Aborted baby wins wrongful death lawsuit against abortionist

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — In a historic legal breakthrough that has left policy analysts staring blankly into the middle distance, an estate representing a 26-week-old victim of an abortion has successfully collected a $200,000 wrongful-death settlement from the clinic responsible.

The lawsuit, Wabbington v. Boyd, targeted late-term abortionist Curtis Wayne Boyd, Emily Cohen, and the late Carmen Landau. According to legal documents, the complaint classified the child as a "26-week-old viable fetus" and a "person" under New Mexico’s Wrongful Death Act who was "entitled to equal protection under the law of New Mexico and the United States."

By 'fetus' it means a human being.

The suit detailed how the mother was under the influence of methamphetamine when she entered Southwestern Women’s Options, rendering her legally incapable of giving informed consent for the procedure. So, like assisted suicides in Canada, death was the choice by those in charge.

Albuquerque attorney Mike Seibel, who represented the plaintiffs alongside co-counsel Justin Hall, confirmed the unprecedented nature of the payout.

“This is the first time that an abortionist has ever been sued for the wrongful death of a baby,” Seibel said. “There have been numerous cases for injuries to the mother, but in this case both the mother and the baby’s estate sued.”

Seibel noted that the legal framework handled the situation with standard bureaucratic rigor. “This case recognized the baby to have an estate, and receive compensation for wrongful death, as a ‘person’ under New Mexico law,” he explained.

Elaborating on the 2020 incident, Seibel recalled that the mother immediately regretted the decision the following day. He noted that while the state maintains assistance programs for pregnant women suffering from addiction, clinic staff proceeded despite her visible intoxication.

“You can’t consent while you’re intoxicated with anything. It’s a basic thing,” Seibel said. “So I sued for the wrongful death of the baby.”

Shortly thereafter, a check for $200,000 arrived in the mail.

“The first time this has ever happened in the history of the United States where a baby has sued the abortionist for the wrongful death in this situation,” Seibel added.

Legal scholars have noted the state's remarkably agile statutory logic, which seamlessly classifies an unborn child as a legal non-entity up until the point a civil claim requires them to be a human being with a financial balance sheet.

“You can collect for the death of the unborn baby as a person, but you can still murder the unborn baby under New Mexico law,” Seibel said of the legal doctrine.

At press time, state officials were reportedly drafting guidelines to ensure that while unborn children remain fully eligible to collect financial damages for their own deaths, they remember to pay the applicable state capital gains tax on the settlement.

Abortion clinic caught covering up sexual abuse of young girl

Abortion Free New Mexico recently spotlighted some fresh undercover footage from the investigative sharpies over at the New Mexico Sentinel. The hidden-camera gem was shot on November 26, 2025, at the Valley Abortion Group in Albuquerque, better known by its charming acronym, the VAG clinic.

VAG likes to pat itself on the back for providing abortion with “survivor-centered care,” which sounds lovely until you watch the Sentinel video where clinic staff casually chat with some random guy about how simple it would be to haul a pregnant 14-year-old from Texas up to their New Mexico shop for the procedure.

The man claimed the girl was his “niece,” but the staff didn't so much as raise an eyebrow, pause, or bother to wonder if this dude was really an uncle or just a garden-variety sexual predator trying to tidy up his own mess.

“The minute this man came in asking how to get an abortion for a 14-year-old minor, any legitimate healthcare staff would have recognized a possible red flag,” says Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue. “But these abortion workers not only explained how to circumvent Texas abortion laws, including parental consent, they also readily explained how to get all the costs covered, including the cost of the abortion, travel, and hotel. This dump is a human trafficker’s dream come true.”

VAG staff also cheerfully informed the guy, “We go up to 34 weeks… so technically there is almost no deadline.”

Operation Rescue’s 2025 Annual Survey, which combs through data from every abortion clinic in the country, couldn't pin down any real cut-off date from VAG either.

“This undercover video only confirms what our investigators already knew,” says Newman. “This new clinic is willing to abort through all nine months of pregnancy, and for any reason. No baby in utero is safe at any gestational age from these killers. And certainly no women are safe, as their staff already show no concern about reporting possible sexual abuse or human trafficking. It’s clearly a no questions asked operation.”

‘No questions asked’ has been the go-to motto for abortion in New Mexico for ages, and it's as dangerous as it sounds in one of the ten states with zero gestational limits.

Operation Rescue just reported on the passing of late-term abortionist Susan Robinson, who used to crow about how wonderfully lax New Mexico's abortion laws were, letting her kill babies deep into the third trimester. In a 2013 interview, she bragged, “So there is nothing legal to stop me from doing any abortion that I think is appropriate.”

Tara Shaver from Abortion Free New Mexico weighed in, “New Mexico’s lack of oversight has created a system where abortion businesses can openly market to patients from other states, including vulnerable minors, while operating with minimal regulatory scrutiny . . . New Mexico is rapidly becoming the epicenter of a cross-state abortion industry, yet state leaders continue to refuse meaningful oversight or transparency.”

The VAG Clinic, which swung its doors open in December 2024, obviously gets that New Mexico is happy to green-light any abortion at all, even one involving a potentially coerced or abused 14-year-old girl based solely on the say-so of her so-called “uncle.”

Newman added, “I guess ‘survivor-centered care’ is right. Any woman would be lucky to survive this so-called clinic, especially if her pimp or abuser came around beforehand to make sure no staff member was going to ask any tough questions. New Mexico officials should be investigating this dump, not protecting it. It took one guy with a hidden camera to show the real face of this facility. Imagine what an official investigation might uncover.”

Look, the whole thing is a grim circus of evasion, euphemism, and zero accountability, wrapped in a bow of self-congratulatory "care" rhetoric that wouldn't fool anyone paying attention. New Mexico's abortion free-for-all is less about women's health and more about keeping the questions at bay while the cash rolls in. If that's "survivor-centered," count me out of the survivor club.

Missing retired US Air Force general now in 3rd week and new clues being investigated

Claudia Cowan of Fox News, is out with the latest on the mysterious disappearance of retired Air Force Major General William McCasland in New Mexico. Authorities are asking for the public's help to locate the 68-year-old, who was last seen on February 27.

Authorities searching for missing retired Air Force Maj. Gen. William "Neil" McCasland are investigating a new development after hiking boots believed to belong to the missing general were discovered at his vacation home, officials said Monday.

Investigators said they are still working to determine whether the boots are connected to McCasland’s disappearance, which has now stretched into a third week.

During a Monday news conference, the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office said there have still been no confirmed sightings of the 68-year-old aerospace engineer, and the Silver Alert issued for him remains in effect.

McCasland was last seen leaving his A;buqueerque, New Mexico, home on foot around 11 a.m. on Feb. 27, authorities said.

Investigators noted he left behind his phone, glasses and wearable devices at the house. However, several personal items remain missing, including his wallet, a revolver and a holster for the gun. Investigators also said Monday that a red backpack is unaccounted for.

Earlier that morning, McCasland was seen speaking with a repairman at his home around 9 to 10 a.m., according to authorities.

The repairman described McCasland as being in a "mental fog," but investigators said there was no indication he was disoriented or confused, describing him instead as a "highly intelligent, highly capable" person.

"Out of an abundance of caution, we escalated the search to a Silver Alert with that information that was given to us early on," a Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office official said.

Authorities say McCasland vanished within roughly a one-hour window while his wife was out of the house for an appointment.

Search teams have also recovered a U.S. Air Force sweatshirt more than a mile from McCasland’s home, though investigators have not confirmed whether the item belonged to him. McCasland is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall with white hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a light green, button-up outdoor shirt with two chest pockets.Officials believe he left his home on foot.

The retired general is known to be an avid outdoorsman who frequently hikes, runs and cycles in Albuquerque’s Northeast Heights and the nearby Sandia Foothills, where search crews have focused some of their efforts.

New Mexico Tesla arsonist charged

Here we go folks, we’re diving into another stinking steaming pile of hypocrisy that’d make even the most seasoned cynic blush. Another week, another politically charged nutcase lighting fires, both literal and figurative, while the self-appointed guardians of “democracy” and “tolerance” clutch their pearls and pretend it’s just Tuesday.

Meet Jamison Wagner, a 40-year-old Albuquerque genius who thought the best way to stick it to the man was to channel his inner anarchist and firebomb a Tesla dealership and the local Republican Party headquarters. Yeah, you heard that right—this guy’s out here playing Molotov cocktail roulette with actual businesses and political offices, spray-painting swastikas and “Die Elon” like he’s auditioning for a low-budget dystopian flick.

Now, let’s play a quick game of imagination. Picture this guy waltzing into a Planned Parenthood or a Democrat campaign office with a lighter and a bad attitude. The headlines would be screaming “domestic terrorism” before the smoke cleared. CNN would have a 24/7 chyron about the “right-wing extremist threat.” AOC would be live-tweeting her trauma while making empanadas in her kitchen as she dances to the sounds of a mariachi band.

But because it’s a Tesla lot and a GOP office—and, oh yeah, Elon Musk is now the left’s favorite punching bag for daring to breathe near Trump—it’s crickets from the legacy media. Shocker.

The details? They’re as ugly as you’d expect.

Wagner didn’t just tag a few walls and call it a day. This wasn’t some angsty kid with a Sharpie. He left swastikas, scrawled “ICE = KKK” (because apparently border patrol is now the Klan), and set fires that torched vehicles and property at the Tesla dealership. Then, like a pyromaniac with a planner, he hit the GOP headquarters weeks later with homemade firebombs—glass jars, polystyrene, the works. This wasn’t a hissy fit; it was a calculated middle finger with a side of napalm. Napalm. Let that sink in.

@RonnieLuceroNM)

And the kicker? This guy’s twisted logic—equating immigration enforcement with white supremacy—is what happens when you marinate in an echo chamber that paints half the country as Satan’s spawn. It starts with “fascist!” and “Nazi!” screamed at Thanksgiving dinner and ends with Molotovs on the doorstep. That’s not “protest.” That’s terrorism, and no amount of “but my feelings” excuses it.

Props to the feds, though. The FBI and ATF weren’t messing around—they found Wagner’s little arson starter kit, complete with matching jars, spray paint, and the exact napalm recipe he used to try burning down the American dream. This wasn’t a guy throwing a tantrum; he was mixing up war crimes in his garage to flex for whatever Antifa group chat egged him on.

Attorney General Pamela Bondi put it best: this crap’s gotta stop. You don’t get to torch your political enemies and call it “activism.” Break the law, kiss your freedom goodbye—whether you’re lobbing firebombs at a GOP office or chaining yourself to a Starbucks counter over a pronoun.

But here’s the part that chaps my hide: the silence. Where’s the Democrat outrage? Where’s the media’s wall-to-wall coverage? When a lunatic sets fire to conservative institutions, it’s like it never happened. No primetime specials, no sanctimonious op-eds, no celebrity PSAs. Just a big ol’ shrug from the “save democracy” crowd.

So, to the left: if you’re serious about this whole “democracy” thing, maybe start by calling out the guy literally setting it ablaze. Until then, keep your lectures or put them where only mushrooms grow.

While Republicans are out shaking hands and kissing babies, your radicals are playing arsonist. And that’s a fact even the most shameless spin doctor can’t burn away.

FBI arrests Democrat for firebombing N Mexico Tesla showroom and GOP headquarters

A 40-year-old New Mexico [for any college students reading this, New Mexico is a U.S. state; not a place in Mexico] man has been charged over arson attacks that targeted the headquarters of the Republican Party and a Tesla showroom in Albuquerque, the Justice Department announced.

The feds nabbed 40-year-old Jamison Wagner, a guy they say went full pyro on two Teslas and the GOP headquarters in Albuquerque. The DOJ dropped the hammer Monday, announcing Wagner’s arrest by the FBI for the fiery attacks that left a trail of scorched metal and shattered windows.

Attorney General Pam Bondi’s not messing around—she’s gunning for 40 years behind bars if Wagner’s convicted.

Wagner’s staring down two counts of torching property with fire or explosives. No slaps on the wrist here.

“Let this be the final lesson to those taking part in this ongoing wave of political violence,” Bondi said, her words sharp as barbed wire. “We will arrest you, we will prosecute you, and we will not negotiate. Crimes have consequences.”

The DOJ pieced it together like a grim puzzle—evidence at the scenes and surveillance footage pointed straight to Wagner, and avid Trump/GOP hater.

First up was February 9. Two Teslas parked outside the Albuquerque Tesla Showroom got hit with a homemade firebomb. One had a glass container stuffed with napalm material inside. The showroom and nearby cars got tagged with spray paint—swastikas, “Die Elon,” “Tesla Nazi Inc,” and “Die Tesla Nazi” scrawled like a manifesto gone wrong.

Leftists are such lovely people, right?

Then, on March 30, the New Mexico GOP headquarters took a hit. Firebombed. Major damage. “ICE = KKK” was sprayed across the building, a calling card of chaos.

Investigators connected the dots fast. Wagner’s Hyundai Accent was spotted peeling out after the GOP bombing. His mug matched the suspect in the surveillance tapes. When the FBI kicked in his door, they hit the jackpot: materials for firebombs, spray paint matching both crime scenes, an “ICE=KKK” stencil, and eight suspected incendiary devices ready to roll.

Boom badahbing!

“This arrest is part of the FBI’s aggressive efforts to investigate and hold accountable those who have targeted Tesla facilities in various states across the country,” FBI Director Kash Patel said, doubling down.

“Under Attorney General Bondi’s leadership, we will continue to locate and arrest those responsible for these acts of domestic terrorism, and the FBI will work with partners at the Department of Justice to ensure such lawbreakers face justice.”

Even New Mexico's Democrat AG refuses to defend Gov. Lujan Grisham's unconstitutional gun ban

Self-identifies as a dictator

The New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torrez refuses to defend Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham's illegal gun order, which faces a number of lawsuits. He told the governor in a letter on Tuesday that he believed the so called emergency order violates state and federal constitutions as it bans law abiding folks from carrying firearms in public spaces across Bernalillo County.

Torrez wrote: “I am writing to inform you that my office will not defend your administration in the above referenced cases challenging” Lujan Grisham’s order.

“Though I recognize my statutory obligation as New Mexico’s chief legal officer to defend state officials when they are sued in their official capacity, my duty to uphold and defend the constitutional rights of every citizen takes precedence,” his letter continued. “Simply put, I do not believe that the Emergency Order will have any meaningful impact on public safety but, more importantly, I do not believe it passes constitutional muster.”

Because it doesn't. It's a power-grab and will fail in court, but in the meanwhile, it may be put in place before it is heard there. Predictably, many law enforcement officials have said that they will not enforce the order because they plan to live up to their oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Lujan Grisham is domestic.

Lujan Grisham signed an executive order on Friday that banned open and concealed carrying firearms in Albuquerque and the rest of the surrounding county. The governor enacted the order — to remain in place for 30 days — after a spate of shootings that killed several children by scumbags who obviously will not abide by the order, leaving the rest of the public defenseless.

She's not the brightest light in the tool shed.

“The tragic deaths of 5-year-old Galilea Samaniego in a recent drive-by shooting and 11-year-old Froylan Villegas in a road rage incident should serve as a wakeup call to everyone,” Torrez wrote. “I encourage you to engage in a more thoughtful and deliberative process with members of the New Mexico Legislature rather than taking unilateral action that infringes on the constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens while having little if any discernible impact on the underlying dynamics driving gun violence in our community.”

Torrez, a Democrat, joins a handful of other officials in refusing to enforce or defend the order. Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller, also a Democrat, said in a statement to social media that the city’s police force would not be responsible for enforcing the governor’s order. Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen announced on Monday that he would not enforce the order either, calling it unconstitutional.

Dictator Lujan Grisham responded to Allen in a statement to the NM Political Report, saying that her administration had “given you the tools, Sheriff Allen — now stop being squeamish about using them. I will not back down from doing what’s right and I will always put the safety of the people of New Mexico first.”

He isn't being squeamish; he's being patriotic.

Lujan Grisham said in an interview on CNN: “It’s not for police to tell me what’s constitutional or not. They haven’t supported one, not one gun violence effort in the State of New Mexico including domestic violence protections, universal background checks.”

The guns have not responded to her comments against them.

Hopefully, Lujan Grisham will be impeached and soon thrown out of office.

Democratic state employee arrested for alleged vandalism of GOP HQ

The following is only partially true. See if you can guess what isn't.

Albuquerque, New Mexico -- Cameron Chase McCall, a state employee who once worked for Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) when she was a U.S. congresswoman, was arrested for allegedly vandalizing GOP headquarters with spray paint, KOAT-TV reported.

The rotund coward was caught on video which was installed last year when the same HQ was vandalized in the same way, using the same type of paint. Some believe McCall was the culprit in both cases but have no proof of the claim, however, there seems to be a connection to both messages: last year the word sprayed on the building was "Traitors," this year the words were "Still Traitors." Hmm.

Police are investigating the possibility.

"The [criminal] complaint says McCall is heavily involved with the Democratic Party," KOAT reported.

McCall is an employee with Expo New Mexico and is now on leave, the station said, adding that an Expo spokesman noted that if McCall is the individual on the video, he could be terminated or perhaps receive an award for his act of loyalty to the Party. The political ramifications are currently being explored by the Democrats and there will be focus groups to test which way they'll go.

McCall may be without a job at Expo New Mexico, but his phone has been ringing off the hook with calls from Antifa who are looking to enlist Crazy String can-slingers.

A spokesman for the governor confirmed McCall interned for her when she was a U.S. congresswoman and he was "a quiet guy, who always stayed by himself. Nobody expected that he would do such a thing." The same bilge one hears by neighbors of mass murderers.

Grisham condemned the vandalism as unacceptable behavior, especially since he was allegedly caught on video.

GOP staff told the station it will cost about $4,000 to repair the vandalism.

The police report indicated photos and tips led them to McCall, who was arrested Wednesday night, KOAT noted.

In addition, police said the same type of paint was used in last year's and this year's vandalism, the station reported.

Since McCall has no prior arrests on his record, he was released from jail until his next court date. He was last seen in court inspecting his shoes.

This garbage has got to stop.

Gun-free Starbucks keep getting bombed by ISIS

Maybe he doesn't like burnt coffee flavor, or maybe he's just a non-Muslim hater like the rest of his ISIS ilk, but the suspect in the bombing of three Albuquerque, N.M. Starbucks is now in federal custody. The suspect's name has not been released, but my money is on Muhammed or a derivative thereof.

The explosive devices were detonated last Friday and gun shot evidence was also found by law enforcement.

The FBI statement read:
"Federal and Albuquerque law enforcement and fire officials are investigating the vandalism of three Albuquerque coffee shops that occurred after midnight on November 25, 2016.
"Suspicious devices were placed at three closed Starbucks coffee shops, and once caused minimal damage."

There must be something about Starbucks that ISIS doesn't like. The coffee? The fact that they are all "gun-free zones" and have stopped armed law enforcement from being served?  The price of a damn cup of coffee?

In March, a Brussels airport bombing killed 34 infidels and Starbucks was a target as well as other shops. ISIS claimed responsibility.

In January, Indonesian officials said that ISIS was responsible for an explosion and shootout at a Jakarta Starbucks. But, of course, none of the coffee customers was armed.

Starbucks has a history of being bombed. In 2009, an upper East Side New York establishment was bombed and a Starbucks in Camp Lejeune, a Marine Corps facility, had threats made against it.

But because the Starbucks was part of a USMC facility, the scumcrumpets who made the threat obviously didn't want to face the consequences of Marines who might be denied their morning "Joe."

Anti-Trump anarchists only strengthen Trump

If you started out not supporting Donald Trump, the angry mobs, the anarchists, the American flag burners ought to inform you as to his enemies. That should be enough information to support Trump, because the enemies of the Donald are clearly the enemies of the United States.

An angry crap load of anarchists caused mayhem at the Trump rally on Tuesday in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It should have made any patriotic Americans feel sad as it put a smile on the faces of Hillary, Bernie and the leftists who hate this country.

The gang of anarchists composed of paid anti-Trump goons waved the Mexiacan flag and burned the American flag.

Shouts of "Viva Mexico" were reported by the Albuquerque Journal. But none of the pant-loads actually live in Mexico--they live in a country that allows them to burn the flag and say whatever they want, as long as it doesn't insult Islam, gays or gender-confused folks.

And why aren't they living in Mexico if they love it so much?

The dickweeds tried to storm the auditorium and clashed with police, hurling bottles and rocks and harassed vendors outside the auditorium selling Trump tee shirts and hats. In other words, people with jobs trying to make an honest living.

The rioters targeted police horses and knocked one down. They even threw burning tee shirts at other horses.

According to the AP, only one protester was arrested. Amazing. The cops had to have been told to keep a low profile and let the pissants protest.

So it's okay to shut down free speech in our country. The Constitution doesn't matter anymore?

We have a so-called president to thank for making us as exceptional as a Third World nation.

How dare Obama tell us "that's not who we are" when it fits his agenda, an agenda that tends to defy our laws, our Constitution.

There can be no question what these anti-Trump, anti-Constitution jerks stand for, and they clearly make me want to vote for Donald Trump.

Just wait and see how Clinton and Sanders speak out against Trump, as if he caused the riots, rather than speaking out against the riots that stifle free speech.
