Chocolate factory explosion in Pennsylvania: 2 killed, many injured, 9 missing

According to a  report by The New York Times, the explosion occurred at the R.M. Palmer Company in West Reading at around 5 p.m.

At least two employees were killed in the explosion and eight were transported to local hospitals with injuries. Worse, there are nine people missing, the report said.

The force was so massive that it shook houses several blocks away.

“I heard like a loud noise, like a roaring sound, then the house shake,” Liz Soto, who has a friend who works in the factory, told FOX 29. “She went to work, she’s confirmed to have gone to work, but we don’t know anything about her.”

Law enforcement said that the cause of the explosion is under investigation. 

“The explosion was so big that it moved that building four feet forward,” said Mayor Samantha Kaag. “Unfortunately, it wasn’t a great scene to come into. It was pretty scary.”

The 75-year-old company employs hundreds of people and is known for making seasonal chocolate candies.

Jamira Shutes sucker punches BGSU's Elissa Brett in handshake line: racism or March Madness?

If Bowling Green State University basketball player Elissa Brett sucker-punched Jamira Shutes on the handshake line after the game, Al Sharptongue, Jesse Jackson, AOC, Hakeem Jeffries, and every member of Black Lives Matter would have gone berserk and called for a protest and called Brett a racist. 

But that isn't what happened. In fact, it was Shutes, whose team lost to the Falcons, sucker-punched Brett after the game as the players lined up to shake hands.

The Memphis guard Jamirah Shutes has been charged Thursday with assault after Bowling Green scored a third-round victory in the Women's National Invitational Tournament (WNIT).

The Bowling Green State University Police Department issued a press release Friday confirming that Shutes, a fifth-year player, was charged after the "unwarranted physical incident" involving Brett at the conclusion of BGSU’s 73-60 victory over Memphis. It is not known whether Shutes was left back academically as she is a fifth-year player and Memphis is a 4-year college, but the more important point is that Memphis lost the game and Shutes was on the losing team and is a loser in more ways than one.

There is no excuse for what Shutes did, even though her team lost to BGSU 73-60.

"Following Thursday’s unwarranted physical incident after the WNIT home game, the Bowling Green State University Police Department has charged a member of the Memphis women’s basketball team with assault," the statement said.

"Violence is never acceptable, and our priority remains the health, safety and support of our student-athlete, who is recovering and doing well. This is an active investigation in conjunction with the City of Bowling Green Prosecutor, and no further comment is available at this time."

Police said BGSU Athletics was also conducting its own review.

The incident happened at the conclusion of the Memphis-BGSU Sweet 16 matchup. As both teams approached center court to shake hands, Shutes stopped when she reached Brett.

Evidently feeling upset that she and her team lost to BGSU 73-60, Shutes then sucker-punched Brett, forcing her to the ground, according to police

A member of the Memphis Tigers' coaching staff grabbed Shutes and escort her off the court.

According to an incident report, Brett sustained "swelling in their right eye due to this strike."

Memphis released a statement Friday confirming that it was working with local authorities, because they had no choice.

"The incident that occurred following Thursday’s women’s basketball game was extremely unfortunate and certainly not consistent with, or representative of, our expectations for our programs and student-athletes," the statement said.

The incident had nothing to do with being unfortunate. The incident was criminal, not unfortunate--it's called battery.

"Because the incident occurred after the game, jurisdiction falls in the hands of local authorities, and we are cooperating fully with their process. To be respectful of that process, we will not comment further until it is complete."

A native of Tennessee, Shutes became the 27th player in program history to score 1,000 points. She ranks 13th at the school all-time in career points and is still an a-hole in spite of her ability to put a round object through a slightly larger hoop.

Shutes might even be a racist, but I have no proof of that. Racist is a term that should not be thrown around carelessly, but 'shoe on the other foot,' well, you know.

Detroit murder suspect x4 out on bond

Jonathan Welch, a Detroit man, is accused of killing his mom, stepdad, and ex-girlfriend after he was released from jail on bond. Now he has been charged with a fourth murder

Welch allegedly murdered Natayla Morse, 24, prior to his arrest last June. The young lady was found dead on June 4, 2022.

Prosecutors said that Welch killed Morse with blunt force trauma to the head, and then stole her car and set it on fire. As if that wasn't enough, just weeks after the killing, he was charged with the other three murders.

Wayne County prosecutors say Welch initially attacked and sexually assaulted his former girlfriend a few days after she was found dead. He allegedly strangled her, poured gasoline on her, threatened to assault her with a drill, burned her arms and legs with a metal spatula, before attempting to sexually assault her using a pole.

The victim told investigators that Welch wrapped the cord around her neck and would strangle her, then release, before reapplying pressure. She said he also heated up the spatula on the stove and then put it on her arm.

Welch was arrested for the alleged torture and assault and released on a $100,000 bond which was not, this time, raised by Kamala Harris on GoFundMe.

Days later, he allegedly killed the ex-girlfriend and then barricaded himself in his mother's home and shot at responding police officers. He then set the home on fire and killed his stepfather and mother, authorities said.

Hopefully, Welch is expected to appear in court Friday.

Kim Jong Un may execute bodyguard for letting him go out with schmutz on his jacket

A North Korean bodyguard may be executed or worse for allowing the fair and honorable leader for life, Kim Jong Un to go outside with a powdery substance on his jacket without telling him. This is almost as bad as the time another former bodyguard did not inform Kim that he had toilet paper stuck to his shoe. This bodyguard was punished with "Death by a Thousand Cuts," and his family was punished by having to go out in public with toilet paper hanging from the back of their pants for life.

The latest faux pas occurred last week when Kim was watching a missile launch as propaganda photos captured him looking over a balcony. But lo and behold, the supreme exalted and wonderful leader for life had schmutz on his jacket in the form of a mysterious white powder similar to the kind that is often seen in photos of Hunter Biden's nostrils.

Kim was publicly humiliated and that doesn't bode well for the person whose job it was to make certain that the leader always looked like he had his stuff together.

North Korean expert Michael Madden explained that those “responsible” for Kim Jong-un’s wardrobe malfunction could be sentenced to hard labour or even execution. It all depends on Kim's mood of the day.

Earlier this month, an unintelligent intelligence agent faced the possibility of a firing squad after being caught using internet privileges to Google the leader. Had he Googled "Google," there's no telling what might have occurred.

Prince Harry may have lied on his visa application or been given special treatment only reserved for non-peons

Meghan Markle's husband, Prince Harry of merry old England, had his immigration status scrutinized by a conservative think tank that believe he may have fibbed on his visa filings. It's also possible that he was given special treatment by President Biden's decision-maker, whoever that is, in the Department of Homeland Security, a government agency that has become as impotent as a sperm donor who was given a photo of "The View" as incentive to perform.

The Heritage Foundation, citing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) asked the DOH for a copy of Harry's visa file, noting that in order to obtain a residency permit, the person must answer if he or she has ever used illicit drugs. Should the applicant answer "yes," they can be denied the visa. Harry may have answered "no," and that would have been a lie; or he could have simply answered "yes" and lied about his past. 

Either way, he should be investigated.

“I think what happens with this FOIA request has a direct impact on what happens with Harry’s future in the U.S. if indeed he wants to become a permanent U.S. resident or a U.S. citizen,” Nile Gardiner, director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at the Heritage Foundation, told The Daily Mail.

“The stakes are very high here,” Gardiner added.  “This issue of a visa application has major implications for his future in the United States.”

Seriously? Does anyone really believe that certain individuals are treated the same as the unwashed masses? Harry may be a ginger, an idiot, and a pain in the ass, but he's a royal pain in the ass.

As far as the possibility that Harry argues the DHS documents should remain private, Gardiner stated, “Harry can talk all he likes about protecting privacy, but he’s just written a massive book outlining all of his drug use. I’d say this isn’t a very smart move.”

Nobody ever has accused Harry of being intelligent.

“No one should be above the law,” Gardiner declared. “It doesn’t matter if you’re a member of the Royal Family, everyone should be treated the same.”

“I think it’s in the public interest to know whether or not Harry was completely transparent in documenting all of his drug use that he outlined in ‘Spare,’” Gardiner said. “I think that the public will be really outraged if he was admitted to the United States through a system of preference and privilege, or he got in without revealing the full information.”

They should have the Harry dilemma as an episode on tv's Border Security and have a dog sniff his luggage.

In his blockbuster book “Spare,” Harry admitted using cocaine and the psychedelic drug ayahuasca; the latter is illegal in the United States unless used for religious purposes.

Harry should immediately be deported along with his lovely wife Meghan.

Heritage Foundation attorney Samuel Dewey, who formerly supervised oversight and investigations on the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee, warned that if DHS does not produce the records by April 12, the foundation will sue the federal government.

“Even if he came in through a visa, it still has to be cleared by DHS, because you also have to be admissible to the country,” Dewey claimed. “Our request concerns whether or not he’s admissible without a waiver, given his long history of narcotics use. Individuals in the past with that history have not been let into the country.”

“There’s a precedent for getting this immigration information from the immigration authorities,” Dewey stated. “The first question that a court will ask is, how much of a privacy interest is there here? And we think it’s as low as it can be. This is a public figure who’s been notoriously open for commercial gain. He has so aggressively put himself into the public for his commercial benefit that it’s a perfect storm of diminished privacy rights.”

“The second question the court will ask is what is the public interest?” Dewey continued. “We’ve got a serious problem with our immigration system in this country. And a big part of that problem is laws are not being enforced.”

“If they’re spending a lot of time giving a special unjustified preference to Prince Harry, how does that affect the common immigration applications where people have carefully dotted every I and crossed every T?” he asked.

It's obvious to even the casual observer, that Prince Harry's narcotics history has affected his brain, and he doesn't have any extra neurons to spare. But at least he has Meghan to do his thinking for him.

Man finishes in 1st place at NYC women's cycling race

A male cyclist with gender dysphoria--a currently chic mental disorder that gives the "sufferer" a victim advantage--finished in first place over the women at a New York City cycling event.

The man's name is Tiffany Thomas, but no relationship to the swimmer with the same mental condition of gender dysphoria, Lia Thomas, is seen above standing on the winner's podium between two actual women who lost to him because of their biological handicap. The Randall's Island Criteriums took place on Sunday.

Racers 2 and 3 are fools for not boycotting the race

Thomas rides for a club known as LA Sweat.

According to his bio, Thomas is a scientist but obviously not a geneticist. It says that "her" favorite organ are the blood cells, and that he has the biggest smile than everyone else on the planet, [which seems to spread even further when he beats out women in women's cycling events].

Since this was his first time winning an event this year, it's seems probable that Thomas is a fairly mediocre male athlete who sometimes loses to women, but is taking advantage of his gender confusion [or is it really confusion and not simply an opportunistic chance to feel like a winner] to shatter the competition. 

His "sister-in-dysphoria" Lia Thomas has done the same in swimming, but the women he competed against say Lia indicated to them that he's still sexually interested in women and gallivants around in the locker room with his twig and berries dangling as he goes. So the question is, is it an act in order to gain notoriety or an award, or is he and others with the same claim of gender dysphoria faking it?

Tiffany Thomas has finished in first place against women 16 times in his career, according to his Road Results page.

USA Cycling claims that it's "committed to ensuring that all USA Cycling members have equal access and opportunities to participate in cycling events in a manner that is fair to all competitors while preserving the integrity of the sport and respecting international competition regulations," but they apparently know less about fairness than the men who compete against women.

I'm amazed that women athletes don't boycott events where transgender 'women' are competing against them. This is a setback for women and the so called feminists are too scared to take a stand.

It's Women's History Month and Kamala Hahaharris's gibberish makes all other women look brilliant

Democrat Vice President Kamala Harris speaks like she's either drunk, stoned, or brain injured. Of course she could be brain injured and also drunk and/or stoned. While she doesn't mumble like her mush-mouth boss, her word salads make as much sense as his usually does.

Her latest oration came at a Women's History Month commemoration Wednesday. [Fun Fact: the word 'history' comes from the combining 'his' with 'story.']

Harris, along with PINO Joe Biden, First Doctor Jill Biden, second gentleman Doug Emhoff, offered up their combined genius at the White House for the occasion. They spoke about women of the past and the Biden administration's goals for American women of today, such as replacing male cinema heroes with women, and beautiful Miss America contestants with men dressed as women with a diagnosis that explains their delusions.

During one part of her address, Harris seemed to get stuck on repeating women and history, while falling back on one of her word salad standbys about being "unburdened by what has been."

"So, during Women’s History Month, we celebrate and we honor the women who made history throughout history, who saw what could be unburdened by what had been," Harris blathered.

She continued blathering, "We see the suffragists, the riveters, the marchers, the mothers and sisters and aunts and grandmothers and daughters, all the giants upon whose broad shoulders we stand."

Good old Rosie the Riveter keeping America armed and ready. [Google her.]

Harris’ rhetoric about "women who made history throughout history" was hailed as yet another example of her verbal gaffes or "word salads" delivered in public, and the redundancy of her redundancy.

It's rumored that Kamala Harris went to the School of Redundancy School.

Hillary and Chelsea get parting gifts on Broadway that they didn't expect to get: yuck

It was the girls night out on Broadway where Hillary and Chelsea Clinton attended a performance of "Some Like it Hot." Unfortunately for them, someone left something hot and it kind of ruined their evening.

The Shubert Theater, in New York City was where the gift was left for the mother and daughter team, as the play reached an intermission. Someone had defecated, as in took a dump, just a few odiferous aisles away from where they sat.

The turds were found during that intermission and weren't difficult to find.

“Last week when Hillary and Chelsea Clinton were in the audience, the lights came up for intermission and there were two human turds in the aisle just near the famous political duo.”

It’s unknown whether the dual dump was an intentional act or some sort of medical accident, but chances are that the perpetrator left one for each Clinton on purpose. 

An anonymous source described the incident as involving an elderly person who may have had bowel control issues, [but my money is still on a deliberate dumper].

It is also unknown whether or not Monica Lewinsky attended the play, which could clear up the matter.

“It was an elderly person and it’s rather sad, but yes, the house staff worked quickly to help resolve the situation and Act II started as scheduled.”

A manager for the playhouse told the witness that this wasn’t the first time the droppings had been found in the midst of a performance.

A seemingly troubled patron of the playhouse has defecated in the theater four different times, according to a witness’s conversation with the manager.

“There is someone who is either s****ing in the aisle, or surreptitiously dumping defecation that they smuggled into the theater.”

The waste was dealt with as best as theater staff could, with Hillary and her daughter remaining for the second act of the show, according to the report.

There’s no reason to suspect that the gifts were left as a targeted affront to the Clintons as Ms. Lewinsky was nowhere to be found. 

It seems as if parody has taken a backstage to reality.
