Scout gets 4 years, Hillary gets free pass

Christopher Correa, a former baseball scout for the St. Louis Cardinals, was sentenced to four years in prison Monday for hacking the database of the Houston Astros' player personnel and email system.

It's a case of high-tech cheating to which Correa had pleaded guilty to five counts of unauthorized access of a protected computer from 2013 to 2014.

Correa was fired last summer and ordered to pay the approximate equivalent to a 20-minute Hillary Clinton speaking fee of $279,038 in restitution. He's not quite as lucky as Hillary Clinton, but he faced up to five years in prison for each count and is only getting four years in the slammer. That's a relatively good deal for him.

Of course, Hillary was even luckier by getting a scolding without an indictment, but let's face it, Christopher Correa is no Hillary Clinton--he confessed to his wrongdoing.

The shamed former scout is free on bond and will report to the federal slammer in six weeks.

Correa read a heartfelt letter in court before his sentencing by U.S. District Judge Lynn N. Hughes, who admittedly, is no James Comey.

Correa said he was "overwhelmed with remorse and regret for my actions" that cost him his career and his home. Hillary is overwhelmed with joy that she got away with it on her end.

"I violated my values and it was wrong. I behaved shamefully," he said. "The whole episode represents the worst thing I've done in my life by far."

But is the personal email server the worse thing Hillary has ever done in her life so far?

Probably not.

Hughes said Correa's actions were mainly about a loss of trust and admitted that in spite of the episode, as a woman, she is still voting for Hillary Clinton for President, "because if she can get away scot-free with her email server situation and compromise the national security, she can get away with anything, and that's what we need in a president. That and a uterus."

Cardinals Chairman Bill DeWitt Jr. blamed the hack on "roguish behavior" by a few people who may have been influenced by the outcome handed down by James Comey in his decision not to advise indicting Mrs. Clinton.

DeWitt said in an interview, "That poor bas**rd Correa figured he wasn't doing anything wrong compared to what the former Secretary of the freaking State was doing. Boy, was he surprised when the judge threw the book at him. Let's face it, he's no Hillary Clinton."

Hillary Makes History--or Herstory

Hillary Rodham Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, has made American history. She is the first presidential nominee ever to be interviewed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Of course, she doesn't refer to it as a criminal investigation--she calls it a security review.

Perhaps the FBI should itself the Federal Bureau of Reviews.

Hillary's interview with several FBI agents has not fazed her loyal fans (fan comes from the word 'fanatic' and in this case it is totally valid).  They would take a bullet for her or have a baby by Bill, if that's what she demanded.

Like Donald Trump, who believes he can shoot someone on Broadway and not get arrested for it, Hillary believes she can endanger our national security by using an unauthorized private email server, send and receive over 2,000 top secret documents, and not get arrested for it.

The frightening thing is, she's probably correct.

But whether or not Hillary is indicted, her loyal fans will support her because Hillary Clinton somehow represents the one thing she clearly hates: women.

Hillary Clinton is a disgrace to women and all 58 varieties of how people can now identify their gender.

Hillary speak with forked tongue on private server

Hillary Clinton never told a lie . . . that she didn't like, or that wasn't politically expedient for her. Regarding the email scandal, she has changed her story as often as a mother changes her infant's diaper.

In fact, there's a disturbing similarity in that analogy.

Now her email infamy claim about her personal server claiming that "everybody's doing it" doesn't wash with the State Department's former Inspector General, Howard Krongard. In fact, he said that had he been IG at the time, he would have started an investigation.

Krongard also said that Condoleezza Rice did not use a personal server for government business, but Clinton did.

"Certainly to my knowledge at least, Secretary [Condoleezza] Rice did not have a personal server. I certainly never either sent an email to one or received an email from one," Krongard said.

He continued, "I would have been stunned had I been asked to send an email to her at a personal server, private address. I would have declined to do so on security grounds and if she had sent one to me, I probably would have started an investigation.

John Hickenlooper  (Duh-Colo.) believes the only reason Hillary is being attacked over the personal email server is because she's a woman (and the reason she's giving the economy job to Bill--girls aren't good at math) proving once again that Democrats are stupid.

If women want to be treated as men, and men running for President are closely scrutinized, then Hillary needs to be closely scrutinized.

Double-Duh.

The only reason Clinton used a personal server was to avoid Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. There is no question that Hillary Clinton was in violation of Federal law.

There is a big question as to whether she will be indicted .  .  .  can you indict a monarch?

Brian Pagliano to testify with immunity on emails

Bryan Pagliano, a former Hillary Clinton aide, has been given immunity and will be testifying about the private email server he helped put together for Ms. Clinton. The server was stored in a bathroom in  Colorado.

The chances are excellent that the server has been hacked by our enemies.

Federal law prohibits the use of a private server, and especially prohibits private servers used for receiving and sending classified information, especially Top Secret and most especially Special Access Programs that could endanger the lives of assets in the field. You know, spies and stuff.

The big problem for Clinton, however, is the issue of passwords.

If it turns out that Hillary shared her password with, say, Huma Abedin-Weiner, or anyone else on her staff, she would be in big trouble. Or maybe she'll just get a free "Get Out of Jail" card because of her royalty status.

She would be in bigger trouble, however, if she shared her password with Anthony Weiner and so would he.

By sharing her password, anyone on her staff would obviously have access to her emails, which is yet another law she would have broken, but now her cronies would be in big trouble too.

Clinton continues to refer to the FBI investigation that is looking into a possible breaching of the Espionage Act as a "security review," which is like saying the 911 Benghazi attack was due to spoiled popcorn in Mohammad flick.

Hillary Clinton: not bright enough to run the nation, or just a liar?

There is now no doubt that Hillary Clinton cannot use the excuse that the email on her private bathroom server was not "marked" classified when she sent or received it.

As our so-called Secretary of State it was Clinton's responsibility for ascertaining whether the information she dealt with was classified and she acknowledged that by signing an agreement saying that "negligent handling" of the information that could jeopardize national security.

This was part of her hiring package and that of any employee of the State Department signs who handles sensitive to classified material.

The very next day after she was sworn in, Hillary signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) which explains criminal penalties for "any unauthorized disclosure" of classified information.

The agreement is quite specific as it states: "I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation."

What we know now is that she received at least two emails marked "TS/SCI"--Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information, according to the U.S. intelligence community's inspector general. And even before she moved her private server out of her Chappaqua, NY home to a bathroom closet in Colorado, the server was not authorized to handle SCI, and never was thereafter.

So while her claims that the emails weren't marked classified, the NDA says she had the responsibility of finding out if it was classified. The agreement says clearly: "I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with appropriate management authorities in the Department . . . in order to ensure that I know whether information or material within my knowledge or control that I have reason to believe might be SCI."

According to security experts, the information that gets TS/SCI designations is sensitive enough that most senior government officials would immediately know it was classified. Hillary says she didn't know. Hillary should have known.

Hillary is either a liar or clearly not bright enough to be running the country.

Or both.

America's legitimate complaint

Webb dropped out, Biden decided not to run, Bernie absolved his opponent by refusing to attack her on her weakest point, O'Malley apologized to Black Lives Matter anarchists because he said all lives matter, and Chafee is an idiot.

It looks like the only thing Hillary Clinton has to worry about at this point in her campaign is the law and what happens at the Benghazi hearing tomorrow.

At least the FBI is impartial to politics, they say, and perhaps, just maybe, they will get to the truth about her private email server that President Obama forbid her to have.

Maybe the House Select Committee on Benghazi will actually ask her about the video and who pushed it. Maybe they'll even ask her about the correspondence sent to her from Ambassador Chris Stevens and why she ignored his request. If she lies and says she never received it, maybe the committee will ask why this happened and what disciplinary actions did she take over the failure for staff to communicate this to her.

But I doubt the FBI will find anything damning and doubt the House Select Committee will pin her down.

I doubt this, not because I believe she is innocent of all charges, incompetency and lies, but because I believe people like the Clintons are immune to prosecution like regular folk.

Sadly, we have become a country that resembles a monarchy more than a democracy will equality under the law. This is why people like Hillary Clinton can laugh when asked about the server and national security. This is why politicians can be so damned arrogant, and we, the people, do nothing about it but complain.

Hillary's server still dirty--let's hope so

Is it possible that the FBI is going to be able to recover all those "yoga" emails and Chelsea's wedding plans from Mamma Hillary's server? Well, according to The Washington Post, Platte River Networks says that it has "no knowledge of the server being wiped."

Maybe Hillary forgot to bring a "cloth or something."

The Denver, Colorado-based company took control of Hillary's unauthorized private server back in 2013 after it had been set up by Bryan Pagliano, a State Department staffer who was paid personally by Hillary.

It wouldn't surprise anyone if Pagliano was paid with funds from The Clinton Foundation, but that remains to be seen. Stay tuned--it makes a difference.

Clinton claims to have deleted 31,000 personal emails but kept the government emails and claims to have provided all of them to the government. Nothing on Benghazi; nothing on the family foundation.

A good mother would have kept the wedding emails and other personal ones for posterity and other sentimental reasons, but Hillary dumped them all, she claims. Yet she kept all of the government emails, all of which she says are "unclassified."

The first lie was when she claimed to only have one device for convenience and it was later discovered that she had at least 3 devices. It gets to a point where it's impossible to believe anything Hillary Clinton says.

It seems to me that if she "never sent or received" any classified emails, she wasn't doing her job as Secretary of State--that stuff comes with the territory. Remember, her lie went from "sent or received classified emails" to "sent or received any emails marked 'Classified.'

That's lawyer talk--she was simply trying to cover her pear-shaped butt.

A company spokesman for Platte River Networks told the Washington Post "Platte River has no knowledge of the server being wiped. All the information we have is that the server wasn't wiped."

I bet after hearing that, Hillary fired the "Wiper."

Hillary: a clear and present danger

First she thought you possibly had to wipe a server clean with a cloth, now she's saying that all those pesky classification rules are the real problem. Not her obvious poor judgment of putting government business on her private server in a Colorado bathroom, but the fact that she had to know and understand all those difficult rules when dealing with classified, secret and top secret information.

Claiming ignorance is an Obama tactic. While it usually works for him, it doesn't seem to be working for Hillary, and it goes with the old saying, "ignorance of the law is no excuse."

From a former official: “Our ridiculous classification rules” are the real problem:

Remember, back in March when she claimed that she is "certainly well-aware of the classification requirements and did not send classified material." So which statement is the lie?

Hillary may be a snake in a pants suit, but she's a lawyer and is fully aware of the ins and outs of law. To call our classification rules "ridiculous" is an arrogant mockery of why these rules exist: to protect us and our agents from harm, both foreign and domestic.

It is Hillary Clinton who, I believe, is most harmful to our national security.

Hillary: "I don't know how to even plug it in"

If you believe Hillary Clinton thinks you need a rag to wipe a server, you just might believe that one day chickens will darken the sky and Islam is a religion of peace. Somehow, some way, Hillary's computer devices along with those of her inner circle (some with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood) have been wiped clean.
What, me worry?

But the information on those devices don't belong to Clinton nor her lackey's, they belong to us, and now they are probably in the hands of China and/or Russia.

With a shrug of her shoulder, a roll of her eyes, she claimed to Fox News' Ed Henry that she doesn't know "how it works digitally at all."

Hillary's attorney, David Kendall, told a Senate committee the emails and other stored data on her computer server were erased before the devices were turned over to federal authorities.

Kendall said in a letter to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) the chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, that the server was given to the FBI on August 12 by Platte River Networks. They had the server in a closet in a bathroom and give the term "flushing the evidence" a new meaning.

In order to protect herself, Clinton, at a presser, refused to say whether the server was erased. Her ignorance of this seems to be a liberal theme in the present administration.

When Ed Henry tried to press her as to whether the server was wiped clean, Hillary joked, "What, like with a cloth or something? I don't know how it works digitally at all."

She apparently knows nothing about anything that might get her in trouble. The scandals continue but so does her run for president of the United States. It's a sad state of affairs to think that many liberals would give her a free pass from blame because of her last name and gender.

Hopefully, the FBI will be able to recover at least some, if not all, of the contents of her server and the deleted files.

However, in a separate case, the State Department filed a court report stating that the Blackberry devices belonging to two former Clinton aides, Cheryl Mills and Huma-Weiner-Wife-Abedin, have probably been destroyed or sold off by the agency.

The plot sickens.
