.

Meanwhile, murder is up in Bragg's borough and criminals get their no-bail walking papers before the cops finish writing their reports. Many have called for Bragg's removal from office, but only the Governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, can do that and she isn't going to lift a finger. Bragg has downgraded over half of the felony cases that came before his office, but Trump is a different story.

New York Attorney General Letitia James has indicated the jury's findings could have bearing on a civil case being pursued by her office, which conducted a civil investigation to find something, anything, on Trump. They have the person, now they're looking to find a crime, a maneuver known as 'law fare.'

The criminal case is laser focused on executive compensation while James' case, filed in September, accuses the former President and his children of widespread, long standing efforts to commit fraud and manipulate property valuations [which means they tried to get as much money as they could when selling property--like asking more for your house when selling it than the market says it's worth--something that isn't illegal unless it's Trump and his progeny]. 

The company and the Trumps deny all allegations in that case, which is scheduled to go to trial in October 2023.

NYC: murder charge dropped against bodega worker after Manhattan DA gets scrutinized

Manhattan District Attorney and Soros shill, Alvin Bragg had his office drop the charge of murder against Jose Alba, a bodega [as opposed to a bogadah worker à la Jill Biden] mainly due to the fact that Alba killed the attacker in self-defense and the video proves this.

The charges were dropped Tuesday before Bragg knew that he would be dropped from his position by a vote to impeach. Bragg tends to take the side of the attacker, not the victim and people are getting fed up with this nonsense. 

Bragg's office faced harsh criticism for bringing the murder charge in the first place, and sending Alba to Rikers Island prison, where expert craftsmen can make a shiv out of an ice pop and make you wish you identified as female. It was obvious from the store footage that Alba was justified in protecting himself.

Jennifer Sigall, assistant district attorney under Bragg, issued a motion Tuesday morning to dismiss the second-degree murder charge against Alba and provided a copy to his attorney, Michelle Villasenor-Grant, who apparently enjoys an occasional breakfast taco, according to Jill Biden.

Fox News confirmed that a judge dismissed the charge against Alba by Tuesday afternoon. Now all New York City needs to do is dismiss Bragg.

"Following an investigation, the People have determined that we cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was not justified in his use of deadly physical force. As such, the People will not be presenting the case to a Grand Jury and for the reasons provided in the attached memorandum, hereby move to dismiss the complaint," Bragg's office wrote in court documents obtained by Fox News and a copy stuffed down the shorts of Brain Flushing's Tilio Cachevitz to be microwaved and perused by this writer.

Alba stabbed Austin Simon several times behind the counter in the Blue Moon convenience store at 3422 Broadway in Manhattan at approximately 11:00 p.m. on July 1, [Canada Day, coincidentally] according to court documents.

The district attorney’s office admitted Tuesday that the "death stemmed from a physical confrontation that Simon started because he believed that Alba had harshly treated the ten-year-old daughter of Simon's girlfriend."

See, the girlfriend came into the store with an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Card, what used to be known as Food Stamps but since went high tech. She tried to purchase a bag of chips but the card had no balance on it and Alba took the bag of chips from the child because the girlfriend refused to pay for it with money.

The girlfriend shouted expletives at Alba and said her boyfriend would be back to "f**k you up."

Alba, being from the Dominican Republic may have thought that this would be a good thing, but no, Simon, the boyfriend of the foul-mouthed mom, came to the store to do harm to Mr. Alba.

Simon, 35, came behind the counter, shoved Alba, 61, against a wall of shelving, grabbed him by his collar to lift him out of the chair, like in the movies, and force him out of the employees-only area, prosecutors said. Simon wanted Alba to apologize to the girl and her thieving mother, and then go outside and fight him. The odds were on Simon's side based on size and age alone--Simon is 6 feet tall while Alba is 5 feet, 7 inches short.

"I don't want a problem, papa," Alba is heard on an audio recording telling Simon.

But Simon, being simple, kept his hold on Alba's collar, forcibly pushed him out of the area when Alba grabbed a knife from a shelf behind the counter and stabbed the crap out of the younger man in a life-and-death struggle in which Alba beat all the odds, as it turns out that Simon had a box cutter stuck in his shorts but did not use it in the assault. He must have believed he had the upper hand right up to the point when Alba stabbed him six times.

Simon was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The medical examiner said he suffered six sharp force injuries, including one stab wound to the left side of his neck that injured the internal jugular vein.

It should be noted that Simon's girlfriend also took part in the attack on Alba.

Simon was reportedly out on parole for assaulting a police officer at the time of the deadly incident. 

He will be missed by BLM and the Democratic Party one might imagine.

If there was ever a more clear-cut case of self-defense, it might have been our nations reaction to Pearl Harbor.

Soros-backed Manhattan DA to lower crime by practically legalizing it

Manhattan's newest District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, has told his army of attorneys and support staff that things are going to change in the Wormy Apple. He said his office “will not seek a carceral [sic] sentence” for anything short of murder or deadly assault. Also, he says minor crime will not be prosecuted at all.

Bragg's use of the word "carceral" sounds Orwellian, but while he meant to imply it meant "prison," it actually means circular or having the movement of a circle. So . . .  there's that.

So unless you hold someone at gunpoint and pull the trigger, you're only going to get a misdemeanor if you get caught. If you do a "smash and grab," you're in luck if you don't kill someone in the process. If you're a heavy drug dealer, you may get an appearance ticket of a slap on the wrist. 

See, jail is only going to be reserved for the most violent of the violent and if history repeats itself, New York City is going to be even more of a shooting gallery blood bath than it currently is and people better beware. In the immortal words of radio philosopher, Jean Shepherd : "Keep your knees loose and give 'em a low silhouette against the moon . . . and if you want to be a duck, don't be a sitting duck . . . keep moving."
