Soleimani's guard couldn't even protect himself--much less Soleimani

Asghar's Match.com photo
Quds Force terrorist leader Cassem Soleimani was recently killed in a Trump sanctioned drone strike in January. He was blown into handy bite-size pieces and will be spending all of eternity wondering what that buzzing sound was coming from the roof of the vehicle in which he rode.

Soleimani was perhaps one of the most prolific scumcrumpets ever to do jihad, and even his guard, Asghar Pashapour, couldn't protect him.

It seems like Asghar [pronounced "Assghard"] couldn't even protect Asghar. The inept guard was announced killed in Aleppo's battles on Sunday, say the Iranians, and they would never tell a lie.

Asghar [his friends just simply referred to him as "Ass"] was a close buddy to Soleimani and both men will be missed on "Death to America!" rallies.

According to the Iranian Television Agency, he was killed “in confrontations with militant groups,” because it turns out he was a lousy shot, and they weren't.

His military rank in the IRGC was not revealed, but the smart money is on رزم‌یار .

Information indicates that he and Soleimani were very close, in a Pete Buttigieg kind of way, and they hung out together since the beginning of the war, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) intelligence agency’s Mashreq website described Pashapour as “the man who was always concerned about Soleimani's life,” whether his tie was straight, who was he talking to on the phone, and where was he going in the middle of the night.

Young Journalists Club (YJC) news agency, an Iranian propaganda outfit, released a video of a conversation going on between Soleimani and Pashapour in a site in Syria, in which the latter was asking Soleimani not to advance to frontlines, because if anything happened to him, he wouldn't know what to do.

And when Soleimani left in spite of Asghar's fears, Cassem simply said in Persian, "I wish I knew how to quit you."

Islamist stabbing: another "isolated incident" making it only 36,357 since 911

It's impossible to accurately keep track of all the Islamist attacks that have taken place worldwide since 911, but the recent attack in London makes it only number 36,357, according to JihadWatch.org. This is the number of attacks; not the number of deaths, and this number will probably increase before I finish writing this post.

On Sunday, three innocent people were wounded by a 20-year-old Muslim man [whose name will not be released here] who had been released from prison just days earlier. He served about half of a three-year sentence for PROMOTING TERRORISM! The man, who had a fake bomb strapped to his chest, was shot dead by police who reacted swiftly.

Never a group of scumbags to be left out of a terrorist story, the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the Monday attack.

Never a government to close the barn door after the horse escapes, the British government is now beginning an effort to keep convicted terrorists in prison due to their tendency to kill strangers.

Deputy Assistant Police Commissioner Lucy D'Orsi said counterterrorism officers who had been monitoring Amman's activities shot him dead.

"We are confident that this is an isolated incident that has been contained," D'Orsi said. "Officers from our Counter Terrorism Command are investigating."

By isolated she means all terrorist attacks can stand alone and be considered isolated, but there's a common theme that isn't talked about.

This most recent isolated incident comes just two months after another man wearing a fake explosive device and carrying out a knife attack near London Bridge, was shot dead by a police officer. This isolated attack only killed two people and a mere three others were wounded. Ironically, this attacker had also been recently released from prison for the same reason as the first dead attacker: specifically, for TERROR RELATED crimes.

Although British media refuses to call Islamist jihadis "Muslims" or "Middle Easterners," but instead call them "Asians," at least they are beginning to recognize they have a problem by people with a similar sword to grind.

Pelosi wants Trump defense team disbarred because they disagree with her

House Leader Nancy "Hands of Fury" Pelosi claims that President Trump "cannot be acquitted" because the Republicans in the Senate did not help her Party by calling witnesses the House did not call to appear.

On Thursday, when it became obvious that the Democrats had as much chance of impeaching the president as Joe Biden has at being able to keep his hands in his pockets, Speaker Pelosi made the bizarre claim, in words and flying hands, that President Trump "cannot be acquitted," because the Senate trial lacks the witness testimony and documents [the Democrats should have subpoenaed in the House].

The San Francisco [where homelessness is considered a status symbol] Democrat attacked President Trump's impeachment defense team. Because they did their jobs, Pelosi said they've "disgraced themselves." Technically, had they not done their jobs they would have disgraced their profession. But Speaker Pelosi even suggested that they deserve disbarment over their trial remarks.

The comments came hours before Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN), said he would not back efforts by Democrats to have witnesses testify at the Senate trial – all but sealing an appropriate acquittal for Trump, who is his own worst legal client.

Pelosi, who appears to be showing signs of senile dementia, challenged whether that acquittal would be valid, in remarks that seemed a bid to undermine any Trump claim of victory.

If an acquittal is invalid, then so is the impeachment. You can't have it both ways, but that's how the Democrats operate.

"He will not be acquitted," Pelosi insanely said during her weekly news conference, according to Politico. “You cannot be acquitted if you don’t have a trial. You don’t have a trial if you don’t have witnesses and documentation and all of that. Does the president know right from wrong? I don't think so.”
A Poli Grip fail
Of course, you can be acquitted even if you don't have a trial--Nancy is trying to blow smoke up into the nether regions of her Party, because they tend to believe what they want to believe.

Democrats have been seeking to have former national security adviser John Bolton, and possibly others, testify at the trial. But they don't want Hunter Biden to testify because he is too relevant as the catalyst of this entire charade.

Bolton, who was fired in September, is reportedly willing to provide testimony that could bolster the Democrats’ arguments that Trump abused his power by seeking a quid-pro-quo deal with Ukraine.

It is probable that Trump did seek a quid pro quo with Ukraine but what he did was not impeachable--he just should have admitted it in the first place. He could have said, "Sure, I told Ukraine to investigate Burisma back in 2016. I was even concerned the Bidens were doing something untoward. At least I didn't hire someone to get fake information from Russia to hurt my chances in 2016 like Hillary did. Sue me."

Anyway, Pelosi and her kinetic dentures made combative comments about Trump’s legal team.

"I don't know how they can retain their lawyer status, in the comments that they're making," Pelosi, turning her back and reaching for her Poli Grip, told reporters. "I don't think they made the case. I think they disgraced themselves terribly in terms of their violation of what our Constitution is about and what a president's behavior should be."

Pelosi also accused other Trump allies of attempting “to dismantle the Constitution” in order to shield the president from conviction and removal from office over two articles of impeachment that the Democrat-controlled House approved in December.

Pelosi talking about the U.S. Constitution--as if the Democrats have been religiously abiding by it--is almost as funny as Eric Swalwell farting on camera with Chris Matthews and then pretending it was his coffee cup.

“Some of them are even lawyers,” Pelosi said. “Imagine that you would say — ever, of any president, no matter who he or she is or whatever party -- if the president thinks that his or her presidency ... is good for the country, then any action is justified — including encouraging a foreign government to have an impact on our elections."

She purposely misinterpreted Harvard Professor Alan Dershowitz's explanation by suggesting that a president can break any law as long as he says it's for the good of the nation. He never said, nor implied that, he said this: “If a president does something which he believes will help him get elected in the public interest, that cannot be the kind of quid pro quo that results in impeachment.” It does not imply that the "something" can be illegal, but the left would like you to believe that this is what he meant.

She and her frenetic hands and moving dentures went on and cited the Founders, as if they would have approved of the Democrats' political impeachment hoax.

When Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NJ) was asked whether or not Hillary Clinton would have been impeached if she had won the election, due to her using the Russian-generated Steele dossier to hurt Trump's chances, he claimed that it was not impeachable because she paid for it.

So if Trump gave Zelenski a dollar, all would be fine with the Democrats.

Yeah sure.

After Dershowitz was wrongfully attacked, he pushed back on Twitter:
“I did not say or imply that a candidate could do anything to reassure his reelection, only that seeking help in an election is not necessarily corrupt, citing the Lincoln and Obama examples. Critics have an obligation to respond to what I said, not to create straw men to attack.”
Dershowitz elaborated further during an appearance on Fox News’ “Hannity.”

"The point I was making was about the senators," Dershowitz said on "Hannity." "What I said [was] if you have mixed motives if you are in the public interest and you're trying to help the public, but you're also trying to get re-elected, according to [Rep. Adam] Schiff and [Rep. Jerry] Nadler, that's a crime.

President Trump and other Republicans argued that Pelosi slowed down the impeachment process, at least in part, because she realized the Democrats’ chances of winning a conviction of Trump in the Senate to be weak because it was without merit.

But all is well in the nation today and by Wednesday, all should be even better when the acquittal is likely to be given.

Alleged Al-Qaeda Leader Arrested on Murder Charges

Phoenix, AZ -- Ali Yousef Ahmed Al-Nouri, 42, was arrested by federal law enforcement late this week on murder charges leveled by the Iraqi government.

Ahmed is an Iraqi national and terrorist leader who is "wanted to stand trial in Iraq for two charges of premeditated murder committed in 2006 in Al-Falujah,"  the Department of Justice said in a statement.

An Iraqi judge issued an arrest warrant for Ahmed and subsequently requested his extradition from the United States to stand trial and probably be executed in Iraq, if found guilty.

“According to the information provided by the Government of Iraq in support of its extradition request, Ahmed served as the leader of a group of Al-Qaeda terrorists in Al-Fallujah, Iraq, which planned operations targeting Iraqi police,” the DOJ explained. “Ahmed and other members of the Al-Qaeda group allegedly shot and killed a first lieutenant in the Fallujah Police Directorate and a police officer in the Fallujah Police Directorate, on or about June 1, 2006, and October 3, 2006, respectively.”

The DOJ noted that the decision to extradite him to Iraq will ultimately be made by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

The DOJ statement did not mention when or how Ahmed entered the United States but the smart money says he entered through Canada with the blessing of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Or perhaps another way.

It's becoming more obvious that the Trump administration is taking the threat of Islamic terrorism a lot more serious than his predecessor [who loves the sound of the Islamic call to prayer].

Trump's administration has removed terrorists: Cassem Soleimani, head of the Iranian Quds Force; Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, head of ISIS; Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, chairman of Iraq's Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) and commander of Kata'ib Hezbollah; and eight others alongside Soleimani; and more recently, Qassim al-Rimi, the Qaeda leader in a Yemen airstrike, but still unconfirmed.

The New York Times reported. “If confirmed, his death [al-Rimi] could represent a significant blow to the Qaeda affiliate, which remains one of the most potent branches of the terrorist group. The Yemen branch, Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, has tried to attack the United States and Europe and is thought to still want to.”

The Times stated that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) appears to have been the entity responsible for taking out al-Rimi as military officials said that they were not aware of any strikes.

But the CIA isn't confirming nor denying.

Crazy Mazie: "I don't care" about "legal Constitutional defenses" Trump has

Relying on the public's knowledge that due to a low IQ she can get away with saying anything that enters her mini mind and the left will agree with her, while the right just shakes their collective head. Sen. Mazie Hirono (Dummy-HI) on Friday said that she didn't "care" about the "legal" and "constitutional defenses" that President Trump's legal defense team used during the Senate impeachment trial.

Because when it comes to what Democrats want, the law can go to hell.

The mildly retarded Hirono made her statement as the Senate sanely voted down the Democrats' attempts to unseat a duly elected president by refusing to call more witnesses the House refused to call after claiming they had an airtight case. What they had was hatred for the president, nothing more than feelings. The vote was 51 to 49.

Hirono made her un-American remarks on the far-left network MSNBC. The Republican National Committee *RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel posted the video on Twitter:
Democrat leaders want to destroy the Constitution in order to impeach @realDonaldTrump.
“I don't care what kind of nice, little, legal, Constitutional defenses that they came up with.” – Dem Sen. Mazie Hirono
That’s wrong on so many levels.pic.twitter.com/Wweiul4Zuj

Harmeet K. Dhillon, a Fox News contributor and trial lawyer compared Hirono to the Wicked Witch of the West, played by Margaret Hamilton in the film “The Wizard of Oz,” tweeting:
"I'll get you, my pretty, and your little Constitution too!" https://t.co/MoGf2yjXC3
— Harmeet K. Dhillon (@pnjaban) January 31, 2020
Conservatives often kid about Trump Derangement Syndrome, but it's a real thing. The left has allowed their blatant hatred of Trump to get them to defend terrorists, go against the U.S. Constitution, and focus on getting him out of office rather than doing their jobs.

CPAC formally disinvites Romney to conference

Matt Schlapp, chairman of the American Conservative Union, said on Friday that he would not be inviting Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) to this year's conference. The reason for the disinvite is due to the vote of "aye" Romney cast in favor of calling more witnesses at the Senate impeachment proceedings.

Romney and Susan Collins (R-ME) were the only two Republicans that crossed party lines and voted to extend the groundless hearings on whether President Trump should be removed from office mainly because the left doesn't like him and Romney and Collins are not big fans of the "bad Orange Man."

Schlapp tweeted:
BREAKING: The 'extreme conservative' and Junior Senator from the great state of Utah, @SenatorRomney is formally NOT invited to #CPAC2020
It is unclear whether Susan Collins is also disinvited to the CPAC conference, but if not, it doesn't seem fair to Romney, who otherwise is one of the worst candidates the GOP has ever run for president.

Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT), defended Romney on Friday, calling him a "good friend" and "excellent senator."

"Mitt Romney is a good friend and an excellent Senator. We have disagreed about a lot in this trial. But he has my respect for the thoughtfulness, integrity, and guts he has shown throughout this process," Lee said. "Utah and the Senate are lucky to have him."

While it makes sense for senators to vote their beliefs, it makes no sense to believe that this impeachment debacle was ever fair at the start. It was an impeachment looking for grounds, and the grounds they finally came up with, were not legitimate grounds for impeachment. So it makes more sense for all of the GOP to stick together and vote the same way, whichever way they decided was the correct course of action to take. Both choices seemed good, especially with the ability for the GOP to call Hunter Biden, the so-called whistleblower, and Adam Schiff and his eyes.

Democrats stick together based on power, but Republicans tend to make their decisions based on their beliefs and ethics. Sadly, that's the most honorable way to vote, but it's also the way to lose the battle over policy.

I understand Schlapp's position on his decision, and I believe Romney and Collins are wrong, but not dishonorable. But you can't just freeze out one without the other.

NY Crime Shoots Up Like Many of the Homeless

Give me a Democrat-run city and I'll give you crime, needles and garbage in the streets along with homelessness. In New York City, crime has risen 60 percent and much of the reason has to do with the party in charge.

With its stringent gun laws, no ordinary New Yorker can carry a gun, yet shootings are up 59.6 percent over this time last year.

A pregnant woman was shot on Sunday while sitting in her car in front of her Queens home. This is no longer uncommon in New York now that local politicians worry more about increasing the prison population than they fear the increase in crime. You see, most of the time, crime doesn't personally affect politicians any more than the laws they pass that affects citizens.

According to NYPD crime data, in addition to the 59.6 percent spike in shootings over the same time frame as last year, robberies also increased 32.8 percent and grand larceny auto crimes were up a huge 62.8 percent. Burglaries rose by 17 percent. Happy New Year, New York.

The reason for the enormous crime spikes is obvious: New York State has basically abolished bail.

NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea said at a press conference last Friday "If you let out individuals that commit a lot of crime, that's precision policing in reverse and we're seeing the effects in a very quick time." He openly criticized the undeniable "correlation" between the huge spike in crime and the jail and prison "populations dropping significantly."

One criminal in Staten Island, New York, who had a history of vehicle theft, was arrested three times in three weeks for breaking into vehicles. He was released every time because the law handcuffs judges instead of criminals. They cannot even set bail.

This is the other side of the criminal justice equation that politicians, including country club Republicans, refuse to recognize. As they are focused like a laser beam on reducing the prison population, they are ignoring the human nature of violent criminals claims Conservative Review.

Criminals see no reason to stop their illegal behavior, and for good reason. Thus, whatever form of crime it is they like to engage in, they will continue repeating it until they are again incarcerated. Repeat, rinse and repeat.

Shea told a story of how a drunk driver drove into a cop who had pulled over another vehicle at the side of the road and pinned him between the police car and his vehicle. The drunk driver, who had been arrested for DWI before, was out of jail before the cop was out of the hospital. "I mean, something's wrong with that picture," Shea said.

Even with the serious drug crisis in New York, even the worst scumbag drug traffickers have nothing to worry about. Six fentanyl traffickers working for Dominican distributors, three of whom were here illegally, were released without bail.

Repeat armed robbers are given the revolving door treatment too. They are being let out, rob again and then don't show up for court because there's no reason why they should.

But New York keeps electing far-left, virtue-signalling Democrats who never have to worry about their own safety, so they don't worry about the public's. What they get are more crime, more drug overdoses and more innocent victims.

We live in a nation where 55% of those incarcerated in state prisons in 2016 were convicted of violent crimes according to the latest Bureau of Justice Statistics data. The recidivism rate for those released show that within 3 years of release, 67.8% are rearrested; within 5 years of release, 76.6% are rearrested, as per the National Institute of Justice.

And let's remember that most people in prison are there for violent crimes. Cities cannot serve as prison reform centers, especially when the public, serving as the prison guards, is unarmed.

DNC wants to change the rules to keep Sanders from the nomination

"No, millionaires ah okay-it's the Wall Shhtreet
billionaires who need to share their money"
The dailywire.com reports the Democratic National Committee may be discussing a plan to keep Democratic presidential candidate Sen, Bernard Sanders (I-VT), a full-blown Communist, from winning the party's nomination. [Shades of Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Donna Brazile.]

Politico reported:
“In conversations on the sidelines of a DNC executive committee meeting and in telephone calls and texts in recent days, about a half-dozen members have discussed the possibility of a policy reversal to ensure that so-called superdelegates can vote on the first ballot at the party’s national convention. Such a move would increase the influence of DNC members, members of Congress and other top party officials, who now must wait until the second ballot to have their say if the convention is contested.”
Politico said that a rule change would be difficult to implement, but said  “the talks reveal the extent of angst that many establishment Democrats are feeling on the eve of the Iowa caucuses.”

In other words, the left knows the country isn't yet ready to go as far left as they would like us to go and they don't want President Trump to have another four years to improve the economy through free trade.

Politico added:
“The decision to relegate superdelegates – now called ‘automatic delegates’ – to the second ballot in a contested convention consumed the DNC for nearly two years after the 2016 election. Superdelegates overwhelmingly sided with Hillary Clinton, infuriating Sanders’ supporters. The rule change was widely viewed as a major victory for the Democratic Party’s left flank. At the time, Perez called the delegate overhaul ‘historic,’ while progressive Democrats and many moderates lauded its appeal to young voters skeptical of centralized party power.”

Failed leftist Green Party lunatic presidential candidate Jill Stein responded to Politico’s report tweeting:
“Desperate DNC members consider rule change to let superdelegates vote on 1st ballot to stop Sanders. If the DNC rigs another election against its voters, it’ll be asking for biggest #DemExit yet by those who want an actually democratic party. #DNCRigging”
For once I agree with Stein. The Democratic Party seems to be eating its own tail and if things continue along this route, they will be in deep trouble with the less lunatic left and the moderates.
