Although PINO Joe Biden mumbled for an end to the federal death penalty, his Department of Justice is pushing for it to be reinstated in the case of the jihadi Boston Marathon bomber.

The killer is appealing his death sentence again because he doesn't want to die in spite of having killed three people, including 8-year-old Martin Richard, and Lingzi Lu, 23, a Boston University graduate student and injuring 260 others.

Krystle Campbell, 29, was a restaurant manager from Medford. She was killed by a pressure cooker that his older brother placed. The brother also shot and killed MIT police officer Sean Collier while fleeing the bombings, but he was soon killed after a confrontation with police in Watertown hours later.

The scumbag is asking the First Circuit Court of Appeals to consider four constitutional claims not present during his US Supreme Court case.

The appeal says the court improperly forced him to stand trial in Boston, where he and his now dead brother killed and maimed people who were standing just down the way from the marathon finish line. His lawyers challenged two jurors they say had lied on court and dismissed a juror who opposed the death penalty and admitted evidence they say was gathered during a "coerced confession."

The surviving brother, now 28, was convicted and sentenced to death for placing a bomb made from a pressure cooker, outside the Forum restaurant on Boylston Street on April 15, 2013, during the Boston Marathon.

Boston Marathon bomber ready to explode by the way he's being treated in prison

Poor Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is upset with the way he's being treated in prison--you'd think he'd murdered someone. Oh wait, he did. In fact, he and his brother, Tamerlan, murdered 3 people, one of whom was a child, and seriously injured or maimed more than 260 others at the race. Fourteen people required amputations and others received traumatic amputations from the blasts.

Fortunately for society, Tamerlan died after Dzhokhar ran him over with a car as he tried to escape police capture using any means necessary, including running over that bleeding bump in the road, his brother.

I feel for Dzhokhar. They treat him as if he did something terribly wrong as he awaits a second sentencing trial to determine whether or not he gets the death penalty, which he so rightfully earned.

The jihadi has a long list of complaints and is so angry, he feels as if he's ready to explode. Yes, the crap weasel is so angry that he’s filed a lawsuit against the Bureau of Prisons and Attorney General Merrick Garland, the latter of whom is so liberal and weak that he might just grant Tsarnaev's wishes.

Tsarnaev is claiming that he’s being deprived of basic necessities and contact with people and that the prison is hindering his chances of avoiding a date with the executioner, according to CBS Boston.

Specifically, the hand-written complaint, first filed in January and now amended on March 5th, claims that the BOP and AG Garland are interfering with his ability to communicate [and perhaps plan something] with his adorable family and that they are placing a hold on his money [possibly payment from Rolling Stone magazine for his front page glamour photo] and are hurting his chances of avoiding a death sentence which he earned.

All prisoners at this facility, including celebrity prisoners like Tsarnaev, are restricted as to how frequently they can see their attorneys or visitors due to the pandemic. But poor Tsarnaev claims that this rule shouldn't apply to him because his photo was on Rolling Stone, unlike regular prisoners who didn't kill as many innocent people as him.

The Muslim extremist is also ticked off because he is being prevented from sending "hobby crafts" through the mail to his attorneys, and thus he feels like a pressure cooker ready to blow its lid, which he says he doesn't want to do. He claims the craft stuff could "provide mitigating evidence." Perhaps he's so crappy at constructing craft pieces that he thinks it will prove he didn't have the capacity to construct a homemade bomb that killed 3 innocent victims and severely injured no less than 260 others. 

But even if his brother made the bombs, he was complicit in planting one of the two bombs near the boy and others.

For those who don't recall the incident, here are a few facts: 

There were two pressure cooker bombs that exploded about 12 seconds apart and had been placed near the finish line on Boylston Street  where the crowd was thickest.

To endure maximum carnage, the bombs contained nails and BB-like pellets, according to FBI Agent Richard DesLauriers of the Boston Office. 

The bombs were contained in pressure cookers hidden inside backpacks.

 The victims killed by the blasts were:

Martin Richard, 8, a student at Neighborhood House Charter School in Boston.

Krystle Campbell, 29, of Medford, Massachusetts.

Lingzi Lu, a graduate student at Boston University. She was originally from China.

Sean Collier and Dennis Simmonds, both in law enforcement, were also killed by the Tsarnaev brothers in their attempts to escape. 

Tsarnaev’s list of complaints continues, however. He’s been placed under “Special Administrative Measures” (SAMs) due to his extremely violent nature. This has resulted in restricted privileges even than those of usual convicts. He has also not able to mail photos to his family, which is very sad, indeed, and he only gets a limited number of phone calls with his proud family members [especially his mother who has ties to other bad people].

Dzhokhar ironically describes this as cruel and unusual punishment and says it has impacted on his formally wonderful mental health. 

With Tsarnaev's upcoming sentencing trial, it will be very interesting to see how the Biden administration handles it. Biden, who has something in common with the Cat in the Hat, has already instructed the DOJ to back off on seeking the death penalty in new cases, but this case dates back to a 2013 incident and a 2015 trial.

Judging from what one sees with this current administration, it seems a forgone conclusion that this piece of dog crap is going to not get what he deserves. Don't be surprised if the POS walks out of prison before he's 50. 

The elite who make the rules are never subject to their impact on the rest of us.

If Hillary gets her way, they'll be celebrating in Benghazi

Hillary launched her "foreign policy" speech which wasn't really a foreign policy speech [is it ever what she says it is?] but was actually an attack on the presumptive Republican nominee for the presidency, Donald Trump.

The Queen of Benghazi spoke at a San Diego auditorium. Behind her stood 19 American flags, each one representing an American woman who slept with husband while he was in a political office--Hillary was never told that small tidbit of my imagination.

"It's not hard to imagine Donald Trump leading us into a war just because somebody got under his very thin skin," Hillary said, managing not to shriek, as she normally does. This ploy
appeared to be an attempt to scare the crap out of the liberals in the "peanut gallery," many who have loved ones in the military. 

They have no clue that they will be as supported by Clinton as she was supportive of the "Benghazi Four."

Just like the Obama administration has kept us safe against terrorism (not counting Fort Hood, the Boston Marathon, Benghazi and San Bernadino, just for starters) Hillary claims that she can protect us.

"Donald Trump's ideas aren't just different--they are dangerously incoherent. They're not really ideas, just as series of bizarre rants, personal feuds, and outright lies." This coming from a woman who is more comfortable with a lie, than her husband is lying with an underage girl on an Epstein getaway.

Hillary had the audacity to promise "to keep America's security at the heart of my campaign." How will she do that? Like the 3 a.m. phone call she slept through?

She blathered on: "He is not just unprepared. He is temperamentally unfit to hold an office that requires knowledge, stability, and immense responsibility [something Hillary has never taken]. This is someone who should ever have the nuclear codes."

It probably doesn't matter if Trump has the nuclear codes--Hillary allowed Putin to have it when her server was exposed like a Bill Clinton monogramed pair of under pants to an underage prostitute. 

Some of the things Hillary said have weight, but only if someone else had said them. Having her be the messenger to attack Trump is as effective as an aspirin treating cancer.

Never forget that she told the families of the Benghazi dead that a video was to blame. 

Hillary Clinton has never met a lie she doesn't tell if it promotes her political agenda. Trump may be loud, thin-skinned, narcissistic and obnoxious; he may speak to us on a 4th grade level and repeat himself like he blamed "Little Marco" for doing, but if it came down to voting for a felon, a socialist or an obnoxious blowhard, I'd take the blowhard any day if I had no other choice.

Remember, nobody really goes into the office of the presidency with full foreign policy knowledge. Obama obviously didn't and he learned nothing along the way. Trump may be able to learn. 

And Hillary's performance record is like a black hole that simply sucks beyond belief.

If Hillary becomes POTUS, they'll be celebrating throughout the Middle East and hand out sweets in Benghazi.

Wake the Flock Up, Christians and Jews

I think we all need our heads examined. We continue to use political correctness to dictate our response to a very clear and present danger, Tom Clancy aside, about the "religion  of peace," Islam. At least some of us, Megyn Kelly of Fox News included, are seeing the situation for what it is, and are voicing concerns over the growing cancer that is orthodox Islam. Megyn recently interviewed Ibrahim Hooper, CAIR's scumbag PR jihadist and takiyya aficionado. When Hooper exhales, he's lying. But CAIR often has its way with our laws and one day I suspect it will be dictating Sharia law to us all, if we continue along the same path.

Lying About the Lies with No Regrets

Don`t you just love it when a person lies then lies about the lie and then about how they felt about lying when they first lied? Susan Rice, National Security Adviser, lied to us back in 2012 when she went on five morning TV talk shows and said the cause of the 911 attack in Benghazi was due to an anti-Muhammad video. (How can anyone be against such a wonderful, gentle, pedophile, and killer?)

Sue said she had no regrets when Dick-I-Lean-Left-of-Left Gregory asked her that tough, probing question. She claimed to Dick that she shared "the best information that we had at the time." Then she had the audacity to add, "The information I provided . . . was what we had at the moment."

That would be true if it wasn't a lie.

Hillary is Not Judgment-Proof

It has become very clear that at least some of the deaths at Benghazi could have been prevented and that the Obama administration was directly involved in covering up the facts that pointed to their incompetence.  Specifically, Hillary Clinton the Former

Secretary of State, did nothing to come to the aid of the consulate where Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were killed by Islamic terrorists belonging to Ansar al-Sharia, an arm of al Qaeda. 

Victoria Nuland, the Department of State spokesperson, was instrumental in removing all references to Ansar al-Sharia, al Qaeda, and basically all aspects of the truth regarding what really happened last September 11th.  

The Boston Marathon jihadist bombing on April 15th, in Jay Carney's way of thinking may have been "fairly long ago," and the administration would like to see that buried along with Benghazi, but it hasn't gone away. Terrorist One, the older brother of the pair, was killed and no cemetery in Massachusetts wanted to allow his body to be buried on their grounds. But it was learned that an Islamic cemetery in Virginia has opened its arms to the dead carcass and provided him with an Islamic funeral, complete with the al-Fahtihah, a prayer prescribed to be said 17 times a day that denounces the Jews and Christian infidels. The people in that Virginia community were not told of the burial and only today was it mentioned on Fox News after the story appeared yesterday on Pamela Geller's: AtlasShrugs.com. 

Now we've learned of another misstep in this administration, but this time it's with the IRS. Seems like our least liked arm of government has been going after not-for-profit organizations with names like "Tea Party," or "Patriot." They've been asking questions about managment's connections things of a more personal nature. It seems that the companies singled out by the IRS, even though they initially denied doing that in the first place, are those that have supported conservatives. Many liberals are just as upset as conservatives as this constitutes an abuse of power by an organization that is supposed to be nonpartisan, but some liberals are yelling "foul," and say the right is being political. Funny, but they never said anything foul about the left when

they went after Nixon for exactly the same thing.

But back to Benghazi. Former Vice President, Dick Chaney told lawmakers on Thursday, "I think Hillary (Clinton) should be subpoenaed if necessary."The good news is that Republicans will continue to press for answers because contrary to what Hillary said, it actually does matter how our four Americans were killed. It not only matters to the family, the mothers who are having a sad Mothers Day today, but it matters to us and our understanding of how something as terrible as this happened and what can we do to prevent a recurrence.

Hillary lied at least 3 times. First when she told the House Foreign Affairs Committee that "we didn't have a clear picture" about the actual facts on the attack, when in fact, Gregory Hicks, the second in command at the U.S. Mission in Libya, testified on Wednesday that he informed Clinton the night of September 11th and 12th of exactly what took place at the compound. 

Next, she lied to the Senate when she said that  she herself saw what Chairman Mullen and Ambassador Pickering referred to as timely and exceptional coordination--there was no hesitation, no delays in decision-making, and no orders to stand down from Washington or the military." But the Benghazi hearing revealed that  help was denied twice--by the State Department's Foreign Emergency Support Team and when Lt. Col. Gibson was ordered to stand down.

Third, when Clinton told the Senate that she did not see any diplomatic cables from Libya asking for more security. "I didn't see those requests," she said. "They didn't come to me. I didn't approve them. I didn't deny them." However, Gen. Dempsey had told the Senate in February that it seemed improbable that she did not see the cables, saying, "I would call myself surprised that she didn't."

One thing that seems quite clear to me is the need for Mrs. Clinton to be subpoenaed for this hearing. I would also like to see Leon Panetta testify too and prove what he said when he arrogantly told us that when the danger is unclear we do not deploy help when American lives are at risk. That's precisely what we do. We do not wait until the danger subsides--we act, we fight, we extract our people--even when they're dead. That's what the military does, and Panetta should know that as Secretary of Defense. Maybe they should have simply made him Secretary of the Secretary of Defense and put a military person in that position; say someone like Alan West. He would have known what to do. But enough said about Panetta; let's get back to Hillary.

Clinton's role in the Benghazi debacle is unclear because she wasn't interviewed by the State Department's Accountability Review Board, and they made great efforts to blame those at the bottom while protecting those at the top. And the media would never hold her responsible for anything that might affect her run for office in 2016--in fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see them applauding when she enters the room.

What's obvious is that there are those on the left who would hold Hillary Clinton blameless under all circumstances--not because she actually is blameless, but because she, like Obama, is a rock star politician. I can only hope that the Benghazi whistleblowers will cast a shadow of real doubt on this administration, but somehow I think they're laughing at the country because they believe they'll get away with their incompetency.

Terrorist One: Cover Him Over 'fore he Stinks, Boys

We have a dead terrorist laid out on a slab in a funeral home. No cemetery in the Greater Boston area wants to allow him to be buried on their property, so the rotting dead guy has no place to go. His name was Tamerlan Tsarnaev, better known as terrorist number one--I didn't want to use his name because he doesn't deserve the notoriety, but for clarity sake, I felt it is necessary.

Not to be mistaken for Miss America

His family has not claimed him, but his terrorist-loving jihadist mother would like his carcass to be returned to Russia at taxpayer's expense. She will not be coming here to retrieve her son because she would likely be arrested for the crime of shoplifting. Terrorist number one's father is mute on the subject, except to say he's too ill to make the trip here, and number one's uncle would like him to be buried in the Boston area. Fat chance.

I may have a solution to the problem. Tell me what you think of the idea if you would. How about we give him the same honor we gave to Osama bin Laden? We can swaddle the body in clean white linens, transport him via Navy vessel to the mid-Atlantic, have an imam say a Muslim prayer; perhaps he can say the al-Fahtihah:

Those who have gone astray are the Christians, according to the Quran; those Allah has cursed, are the Jews. The al-Fahtihah is supposed to be recited 17 times a day--how's that for super-duper anti-Semitism and anti-Christian sentiment? It's a form of brainwashing.

3 More Suspects Suspected of Being Involved with the Boston Bombing

Three more suspects have been taken into custody related to the Boston Marathon bombing. Two are foreign "students", and one is an American citizen. It's totally possible that these three are just Bidenesque, which means they are dumber than a bag of damaged rocks and were simply tried to ditch the evidence left behind by their buddy, terrorist #2. So, it is possible that they might not have been involved with the actual bombing, but still, they aided their terrorist buddy rather than turn him in to keep him from killing more innocent people. 

Terrorists #s 1 & 2

I believe they knew about terrorist #2's plan because they knew just what to get rid of--the computer, fireworks, and Vaseline. At best, even if they didn't know, they put their friendship with this Islamic terrorist ahead of the lives of those he killed and maimed, and had he gotten away with the bombing, the lives of future victims he might have killed. These "students" need to be put away for a long time, but not as criminals--as enemy combatants. We are at war, my friends.

Some are calling these terrorists "self radicalized terrorists," but only by people who have never read the koran. The koran is the Islamic scripture that clearly talks about killing the infidels "wherever you find them." It is Islam itself that is radical, not people who somehow misinterpret it. We continue to pretend that Islam is a religion of peace out of fear that we will offend Muslims and they will strike out at us. Well, how's that working out for ya? They strike out at us when we draw a cartoon of their violent, anti-Semitic prophet, peas be up in him, and they strike out at us when we don't.

I suggest we never call these terrorists by name and when we label them as such, we need to be clear and call them Islamic terrorists. To liberals, this will be considered "racist" even though Islam is not a race but a radical geopolitical movement cloaked in religion. And by using the term "Islamic," we are defining the problem and thus the enemy. If you don't believe that Islam itself is the problem, just quote parts of the Medina koran (Sura 9:25 for example) and watch the reaction from Muslims.

8 Questions That Aren't Funny

Juan Williams  of Fox News says the terrorists who bombed the Boston Marathon were not tied into any radical organization. Thus, we can view them in terms of "radical Islam." Obviously, Williams isn't counting Islam as a radical organization--the largest radical organization on earth--nor sees how the Koran, their marching orders, to be radical in what is written therein. .

Some of the thoughts I had about this bombing might sound offensive because they are ironic, which might be mistaken as humor, but I only mean the following to be sarcastic.

1. When Islam wins a battle, they often build triumphal mosques at the site where the battle was waged and won by them. Will the Muslim world now consider building a triumphal mosque on Boylston Street like they wanted to do at the Twin Towers sight? All they need to do is wait a few years until the heat is off them and Americans forget what it felt like on April 15th, when 3 innocent race spectators were killed and over 160 were maimed and otherwise injured severely.

2. In light of the Fort Hood shootings in 2009, where 13 people were killed by Nidal Hasan while shouting "Allahu Akbar," meaning, "My god is greatest," and President Obama had this incident labeled "Workplace violence," will he soon declare the Islamic terrorist attack to be "Sports place violence," and the injuries suffered, "Sports injuries?"

3. Since the latest terrorist attack happened in Boston, will the liberals blame it all on the Tea Party? While liberals consider cutting down a tree as terrorism, the English considered the Boston Tea Party an act of terrorism.

4. Will our talking about the Boston Marathon terrorist attack in terms of Islamic terrorism, will CAIR insist that we are merely being "Islamophobic" as if this is an actual phobia rather than a fear that is totally rational? 

5. Female DNA was found on pieces of the bomb. Does this mean that the pressure cooker that was the container for the bomb, once belonged to a female who used it for making basmati rice, sambar, or some other Indian food? Could it have belonged to a sales clerk?

6. Will terrorist #2 (I refuse to use his name) beat the death penalty, get out of prison after a decade or so, and write a book which will become a movie and make him rich? Will part of the movie earnings go to the Muslim Brotherhood and eventually come back to bite us? Will the movie be a Michael Moore documentary?

7. Will terrorist #2 be forced to repay the SNAP benefits he and his family were given if he, in fact, becomes wealthy from the movie about his life? Will Barack Hussein Obama play himself in the movie?

The people who were killed by these jihadist scum-bags will never get their loved ones back. The people who lost limbs, vision or hearing, will never be the same for the remainder of their lives. I hope we never forget and that we change our policies on Islamic terrorism and immigration. I am angry at how we've been doing business in the USA under Obama. Our enemies see us as impotent, weak, and all bark with no bite. Obama believes the FBI did all it could do, in spite of the Russian information they gave us about the terrorists, but "this is hard stuff," he added.

Sadly, I believe that terrorist #2 will not get the death penalty and will give us no real information in the war against jihad. (I don't call it the war against terror because it's pointless to have a war against a tactic rather than an enemy.) The terrorist, will have the very high profile lawyer, Judy Clark, to defend him and try to keep him from getting the death penalty. You and I will pay for her services, just as we did for the terrorist's family's welfare.

8. Finally, will we learn the truth about Benghazi before the movie on terrorist #2 is released? Obama promised to punish those involved, but Obama makes a lot of empty promises and I'm not holding my breath.

Holder Tells Us to Not Overreact to the Terrorists: Never Calls Them Muslims

Now Eric Holder is warning the American public to not react to the Boston terror bombing with violence against Muslims. I can't blame him--have you seen all the shootings, beheadings and stonings that have taken place since April 15th? You haven't? Wow, I wonder why.

Holder made these statements at the Anti Defamation League, an organization created to combat anti-Semitism. It's as if he's warning the Jews, the group most hated by Islam, Muhammad, and his cohorts, to not take revenge on the killings that Muslims have done and will continue to do in the name of Islam.

How appropriate is that--Holder talking to the public as if we're school children unable to contain violence against those who did violence upon our innocent public. If there's one thing you have to say about we Americans, it's that we are so non-violent against those who would kill us, that it's getting to look a lot like suicidal behavior. 

As time goes by, it's slowly being revealed that the momma of terrorist #1 and #2 has jihadist leanings. When she spoke on TV, she made it clear that if they killed her son, it would be okay; if they killed her, she would shout "Allahu Akbar," which means "my god is great"--implying that "my god beats your god." 

Initially, terror momma said that the whole affair was a setup--the blood of the victims was paint, and that we killed her son (sob sob). Not once did this vile woman show any sense of grief for those her sons killed. Unfortunately, Russia will not extradite her to face pending charges for theft against the very same store chain that video taped her sons planting their bombs, Lord and Taylor. We would have many questions to ask her.

Now that terror suspect #2 has been Mirandized, he's clammed up. We lost a great opportunity to learn more from him and we have Eric Holder to thank for that. Is it just me, or does it seem to you that Holder does everything he can to protect the wrong people? He uses the Constitution to the letter when it suits him, but when it comes to the 2nd Amendment in particular, and the Bill of Rights in general, he pretends that this great document is outdated.

Personally, I'd like to see Holder led out of office in chains to serve time in prison followed by all of those involved with the cover ups such as Fast and Furious, and Benghazi, just for starters. The chances of that happening are about as good as winning the Powerball Lottery while being struck by lightning while attending a converted Muslim's Bar Mitzvah.

Let's say that you are the leader of a land and there are a group of individuals that are hell-bent to kill your citizens. You want to protect these people because you are a good, kind and caring leader. A popular annual sporting event takes place where many thousands of people take to the streets to watch the athletes, but this year two of those individuals who are hell-bent to kill your citizens detonate two bombs that kill three people and injure many scores of bystanders.  Many have lost limbs, hearing and vision. They will be scarred for life.

Your dedicated law enforcement troops eventually find and shoots one of these individuals in a gun battle. His brother flees in a stolen car, dragging his brother fifty feet or more, finishing the job of killing him. Law enforcement eventually wounds and captures the other individual, and now you have the opportunity to find out whether there is more information that you can gather which may serve to prevent other individuals who, like these two, are hell-bent to kill your people. 

These individuals have been terrorizing your people and others around the world, for years. They wear no uniforms. In fact, they try to fit in and look like your people, dress the same way, shave their facial hair that is normally not done because they want to look like their prophet and maybe score a bunch of obedient wives as he did.  They are even willing to kill themselves in order to kill your people because to them, it is not death that happens when their vest bomb goes off and rips their bodies into pieces of meat that look anything but human--to them, it is eternal life in a place they call Jannah--paradise. This is a place where they can get 72 virgins, and even after having consummated their sexual lusts, these virgins once again become virgins. This is what they believe because their twisted scripture tells them so. And if you question their scripture, they might kill you.

So as leader of this land, what do you do about these individuals hell-bent on killing your people? If you are Barack Hussein Obama, you do nothing to point out why these individuals want to kill your people--this might upset those individuals and they might want to kill your people--wait, they already do, so why worry? Be honest. 

If you are Barack Hussein Obama, you never use certain words to offend them. Words like "terrorist" just sets them off on a random killing fest. You call them "freedom fighters." And what freedom are these freedom fighters fighting for? They fight for the right to rule your country and call the world their caliphate. They fight for the right to take away your rights and force you to pay them a tax, called a jizyah if you refuse to convert to their so-called religion. They fight for the right to kill you if you leave their religion or are gay, or commit adultery, or insult their concept of god--a god who hates Jews, Christians and all non-Muslims. 

And when they have taken over the world and only their god is the accepted one, only then will there be peace, and Islam will be the religion of peace.

So, Mr. President, do you really think it's wise to be politically correct or do you have a master plan you will not share with us?

The Boston Terrorist, Islam, and a Nice Jewish Hospital

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the 19 year old Boston terrorist, is lying in an American hospital, ironically receiving care at Beth Israel, a Jewish medical facility. Dzhokhar, was the younger brother of the terrorist duo. His older brother, Tamerlan, age 26, died in a shootout with police and FBI, and was run over and dragged about 50 feet under the getaway car used by Dzhokhar, which obviously finished the job. 

In the meantime, the Muslim terrorist who killed 3 innocent people is being treated and kept alive in a Jewish hospital. Ironically, the Koran refers to Jews as being descendants of apes and pigs. Imagine how upset his father must be and those who helped train him knowing that the Jews have him--how un-Islamic. 

If he receives a civil trial, he will be dealt with in a civil manner--we will not give him the same fate as he gave 8 year old Martin Richard, Lu Lingzi and Krystle Campbell. There is no death penalty in Massachusetts--he will become a jail house star by his Muslim co-slammer dwellers.

Our government uses the term "Islamic Extremists." How very politically correct that is. One would think from hearing this term that being a jihadist, killing infidels, goes against the Koran--it doesn't--it only conflicts with the Mecca Koran, the early life of Mohammad, but follows the Medina Koran, that came later in life. And the Koran is very clear with its law of abrogation, that the stuff that came later, supersedes the earlier nicey-nicey stuff.  Thus, terrorism, killing the infidels, pleases Allah's blood lust, and this is not an Islamic extremist position; it is an Islamic religious position. In other words, a good Muslim is a better terrorist than a bad Muslim, which is not to say that bad Muslims love Jews and Christians any more than their Islamic counterpart, but they simply want that counterpart to do the heavy lifting.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Captured, Bleeding But Alive

They got him. Tonight, at around 8:40 PM in Watertown, MA, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev gave himself up to the police. He was hiding in a boat but he didn't have a paddle and the

boat was on land. He was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital bleeding and having a bad day.

Dzhokhar's father said the whole thing was a setup and the cops who killed his older son were cowards. He made no mention of his own kids killing an 8 yr old boy and two young women as well as injuring and maiming over 160 others. 

The suspects aunt, a loud woman who lives in Canada and claims to be a lawyer in her own land, said that she has no proof that these sweet young men did what they were photographed doing, and she ranted on about this.

The boy's uncle, living in Maryland, said that he should give himself up and ask forgiveness for what he did. He actually said he was proud to live in America and supported the efforts to capture his terrorist nephews. CAIR and other Islamic groups in North America, had no comment as far as I know, but if they did, they would have said that if they had a son, he would look like Dzhokhar. It should be noted that in Jordan, Islamic leaders were joyful of the carnage that took place at the Boston Marathon.

I think we ought to stop sending money to Islamic countries. All of them.

Boston On Lockdown

Well, one of the Islamic terrorists is dead; the brother of the 19 year old who's still on the loose. They came here about 10 years ago from Chechnya. The older brother, age 26, is dead, riddled with holes and shrapnel while his younger brother, Dzhokahar, is still out there--he's 19 years old. Authorities are asking residents of Boston and surrounding areas to stay at home if possible.

Dzhokar (pronounced "Joecar") Tsarnaev went to a prestigious school where he excelled in wrestling, and is currently at large. Fox News reports that he was a pre-med student.

An MIT peace officer was killed as he sat in his patrol car. This takes the total to four people killed for jihad.

I was not at all surprised to learn that these terrorists are Muslims; the fact that they placed one of the bombs next to an 8 year old child at the race, and were willing to randomly kill Americans, is often the jihadist signature. They are willing to kill infidels in order to selfishly attain Jannah, or heaven, for themselves.

Fox News wonders what we should call the terrorists. Should we call them domestic terrorists or foreign terrorists. After all, they've been in the United States for about ten years. I don't believe it's a question of where they come from to determine how they should be labeled; they're Islamic terrorists and geography cannot change that fact. 

When people are not insane, are Muslim, and are willing to kill and die for their beliefs, they have a more "spiritual" agenda. known as jihad. I hope we will recognize this for what it is and not stick our collective head into the sand like frightened ostriches. We must know who the terrorists are and not pretend they are otherwise.

As I conclude this article, Dzhokar is still out there with an "assault rifle" and explosives. I wonder how he was able to get them in Massachusetts, a state with the strictest gun control laws.

More About Boston Marathon

Two men have been identified by the FBI as the probably scum bags who planted the bombs at the Boston Marathon. They are both carrying back packs, wearing baseball style lids with logos of some sort, and seem to be carrying a heavy load. They both have dark hair and the public is being asked to call the FBI if they know anything about these monsters.

Finding these men will be difficult, I believe. A good detective needs to be a bit paranoid--did the computer blackout of American Airlines have another meaning? Were any manifests ruined or erased in order to delete the names of the terrorists who  might have been on a flight? Highly speculative but possible. 

Conspiracy theorist, Alex Jones, claims that the government was behind the bombing. He said the same thing about 9-11 and just about anything else controversial of which you can think. There are no medications that can help a person as mentally ill as this idiot. I can imagine he'll have a lot to say about the West Texas fertilizer plant explosion near Waco, and somehow blame it on Bush while another conspiracy theorist will claim that he's blaming Bush to throw us off from Obama's culpability. And as I mentioned in yesterday's blog, there will always be some political hack who will find a way to make these tragedies an issue that will support their ideologies. Republicans sometimes do this, but Democrats have PhD's in dickwadism. 

My final thought for the day is that I was a bit disturbed how the crowd at the memorial service in Boston clapped at Obama's words and those of Gov. Patrick's. A memorial service isn't a place for applause, I think. Maybe you disagree, but I'm old fashioned that way.

Three Horrors in One Week

The Boston Marathon bombing, ricin mailed to the president and several US Senators, and an explosion in a fertilizer plant in West, Texas near Waco that thus far has killed 15 people and injured about 160 others, has made for a horrible week in the USA. It has the feeling of the weeks following 9-11 in New York City. 

The crowd belted out a hearty singing of our National Anthem to start the Boston Bruins game, and this morning I tweeted: "I'm a New Yorker, this is not about baseball; we love you Boston." I believe I speak for the entire country in that tweet. 

This is not about politics, although some have tried to make it so; Barney Frank and Chris Matthews immediately come to mind. It is disgusting that they would do so, and I hope the liberals who listen to Matthews realize that his agenda does A  not trump events and maybe they will stop taking him seriously. Frank talked about how lowering the tax rate would not have helped these victims or prevented it from happening. The insensitive Frank forgot to mention that raising taxes would have done nothing to have prevented it either. 

David Sirota, a "journalist" for Salon.com, said he hoped the Boston bombing was committed by a white American--this would support his liberal agenda and take the onus away from Islamic terrorists. The sensitivity of this cretin and the others aforementioned is non-existent; they left their humanity at their mothers' breast. 

President Obama is at the memorial service in Boston this morning and the church bells are chiming "America the Beautiful." Let's hope that our memories aren't short about this. Let's hope we continue to sing our National Anthem with the same gusto they sang it in Boston. And let us find the terrorist killer or killers and bring them to the same justice they deserve and serve as a message to others about what their fates will be if they mess with US.

The Latest on Boston Marathon

It seems that most people who are not at the office today (me included), have been glued to their TV sets to follow this horrific story about the Boston Marathon bombing. Those of us from New York City, in spite of being rabid Yankee fans, feel the pain of those who are suffering and the incredible sadness for the families of those who died in the cowardly murders.

1:52 PM: Fox News has just reported that there is a suspect in the bombing who is about to be placed in custody. WFXT in Boston, a Fox affiliate, had marathon video along with video from Lord and Taylor's surveillance camera. 

1:56 PM: an arrest has been made, Fox confirms. Now the big question remains for the public: who is this guy? I have to admit that I hope the guy is a Muslim because if it's home grown terrorism, that would be horrible. If it's a Muslim on a jihad mission, that might wake up the liberal ostriches with their heads buried in their butts. But even if he isn't a Muslim, al Qaeda and most of the Islamic world is passing out candy in celebration of the fact that Americans were killed. 

The youngest victim: RIP

If they Mirandize this guy, we'll never get the intelligence we need to find out more about this bombing. They need to wait to do this, or not do it at all. I say give him a military trial, but water-board him first, just to relax him and get him to talk about the bombs and B-B's.

2:10 PM: CBS claims that no arrest was made. (Maybe Rather should be in Philadelphia.) I trust CBS with telling the truth as much as I trust Obama with my wallet. But perhaps I'll have to eat crow in a little while if it turns out they're correct. I hope not--it's probably just wishful thinking on their part (which is incredibly cruel of me to say so, I admit).

2:22 PM: The status of the crime is still unclear--it's beginning to look a lot like a royal cluster coitus. 

So we shall see what develops and whether I'll be eating crow.
