Threatening ICE agents now in the FO stage for defendant

He's the alleged scumcrumpet in blue jeans and beard

Well, well, well, look who’s in hot water now. Robert King, 35, got himself arrested on April 2 for allegedly running his mouth with threats against ICE agents. And not just any threats—oh no, this guy went full keyboard commando.

According to the complaint, King was out here saying if he saw ICE agents in his neighborhood, he’d be “opening fire,” calling them a “secret police force with no real legal authority” and straight-up threatening, “Kill them.” Then he doubled down like a tough guy: “Just wanna double down on what I said the other day: if ICE comes to your neighborhood, f------ shoot them and kill them. No mercy for the Gestapo.” Real classy, right?

Spoiler alert: He’s finding out what happens when you play stupid games. Last week, King got slapped with charges for transmitting interstate threats in federal court. Then on Wednesday, a Dallas judge, Renee Toliver, said, “Nah, buddy, you’re not going anywhere.” She called him a “flight risk and a risk to the community” and ordered him held in detention. Ouch.

HSI Dallas didn’t hold back either, posting about this U.S. citizen from McKinney, Texas, who thought it was a great idea to broadcast his plans to “open fire” if ICE showed up.

Fox’s Bill Melugin reported that King was crying as he left the courtroom.

Yeah, big tough guy who wanted to play Rambo with federal agents turned into a puddle when the gavel dropped. Fox News had their team in the room watching this Texas man—who also allegedly told his followers to shoot and kill ICE agents—learn the hard way that words have weight.

But wait, there’s more! Turns out, King’s big mouth cost him big time at home too. Federal prosecutors said the FBI’s national tip line clued them in on his antics. Here’s the kicker: King was crashing with his sister and her husband, a Mesquite police officer and former CBP agent. When the brother-in-law saw those unhinged social media posts, he gave King the boot.

Gotta give a shoutout to the brother-in-law—way to keep it real.

Now King’s staring down a possible five years in the slammer. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes, am I right? You gotta love it when folks find out that running their mouth online isn’t a free pass. I’m just wondering who dropped the dime on this guy—maybe someone tired of his nonsense? Either way, the FBI’s got their eyes on tips like these, and Mr. Tough Talk ain’t feeling so bold now.

It’s like these people don’t get the concept of consequences. Same vibe as those clowns attacking Teslas, thinking they’re untouchable while their faces are plastered all over the car’s cameras. They act like the law doesn’t apply to them, like they’re the main character in some vigilante flick. Newsflash: You’re not. Reality hits hard, and King’s learning that lesson the messy way.

Coward who allegedly threatened to kill ICE agents is now ready to FO

Let’s consider the case of Robert King, a man who, in a fit of what one can only assume was self-righteous bravado, decided to fling some rather choice words into the digital abyss.

According to the complaint, King declared that if he saw ICE agents in his neighborhood, he’d be "opening fire," dismissing them as a "secret police force with no real legal authority" and adding, with a flourish of subtlety, "Kill them."

Not content with merely that, he allegedly went further: "Just wanna double down on what I said the other day: if ICE comes to your neighborhood, f-----g shoot them and kill them. No mercy for the Gestapo."

Stirring stuff, I’m sure, from a man who clearly fancied himself a lone crusader against the imagined jackboots of the state.

But reality, as it so often does, has a way of cutting through the noise. King now finds himself in that unenviable phase where actions meet their inevitable reckoning.

Last week, he was charged in federal court with transmitting interstate threats—a development as predictable as it is satisfying. By Wednesday, Judge Renee Toliver in Dallas, with little patience for his antics, ordered him detained, deeming him a "flight risk and a risk to the community." Fox’s Bill Melugin, as Twitchy noted, reported that King left the courtroom in tears—a rather pathetic coda to his earlier bluster.

The details are almost too perfect. King, a U.S. citizen, was nabbed in McKinney, Texas, after his social media rants caught the attention of the authorities. "Open fire" if ICE agents dared show their faces, he proclaimed, as HSI Dallas dutifully tweeted: pic.twitter.com/LyVf3M6ECe— HSI Dallas  (@HSI_Dallas) April 2, 2025.

A bold, brave warrior, until the handcuffs clicked.

Federal prosecutors, meanwhile, traced the tip to the FBI’s national line—a system evidently awake to such idiocy. King had been living with his sister and her husband, the latter a Mesquite police officer and former CBP agent.

Upon discovering his posts, the brother-in-law threw him out. Quite right, too. No one needs that sort of liability under their roof.

Now, King faces up to five years in prison. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes, as the saying goes—and what a prize this is. You have to love it when people discover that their reckless posturing might just land them in a cell.

Who tipped off the FBI? One can only speculate—perhaps [or very possibly] the brother-in-law, tired of the nonsense, or a neighbor weary of the rhetoric. Either way, it’s a sign the system is watching, and King’s tough-guy act has crumbled into sobs.

Hardly surprising. It’s one thing to play the revolutionary online; quite another when the law comes knocking.

This isn’t an isolated madness.

Look at the Tesla scumcrumpets—caught on camera, faces plain as day, smashing away as if consequences were a myth. They, like King, seem to believe their cause sanctifies their actions, that the law bends to their whims. They’re obviously wrong and will find that out once they're caught.

King thought he could threaten federal agents and incite violence with impunity. He couldn’t.

The lesson here is stark: you don’t get to hurl threats—or Molotov cocktails—into the world and expect it to shrug. Not anymore. King’s tears are the sound of that illusion shattering, and I, for one, find it grimly poetic.

FAFO boys and girls.

Trump threatens DeSantis saying he'll release "things about him that won't be very flattering" if he runs in '24

It looks like former President Donald Trump is scared of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) as a presidential opponent if DeSantis runs in 2024. He attacked the governor before polls closed on Tuesday night and threatened to make public allegedly damaging information on DeSantis if he decides to oppose him.

Trump made the threat while returned home to Florida Monday on his eponymous jet after he held a rally in Ohio.

In spite of Trump claiming that there exists no "tiff" between him and DeSantis, he actually mocked the governor over the weekend, calling him “Ron DeSanctimonious” and using old poll numbers showing that he had a lead on DeSantis in a 2024 presidential primary.

But that was then, this is now. DeSantis destroyed Charlie Crist in the governor's race in Florida and has turned the purple state blood red. Trump made a huge mistake by going "junior high school" with him and the party overall is pretty pissed off with his his rhetoric. It's ironic that Trump labeled DeSantis 'holier than thou' when he comes off like nobody but him deserves to be the next president.

“I don’t know if he is running. I think if he runs, he could hurt himself very badly,” Trump claimed. “I really believe he could hurt himself badly. I think he would be making a mistake, I think the base would not like it — I don’t think it would be good for the party.”

I think the opposite is true and that Trump would be too divisive to win the election, should he be nominated. Don't get me wrong--if he gets that far, I would vote for him, but I believe he would lose.

“If he runs, he runs,” Trump continued. “I would tell you things about him that won’t be very flattering — I know more about him than anybody — other than, perhaps, his wife.”

Yeah, and if you believe that, I have a bridge in Afghanistan to sell you.

Navy vet hit with more charges in ricin case

William Clyde Allen III, a 39-year-old Navy veteran, was arrested earlier this month after authorities intercepted envelopes containing ground castor beans addressed to President Trump. Federal prosecutors in Utah have also filed charges against Allen after intercepting additional letters that were addressed to FBI Director Chris Wray, Defense Secretary James Mattis, and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson. Most recently, authorities intercepted envelopes that were addressed to CIA Director Gina Haspel and Air Force Secretary Dr. Heather Wilson.

Allen has pleaded not guilty to seven charges, including threatening to use a biological toxin as a weapon (castor beans are the basis for ricin, a highly deadly toxin) mailing a threat against the president and mailing threatening communications to an officer of the United States.

Allen also is alleged to have told investigators that he bought hundreds of castor beans on eBay to "defend our nation" if "World War III broke out." Yes, the country could count on him to save us.

All the letters tested positive for ricin but, fortunately, no one was hurt.

Allen served in the Navy from 1998 to 2002 and has a criminal record in Utah including attempted aggravated assault and child abuse.

To be fair, Allen also has a history of sending threatening emails to then-President Barack Hussein Obama, the U.S. Air Force and the state of Utah.

A judge denied Allen a request on Monday and decided to keep him in jail ahead of trial. He said he's needed at home to care for his wife who has a spinal condition and uses a wheelchair. She also has bad judgment as she married him.

Allen faces up to life in prison if convicted on the ricin charge. A count of mailing a threat against the president carries up to five years in prison, and five counts of mailing a threat to a U.S. officer are each punishable by a maximum of 10 years.

Allen's trial is scheduled to begin the day after Christmas. Hope he doesn't need to return any gifts.

The Nutty Professor hides from the other nuts

LaLa Land -- The nuts are going after another nut, in this case, the California psychology professor who told her students the Donald Trump's election was an "act of terrorism."

Olga Perez [Un]Stable Cox, at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, has fled the state and has gone into hiding after a video of her rant (secretly recorded by one of her students) went viral on Facebook.

Cox taught human sexuality at the college but after the video came out, she was getting death threats, the Orange County Register reported. The union representing Cox said she and the school received over a thousand emails and Cox also received threatening phone calls.

One crazy email read: "You want communism, go to Cuba . . . try to bring it to America and we'll put a [expletive] bullet in your face."

You want freedom of speech, go to hell. That's basically what it means to threaten someone for saying something stupid.

Another lunatic, taking a liberal-ish position (like the one used to publicize the home addresses of cops by a Long Island, NY newspaper) emailed her describing her as a "nutcase" and promised to make her home address public.

Yes, Cox is a nutcase, but what kind of person is the emailer?

Unfortunately, the people who attacked Cox are the same people who say they support the Constitution.

They don't.

"Our nation is divided," Cox said, "We have been assaulted. It is an act of terrorism," she told her students. "One of the most frightening things for me and most people in my life is that the people creating the assault are among us."

She said that the presidential campaign and its outcome has left the country deeply divided "as clearly as it was in Civil War times."

Many students were offended by her comments and the Young Republicans appropriately filed a formal complaint and circulated a petition to have her fired. (I agree with filing the complaint but firing is extreme and something the left calls for all too often. I would have her warned that politics has no place in human sexuality class.)

On Monday, several hundred students and faculty members gathered on campus to support Cox, carrying signs advocating free speech.

Of course, this is leftist BS hypocrisy--they hate free speech when it comes from conservatives, but they're correct, it is a free speech issue. However, it is also a school policy issue and a teaching issue.

Some students said that they weren't upset so much over what Cox said, but in the fact that she was pushing her political views in a classroom setting. "This has nothing to do with free speech. It's a professor overstepping her profession," Vincent Wetzel told the media.

Cox is expected to return to the classroom after Christmas and New Years holidays.

Nobody has the right to threaten her life just because they disagree with her--that only proves her stupid point of us being divided. And calling any American election a form of terrorism is not only stupid and inaccurate, it dilutes what real terrorism is.

Small Iranian craft points guns at US helicopter

Iran figures that if they're going to act tough and try to intimidate us, they'd better do it while Obama is still in office--so that's what they did.

A small Iranian boat pointed a machine gun at a U.S. Navy helicopter flying off the aircraft carrier USS Eisenhowerin the Strait of Hormuz on Saturday, according to US defense officials.

There were two Iranian boats that were spotted about 9 miles from the Eisenhower while it was sailing through the strait. After spotting the Iranian vessels, the helo, which had been on alert, was launched.

The aircraft flew close to the small boats and one of the vessels pointed its weapon at the chopper. The pilots reported that the machine gun was loaded, like Hillary Clinton gets at pre-victory celebrations that end up badly for her.

The helo returned to the carrier after the weapon was pointed at them.

A Navy official called Iran's behavior "unsafe and unprofessional," and said it was an "escalating measure."

The Navy official was only joshing earnestly, however, since Iran knows that under the present administration, they could practically get away with murder and all we would do is tell the world how unprofessional they are acting.

Nothing gets 'escalating.'

The two Iranian boats sailed within a mile of the carrier and it was all like "lah tee dah."

We will soon discover what Trump will bring to the table.
