Does Harris still want to decriminalize prostitution?

When Kamala Harris was San Francisco's District Attorney, (a position she may have indirectly acquired from taking various "positions" with the then-Mayor Willie Brown, who was a powerful figure in the state) she advocated for the decriminalization of prostitution. She wanted a shift in focus from arresting prostitutes to instead targeting pimps and the johns who paid for sex. This is known as the "Nordic model" where selling sex is fine, but buying it is not.

Kamala has always had a big heart on the side of prostitutes.

But now that she's running for President, her stance, like every other policy and word salad, is ambiguous. She has not said one word about her past stance and she refuses, or is unable to, clarify where she stands.

Axios asked her campaign about her position regarding prostitution but they declined to answer or make Harris available for a brief interview, as that could prove catastrophic for her in the election.

However, in 2019, when asked if she thought "sex work ought to be decriminalized," she replied, "I think so, I do," adding that "we can’t criminalize consensual behavior as long as no one is being harmed." [Then why go after the johns or the pimps?]

If Darwin's theory on evolution is correct, Harris might eventually develop eyes in back of her head for having walked back so many issues in order to get elected. Since becoming the Democratic nominee for president, Harris walked back a number of past positions, such as Medicaid for All, banning fracking, and giving the two million illegal aliens [and future Democrats] a pathway to citizenship. And all of a sudden, as Trump is fond of saying, Harris has promised to allocate millions of taxpayer dollars toward building a border wall, which she has in the past referred to as "un-American" and a "complete waste of taxpayer money that won't make us any safer."

Trump says Harris is "flip-flopping on everything that she's believed in for the last 20 years," but to believe that one would have to assume that Harris ever believed in anything. She will say she believes whatever is most expedient for her political advancement and will change that belief for the same reason.

In her 2020 White House bid, she said she supported decriminalizing prostitution and went to her go-to move of pointing to her record as San Francisco's DA. "I was advocating then that we need to stop arresting these prostitutes and instead go after the Johns and the pimps, because we were criminalizing the women," Harris said.

That would be like going after the drug users and allowing the dealers to go free.

Harris is a dumb person who has gotten this far all for the wrong reasons.

Comer, Greene and inquiring minds want the skinny on Hunter's hookers: he may be sex trafficking women

"Hey babe, how 'bout a little Hunter"

The House GOP called for the Department of Justice to share information on Hunter Biden's prostitutes. They believe these young women could be sex trafficking victims who need the government's help and support.

C'mon man, what are the chances that an upstanding young man like Hunter Biden would be part of such a nefarious act?

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) along with Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) requested that information regarding these women be supplied by September 22nd, prior to a possible impeachment inquiry into so called President Joe Biden, the proud father of Hunter, for his possible role in his son's foreign business dealings. One thing we know for certain is that Hunter never registered as a foreign agent. Worse, Joe Biden lied at least 16 times about the business dealings within the family.

“The Committee on Oversight and Accountability continues to investigate whether the Department of Justice … is upholding the rights of victims who were sexually exploited by Robert Hunter Biden,” Comer and Greene wrote to Hilary Axam, the DOJ's human trafficking coordinator and crime victims director Kristina Rose.

As it stands, special counsel David Weiss is preparing to file federal charges against Hunter, who Joe says is the "smartest man I know."

The New York Post reported that Hunter reportedly  used at least $5,000 wired by Joe, to pay a Russian "escort" in Massachusetts. However, there is no evidence that Joe knew the reason why Hunter and his 'smoking gun' needed the cash.

IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler provided a list of young women who likely crossed state lines for whoring services with Hunter. This would be in violation of the Mann Act's prohibition on interstate prostitution and carries stiff [no pun intended] penalties. It was used to prosecute Jeffrey Epstein's accomplice and main squeeze Ghislaine Maxwell who was sentenced to 20 big ones in the slammer for sex-trafficking underage girls for famous people who you know.

Comer and Greene are demanding to know who at the DOJ compiled a list of sex workers whose travel may have violated the Mann Act and whether “any victims [have] been notified of their statutory rights.”

“[T]estimony from an Internal Revenue Service whistleblower indicated that DOJ compiled a list of potential victims relating to an investigation of Hunter Biden for Mann Act violations,” Comer and Greene wrote.

“These women may be victims under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act and may also be afforded mandatory restitution pursuant to the Mandatory Victim Restitution Act. In light of DOJ’s refusal to communicate in a meaningful way with the Committee, we have great skepticism that DOJ has been adequately communicating with crime victims.”

Hunter Biden testified recently that he was embarrassed by “offensive” content published from his laptop, but he might as well have claimed that he had taken a cold shower and got "shrinkage" if anyone thought he was truly embarrassed. This is a guy who cannot keep from taking selfies in his tidy whities.

Ziegler told the House Ways and Means Committee that Justice Department officials were “compiling” a list of women who traveled across state lines to engage in paid sex. He had been investigating Hunter for over five years.

There will be more to follow in the near future, that you can be certain of.

Feds may charge Hunter Biden with multiple crimes including gun crime

The party may be coming to an end for the smartest man President Joe Biden knows--his son, Hunter. It's uncertain who Joe thinks is the smartest woman. Doctor Jill Biden? Alexandria Obviously-Comatose?

In any case, federal prosecutors are reportedly weighing charges for the prolific videographer which include aspects of his business dealings, to his falsification of a firearm background check document.

The office of Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss may charge the whoring reprobate and Biden bagman with "various tax" crimes along with "possible foreign lobbying" crimes, Fox News reported.

CNN even carried the story and reported that investigators appear to have narrowed their focus to potential tax crimes and “gun-related” crimes stemming from his  “purchase of a firearm at a time he would have been prohibited from doing so because of his acknowledged struggles with drug addiction.”

Officials familiar with the matter told Fox News that the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden had reached a “critical stage” after a federal grand jury looking into the president’s son concluded its most recent term at the end of last month. The source said the criminal investigation, which has been going on for four years, was still ongoing.

But the question is, will anything happen to Hunter, and if so, will he get a presidential/paternal pardon from Pops?

CNN [aka Creative News Network] noted that the DOJ was considering whether it could bring charges now due to a department policy about not bringing political sensitive cases with two months of an election. However, the report added that the “unwritten rule” may not even be a factor since Joe Biden is not on the ballot and wouldn't even know it if he was.

CNN’s report said that some officials are worried that since Hunter is a whoring crack cocaine addict, it could weaken any charges they bring against him because the defense could claim that he was not aware of his potential crimes because he was on drugs. By that logic, if he killed a gas station attendant for the money in his register, as long as he needed it for crack, he gets a 'get out of jail card.'

The officials told both networks that the investigation isn't complete and more work could be needed before they can file charges. However, a separate report suggested Hunter could also face federal charges related to prostitution and possibly have to do with bringing prostitutes over state lines for the purpose of sex trafficking.

Graphic images have recently been uncovered and circulated on social media showing him weighing what is likely a large quantity of crack cocaine, and another video showing him in a swimming pool playing with himself as he speaks to a woman who is apparently doing the video recording.

The Daily Mail reported that JPMorgan Chase filed a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) after Ekaterina Moreva received tens of thousands of dollars from Hunter Biden’s company.

Hunter's iPhone contained texts that appear to show that he texted sex workers [aka whores; aka prostitutes] provided to him by Moreva. She has a website that advertises a "girlfriend experience" with prostitutes as young as 20, which, coincidentally, matches the number of brain cells Hunter still has that function--they only have control over his genitals. The texts appear to show that he wrote checks to Moreva and phone images indicate he helped transport those prostitutes across state lines.

If Hunter indeed faces federal prostitution charges, he could be found in violation of the Mann Act:  “Whoever knowingly transports any individual in interstate or foreign commerce, or in any Territory or Possession of the United States, with intent that such individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.”

Eliot Spitzer wants judge to toss alleged Russian escort's lawsuit

Disgraced former governor of New York, former MSNBC host and CNN frequent guest, Eliot Spitzer has asked a judge to toss out the remainder of a lawsuit filed by his accuser and Russian escort Svetlana Travis, now that portions of the suit have gone public. [H/T New York Post]

The alleged $5,000-a-night prostitute filed suit against the Democrat in 2020 but the case was filed under seal and partially made public after The Post and another media outlet recently petitioned a judge.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Paul Goetz ordered the portions of the suit relating to Ms. Travis' allegations that Spitzer choked her during sexual intercourse gone wrong on Feb. 13, 2016 at the Plaza Hotel would be unsealed. The order dismissed all of the other allegations against Spitzer except the one referencing the Plaza Hotel choking incident.

An unsealed, heavily redacted, version of Travis’ suit was filed on Dec. 16 and recently made accessible to the gossip-hungry public.

Spitzer’s smart, Jewish lawyer Adam Kaufmann, sent a letter to the judge asking him to allow Kaufmann to file a motion to dismiss the rest of her suit. The letter was also made public.

Spitzer co-hosting on CNN

“Plaintiff launched this action as part of her effort to extract revenge against Mr. Spitzer, his family and anyone remotely close to him after she was prosecuted and jailed for her extortive scheme against Mr. Spitzer and another victim,” Kaufmann wrote, only made public this week.

“Plaintiff’s own filings to the court demonstrate that her single remaining claim cannot be sustained,” Kaufmann wrote asking to file a motion for summary judgment.

Travis accused Spitzer of choking her during coitus in 2016 at the Plaza Hotel. She pleaded guilty to attempted petit larceny in 2017.

Of the newly unsealed suit, Kaufmann said, “There is nothing new in these allegations. They have been investigated by law enforcement and dismissed as complete fabrications.

“In fact, Ms. Travis herself sent an email unequivocally apologizing and retracting the allegations the day after she initially made them,” Kaufmann's statement said. “We are pleased the court dismissed most of the counts and are confident the rest of the case will follow.”

Travis was sentenced to 90 days time served in 2017 after pleading guilty to attempted petit larceny for trying to steal rent from another ex-lover [aka coitus client]. The plea deal meant she didn’t have to cop to charges accusing her of extorting $400,000 from Spitzer to keep quiet about their sexcapades.

Svetlana Travis

In 2017, Spitzer filed suit against Travis accusing her of fraud and extortion but he dropped the case just a few months later, perhaps because he didn't want to get caught with his pants down.

Travis’ lawyer Joseph Murray [Michael Avenatti wasn't available] filed a response letter Tuesday opposing Spitzer’s request to make a motion for summary judgment, alleging that Spitzer’s side has filed motions which have delayed the case from moving forward.

Murray also disputed all of Kaufmann’s assertions from his letter alleging that Travis, not Spitzer, was the real victim and claiming that Spitzer threatened Travis to keep her from fully cooperating with officials over the Feb. 13 incident.

According to MSNBC, Eliot Spitzer considers himself to be a feminist .  .  .  all coitus aside.

Spitzer's wife divorced him in 2013.

Kamala Harris wants to decriminalize prostitution

Sen. Kamala Harris knows a thing or two about sex for pay--she made her way on up from prosecutor to the Senate by having a sexual relationship with a married politician, Willie Brown--now she wants to decriminalize prostitution. This is her way of using smoke and mirrors to distract from her past as a prosecutor, a profession seen as more repugnant than prostitution.

Speaking with The Root, the sex-for-advancement senator said she supports the decriminalization of prostitution, while adding a few additional qualifiers.

"There is an ecosystem around that includes crimes that harm people, and for those issues, I do not believe that anybody who hurts another human being or profits off of their exploitation should be free of criminal prosecution," the pay for play senator said. "But when you’re talking about consenting adults, we should consider that we can’t criminalize consensual behavior."

According to HuffPost, Harris' comments are in response to the prostitution community accusing her of conflating whoring with sex trafficking.

In her 2009 book, "Smart on Crime," Harris even said that prostitutes should be arrested. "Smart always starts with enforcing the law ― we must arrest the prostitutes as well as the pimps and the johns," she wrote at the time. But now that she's a 2020 presidential hopeful, she is prostituting her ideals to pander to a slimier audience.

"There are lots of good reasons to root for Kamala Harris," wrote Melissa Petro, a former prostitute who labels herself a 'sex worker,' in The Establishment in 2017. "But the fact that Harris was an active force behind a campaign that endangered the lives of sex workers makes it understandably difficult for people with experiences in the sex trades to throw her our support."

Sen. Harris recently voted in support of the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act, a piece of legislation that some prostitutes said unfairly confused their behavior with that of sex traffickers.

Kristen DiAngelo, executive director of the Sex Workers Outreach Project, told HuffPost that Kamala Harris' supposed shift on the decriminalization of sex workers is an empty promise.

"My take on it is that we are actually starting to do some damage to her campaign ... so she had to change her stance," DiAngelo said. "But do I think she believes it? No."

It is believed that Harris, in the course of her race for the 2020 presidential nomination for the Democrat Party, has actually told the truth on two occasions: when she said that she smoked pot, and when she admitted that she inhaled.

"Even her laughter is bumpaclots," said Mahbone Bakala, a former rap artist and radio icon for WBSHT. "She say she listen to Tupac and Snoop Dog in college, mon, but dey not be dewin rap till later den," he told Brain Flushing's Vinny Boombots.

Harris has been working tirelessly, perhaps even to her detriment, to distance herself from her prosecution roots. Writing at The New York Times, Lara Bazelon criticized her for falsely portraying herself as a "progressive prosecutor."

"She's more like a progressive prostituter," someone once said. "She'll pander to anyone who'll bite."

As San Francisco’s district attorney from 2004 to 2011, Harris was criticized in for withholding information about a police laboratory technician who had been accused of "intentionally sabotaging" her work and stealing drugs from the lab. After a memo surfaced showing that Harris’s deputies knew about the technician’s wrongdoing and recent conviction, but failed to alert defense lawyers, a judge condemned Ms. Harris’s indifference to the systemic violation of the defendants’ constitutional rights.

Otherwise, aside from being a dishonest, panderer and sex trade worker for career advancement, she's fine.

More big names in sex bust announced along with Kraft's

As Sen. Bernie Sanders might say, "It isn't faih that millionaihs and billionaihs of Wawl Shtreet get awl the breaks and get to spend theih money lavishly." He might as well be referring to the latest news cycle [there's one every fifteen minutes, it seems] in which NFL New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and others got caught up in a prostitution bust.

Other big names that we knew existed have now come out in the open from the sex sting. Wall Street financier John Childs, and a former Citigroup president along with a president of a Florida Boys and Girls Club, according to reports.

At the same time, WPEC-TV reported Friday that the probe also nabbed three former law enforcement officers in Indian River County.
"Mugshot for billionaire John Childs, was charged with soliciting a prostitute by the Vero Beach Police Department. "

Childs, another old fart at 77, is the founder of Boston private equity firm J.W. Childs Associates. He was charged with soliciting a prostitute by the Vero Beach Police Department, Bloomberg News reported Friday. He was one of 165 charged in Vero Beach as part of the multi-jurisdiction criminal investigation into Florida "massage" parlors.

Childs, who has a home in Vero Beach, hasn’t been arrested. "I have received no contact by the police department about this charge,” he told Bloomberg via phone. “The accusation of solicitation of prostitution is totally false. I have retained a lawyer.”

Bloomberg News named John Havens, Citigroup’s former president and chief operation officer, in another report, as one of those caught up in the prostitution probe in Palm Beach County.

The names of Havens and Kraft were on a list of 25 men facing charges of soliciting prostitution at a Jupiter, FL, "massage" parlor called Orchids of Asia, according to the news outlet.

The list released by police matches Havens’ date of birth, the news outlet reported.

Havens, 62, resigned as Citigroup president in 2012 after a brief tenure. He is now chairman of Citigroup’s former hedge-fund arm, Napier Park Global Capital, and serves on the board of Money360, a commercial real estate lender, Bloomberg reported. He is not considered a serious stud.

Kraft is facing charges of soliciting a prostitute after he was twice videotaped in a sex act at Orchids of Asia, police said.  He denied any wrongdoing. "Those aren't my parts. That isn't me," Kraft said. "That's my brother, Bill."

Also busted in the lengthy "massage" parlor probe in three Florida counties was Kenneth Wessel, the 75-year-old president of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Indian River County and the John’s Island Foundation, Treasure Coast Newspapers reported Friday.

Wessel, of Vero Beach, was arrested Wednesday on a soliciting prostitution charge and released on $1,000 bond, which he happened to have in his hip pocket.

He was one of 173 people nabbed in the prostitution probe in Indian River County.

Treasure Coast newspapers reported seeking comment from the Indian River County Boys and Girls Club, which provides after-school activities for children and the John’s Island Foundation, which provides grants to local nonprofits.

Court records accuse Wessel of engaging in a sex act with a woman at a place called East Spa in Vero Beach on Dec. 2, 2018. Well, at least she was a woman and not a girl . . . or a guy who identifies as a woman.

"We will be entering a plea of not guilty in this matter," Andrew Metcalf, Wessel's lawyer, told Fox News Saturday. "I would caution officials and media to allow the justice system to take its course and not forget about the fundamental right to the presumption of innocence which has been ignored up to this point."

Hopefully the media will have learned its lesson after the Jussie Smollett hoax, but probably not.

The three former law enforcement officers who are facing charges in the sex probe are Scott ("Tissues") Taylor, 70, a former deputy with the Indian River County Sheriff's Office, Charles ("Chuckles") Thompson, 67, a former Vero Beach cop and Vito ("You Wanna Piece Of Me") Gioia, 54, a former Sebastian cop, WPEC reported.

Based on the ages of those who were caught, perhaps they shouldn't have called it a "massage" parlor but rather a chiropractic office.

BREAKING: Robert Kraft and other big names involved in Fla. prostitution case

There's an old joke: why do 95 percent of all men give their penis a name? Because they don't want a stranger making all their decisions.

It's beginning to look as if this joke applies to New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and some other high-profile "penis slaves." But this isn't a joke--it's breaking news.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Kraft, a guy worth a mere $6.6 billion isn't even the biggest name involved [and I don't mean big in the number of letters in his name, that honor might go to: Srimadaddankithirumalavaraahavenkatathaa, an Indian] in a South Florida prostitution case.

"On Friday morning, police in Jupiter, Florida charged prominent New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft — who is worth an estimated $6.6 billion — with soliciting prostitution at a local spa," The Daily Wire reported. Local police claim that there is damning video evidence.

Following the Kraft story, Schefter reported on ESPN's "SportsCenter" that Kraft is supposedly not the biggest name involved.

"There are people down there in that area I’m told who say this story is going to heat up and get a lot worse," Schefter reported. "I don’t mean involving Robert Kraft, I’m talking about with all the human trafficking that has gone on down there, I’m also told that Robert Kraft is not the biggest name involved down there in South Florida, and we will see what police turn up in the report."

At this time, twenty-five people have already been charged, including Kraft, but law enforcement officials expect to charge approximately 100 men in the case, according to WPTV.

"Jupiter Police Chief Daniel Kerr said Kraft was charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution, [Epstein-Clinton style] and that a warrant for his arrest is with the state’s attorney’s office and will be sent to Kraft’s home in Massachusetts," Deadspin reported.

A spokesperson for Kraft responded in a statement, saying: "We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further."

What was Kraft's spokesperson supposed to say: "We admit that Mr. Kraft, a slave to his penis, schtupped prostitutes and is a penis slave to his behavior, but he promises not to do it again." Of course not, don't be silly.

"Mr. Kraft was said to have patronized a spa called Orchids of Asia in Jupiter, a small storefront business in a strip mall that also includes a nail salon, a surf shop and a Thai restaurant," The New York Times, a former newspaper, reported. "The police said Mr. Kraft visited twice, dropped off by a driver. The mall, anchored on one end by an Outback Steakhouse, is near lushly landscaped gated communities — and less than five miles from Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter." [Which, of course, makes it all Trump's fault. They had to stick in Trump's name into their so-called 'journalisming' because of the nature of the story.]

Apparently, law enforcement has been surveilling this operation for about six months.
