Steve Bannon indicted on NYS charges: expected to turn himself in

Steve Bannon has been indicted on state charges in New York related to the federal charges he faced in 2020 over a fraud scheme. He was pardoned for those charges by then-President Trump in the federal case coming at the end of Trump's term in office, before the trial was able to conclude.

The charge against Bannon in August 2020 was for allegedly defrauding people who donated to a crowdfunding campaign to build a wall along the southern border between the US and Mexico. He was accused of stealing one million dollars from the over $25 million raised to pay an alleged co-conspirator and personal expenses totaling hundreds of thousands in expenses.

The other two co-conspirators charged in the scheme, Brian Kolfage and Andrew Badolato, pled guilty in April to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, according to the DOJ. Kolfage also pled guilty to tax and wire fraud charges filed by the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida. 

Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg would handle the case, as per The Washington Post. Bragg is known for having more tolerance and sympathy for felons than he has for Republicans and is a threat to the safety of New Yorkers.

The report stated that Bannon is expected to turn himself in on Thursday.

The new indictment Bannon faces comes after he was found guilty of one contempt count involving his refusal to appear for a deposition and another involving his refusal to produce documents to the January 6th House Select Committee. He is set to be sentenced in that case on Oct. 21, 2022. Each count carries a maximum of 30 days in jail and fines ranging from $100 to $100,000.

“The subpoena to Stephen Bannon was not an invitation that could be rejected or ignored,” Matthew M. Graves, U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia said. “Mr. Bannon had an obligation to appear before the House Select Committee to give testimony and provide documents. His refusal to do so was deliberate and now a jury has found that he must pay the consequences.”

Some Democrats are hoping Bannon will be given a life sentence or is hung by the neck until dead, unlike former President Obama's wingman, former US Attorney General Eric Holder who was also guilty of not appearing after being summoned by the House and got away with no charges.

Lawful tools, such as subpoenas and other legal orders, are critical in our system of government,” said Steven M. D’Antuono, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI Washington Field Office. [Like Eric Holder] “Mr. Bannon was found guilty of contempt by a jury of his peers for his choice to ignore a lawful subpoena. The FBI will continue our sworn duty to investigate those who have committed violations of our laws and hold them accountable for their actions.”

Equal justice under the law has become a suggestion, not a requirement.

TX DPS clarifies procedures for active shooter: 5 cops face investigation

The Texas Department of Public Safety has released their guidance as to how they want law enforcement to handle active shooter threats, and it certainly isn't the way they did it on May 24th in Uvalde, Texas

In the Uvalde massacre at the Robb Elementary School, DPS officers made up some of the reported 376 law enforcement agents from a number of agencies that responded to the school shooting. It was revealed Tuesday that five of those DPS officers will face an investigation to determine if they violated any policies in the response and weigh potential disciplinary action.

The newly clarified DPS instructions were included in a letter from July. It requires officers to treat anyone who fires a weapon at a school as “an active shooter until he is neutralized.” It also says that officers are to never treat an active shooter as a "barricaded subject." This is what happened during the school shooting in which the shooter was in an unlocked classroom [with terrified kids] and the cops treated it as if he was barricaded alone on there as he shot children one-by-one. 

The contents of the clarified instructions was provided by KVUE investigative reporter Tony Plohetski.

The July letter states that officers have been instructed that anyone who fires a weapon at a school "remains an active shooter until he is neutralized." That person can never be treated as a "barricaded subject." 

Uvalde students returned to school on Tuesday, somewhat later than usual as the district is beefing up security measures at all campuses, or as many see it: "closing the barn door after the horses escaped." Why does it take a tragedy before anything gets done? Why couldn't Biden allocated the money he gave to Ukraine and used it as a national security measure for American students and by doing so he would be making America great again.

Anyway, the district installed 8-foot non-scalable fencing and added security cameras. And while they will not arm teachers, they will at least get a nice video of anyone who would commit acts of violence on our children and teachers.

Aside from the obvious cowardice of the leadership of law enforcement at the Uvalde shooting, DPS and the federal government have launched investigations as to what else went wrong and how law enforcement can respond as if they had balls in the future.

“The goal of the review is to provide an independent account of law enforcement actions and responses that day, and to identify lessons learned and best practices to help first responders prepare for and respond to active shooter events,” said DOJ spokesman Anthony Coley. “The review will be conducted with the Department’s Office of Community Oriented Policing.”

Law enforcement officials have faced continued criticism for their cowardly failures in their response to the active shooter threat. Officers responding to the shooting at Robb Elementary School waited outside the classroom for over an hour as the 18-year-old lone gunman murdered children and teachers inside. One cop even grabbed a cup of water from the fountain in the hallway as the shooter kept killing kids in the classroom just down the hall.

Former Uvalde CISD Chief Pete Arredondo, who was one of the first officials on scene after the shooter entered the school, was fired by the Uvalde school board late last month and the community broke out into spontaneous applause. He needs to retire and perhaps raise a few cats--they have so much in common.

While Biden blasts MAGA Republicans, US flies 2 B-52H Stratofortresses over Middle East

As tensions increase with Iran, the world's number one sponsor of terrorism, the US flew a pair of nuclear-capable B-52H Stratofortresses over the Middle East on Sunday. They were escorted by air forces from the UK, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, according to US Central Command (CENTCOM).

President Biden forgot to talk about Iran, China, Russia and other threats to the nation in his speech last week.

Anyway, this was the fourth Bomber Task Force (BTF) mission in 2022 and if things don't change with Iran, and they keep messing with us at sea as they did with taking our sea drones, this will not be the last mission to be flown there.

During Sunday's mission, the B-52 long-distance bombers left from England and flew over the Eastern Mediterranean, Arabian Peninsula, and Red Sea.

"This Bomber Task Force is a strong, clear representation of enduring US commitment to the region," Lt. Gen. Alexus Grynkewich, 9th Air Force commander, said in a statement.

"Threats to the US and our partners will not go unanswered. Missions like this BTF showcase our ability to combine forces to deter and, if necessary, defeat our adversaries," as in blow them to smithereens.

As fighter jets from the United Kingdom, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia escorted the B-52 bombers overhead, Army Central forces simulated firepower on the ground.  This is kind of equivalent to a schoolyard tough guy grabbing his crotch just before he's ready to throw a punch.

The Biden administration has tried to negotiate with Iran for 16 months in order to revive the useless and now defunct Iran Nuclear Deal. While Iran responded to the US proposal to reopen negotiations, the State Department said that it was "not constructive."

Iran may claim that it has no intentions of building a nuclear bomb, they're about as believable as a scorpion promising a frog that it won't sting it when crossing the pond. They have already enriched 3,800 kilograms of uranium up to 60% purity, according to the International Atomic Energy Agency. Under the previous terms of the nuclear deal, Iran could only have 300 kilograms of uranium enriched up to 3.67%.

Just last Monday, Iran seized an unarmed American sea drone in the Arabian Gulf and the USS Thunderbolt and MH-60S Sea Hawk chopper were dispatched to stop the seizure.

Then last Thursday, an Iranian warship seized and detained two US sea drones, but the U.S. 5th Fleet again dispatched two destroyers and a helicopter to deter them.

Biden appoints Adam Schiff as Czar of the Ministry of Propaganda

Washington, D.C. -- By Presidential decree, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) has been appointed Ministry of Propaganda Czar by President Joe Biden, effective immediately.

As a former playwright hopeful, Czar Schiff will be in his element and have the ability to make a huge impact on the direction the country will take in the future. His first piece of business will be disseminating "truth" about former President Donald Trump and the Mar-a-Lago raid.
 

Czar Schiff's duties will include, but not be limited to:

a) access to dossiers of political opponents for future use deemed necessary by the Czar.

b) access to voice recordings on any and all electronic personal assistants such as Amazon Alexa and Google Smart Speaker.

c) personal information on corporate media CEOs, CFOs and COOs and their families.

d) head a creative political writers team and oversee the Disinformation Ministry Czar which will determine information that is safe and palatable for the general public. 

e) provide presidential speechwriters with acceptable input for presidential Teleprompter data.

f) head a legal team that will have the power to implement affidavits and search warrants on MAGA Republicans and others who pose threats to the nation.

g) prosecutorial powers of anyone, particularly white men, deemed a threat to the safety, both actual and imagined, of LGBTQ+1+57VARIETIES, women, both real and imagined, and BIPOC individuals. 

President Biden will allow Czar Schiff a free hand to do and say whatever he deems necessary to provide a safe space for the country and its Democrats.

When former President Trump learned of Schiff's appointment as Ministry of Propaganda Czar he told Fox News host Sean Hannity, "This guy is full of Schiff. He is a pencil-neck geek loser who doesn't know the first thing about honesty and if he thinks he's going to get me indicted on this hoax, he is very wrong.

Angry grandpa aims at 'MAGA Republicans' again in PA

"Get off my lawn, Jack!"

Alleged President Joe Biden found himself in Pennsylvania for the second time in less than a week. Last time he mumbled in front of a satanic background he attacked half of America, condemning "MAGA Republicans" a "clear and present danger" to the country. The next day he walked back his words and this time he again went after the same Americans in such a way that if you substituted either 'China' or 'Russia' for MAGA Republicans, you would think he wanted the country to go to war with them.

"This is not your father's Republican Party. This is a totally different party, man," Biden said in West Mifflin.

"We have a choice. Trump and the MAGA Republicans made their choice. We can choose to build a better America, or we can continue down this sliding path to oblivion to where we don’t want to go." His histrionics and hyperbole sounded like a call to war and he is obviously hoping Republicans would start the violence.

The so-called president made the stop in Pennsylvania after a speech earlier in the day in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Both battleground states have critical senate races in the upcoming midterm elections that could decide which party controls the U.S. Senate next year, but he still wants us to believe that these are non political speeches.

Biden appeared on Monday with Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, a "defund the police" Democrat facing off against Trump-backed Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz, whose campaign strategy is only surpassed by his ability to speak Tulu. 

"If I have to be in a foxhole, I want John Fetterman in there with me," Biden said, so that Fetterman would take a bullet for him. Oh, and foxholes are so World War One. And the chances of any living Biden fighting on the front lines of any war is a Hunter's pipe-dream. 

The president's criticism of "MAGA Republicans" echoed his lying political comments that he made in Philadelphia on Thursday, when he said that "MAGA forces are determined to take this country backwards."

MAGA forces? Really?

Former President Trump attacked Biden's speech on Saturday in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, calling it the "most vicious, hateful and divisive speech ever delivered by an American president."

"Vilifying 75 million citizens, plus another probably 75 to 150 if we want to be accurate about it, as threats to democracy and enemies of the state. You’re all enemies of the state," Trump told his supporters. "He’s the enemy of the state, if you want to know the truth."

Trump nailed it, if you want to know the truth.

Several explosions rock U.S. military base in Syria

DAMASCUS, Syria -- A U.S. military base was rocked by several large explosions in the easter province of Deir al-Zour, in Syria on Saturday night, according to SANA, the country's state news agency.

The base in the al-Omar oil field saw huge clouds of smoke following the blasts.

After the event, US military aircraft patrolled the area perimeter.

However, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a British-based war monitor, said that the pro-Iran militias were not responsible this time for the explosions at this base, the largest the US has in Syria.

Gov. Newsom's in-laws abandon Calif. in the pandemic and relocate: guess where

Gov. Newsom (D-CA) may have his eyes set on the  2024 presidential election as evidenced in an ad he began running in Florida in an attempt to convince Floridians to move to California. He bragged about the great schools in his state, not mentioning the Critical Race Theory thingy, however. He appeared to be going after Florida's Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, who looks to be a presidential campaign rival in the election. But it might also be a plea to his in-laws to come back to the Golden State because it looks bad for Newsom since they relocated to the Sunshine State.

There's no doubt that if DeSantis runs, he would mention that little tidbit of information.

It certainly seems that Newsom is worried as Fox News spoke with him this week.

Not only did the in-laws of Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom give money to DeSantis, one of his biggest political foes; they fled from California during the pandemic back in 2020.

Kenneth F. Siebel Jr. and Judith A. Siebel are the parents of Newsom’s wife Jennifer Siebel. They were longtime residents of California, but when the country, and particularly California, went nuts over the pandemic, the left the state and bought a $3.3 million home in Naples, FL in March of that year, as records show. They still own their home in northern San Francisco's suburb of Ross, but whether they return to it or not is not known. Newsom is hopeful.

Newsom’s in-laws, however, officially became registered voters in Florida as of June 2020. Kenneth Siebel is a registered Republican while Judith Siebel has no party affiliation.

So the Newsom anti-Florida come to California ad [below] seems feeble when you know the facts.

The voter registration shift of the Siebels occurred as their oily-hair son-in-law enacted some of the country’s strictest COVID lockdowns, [which he flouted himself when he attended the French Laundry restaurant with a dozen others went these establishments were supposed to be shuttered] which have widely been juxtaposed to the lack of stupid restrictions in red states like Florida.

Having picked this fight with Florida and making it personal, Newsom's family situation is fair game. Even his wife’s parents aren’t willing to put up with Newsom’s governance and this makes for a very uncomfortable situation for the Democrat.

And worse, it makes a mockery of Newsom's political pitch as Californians are leaving the state in droves.

Vets blasts Biden's use of Marines as props as WH makes excuses

Most people with lives to live did not watch the Biden-Satan speech on Thursday but many have seen it, or at least parts of the hateful speech, on various websites, YouTube or as news items on TV. Biden's disgustingly divisive political speech in front of Independence Hall in Philadelphia, seemed ominous, angry, and hyper-partisan in which he attacked Republican voters and labeled all MAGA Trump supporters as a "clear and present danger."

The worst part is that Biden used two Marines as background props as this soulless garbage of a president preached of his saving the soul of America from everyone who does not agree with his ideology--or at least the ideology of the person behind the curtain pulling his strings. The backdrop was a dark blood-red as the Marines in their dress blues, stood behind, off to the sides in their white gloves at attention.

Aside from the fact that Biden once said that he would never use the military as props and did so anyway, many veterans [myself included] are pissed at him for doing so. The only positive thing about this is that many people who are not military veterans will be equally perturbed of what he did as he gave his soulless speech.

The military is supposed to be nonpolitical, in spite of idiots like Gen. Mark Milley making it woke, and Rear Adm. Rachel Levine making it gay. [He puts the 'rear' in Rear Admiral.]

Biden, by the way, inappropriately used the Marine Corps Band at a campaign event for Democrats in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania earlier this week. There were reports after the political event that some of my brother Marines were "unsettled" when they learned that they were at a political event.

Putin and Xi drink to Rachel Levine's Admiralty 

Now Concerned Veterans for America, a veterans organization, is slamming Biden for using the Marines as props during his disgusting speech. It warns that doing so erodes trust in the military, but Milley and Levine were also instrumental in making our military an international joke.

Concerned Veterans for America deputy director and U.S. Marine Corps veteran John Byrnes blasted Biden for having Marines visibly positioned behind him during his inflammatory speech on Thursday, in which he said that the influence of “MAGA Republicans” on the GOP “is a threat to this country.”

Byrnes said that American “men and women in uniform serve the country, not a party” and “take a solemn oath that should not be taken lightly or taken advantage of.”

“When elected officials use our troops as props in political and partisan messaging, it undermines the nonpartisan nature of our military and erodes trust in the institution,” Byrnes warned.

Some government watchdogs think Biden may have violated military code. The White House said that no, Marines weren't being used as props, it was Biden showing his respect for their service, which is total bullshit and anyone who thinks otherwise is oblivious to reality.

A White House official told Fox News Digital the “President gave an important speech last night about our democracy and our values, values that our men and women in uniform fight every day to protect.”

And that too, boys and girls, is total bullshit they are trying to sell you.

The day after the speech, Biden said that he didn't believe the words he used against the "MAGA Republicans," agreeing that they are not a clear and present danger to the country. So he either forgot he said those words [very possible] or is a damn liar [which we know he is]. 

Two things can be true at once.
