Kavanaugh accuser Swetnick had misconduct allegations in her past

The circus will be back in town next week, so stay tuned. Meanwhile it has been discovered that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's third woman accuser of sexual misconduct has some misconduct in her own past. In fact, she faced "inappropriate conduct" allegations during her short-term employment with an Oregon tech company, according to reports.

Webtrends, the Portland-based tech company filed a lawsuit in 2000 alleging that Julie Swetnick, 55, falsely claimed to be a Johns Hopkins University graduate and falsified her work experience, The Oregonian reported. The suit was voluntarily dismissed one month later.

Swetnick's asshat lawyer, Michael Avenatti, called the case "completely bogus," as if he was there when it happened.

"The lawsuit never had any merit as evidenced by how quickly it was dismissed," the bald-headed finklefuts told the paper in an email. "It was originally filed in retaliation for my client making claims against the company."

The Kavanaugh accuser worked for Webtrends off-site for several months in 2000 as a professional services engineer, wrote The Oregonian.

The allegations included: engaging in unwelcome sexually offensive conduct and making false and retaliatory allegations that other co-workers had engaged in inappropriate conduct toward her. The suit claimed she engaged in unwelcome sexual innuendo with two male employees at a business lunch with clients present, and that she claimed two other co-workers sexually harassed her.

The company determined Swetnick acted inappropriately but she could not prove the allegations against her co-workers. [This appears to be habitual behavior on her part.]

Swetnick took a leave of absence during her employment for sinus issues in July 2000. She received short-term disability payments, according to The Daily Caller.

A week after the disability payments stopped in mid-August, Webtrends received a note from Swetnick's doctor claiming she suffered a nervous breakdown and needed to take another leave of absence.

Then a few weeks hence, Webtrends learned that she had applied for unemployment benefits in Washington, D.C. She never told Webtrends' human resources staff why she applied for the benefits and claimed they had illegally tried to obtain her medical information protected under the law.

The following year, after she left the company, her ex-boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, filed a restraining order against her in Florida, according to Politico.

Vinneccy claimed Swetnick threatened him and his family when he ended their four year relationship.

"She was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time," he told Politico.  "I know a lot about her. She's not credible at all. Not at all."

Avenatti said Vinneccy's statement against Swetnick is "complete nonsense," according to the report. But why only believe the woman and not believe the man? It's the new trend. It's the MeTooScrewYouDude movement.

"No truth to this at all," Avenatti said without actually knowing if he was telling the truth.

Swetnick, who was in college at the time, attended a high school party where boys were allegedly lined up outside a room waiting for their "turn" with a drunk girl.

Swetnick's statement reads: "In approximately 1982, I became the victim of one of these 'gang' or 'train' rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present. During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me. I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking."

A college woman, a young adult, going to a high school party is strange. To go to ten of these 'gang rape' parties is hard to imagine, and then to be raped after the tenth one you've attended is incredible.

Personally, I believe Vinneccy's claim. She sounds like a crazy deadbeat.

Fauxcahontas will most assuredly run for POTUS

Sen. Elizabeth Warren [aka: Pocahontas, aka: Fauxcahontas, aka: Princess Summer Fall Winter Spring] (D-MA) is taking a "hard look" at running for President and thus, running the United States of America into the ground.

She says she'll seriously consider a presidential run after the November midterm elections, and after a pow-wow with her tribe.

"Let's face it, Donald Trump is taking this country in the wrong direction," she told a Holyoke town hall audience, as she referred to Trump's lower taxes, the appointment of a record number of conservative judges to the bench, the appointment of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court, a relationship with North Korea that has never been this hopeful, better trade deals, historically lower unemployment for Blacks and Hispanics, a stronger military, an ending of the Iran nuclear debacle, and a total butt-kicking of Islamic State.

Warren sent her statement to The Daily Beast, according to a spokesperson.

"Working people have taken one punch to the gut after another," Warren said, without saying "How," a word she often uses in greeting. "And I am worried down to my bones about what Donald Trump is doing to our democracy."

This should have gotten a laugh from her audience, but they weren't bright enough to understand the humor in it because they are progressives.

She had to be kidding about the punch to the gut for working people. More money in their paychecks and fewer regulations and more jobs is anything but a punch to the gut.

"And then this week, I watched 11 men who were too chicken to ask a woman a single question," she said, evidently referring to her 10 Democrat colleagues who just made speeches and threw Dr. Ford compliments at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing for SCOTUS nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

"I watched as Brett Kavanaugh acted like he was entitled to that position [much like Hillary acted in 2016] and angry at anyone who would question him."

No Faux, [may I call you Faux?] he was angry about being accused of something he probably didn't do. He was angry at the lack of corroborating evidence that, as a judge, he's used to seeing and relying upon. He was angry at the way idiots like Kamala Harris and Spartacus Booker questioned him while trying to earn presidential cred. He has every right and reason to be angry at the freak show put on by the Democratic Party. But if he wasn't angry, the left would have said he was 'robotic' and therefore guilty of what he's being accused.

Warren bloviated on: "I watched that and I thought time's up. Time's up. It's time for women to go to Washington and fix our broken government and that includes a woman at the top. So here's what I promise, after November 6, I will take a hard look at running for President."

Of course, that's a lie. She has already decided to run, but she's watering the plants known as Democrats.

Dem staffer fired after calling for POTUS's execution

Politics is becoming increasingly disgusting and difficult to watch without a mild tranquilizer or a few beers. [I like beer. Beer tastes good. I always liked beer. I drink beer. Beer.]

Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court hearing by the Senate Judiciary Committee is just one recent example of the levels Democrats will stoop to in order to unseat a candidate on the right. Now it's being seen in the Florida gubernatorial race.

Andrew Gillum won a surprise victory in the Democratic gubernatorial primary in Florida and is facing Trump-backed Ron DeSantis. This has become somewhat of a proxy Trump v Sanders battle for the governorship of the Sunshine State.

One of Gillum's staffers, a young buck, 24-year-old Manny Orozco-Ballestas [aka: Dickweed] called for President Trump's death on Twitter and in 2012 and 2013 made a series of sexually graphic and politically charged posts according to Jacob Engels who flagged them.

The not-so brilliant Orozco-Ballestas [let's call him OB] also wore a shirt depicting pro-Trump states as "Dumbf**kistan." [So tell me, who's the dumbf**k?]

In a 2013 post, the leftist OB wrote to Trump: "you need to be executed." [Another incredible Mensa move--hahahahaha]. In another act of political genius, OB wrote, "If you're weighing 300 pounds+ maybe it's a good idea you stop posting all that fattening food pics on [Instagram]!" according to the Tampa Bay Times

But it was the "Dumbf**kistan" shirt that got the mental giant fired after posting it last summer on Instagram, also discovered by Engels and published in the Tampa Bay Times. Calls came in from all across the state and elsewhere by Republicans demanding the scumquat be terminated.

You can see the photo of OB wearing the shirt with the map showing the US. The red states represent those that voted for Trump in the 2016 election. The blue for states that voted for Bill Clinton's wife cum attack dog, Hillary Clinton.
How not to swing the vote your way
Below the map is a key explaining the red states refer to "Dumbf**kistan," while the blue refer to the "United States of America."

"It is unbelievable to me that Andrew Gillum would not only employ, but promote on social media, a person who calls voters 'dumbf*cks' for electing Republicans," Florida Republican Party Chairman Blaise Ingoglia wrote in a statement. 'It is hypocritical for Gillum to endorse the same kind of hateful, intolerant speech that he likes to denounce."

C'mon, Blaise--these are leftist radicals you're talking about. Nothing is beneath them, not even whale poop, and that's on the bottom of the ocean.

A spokesfemale for Gillum said they addressed the explicit shirt with OB, but the campaign added that they won't "be lectured about words by the Party of Trump."

It's also the Party of Lincoln, but it isn't the Party of the KKK.

OB, who reportedly previously worked for Bill Clinton's wife's campaign, apologized in a statement that may or may not have been written in crayon.

Gillum who is black, denounced Ron DeSantis's remark he made last month after securing the GOP's nomination in November's election warning voters not to "monkey this up" by voting for the Democrat [aka: socialist].

Gillum went to the Democrat Playbook and opened to page one which states:
"Use  'racism' against your adversaries each and every chance you get, especially if it isn't true, because that is all we have in this war against the U.S. Constitution."
Interestingly, the Democrat Playbook is exactly one page long. But apparently it's working. Gillum leads DeSantis in a Quinnipiac Poll released Wednesday 54 percent to 45 percent.

These results indicate a strong desire on the part of Floridians to be taken care of by the state until they run out of other people's money and become Venezuela.

Cha cha cha.

Ford is incredibly uncredible--here's why

I believe Christine Blasey Ford knows that she's lying, as in not telling the truth about her allegation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her 36 years ago.

Ford doesn't remember exactly when and where, and the people she alleged who were supposedly at the pool party all deny being there and her close friend that was supposedly with her at the party said [under penalty of a felony] says she doesn't know Brett Kavanaugh.

She also said she doesn't travel by plane but that was untrue.

She also said that she was not told the committee would accommodate her in a place "of [your] convenience."

I believe Republican senators and the conservative media [such as Fox News] are claiming to believe that she, at least, believes her story while defending Kavanaugh, while actually believing she is lying. However, I suspect the reason they're saying they believe that she believes it is their fear of the MeToo movement.

So what else do we know about "Dr." Ford?

One thing we know is that prior to appearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, she deleted her social media.

BUT . . . more importantly, it appears that her Bio Page from Stanford WAS ALTERED just 10 days before the hearing according to Jim Hoft in the Gateway Pundit.

At the hearing, Ford identified herself as a "Research Psychologist" at the Stanford School of Medicine. But after searching the Department of Consumer Affairs License Bureau, there were no results found for Christine Ford or even deviations of her name.

There are no state records showing Ford as a licensed psychologist, but her Stanford Bio Page describing her as a "Research Psychologist" that in 2015:

Was changed on September 28, 2018 to appear thus:

It looks like Ford's got a lot of 'splainin' to do. If not her, then her lawyer(s).

This is definitely a mark against her credibility. According to Gateway Pundit, Ford's Stanford bio page was REVISED SEVEN TIMES before she gave her testimony to the committee, and her original page where she gave her title as "Research Psychologist" has since been removed.

So why should I believe Ford, who has exactly zero corroborating data to support her claim, as well as her longstanding friend who refutes it, over Brett Kavanaugh who produced evidence to corroborate his statement that he did not engage in any  inappropriate activity Ford alleges?

They say in court that if you're caught lying in one instance, the jury can take it to mean that you're lying altogether.

Lindsay Lohan 'clocked' after accusing refugees of trafficking and trying to take their kids

In an attempt to virtue signal to the world, Lindsay Lohan videoed herself accusing Syrian refugee parents of human trafficking and she tried to take their children from them. She got exactly what she deserved: cold-cocked by the mother.

It went down in Moscow on Friday night. The recovering drug addict and former child actress shared the bizarre "trafficking" scene and shared it on her Instagram Live account.

According to TMZ, Lohan starts off in the video saying, "Hey everyone, I just want to show you a family I met, a Syrian refugee family. I'm going to introduce you to them."

That's about when things turned to crap. Lohan, 32, accuses the family of human trafficking of their two young sons.

"Guys, you're going the wrong way, my car is here, come," she yells at the kids, but they continue to follow their parents, so the idiot Lohan chases them down the street.

"They're trafficking children, I won't leave until I take you, now I know who you are, don't f**k with me," she hollers, as her virtue measurement scale climbs.

As she continues to attempt at getting the kid's attention, the mentally ill actress shouts Arabic phrases in a Middle Eastern accent. [See how cool I am? I even speak their language.]

"You're ruining Arabic culture by doing this. You're taking these children they want to go," she yells and then yells at the boys, "I'm with you. Don't worry, the whole world is seeing this right now, I will walk forever, I stay with you, don't worry," she shouts, fully believing the whole world watches her on Instagram Live.

Next Lohan makes her power move. She tries to physically snatch one of the boys and says, "give me your hand." That's when the child's mother did the motherly thing--she punched Lohan right in the snot-locker.

After the punch the video ends with the actress crying and going like all "I'm like in shock right now; I'm just like so scared." Like.

And because she is a woman, she cannot like be like lying.

Joyless Behar hates her white skin

Joy Behar said on Friday that the reason Senate Republicans want to push Kavanaugh's vote for confirmation to the Supreme Court without an FBI investigation is the GOP's way of retaining their "white power."

Behar, a co-host of the 'special needs education' TV programming known as "The View," made her racist, self-loathing statement [she is a Caucasian female] as a reaction to Thursdays Senate Judiciary Committee hearing to confirm Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

Kavanaugh is accused of sexual misconduct by Christine Blasey Ford who cited people who she alleged witness the crime, that was said to have happened 36 years go, but all of those she mentioned have refuted her story while Kavanaugh was able to show corroborating evidence that he was never at the so-called party Ford mentions in the allegation.

"The people on the Republican side, it looks to me," Behar began, "do not want to investigate this any further. They just want to hold on to their power. They know that this country is getting darker. White Europeans are now 61 percent of the population . . . In 2045 it will be 49 percent."

[Gee, that never occurred to me. I don't count people by their skin color like liberals tend to do. I'm not even married to a white woman and I happen to be white.]

The low-information host was referencing stats from a 2014 study from the Brookings Institute.

"So it's almost like they're worried that, 'Oh white people are going to lose all their power.' So they don't care if she's lying or he's lying. They just want to hold onto their power."

What power? Aren't there laws to ensure that skin color is not a determining factor in outcome--except for liberal institutions that make a preference for people of color. Harvard University apparently favors blacks over others and have even made it more difficult for Asians to be accepted as they require a higher score than blacks.

And facts do not make me a white supremacist, because I am not and never have been. But I am sick and tired of liberals attacking "old white men." That's racist and ageist all rolled up into one form of racism.

There is a guarantee of opportunity in this country, not a guarantee of outcome. Not everyone in the adult world gets a trophy. It's the liberal way of thinking and it's immoral because it attacks the concept of hard work and various natural abilities.

Behar went on to claim that the U.S. would soon look like South Africa; an apartheid nation, "where ten percent of white people were running the country."

Ironically, the 115th Congress elected in 2016 is the most diverse in U.S. history.

The U.S. will never look like South Africa.

On Friday, President Trump ordered the FBI to conduct a limited "supplemental" background investigation into the unsubstantiated allegations made by Dr. Ford, after the Senate Judiciary Committee voted to endorse Kavanaugh in a 11-10 party-line vote. The inquiry is not to last more than one week.

BREAKING: Mark Judge will cooperate with FBI

An attorney for Brett Kavanaugh's high school chum, Mark Judge, told CNBC that Judge will cooperate with the FBI and "will answer any and all questions posed to him" by that agency regarding the alleged sexual assault by Kavanaugh against Christine Blasey Ford when they were both high school students.

It's horribly ironic for Kavanaugh that all of his alleged victims are staunch Democrats, and may even have ties to George Soros. It's also weird that all of these alleged assaults have never been repeated over the years and after six FBI investigations after the alleged Ford situation.

The offer of cooperation comes after several Democratic senators, and Jeff Flake [but I practically repeat myself] asked for yet another delay in order for the FBI to investigate the case.

But one must be skeptical. If the FBI couldn't find anything on the Russia probe after two years, what can we expect them to find in a week in a case that's over 36 years old? Unless, perhaps, like James Comey, they make stuff up.

"If the FBI or any law enforcement agency requests Mr. Judge's cooperation, he will answer any and all questions posed to him," Judge's lawyer, Barbara Van Gelder said in an email to CNBC.

CNBC, a scummy leftist outlet, reported that Judge is a recovering alcoholic who admitted to abusing alcohol in high school. They went on to add that he has no memory of the described incident, alluding to the fact that his memory of said allegation may have been impaired. [Hopefully his grades will tell a different story.]

Ford, a research psychologist, is clueless on how to contact her own Congress person and didn't know who paid for her polygraph test, nor how to access a GoFundMe website.

This has been the worst display of political maneuvering of the U.S. Senate in modern times. I am thinking about taking a one week hiatus from political news and just blog about more normal craziness.

'Crazy Mazie' fundraises off Kavanaugh hearing

Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) sent out a call for money via email on Thursday, less than 30 minutes into the opening remarks of the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. She bragged about how she's been "fighting the Republicans who are desperate to rush Brett Kavanaugh's nomination" and deny the Democrats to drag their feet until the midterm elections.

They hope to win a majority and thus block the confirmation of Kavanaugh and any conservative justice for the Supreme Court.

You may recall that Hirono is the woman who disrespects men. When asked by a reporter if the four women on the Senate Judiciary Committee would be capable of influencing the committee's deliberations on Kavanaugh's nomination, she said, "Guess who is perpetrating all of these kinds of actions. It's the men in this country. I just want to say to the men in this country, just shut up and step up. Do the right thing, for a change."

Hirono finally revealed to the country that she isn't very bright, unless men don't care if they're told to shut up and that they never did the right thing in the past. There likely are self-loathing men out there who would vote for such a vile woman as Hirono, but it isn't smart to alienate a group of people who have no control of their gender, [even those who believe they can change their gender by cutting off parts of their body].

Hirono serves on the Senate Judiciary Committee and has been a critic of Kavanaughs "ideological agenda," such as his belief in the sanctity of all life and the rights of the unborn, as well as his belief in the U.S. Constitution as an originalist.

Hirono also believes that men accused of sexual misconduct are guilty until proven innocent, and that kind of thinking does not belong in this country.

But even the Comedy News Network (aka: CNN) had to comment on Hirono's tasteless attempt at raising money. "Here come the fundraising-off-Kavanaugh-hearing emails--less than 30 minutes into opening remarks, this on from @maziehirono," CNN reporter Kate Bennett tweeted.

The sexist senator wrote: "This has to be my focus. I'm going to continue to prepare and demand a thorough investigatin into these claims--and I am going to fight to make sure Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, Deborah Ramirez, and any other woman who courageously steps forward to tell her story isn't smeared by conservatives ready to walk over these credible claims against Kavanaugh."

Yes, the claims are credible, but without corroborating evidence, they are empty. A man's reputation is on the line and the worst thing Ford might get out of this debacle is a lucrative book deal.

If every time a woman steps forward with an allegation with no evidence, no corroborating witnesses [and Ford's good friend denied her story] and a man is wrongfully accused of a crime he didn't commit, then we no longer have a country that was once America.

Hirono continued with her tacky request for money: "What that means is I have limited time to campaign for our reelection or to fundraise--making us particularly vulnerable to right-wing attacks. So, while I'm focused on stopping Kavanaugh's nomination and finding the truth, I'm asking you to step up now and ensure my team in Hawaii has everything they need to win our campaign in November. Can I count on you?"

The exposure the left got on national TV is more exposure for their political ambitions than donations can buy. Just ask Kamala Harris and wild-eyed Cory Booker [who has his own sexual misconduct allegations sitting in the wings].

About an hour later, Hirono sent an email out to apologize for the "error" of her tackiness and bad judgment.

"A fundraising message was sent this morning in error. We apologize sincerely for the error. All contributions made on this page will be donated to organizations helping survivors of sexual assault," it said.

Will some of the money go to the Catholic altar boys who were sexually assaulted too?

Fat chance.

Hirono joins the tacky ranks of Sens. Kamala Harris (D- Calif.) and Cory Booker [aka: Sparacus] (D-NJ) who have sent out fundraising requests in resistance to Kavanaugh's confirmation.

The Dems accuse the Republican Party of not believing women. That isn't true--but the burden of even a modicum of proof beyond mere accusations belongs to the accuser, not the accused.

Crunch time for Kavanaugh

The testimony from Christine Blasey Ford had some credibility but her inability to keep parts of her testimony straight leaves questions. She feared flying and couldn't testify on Monday, but she flew to Washington, D.C. anyway, and flies every year to see her family.

Her claim that she didn't know how to go about contacting her local congressional representative also makes one question her actual intelligence, while her inability to remember certain details, like who paid for the polygraph, when and where did this all take place, and who was in the room--just Judge and Kavanaugh or was it our people, makes one wonder her veracity.

The heartfelt opening by Judge Kavanaugh was very moving.

But the fact of this entire political embarrassment is the idea that while Ford's testimony may have been credible to many, especially those on the left, there was not a shred of corroboration to her claims by people she cited were there, and even her close longtime friend said she didn't know Brett Kavanaugh or remember the party where he was alleged to have raped her.

After the hearing, Senators Susan Collins (R-Maine), Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska), Joe Manchin (D-W. Va.), and Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) got together to discuss the nomination.

Jeff Flake isn't running for another term so his vote is anyone's guess. Joe Manchin is a Democrat in a heavily red district. Lisa Murkowski is a moderate and may have allegiances to her gender over the lack of evidence or corroboration. And Susan Collins just talks funny--kind of like a lady in a flower store.

The group huddled together for about a half hour before a GOP conference meeting Thursday evening ahead of Friday's Judiciary Committee vote on whether to move forward on Kavanaugh's confirmation to the full Senate.

After Lindsey Graham (R-S.C) gave a powerful speech admonishing the tactics the Democrats used to get the committee to this point, while destroying the reputation of Kavanaugh, and even hurting Ford, his accuser, it seems that any Republican voting against the nominee will be kissing their political career adieu.

The feeling seems to be that if Kavanaugh is somehow not confirmed, the GOP will be destroyed in the November mid-term elections.

It's possible that Ford is telling the truth. It's possible she is mistaken that it was Kavanaugh who was sexually inappropriate. It's even possible she's lying, but it seems as if she believes her story, which would explain why she passed the polygraph test.

But we cannot ruin a person's life and career based on allegations, because if we do, nobody in their right mind would agree to go through this horrible process.

The Senate embarrassed itself today.

Fifth MS-13 child of G_d charged with murder of Texas man

Left: Francisco Antonio Rodriguez-Ulboa
Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) may think that MS-13 gang members have "a spark of divinity" but the scum in this photo above must have peed on that spark because it isn't visible from where I'm writing.

Now a fifth MS-13 gangbanger was arrested on Tuesday in the stabbing death of a man earlier in the year, police said.

Francisco Antonio Rodriguez-Ulboa [aka: Francisco Antonio Juan Rodriguez Gomez Hidalgo Cruz Ortega Cortez Rivera Ulboa], 20, was charged with murder in the death of 25-year-old Victor Castro-Martinez [aka: Victor Alberto Juan Perez Gomez Viesca Omega Ortega Arthritis Castro-Martinez] who was found critically wounded in a city park on June 7th, according to the Houston Police Department.

The others charged with the same murder [left to right from Rodriguez-Ulboa]: Carlos Elias Henriquez-Torres [aka: Carlos Elias Macho-Ocho Malcondent Henriquez-Torres], Marlon A. Miranda, [aka: Marlon Alfredo Brando Chico-Miranda], Miguel Aguilar-Ochoa [aka" Miguel Aguilar-Ochoa Patcholie Ventura Elminkya] and Wilson J. Ventura-Mejia [aka: Willie].

All five suspects are members of the MS-13 street gang and aren't nice people.

The victim, Castro-Martinez was a police informant and was wearing a wiretap device when his body was found, according to the Houston Chronicle. But Police Chief Art Acevedo [aka: Arturo Pimento Nunéz Cavrone Menendez Algonquin Acevedo] said that he wasn't killed because he was an informant but rather because he was a member of a rival MS-13 gang and was wearing the wrong color shirt and sneaker brand.

MSNBC racist Joy Reid sued by Trump supporter for defamation

MSNBC leftist host and alleged white folks hater Joy Reid is finally being sued. A California woman is suing Reid's angry butt for falsely accusing her on social media of screaming racial slurs at a 14-year-old boy because she is a Trump supporter.

Roslyn La Liberte, who wore a red "Make America Great Again" cap when the incident occurred, filed the lawsuit in Eastern District Court of New York on Tuesday, claiming that Reid "used her substantial social media presence, fame, and reputation as a hard-hitting journalist" to inform her Twitter followers that La Liberte "screamed abhorrent racial slurs" at a 14-year-old boy, Joseph Luevanos.

At a city council meeting at Simi Valley, Calif., a photo went viral last June when it seemed as if La Liberte was involved in a heated conversation with the boy in question.

According to La Liberte, Reid sent a bunch of tweets claiming the viral photo showed the Trump supporter screaming in the face of the boy and Reid then retweeted to her myriad followers that La Liberte "needs to be put on blast."

The suit claims Reid falsely tweeted that La Liberte showed up "to a rally" and "screamed" that Luevanos is "going to be the first deported," and called the child a "dirty Mexican" in the confrontation.

The suit states that Reid wasn't present at the event [the City Council meeting], not a political "rally," and that she "made up out of whole cloth the accusation that La Liberte screamed racial slurs."

To MSNBC, that's tough-fisted journalism, but to the rest of us, it's fake news.

Interestingly, the boy in the photo, Joseph Luevanos, told a local Fox affiliate that the conversation he and La Liberte had was civil and that La Liberte doesn't deserve to be harassed as a result of the viral photo.

The conversation was actually captured on video [see below] and does not coincide with Reid's claim that La Liberte yelled racial slurs or mistreated the boy in any way.
"A few days later and despite the fact that the young man previously and publicly denied Reid's account of events, Reid openly compared La Liberte's alleged conduct to racism during the Jim Crow era, stating, in part that "History sometimes repeats. And it is full of rage,'" the suit claims.

The lawsuit claims that Reid "made up" the allegation that La Liberte screamed racial slurs at the boy--resulting in an onslaught of hateful and threatening messages aimed at La Liberte.

"Reid's accusation that La Liberte screamed racial slurs at the boy in the photograph are false," the suit states. "Reid set out to destroy La Liberte because she disagrees with La Libete's MAGA hat and the beliefs Reid ascribes to those wearing that hat conflict with her ideology."

La Liberte is seeking at least $75,000 in damages. MSNBC is not named as a defendant in the suit.

"Reid has a demonstrable, extreme, and well-publicized bias against President Donald Trump, his supporters, and the Republican Party. Reid has been described as the 'heroine of the resistance to President Trump's leadership," the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit also states that Reid, like so many leftists, deleted the posts after being reached by Liberte's counsel. She has nothing to hide, eh?

"It appears I got this wrong. My apologies to Mrs. La Liberte and Joseph," the leftist Reid tweeted.

So how could she have possibly gotten it wrong?

She wasn't there and she did nothing to corroborate her words. She wanted it to be true, so part of her may have believed it without any evidence. That's how leftists/liberals/progressives/socialists think.

It felt true. It felt believable.

But even her feeble retraction was garbage. It was evasive and equivocal. She never said that "this" is and what she got "wrong." She even used the word 'appear' to avoid honesty to the truth.

At the start of this year, Reid had posted homophobic and other hateful posts on her blog before she became famous. She claimed [aka lied] that her blog was hacked and that she never wrote such things. But in April, she got all misty and snot-seeping on air admitting it seemed unlikely she was hacked, but claimed she didn't recall writing such hateful crap. But she apologized anyway.

Because she wrote the hateful crap and she knows it.

She's as convincing as Hillary Clinton saying that all women accusers are to be believed.

Avenatti accused of lighting his flatulence at sex parties to force girls to cooperate

The porn lawyer for Stormy Daniels and Julie "Hot Times" Swetnick, has been accused by a woman [who wished to remain anonymous due to her fear of public display] of hosting "Flaming Flatulence Parties" when he was a randy student and stud at Parkway Central High School, in high in Chesterfield, Missouri.

The woman said that "Michael would throw these cool parties at the homes of his friends whose parents were away.  There was always plenty of drugs like Joe Fridays or some Maui Wowie and he'd get the girls all messed up and show off to them by lighting his farts in a dark bedroom where they would glow these cool and impressive colors. They were like in high school so it didn't take much to get them primed, if you know what I mean.

"Then Mikey, he'd get on top of the girl and threaten her saying that if she didn't cooperate, he'd light up more than just his gas, if you know what I mean. It was scary and disgusting all rolled up into one. The girls were scared out of their wits."

If the allegations turn out to be credible, which Republicans say they are, Avenatti faces sexual misconduct charges including rape, assault, and attempted arson with a dangerous substance.

Is Jim Carrey getting 'in character' for another 'Dumb and Dumber' flick?

This is what human trash looks like
Jim Carrey' a former comedic actor cum leftist cum sociopath believes himself to be an artist. He debuted another crappy piece of "artwork" this week depicting Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as a black-masked rapist with a huge grin as he is donned in his flowing black robe on the Supreme Court.

It's really dumb.

But dumber still is that Carrey tweeted and referred to Judge Kavanaugh as an "entitled little sh*t that is partying and pillaging his way to the Supreme Court, without having ever met the man, or even spoken to him or anyone he knows or knew back in his high school days.

Wasting one's time painting such mean-spirited dreck is really dumb.

But dumber still is the caption Carrey placed under the painting which read: "That's why women don't report it and why ENTITLED LITTLE SHITS like Injustice Kavanaugh get to party and pillage their way to the Supreme Court. I'd like to suggest a new uniform for the highest court in the land."

The notion that he held out a symbolic olive branch to conservatives on "Real Time" with Bill Maher is preposterous. He actually said, "We've go to  get back to a place where we realize that a vote is not who you are Because you voted Republican doesn't mean you're stupid . . . I could break bread with anybody who voted for Trump. We could find some common ground and a reason to love each other."

That was really dumb of him to jump the proverbial gun, so to speak, as it is clear that Carrey doesn't love anyone who disagrees with his judgment of someone he has no ability to judge fairly, but is doing so based on his hatred.

And opening his mouth about Kavanaugh after he recently had to face his own accusation of contributing to the suicide of a former girlfriend, Cathriona White, in which White's estranged husband, Mark Burton, and her mother, Brigid Sweetman, sued Carrey for wrongful death in September 2016, is very dumb indeed.

Burton and Sweetman claimed the unfunny "Dumb and Dumber" actor obtained drugs that White used to kill herself under a false name. He also knew she was prone to depression and had a previous suicide attempt, but he was still dumb enough to provide her with the drugs.

And they also allege the Carrey gave White "three SRDs without warning her."

Carrey lucked out, in spite of being a dumb as a bucket of frog urine, and the lawsuit was dismissed as due process worked itself out.

His dumb and disgusting depiction of Kavanaugh may simply be his own mirror into his soul.

But it's important to understand that not only is Carrey dumb, he also really sucks as a person and would stoop to any low to regain relevance.

Dumbest.

Avenatti mocks Kavanaugh's virginity asks about oral sex

Michael Avenatti and his "Wingman"
Politics has devolved into the sleaziest sexual conversation than anyone ten years ago would have imagined. And the slimiest scum-waffle leading the sleaze is that lowlife porn lawyer Michael Avenatti.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh and his wife Ashley appeared on Fox News with Martha MacCallum where he admitted to MacCallum that he was a virgin in high school and several years beyond that.

"I did not have sexual intercourse in high school or for many years thereafter," he said. "The girls from the schools I went to and I were friends."

So the hero of the left, porn lawyer Michael Avenatti, jumped all over Kavanaugh's comments amid his own controversy involving over a million dollars he owes to his old law firm. He also represents porn star Stormy Daniels in a case against President Trump as well as another woman who claims Kavanaugh gang-raped her in high school but is now refusing to testify in front of Congress. . . surprise, surprise.

Avenatti: Kavanaugh saying he was a virgin in high school "shows he's lying."  "Does that mean he performed oral sex or had oral sex performed on him?" . . . Does he want America to believe that the only thing that he did well into his college years was effectively kiss or French kiss?"

Classy dude, this Avenatti. He must have gotten the oral sex idea from Bill Clinton who used that excuse with the Monica Lewinsky case that even had Hillary attacking the young woman at the time, calling her a "Bimbo."

Avenatti is evidently too stupid to believe that, unlike him, some young men actually wait later in life, perhaps for love, to have their first sexual encounter. Avenatti's first encounter, I heard from a reliable source, was with a passed out homeless man in an alleyway.

Prove me wrong, Mikey.

New Yorker makes empty allegations re Kavanaugh

Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer wrote a piece of crap for The New Yorker magazine in which they detailed a new set of unconfirmed allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and offering not one slice of evidence or corroboration to the claim.

The rag faced tough questions Monday about its report and throughout the day TV interviewers asked Ronan and Mayer actual questions about the piece on the story's disclosure that the new accuser, Deborah Ramirez, acknowledged holes in her memory and in her head of a dorm party she claimed happened in Kavanaugh's freshman year at Yale.

The so-called "reporters" also faced questions over their lack of eye-witness reports to support Ramirez's drunken recollection that Kavanaugh "thrust his penis in her face and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away." The piece cited a classmate of Ramirez's who claimed he heard about the incident shortly after it occurred and several others who attested to her character.

But they saw squat! Those are not witnesses.

On ABC's "Good Morning America" Monday, Farrow said, "We wouldn't have run this if we didn't have a careful basis of people who had heard at the time and found her credible."

But credible is an overused word in the Kavanaugh situation. It generally requires the source have both subjective and objective components to be credible. Traditionally, modern credibility has two key components: trustworthiness and expertise, both of which have the subjective and objective components. Based on what we know of Ramirez's story, as well as Ford's, we only know of one component and that is the subjective. In terms of trustworthiness, we cannot know this, especially with the lack of evidence or even corroboration of their claims.

And isn't if strange how Kavanaugh only went after future activist Democrats connected to George Soros?

Even host George Stephanopoulos [a former Bill Clinton advisor and apologist who defended the former president against myriad claims of sexual misconduct] said, "But by your own admission, no eye witnesses of the incident."

Farrow admitted that it was true but added that Ramirez considered her account carefully before going on the record [and possibly considered what a book deal might be worth if she went forward]. "This is not the behavior of someone who is fabricating something," Farrow said, without a clue as to the irony such a statement makes, coming from someone who pretends to be a journalist. What a lazy piece of verbal garbage.

The National Review's Charles C.W. Cooke wrote that he "was struggling to remember reading a less responsible piece of 'journalism' in a major outlet."

If you can't see what's really going on, i.e., the stalling tactics Democrats are using to keep a conservative justice off the Supreme Court, then you might be a liberal.

BREAKING: car plows into 'crowd of 100 children and teachers' in Sweden

Sweden -- Police are hunting for a driver who plowed a car into a crowd of school children and teachers on a walk near Karlshamn, in Sweden. A manhunt for the driver is now underway.

A spokesman for Sweden's police service described the scene in which the children "threw themselves" out of the path of the car, which clearly appeared to be aiming for the group of 100 students and 10 teachers from Mjallby secondary school. They were walking from Hinnedalsvagen to Grundsjon as part of a social event.

"The car accelerated into the group of students and teachers," the spokesman said. "The car increased speed and drove straight towards them.

"He drove into two of the students. One was injured on the wrist and possibly the other student was also injured."

The car was described as a black or dark blue Saab and going about 25 mph when it hit the crowd at around 1 p.m. local time. The driver fled the scene, police said, and they are appealing to the public for any information.

No "Allahu akbar" screams were heard coming from inside the vehicle, but this is a developing story and the likelihood of such a religious occurrence is not out of the question.

Pope demands Baltic states open to mass migration

A big, beautiful wall
Socialist Pope Francis has demanded the tiny Baltic states open their borders to mass migration Saturday as a way of keeping them from flooding the Vatican. He didn't actually say it that way, but hey, he isn't offering his own place for them to lay their weary heads.

Meanwhile, Estonia said it supports Viktor Orbán regarding the need to seal European borders against the civilization jihad influx. Estonia didn't actually say it that way, but hey, isn't that what this really is? Look at what happened in Germany.

The Pope continues to pontificate [which is where the word comes from--you know, the Pontiff] that "Christ himself asks us to welcome our brother and sister migrants and refugees with arms wide open." But the Pope [bless his socialist heart] seems to ignore the fact that resistance to an influx of mass Muslim migration has nothing to do with being "racist" or "xenophobic."

It is a resistance to the hijrah [or jihad by emigration].
When the Vatican looks like this, then the Pope
will lead by example
When Estonian Interior Minister Andres Anvelt was asked whether their tiny 1.3 million people favors a "Hungarian approach to immigration," with regards to keeping illegal aliens out with border fences, he  said "yes," and explained the reason is "To defend our country, certainly."

So while Pope Francis has the audacity to demand the country open up to mass migration, Anvelt didn't bow to the pressure of a person who preaches but doesn't practice. Anvelt said the border fences put in place by Hungary has slashed illegal immigration by over 99 percent and was protecting the continent, saying that asylum-seekers with no right to be in Europe must be kept out.

"I fully support [proposals asserting] that we have to address this problem outside the EU," Anvelt said in a TV interview. "We have to travel to third countries and start defending our border there, yes, and in defending our European values, start establishing refugee camps as well."

When Pope Francis allows illegal aliens from Islamic countries to obtain asylum in the Vatican, then we can take him seriously.

But seriously, this Pope is a flaming socialist and has also done nothing until this point to stop or punish sexual misconduct among his clergy.

Kavanaugh hearing: here we go again as Ford's testimony may circle the bowl

The lawyer for Christine Blasey Ford, the accuser of Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, appears to be getting cold feet in her Jimmy Choo pumps, putting Thursday's highly anticipated hearing in jeopardy.

The demands Ford's lawyers are making since Ford went public seem to change more frequently than the sheets in a Tijuana brothel [but I wouldn't actually know about that].

The latest message, sent to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley late Monday was obtained by Fox News. Ford's lawyer took issue "with apparent plans for an outside counsel to ask questions," a procedure spelled out in the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution:
". . . the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury. . . and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, to be confronted with the witnesses against him . . . and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense."
The lawyer's message also addressed volatile comments made by Mitch McConnell (R-KY), accusing the Democrats' smear campaign of a "smear campaign."

"We are finding it difficult to reconcile your letter and [staff member Mike Davis'] note with the Majority Leader's speech this afternoon on the Senate floor. As Dr. Blasey Ford has been clear since her experience was first made public, she came forward because she believes it is her civic duty to tell the truth about the sexual assault she experienced," wrote Ford's  cis gender attorney Michael Bromwich.

"You said in your letter that you intend to provide a 'fair and credible' process--Yet earlier today, the Majority Leader dismissed Dr. Ford's experience as a 'smear campaign,' claiming mistakenly that the witnesses' statements to the Committee constitute 'a complete lack of evidence,' implying that there has been a thorough investigation," Bromwich wrote, oblivious to the fact that two things can be true simultaneously: that there will be a fair and credible process, and that it is a smear campaign.

Bromwich is clearly worried by an email from Davis that suggested an outside counsel would [defending Kavanaugh] would question Ford, as is the usual judicial procedure.

But maybe, this is the grand Democrat plan--to find excuses for Ford not to testify on Thursday.

"This hearing plan that Mr. Davis described does not appear designed to provide Dr. Blasey Ford with fair and respectful treatment," Bromwich wrote.

But what about fair and respectful treatment to Kavanaugh? He has already been labeled as a sexual predator without a hearing, before hearing from him, and before hearing from Ford as well.

This may turn out to be a black eye for the MeToo movement because anyone with eyes, ears and a brain know it's a delay tactic. Plan A is Blasey Ford, Plan B is Ramirez [who has made a similar claim but was drunk and isn't sure it was Kavanaugh] and now the clown, Michael "Porn Pro" Avenatti with Plan C.

Kavanaugh has denied Ford's allegation totally as well as Ramirez's who said he exposed himself to her while at Yale, but as mentioned, she isn't certain it was definitely him.

In a Fox News interview, Kavanaugh admitted that he was a virgin in high school and college which gave Avenatti the idea that because of this statement, he had to be lying. Perhaps Avenatti lost his virginity as an alter boy or in grammar school, but there are plenty of people who believe in virginity until marriage. Avenatti doesn't understand that concept because he's an idiot.

"I want a fair process where I can defend my integrity, and I know I'm telling the truth," Kavanaugh said. "I know my lifelong record and I'm not going to let false accusations drive me out of this process. I have faith in G_d and I have faith in the fairness of the American people."

But not all Democrats are real American people.

CNN can't even get the simple stuff correct

The Comedy News Network (CNN) has once again shown the country why they essentially suck at journalism. The network is under fire after an "Anderson Cooper 360" segment portrayed a group of Republican activists from South Florida with deep ties to the GOP as simply "Republican voters."

That's almost as bad as CNN calling men who believe they're women, "she" and vice-versa.

Whether or not this was done intentionally is irrelevant--the news is supposed to be reported factually. Opinion, not so much. Maybe they were tricked into believing the women had no deep ties to the Republican Party, but journalists are supposed to check their sources [I tell that to my guy in the street, Vinny Boombots, all the time].

Cooper began the segment Thursday referring to the group as "a group of Republican women in Florida," which is akin to calling Cooper simply "a gay guy on TV." The women immediately stated they believed Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, in spite of claims by a woman with no facts, no corroborating evidence, and people who dispute the accuser's claims that he sexually assaulted her 36 years ago.

Kavanaugh is alleged to have gotten on top of Christine Blasey Ford on a bed and tried to remove her one piece swimsuit. When she tried to scream, he allegedly put his hand over her mouth.

"Republican voter" Gina Sosa asked the panel, "What boy hasn't done this in high school?"

The women declared they'd support Kavanaugh regardless of whether the allegations are true. Hey, it was high school and guy do stuff like that to chicks--it's how we roll, ladies. Just ask Harvey Weinstein, Anthony Weiner, Bill Clinton, Keith Ellison, Bill Cosby, James Franco, Paul Haggis, Kevin Spacey, Ben Vereen, Charles Dutoit, Tavis Smiley, [no relation to Art Laffer], Ryan Lizza, Mario [aka Mahbone]  Batali, James Levine, James Rosen, Garrison Keillor, Matt Lauer, Charlie Rose, Glenn Thrush, Russell Simmons, Jeffrey Tambor, Sen. Al Franken, Matt Zimmerman, Andrew Kreisberg, Roy Moore, Louis C.K., Steven Seagal, Ed Westwick, Brett Ratner, Dustin Hoffman, Jeremy Piven, Michael Oreskes, Mark Halperin, James Toback, Bob Weinstein [keeping it in the family], Oliver Stone, Ben Affleck, Nelly, the left's hero-Roman Polanski, Steve Wynn, Eric Schneiderman, and perhaps the baritone section of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, but that hasn't been made public yet.

The panel along with Kirsten Powers and Judicial Crisis Network counsel Carrie Severino, discussed what the women said, still not identifying their important roles in the GOP but it eventually came out on Twitter, to which the nation nervously anticipates the presidential response the network's failure will likely elicit from him.

CNN definitely has editorial and journalistic standards. Unfortunately, they are all low. By not disclosing key information about the women in the focus group, CNN proves once again that fake news is alive and well.

WOW: Kavanaugh has evidence to support his claim

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is reported to have calendars going back to 1982, the year he is alleged to have committed a sexual assault on Christine Blasey Ford when he was 17 and she was 15. She claims they were at a party and he got on top of her and tried to remove her one-piece swimsuit. He totally denies the claim and even states he was not at the alleged party.

The calendars reportedly show that Judge Kavanaugh was frequently out of town with his parents and, even when he was home, he was very busy with multiple planned sports activities that he participated in, The New York Times reports.

Although Ford doesn't remember when the party happened, [she and her classmates at her private school were often intoxicated at parties] she believes it took place in the summer of 1982. If this was an actual lawsuit, it would have been laughed out of court, but since it's the left attacking the right, it is to be taken seriously, so seriously that the FBI should be involved, in spite of it not being a federal case, nor within the purview of the agency.

The calendars depict "his basketball games, movie outings, football workouts and college interviews," and several parties that "include names of friends other than those identified by Dr. Blasey."

Kavanaugh's lawyers [whom Blasey Ford didn't want to allow him to use] reportedly plan to argue to the Senate Judiciary Committee that the calendars do not corroborate Ford's story of what happened based on the fact that he wasn't usually in town that summer and when he was, he focused on sports and academics as he prepared for college.

Thus far, all four people who Ford said were at the party, have said that they either don't remember the party or have denied it.

Kristin Gillibrand (Dummy--NY) said that if Kavanaugh was innocent, he should want the FBI to investigate him. She, on the other hand, did not ask for the FBI to investigate her in spite of her close association with Harvey Weinstein and Bill Clinton. In fact, neither did Hillary Clinton.

Rosenstein reportedly will resign in anticipation of being fired

Rosenstein in his pencil-neck geek pose
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein informed White House Chief of Staff John Kelly that he will be resigning in anticipation of being fired by President Donald "You're Fired!" Trump, Axios reported Monday.

He is currently on his way to the White House so we shall see how this plays out.

Rosenstein, who allegedly said he would wear a wire to record Trump in order to get him removed under the 25th Amendment, expects the president to fire him over the recent New York Times report about the wire tap statement.

Some conservatives believe that firing Rosenstein would be a mistake, but it definitely should be done if the story is true about wearing a wire for such covert anti-administration behavior.
