GOP Bill Would Deport Illegal Aliens Who Assault Cops

Illegal immigration is surging at the southern border and the House Republicans have introduced a bill that would force the Biden administration to immediately deport illegal aliens or non-citizens who assault cops. Personally, I like the idea but why limit the bill to just police? Why not deport any violent non-citizen to their country of origin? 

The bill was introduced on Tuesday, amid an increase in violence by illegal aliens and other non-citizens. Last month, a border patrol agent was assaulted by an illegal immigrant as she was making an arrest.

GOP lawmakers blame the Biden administration’s incredible lax enforcement of border restrictions for the surge in illegal immigrants, saying that a rise in violent crime is a byproduct of the border crisis.

Democrats worry that deporting illegal immigrants who commit crimes against police will lose votes for their party, especially those votes for Democrats who still want to defund the police and all law enforcement and take away guns from law abiding Americans.

"As the Biden border crisis rages on, I have serious concerns about the ramifications for law enforcement officers who are on the front lines dealing with migrants," Rep. Andrew Garbarino (R-NY), who is spearheading the legislation, told the Washington Free Beacon in a statement. "Whether on Long Island or at the southern border, there should be no ambiguity that assaulting a police officer is a deportable offense for non-citizens."

There should be no ambiguity that assaulting anyone by an illegal immigrant is a sign that there is going to be more trouble down the road and that these criminals should be shown the door out of the country. But starting with law enforcement is a good start.

Garbarino’s bill, dubbed the POLICE Act, would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act so that any assault on a law enforcement officer results in deportation. The bill is co-sponsored by six additional GOP lawmakers and is likely to garner traction in the Republican-controlled House, where immigration issues remain a top concern. 

Senate passage of the legislation would be more difficult with Democrats in control because it would decrease their voting base.

There has been a sharp spike since Biden apparently took office in the number of illegal immigrants apprehended at the border who have been convicted of violent crimes, including domestic violence and murder. In fact, this number has even exceeded those of the NFL and NBA.

 Customs and Border Patrol in 2022 apprehended more than 12,000 such illegal immigrants. Nearly 11,000 were apprehended in 2021 compared to just 2,438 illegal immigrants with criminal records apprehended in 2020. Additionally, nearly 140 non-citizen sex offenders were arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement during a November 2022 operation in which no horse whips were used on those migrants.

Supporters of the legislation say it is necessary to combat a surge in violence that has spilled past the southern border and is endangering American communities across the country as immigrants are shuffled around more than a deck of cards at a Vegas blackjack table.

Karine Jean Pierre, the White House Press Zero, may try to tell us there is no problem at our southern border and that Joe Biden has things under control. She and the administration lie to us all the time, evidently believing we're gullible or just plain stupid. But the collective intelligence of the country is very smart and we are the people who cannot be fooled 'all of the time.' Some tall Republican with a beard, high hat, and a crazy wife said that.

Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi's geriatric/drunken racist rant about illegal aliens

Anonymous sources say that when Nancy Pelosi drinks, she can't find her butt with both hands and she says things that would make David Duke blush. Her latest drunk rant illustrates the point to where she makes Joe Biden look like the President of Mensa.

In truth, it's difficult to know if her words come from drinking or from the decay of aging brain cells, or both.  I go with both.

She will be an interesting Ambassador of Italy if the rumors are true, and my anonymous sources says they are.

Nancy "Dancing Dentures'" latest rant comes from the depths of her true racist beliefs. She said that Florida should not send illegal aliens to sanctuary jurisdictions because they're needed to "pick the crops down here."

And I guess Black folk should be sent down south to pick them cotton balls, 'cause when them cotton balls get rotten, you can pick very much cotton.

What a freaking racist she and many in her Party are with their soft bigotry of low expectations.

U.S. Border Patrol arrest 11 Iranian nationals at US-Mexico border

Eleven Iranian nationals were arrested by U.S. Border Patrol agents at the border with Mexico were illegal aliens are pouring in faster than maple syrup on Michael Moore's pancakes. The arrests took place on a bridge near San Luis, Arizona. [H/T Daily Mail]

"There were five women, ages 28, 30, 35, 35 and 37, who were arrested," KPNX reported. "Four men, ages 24, 31, 36 and 43, were taken into custody along with two boys, ages 10 and 2. These people had previously lived in Iran."

None of the young men were armed nor were they wearing suicide vests.

A U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesperson told the outlet that they didn't know why the group was attempting to illegally enter the United States and the group hasn't yet been fully processed and interviewed They are now at Yuma Station for this processing.

"Yuma Sector agents regularly encounter people from all over the world, including Special Interest Countries," the USCBP statement explained. "Agents adjudicate each arrest in accordance with law and policy in order to secure our nation's borders."

Under the Biden administration this very well might change and anyone will be allowed into the U.S. with full benefits and a Covid vaccine. Meanwhile, as the crowd flows in, they have not been vaccinated as far as we can know.

In the 2021 fiscal year, Yuma Sector agents have apprehended 14 nationals from Iran. In 2020, eight Iranians were arrested by Yuma Sector agents. In all cases, no Iranians were carrying weapons.

Border Patrol Chief Dave Aguilar classified the group as coming from a "special interest country." He defined "special interest countries" as "basically countries designated by our intelligence community as countries that could export individuals that could bring harm to our country in the way of terrorism."

The Department of Homeland Security describes "special interest aliens" as "non-U.S. person who, based on an analysis of travel patterns, potentially poses a national security risk to the United States or its interests. Often such individuals or groups are employing travel patterns known or evaluated to possibly have a nexus to terrorism."

The DHS encountered more than 3,000 special interest aliens at the southern Border in 2018, but with the results of the 2020 election, we can expect more to come and even be welcomed with open arms.

Last week, the Daily Mail reported: "U.S. Border Patrol agents reported a 436 percent increase in migrants apprehended in so-called stash houses near Laredo, Texas since October when compared to the same time last year. The stash houses at the Texas-Mexico border are operated by human trafficking organizations to hide undocumented immigrants."

So, if America is so racist, sexist and homophobic, why are these people risking life and limb to get in?

Huge ICE Bust nabs MS-13 member, child abusers, & internationally wanted criminals

New Jersey -- A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) five-day operation netted 105 foreign nationals who are in the U.S. illegally. Of those arrested, about 80 percent "had prior criminal convictions and/or pending criminal charges," according to a statement from ICE.

ICE did not specify the reason why the other 20 percent were arrested.

The suspects weren't named, but descriptions of some of them and their crimes were included in the statement. Their demographics indicated that those arrested came from 24 countries around the world, including Canada, Egypt, Guatemala, Korea, Mexico, Poland, and Russia. They were found across the state of New Jersey, and two were arrested in New York. Their ages ranged from 18 to 65 and their crimes varied from fraud to drugs to child abuse to theft.

Four of the immigrants had Interpol warrants out for their arrest for crimes they had committed in their home countries:

A 59-year-old Korean national was wanted “for the crime of indecent acts by compulsion causing bodily injury,” according to the ICE statement.
A 44-year-old Korean national was wanted for distributing psychotropic drugs.
A 34-year-old Ecuadorian national was wanted for fraud.
A 54-year-old Russian national was wanted for large-scale fraud.

ICE performed a thorough search of every individual and could not find a spark of divinity in any one of them.

The operation was overseen by ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations and supported by the department’s Homeland Security Investigations, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s New Jersey Field Office.

“These outstanding results, which were made possible by our officers and law enforcement partners, highlight the tremendous commitment that ICE ERO has to public safety throughout the state,” said John Tsoukaris, Field Office Director of ERO Newark, in the press release. “Our focus has been and will continue to be on arrests of illegal aliens who have been convicted of serious crimes or those who pose a threat to public safety.”

Several others were arrested for crimes against children, including:

A 35-year-old Ecuadorian national convicted of forcibly touching a child.
A 52-year-old Mexican national had been convicted of “promoting prostitution with a child.”
A 34-year-old Honduran national convicted of endangering the welfare of a child.
A 43-year-old Canadian national convicted of selling drugs on school grounds.

Several members of violent gangs were arrested during the operation as well, including at least one member of MS-13. At least one member of the 18th street gang, a rival to MS-13 known as “Barrio 18” in Central America, and a member of the Surenos-13th street gang were arrested.

The week prior to the bust, New Jersey Democrat Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal issued a directive to all state law enforcement agencies limiting what they could provide to ICE.

According to the Attorney General Directive 2018-6 states that in most cases, New Jersey’s law enforcement officers:

Cannot stop, question, arrest, search, or detain any individual based solely on actual or suspected immigration status; cannot ask the immigration status of any individual, unless doing so is necessary to the ongoing investigation of a serious offense and relevant to the offense under investigation; cannot participate in civil immigration enforcement operations conducted by ICE; cannot provide ICE with access to state or local law enforcement resources, including equipment, office space, databases, or property, unless those resources are readily available to the public, and cannot allow ICE to interview an individual arrested on a criminal charge unless that person is advised of his or her right to a lawyer.

The federal agency, however, said the bust had nothing to do with that directive.

“This operation was pre-planned and not as a result of the New Jersey Attorney General’s Directive last week limiting local and state law enforcement cooperation with ICE. ICE will of necessity have to conduct additional enforcement operations, if local police departments and county jails do not refer criminals and gang members they encounter to ICE for review and possible arrest on immigration violations,” the statement said.

So while New Jersey would give sanctuary to the scumquats listed above, ICE, at least, is doing something about it.

John Hair-plugs Kerry: Immigrants 'crushing Europe'

"Stayin' alive, stayin' alive"

Former fake war hero and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry went on a trip to Europe rather than taking his normal macho bike vacation. He spoke publicly at a Guardian Live event in London about his observation of the continent, saying that Europe has been "crushed" by what immigration has done to it.

Of course, like any Iran-loving leftist, Kerry also took the occasion to slam President Trump. He didn't understand how his attack on immigration was actually confirming what Trump has warned us.

"Europe is already crushed under this transformation that is taking place due to migration," the Lurch lookalike said. "In Germany, Angela Merkel is weakened. Italian politics is significantly impacted."

Then James Taylor's buddy claimed that extreme climate change in Africa could spark an even more serious migration crisis that will impact Europe, kill puppies and elephants, and it was all Trump's fault. Nothing short of impeachment will stop the hot summers and cold winters. Kerry told The Guardian that Trump's decision to leave the useless Paris Climate Accord [where nations sign a paper saying that the weather needs to just chill] was going to kill even more people, puppies, pussies, and cows.

"You know what I'm angry about? [That he never became president?] People are going to die because of the decision Donald Trump made," he told The Guardian without offering a modicum of evidence for such a wild claim. "My kids and my grandkids are going to face a difficult world because of what Donald Trump has done," he said, leaving out the threat of Iran as they continue to develop weapons of mass destruction due to his time in office in the Obama error.

A week after "The Hero of Hanoi" made his empty remarks, another loser, Hillary Clinton, made similar remarks to The Guardian because she just refuses to go away.

Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro wrote: "Clinton told The Guardian  (UK) that Europe has badly mishandled the migration crisis from the Middle East. In verbiage reminiscent of one Donald J. Trump, Clinton acknowledged that Europe's influx of unvetted immigration from Muslim countries has led to social fracturing on the continent."

It's just that when Trump says it, that makes him a racist xenophobe.

"I think Europe needs to get a handle on migration because that is what lit the flame," the execrable Clinton said. "I admire the very generous and compassionate approaches that were taken by leader like Angela Merkel [of Germany, who will never actually have to live next door to any of the migrants], but I think it is fair to say Europe has done its part and must send a very clear message--'we are not going to be able to continue providing refuge and support'--because if we don't deal with the migration issue it will continue to roil the body politic."

Kerry and Clinton could not avoid their negative observations over the migration problem because it cannot be hidden from those who are affected by the invasion. It's only when conservatives or others on the right try to do something about it that they see it as a shirking of our responsibility that only exists in their minds.

ICE chief: Oakland mayor helped criminal illegals escape

Northern California -- More than 850 illegal immigrants were able to elude deportation officers this week. The head of the deportation force on Tuesday blamed Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf for helping some of them escape.

Over 150 illegal migrants were rounded up in the operation, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and half of them had criminal convictions, according to ICE.

One arrest was of a 38-year-old Mexican Sureno gang member who had been deported four previous times. Others had been convicted of domestic violence, drunken driving, and weapons possession.

According to ICE, 864 criminals are being sought and remain at large in the Oakland and San Francisco region.

Mayor Schaaf issued a very public warning to the community that ICE was making arrests, which is a violation of the law and puts ICE officers in grave danger. Her reasoning is that she wanted to make the criminals aware the law was coming and to take needed steps to protect themselves from them.

By allowing criminals to escape, Schaaf also put her community at risk, and Thomas Homan, top ICE official, isn't happy about it.

"I have to believe that some of them were able to elude us thanks to the mayor's irresponsible decision," Homan said.

One of the scumwafers who got away was a Honduran who was arrested for transporting cocaine and for having sex with a child under 16. Another was a Mexican with drug and firearms convictions. Both had been in police custody before but authorities refused to hold them for pickup by ICE, the agency said. Both had been deported multiple times but were able to sneak back into the country as there is no wall to stop them.

Schaaf said she had an obligation to protect the city's residents, "particularly our most vulnerable." Evidently she hasn't a clue who the most vulnerable are--the unarmed citizens, children and elderly who frequently fall victim to these criminals.

Of course, Schaaf is a Democrat. 

Hopefully nobody will fall victim to these criminals and that Ms. Schaaf will be tried criminally for her interfering with law enforcement.

30 countries refusing to take back their illegal immigrants convicted of crimes

Approximately 30 countries will not accept the deportations of their citizens who came to the US as illegal immigrants and have committed serious crimes here, according to Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Tx).  

In spite of the middle finger being flipped at us by them, the U.S. is still issuing visas and student visas to citizens of those countries because we're apparently stupid. 

There is a law that allows us to hold visas from countries unwilling to take back their garbage but according to Cuellar, we are not enforcing that law. 

What gives, President Trump?

"We're not enforcing it, which is amazing," Cuellar told Sharyl Attkisson, host of Full Measure. "So now my intent is to go back to our committee on appropriations and affect their funding until they do that."

Cuellar, a member of the House Committee on Appropriations, told Attkisson said that the Supreme Court ruled that illegal immigrants who have been arrested for crimes, can only be held for a certain period of time and then must be released.

"That means you're releasing criminals into our streets because those countries refuse to take back those criminal aliens," he said. "That's wrong. And especially I think it's even worse that this is already on the books, and we're still issuing business tourist visas and student visas to countries that refuse to take back their criminal aliens. That's wrong, and we're hoping to change that."

Cuellar refused to be an Obama pool boy and was unafraid to break with the left on immigration issues. He was one of Obama's fiercest critics on illegal immigration and worked with Republican Sen. John Corny, (R-Tx) in 2014 to help pass a bill designed to speed up deportation of unaccompanied minors. 

Failed Sen. Harry Reid was not a fan of Cuellar.

Cuellar said that diplomacy is a factor in government's refusal to enforce the law, because the State Department doesn't want to upset foreign partners. That's called 'kissing butt'.

For Cuellar, however, diplomacy isn't an excuse to put American lives in danger.

Cuellar admits that diplomacy can be important, but it's equally as important to prevent convicted criminals from returning to American communities. He plans to push for the US government to withhold visas from countries that refuse to take back their trash.

A bill to deal with countries who refuse their illegal immigrant excons

Casey Chadwick was murdered in 2015 by an illegal immigrant from Haiti named Jean Jacques. Jacques was just one of thousands who were freed each year after serving prison time but their native countries refused to take them back.

Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX) has proposed a law that would finally punish countries that refuse to take back their illegal immigrant crap-wafers. Unfortunately, it's too late for Casey but it will likely save lives in the future.

The bill is called the Criminal Alien Deportation Enforcement Act and it would force countries to take back their citizens or face losing their foreign aid and travel visa privileges. 

It's a good idea.

"The problem is hundreds of Americans are being robbed, assaulted, raped or murdered every year by criminal aliens who are then released back onto the streets because their countries of origin refuse to take them back," said Babin. "I have personally met with a number of these victims, or if the victim is deceased, I have met with their families. It is heart-wrenching."

Jacques was sentenced to 60 years in prison last year for stabbing 25-year-old Casey Chadwick from Norwich. The killer had been here illegally since 1992 and already spent 17 years in prison for attempted murder and possession of a firearm without a permit.

After he served 17 years we tried to deport him. In fact, he was listed as a passenger to fly on three charter flights back to his home country of Haiti in June, August and October 2012. Each time the Haitian government refused to repatriate him.

They were willing to take our designer jeans back in the 1980s but not their own people.

In 2001, a Supreme Court ruling, Zadvydas v. Davis, held that illegal immigrants ticketed for deportation and not accepted by their home countries can't be detained indefinitely. In the case of Jacques, he was held for 205 days, but unfortunately was freed less than six months before killing Chadwick.

Another solution: capital punishment for convicted murderers who are illegal immigrants. It should be without appeal and carried out within 30 days of conviction. Boom. Problem solved.

"For the sake of Casey and thousands of other Americans who have been victimized, it is time we start putting the safety of our citizens first and stop this revolving door that is allowing dangerous criminals who should be deported back onto our streets," Babin said.

"That's not who we are," Obama would reply if he was being honest (LOL).

Since 2013, illegal immigrants have committed 231,074 crimes after being released from prison, according to a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Many of those scum-wafers are ultimately deported, but 2,166 who served time in prison were released last year because their home countries refused them.

The bill would require the DHS to report quarterly to Congress and provide the names of uncooperative countries. Then the federal government would withhold foreign aid to those countries and the State Department would suspend visas.

Now with President Trump, the bill faces "renewed interest" as Trump "has voiced his strong support for punishing countries that refuse to accept deportations," said Babin.

Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies for the Washington-based Center for Immigration Studies said that there are over 20 countries that refuse to cooperate with the U.S. and more than 60 that bust your balloons before they take anyone back.

"It's not just Cuba and Cambodia anymore; now it's China, Bangladesh, Nigeria and many others," she said. She also cited how the State Department imposed visa sanctions only once, on Gambia a few months ago and it worked right away, she explained.

"All they had to do was stop issuing visas to Gambian government officials, and they suddenly started cooperating, within weeks, which is fast in the diplomatic context," Vaughan said.

In the Obama past, the DHS would raise this issue to the State Department but nothing ever got done. 

Hope, not change.

"Many of these countries are getting millions and millions of dollars from the American taxpayer, and then not taking their criminals back," Babin said.

Under Obama, they would have gotten out of Dodge (aka Gitmo) faster than a Hillary Clinton lie, if they were terrorists. Some country would have gladly taken them off our hands . . . and given them a parade.

Illegal immigrant influx calls for more border agents

Edinburg, Texas -- It was predictable now that the elections are over. Illegal immigrants coming across the border from Mexico.

Federal officials say that 150 Border Patrol agents will be sent to South Texas from Arizona, California and other locals to help process a dramatic increase in immigrants who've been apprehended after illegally crossing the border.

Agents from Tucson, Arizona and San Diego will be temporarily reassigned to the Rio Grande Valley, according to a Saturday U.S. Customs and Border Protection statement. They will have the support of additional agents working another part of the Texas border and these agents will assist with screening and processing immigrants taken into custody along the border, many of whom are unaccompanied children and families.

A church support center saw October as their busiest month since 2014 and had offered assistance to more than 5,600 illegal immigrants who hedged their bets and came to America hoping to find jobs, free healthcare, welfare, maybe an Obamaphone, food stamps, a MoveOn.org protest group, and free schools before Donald Trump got elected.

I don't know if Trump is really going to build that wall, but if he takes care of the illegal immigration problem, that would be a positive thing.

Great job ops for Germany illegals

Berlin -- How better to help Germany's illegal immigrants than to pay them to leave and return under a different name?

Germany has more immigrants coming in through their open doors than a roach motel has arrivals at theirs. They even have a backlog of 770,000 asylum requests and they are starting to look like Lucille Ball in the chocolate factory.


So Germany needed to come up with a plan to get those asylum-seekers who couldn't stay, to leave.  And they finally figured out how to get them to go.

Pay them a bribe.

Many of them couldn't speak German, had no family or friends in the country, and were homesick for the violence and chaos they left behind. They missed the distant shouts of "Allahu Akbar!" and the warm flames of the building next door. 

No longer would they see the gentle breezes wafting dead gay men hanging in the village squares. 

But the deal Germany was offering was the best. They could go and come back under a different name, all the while collecting a bunch of those Euros going and coming and going again. 

Merkel would be none the wiser. What a racket they would have.

Perhaps, over time, they could actually learn the language and that would be sehr gutt when they could finally settle down there and bring along Sharia law to Deutchland

The selective outrage is typical liberal garbage

Liberals are upset with the GOP's stance on babies and people with overbite, such as Debbie (Duh-Duh) Wasserman Schultz, are particularly upset with Donald Trump and Jeb Bush calling the babies of illegal aliens (who come across the U.S. border to have an American baby) "anchor babies."

Both Donald and Jeb asked the reporters who asked both candidates the question as to whether the term "anchor baby" is offensive to them, asked the leftist media hack if he had a better term to offer. In each case no better term was forthcoming.

So here we have Debbie W. Schultz really angry at the GOP, tweeting: "Anchor babies"???? If you were looking for proof that Jeb Bush doesn't stand with immigrants."

Coincidence that the mic is also her IQ?

But if any GOP-er stood with immigrants, even those of the illegal variety, it would be Jeb Bush. After all, who can forget the remark he made about the reason illegal aliens come across our borders is "out of love."

So liberals are "outraged" over the term "anchor babies." To DNC chaircretin, Duh-Duh, it's proof that we don't care about illegal aliens coming here.

We only care about those American aborted babies whose body parts are harvested in pie pans and sold for profit. We are wrongly outraged by Planned Parenthood selling of whole baby cadavers used to keep the major organs "intact."

We are disgusted, angry and outraged when Planned Parenthood cuts out brains of babies whose hearts are still beating.

I'm proud to be disgusted with Planned Parenthood, liberals who aren't outraged by their practices and smug actions, Duh-Duh Schultz and her gang of scumcrumpets, and the DNC in general.

And any news organization that supports PP's practices deserves my loathing.

NBC has severed ties to Donald Trump over his illegal Mexican comments but they have not severed ties with the very Reverend Al Sharpton of Tawana Brawley fame.

The Donald, as pretentious wannabes call him, said that the network is "weak and foolish" and told them that he would see them in court.

Brian Williams is alleged to be the presiding judge should the case go forward.

"If NBC is so weak and so foolish to not understand the serious illegal immigration problem in the United States, coupled with the horrendous and unfair trade deals we are making with Mexico, then their contract violating closure of Miss Universe/Miss USA will be determined in court." The man with the golden hair then told Fox News, "Furthermore, they will stand behind Brian Williams, but won't stand behind people that tell it like it is, as unpleasant as that may be."

Of course it's plain to see that Trump is missing the point--NBC wants illegal immigrants to come here because they tend to illegally vote Democratic and that's the party the media supports because being open-minded and fair has never occurred to them. Trump needs to learn that.

The comment that seemed the most pernicious to his campaign was him saying about Mexicans that they are "bringing drugs, they're bringing crime, they're rapists, and some, I assume, are good people."

That's just dumb, Donald. Most of them by far are decent people, but they are illegally here which means they are breaking the law because Obama has made it attractive for them. 

Proof that the left will do anything it can to maintain power and control of the country, even though they don't really seem to like it here.
