Ex-FBI Agent Convicted of Stealing Money, including a J6er

Nicholas A. Williams, a former FBI agent, repeatedly stole money during searches, including a search on a January 6 protestor.

Williams, a former FBI agent, stole over $10,000 while conducting searches. He's now looking at up to 10 years in federal prison and could be fined as much as $250,000. He was found guilty in September and will learn his sentence next month. This case sheds light on the corruption issues within the FBI, pointing to the urgent need for changes in the agency. It also brings attention to how January 6th protesters have been treated unfairly.

Federal court documents, as reported by Houston Public Media, reveal that Williams, serving in the criminal violent gang and counterterrorism squads, "embezzled and wrongfully converted" $1,200 during a search warrant execution in December 2020 in Houston. Then, in March 2022, he stole over $4,000 while carrying out another search at a residence.

One of the victims was the aforementioned peaceful J6 protester who was just inside the Capitol, The People's House, without causing any disturbance:

The third theft happened on Jan. 12, 2023, when Williams took over $1,500 and several silver bars from someone under investigation for being part of the Jan. 6 protest at the U.S. Capitol. In February, Alexander Fan admitted to a federal misdemeanor charge for being inside the U.S. Capitol during the protest and was sentenced to 12 months in prison.

Williams pulled off two more thefts in July and September 2023. The FBI reported that he also took several phones from the department in 2022 and wrongly used a government credit card.

The total value of the cash and items he stole was over $10,000. He used this money to purchase firearms and their accessories.

According to Houston Public Media, Williams has entered a plea agreement. As part of this deal, he must fully cooperate with any future federal investigations.

And now, with Kash Patel set to head the FBI, maybe he can get the agency squared away.

South Korea in chaos: President Yoel calls for martial law, Parliament rescinds and Yoel wants both sides arrested

Earlier today, President Yoon Suk Yoel, imposed martial law over the country claiming it is due to the North Korea communist threat and the elements of it inside the parliament. However, both parties within the S. Korean parliament decided together to lift the martial law--some of the soldiers even began to leave parliament but the military leaders said that martial law must remain in effect until the President lifts it.

Now the latest word is that Yoel has instructed the military to storm its parliament and raid the offices and arrest the opposition leader, both the socialist leader, Lee Jae-myung, and the conservative leader, Han Dong-hoon, of his own party. 

Yeol addressed the nation after midnight when he declared martial law, stating that it would be imposed immediately, but the South Korean National Assembly, aka Democratic Party opposed it. Even his own party, as mentioned, opposed martial law.

Despite the assembly chamber being closed and under military guard, 195 assembly members convened outside the building and voted unanimously to overturn the decree. Only 150 votes from the 300-member assembly were needed to repeal the president's edict.

National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-Shik declared that lawmakers “will protect democracy with the people.” He urged the police and soldiers to vacate the National Assembly grounds, and they complied.

The military leadership aligns with Yoon. A military spokesperson echoed Yoon's claim that the parliament could lead to “social confusion” and should be suspended.

The South Korean Democratic Party has moved beyond mere opposition into outright obstructionism. Yoon's legislative agenda is now stalled, with little chance of revival in the near future. Yoon accused the Democrats of transforming the nation into a “drug haven” and causing disorder. “The National Assembly has become a monster undermining liberal democracy, and the nation is in a precarious state, teetering on the edge of collapse," Yoon stated in his television address.

“We will eliminate the anti-state forces and restore the country to normalcy as quickly as possible," Yoon assured the public.

The leader of Yoon's conservative People Power Party, Han Dong-hoon, labeled the decision to impose martial law as “wrong” and pledged to “stop it with the people.” Opposition leader Lee Jae-myung, who narrowly lost to Yoon in the 2022 presidential election, denounced Yoon's announcement as “illegal and unconstitutional.”

Yoon, in a televised speech, argued that martial law would assist in “rebuilding and protecting” the country from “falling into the depths of national ruin.” He claimed he would “eradicate pro-North Korean forces and protect the constitutional democratic order.”

“I will eliminate anti-state forces as quickly as possible and normalize the country,” he said, asking the public to trust him and tolerate “some inconveniences.”

The martial law order forbids “denying free democracy or attempting a subversion” and criminalizes “fake news” along with “manipulating public opinion.” It also demands that doctors resume work, ending their months-long strike against increased medical school admissions. “Strikes, work stoppages and rallies that incite social chaos” are also banned.

Citizens have already begun to fill the streets in protest.

Given the military's division and public demonstrations against the first imposition of martial law in 40 years, what could Yoon's future hold?

The Democratic members of the assembly have been quick to initiate impeachments, having already removed three prosecutors and several ministers. President Yoon himself is under investigation for corruption, and this martial law decree seems to offer yet more ammunition for his detractors.

It's quite likely that Yeol will be impeached. At the least, he has royally screwed up.

Hebollah breaks ceasefire again and IDF responds with shock and awe

Well here they go again. Just a few hours or so ago, Hezbollah broke the ceasefire with Israel.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) has responded with a massive response in southern Lebanon while Iran has kept silent on the Hezbollah rocket attack and have their dirty hands full in Syria as the rebels are making great gains. Iran seems to be trying to juggle various tasks: helping Russia in the war against Ukraine, and helping Assad in the Syrian civil war. 

What's a terrorist country to do?

We don't yet know if someone "went rogue" and fired several rockets from Lebanon at Israeli military positions near Mount Dov's border area. This isn't the first time over the last few days that Hezbollah has been pushing the envelope and testing the Israeli reaction, but it looks as if the IDF has reacted swiftly and decisively. 

Hezbollah has been mobilizing in southern Lebanon and have even used Christian Churches as Hezbollah bases, which is causing Christian politicians in Lebanon saying that they're going to have to destroy Hezbollah, and it looks like they're hoping the IDF will do it for them. 

We don't know if this is previewing the end of the ceasefire or not, but it's too early to determine. Maybe Israel can hit them hard tonight and tell them to calm down and deescalate. Time will soon tell. Meanwhile the IDF is saying that they have begun "waves of attacks on Lebanon." But the Israeli government has not declared an end to the ceasefire--somehow the Hamas/Hezbollah anti-Semites will blame Israel for the attack.

Let's keep an eye on this breaking situation and pray for Israel and the IDF.

BREAKING: Democratic staffer nabbed trying to smuggle ammo into Cannon House Office Building

Very interesting. A congressional staffer who works for Rep. Joe Morelle (D-NY) was caught by the U.S. Capitol Police Monday morning as he was attempting to smuggle ammunition into the Cannon House Office Building.

Morelle (D) currently serves on the House Appropriations Committee and is the Ranking Member of the Committee on House Administration.

The USCP said in a statement:

At approximately 8:45 a.m., a House staffer entered the Cannon House Office Building and put his bag through screening. USCP officers noticed what appeared to be ammunition on the x-ray screen. After a hand search of the bag, officers found four ammunition magazines and eleven rounds of ammunition. The staffer told the officers that he forgot the ammunition was in the bag. 38-year-old Michael Hopkins (D) was arrested, and he is facing charges for unlawful possession of ammunition, including one charge for possession of a high-capacity magazine.”

It's likely he "forgot" he had ammunition in his bag and that high capacity magazines are against the law because the Democratic Party pushed this issue over and over until it passed as law. After all, don't most people put ammo at the bottom of their gym bag and pay no mind to the weight of four magazines and rounds bumping around?

At this time, it isn't known if Hopkins (D) is licensed to carry a firearm in D.C., what with their highly strict conditions. And if he's licensed to carry, is he allowed to possess ammunition outside his home or place of business?

Anyway, according to a D.C. criminal defense attorney:

When a person’s firearm is registered, they can keep ammunition for that firearm at their home or place of business. However, if they are found to be in possession of that ammunition outside of their home or place of business and they do not have the proper licensing to do that, they can be still charged with the crime. A separate license is required to carry the firearm and ammunition for that firearm outside of someone’s home or place of business.

Rep. Morelle's (D) office said in a statement on Monday:

This morning, our office was informed that a member of our staff was arrested by Capitol Police. We are currently gathering more information regarding the circumstances of the arrest. Our office is fully committed to cooperating with the investigation. As Ranking Member of the Committee on House Administration, Congressman Morelle is devoted to ensuring a safe and secure workplace for all.

According to his House bio, Morelle (D) is a member of the Gun Violence Task Force, and that is not a joke. He's also a member of the "Wine Caucus" and should be aware of the dangers of mixing alcohol and firearms.

On his Issues page, Morelle (D) bragged about his tough stance on firearms and insisted, "I’ve spent my entire career fighting for gun reform and it’s one of my top priorities in Congress. Together we have made progress, but there is still so much work to do to keep families safe."

If somehow Hopkins (D) or Morelle (D) get in any legal trouble over this, rest assured that President Biden (D) will pardon them.

Oh, by the way, did I mention that Hopkins is a Democrat?

ICC Prosecutor Khan uses warrant against Bibi as a distraction from his sexual assault allegations

The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Karim Khan, has been believably accused of sexual misconduct and, in my opinion, has attempted to deflect from his own situation by securing arrest warrants against Israeli and Hamasshole leaders, the latter who don't give a fig about the warrants. In fact, one of the persons issued a warrant, Mohammed Deif, [aka Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri] is dead. The joke is on Khan, or perhaps he's just a Khan artist.

The warrants were granted on Thursday at a time when Khan is facing allegations of sexual misconduct, which will be examined by external investigators. as reported by The Guardian.

The sexual misconduct inquiry, which is in its early stages, will focus on claims about Khan’s alleged conduct towards a woman who worked directly for him. The outlet reported in October that the  allegations included claims of unwanted sexual touching and “abuse” over an extended period, as well as of coercive behavior and abuse of authority.

Khan's lawyers said he "denies the whole of the allegations." The alleged victim is a 30-year-old lawyer who worked for the anti-Zionist/anti-Semite but has previously declined to comment.

Last week, the ICC's governing body sent the sexual misconduct allegations against Prosecutor Karim Khan to the UN's Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) for investigation, even though some at the top of the court were concerned about Khan's connections to this oversight group. Both Khan and the person accusing him are expected to be interviewed soon.

The allegations became public last month at a very sensitive time for the ICC, leading officials to say it opened the court up to criticism from those trying to discredit its investigation into Palestine.

Inside the ICC, Khan's been dealing with backlash from his own team because he didn't follow the advice of his top officials to take a leave of absence while the investigation is ongoing.

There's been a lot of unease in Khan's office, which has around 450 employees, because Khan and his team have suggested these allegations might be part of an attempt to smear him.

It seems as if Khan, an overt anti-Semite, doesn't need help being smeared--his reputation and rhetoric is like a pile of dog poop run over by a truck.

In his response to the claims, Khan has suggested the sexual misconduct allegations may be part of a campaign against him, publicly referring to "a wide range of attacks and threats" against the court.

However, as the Guardian reported last week, five ICC sources familiar with the situation said that while Israel or its allies may be attempting to take advantage of the allegations, many within Khan's top team did not believe they had been invented by external actors hostile to the court.

Officials close to Khan concluded earlier this year that it was highly unlikely the allegations were part of an espionage operation and no evidence or intelligence has emerged of any involvement of an intelligence agency, such as Israel's the Mossad.

After the allegations first emerged internally at the ICC in May, Khan and another official close to him are said to have urged the woman to disavow claims about his behaviour towards her, multiple officials told the Guardian last month. Khan denies this.

ICC sources said the alleged victim had told court authorities she would cooperate with an independent external inquiry. Multiple individuals who know the woman said recent efforts to politicize the situation had been deeply distressing for her.

American-Israeli hostage Omer Neutra died in Gaza captivity

Iraeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed Monday that 21-year-old Captain Omer Neutra was killed after the October 7, 2023 attack by Hamas and his body was taken to Gaza by the Hamassholes.

Newly uncovered intelligence allowed a specialized military commission, composed of rabbis, scientists, and lawyers, to officially confirm his death approximately 14 months after the initial incident, despite previous suspicions of his demise.

Omer Neutra, a lone soldier from New York, held the position of tank platoon commander in the 77th Battalion of the 7th Brigade.

On October 7, he was captured and taken into the Gaza Strip along with other members of his tank crew.

The tank crew under Neutra's command included Nimrod Cohen from Rehovot, currently detained in Gaza as a tank gunner, Oz Daniel from Kfar Saba, the tank loader, and Shaked Dahan from Afula, the driver, who the IDF has confirmed was killed while in Hamas captivity.

On Sunday, Neutra's parents spoke with The Jerusalem Post about the possibility of a hostage deal during President-elect Donald Trump's candidacy.

“He’s a deal maker. He’s done it before,” Ronen Neutra, Omer's father, said.

“We’re just hoping that he uses his leverage. You know, each side has their own leverages,” Orna Neutra, Omer's mother, said, adding, “We’re hoping that the combined effort will finally make something move."

"Omer loved sports, played soccer, basketball, and volleyball, and served as captain of his school’s sports teams," the Hostages Families Forum said of him.

"His family and friends described him as a warm, optimistic, and people-loving person who 'lights up the room the moment he enters,'" the forum added.

Hostages currently detained in Gaza captivity

Hamas is currently holding around 50 live and 50 dead hostages out of the original 250 it kidnapped. Around 80 were returned in a hostage deal in November 2023, another eight were rescued, and many others were either killed or their bodies were recovered.

Lyin' Joe and the pardoning of Hunter's crimes

"They can't touch you now, son."

Alleged President Joe Biden said that nobody is above the law but he left out the word 'almost'. As most people know by now, Joe has pardoned his son, Hunter, 54, of every crime he has committed for an entire decade of committing crimes.

Here are the crimes Hunter has been officially charged with: 

1. Tax Evasion. He had been indicted on nine counts, including not one, not two but three felonies for tax evasion including filing a false or fraudulent tax return for tax years 2016 through 2019. Also he failed to file and pay taxes and was accused of not paying $1,400,000 in self-assessed federal taxes and using funds for his 'high' lifestyle. 

2. Illegal firearm possession. He was convicted on three felony charges regarding the purchase of a gun in 2018, and this included making a false statement on the question as to whether he used drugs. [And you may recall that Hunter disposed of the weapon in a dumpster located near a school, which is another crime.]

Alleged Crimes that did not result in formal charges:

1. Money Laundering, tax fraud, and additional financial misconduct. His laptop, which turned out not to be Russian collusion, had information on it that show possible violations like money laundering and tax fraud. 

2. Violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). It had been alleged that Biden needed to register as a foreign agent based on his business dealings in China, Russia, Ukraine and Romania. Being above the law and possibly knowing Daddy would pardon  him, he did not register. 

3. Drug offenses. Reports, claims and photos suggest Hunter's involvement with drug [and prostitutes] but this has not been formally charged because he is the son of the U.S. President.

4. Sex related crime. Hunter's laptop depicted him as a whoring drug-addled son-of-a-president, but no charges have been filed, and if there had been, his daddy would pardon him anyway.

Although Biden previously said he would not pardon Hunter, he now claims that his son was "singled out," [unlike the J6 protesters who were not]. 

The pardon came before Hunter was expected to be sentenced on the gun and tax evasion crimes that he was convicted of in December. 

No prison time for the friends and families of the elite.

“No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong,” President Biden said.

In other words, if you or I evaded paying our taxes to the tune of millions, bought a gun illegally and lied on the federal form for the purchase, then disposed of it in a dumpster near a school, and laundered money from Russia, Ukraine, China and Romania as it was earmarked for political influence, we would be forgiven by the President, even if we were not related to him or were his pal. 

If you believe that nonsense, then you might also believe that snakes have hips.

BREAKING: Syrian rebels capture the crown jewel of the country as Russia now gets involved

Six Guys and a Tank

The civil war in Syria is escalating as this is being reported. Syrian President Bashar Assad's palace has been captured by the Islamist rebels and the Russian forces have begun to hit back. This internal conflict started very quickly and just as quickly has grown significantly just within the last few hours.

The rebels are comprised of different faction: the Turkish-backed HTS, [Hay'at Taharir al-Sham] that was operating in northwestern Syria, mostly in the Idlib Governorate; the al Qaida-linked jihadis, who are also supported by Turkey; then there are the Kurdish groups who are hitting back at the Islamists and also oppose Assad; and then there's the pro-democracy Syrians; and the ISIS militants who have combined forces with HTS. In other words, Syria is an enormous clusterfrack.

Assad spoke prior to the attacks saying that his regime will defeat "terrorists and supporters" which is the height of the lacking of self-awareness considering the number of Syrians this chinless POS had killed. 

Syrian and Russian fighter jets have launched joint air strikes on the rebels as they advance through the country after seizing Aleppo, its second-largest city, along with the Presidential Palace.

This is what the left tries to make January 6th appear to be, but this rebel attack is a real insurrection, not a fake news story.

HTS led the attack taking over most of Aleppo in a shock offensive on Saturday. They claim to have also entered the city of Hama.

Meanwhile Assad is in Russia prior to the attack and is now hoping to live longer as he remains there. Not surprisingly, his family has joined him there.

Military air strikes that hit the entrance of Aleppo University Hospital have killed 12 civilians and injured 23 others, the Syrian Civil Defense, known as the White Helmets, has said.

The Syrian army and Russians deny attacking civilians and say they have targeted insurgent hideouts, but both Assad and Putin have been known to fib.

Kurdish women and young girls have been kidnapped by the rebels and nothing is being done to stop this. The Kurds are the only "good guys" in the bunch, although they are socialists but not aggressors.

The Iraqi and Iranian Shi'a militias are mobilizing from Iraq and are heading toward Syria to oppose the rebels. The rebels are aiming to take Damascus, but this will be incredibly difficult for them to accomplish.

Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu said of this incident: "We are constantly monitoring what is happening in Syria. We are determined to both protect the vital interests of Israel and preserve the achievements of the war." He knows that the outcome of this conflict will affect everyone, in spite of his lack of love for Assad's regime. 

Israel is probably not currently worried about Syria's civil war right now, but he's keeping close watch on what happens next.
