Philadelphia DA Krasner uses Carricker shooting for political purposes

The black woman, a suspect in a Philadelphia mass shooting that killed five and injured two children is being held without bail. 

The Philly DA Larry Krasner said Wednesday that the the shooter's gun targeted 'random victims' and she was ready to do battle. 

Investigators say Kimbrady Carriker, 40, arrived to the scene of the shooting ready for a prolonged gunfight. She had an AR-15 style scary rifle assault thing, a handgun, a police scanner and a ballistic vest. But according to the DA, [who, let me remind you, hates scary guns], despite the attack being well prepared, it was "a random, premeditated deliberate killing carried out with an assault rifle."

So Krasner, who hates scary guns and refers to them as 'assault rifles' as if only they are the problem in our crazy society, wants to use this moment as an opportunity to speak out against those evil, scary-looking weapons, because, well he's a progressive Democrat who uses his position as DA to propel his leftist agenda against Republicans who stand up for the Second Amendment.

The five deceased victims are Daujan Brown, 15; Joseph Wamah, Jr., 31; Lashyd Merritt, 20; Dymir Stanton, 29; and Ralph Moralis, 59. Multiple children were also injured by the gunfire, including a 2-year-old who was shot four times in the legs.

"I just want to say this: it is disgusting, the lack of proper gun legislation that we have in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania," Krasner said during a Tuesday news conference.

Tell us Mr. Krasner, one time, just one, in which strict gun laws stopped a shooting rather than a good guy with a gun. 

We're waiting . . . 

"It is disgusting that you can go to New Jersey and find a whole list of reasonable gun regulation that we don't have, that you can go to Delaware and there's almost as long a list of reasonable gun legislation that we don't have," he added.

Still, in an average year, 439 people die and 1,398 are wounded by guns in New Jersey even though New Jersey has the 44th-highest rate of gun violence in the US.

Is Geraldo gone from 'The Five' or will conservatives still be annoyed by him?

First they came for Bongino, but he wasn't Bongino, so he did nothing. Then they came for Carlson, but he wasn't Carlson, so he did nothing. Now they are coming for him, but he is too narcissistic to believe them, so he does nothing. 

But perhaps Fox News has heard the people who watched "The Five" in the past, and have finally decided that Geraldo Rivera is too toxic to remain in their employ. 

So now it looks as if Geraldo is Fox history and they will be getting a media divorce, Geraldo's fifth, if you count his five marriages and four previous divorces.

Rivera tends to anger conservatives as he appears to have a superior, somewhat arrogant demeanor but he often has no idea what he's talking about. Case in point is his claiming that the "AR" in the AR-15 rifle stands for "Automatic Rifle." Anyone who knows anything about firearms knows it stands for Armalite, the manufacturing company.

Regarding his current situation with Fox News, he tweeted:

So what does "I'm sure there's a good reason" Geraldo refers to? It sounds as if he doesn't know, but it sure doesn't sound good. 

Geraldo is one of several "liberals" on "The Five," rotating with Jessica "The Voice" Tarlov and Harold Ford Jr., but he appears to be the one who angers the audience, and probably Greg Gutfeld, the most. Recently Gutfeld became visibly angry with Rivera for taking a cheap shot at Tucker Carlson.

Rivera also defended President Biden saying that he could not imagine Biden being involved in a bribery scheme. That went over like flatulence in a crowded elevator with conservatives. 

Why it's almost as if Rivera hasn't checked out Biden's history and his son's laptop. However, the smart money says that it's the Gutfeld situation that has made the biggest impact on the move.

Pennsylvania man arrested for allegedly shooting at city environmental workers

Pittsburgh, PA -- police arrested Henry Rainey, 37, at the end of last month for allegedly firing a long rifle at a pair of city workers. He was apprehended at his home May 31 and is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of reckless endangering and one count of criminal mischief for the May 23 shooting.

Rainey had been awaiting his preliminary court date.

"He had a black long rifle with him. He had some words with the refuse workers, aimed the weapon at them and started firing," Police Sgt. William Watts told Pittsburgh's Action News 4. "The refuse workers hid behind the truck. No one was hit, there were no injuries but the truck was disabled due to the damage to the gunfire."

The city's Environmental Services truck was struck by bullets, but the workers did not sustain injuries, according to investigators.

The shooting took place outside the home of Rainey's woman friend. Police executed a search warrant for the home and found a scary AR-15 semi-automatic rifle, ammunition and items giving law enforcement leads on the shooter's identity.

These are not gun problems--they're social problems such as absentee fathers, the culture, and mental health. And let's face it--the media and Hollywood only make matters worse.

DNC chair Jaime Harrison who lost to Graham in November calls him out over his gun rights

DNC chair Jaime Harrison on Monday accused Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) of "embarrassing" himself and South Carolina after the senator said that he would use his constitutional right as described in the Second Amendment to defend him home with his AR-15 if necessary.

Harrison lost soundly to Graham for his Senate seat by 10 points even though he raised a record amount of money to lose. Graham raised $108 million and Harrison $130 million according to his campaign, which would never tell a lie.

Mehdi Hasan guest hosted MSNBC's "All In with Chris Hayes." 

On Monday, Mehdi Hasan, the guest host of MSNBC's "All In with Chris Hayes," played the clip of Graham's appearance on "Fox News Sunday" with Chris Wallace.

"I own an AR-15. If there is a natural disaster in South Carolina where the cops can't protect my neighborhood, my house will be the last one that the gang will come to because I can defend myself," Graham told Wallace.

"At the end of the day if you think an assault weapons ban is what the country needs, bring it to the floor of the United States Senate and vote on it. I welcome that debate," Graham said.

His comments come amid renewed debate of owning assault weapons following last week's supermarket shooting in Boulder that left 10 people without weapons dead.

"Lindsey Graham lives in central South Carolina. You have a population probably less than the block that you live on. The only gang that Lindsey Graham's gonna see in central is probably at the Walmart standing in the one line that is open," Harrison ignorantly said.

"It's ridiculous, Lindsey is ridiculous. And he just needs to be quiet and his folks just need to tell him to stay off-camera because he's embarrassing himself and the state of South Carolina," the sore loser whined.

Harrison, who is Black, seems to be ignorant of the fact that Black folks were historically not allowed to have guns until after the Civil War in which roughly 620,000 people died. He is oblivious to the notion that people have the right, not only to defend themselves against a criminal element, but against a criminal government that would seek to make the masses impotent to stop them.

Our rights are not given to us by government megalomaniacs on the left who want the power to control the people--our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are inalienable. We have these rights at birth and the government has no right to take them away. 

But they continue to try, and try, and wear away at our rights one little piece at a time. And we give in, one little piece at a time.

Alyssa Milano claims masks will protect you more than an AR-15

"The better the actor, the more stupid he is." --Truman Capote

If Capote was correct, Alyssa Milano must be an incredibly good actor because she is the poster child for Stupid. But of course, she might be an exception to the better actor rule and is simply one of the stupidest actors without acting talent. 

Milano tried to persuade "anti-maskers" to wear masks to guard against COVID-19 in spite of the fact that cloth masks are more of a fashion statement than a medical prophylactic measure. She claims that cloth offers more protection than AR-15s.

The anti Second Amendment conservative-hating actress tweeted:

"Anti-maskers are the same people who think they need an AR-15 for 'protection,'" 

"LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK: A MASK WILL PROTECT YOU *MORE* THAN AN AR-15 WILL."

She mixes the idea of protection from a virus with protection from those who would do violence because she is stupid. The analogy is a non sequitur because the types of protection being compared, are not comparable and she is not able to see the disconnect.

So if you want protection from coronavirus, perhaps masks can help somewhat, or at least give one the illusion they can. AR-15s and firearms in general are not actually meant to protect us from viruses or even the common cold. And just like some masks are better than others for protection from viruses, some firearms offer more protection against those who would do us harm.

A Colt 1911 with its 45 caliber slug has great stopping power, especially at close range, but it isn't great at distances over 55 yards. An AR-15 firing a 223 Remington round or 5.56 x 45 NATO round, is good up to around 600 yards and holds a lot more rounds than the Colt 1911. 

Of course, neither weapon is useful against coronavirus, but neither is Alyssa Milano's apples and oranges argument.

"Uh, they could theoretically both protect you against different things," one Twitter user wrote. "Is there a reason you think these two things are mutually exclusive? Or related in any logical way at all?"

Another Twitter user said, "I guess you can strangle bad guys with your mask."

But the best comment as I see it was from on person challenging her to a duel writing, "I get an AR-15 and she gets a mask."

Truman Capote really had incredible insight.

Poway synagogue suspect "defending our nation against Jews"

The admitted shooter in the Poway synagogue shooting told a 911 operator right after the massacre that he pulled the trigger to save white people from Jews. 

As a white person, I never saw Jewish people as dangerous, but people who shoot people based on some crazy notion about their group identity are the ones of whom to be afraid.

A judge was expected to rule Friday whether a 20-year-old former college student should stand trial on charges of firing an assault rifle inside a synagogue, killing one woman and injuring three, including a rabbi and an 8-year-old girl of whom he believed the world needed to be saved from.

The suspect who admitted to the shootings at the Southern California synagogue last spring was heard on a 911 recording played Thursday at a preliminary hearing that he did it to save white people from Jews. The hearing was held to determine whether the trial should go forward. I think that would be a good idea.

The shooting took place at the Chabad of Poway synagogue on the last day of Passover.

“I’m defending our nation against the Jewish people, who are trying to destroy all white people,” the scumcrumpet, whose name will not be used here, is heard saying on the 911 call. He told the 911 operator he believed he had killed people and gave detailed descriptions of the San Diego intersection where he was parked shortly before he was taken into custody.

He never explained, nor gave any examples, how Jewish people are trying to destroy anyone.

The FBI reported that hate crimes increased by 17% in 2017 and the largest spike was anti-Semitic hate crimes. In the DOJ 2017 Hate Crime Statistics it was reported that there were more than 7,100 hate crimes and they were motivated mostly by race/ethnicity with religious bias following right behind. 

The FBI report shows there was a nearly 23% increase in religion-based hate crimes. There was a 37% spike in anti-Jewish hate crimes and this led the statistics for religious groups.

The recording was played at the hearing where witnesses also included a combat veteran who confronted the suspect and a medical examiner who described the wounds of the woman who was killed.

The alleged shooter, 20, has pleaded not guilty to murder, attempted murder, and an unrelated arson charge at a mosque. The murder charge, classified as a hate crime, would make him eligible for the death penalty if convicted, but prosecutors have not said what punishment they will seek.

Oscar Stewart, an Iraq combat veteran, testified that as the gunfire erupted he moved toward the suspect and screamed at him. The shooter dropped his rifle and ran away like a frightened coward.

“People were falling over each other. It was chaos,” Stewart said. “I screamed (to everyone) ‘Get down! Get out here.’”

He explained that he saw the shooter in the lobby fire two rounds and then walked toward him.

“He was firing in front of me … I was paying attention to the rifle,” Stewart said.

As the gunman struggled to reload, Stewart relied on combat training to yell at the assailant to try to rattle him, and rattle him he did.

“I told him I was going to kill him … I screamed it out really loud. I kept screaming at him,” Stewart said before the suspect dropped the rifle and ran.

During the 911 call, the shooter admitted, without prompting, that he would leave his AR-15 rifle on the passenger seat and step out of the car once law enforcement arrived, and became agitated that police had yet to arrive.

“You guys are taking a long-ass time,” he is heard saying.

San Diego Police Officer Jonathan Wiese testified that when he arrived the alleged shooter got out of the car, kneeled to the ground when ordered, and allowed himself to be handcuffed.

“His first statement was, ‘How’s your day going?’” Wiese said. He said the white supremacist then asked if he knew “what the Jews have done to our race.”

Weeks earlier alleged shooter and obvious coward tried to burn down a mosque in Escondido, where seven people on a spiritual retreat were sleeping, according to an affidavit. They awoke to flames and managed to extinguish the fire.

The suspect allegedly scrawled the name of the person suspected of carrying out shootings at two New Zealand mosques that slaughtered 51 people earlier this year, so the left didn't have President Trump to blame on that atrocity.

In a posting on the dark web, the alleged shooter wrote: "As an individual, I can only kill so many Jews."

The day prior to the synagogue shooting, the suspect legally purchased an AR-15 rifle from a San Diego gun shop, according to federal charges. According to Rep. Shiela Jackson Lee (D-TX) the AR-15 fires 50 mm rounds, so not only can it kill people, it can take out entire synagogues, mosques and Hindu temples.

Jackson Lee's claim that the AR 15 is extremely heavy would only hold true if 6.5 to 7.5 pounds is considered heavy. One of the selling points to the AR 15 is its lightness and handling.

These are the people who many on the left rely on to provide them with accurate information regarding gun control issues.

Teen buys AR-15 with tattoo money mommy gave him: planned to shoot up school

According to police, a young man named Tim is accused of threatening to shoot up his school, Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Lexington, Kentucky.

The teenage loser used money his mommy gave him to get a tattoo to buy an AR-15 rifle and 500 rounds of ammunition he planned to use to shoot up his school and hopefully become famous and have a big Twitter following.

Tim is 18, which means that 6 years ago, he was 12. He was charged with "second-degree terroristic threatening," according to WKYT, and he appeared in court on Monday for a preliminary hearing.

The teen pleaded not guilty.

The Lexington Police Department said during the hearing that Tim bought a gun with money his mother gave him for a tattoo. 

"Around Christmas or December 2017 is when he purchased the AR-25 with money that his mom gave him for a tattoo, and that he also purchased 500 rounds of ammunition," said Detective Sean Stafford of the Lexington Police Dept.

The tip came through Safety Tipline Online Prevention (STOP) on Feb. 16 stating that Tim "owns a gun and constantly talks about killing himself/shooting up the classroom," the Lexington Herald-Ledger reported.

Tim's mom said she didn't know of her son's threats to the school. She agreed to hand over her son's rifle and ammo to police.

Stafford reported that the mother stated, "Timothy does have some anger problems but she could not see him being violent and didn't feel like he would harm anyone else."

WKYT reported that Tim was "not prohibited from owning firearms" and posted photos of the AR-15 to social media. One photo shows Tim with the barrel of the gun in his mouth.

Tim is a senior at the school and was detained at Blue Grass Airport on Feb. 19 after flying to an undisclosed location for the weekend. He was charged March 2 and was released after posting a $5,000 bond. He hasn't returned to school since the anonymous tip was made, and it's likely that this will affect his grades on the finals.

Hopefully this story will show everyone just how evil AR-15s are . . . and scary-looking too.

Fully semi-automatic shoulder-fired assault-style rifles still sold at Dick's

Dick's Sporting Goods claims to have stopped selling the AR-15 rifle because it was the type of weapon used in the horrible Parkland, Florida mass school shooting.

By the way, the "AR" in the AR-15 stands for ArmaLite Rifle, not Assault Rifle. 

The New York Times refers to the AR-15 as the "most beloved and most vilified rifles" in the United States. But it's the villains behind the weapon that should be vilified, not the tool they use to carry out their evil, or else we'd be banning vans and trucks, knives and hammers and Louisville Sluggers.

But this is precisely why The New York Times sucks--they blame the weapon, not the villains.

Dick's however, continues to sell fully semi-automatic shoulder fired assault type rifles such as the Marlin Model 60 semi-automatic rifle, the Savage Arms 64-F semi-automatic rifle,  the Ruger 10/22 semi-automatic rifle, and the Remington 597 semi-automatic rifle.

Just like the AR-15 but not as scary looking to liberals.

The term "fully semi-automatic" is a liberal smokescreen to trick people who don't know better (aka liberals). And basically all rifles are shoulder-fired.

A weapon is either a semi-automatic, an automatic, a bolt action, pump action, or lever action. Even revolvers and handguns generally fall into the category of semi-automatic because when you fire a round with the pull of the trigger, the next round chambers, but the trigger must be pressed again for the next round to be fired. 

An automatic, such as a machine gun, fires round after round with one pull of the trigger and continues until the trigger is let go or the magazine of rounds empties. The M-14, used in Vietnam before the M-16 took over, fired both semi automatic and automatic with the use of a selector switch.

Interestingly, the lever action Winchester 70 was used as a sniper rifle in Vietnam, so that would make it an assault rifle since it was used by the military.

So don't let the liberals try to take the moral high ground or virtue signal. They don't know what they're talking about regarding firearms.

Dick's will stop selling scary-looking rifles

Dick's Sporting Goods will no longer sell AR-15s because they're better than the people who have the audacity to want one.

They will, however, continue to sell semi-automatic rifles such as the Savage 10/22 carbine, and the Remington 597 semi-automatic rifle for starters. These are not considered "assault-type" weapons because they don't look scary to the average "Pajama Boy" snowflake.

On Wednesday, Dick's Sporting Goods announced they will no longer sell "assault-type rifles," indicating that they don't know what an assault rifle is and it's probably for the better that people don't count on their "expertise" to make a Second Amendment decision.

The company's decision came after they were lectured by a group of teenagers who, by virtue of them being survivors of the Parkland, Florida school shooting, were now experts on gun control legislation.

This is the second time that Dick's enacted a policy banning the sale of certain types of firearms after a mass shooting, and the results of their first ban can be seen in the second ban.

In a press release aimed at virtue signaling, Dick's said that "thoughts and prayers are not enough."  On that note, Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel said that "if thoughts and prayers were rabbits and snails, O.J. Simpson would be playing football again."

The idiots at Dick's said they made the decision because "we sold a shotgun to the Parkland shooter in November of 2017. It was not the gun, nor type of gun, he used in the shooting. But it could have been."

It's a little known factoid that Dick's used to sell trucks and vans but stopped doing so after the myriad attacks by terrorists using them as weapons. 

They have also stopped selling knives, entrenching tools and tent pins, all of which have been known to kill people. In fact, knives kill more people each year than guns, particularly long rifles.

Dick's has no plans to stop the sale of their handguns and are considering opening a new store in Detroit and Chicago.

Due to their marketing genius and lack of thoughts and prayers, the value of their stock has been cut nearly in half over the last 18 months.

But you simply cannot forget their motto: "You can't beat Dick's for value."

Dad turns in his daughter who planned a mass shooting at Md. school

Frederick County, Md. -- A father turned in his 18-year-old daughter after finding a journal she kept at home detailing plans of mass shooting at a Maryland school.

The journal talked of ammo, bomb material and a shotgun as well as the school's emergency plan, presumably so she could defeat the plan and kill as many kids as possible.

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office said the father of Nichole Cevario told officials on Thursday about a "potential threat of violence" against the school. The potential attack was set for April 5, according to the journal.

Fortunately, the FBI was not involved in dealing with the situation.

The teen was removed from her class Thursday and taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital for a mental evaluation.

A press conference was held Monday by the Frederick County Sheriff's Office discussing the planned attack, which CNN would have blamed directly on President Trump. CNN would have also marched out potential child victims to push for gun control, as if they know more than adults because they attend the same school where the shooting didn't occur.

When local police searched Cevario's home, they say they found the journal, a shotgun, ammo, pipes and caps, shrapnel, magnesium tape, fireworks, and fuse material. 

Thankfully, the FBI wasn't involved in the case.

CNN immediately called for an immediate ban on shotguns, bombs and journals, then walked back the call to simply ban shotguns and AR-15s. They said that Trump "isn't doing enough and that makes him complicit."

Police believe Cevario had been planning the attack for a long while and if the attack was carried out according to her plan, she would die. They also believe she was working alone and no weapons or explosive was ever brought to the school.

But Sheriff Chuck Jenkins says that there is no doubt that a major disaster was averted and thanked his lucky stars the FBI wasn't involved.

Cevario remains in the hospital for evaluation and once released, she'll be formally charged with possession of explosive and incendiary materials with intent to create a bomb.

The FBI had no comment.

An AR-15 walks into a bar, looks around, sees two gay men in a dark corner kissing, and shoots them. Thinking the entire bar must also be gay, the AR-15 goes on a shooting rampage and goes after every person in the joint.

People scatter as the AR-15 fires one shot at a time, taking deadly aim at people as they flee, shot in the back, blood everywhere.

Some scared folks lock themselves in the bathroom. The gun knocks on the door but nobody dares to say a word lest the gun decide to kill them.

The AR-15 starts shooting at the door and rounds hit people huddled on the floor--blood is everywhere.

The AR-15 laughs maniacally and yells "NRA!" It fires a few more rounds and as the bullets fly it screams: "NRA all the way . . . NRA, all the way."

This is how liberals think. It's like their minds are cartoons that represent what they believe is truth, but it's merely a cartoon.

Just because it looks scary doesn't make it an assault weapon

The AR-15 is not an assault weapon. It is a semi-automatic rifle just like my old Ruger .22 rifle. It has been used in the military, but so has the Colt .45, which is not considered an assault weapon. 

Unless you consider all weapons to be assault weapons, because if you're assaulting an enemy, you use whatever weapon is available. So even a baseball bat can be used as an assault weapon.

One talking head liberal said that there is no reason for people to be allowed to own an AR-15 because he could see "no recreational reason" to do so.

The Second Amendment has nothing to do with firearms recreation. It doesn't even mention anything about recreation, and the word is not even in the Constitution. 

Recreation was never the purpose of allowing Americans to own guns. It is about the idea that the people should be self-governing and that the government should not have power over the people, but the people should have power over the government. 

Tom Jefferson said that, I believe.

It was a foregone conclusion the moment I heard about the horrible Orlando shooting--I knew the liberals wouldn't wait for the smoke to clear and the dead to be identified before they spouted their gun control solution to a problem that has nothing to do with gun control.

We have idiots on the left who refuse to identify the problem just like they refuse to identify the enemy. 

They even blamed the NRA for the Muslim terrorist's jihad.

Suing the Company that Grew the Banana You Slipped On

The Second Amendment is under attack as usual. Nine families of those killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, which occurred in Connecticut two years ago, filed a lawsuit Monday against the manufacturer of the AR-15 Bushmaster rifle and Riverview Gun Sales, the shop that sold the weapon used in the shooting by Adam Lanza. In all, 26 people were killed by Lanza, including his mother. It is truly a tragedy.

The claim being made is that the weapon was designed for the military and should not be available to the public because it is unsuited for hunting or home defense. This, of course, makes it the perfect weapon for what the U.S. Constitution meant for citizens regarding the right to bear arms. It has nothing at all to do with hunting and everything to do with the tyranny of a government that wishes to run roughshod over the people.
