Trump Takes Aim at Birth Tourism, Moves to Tighten Birthright Citizenship

President Donald Trump is once again reminding everyone that immigration policy is not supposed to be a suggestion box.

On Thursday, Trump signed two executive orders targeting birth tourism and expanding the definition of who does not qualify for birthright citizenship.

The move comes after the Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision in June in Trump v. Barbara, which ruled that birthright citizenship is a right under the Constitution.

Trump was not exactly thrilled with the ruling.

“We had a very unfortunate decision in the Supreme Court concerning birthright. It was close, but a very, very unfortunate decision. So we’re making adjustments because it’s very unfair,” Trump said.

He also argued that the original purpose of birthright citizenship has little to do with the modern cottage industry that has developed around it.

“This was done for a different reason. This was done right after the Civil War. This was for the babies of slaves, and what’s happening now? People are building businesses around it,” he added.

The White House explained that the first executive order identifies, among other categories, certain children of aliens who are not entitled to birthright citizenship, consistent with historical exceptions recognized by the Supreme Court in Barbara.

The second order delegates presidential authority to the secretaries of State and Homeland Security and directs them to shut down the practice of birth tourism.

Stephen Miller, the White House deputy chief of staff and a frequent source of nightmares for immigration activists, said the order ending birth tourism falls within the president’s authority under Section 215A of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

“This has been something that people have talked about not only for years but for decades,” Miller said.

Apparently, it was finally time to do something about it.

“The idea that people come here pretending to be a tourist, pretending to be a visitor, saying they want to go to Disneyland, they want to go visit a monument or go to a national park, but the real reason they’re here is to have a child, to make that child an automatic citizen, leave our country, and then have a U.S. citizen child,” he continued.

“It gives them access under this broken system to welfare benefits, ultimately to the voting booth, and all the other rights and privileges that belong solely to Americans. So that practice of birth tourism is, as of the signing of this order, hereby banned,” he added. “And what that means is that no one in the world is any more allowed to obtain a visa for this fraudulent purpose.”

Miller called the action one of Trump’s most important immigration moves.

“I would put this in the top three in terms of importance because it ends what has been one of the gravest and most egregious abuses of the American system, and it keeps American citizenship sacred,” he said.

The other executive order takes aim at broader categories of children of aliens who would not qualify for birthright citizenship.

“That includes, for example, alien enemies of the United States, members of foreign terrorist organizations, and large categories of people who lobby and act on behalf of foreign governments,” Miller said.

“And so, with taking this action, it ensures that large numbers of people who wrongly would be getting birthright citizenship will no longer be eligible for those benefits,” he added.

Trump also signed a proclamation establishing a minimum import price program for polysilicon and polysilicon derivative imports, an effort aimed at protecting American producers. The administration said the move also imposes a 15 percent tariff on derivative products to encourage these industries to move their operations to the United States.

“This is a series of trade and tariff actions under Section 232, intended to ensure that domestic polysilicon manufacturing is properly supported and protected from overseas dumping and offshore threats,” White House staff secretary Will Scharf said.

Polysilicon may not exactly be the stuff of campaign rallies, but it is critical to producing the silicon wafers used in computer chips, including those powering the artificial intelligence boom.

“So the president’s policies have brought 50 percent of production into America, but we need the foundational products made here. Otherwise, you know, we’re making the products here, but we need the supply chain here,” Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said.

In other words, making the fancy stuff in America while importing the ingredients from overseas is apparently not quite the industrial renaissance anyone had in mind.

Trump’s latest actions put both immigration and domestic manufacturing back where his administration apparently believes they belong: at the center of the America First agenda.

Conservatives erupt after DNC attacks top White House Official with vulgarity in personal attack

The official Democratic National Committee X account decided Wednesday afternoon that the best way to win back the normies was to channel their inner unhinged TikTok teenager. They dropped this gem in response to Stephen Miller needling a Democratic Senate candidate in Texas:

"Shut up, you ugly f--k" @TheDemocrats wrote.

How mature. The kind of sophisticated discourse that makes you wonder if the DNC's social media intern is still grounded for talking back to Mom.

For context, Miller had been having a grand old time on The Will Cain Show pointing out that Democrats in Texas had just made history by nominating their first transgender Senate candidate, or at least that's what it looked like based on the visuals.

Miller's crime? Mocking the absurdity. The DNC's response? Immediate nuclear-level personal insult, because policy debates are for chumps. But the truth is, when you're personally attacked with name-calling, you won the fight.

Katie Miller, who clearly doesn't get paid enough to deal with this circus, didn't miss a beat. She went full scorched earth on the account's operator: "Paulina Mangubat is who runs the Democrats’ account. She’s 30, unmarried with no kids. Put your name on it next time," Miller said. "This is what a sad, unhappy female liberal looks like. It’s why Pew reports 50% of them have been diagnosed with a mental condition."

Wow, that's a full psychological profile with receipts. Somewhere in a D.C. apartment filled with empty wine bottles and therapy workbooks, Paulina is refreshing her mentions and wondering where it all went wrong.

This is the party that spent years lecturing America about civility, unity and healing. The party that cried when Trump was ‘mean’ on Twitter. This is who they really are. And they wonder why they keep losing," Benny Johnson said.

"The official Democratic Party," the Libs of TikTok wrote in its own post, highlighting the spat."I'm sure this will get the votes you need," conservative radio host Dana Loesch posted on X."Hilarious these are the same people that complain about Trump being mean," conservative influencer Caleb Hull posted on X.

"This is where the median Democratic staffer's comms instincts are," Manhattan Institute VP Jesse Arm posted on X.

The greatest hits just kept coming. It's like the entire conservative internet showed up with popcorn to watch the Democrats live-tweet their nervous breakdown.

The target of the original Miller needle, James Talarico's campaign, responded by diagnosing everyone with "Talarico Derangement Syndrome." Cute. Almost as original as their entire platform.

Even some Democrats couldn't stomach the slop. Lifelong Dem strategist Jack Appleby clutched his pearls harder than a vegan at a steakhouse:

"As a lifelong Dem who’s donated free consulting to House Dem staffers, I find this so, so embarrassing for us. We complain about the right’s behavior, and now we’re doing stuff like this? Come on, Democrats. Do better."

Bless his heart. Someone get Jack a safe space and a participation trophy before the rest of the party excommunicates him for noticing.

This isn't an isolated brain fart—it's the new DNC brand strategy. Gov. Gavin Newsom's rapid response account has been telling critics to "f--- off" with the frequency of a sailor on shore leave. Apparently "aggressive and edgy" is what the kids are calling "completely unhinged and politically suicidal" these days.

The party that once clutched pearls over mean tweets has now devolved into the political equivalent of a drunk aunt screaming at the Thanksgiving table. And they're somehow shocked that normal Americans keep looking at this mess and saying, "Yeah, we're good, thanks."

Florida thinks an "Alligator Alcatraz" might be the thing to keep illegal aliens in place

Nom nom nom nom nom

Florida’s Attorney General James Uthmeier, a man with a plan, drops a bombshell video showcasing a proposed detention facility that could lock down about 1,000 illegal aliens in the heart of the Everglades. He’s dubbed it “Alligator Alcatraz,” and you can almost hear the gators snapping their jaws in approval. [H/T Fox News]

Uthmeier’s pitch? The Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport, a forgotten airstrip 50 miles west of Miami, rotting away in the muggy wilderness. “An old, virtually abandoned airport facility right in the middle of the Everglades,” he calls it, painting a picture of a place where the mosquitoes are meaner than the guards. But don’t let the decay fool you—this relic could be up and running in 30-60 days, ready to house 1,000 illegal aliens while they await their one-way ticket out.

Speaking with Fox News’s John Roberts, Uthmeier didn’t mince words: “We’re going to continue to [detain and deport]. We’ve got thousands of arrests underway. We’re going to enforce the law.”

Florida’s been flexing its muscle on this front, backing the Trump administration and ICE to round up criminal aliens like it’s open season. Uthmeier’s proud of the state’s track record, boasting, “Florida has been leading on immigration enforcement, supporting the Trump administration and ICE’s effort to detain and deport criminal aliens.”

And they’ve got the stats to back it up. ICE dropped a sledgehammer in Tallahassee on May 29, nabbing over 100 illegal aliens at a construction site. Then, between April 21 and 26, a massive joint operation hauled in over 1,100 illegal aliens, including members of violent foreign terrorist organizations and 378 with final deportation orders, the biggest immigration sting in Florida’s history.

The White House’s Stephen Miller, deputy chief of staff and homeland security hawk, has set the bar high with a goal of 3,000 arrests per day. Florida’s stepping up, and Uthmeier’s got his eyes on “Alligator Alcatraz” as the crown jewel. “The governor tasked state leaders to identify the places for new, temporary detention facilities. I think this is the best one. As I call it: Alligator Alcatraz,” he said, probably with a glint in his eye and a gleam from his gold tooth [if he has one].

Why’s it so perfect? This 30-square-mile patch of swamp is as isolated as it gets. Think Alcatraz, but instead of shark-infested waters, you’ve got gators and pythons ready to throw down.

Uthmeier’s betting on nature’s own security system, saying the Everglades’ reputation means you don’t need to blow the budget on a perimeter fence. Try escaping, and you’re gator lunch. Hence, “Alligator Alcatraz.” It’s a low-cost, high-fear setup for holding illegal aliens until they’re deported, and Uthmeier’s selling it like a man who knows the swamp’s got his back.

Of course, the left will probably say it's mean and cruel to set up a deadly perimeter like this, but all prisoners need to do is stay put until further notice.

What do you think? Is it a good idea?

Mohamed Soliman: who the hell is he? New details emerge on Boulder terror suspect WITH UPDATE

Alright, let’s cut through the noise. Mohamed Sabry Soliman, a 45-year-old living in El Paso County, Colorado, is the guy cops say went full jihad at a pro-Israel event in Boulder.

This dude allegedly chucked Molotov cocktails into a crowd of what he rightly believed were Jews and turned a weed sprayer into a damn flamethrower, leaving eight people with burns. Here’s the kicker: he told investigators he “wanted to kill all Zionist people” [read: 'Jews'] and was itching to do it again if he got the chance, per a federal affidavit.

Soliman got nabbed Sunday afternoon at Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall, where he went after a group pushing for the release of Israeli hostages being held by Hamassholes and their sympathizers in Gaza. Cops found 14 unlit Molotov cocktails near the scene, plus that gasoline-filled sprayer. The feds are slapping him with a hate crime charge, and the affidavit paints a grim picture of what was going through his head.

And while the weak-knee police chief Stephen RedFEARn refused to call it a hate crime, Soliman straight-up admitted that he “hated the ‘Zionist group’” and wanted to stop them from taking over “our land,” which he called Palestine, a land of make believe. The anti-Semite scumcrumpet planned this for a year, waiting until his daughter graduated to pull it off, the affidavit says.

This alleged terrorist is a father of five. He came to the U.S. on a B-2 tourist visa in August 2022, which expired over two years ago, according to DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. This means, of course, that he is here illegally. CBS and Fox News cite unnamed sources claimed the guy's Egyptian, and his external appearance seems to suggest that. For now, he’s cooling his heels in custody on a $10 million bond, with a hearing set for 1:30 p.m. local time.

What Happened in Boulder?

Police got the call at 1:26 p.m. Sunday about a nutcase attacking a peaceful weekly event at the Pearl Street Mall, where Israel supporters were advocating for the release of the Gaza hostages.

Witnesses say the Hamasshole sympathizer was screaming “free Palestine” while throwing an incendiary device and spraying flames. Twelve people were injured and of these, four men, four women, ages 52 to 88, were taken to Denver-area hospitals with burns, per Boulder PD.

FBI’s Denver boss, Mark Michalek, called it a “targeted act of violence” and said the bureau’s treating it as terrorism, because by definition, that's what terrorism is. Of course they didn't call it anti-Semitic terrorism, but that's typical, isn't it?

They found a Toyota Prius nearby with red rags, a jug of gas, and papers scribbled with “Israel,” “Palestine,” and “USAID.” Soliman admitted to learning how to make Molotov cocktails on YouTube, buying the stuff, and building them himself, the affidavit says. Thankfully he didn't see the YouTube video "How to make a bomb in the kitchen of your Mom," but I believe that's been taken down finally.

Visa Overstay and Asylum Gambit

McLaughlin says Soliman’s tourist visa ran out in February 2023, six months after he showed up. He applied for asylum in September 2022, and with the immigration court backlog at 3.6 million cases (per Syracuse University’s TRAC), that claim’s probably still sitting in limbo. B-2 visas are for short-term stuff like vacations or medical visits, but this guy clearly wasn’t here for a ski trip and he sure as hell wasn't needing asylum, like many of those who come into the country.

On X, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller called Soliman an “illegal alien” and ripped the Biden administration, claiming they gave him a work permit after his visa expired. No confirmation on that permit, but imagine if that's true.

Messages to His Family

Soliman told cops he left an iPhone hidden in a desk drawer at his Colorado Springs home, where he lives with his adoring wife and five kids, along with a journal. His wife handed over the iPhone 14 to the Colorado Springs PD, and FBI agents later raided the house. The FBI’s Denver office posted on X they were “conducting court-authorized law enforcement activity” but didn’t reveal what they found.

Lone Wolf or Something More?

Boulder Police Chief Stephen RedFEARn says they’re “fairly confident” Soliman acted alone, but they’re still digging. Michalek backed that up, saying there’s no link yet to a bigger network or group, though the feds are leaving no stone unturned. “This will be a thorough and complete investigation,” he said.

What’s Next for Charges?

Boulder County DA Michael Doherty’s teaming up with the U.S. attorney’s office to figure out the exact charges. “There are a couple different options,” he said, but promised they’re “100%” united in making sure Soliman faces the music.

This is a developing mess, and the feds are tight-lipped about what’s next. One thing’s clear: this wasn’t some spur-of-the-moment tantrum. Soliman had hate in his heart and a plan in his head. Stay tuned—this one’s far from over.

President Trump reacted to the attack on Monday saying:

"Yesterday’s horrific attack in Boulder, Colorado, WILL NOT BE TOLERATED in the United States of America," Trump posted on TRUTH Social. "He came in through Biden’s ridiculous Open Border Policy, which has hurt our Country so badly. He must go out under "TRUMP" Policy. Acts of Terrorism will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law. This is yet another example of why we must keep our Borders SECURE, and deport Illegal, Anti-American Radicals from our Homeland."

"My heart goes out to the victims of this terrible tragedy, and the Great People of Boulder, Colorado!" Trump added.

UPDATE: Soliman now charged with federal hate crime, planned anti-Semitic attack for a year, FBI says

AOC blasted for past anti-Israel comments after anti-Semitic terror attack

Well, folks, Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Communist stepped in it again. This time, the backlash is as scorching as a summer sidewalk in D.C.

After a terror attack outside the Capital Jewish Museum last week, the darling of the Dems tried to play the sympathy card on X, condemning the attack and tossing in some boilerplate about anti-Semitism. But the internet wasn’t buying her crocodile tears, simply because her track record on Israel reads like a Hamas fan club newsletter.

Here’s what she posted: “Absolutely nothing justifies the murder of innocents. I am devastated by the killing of two people outside an@AJCGlobal event here in Washington. Our prayers are with the victims, families, and loved ones of all impacted. As we await more details, we must be clear that hatred has no home here. Antisemitism is a threat to all we hold dear as a society. It must be confronted and rooted out everywhere.”

Sounds nice, right? Except the X peanut gallery smelled the hypocrisy from a mile away. One commenter nailed it: “Match-lighter Condemns Blaze.” Boom! That’s gonna leave a mark.

Arsen Ostrovsky, CEO of The International Legal Forum, wasn’t here for AOC’s vague platitudes either. He clapped back: “‘Two people’? They were two JEWS. And more specifically, worked at the Israeli Embassy. These are pertinent details. Maybe you ought to be more mindful of your relentless inflammatory rhetoric, that only emboldens the kinds of perpetrators from tonight’s heinous attack.”

Then there’s Terry Schilling, head honcho at the American Principles Project, who went straight for the jugular: “You need to apologize for your complicity. Stochastic terrorism and all.” Translation: AOC, your anti-Israel word vomit has consequences.

Stephen Miller, a big brain over at The Spectator, pointed out the inconvenient truth: the shooter reportedly yelled “Free Palestine” after gunning down Israeli Yaron Lischinsky and American Sarah Lynn Milgrim.

There you go; AOC’s favorite protest chant was the soundtrack to a double murder. Now that's embarrassing if you have a soul.

Let’s rewind. AOC’s been waving the “Free Palestine” flag for years, even excusing Palestinian violence back in 2019. Her logic? Israel’s “occupation” of Judea and Samaria—you know, that little corner of Israel where terrorism is basically a local pastime—forces people to riot.

“I believe that injustice is a threat to the safety of all people, because once you have a group that is marginalized and marginalized and marginalized — once someone doesn’t have access to clean water, they have no choice but to riot, right?” she blabbered on “Ebro in the Morning.” Heavy thoughts for a dolt.

Fast forward to March 2024, and she’s still at it, accusing Israel of “genocide” in Gaza after Hamas pulled off the deadliest attack on Jews since the Holocaust.

“As we speak, in this moment, 1.1 million innocents in Gaza are at famine’s door,” she bloviated on the House floor. “A famine that is being intentionally precipitated through the blocking of food and global humanitarian assistance by leaders in the Israeli government.” She added, “If you want to know what an unfolding genocide looks like, open your eyes.”

So how has the Gazan population gone from between 60,000 and 80,000 in 1948, to 2,100,000 today if Israel is committing genocide? Isn't that what Hamas was trying to do to the Jews on October 7, 2023? Isn't Hamas stealing aide from Israel and the US intended for Gazans and either selling it at high prices and keeping what they need for themselves?

Here’s the kicker: Israel’s been letting hundreds of aid trucks roll into Gaza daily, only for Hamas to swipe the goods like it’s a Black Friday sale. The UN’s distribution system? A terrorist’s dream. Israel recently eased up on aid restrictions, but guess what? Armed goons are still looting the trucks once they cross the border. Shocker.

AOC’s sanctimonious posturing might play well with her Brooklyn barista fanbase, but when your rhetoric sounds like it could be chanted at a terror rally, maybe it’s time to rethink your brand. The X mob’s got her number, and they’re not letting her skate on this one. Pass the popcorn.

Jezebel 'reporter' "Will personally be thrilled if Stephen Miller" dies of COVID-19

Molly Osberg, a so-called reporter at Jezebel squeezed out an article Friday that said she would "be thrilled if Stephen Miller" dies from COVID-19. Miller is President Trump's adviser.

Miller is married to Vice President Mike Pence’s press secretary Katie Miller, Stephen’s wife and she tested positive for the novel coronavirus, the White House announced Friday.

The article Osberg expelled from what seems to be her nether regions was titled "I Will Personally Be Thrilled If Stephen Miller Dies of Covid-19." It was published on the website and clearly exemplifies the hatefulness of the "tolerant left."

Osberg wrote, “And while I am generally loathe to wish physical harm on those I disagree with, and while I do wish Katie a speedy recovery, I’m comfortable shedding whatever objectivity I have here to say I desperately hope Stephen Miller contracts covid-19.”

We all hope you had a happy Mother's Day, Molly.

The website promoted the article on Twitter because the magazine and some of its staff sucks and it needs to resuscitate itself.

The venomous article sparked controversy over the weekend.  Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) called the post “sick and twisted.”
Molly Osberg
“A horrendous opinion that should make decent people recoil. A horrendous opinion that should also make decent people pity the author,” White House reporter for Real Clear Politics Philip Wegmann tweeted.

Imagine if Osberg contracts the virus. I suspect true conservatives and libertarians won't respond the same way she did and will not show the same hatred her article spewed toward Miller.

More disturbing part about this — and it’s understood it’s Jezebel — is that an editor/decision-maker green-lighted this. But hey… if it gets clicks, right? https://t.co/se43dngnhS

And you wonder what the next four years will be like.

CNN's mean-spirited Navarro slammed for Stephen Miller wedding comment

"When we really see other people as they are without taking it personally, we can never be hurt by what they say or do." -- Miguel Angel Ruiz
The Compromised News Network's (CNN) Ana Navarro mocked White House senior adviser Stephen Miller on the day of his wedding saying, "God help us. It's going to procreate."

The mean-spirited Navarro, a regular with the geniuses on "The View" and who once compared disgraced porn lawyer Michael Avenatti to "the holy spirit," was responding to former White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus' offer of congratulations to Miller and his new bride and shared a photo of them.

I repeat Navarro's words: “God help us. It’s going to procreate.”

The mainstream media hit back at Navarro, and CNN said they would no longer have her appear on their network--just kidding! They said nothing of the sort.

NewsBusters managing editor Curtis Houck speaking to Fox News said that Navarro’s tweet is simply the latest example of hypocrisy from the mainstream media.

“There is no bottom for Ana Navarro and her giggling fanbase over at CNN. She's proven herself to be a female equivalent of the incredibly crass Rick Wilson,” Houck said, referring to the Republican political consultant who recently mocked Trump supporters as CNN’s Don Lemon burst out laughing like a little girl being tickled by Chris "Frodo" Cuomo.

“Their lectures about civility, decency, and goodness continue to ring hollow,” Houck added.

Miller married Katie Waldman on Sunday. She is the press secretary for Vice President Mike Pence. The ceremony took place at Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., and President Trump was in attendance.

Navarro is a fake Republican strategist who is now an anti-Trump bloviator. You can find her wherever sphincters are sold.

Ilhan Omar calls Stephen Miller a 'white nationalist'

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), hasn't met a Jew she doesn't dislike. The anti-Semite took to Twitter on Monday to criticize White House adviser Stephen Miller's influence on policy and called him a "white nationalist."

Miller is Jewish.

In case you don't know, white nationalists tend to hate Jews, blacks, Hispanics, Muslims and basically everyone who isn't a white nationalist. So Omar somehow made another, oops, inadvertent anti-Semitic slip.

Miller has a strong influence over President Trump’s immigration policy and was reportedly instrumental in the ousting of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirsjen Nielsen.

“Stephen Miller is a white nationalist,” Omar hatefully tweeted. “The fact that he still has influence on policy and political appointments is an outrage.”

The fact that Omar is in American government, the fact that she's on the foreign affairs committee, is an outrage.

Her tweet sparked fierce backlash on Twitter.

Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY), posted on Twitter that he has never seen another member of Congress “target Jewish people like this.”

The president’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., also weighed in, calling her the “head of the Farrakhan Fan Club” and that she “apparently has no shame.”

Meanwhile, Omar is in a bit of a jam over campaign financing. She apparently used some of the donations to pay her divorce lawyer, ostensibly to settle the case in which she is or was divorcing her brother whom she married in order to get him into the country illegally.

No wonder she's all for illegal immigration and open borders. It isn't business . . . it's just personal.

BREAKING: Jim Acosta secretly working for Trump agenda

Okay, it isn't so secret because it's so obvious--CNN's Jim Acosta is helping President Trump prove to the American public that border walls work. He pretended to downplay Trump's claims of a border crisis, but nobody working for CNN [aka Comedy News Network] could actually be that stupid.

So, you've been outed, Jimbo. You love Trump almost as much as you love Jim Acosta.

Cool shades, by the way.

“Here are some of the steel slats that the president’s been talking about,” Acosta said while reporting from the southern border. “But as we’re walking along here, we’re not seeing any kind of imminent danger.” [Wink, wink]

To see moron more on this video go here to Fox News.

“There are no migrants trying to rush toward this fence," the Jim Acosta-loving Jim Acosta said as he attempted to hide a smile that he must only share with President Trump in private.

Acosta then declared there was “no sign of the national emergency that the president has been talking about” and it was “tranquil” near him. He captioned the video, “I found some steel slats down on the border. But I don’t see anything resembling a national emergency situation.. at least not in the McAllen TX area of the border where Trump will be today.”

President Trump needs to send Acosta a Thank You card.

CNN’s chief White House correspondent – who seemingly uploaded the video from a local Burger King – is in Texas awaiting Trump’s border visit. He used both hands to handle his Whopper and had a side of fries and a bit of crow.

While Acosta often clashes with the president and his aides, he proved that it was all a deflection from reality. He loves Trump and loves the idea of a wall to keep the competition out.

While some may have been fooled into thinking that since it was Jim Acosta making the video, it helps prove Trump’s point that a wall or barrier along the Southern border could help prevent illegal border crossings.

But let's not jump the gun. It is possible that Acosta didn't mean to push for a wall and really does hate Trump so much that he can't hide it from his angry journalismings that he writes. If that's the case, then social media strategist Caleb Hull got it right when he responded on Twitter:
“Jim Acosta just posted one of the biggest self owns ever,”  ‘He's walking along the border where there's a wall in place talking about how there's nothing that ‘resembles a national emergency situation’ and ‘there's no migrants trying to rush.’ That's because there's a wall, Jim."
Others who may have been fooled [if I'm correct] were swiping at Acosta and went after him on Twitter.  Stephen Miller posted:
"Er, you found a place where there is a barrier and all is quiet? Jim, do you know what point you're actually making . here?"
Acosta knows exactly what he's doing. He's helping himself by helping Trump. Acosta is counting on Trump winning in 2020 so he, Jim Acosta, can stay in the news too. It's all an incredible plot.

It's a new year and the world still hasn't come to an end with President Trump in the White House, in spite of what the media and the left [but I repeat myself] would have you believe.

I hope that you will follow Brain Flushings throughout the year and feel free to comment on any issues of concern. Please subscribe and check out the sponsors on these pages too.

Teacher who tried to ruin Trump aide's life with glue charge, suspended

The teacher who tried to ruin White House advisor Stephen Miller's life and possibly getting him a week of detention and eraser-cleaning, is getting suspension.

Miller, an alleged "controversial" aide to President Trump, had been accused of glue-eating by teacher Nikki Fiske when little Stephen was in the 3rd grade. That made him about 8-years-old; certainly old enough to know that eating glue could, and probably will, come back to haunt him one day.

Fiske, however, was not lauded by her school and instead, has been forced to take a "time out."

The Daily Beast reported:
The teacher who claimed this week that controversial White House aide Stephen Miller ate glue as a kid has been suspended from her job. Miller--now the mastermind behind Donald Trump's most hardline immigration policies--was an odd kid, according to comments from veteran teacher Nikki Fiske. She recounted this week to The Hollywood Reporter: "He would pour the glue on his arm, let it dry, peel it off, and then eat it. He was a strange dude."
But was he as strange as that weird 9-year-old in the back of the room that farted incessantly and ate his boogers?

The Hollywood Reporter said the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District has placed Fiske on "home assignment" while deciding what to do about the matter. [Something about privacy matters and "her release of student information." Maybe they frown on it.]

The angry teacher also said of then 8-year-old Miller: "I was always trying to get him to clean up his desk--he always had stuff mashed up in there."

Fiske said that she was not concerned about Miller academically. Obviously, he is an intelligent man. But then again, wasn't he something of a typical child? Kids do weird stuff--it's in their job description.

Will Stephen Miller become next WH comm director?

Now that Anthony Scaramucci is gone, there's a job opening at the White House for communications director. And if there's one thing for certain it's that senior policy adviser Stephen Miller knows how to communicate.

Miller schooled Crappy News Network's Abilio James Acosta over immigration. (Acosta doesn't use his first name possibly because it sounds too ethnic, or possibly because he's just a dishonest fake news reporter, or possibly both.)

After Miller figuratively and intellectually kicked Acosta's butt, he may have caught the president's ear and be under consideration for the Mooch's job as communications director.

But there is still an ongoing search to fill that position and Miller is not the top contender, according to my anonymous source who goes by the pseudonym "Vinny Boombots."

According to Vinny, Miller's 'cred' is growing with Trump after the CNN debacle in which Acosta discarded his role as a journalist, and tried to debate Miller. He lost miserably because he didn't know what he was talking about and Miller was prepared.

It's so obvious that the mainstream media is out to remove Trump from office as they put politics over country.

The media is even upset that President Trump is taking a well-earned vacation while the White House is being renovated.

Where's Waldo and Steve Bannon?

Where in Sam Hill is Steve Bannon? He seems to have disappeared from the political scene.

The guy who was once called "The Great Manipulator" and is Trump's senior adviser, has pulled back, probably to save his job.

Bannon wasn't around on Trump's trips to Europe for the G20 summit and absent from the visit of French President Emmanuel Macron. This is truly a bellwether as Bannon has a strong interest in European politics and antipathy to the EU.

He hasn't been around for the White House's very sensitive policy debates and some even say they've heard Steve weeping quietly in one of the White House bathroom stalls.

Bannon has been humbled by President Trump's growing suspicion that he's looking out only for himself, and is in a self-imposed exile, away from the administration's inner circle to save his bacon, according to several White House invisible advisers.

Regarding Trump's Warsaw speech that called for the defense of Western civilization and echoed Bannon's very own ideology, it turns out Bannon didn't write a single word of it, nor did he participate in the administration's conference calls to strategize the speech. In fact, the speech was mostly written by chief speechwriter Stephen Miller, national security adviser H.R. McMaster and speechwriters Vince Haley and Ross Worthington.

"His name wasn't even mentioned," came the voice of a senior White House anonymous official through a black curtain that hid his identity.

According to another anonymous White House aide, Bannon now spends hours camped out at the conference table, reading the news or working on his phone.

Perhaps he's checking Twitter for the latest on POTUS's thoughts.

The truth is, Bannon enjoys working in the shadows, but I believe his Trump administration days are numbered. I give him six months.

Almost 2 million non-citizens illegally registered to vote

A huge number of non-citizen Hispanics, perhaps as many as 2 million, were illegally registered to vote in the US according to a nationwide poll. Guess for which party they voted.

Why is it that only conservatives really want voter ID and immigration laws that are on the books to actually be followed?

The National Hispanic Survey provided more evidence for anti-voter fraud conservatives and supported an analysis by Old Dominion University professors who said non-citizens illegally voted in potentially large numbers.

President Trump said he's going to appoint a task force to uncover voter fraud and Vice President Pence will head it. The task force will focus on inaccurate voter registration polls, which are maintained by each state and the District of Columbia.

White House adviser Stephen Miller told ABC News that "It is a fact and you will not deny it, that there are massive numbers of non-citizens in this country who are registered to vote. That is a scandal. We should stop the presses."

The Hispanic survey was conducted in June 2013 by McLaughlin and Associates but didn't get much press. The purpose was to analyze the opinions of US resident Hispanics on a number of different issues.

The sample size consisted of 800 Hispanics, 448 of whom said they were non-citizens and of those, 13 percent admitted they were registered to vote. Presumably, the 448 non-citizens would consist of illegal immigrants and non-citizens who are in the country legally, such as visa holders or permanent residents.

It is a felony based on 1996 federal law, for non-citizens to register. The poll didn't ask if they actually voted.

Mathematically, if the 13 percent of the 2013 US Census numbers for non-citizen Hispanic adults were applied, that would amount to about 1.5 million illegally registered Latinos, claims James Agresti, the director of the research nonprofit "Just Facts."Accounting for margin of error, the range is from 1.0 million to 2.1 million.

That's a lot of illegal Democratic votes.

Of course not every illegal voter would actually vote Democratic. At least one to 200 would possibly vote conservative--most likely, one and he would have probably hit the wrong lever.

"Contrary to the claims of many media outlets and so-called fact-checkers, this nationally representative scientific poll confirms that a sizable number of non-citizen in the US are registered to vote," Mr. Agresti said.

In 2013, another 8.3 million non-Hispanic non-citizens lived in the US, according to the Census. One can only wonder how many of them were registered to vote.

As our immigrant population, both legal and illegal, keeps growing, the problem of non-citizens voting illegally has caught the attention of grass-roots conservative groups. Democrats stand to gain with the alien vote and they haven't really complained about the problem--in fact, they deny it exists.

In 2014, two professors at Old Dominion University (ODU) and one at George Mason University collaborated to do a data-driven analysis of non-citizen voting. Their data came from the biennial Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES), headquartered at Harvard University.

Using CCES responses to citizenship questions, the ODU team estimated that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in the 2008 Obama election. They projected a range as low as 38,000 and as high as 2.8 million.

Of course, the CCES authors at Harvard (where they teach young men to wash their hands after they use the urinal) reacted with outrage, claiming the small number of respondents among a sample of 38,000 made the responses meaningless. They picked at their numbers and came to the leftist Harvard conclusion that zero non-citizens voted.

That should give everyone pause, in spite of the liberal media proclaiming the ODU study was now "debunked." The ODU professors stand by their work and have filed counter-rebuttals.

It should be noted that Harvard professors, all but Alan Dershowitz, believe Al Gore is a global warming genius.

The 2013 Hispanic Survey tends to confirm the ODU work as the survey's 13 percent registration rate is totally in sync with what the CCES data indicates in multiple elections.

The ODU paper found that in 2008, 2010 and 2012 between 14.5 and 15.6 percent of self-declared non-citizen adults were registered to vote. Thus, the CCES and National Hispanic Survey data align very nicely with each other.

But don't tell that to the liberal media.

In spite of the stupidity of the liberal media, the White House is not backing off from the issue. Stephen Miller made the case on Sunday's "ABC's This Week" where he totally pissed of former Clinton towel boy, George Stephanopoulos.

"An issue of voter fraud is something we're going to be looking at very seriously and very hard," Miller said. "But the reality is, is that we know for a fact, you have massive numbers of non-citizens registered to vote in this country. Nobody disputes that."

"The White House has provided enormous evidence," he added, "with respect to voter fraud, with respect to people being registered in more than one state, dead people voting, non-citizens being registered to vote. And, as a country, we should be aghast about the fact that you have people who have no right to vote in this country, registered to vote, canceling out the franchise of lawful citizens of this country."

Stephanopoulos didn't deal with that, however, he went after President Trump for claiming there were 3 to 5 million illegals voting November 8th and that voters were bused in from Massachusetts to vote in New Hampshire.

Then George's cell phone rang and he put Bill Clinton on hold while he finished his "fair and balanced" attack on Miller.
