US has N. Korea defector in custody after his months of detainment in the hermit nation

North Korea has released Travis King since holding him in detainment since July.

King has been held by North Korean authorities since July 18, when he reportedly made a dash toward the darkness of NoKo while with a tour group as he ran into the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) that is between North and South Korea.

The government of North Korea stated on Wednesday that it was planning the return of U.S. Army Pvt. Travis King to U.S. custody according to state-run news agencies.

"The relevant organ of the [Democratic People's Republic of Korea] decided to expel Travis King, a soldier of the U.S. Army who illegally intruded into the territory of the DPRK, under the law of the Republic," state media outlet Korean Central News Agency wrote, according to translations provided by Yonhap News Agency.

Since King's capture, there has been no contact with him and officials from North Korea have been intentionally vague when responding to U.S.'s begging for his return.

The incident occurred after the private finished approximately two months in a South Korean detention facility after he physically assaulted South Korean locals, according to a senior defense official who spoke with Fox News on Tuesday. He made it clear while being held in detention that he did not want to return to the United States, according to the official.

King was released on July 10 and sent home to Fort Bliss where he faced additional military discipline under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and possible discharge from the military. He has faced no less than two additional assault-related allegations in South Korea.

He was fined $3,950 by the court in February as he was convicted of assaulting an unidentified person. He also damaged a police vehicle in Seoul in October of last year, according to a transcript of the verdict which was obtained by the Associated Press.

The deserter admitted to crossing into North Korea according to their state media and he allegedly told them he did so because of "inhuman maltreatment and racial discrimination within the U.S. Army."

He was evidently upset that unlike BLM, he didn't get away with the violence he unleashed on people.

"During the investigation, Travis King confessed that he had decided to come over to the DPRK as he harbored ill feeling against inhuman maltreatment and racial discrimination within the U.S. Army," KCNA reported. "He also expressed his willingness to seek refuge in the DPRK or a third country, saying that he was disillusioned at the unequal American society."

Yeah, sure.

King's mother, in an apparent effort to help her son avoid being charged with a high crime, disputed the reports from North Korea, saying that her son had no motivation to defect to the totalitarian nation.

Maybe he just did a Biden and accidentally tripped over the DMZ into the arms of North Korea.

Both sides of aisle upset with Obama's decision on Mannong

Chelsea Manning, formerly known as Bradley Manning because he thinks that he is now a woman, was sentenced to a 35-year prison sentence for leaking about 700,000 classified documents to WikiLeaks. He could have been given the death sentence but his life was spared.

Now his incarceration has been commuted and the traitor will be out of prison and free as a songbird in May of this year.

The outgoing Secretary of Defense, Ash Carter along with other top Army leaders recommended against Lame Duck President Obama commuting the bulk of Manning's sentence but giving the American people one last screwing was just too much of a temptation for Obama to pass up.

This information was discovered as Obama found himself on the defensive over his seditious decision. It's disgusting and horribly wrong. Many lawmakers of both parties are condemning this shameful decision and are warning that it sets a "dangerous precedent."

Any patriotic American's stomach turned when we heard this decision. Because of Manning's treasonous behavior, lives were lost.

It's ironic that Obama and his party attacks Russia and WikiLeaks but frees a scumbag that gave WikiLeaks classified military and government information.

Obama is expected to defend the commutation at his thankfully final press conference on Wednesday afternoon, but there is no defense for it, no honest reason that Manning should be freed.

Now the question is who else will our leftist America-hating lame duck give clemency.

As a result of Manning's traitorous actions, "Ambassadors were forced to resign, [CIA] station chiefs had to be recalled [to protect their lives], secret diplomatic cables were revealed," an official told the media.

According to defense officials, Manning's actions sped up the Arab Spring and may have contributed to the rise of ISIS.

Two intelligence sources confirmed that after some Afghanistan reports were released in 2010, the Taliban "went on a killing spree," taking out everyone fitting the description of people who may have worked with the U.S. If the report described "someone with short, dark hair, helping the U.S., the Taliban took out everyone with short dark hair. It was indiscriminate," a source told Fox News.

In Manning's pardon application, his lawyer claimed that "None of the disclosed documents caused any real damage to the United States. Instead, these documents simply embarrassed our country by revealing misconduct by the Department of Defense and unethical practices by the Department of State."

Cool--blame the victims, not the scumcrumpet who gave them up.

In total, Obama has granted clemency to 273 people but is yet to grant it to U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, another traitorous deserter who got soldiers killed trying to rescue him after he walked off his post in Afghanistan. He too asked Obama for a pardon--it's probably tearing Obama apart as to what to do, but we know what he wants to do.

If Bergdahl is pardoned, he doesn't have to go to trial in April to face charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy, for which he can get life in prison.

Traitor Bowe to get a general court martial

Army Sgt. Bowe-Allahu-Akbar-Bergdahl has been making news lately when he did a series of podcasts that I blogged about here, but now his high profile case is making the news again.

You may recall, if you don't get your news from Slate.com, that President Barack Hussein Obama released five high-profile Taliban leaders from Guantanamo Bay for Bergdahl. You may also recall that this Army deserter's "man-bun," Islamic-style beard-wearing father and hippy dippy mother were honored at the White House by Barack, and how the father of this deserter spoke to Bowe in Arabic and thanked everyone, except for the families of those who died looking for his son's traitorous ass.

(I have provided the video for your emetic entertainment, just in case you didn't get to see it last year.)

Bergdahl was later charged with desertion and misbehavior before the enemy, accused of abandoning his post before he was captured.

Now, the U.S. Army Forces Command finally said today that both charges are being referred to a general court-martial--a hearing date is to be set, and the hearing will take place at Fort Bragg, N.C.

Bergdahl's lawyer, Eugene Fidell, complained that the convening authority didn't follow the advice of the preliminary hearing officer (who was probably following the advice of the White House) that the case be move to a special misdemeanor-level military court.

Perhaps the convening authority decided to not move the trial there in favor of true justice.

Trading the five Taliban leaders for a deserter (who went from Private to Sergeant by default while in captivity) created tension between the American majority along with Congress, and our so-called Commander in Chief, a president who doesn't even have the command of knowledge regarding the number of states there are in the nation he presides over.

Some in Congress said they were not properly informed of the trade deal with the Taliban and that the trade raised serious security concerns.

Of course, they were right in being concerned as it was discovered that some of the Taliban Five returned to the battle front, doing their Islamic jihad best to kill Americans.

Congress was supposed to be given a 30-day notice by our incompetent administration to inform them of the transfer of the Gitmo detainees to Qatar.

But Congress was not given this notice and that is against the law, which Obama apparently believes does not pertain to him.

So it seems that Susan Rice, our so-called National Security Adviser, jumped the proverbial gun last year when stating that Bergdahl "served with honor and distinction." This turned out to be just as truthful as when she said that a video caused the spontaneous Benghazi attacks that killed four Americans, one of whom was Ambassador Chris Stevens.

Have you noticed how similar the names "Benghazi" and "Bergdahl" are to each other?
