POTUS warns that starting tonight, Iran can expect shock and awe

The game is over. The talks are done. It is time to clean up the mess, or at least try to, because negotiations with what is left of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards have been a total failure. It is not shocking. These are terrorists and you can trust them like you can trust the scorpion carrying a frog across the stream.

After weeks of messing around with whatever is left of Iran’s government, Trump said enough. He ordered new airstrikes, a complete blockade, and announced that the United States will now charge tolls for passage through the Strait of Hormuz.

On July 13, 2026, during an interview with Hugh Hewitt on Salem Radio, the President said the U.S. would strike Iran hard that night and the next day. Media outlets and commentary have framed his remarks using the dramatic phrase “hell will rain down” or “all hell will rain down,” echoing similar tough rhetoric he has used before regarding Iran.

Trump stated: “We’re going to hit Iran very hard tonight and we're going to hit them hard tomorrow, and there's not a damn thing they can do about it.”

He described the Iranian regime and remnants of the Revolutionary Guards as “stone-cold crazy people,” “cuckoo,” “sleaze bags,” and “extremely unreliable.” He noted that a prior memorandum of understanding or test deal had failed because Iran did not honor it. He also referenced watching Iran’s nuclear situation closely and mentioned the possibility of striking sites like “Pickaxe Mountain,” a fortified underground complex near Natanz.

The U.S. has been conducting airstrikes on Iranian military targets. U.S. Central Command reported that a third consecutive night of strikes began at 4:45 p.m. ET on July 13, targeting Iranian forces to degrade their capabilities. Over 300 targets have reportedly been hit in recent days.This follows the breakdown of an earlier ceasefire reached around April to June 2026.

Trump has said the ceasefire is over. Key flashpoints include control of the Strait of Hormuz, Iranian actions against shipping, and concerns over Iran’s nuclear program and regime behavior.Trump notified Congress of the new military actions. Additional measures include a U.S. blockade of the Strait of Hormuz and charging tolls for passage.This fits a pattern of escalatory warnings from Trump throughout 2026.

In April 2026 he issued 48-hour deadlines tied to reopening the Strait of Hormuz. In June 2026 he warned that “all hell will rain down” if Iran pursued nuclear weapons during ceasefire talks. Strikes are already underway as of the evening of July 13.

The situation remains fluid, with ongoing military action, negotiations reportedly continuing in some form, and high tensions over energy routes and regional stability. Trump’s Iran Strike Claims Under Fire: Leaked Report Questions “Total Obliteration” of Nuclear Sites

The Trump administration is scrambling to spin a leaked Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) report that pours cold water on President Donald Trump’s bold claim that U.S. airstrikes “completely and totally obliterated” three Iranian nuclear facilities, like never before in the history of airstrikes. The report, splashed across CNN and The New York Times, suggests the strikes, part of Operation Midnight Hammer, only set Iran’s nuclear program back by a few months, not the knockout blow Trump touted.

In a national address right after the strikes, Trump didn’t hold back, [does he ever?] declaring the sites at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan “completely and totally obliterated.” He doubled down Saturday, calling the operation “very successful” and insisting Iran’s nuclear enrichment capabilities were toast. But the DIA’s assessment, based on a U.S. Central Command battle damage report, says otherwise, claiming Iran’s stash of enriched uranium survived the onslaught, according to seven sources briefed on the findings.

The administration is now in full damage-control mode, with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth dismissing the DIA report as “low confidence.” That’s Pentagon-speak for “we don’t have enough data to be sure,” a point echoed by experts. 

“Low confidence means the analyst is not sure of the accuracy of their assessment,” said retired Navy Rear Adm. Mark Montgomery, now a senior fellow at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies. “This is frequent with a Quick Look 24-hour assessment like this one.”

Montgomery’s colleague, piled on, noting that “low confidence assessments are usually issued when key facts have yet to be verified, which certainly applies in this case.” Translation: the DIA report might be more of a rough draft than a definitive verdict.

But the skepticism isn’t just coming from the leaked report. Experts are cautioning against snap judgments, both optimistic or pessimistic. 

Dan Shapiro, former U.S. ambassador to Israel and now with the Atlantic Council, told Fox News Digital that early assessments, like the DIA’s, likely rely on satellite imagery alone. “That’s one piece of the puzzle of how you would really make this assessment,” Shapiro said. “You’d really want to have to test all the other streams of intelligence, from signals intelligence, human intelligence, other forms of monitoring the site, potentially visits by International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors, potentially visits by other people. So that’s going to take days to weeks to get a real assessment.”

Still, Shapiro’s not entirely bearish. “But I think it’s likely that if the munitions performed as expected, that significant damage was done, and would set back the program significantly,” he added.

Gen. Dan Caine, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, tried to thread the needle Sunday, saying initial battle damage assessments showed “all three sites sustained extremely severe damage and destruction” but admitted a final verdict would “take some time.” That’s a far cry from Trump’s chest-thumping.

The strikes, which followed escalating Israel-Iran tensions, dropped serious firepower, over 14 30,000-lb. bombs, according to Rob Greenway, a former Trump National Security Council deputy assistant now at The Heritage Foundation. 

Greenway says the sheer volume of ordnance means the facilities are likely “no longer serviceable.” “We were putting twice the amount of ordnance required to achieve the desired effect, just to make sure that we didn’t have to go back,” he told Fox News Digital. “There’s virtually no mathematical probability in which either facility can be used again by Iran for the intended purpose, if at all, which again means that everything now is within Israel’s capability to strike if that’s required.”

But assessing the damage isn’t straightforward. Greenway noted the strikes targeted underground facilities, which complicates things. “Each of these are one piece of a much larger puzzle, and you’re trying to gauge the ultimate effect of the entirety of the puzzle, not just one particular strike,” he said. Add in Israel’s prior strikes on the same sites, and it’s a messy intelligence jigsaw puzzle that could take “one or two months” to piece together with higher confidence.

Michael Allen, a former National Security Council senior director under George W. Bush, said the intelligence picture will get “richer” soon. “Stuff is pouring in, and we’re out there collecting it, and they’re trying to hustle it to the White House as soon as possible,” he said.

Meanwhile, the White House is as angry as a bag of cats about the leak. 

Press secretary Karoline Leavitt called the leaker “irresponsible” and vowed the FBI would hunt them down. “That person was irresponsible with it,” Leavitt told reporters Thursday. “And we need to get to the bottom of it. And we need to strengthen that process to protect our national security and protect the American public.”

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, weighing in on Fox News’ Special Report, outlined the broader impact of Operation Midnight Hammer on the Middle East, but the real question is whether Trump’s victory lap was premature. For now, the administration’s battling a narrative that its big win might not be as big as advertised, and it’s got a leaked report to thank for the headache.

BREAKING:Trump Drops the Hammer on Iran’s Nuke Dreams, and the World’s Better for It

President Donald Trump didn’t just talk the talk, he walked the walk, and Iran’s nuclear ambitions are now a smoldering pile of rubble. His 2-week time out with Iran was apparently a bluff. The only '2' Iran saw, was the B-2 bombers that dropped a loud on top of their heads.

After days of Israeli air raids softening up the target, Trump green-lit U.S. airstrikes to obliterate Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, and let’s just say the mission was a masterclass in American firepower.

“We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home. Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this. NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE! Thank you for your attention to this matter,” Trump announced on Truth Social Saturday night, probably while sipping a Diet Coke and grinning ear to ear.

The big target was Fordow, Iran’s fortress-like nuclear facility tucked deep in a mountain south of Tehran. Good luck rebuilding that one, mullahs. “We're the only ones that have the capability to do it,” Trump bragged on Tuesday, hours before the bombs started falling. And he’s not wrong: nobody else could’ve pulled this off with such precision.

Trump just announced that "Fordow is gone."

Leading up to the fireworks, Iran’s regime played hardball, refusing to negotiate or ditch their nuke program, even after Trump gave them extra time to wise up. The man’s patience isn’t infinite, and he made that crystal clear. “We're not looking for a ceasefire. We're looking for a total and complete victory. Again, you know what the victory is: no nuclear weapon,” Trump said at the White House. “I don't want to get involved either, but I've been saying for 20 years — maybe longer — that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.”

He wasn’t subtle about the stakes, either. “They'd [Iranian regime] use it. I believe they'd use it,” he warned. “They should've made that deal. I had a great deal for them. They should've made that deal. In the end, they decided not to do it — and now they wish they did it.” Ouch. That’s gotta sting worse than a sandstorm in Tehran.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei kept poking the bear, threatening Trump and the U.S. right up until the strikes began. Their Foreign Minister Araqchi huffed, “Americans want to negotiate and have sent messages several times, but we clearly said that as long as this aggression doesn’t stop, there’s no place for talk of dialogue.” Aggression? Buddy, you’ve been at war with the U.S. since ’79. Maybe check your own backyard before whining.

Polls showed Americans were all-in on this one, with huge majorities cheering the decision to take out Iran’s nuke program. And let’s not forget the assist from Israel—their Air Force and sneaky Mossad ops dismantled Iran’s missile defenses, comms, and banking systems, setting the stage for the U.S. to deliver the knockout punch.

Trump’s message? Don’t mess with the best. Iran’s nuclear dreams are done, and the world’s a safer place because of it. Now, as the man said, it’s time for peace—on our terms.

Israel hits Iran from within and wow, did they do some damage

Not a single civilian was killed. Some of the top IRGC leaders were eliminated while they were in the process of eliminating--that is, while on the toilet--seriously. Israel has preemptively struck Iran, destroying their nuclear facilities and taking out most of the IRGC leaders, and not for a romantic dinner.

Seventy-eight people have been eliminated and 329 injured in the latest available information coming from the 'always dependable' Iranian Health Ministry. Take that for what it's worth.

Israel just dropped a bombshell, unveiling rare footage of Mossad operatives pulling off audacious, in-your-face strikes deep inside Iran, shredding their air defenses and ballistic missile launchers like paper. This wasn’t some overnight op, Israel’s been playing the long game, meticulously setting the stage for years.

Mossad didn’t just sneak in; they built a doggone drone base right under Tehran’s nose. They smuggled precision weapons and their commandos slipped in under the radar. The IDF and Mossad were locked in step, orchestrating a masterclass in covert warfare. A security official told The Times of Israel that this operation was years of prep, smuggling high-tech gear and operatives into Iran to gut their nuclear and missile programs.

Per the official, Mossad agents set up a drone base on Iranian soil near Tehran. Those drones lit up the night, hammering surface-to-surface missile launchers aimed at Israel, and they didn’t stop there. Vehicles packed with weapons systems were smuggled in, wiping out Iran’s air defenses and handing Israeli jets total control of the skies.

Then there’s the kicker: Mossad commandos, cool as ice, deployed precision missiles to knock out anti-aircraft sites in central Iran. The official called it “groundbreaking thinking, bold planning and surgical operation of advanced technologies, special forces and agents operating in the heart of Iran while totally evading the eyes of local intelligence.” 

That’s akin to sending exploding pagers to Hezbollah.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu came out swinging in a video Thursday: "We are at a decisive moment in Israel's history. Moments ago, Israel launched Operation Rising Lion, a targeted military operation to roll back the Iranian threat to Israel's very survival. This operation will continue for as many days as it takes to remove this threat." 

No fluff. Israel’s going for the jugular.

The opening salvo has Iran reeling and Khamenei fleeing. 

Israel's IAF hit nuclear sites, including the Natanz enrichment facility, and took out key military brass.

President Trump piled on Friday, telling Iran to "make a deal, before there is nothing left." That’s not a warning; it’s a countdown, but Iran now says they are officially ending negotiations. What a joke.

Explosion goes off near nuclear site Natanz, Iran according to report

Natanz, Iran -- A blast in the area of a nuclear facility in Natanz was reported on Saturday. According to officials, the blast was caused by an air defense test.

The explosion was heard at least 12 miles away from the nuclear plant, the IRNA, Iran's state propaganda news outlet reported.

“Badroud residents heard the noise and saw a light which showed an object had just blown up in the skies over the city,” a witness told IRNA.

Nour News, a website linked to Iran's Revolutionary Guards, claimed the blast was not an attack but was caused by a missile testing Iran's air defenses' preparation for a potential attack, which is only likely to happen if Iran tries to destroy Israel, or the Jewish State gets good intel that Iran is ready to preemptively strike them.

Some of the reports said a drone was shot down but with all the fake news nowadays, you never know.

The blast comes amid high tensions between Iran and world powers. Meanwhile, Tehran continues to enrich Uranium and only an idiot or a demented individual such as Joseph Robinette Biden, would think that it's only for the purpose of heating homes.

The explosion comes only one day after nuclear negotiations were halted in Vienna, with Western countries saying Iran had come to the talks with unrealistic proposals, such as allowing them to eliminate Israel and all the Jews, for example.

Iran’s uranium enrichment facilities in Natanz have seen several reported attacks in recent years which have been attributed to Israel. Hopefully they are correct because it gives one the sense of relief knowing that Israel can accomplish such a feat.

This past April, the underground facility in Natanz suffered an unexplained explosion causing damage to some of its centrifuges. In July, there were fires of unknown cause that struck the advanced centrifuge assembly plant, which was later described as sabotage.

Netanyahu hints he may take independent action against world's largest sponsor of terrorism

The day prior to the arrival US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke against Iran, the world's number one sponsor of Islamic terrorism and a nation vowed to the total destruction of Israel. He hinted, not so covertly, that if the fhit hit the san [don't you just love word games] Jerusalem might take military action against the Islamic Republic's nuclear sites without Washington's approval.

In a ceremony marking the appointment of incoming Mossad chief David Barnea, and with many Mossad members [aka agents; aka spies] in attendance, Netanyahu said: “The first task of each one of you is to prevent Iran from arming itself with nuclear weapons.”

“I very much appreciate our friend the United States, which has been standing by our side for many years. That’s an integral part of our national security,” Netanyahu said, in an effort to make nice to the US, and added, “But there could be a situation in which our highest goal — to guarantee that the ayatollahs don’t end the thousands of years of existence of the Jewish people — will require us to take brave and independent decisions.” 

“In any event — with or without a deal — we will do everything to deny Iran nuclear weapons, because this concerns our very existence.” And it seems as if the US party in charge is ambivalent about their anti-Semitic members, particularly those in the so-called "Squad."

Global powers have been meeting in Vienna since early April in a bid to bring Washington back to the lousy John Kerry led 2015 nuclear deal with Tehran, which the US thankfully left in 2018.

The withdrawal under former President Donald Trump and the reimposition of sanctions has led Iran to step up its nuclear activities.

Know this: if the Iranian nuclear deal with the US and others is a good deal, Israel would approve of it. But Israel knows that it would only be a matter of time, and not very long, that Iran would develop a nuclear weapon and wouldn't hesitate to use it to destroy them and other "non-believers."

Iran’s parliament speaker said Sunday that international inspectors may no longer access surveillance images of the Islamic Republic’s nuclear sites, escalating tensions. If you can't guess the reason for their exclusion, then you're not paying attention.

A mysterious explosion had struck Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility, which Iran has described as sabotage and blamed on Israel. In November, Iranian scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, who founded the country’s military nuclear program some two decades earlier, was blown to kibbles and bits in an attack that Tehran also blames on Israel.

Tehran blames bad weather and ingrown toenails on Israel too.

Blinken flew to Israel Monday for his first trip to the region as US secretary of state, days after Washington claimed to help broker a ceasefire that brought an end to the most significant escalation of violence between Israel and Hamas in seven years. The actual ceasefire was brokered by Egypt but Biden even plagiarized that.

The goals of the three-day trip — which will also include stops in Ramallah, Cairo and Amman — will be to ensure the ceasefire hold, which will be a modern day miracle as the Hamassholes will never be satisfied as long as a Jew remains alive. He also wants to improve the quality of life for both sides, but not counting Hamas' unprovoked attacks on Israeli citizens, their quality of life is just fine. It's the Palestinians living under the thumb of Hamas whose quality of life sucks, as it is too with the situation women and gays have to face living in an Islamic theocracy throughout the Middle East.

Anti-Semites on the left, like Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), and AOC (Idiot-NY) believe that Israel does not have the right to defend its people against Hamas rocket and artillery attacks. Even Jewish Democrats such as New York Senators Chuck Schumer and Jerold Nadler refuse to condemn their sentiments against Israel and Jews.

Local media reporters in Chicago are alleging that Democrat Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is selecting who gets to do one-on-one interviews with her based on the race of the interviewer.

NBC 5 political reporter Mary Ann Ahern made the initial allegation on Twitter, writing: “As ⁦ @chicagosmayor ⁩ reaches her two year midway point as mayor, her spokeswoman says Lightfoot is granting 1 on 1 interviews – only to Black or Brown journalists.”

Chicago PBS news anchor Paris Schultz responded: “I was told the same thing.”

“It is unclear when such a practice was enacted and if it only applies to local reporters, particularly after her MSNBC appearance with Stephanie Ruhle on Monday,” Fox News reported. “During her MSNBC interview, Lightfoot told Ruhle she would ‘encourage’ Chicago residents to continue wearing masks despite the new CDC guidance allowing those with the coronavirus vaccine to go without them.”

“I know for me personally, I’m going to continue to wear a mask in public and I’m going to encourage others to do so,” Lightfoot told Ruhle. “We’ve got to make sure that people are continuing to follow the public health guidance that has gotten us this far, and masks, I think, are a big and important part of that.”

Lightfoot said on Tuesday afternoon that her decision to continue to encourage people to wear masks was not based on distrust of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

“But I think their guidance last week regarding masks has people confused…We need clarification,” Lightfoot said. “We still have a long way to go to hit the critical mass (of vaccinations) or herd immunity. I don’t want people to have false confidence.”

“To say, ‘If you’re vaccinated, you don’t have to wear a mask,’ that’s great. But what about all of the other people who are out there that aren’t vaccinated?” Lightfoot added. “There’s no way to know that. So I think for the time being, most people are gonna continue to wear masks outside of their homes.”

Kerry Hopes Iran Wants a Nuke-Free World: needs to remove head from nether regions

Secretary of State John "Swiftboat" Kerry met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for a "one on one" and talked about nuclear negotiations with Iran prior to the November 24th deadline of this deal.

"Kumbayah mah Lord . . . "

Kerry spoke to reporters in Amman, Jordon: "And he expressed his concerns, of course, and I made it clear to him that the standard that we have applied throughout this negotiation still applies, and that is that there are four pathways to a nuclear weapon and we need to make certain that each pathway--the Fordow facility, the Arak nuclear--the Arak heavy water plutonium reactor facility, the Natanz enrichment facility, and covert capacities--are all closed off so that not--not as a matter of bias or prejudice, but because that's the only way the world can know for certain that a program is indeed a peaceful program. And our responsibility is to make certain that there is a sufficient breakout time in the event that there was some change in policy or something happened."

Kerry added: "So those guarantees are in place and we will keep our friends and allies informed of what we are doing in the days ahead. Our hopes remain still to try to achieve an agreement because it's better for the world."

Kerry, always the naive Communist gigolo, said that he hopes Iran cooperates in negotiations, "not as a matter of coercion but out of mutual respect and out of the interests that we all have for living in a world that is free of nuclear weapons."

Seriously, Kerry actually said that claptrap. 

The only one in the room during that meeting was a nice Jewish guy called "Bibi" by his friends. Netanyahu told the Jewish Federations of North America General Assembly this week what he believes about Iran and their "mutual respect" and "interests that we all have," etc. He said that it should be "obvious that Iran is not prepared to dismantle its nuclear weapons program in return" for sanctions relief. And of course, he's correct--anyone who knows anything about Islam, Iran and what they hope to accomplish knows Bibi is correct.

Why don't liberals believe what our enemies tell us? There's a reason that China made fun of Obama on his trip there. There's a reason Iran will tell us anything we want to hear and then go ahead and do what they need to do to destroy "Big Satan" after they get finished with "Little Satan," the USA and Israel respectively.

It's their freaking religious duty to "kill the disbelievers wherever you find them" (Koran 47:4) This isn't a mystery. This isn't new. This is orthodox Islam taken literally from their "scriptures."

At least Netanyahu has the intelligence to see this clearly. "Unfortunately, instead of holding firm and demanding that Iran dismantle its program, the international community is reportedly, and I hope these reports do not prove to be true, but the international community is reportedly willing to leave Iran's nuclear program largely intact. They hope to rely on intelligence and inspectors to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons."

We are being led by a pack of naive Neville Chamberlain's in this administration. When a country, in this case Iran, is willing to martyr itself for its religious beliefs, or at the very least, boast that their goal is to destroy us and Israel, why aren't we taking them seriously?
