Avenatti even worse than we thought: took money from football fans

So what's new with Michael Avenatti? Well, you know he's in trouble over the Nike extortion situation. He's also in trouble with owing clients and company partners money.

Now the former future of the Democratic Party is accused of stealing money from dozens more clients than was previously known, according to unsealed documents and interviews with Fox News.

The allegation is that the disgraced porn lawyer directed as much as $1,300,000 in settlement funds, intended for about 170 clients, to go into his own pocket.

On a happier note, the bald-headed stooge is sitting in jail awaiting trial in New York on unrelated, but a serious charge.

Avenatti is the guy who was lavished with praise, love and admiration by MSNBC and CNN, two of the hardest-hitting cable news companies in the business. Just kidding, they suck. These clowns were hoping for Avenatti [who is also in the clown business] to run against President Trump in this year's election. And Chris Matthews of MSNBC wanted to go out with Avenatti for coffee.

As it turns out, the only thing Avenatti will be running for is the shower room door when Bubba and his crew with tattoos come to greet him.

“We didn’t receive any of that,” Donald Albaugh, an Avenatti client said regarding money he was to receive over a lawsuit against the NFL for which Avenatti represented him. Albaugh said he and his wife, Tracy, went to the 2011 Super Bowl in Dallas but, like hundreds of other ticket holders, had problems with their seats and sued the NFL.

FYI the Green Bay Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 31 to 25.

“The whole thing is so ludicrous,” Arianne Dar told Fox News about taking her son to the game as a graduation present. Dar said she made sure to buy tickets that were not “obstructed view” but they ended up behind a metal pole. “I never heard about a settlement."

H. Dean Steward, a real lawyer, who Avenatti hired to represent him last year, did not immediately respond to a Fox News request for comment. But a guy with only a letter for a first name must be very important, indeed--kind of like H. Allen Smith author of "Low Man on the Totem Pole," and "Life in a Putty Knife Factory," among other things.

The Albaughs and Dar said they each submitted itemized costs to Avenatti and his legal team seeking reimbursement for about $10,000, but they haven’t seen a penny.

In May 2017, Avenatti, representing the ticket holders, entered into an agreement with the NFL for a settlement of about $1,550,000 and a dismissal of all legal claims. However, in March of last year, a search warrant was issued by the IRS of Avenatti's computers and his phones were also seized. It was discovered that he paid out only a fraction of that settlement, according to IRS Special Agent Remoun Karlous.

“Avenatti used the remainder of the approximately $1.31 million dollars [he] and his law firm received from the settlement of the Super Bowl Litigation for [his] own personal and business purposes,” Karlous wrote.

Although Avenatti has not been charged with defrauding his clients in the Super Bowl case, Karlous wrote, “The government will be seeking to admit this evidence at trial on the basis that this criminal conduct falls squarely within and is inextricably intertwined with” an already existing 36-count federal fraud indictment in Orange County, CA.

In one of those charges, Avenatti stood accused of hiding the existence of the NFL settlement from a bankruptcy court dealing with his now-former law firm. Oh my, he is in soooo much trouble. He will never be president, not even president of a condo corporation or a high school science club.

Avenatti’s office manager had witnessed the behavior, Karlous alleged, writing, “In response to a question as to whether she was aware of Avenatti taking money from client funds, [the manager] said that the plaintiffs in the Super Bowl litigation had not all been paid out ... even though there had been money available to pay them.”

Paul Colavecchi said he got money back from Avenatti, but only after his sister, who went with him to the Super Bowl, threatened to report Avenatti to the State Bar of California. None of the Avenatti clients who spoke with Fox News said they saw any paperwork from Avenatti or his firm after the settlement.

Avenatti is facing three criminal cases. Next week he is scheduled to go on trial in New York on charges of trying to extort $25 million from Nike Corp. However, last week the scumwafer was arrested in Los Angeles for allegedly violating his bond, so the timing of the New York case may need to be changed.

Avenatti is also accused of stealing money from pornography film "actress" Stormy Daniels. He represented Daniels in litigation against President Trump over a consensual sex allegation which the president denies and nobody cares about. In his defense, the President referred to Ms. Daniels as "Horseface," intimating that he would never have a sexual encounter with someone who looks like her.

Brilliant defense but it may not get him the women vote this year.

Alyssa Milano doesn't know a terrorist from her elbow

It's one thing not to know your ass from your elbow, that's simple biology, but not knowing a terrorist from a pro-U.S. Constitution patriot is mind-boggling.

On Monday morning, tens of thousands of pro-Second Amendment Americans gathering at Virginia’s capital to express opposition to a spate of gun control bills pushed through by the Democrat-majority state congress and backed by Gov. Ralph Northam, a KKK-loving, blackface wearing, baby-killing advocate weasel.

As tens of thousands of Second Amendment advocates peacefully [thus far] protested at Virginia State Capitol, chanting "USA" singing the national anthem and reciting the "Pledge of Allegiance," the Hollywood phonies and left-wing haters couldn't keep from mouthing off.

The protest was a rally against newly proposed gun control laws, which are unconstitutional, just like Northam's advocating the killing a baby even after it is delivered as long as the mother and doctor make it comfortable first, have a talk, decide, then kill it.

The execrable actress Alyssa Milano, had to put her two cents into the action.

“This is what’s happening in Virginia right now,” Milano captioned a video of gun owners walking to the protest Monday morning.
Ralph Northam and friend

“Trump’s America,” she added. “#IStandWithVirginia.” As long as it follows her leftist agenda.

This is what’s happening in Virginia right now. Trump’s America. #IStandWithVirginia pic.twitter.com/ewUfKrk6Qs

— Alyssa Milano (@Alyssa_Milano) January 20, 2020

“So! I see a bunch of incel (involuntary celibate) ammosexuals have gathered in Virginia,” former Democratic congressional candidate Pam Keith bashed the protesters. “While I believe in the right of the people to protest peacefully. I reject threatening goon squads. #IStandWithVirgina.”

Left-wing writer Danielle Campoamor said pro-Second Amendment protesters are “f***ing a**hole[s]” with “white privilege,” though the protesters’ racial and ethnic backgrounds are varied, but she didn't bother to check it out.

She also accused them of committing “terrorism,” which dilutes the horror of real terrorism, and conveniently demonizes anyone who has a different political agenda than this twit.

“White privilege is having the freedom to walk around in public with shotguns and AR-15s and handguns strapped to your chest like a f***ing a**hole and not getting gunned down by a single cop,” the writer posted.

“These people are literally walking around in camo and body armor and like seven different guns strapped to their person, all with the intent to and sole purpose of intimidating people,” Campoamor added. “This is terrorism, folks.”

Only if you're intimidated because the sight of a gun scares you, and even then, it isn't terrorism, folks. These Hollywood actors are making tons of money glorifying gun violence and fail to see the hypocrisy.

NBC's Fake News correspondent Gabe Gutierrez spread the fake news on social media. The so-called "journalist" captioning a video of rally attendees reciting the pledge of allegiance, wrote: “Chants of ‘we will not comply’ from gun rights protesters in Richmond.”

You have to listen to the audio on this post: pic.twitter.com/BjEfniwMKP

Gutierrez kept the post with the fake caption up, though, to be fair, he added another video on his Twitter thread: “Earlier posted video of Pledge of Allegiance. For those who’ve asked, here’s the video of ‘We will not comply,.’ Taken seconds apart.”

By "We will not comply" the chanters were referring to an illegal ban of their constitutional right to keep and bear arms, written specifically by the founders to prevent the need to have this kind of rally in the first place.

The rally was held in response to three gun control bills passed by the leftist Democrat-controlled Virginia Senate last week. One law allows local authorities to ban weapons from public spaces during some events, and was designed for the comfort and mental well-being of potential terrorists/mass murderers.

Another law limits handgun purchases to one a month, in spite of the fact that a potential mass murderer might not go along with the law and buy a gun elsewhere, or may already have a cache of weapons on hand. Thus, the law makes no logical sense.

The third law requires background checks for all firearm purchases. While this one sounds debatable, and perhaps even reasonable, it can be used maliciously and may even be unconstitutional.

Republican Sen. Amanda Chase (Chesterfield) argues that such gun control bills will keep guns out of the hands of good guys.

“The good guys won’t have the guns,” she said during a debate, last week. “They won’t be able to protect themselves, and we’re basically creating a disastrous situation in which criminals will not follow the law, and it will only hurt and create victims.”

There are some law enforcement officials who say they will honor the Second Amendment and refuse to follow the orders of an unlawful bill.

The Gray Lady endorses 2 women for president

"All Left News That Fits We Print"
The Gray Lady, aka The New York Times, announced on Sunday that it was endorsing two women: a chronic liar and an angry staff abuser for the presidential nominations.

Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) both identify as women and both, coincidentally, have X-Y chromosomes, making them both biological women and not just women who are men that identify as women.

The Times' decision was immediately mocked on social media.

“In a break with convention, the editorial board has chosen to endorse two separate Democratic candidates for president,” the flaming leftists at the former newspaper wrote in red crayon.  “American voters must choose between three sharply divergent visions of the future.”

The Times went on to demonized all of President Donald Trump's accomplishments as racist and done out of “the veneration of a mythological past.” [By "President Donald Trump" the Times was referring to the Ku Klux Klan, which was a Democratic organization.]

The canary cage liner known as The Times correctly noted that all of the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates would be "the most" socialist "president in decades on issues like health care, the economy and government's allocation of resources." And when the government takes over our resources, they will take over all the means of production and the U.S.A. will be known as "Big Venezuela."

The Times wrote, and I will [often sarcastically] comment in brackets to provide the reader with clarity of fact:

There are legitimate questions about whether our democratic system is fundamentally broken. Our elections are getting less free and fair [because Hillary Clinton should have won in 2016 and the damn electoral college got in the way], Congress and the courts are increasingly partisan [because conservatives follow the U.S. Constitution as it was written and the left follows its need to virtue-signal], foreign nations are flooding society with misinformation [something they have done for centuries and now perfected by the Democrats], a deluge of money flows through our politics [while the Democrats pretend to be against money when it doesn't involve getting into their pockets]. And the economic mobility that made the American dream possible is vanishing [as evidenced by the astronomical growth of the global economy, the highest availability of jobs, the lowest unemployment among all groups of Americans, lower taxes keeping more money in the pockets of earners, and the growth of jobs coming back to America.]

Both the radical and the realist models warrant serious consideration. If there were ever a time to be open to new ideas, it is now. If there were ever a time to seek stability, now is it. [And by electing a socialist who will destabilize our economy and punish success, this will be achieved by the magic of hope for change.]

That’s why we’re endorsing the most effective advocates for each approach. They are Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar. [Because nothing says effective like a spinner of tall tales like Elizabeth "Blowing Smoke" Warren and Amy Klobuchar, a thrower of inanimate objects and a screamer at her underlings.]

The Times joined the rest of the media in trying to put an end to Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders’ campaign, highlighting problems with his age, health, and style of politics. The Times wrote:

Mr. Sanders would be [a] 79 [-year-old Communist] when he assumed office, and after an October heart attack, his health is a serious concern, [unlike Hillary Clinton's health when her staff saved her from taking a header into an SUV when losing her equilibrium]. Then, there’s how Mr. Sanders approaches politics. He boasts that compromise is anathema to him. Only his [rather stupid and impractical] prescriptions can be the right ones, even though most are overly rigid, untested and divisive. He promises that once in office, a groundswell of support will emerge to push through his agenda [but to be fair, Obama promised the oceans would recede and the air would be peachy keen if you voted for him. How'd that work out?] Three years into the Trump administration, we see little advantage to exchanging one over-promising [by "over-promising" they mean promises a lot and actually delivers], divisive figure in Washington for another.

Senator Warren is a gifted storyteller. … [which is why her Indian name is "Throwing Bull"].

Even the left had a laugh at the lunacy.

Carol Roth tweeted:
This is so patronizing and cringey… they can’t even pick one. “Oh, let’s be progressive and pick a woman! Well, we don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. Let’s pick both, they won’t mind…” https://t.co/l6xxtPUCmD
— Carol Roth (@caroljsroth) January 20, 2020
Even the executive director of the Sunrise Movement, which is slightly to the left of Stalin mockingly tweeted:
oh ya totally this makes sense https://t.co/HYGIk8TbRY
— Varshini Prakash (@VarshPrakash) January 20, 2020
Here's another:
Literally seconds from cancelling my subscription. https://t.co/rgrEnruAFr— Chris Martin Palmer (@ChrisPalmerNBA) January 20, 2020
And the mocking went on.

Suffice it to say, the New York Times is so far left, so bias against Trump and so far "in the bag" for Warren [they needed to include Klobuchar because they didn't want to come off as Warren's fan club] that they have reached a point of being a laughing stock.

Even the canaries are asking to change the paper.

Women's March 2019: bitter cold, global warming baby killers

A fairly large group of women, as well as men who think they're women, and women who are married to women, and men looking to meet women, gathered up in Washington, D.C. and 180 other cities for their annual redundant march for rights they already have, and to protest the president who beat Hillary Clinton in 2016.

"I am even more outraged than I was three years ago," said a placard carried by a 40-year-old severely depressed Washington resident, who was down four doses of her Zoloft. "We all knew that Trump was going to be horrible, and he has been even more horrible than we realize."

Sure, he's more horrible than we realize: his job numbers horribly soar; he horribly lowered taxes; reduced the horrible number of regulations, recognized the horrible city of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel; killed Abu Bakr al Baghdadi and his terror-buddy, Cassem Soleimani in the most horrible way; horribly made decent trade deals with China, Mexico and Canada; horribly decreased illegal immigration, and got rid of the crappy Iran nuclear deal, just for starters.

Oh so horrible is he.
Pussy hats or Trump: you make the call

Despite the relatively paltry turnout, with only a few thousand participants on the streets of Washington, activists remained hopeful about the power to organize marches, but for what, remains unclear.

"It is a cold day and it does not matter if it's 10 people or 100 people or 1,000 people if our voices are strong," said a runny-nose lonely 50-year-old woman who added that she regularly attends the march that started in 2017 because it gives her something to do with her hands now that she's trying to quit smoking. "We are powerful together — that's the most important thing." Then she sighed.

In 2017 the Women's March attracted almost a million people to the streets of Washington, D.C. and hundreds of thousands across the country one day after President Trump was inaugurated and Hillary Clinton finally pulled herself together and stopped sobbing.

Many of the protesters cited Trump's hard-line policy on women's "reproductive rights," which is a false premise.

Trump and conservatives have no qualms with a woman's right to reproduce. The President and conservatives just have a qualm with a woman thinking she has the right to kill her baby after she reproduces. It isn't as if anyone stops her from doing what people to do get pregnant; it's just that her failure to take precautions regarding her behavior should not give her the right to kill her baby. And even in the horrible case of a child being conceived from rape, that should not be a death sentence on the innocent baby.

The cold protesters were also protesting climate change. They support the Green New Deal written in crayon by a low-information socialist with the notion that if enough money is taxed, and the government takes over the ownership of all the means of production, somehow the climate will dutifully fall into place, like Obama's promise to stem the rise of the oceans and heal the planet, this is nonsense.

"Look what's he's doing to Greta Thunberg," said a denture-chattering 70-year-old climate alarmist, referring to the teenage Swedish socialist who launched the Fridays for Future school strikes to draw attention to the man-made destabilization of earth's climate, hoping that if successful, it would excuse her from all the school she has missed.

In spite of the revelation that it is her father who apparently writes her Facebook posts, and who knows what else, Thunberg was named the leftist Time magazine's Person of the Year in 2019.

Trump has regularly targeted Thunberg on Twitter as he tends to target everyone on Twitter who has far-left opinions. Trump lamented climate change as a ploy "created by and for the Chinese in order to make US manufacturing non-competitive." I don't know how true that is, but it made Thunberg's meany face even meaner.

"He's the biggest bully in the world," added the 70-year-old activist. Actually, it's more likely that Abu Bakr al Baghdadi and Cassem Soleimani were bigger bullies, but what does a frozen 70-year-old woman know when her hobby is walking with a sign and thinking it will change the weather?

Other protests took place in New York, Los Angeles and other major cities across the US.

Some men joined the march in the hope of getting it on with a stranger.

The march was held the same day the US National Archives apologized for blurring anti-Trump signs in a promotional image for a women's suffrage exhibition.

This marked an historical mistake because it was a mistake going in the direction that favored the President rather than against him as all the other "mistakes" have gone in the media.

Trump increases sanctions on Iran for killing protesters--Dems upset

President Trump isn't playing games with Iran.

The Islamic so-called Republic, [designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO)] has killed about 1,500 protesters under the direction of the late Cassem Soleimani. Our President had Soleimani destroyed like the rabid weasel that he was.

Now the Administration is tightening up the sanctions even more against Iran as Brian Hook, the Special Envoy to Iran made the announcement on Friday. Specifically, the sanctions are against a top general of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

“The United States is listing IRGC Brigadier General Hassan Shahvarpour under section 7031c visa sanctions. General Shahvarpour committed gross violations of human rights against protestors in Mahshahr. He oversaw the massacre of 148 helpless Iranians in the Mahshahr region last November,” Hook announced. “General Shahvarpour was in command of units responsible for the violent crackdown and lethal repression around Mahshahr. This is the first designation on an Iranian regime official being taken under the State Department authority from section 7031c authorities.”

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) was livid over the new sanctions. "Why are we allowing this president to do whatever he wants to do to a dedicated military man who is a Shah? Isn't a Shah supposed to be a holy man? I don't know what a varpour is, but a Shah is an important dude. Does Forty-Five think he can get away with putting sanctions on a holy man? Not on my watch. Impeach Forty-Five. Impeach Forty-Five. Impeach Forty-Five . . . " she continued as "reporter" Jim Acosta from the Compromised News Network (CNN) cheered along with her.

Rep. Jerry "The Eyebrow" Nadler was asked by CNN what he thought of the increased sanctions.

"How can we expect things to improve with Iran if this president punishes their leaders by freezing their assets? This is disgraceful. We need to be nicer to Iran  and they will be nicer to us, and we need to move forward with impeachment and restore the republic."

In the background one can hear Maxine Waters and Jim Acosta chanting "Impeach Forty-FIve!"

Hook explained the reason for the increased sanctions.
“Since the violent crackdown on protests last November, the United States has sanctioned two judges and eight other regime officials for their roles in brutalizing the Iranian people. We are continuing to review all information we receive from the Iranian people and will continue to hold more regime officials responsible for human rights violations.”
Hook continued.
“Over the past week, many Iranians took to the streets again to protest a corrupt government that lies to them. President Trump recognized their courage with his tweets in Farsi this past week standing with the Iranian people. We call on all nations to join our lead, particularly by sanctioning Iranian officials for human rights violations.”
"Trump don't speak no Farsi," Maxine Waters opined. "Impeach Forty-Five!"

Hook continued even more.
“The Iranian regime is in a deep economic crisis. Back in May of 2018, shortly after leaving the Iran nuclear deal, Secretary Pompeo said that we will deny revenue to Iran’s clerics who use it to fund terrorism and violence across the region. He said that Iran’s expansionist foreign policy would no longer be cost-free, and that the economic price would be severe. We have succeeded in raising the costs for Iran, and the regime is badly managing an economic crisis of its own making.
“Iran’s oil exports are down by more than 2 million barrels per day, reducing Iran’s revenue from oil by more than 80%. This amounts to a loss of around $50 billion annually. Today the question people are asking is whether the regime has the competence to avoid a banking disaster and hyperinflation. The Iranian economy this year could contract by as much as 14 percent.”

The move by the State Department comes after the Treasury Department announced additional sanctions “against any individual owning, operating, trading with, or assisting sectors of the Iranian economy, including construction, manufacturing, textiles, and mining.”

The U.S. State Department provided the following additional information about IRGC Brigadier General Hassan Shahvarpour:

An individual designated under Section 7031(c), as well as their immediate family members, is ineligible for entry into the United States.

Various open source media, along with statements by Iranian officials and information submitted by the Iranian people to the Rewards for Justice tip-line present a consistent timeline and scope of the killings in Mahshahr. They also indicate that the excessive use of force against protestors was perpetrated, at least in part, by Khuzestan Province’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards.

By nature of his position, Shahravar likely had knowledge of the operation to suppress the protests and the subsequent gross violations of human rights that were committed by his subordinates. Shahvarpour failed to prevent or stop his subordinates from committing the killings that took place in Mahshahr.

There is no information indicating that Shahvarpour initiated an investigation into these gross violations of human rights.

House Speaker Nancy "Dancing Dentures" Pelosi (D-CA) was asked by Jim Acosta of CNN what she thought of the new sanctions.

"He [President Trump] can do anything he wants; it doesn't matter because for the rest of his miserable life, this president is going to be impeached. There is nothing he can do to change that. No sanctions, no increase in job growth. No assassinations of honorable military leaders [Soleimani] can change the fact the he is impeached for life. You know, Hillary Clinton should be in the White House. And Stacy Abrams should be the governor of Georgia. Al Gore won too. So did Douglas, but Lincoln somehow was declared president. It isn't fair. It just isn't fair."

"Impeach Forty-Five!" someone sounding like Maxine Waters yelled in the background.

Trudeau blames Trump for Iran's incompetence in shooting down passenger jet

Trudeau in India: appropriating their culture
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau got his position by riding on the coattails of his daddy's name. He certainly did not from his reputation as a school dropout, camp counselor, snowboard instructor, nightclub bouncer or teacher. He graduated from McGill University in 1994 and then the University of British Columbia in 1998. He got a bachelor of arts degree in literature and a bachelor of education degree. He dropped out of an engineering program from Montreal's École Polytechnique in 2003 after starting the studies the previous year.

In other words, he's not the sharpest light on the Christmas tree.

But his late father, Pierre Trudeau, was seen as one of Canada's great leaders, like him or not. And Justin, a pleasant looking young man, got to follow in his snow prints.

Now Trudeau is blaming the United States for the deaths of 57 Canadian citizens who were passengers of the Ukrainian airline the Iranians shot down in the start of January. Justin Trudeau apparently is a big fan of the "butterfly effect."

“If there were no tensions, if there was no escalation recently in the region, those Canadians would be right now home with their families,” Trudeau told Canada’s Global News.

If there were no cars, there would be no automobile accidents. There would be no vehicular attacks by terrorists. There would be no deaths by carbon monoxide closed-door suicides.

“This is something that happens when you have conflict and war,” the idiot said. “Innocents bear the brunt of it, and it is a reminder why all of us need to work so hard on de-escalation, moving forward to reduce tensions and find a pathway that doesn’t involve further conflict and killing.”

Iran shot that plane from the sky. Not the USA. Not Trump.

Iran failed to demand a no-fly area while retaliating against the U.S. after taking out the scumbag terrorist, Cassem Soleimani. And if Trudeau thinks that Soleimani should have been left alive to kill more people, he's a bigger idiot than previously thought.

Trudeau said he received no advanced warning of President Donald Trump’s plans to take out  Soleimani earlier this month, but he wished he had. Maybe if President Trump told him the plan, he could have warned Soleimani and this all could have been avoided.

Trump didn't even tell the Democrats because he knew they would have leaked it, so why would he tell a foreign leader?

In an exclusive interview with @DFriesenGlobal, Trudeau said that in his stupid opinion, the “tensions” in the region led directly to the downing of a passenger jet outside Tehran which claimed at least 57 Canadian lives. In other words, the "butterfly effect," not the intention or incompetence of Iran.

“I have spoken to him and I have talked about the need to de-escalate tensions,” Trudeau said. “I’ve talked about the tremendous grief and loss that Canadians are feeling, and the need for clear answers on how this happened and how we’re going to make sure it never happens again.”

Global News reported that Canada plans to host a meeting in London on Thursday “in which members of the International Coordination and Response Group are set to lay out their next steps for pushing for credible answers and access to [airplane’s] black box data.”

This was a passenger plane that had just taken off locally. It should have been grounded if Iran planned to fire missiles into Iraq [an act of war, by the way], or at the very least, tracked as a local commercial airline.

But it's always easier to blame Trump for all the misdeeds of the world.

Trudeau should have stuck to snowboarding.

Iran's Ayatollah praises missile attack, calls POTUS a clown, then hides again

Ayatollah shows the finger he uses in his nose
Iran's supreme leader and mucky muck poobah for life Ayatollah Ali Khamenei conducted Friday terror prayers in the lovely city of Tehran, where protesters are being killed by Islamic Republic Guard Corps henchmen. This was the first time the Ayatollah came out of his hole since 2012.

The religious leader praised Iran's retaliatory strike against the U.S. after the land of the free and home of the brave blew their top terrorist, Cassem Soleimani, into little bite-size pieces and thus put an end to his plans to kill more innocent people. The Ayatollah also apparently called President Trump a clown who cannot be trusted.

He's right on one count, Trump cannot be trusted to allow this piece of human excrement to continue changing oxygen into carbon dioxide.

Insofar as being a clown, I suspect the only people Trump made laugh (after Soleimani was sent to his reward of 72 virgin sheep) were the Iranians protesting Khamenei and the mullahs for leading Iran down the road to perdition after they shot down a passenger jet and previously fired live rounds into the crowd of protesters.

In the rare public appearance, Khamenei dismissed the “American clowns” who he said pretend to support the Iranian nation but want to stick their “poisoned dagger” into its back. Coming from this scumcrumpet, who is willing to kill his own people, his words are as empty as Adam Schiff's claim that he has proof of damning evidence against Trump.

“The villainous U.S. government repeatedly says that they are standing by the Iranian people. They lie,” the man with food in his beard said. “If you are standing with the Iranian people, it is only to stab them in the heart with their venomous daggers.”

He went on to say, "I don't stab the Iranian people in the back; I shoot them in the chest if they refuse to obey my word. I have spoken." He then reached into his beard and pulled out a plum.

He also insisted Iran would not bow to U.S. pressure after months of crushing sanctions and called Washington’s killing of their top terror twit a "cowardly" hit.

Then he was escorted off the stage by armed military personnel and went back into hiding, his eyes scanning the skies overhead. "Hurry, dammit," he was last heard saying.

Cheer Up: Michael Avenatti was arrested

If you're feeling down in the proverbial dumps and nothing seems to be going right this week, cheer up--the feds arrested porn lawyer and CNN hopeful for the 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Michael Avenatti.

Avenatti was arrested by Internal Revenue Service agents on Tuesday night during a break in a disciplinary hearing in Los Angeles over allegations the high-profile shyster scammed his client out of $840,000.

The arrest went down around 6 p.m. outside the State Bar Court, where the State Bar of California has initiated proceedings against him.

“I can confirm that he was arrested by federal agents," Avenatti's lawyer Dean Steward said. "I anticipate a bail hearing at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Magistrate's Court in Santa Ana. I haven't seen the details of the warrant, but should have it later this evening.“

It isn't certain that CNN has reported this story yet because nobody watches CNN and thus no information was available regarding their garbage reporting.

Avenatti did not return to the court when the hearing resumed possibly because he was indisposed. His attorneys called for a sidebar with the judge and said he would not be able to return due to circumstances related to a criminal matter in Orange County.

The former so-called lawyer for sex performer Stormy Daniels is accused of fraud, cheating on his taxes and lying to investigators. Federal prosecutors allege that he embezzled funds from clients. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Thom Mrozek, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles, told Fox News that Avenatti was arrested on suspicion of violating his pre-trial release, but specific details were not made clear.

"I do expect him to appear in federal court in Santa Ana tomorrow," he said, adding that documents related to the arrest were under seal.

Hearts are being broken as this is being written. Rachel Maddow, the entire staff at CNN, Chris Matthews--heck, Chrissy is practically in tears now that he and Mikey will not be going for that cup of coffee Matthews suggested.

Avenatti was scheduled to travel to New York on Tuesday night for his criminal trial over his alleged plot to extort $25 million from sports apparel giant Nike.
