"The Boss" aka Jeep Celebrity Spokesman, busted for DWI

Singer Bruce Springsteen was caught and arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in New Jersey last year, after reports bubbled up just days after he appeared in a weird Super Bowl commercial for Jeep.

Law enforcement arrested "The Boss" as he is often called, and he is to appear in court in a few weeks. The incident occurred on November 14th at Gateway National Recreation Area in Sandy Hook, NJ.

The charges were for DWI, reckless driving, and consuming alcohol in a closed area, as reported by TMZ. The incident was also confirmed to The New York Post by the National Parks Service.

Springsteen is a harsh critic of former President Trump and while he called for unity in the Jeep commercial, he was only pulling our collective leg as he incessantly attacked Trump and 75 million Trump voters prior to the advert.

In the run-up to the presidential election of 2020, Springsteen publicly swore to leave the US if Trump was reelected. But like the myriad celebrities who came before him in the 2016 election who made the same pledge, it's highly doubtful he would have actually kept his promise.

I generally like Springsteen's music, but other than that, he's a scumcrumpet.

Fox Sports will air LGBTQ ad on Super Bowl but refuses a Pro-Life ad

Life News recently reported that FOX Sports, the carrier of this year's Super Bowl, between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers will be showing a commercial featuring drag queens and LGBTQ etc., etc. activists, as was originally reported by NBC News.

However, Fox won't approve a pro-life commercial, because apparently, advocating for sparing the lives of the unborn is controversial while men dressing and pretending to be women is honky-dory.

As Life News explained, pro-life advocates with the new Faces of Choice organization said they have been waiting at least six months for an answer from FOX about their ad and have received zilch, nada, in response.

The drag queen ad from Sabra hummus already is stirring up controversy. It features drag queens Kim Chi and Miz Cracker from “RuPaul’s Drag Race.” But don't be fooled; these guys have male junk below their equator.

LGBTQ marketing strategist Bob Witeck celebrated the significance of the ad, telling NBC:

“For queer audiences, it is an art form and an ‘outsiders’ language,” Witek said of drag. “Reaching the Super Bowl means taking our language into every home in the nation and millions around the world.”

If it is an art for to dress in the gender to which you have not been born into biologically, then art has lost its meaning, and true art has lost its beauty.

Witeck said the Sabra ad, which could reach around 100 million viewers during the Super Bowl, of which at least a thousand or so are gay, queer, lesbian or otherwise confused.

He said that it's indicative of a sea change in the public perception of drag, which he said has been normalized in the mainstream [by forcing it on children at public libraries] for many years.

But FOX and the mainstream media is afraid to touch ads that promote right to life for all people, including those waiting to be born.

Faces of Choice leaders said they have been trying for more than six months to purchase ad time during the Super Bowl, but FOX Sports has repeatedly ignored them. Their powerful new ad premiered at the March for Life last week, and it featured the stories of more than a dozen people who survived abortions.

Lyric Gillett, the 28-year-old founder of Faces of Choice and producer of the ad, said they have a shortened version ready to air during the big game. She provided FOX Sports with all the paperwork required for the ad, and answered all their legal team's questions. FOX refuses to give her an answer, thus far and the game is in two days as of this posting.

“Every great human rights movement in history has been anchored in the stories and the faces of its victims,” Gillett said. “That’s what we aim to do; we simply want to tell their forgotten stories and there’s no larger mega-phone than the Super Bowl. After months of correspondence with the Fox network, we are asking for a definitive answer immediately.

This week, Faces of Choice and My Faith Votes launched a campaign urging pro-lifers to contact the network and ask for a final decision on the ad.

They asked people to email Fox Corp. SVP, Standards and Practices Barbara De Santis, VP, Commercial Clearance Maryana Dezarlo, SVP, Ad Sales Jim Reeder, and EVP, Corporate General Counsel Claudia Teran. The pro-life organizations also began a petition here.

But it may be too late.

FOX knows that people, no matter what they decide regarding the pro-life ad, will tune into the game because America is a captive audience. Still, I would ask that you follow Gillett's advice and shut off the commercials during the Big Game and instead you can watch the abortion survivors’ stories instead on YouTube. Find the video here.

Abortion survivors pose a vital question to abortion activists through the new ad, “Can you look me in the eye and say I should have been aborted?”

Life News writes: "Ultimately, Faces of Choice leaders hope their stories will break down the myth of 'choice.'"

You can complain to Fox Sports by going to their Facebook page or Twitter.

Avenatti even worse than we thought: took money from football fans

So what's new with Michael Avenatti? Well, you know he's in trouble over the Nike extortion situation. He's also in trouble with owing clients and company partners money.

Now the former future of the Democratic Party is accused of stealing money from dozens more clients than was previously known, according to unsealed documents and interviews with Fox News.

The allegation is that the disgraced porn lawyer directed as much as $1,300,000 in settlement funds, intended for about 170 clients, to go into his own pocket.

On a happier note, the bald-headed stooge is sitting in jail awaiting trial in New York on unrelated, but a serious charge.

Avenatti is the guy who was lavished with praise, love and admiration by MSNBC and CNN, two of the hardest-hitting cable news companies in the business. Just kidding, they suck. These clowns were hoping for Avenatti [who is also in the clown business] to run against President Trump in this year's election. And Chris Matthews of MSNBC wanted to go out with Avenatti for coffee.

As it turns out, the only thing Avenatti will be running for is the shower room door when Bubba and his crew with tattoos come to greet him.

“We didn’t receive any of that,” Donald Albaugh, an Avenatti client said regarding money he was to receive over a lawsuit against the NFL for which Avenatti represented him. Albaugh said he and his wife, Tracy, went to the 2011 Super Bowl in Dallas but, like hundreds of other ticket holders, had problems with their seats and sued the NFL.

FYI the Green Bay Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 31 to 25.

“The whole thing is so ludicrous,” Arianne Dar told Fox News about taking her son to the game as a graduation present. Dar said she made sure to buy tickets that were not “obstructed view” but they ended up behind a metal pole. “I never heard about a settlement."

H. Dean Steward, a real lawyer, who Avenatti hired to represent him last year, did not immediately respond to a Fox News request for comment. But a guy with only a letter for a first name must be very important, indeed--kind of like H. Allen Smith author of "Low Man on the Totem Pole," and "Life in a Putty Knife Factory," among other things.

The Albaughs and Dar said they each submitted itemized costs to Avenatti and his legal team seeking reimbursement for about $10,000, but they haven’t seen a penny.

In May 2017, Avenatti, representing the ticket holders, entered into an agreement with the NFL for a settlement of about $1,550,000 and a dismissal of all legal claims. However, in March of last year, a search warrant was issued by the IRS of Avenatti's computers and his phones were also seized. It was discovered that he paid out only a fraction of that settlement, according to IRS Special Agent Remoun Karlous.

“Avenatti used the remainder of the approximately $1.31 million dollars [he] and his law firm received from the settlement of the Super Bowl Litigation for [his] own personal and business purposes,” Karlous wrote.

Although Avenatti has not been charged with defrauding his clients in the Super Bowl case, Karlous wrote, “The government will be seeking to admit this evidence at trial on the basis that this criminal conduct falls squarely within and is inextricably intertwined with” an already existing 36-count federal fraud indictment in Orange County, CA.

In one of those charges, Avenatti stood accused of hiding the existence of the NFL settlement from a bankruptcy court dealing with his now-former law firm. Oh my, he is in soooo much trouble. He will never be president, not even president of a condo corporation or a high school science club.

Avenatti’s office manager had witnessed the behavior, Karlous alleged, writing, “In response to a question as to whether she was aware of Avenatti taking money from client funds, [the manager] said that the plaintiffs in the Super Bowl litigation had not all been paid out ... even though there had been money available to pay them.”

Paul Colavecchi said he got money back from Avenatti, but only after his sister, who went with him to the Super Bowl, threatened to report Avenatti to the State Bar of California. None of the Avenatti clients who spoke with Fox News said they saw any paperwork from Avenatti or his firm after the settlement.

Avenatti is facing three criminal cases. Next week he is scheduled to go on trial in New York on charges of trying to extort $25 million from Nike Corp. However, last week the scumwafer was arrested in Los Angeles for allegedly violating his bond, so the timing of the New York case may need to be changed.

Avenatti is also accused of stealing money from pornography film "actress" Stormy Daniels. He represented Daniels in litigation against President Trump over a consensual sex allegation which the president denies and nobody cares about. In his defense, the President referred to Ms. Daniels as "Horseface," intimating that he would never have a sexual encounter with someone who looks like her.

Brilliant defense but it may not get him the women vote this year.

Karma in the Super Bowl for the Rams head coach, and it's beautiful

Picture Oprah shouting to her audience: "You get a karma, and you get a karma, and you, and you . . . "

Karma is what the LA Rams got.

At a pre-Super Bowl press conference, LA Rams head coach Sean McVay declared that his team was "undecided" if they would accept an invitation to the White House to visit with President Trump.

And he got karma.

Problem solved: the Rams lost, and the losers will never have to darken the President's doorway.

Seriously, it's disgusting how athletes and teams have disrespected the offer to come to the White House and visit with the President. It's disrespectful to the office and to the country.

But Trump is always one step ahead of them. In June 2018, he disinvited the Philadelphia Eagles after some players said they'd boycott the visit.

"The Philadelphia Eagles are unable to come to the White House with their full team to be celebrated tomorrow. They disagree with their President because he insists that they proudly stand for the National Anthem, hand on heart, in honor of the great men and women of our military and the people of our country," Trump said in a statement. "The Eagles wanted to send a smaller delegation, but the 1,000 fans planning to attend the event deserve better."

Trump also harshly criticized the Eagles for disrespecting the Star-Spangled Banner.

Trump also slammed the Golden State Warriors in 2017 after some players, including Stephen Curry, said they probably would not attend a White House ceremony. "Going to the White House is considered a great honor for a championship team," Trump tweeted. "Stephen Curry is hesitating, therefore invitation is withdrawn!"

But the Rams got the karma they deserve. They said they might not go to the White House before they even won their sports' top trophy. Then they got beat 13-3 by the New England Patriots in one of the lowest scoring, most boring Super Bowl ever.

It's getting crazy when politics has to be injected in every aspect of our lives. Why can't they simply play the game? In the past, it was considered an honor to be invited to the White House regardless of who sat in the Oval Office.

Karma can be a bitch.

Adam Levine maxes out his vocabulary over Super Bowl Halftime Show

It isn't easy being taken seriously when your entire upper body is covered in illegible tattoos and you sing like a girly man. But Adam Levine, 39, was never told by his mom that he looks like the Dead Sea Scrolls and he spoke out against those who would hate on him for performing at the Super Bowl.

His "marvelously talented" group, Maroon 5, played music and danced poorly at the Super Bowl Halftime Show while most who watched were drunk and stuffed with chips and pretzels and had no idea of what they were seeing and why it was so noisy.

To Maroon 5's credit, nobody had a costume malfunction--all zippers and buttons remained intact--and the night was magical with singing and showing off Levine's tattoos.

Levine [which, coincidentally, happens to be the last name of my 7th grade history teacher] went on social media where he wrote many adjectives alongside an image of the "One Love" light display that was featured during the group's performance.

The singer explained hyperbolically to his fans [a word derived from "fanatic"] just how he claimed to feel about performing at the football game in which the New England Patriots beat the Los Angeles Rams 13 to 3, in a game that will go down in Super Bowl history as the 53rd Super Bowl Game.

"When we accepted the responsibility to perform at the SBHTS, I took out my pen and just wrote," Levine wrote  in the photo caption. "Some of the words that came to me in that moment eventually made their way onto the incredible lanterns that flew high and low tonight. We thank the universe for this historic opportunity to play on the world’s biggest stage. We thank our fans for making our dreams possible. And we thank our critics for always pushing us to do better. One Love."

He blathered on, "And the list of words is... [wait for it ...] Forgive, Laugh, Cry, Smile, Share, Live, Endure, Embrace, Remember, Enlighten, Preserve, Inspire, Sweat, Fight, Express, Give, Receive, Elevate, Climb, Unify, Fortify, Soften, Dance, Scream, Dream, Educate, Provide, Inhale, Exhale, Persevere, Stand, Kneel, Overcome, Love, Listen."

Some other words that come to mind: "Trump, America, great, make, wall, aliens, illegal, tremendous, drugs, big, stand, Mexico, China, Putin, Xi, CNN, incredible, unbelievable, fake, news, Mueller."

Maroon 5 received a ton of backlash leading up to the Super Bowl Halftime Show. This was largely due to self-described artists wielding their virtue by protesting the NFL over its treatment of Colin Kaepernick, the moron who made a name for himself by "taking a knee" thus disrespecting the national anthem of the United States of America and sucking as an NFL quarterback.

Levine said Friday of his band's decision to perform despite the calls to boycott, "No one thought about it more than I did. No one put more thought and love into this than I did. ... I spoke to many people, most importantly though, I silenced all the noise and listened to myself, and made my decision about how I felt."

Some of the words that Levine evidently forgot to add to his thoughtful list of words to describe how he felt:
money, money, money, more money, more money, even more money.
The NFL doesn't pay performers for the halftime show, but the notoriety will fill their coffers soon enough.

Adam Levine is a damn hero in my book of damn heroes and Maroon 5 has got his 6.

WaPo spent $5.2 million for Super Bowl ad about importance of journalism

Real journalism is dead but the Washington Post is doing what it can to try resuscitating it. Sadly, WaPo is one of the biggest perpetrators of garbage reporting but still spent $5.2 million to cosmetically buff up their image.

Last week alone, media outlets may have cut over 2,100 "journalists" from their staffing as companies try to scale back in order to make a profit. The Washington Post shelled out the money for the Super Bowl ad in which Tom Hanks, another leftist actor [aka a person who entertains people by pretending they're someone they are not] to teach us uninformed Americans just how important journalism is in the age of President Donald Trump.

Sadly, the Washington Post and Tom Hanks wouldn't know real journalism from  The Onion.

The ad, USA Today reports, will "highlight the role of journalists around the world who gather news, oftentimes in the face of grave danger." It will be narrated by A-list actor, director, and producer Tom Hanks, who has been an outspoken advocate for the media these last two years, even delivering a brand new, $1700 coffee machine to the "embattled" White House Press Corps.

"The commercial shows several slain and missing journalists affiliated with The Post and other publications, according to a description in Saturday's newspaper," USA Today reported.

"The commercial shows major news events from World War II to the present day and describes how journalists are gatherers of facts on the world stage," USA Today continues, quoting a Washington Post story about its own 30-second spot. "[T]he ad ends with the paper’s logo and its slogan: 'Democracy Dies in Darkness.'"

Also, omitting the reporting of certain events, and advocating for fact checking before the President delivers his state of the union speech, is opinion, not journalism. In fact, practically all journalism on the left media, is opinion and propaganda.

The Post wouldn't say how much it spent on the ad, but CBS has repeatedly said that it costs $5.2 million to air a 30-second slot any time during the Super Bowl, which ran from the pre-game at 4pm EST to the game's conclusion.

By the way, New England beat the Rams, 13 to 3. It was the lowest scoring Super Bowl in its history and the MVP was Julien Edelman.

I didn't watch the game and will no longer watch, until no knee bends for a phony protest, but only for G-d.

The Washington Post, owned by Amazon's Jeff Bezos, America's richest person, is the rare print media organization that has seen growth, but the trend may not hold as people more and more realize that the Washington Post is full of poop.

I hope you'll follow Brain Flushings and have a few laughs while you get a conservative viewpoint. Politics is the new NFL without the mindless kneeling and this blog will both inform you and hopefully entertain you bigly.

Actor Radcliffe attacks Tom Brady over his freedom of speech: 'Take the MAGA hat out'

In a Sundance Film Festival interview, actor [aka pretender] Daniel Radcliffe has not forgotten a 2015 interview with Tom Brady of the New England Patriots. In the interview a “Make America Great Again” hat could be seen in Brady’s locker and this has disturbed the actor who is obviously frustrated over his inability to make a difference in the world as acting, like football, is merely an entertainment vehicle.

What many liberals in the entertainment industry do, therefore, is to try being relevant by being political. A huge percentage of actors and others in the entertainment industry are left wingers because, like the Oscars, it makes them feel virtuous.

Radcliffe was asked which team he would support in the upcoming Super Bowl to be played Feb. 3 between Brady’s Patriots and the Los Angeles Rams.

“Rams. Cause like the whole world is rooting against the Patriots…sorry,” Radcliffe said inaccurately. The "whole world" is probably somewhat evenly divided--at least that part of the world that cares anything about American football.

Daniel Radcliffe says he’s rooting for the Rams in the #SuperBowl and has a message for Tom Brady: “Take that MAGA hat out your locker” | #Sundance #VarietyStudio presented by @ATTpic.twitter.com/uGI608bP3b

Radcliffe was asked whether Brady, 41, should retire.

Radcliffe said Brady can keep playing, but “he should stop winning things,” because it makes poor Danny jealous.

And above all, he should be politically correct, Radcliffe implied, because everyone he knows is afraid to speak their mind as is he.

Many on Twitter think Radcliffe, who isn't even an American, should stick to acting and keep his political opinions about America to himself:

FREEDOM: wearing whatever hat you want to wear. Yes. sometimes there are consequences. But, come on, there is nothing un-American about wearing this hat. In fact, it’s pro-American.

Hollywood please shut up #MAGA #TomBrady #GOAThttps://t.co/tjWcZmwOrz

President Trump has made no secret of his support for the Patriots and Brady.

When New England made it to the Super Bowl, Trump tweeted, “Congratulations to Bob Kraft, Bill Belichick, Tom Brady and the entire New England Patriots team on a great game and season. Will be a fantastic Super Bowl!”

And while past presidents don't often show favoritism for either team in the Super Bowl, Trump never hides his thoughts--that isn't always a good thing.

Che's the racist, not Boston

Boston -- Michael Che is a black man who, by virtue of his melanin, is able to make racial remarks about white people. The "Saturday Night Live" actor called Boston the "most racist city" he has ever visited.

He gave no examples.

Being that he is unable to back up that remark with a single fact actually puts him in the category of which he accuses Boston.

However, if he can actually show how this is true--that Boston is THE MOST RACIST CITY--then maybe something can be done about it. Otherwise, he should shut his stupid cholesterol entrance because he doesn't know what he's talking about.

The racist Che spoke on SNL's "Weekend Update" the night before the Super Bowl matchup between the Patriots and Falcons. His words were: "I just want to relax, turn my brain off, and watch the blackest city in America best the most racist city I've ever been to."

I would be surprised if Che had a brain to "turn off." And the fact that the Patriots won is just a bonus for this post.

Racists, real racists, tend to see everything in terms of skin color. Yes, and black people can also be racists, contrary to certain racists' beliefs.

So after his words of racial bifurcation, Che told a Boston University audience about how he received angry social media response.

Che told the audience of clapping seals that the never apologizes for his controversial (aka racist) statements or his language.

White leftists love him because they think he believes they're 'cool'. Apparently, what he really thinks of white people is how stupid they are for making him rich at their expense.
