Pro-terrorist lawyer and her firm freed Taliban scum so to fight another day

Gholan Ruhani claimed his innocence after coalition forces nabbed his butt along with a drug-trafficking militia commander. He was sent to Gitmo in Cuba and was represented by Rebecca Dick, a white shoe lawyer. Ruhani claimed to be a "simple shopkeeper who helped Americans."

If by "helping Americans" he meant killing them, then he was telling the truth.

A few days ago, former Al Gore media, Al Jazeera, got hold of Ruhani along with his fellow scumwafer in the presidential palace in Kabul while announcing the formation of an Islamic emirate. Ruhani recited the Qu'ran as he cradled an American "helping tool" known as an automatic rifle as he also spoke of his time at Gitmo.

Ms. Dick worked for Dechert, LLP, a high-end law firm, and represented Ruhani and advocated for his repatriation to Afghanistan, claiming in a 2008 interview that her clients were not extremists, just a couple of Qu'ran-thumping religious guys.

"None expresses any interest in harming the U.S.," she claimed. "Most affirmatively express support for the Karzai government; the others simply do not want to think about or discuss politics."

They actually only want peace and will get it when all of their enemies are dead, and that includes everyone who fail to be Qu'ran-thumpers.

Dick's statements were squarely at odds with Defense Departments assessments, which were now proven true by witnessing Ruhani's role in the collapse of the Ghani government. Ruhani has been connected to the Taliban's intelligence outfit seen in government reports, which highlighted his family ties to senior Taliban leaders, and they correctly anticipated that he would join terrorist organizations if released.

Dick no longer works to free terrorists; she has retired, but had represented seven Gitmo detainees while working at Dechert's Washington, D.C. offices. She also represented Amir Handjani [aka Amir Handjobie], and Iranian-American and Quincy Institute fellow.

Handjani threatened to sue the Washington Free Beacon for defamation in its coverage of his role as an adviser to a sheikh who rules one of the seven UAE with tyrannical power.

Ruhani has clear inconsistencies between him and the DoD's evidence against him. He admitted to doing certain "menial" tasks for the Taliban intelligence in Kabul--which should have been enough to shoot him in the crotch--but insisted his main occupation was working in the family electronics store in Ghazni, a city about 100 miles southeast of Kabul.

But he never mentioned that his brother-in-law is Qari Ahmadullah, the Taliban's intelligence chief who is much cooked for, if not loved, by Ruhani's sister.

A DoD report noted that Ruhani worked in the operations department of the Taliban's intelligence arm and concluded that he was able to share information about the Taliban's intelligence infrastructure [don't get the Democrats started], operations methods, and communications with intel officials.

The report stated that Ruhani "would probably join [anti-coalition militia] groups dedicated to attacking US and coalition forces in Afghanistan if released."

Lawyering on behalf of Guantanamo detainees was a cause célèbre for much of the legal establishment during the War on Terror. Dick is one of numerous corporate lawyers, scholars, and monied industry groups, including the American Bar Association, that counseled and advocated for the detainees.

Dick was at the Washington, D.C., Ritz Carlton in 2007 to accept a Beacon of Justice Award from the National Legal Aid and Defender Association, given in recognition of Dechert's work on behalf of prisoners at Guantanamo. 

Congratulations, lefties and Dick. You did a fine job of freeing these PsOS so they could go out and kill Afghans and allied military.

Traitor Bowe to get a general court martial

Army Sgt. Bowe-Allahu-Akbar-Bergdahl has been making news lately when he did a series of podcasts that I blogged about here, but now his high profile case is making the news again. 

You may recall, if you don't get your news from Slate.com, that President Barack Hussein Obama released five high-profile Taliban leaders from Guantanamo Bay for Bergdahl. You may also recall that this Army deserter's "man-bun," Islamic-style beard-wearing father and hippy dippy mother were honored at the White House by Barack, and how the father of this deserter spoke to Bowe in Arabic and thanked everyone, except for the families of those who died looking for his son's traitorous ass.

 (I have provided the video for your emetic entertainment, just in case you didn't get to see it last year.)

Bergdahl was later charged with desertion and misbehavior before the enemy, accused of abandoning his post before he was captured.

Now, the U.S. Army Forces Command finally said today that both charges are being referred to a general court-martial--a hearing date is to be set, and the hearing will take place at Fort Bragg, N.C.

Bergdahl's lawyer, Eugene Fidell, complained that the convening authority didn't follow the advice of the preliminary hearing officer (who was probably following the advice of the White House) that the case be move to a special misdemeanor-level military court. 

Perhaps the convening authority decided to not move the trial there in favor of true justice.

Trading the five Taliban leaders for a deserter (who went from Private to Sergeant by default while in captivity) created tension between the American majority along with Congress, and our so-called Commander in Chief, a president who doesn't even have the command of knowledge regarding the number of states there are in the nation he presides over.

Some in Congress said they were not properly informed of the trade deal with the Taliban and that the trade raised serious security concerns. 

Of course, they were right in being concerned as it was discovered that some of the Taliban Five returned to the battle front, doing their Islamic jihad best to kill Americans. 

Congress was supposed to be given a 30-day notice by our incompetent administration to inform them of the transfer of the Gitmo detainees to Qatar. 

But Congress was not given this notice and that is against the law, which Obama apparently believes does not pertain to him.

So it seems that Susan Rice, our so-called National Security Adviser, jumped the proverbial gun last year when stating that Bergdahl "served with honor and distinction." This turned out to be just as truthful as when she said that a video caused the spontaneous Benghazi attacks that killed four Americans, one of whom was Ambassador Chris Stevens.

Have you noticed how similar the names "Benghazi" and "Bergdahl" are to each other?

When Presidents Go Bad

Our so-called president has freed more Islamic jihadists from Gitmo and is sending them to Uruguay, a Marxist country run by people just like the people Obama freed.

The president of Uruguay, Jose Mujica, was a Marxist terrorist in his own right, and he is more than delighted to welcome his fellow scumbags to his country--they go well with the curtains.

Mostly all the prisoners Obama freed are rated high risk to the West and, of course, Israel. Short of a candlestick maker, we have among this group, a suicide bomber, his buddy the bomb-maker, a trained terrorist in mortars and rocket propelled grenades, and a document forger to help them all visit wherever they'd like to go in the world. Maybe they'll be coming to your neighborhood, but Obama doesn't care.

The only gift Obama did not give ISIS, Hamas and Al Qaeda, was a nice Christmas card to go along with these gifts--gifts that keep on killing.

One scumbag, Mohammed (imagine that) Tahanmatan is a Hamas terrorist. He made it very clear to us in Gitmo that he hates us, Jews, Christians, hypocritical Muslims, apple pie and Chevrolet. A hypocritical Muslim is one who refuses to wage jihad on all infidels, thus making him an infidel. These hypocritical Muslims are worse than infidels, however, but not quite as bad as Jews, says the religion of peace spokes-cretin.

But Tahanmatan is a pussycat compared to the others who were released by our seditious, so-called president.

Obama's Future Plan for Gitmo and the USA

Hussein Obama may be preparing to close the Guantanamo Bay prison facility in Cuba. According to a Wall Street Journal story, the White House is "drafting options" allowing our jihad-sympathizing president to close Gitmo by overriding congressional restrictions on bringing Islamic jihadists to the U.S.

I pray the prisoners all head over to Gwyneth Paltrow's mansion where she can volunteer to become their sex slave and "go jihad" all over her.

The White House responded to the story by claiming Barack Hussein opposes the restrictions (he likes his jihadists up close and personal here in the U.S. A.) but his first choice is to work with both parties in resolving this issue (and do things his way).

"For many years now, we've always looked at options to close Guantanamo Bay," White House butt-boy, Eric Schultz told the press. You remember Schultz--he was the Nazi Sergeant who said "I don't know nuthink; I don't see nuthink."

It doesn't matter to Obama that most Americans oppose by a huge margin the closing down of the facility. Nor does it matter to our illustrious community organizer Alinsky socialist that we are in the throes of war with ISIS, even though he refuses to call it a war.

What matters to Obama is that he fundamentally change America.

And the change is going according to plan. He is reducing the influence of the U.S. in favor of a global government, where no one nation stands above another. Where none is really exceptional. Where a global economy rules the earth.

He might even call it Communism.

An Islamic Holy Man

Khalid Sheik Mohammed and his four terrorist co-defendants were arraigned yesterday in a process that took 13 hours rather than the typical 13 minutes, at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  One made a paper airplane, signifying the jihadist's suicide missions that killed over 3,000 innocent Americans, another terrorist scumbag gave a "thumbs up" to a victim's family member, and one removed his shirt, revealing his oily chest hair, and this was just the start.

These creatures (I refuse to call them animals because animals don't do what these dickweeds did to fellow human beings) can receive the death sentence if convicted, but the way the trial has begun suggests to me that by the time the sentence is finally imposed, they will have died of natural causes in prison.  If these orthodox Islamic worshipers are not convicted, I propose they be released on their own recognizance in a locked room in Manhattan with the families of the 911 victims and a few members of SEAL Team 6.

During the opening hearing, an attorney for one of the scumbags complained that the military commission trial is unconstitutional (as is the killing of American citizens, and the beheading of Daniel Pearl, which he left out).  Another lawyer and useful idiot for Islam wore a hijab and abaya, which to the Muslim mind can be thought of as an "anti-erection outfit" as she told the military attorneys that they should dress more modestly as they might cause these Muslim holy men to commit a sin.  You see, if a Muslim looks at human skin tissue, it causes an immediate sexual reaction with concomitant "dirty" thoughts.  These "dirty" thoughts can cause these holy Muslim terrorist jihadists to go past Paradise and land in Hell where Allah burns away their skin as they scream in pain, then replaces this skin with new skin.  This is their conception of their god. Really, it's in their "holy book," that can get you killed if they find it in your outhouse.

"Quiet, I need to pray"

One lawyer for them was upset that we had these terrorists strip-searched before leaving Gitmo.  If we strip-searched Mohammad Atta, they would have found his box-cutters and the Twin Towers might still be standing.

Yes, I am angry at this nonsense.  We are allowing this mockery of our justice system to get off on the wrong foot.  I say put the garbage in another room where they have the choice to watch it on CCTV.  I say that when one of their useful idiot lawyers tells us to respect their religion, we remind that moron that it is their religion that commanded their actions in the first place.  Anyone who disagrees with that statement has not read their koran; and if they had, they didn't understand it in the way it's intended.  Giving in to these demands by their lawyers, is a victory for them. Tape their mouths in the courtroom if they're inappropriate.

Friday's Flushings

What a week it has been with the passing of a conservative soldier, Andrew Breitbart, gas prices continuing to rise, the Egyptian hostages being freed for a mere $5 million, Ben and Jerry attempting to fund Occupy Wall Street, and Joe Biden saying stupid things to Catholics. Where do I start?  Forget Biden--he isn't worth my time, let's talk about Afghanistan.

I spoke about Andrew Breitbart in yesterday's blog but didn't mention the disgusting response Mike Taibbi wrote in Rolling Stone (or is it "Stoned"?) Magazine, which said that he was glad Breitbart was dead.  How courageous a scumbucket like Taibbi, (who would be Occupying something if his daddy wasn't a TV newsman) is to write about the dead. And the left is generally the most PC, except when it comes to being disgusting with their lies about the right.  Of course Andrew Breitbart was hated by the left--that's because his message rang true and they were afraid of him.  When the Weinerschnitzel, for example, got outed by Andrew, and lied by trying to discredit him and get him fired, the Congressman didn't have the manliness to apologize and admit he totally sucks as a human being--his Islamic wife was all pregnant and hot flashing all over the place while he was tweeting his junk.  I hope somehow Andrew's work carries on by us, but it will take more than one person to do it. Final thought about this--imagine if Michael Moore died of a hamburger heart attack and conservatives said "good, he's gone and I'm glad." Can you hear the self-righteous indignation from the mainstream media?

The gas prices might be Obama's undoing, particularly since Steven Chu, the Energy Secretary, blew it by telling the truth--they never wanted the price of gasoline to go down, they wanted to make it climb so that alternative fuels would be more attractive to the poor working stiffs. Welcome to a world of exploding batteries and solar panels companies that you are funding at $9 million a job.  As for me, I refuse to buy an electric car.

The Egyptian hostages are home and their companies paid $5 million in booty to the thieving government.  I wonder if Obama is going to still give them the billions in foreign aid that we do every year. I suspect he will because he believes it will go to a good cause, often referred to as "jihad." 

Ben Cohen  and Jerry Greenfield, of the Ben and Jerry's Company, have decided to fund the Occupy movement, but in a hilarious turn of events, the movement doesn't want them dictating to them as to how they should allocate the money.  People of odor walked out of the first meeting, and we must now wait to see where it's going to go.  The next flavor they are currently working on is the Karl Marxmellow sundae, which they hope to make huge profits on by summer, in spite of their denouncing capitalism. Their first honorary customer for this sundae will be Michael-I-Can-Eat-Moore.

Obama apologized again for the killing of Korans--wait--you can't kill Korans--I mean the burning of Korans by mistake. The Islamic orthodox accepted the apology by shooting two more Americans in the head.  In an interview, Obama said the apologies were calming things down, and I suppose after you kill someone for burning a book you hold to be more valuable than human life,  you might calm down afterward once your bloodlust is satisfied, but Obama doesn't have a clue on how to deal with terrorism and Afghans--they see him as a weakling, and thus, see us as weak too.  

Oh, by the way, did you hear that we taxpayers are funding a soccer field for terrorist suspects at Guantanamo Bay?  Truth is stranger than fiction. 

Well, the weekend is coming and I hope yours is a good one.  I see that there are severe tornadoes in the Midwest and south and I pray people are safe.
