Boston Marathon jihadist wants his death sentence overturned

Time magazine's "cover terrorist" is one of the scum who bombed the Boston Marathon in 2013 which killed three people and injured 264 others. Of the latter, 16 lost limbs and all survivors had their lives dramatically changed, like the families of those who were murdered. The crap weasel whose brother was killed by police, was captured and sentenced to death. Now the POS wants his sentence overturned.

On Thursday, lawyers for the jihadi bomber, [who along with his scumcrumpet brother, set off two pressure cooker bombs on April 15, 2013 that killed Krystle Marie Campbell, 29, Lingzi Lu, 23, and Martin Richard, age 8] told the First Circuit Court of Appeals that the judge in the case made a mistake denying their motions to move the trial out of Boston. The trial ended in April 2015.

The bomber was convicted on all 30 counts including conspiracy, use of a weapon of mass destruction and the murder of the three victims from the bombing and the subsequent murder of MIT Police Officer Sean Collier three days after the bombing.

The bomber’s defense team admitted during the trial that the two brothers had executed the bombing; the bomber had admitted his involvement just after he was arrested, telling federal agents that he and his brother were motivated by extremist Islamic beliefs, according to The New York Times. 

In other words, they were on a jihad to kill as many infidels as possible.

The AP reported the attorneys for the Islamists argued in their brief asking for the scum's sentence to be overturned that his trial should not have been held in Boston because the city had been “traumatized by the bombings, ordered to shelter in place during the manhunt, saturated by prejudicial publicity and united in the Boston Strong movement.”

The first time the bomber spoke publicly, bragging about the bombing and his role, it came just before the judge pronounced his death sentence; he admitted, "Immediately after the bombing, which I am guilty of — if there’s any lingering doubt about that, let there be no more. I did do it along with my brother …”

As Irish Central reported:

One of the victims, 8-year-old Martin Richard, was standing at the marathon finish line cheering on the runners with his family when the second bomb detonated on April 15, 2013. Martin was killed; his sister Jane, an Irish dancer, lost her leg; their mother, Denise, suffered brain injuries and blindness in one eye from shrapnel; their father, Bill, lost some of his hearing.

The Boston Globe said of Krystle Campbell, whose left foot was fractured, left thigh bone was broken, and whose legs were devastated by the bomb, reputedly leaving her suffering for roughly one minute before she died:

“Krystle Campbell, a 29-year-old woman so loved by her friends that she was a bridesmaid 17 times, lying on the sidewalk of Boylston Street outside Marathon Sports, her body ripped apart.”

Boston Magazine, writing of Lingzi Lu, reported what her best friend Danling Zhou--a fellow Chinese transfer student who met Lu in math class--testified about what happened when they attended the marathon that day. The Globe wrote:

Zhou’s organs were spilling out of a gash on her stomach. She pushed her insides back in while she tried to calm Lu down. Afraid that screaming might waste what was left of her energy, Zhou waited for an ambulance in silence. By the time Boston Police Officer Lauren Woods found Lu, she was alone. “Her whole body was shaking quivering. She had vomit in her hair, eyes were rolling in and out,” Woods called. She stuck her fingers down Lu’s throat, trying to clear the vomit. Others came to try to help with chest compressions.

Woods found Lu’s university ID card and began calling her name. “Lingzi, stay with us,” she screamed.

This form of Islam is pure evil and it must be stopped. This bomber must be put to death so that perhaps others might think twice before going on their jihad.

The Boston Terrorist, Islam, and a Nice Jewish Hospital

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the 19 year old Boston terrorist, is lying in an American hospital, ironically receiving care at Beth Israel, a Jewish medical facility. Dzhokhar, was the younger brother of the terrorist duo. His older brother, Tamerlan, age 26, died in a shootout with police and FBI, and was run over and dragged about 50 feet under the getaway car used by Dzhokhar, which obviously finished the job. 

In the meantime, the Muslim terrorist who killed 3 innocent people is being treated and kept alive in a Jewish hospital. Ironically, the Koran refers to Jews as being descendants of apes and pigs. Imagine how upset his father must be and those who helped train him knowing that the Jews have him--how un-Islamic. 

If he receives a civil trial, he will be dealt with in a civil manner--we will not give him the same fate as he gave 8 year old Martin Richard, Lu Lingzi and Krystle Campbell. There is no death penalty in Massachusetts--he will become a jail house star by his Muslim co-slammer dwellers.

Our government uses the term "Islamic Extremists." How very politically correct that is. One would think from hearing this term that being a jihadist, killing infidels, goes against the Koran--it doesn't--it only conflicts with the Mecca Koran, the early life of Mohammad, but follows the Medina Koran, that came later in life. And the Koran is very clear with its law of abrogation, that the stuff that came later, supersedes the earlier nicey-nicey stuff.  Thus, terrorism, killing the infidels, pleases Allah's blood lust, and this is not an Islamic extremist position; it is an Islamic religious position. In other words, a good Muslim is a better terrorist than a bad Muslim, which is not to say that bad Muslims love Jews and Christians any more than their Islamic counterpart, but they simply want that counterpart to do the heavy lifting.
