NJ Dem congressional candidate has a history you wouldn't believe, or maybe you would

Adam Hamawy, running to represent the state’s 12th district, told prosecutors he had a years-long relationship with the so called cleric whose followers carried out the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Hamawy is a New Jersey reconstructive surgeon, U.S. Army veteran who served as a combat trauma surgeon in Iraq, and now a Democratic candidate for Congress in NJ-12 to replace the retiring Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman. He shot to prominence by volunteering as a doctor in Gaza in 2024 at the European Hospital in Khan Younis, where he got briefly trapped after the Rafah crossing shut down.

The guy has racked up endorsements from all the usual suspects: Justice Democrats, CAIR Action, PAL PAC, Senator Comrade Bernie Sanders, Rep. Ro Khanna, and the rest of the pro-Palestine progressive crowd. His platform is the standard leftist greatest hits: Medicare for All, ending U.S. funding for Israel's military actions, and the ever-so-clever slogan "healthcare not bombs."

The real fireworks, as always with these candidates, center on his blistering criticism of Israel amid the Israel-Hamas war. Hamawy popped up on streamer Hasan Piker's show and came out swinging against U.S. funding for Israel's Iron Dome missile defense system. He argued it "insulates Israel from having to make decisions to make peace" and "isolates them from having to deal with the consequences," likening it to "giving a bully body armor." He backed a full arms embargo on Israel and insisted that Israelis need to "feel the effects of war" to get serious about peace.

That did not sit well with fellow progressive Democrat Sue Altman in the same primary. Altman accused him of "cheerleading and wishing for the deaths of Israeli children" and said she draws the line at rhetoric that seems to treat more Israeli civilian deaths as some kind of goal.

Hamawy's supporters immediately cried smear and Islamophobia, pointing to his humanitarian record (including saving Sen. Tammy Duckworth's life in Iraq). Altman eventually issued an apology (though it was apparently unwritten), which Hamawy graciously accepted. Critics, however, figured the damage from the inflammatory exchange was already done.

During and after his Gaza stint, Hamawy insisted he saw no weapons, no military presence, and "definitely no tunnels" under the European Hospital or places like Nasser. He described it as a purely civilian facility treating mostly civilians, many of them children, in the middle of the devastation. Later reports about Hamas command centers and tunnels under or near the hospital (including the strike that took out Mohammed Sinwar in a tunnel beneath it) led critics to call him naive, in denial, or worse. Hamawy and his backers stand by his firsthand medical observations and dismiss the rest.

A shiny new Super PAC called American Priorities (or PAL PAC) is dumping serious cash, around $2 million, to boost him as a counter to pro-Israel money in the race. There is also some past testimony linked to the "Blind Sheikh" from the 1993 World Trade Center bombing that conservative outlets have dusted off. His strong progressive bona fides get him cheers from the Sanders wing and eye rolls from everyone else who thinks his Israel rhetoric veers into antisemitism territory or puts civilians at risk.

Hamawy likes to frame it all as principled opposition to U.S.-funded wars and military aid overseas while focusing on domestic priorities like healthcare. To his fans he is a heroic humanitarian. To his detractors he is another example of the Democratic Party's lurch into territory that endangers allies and excuses terrorists. The NJ-12 primary remains a messy fight between the pro-Israel and anti-Israel factions as of early May 2026. For the unvarnished details, primary sources like the Jewish Insider piece or his own campaign site are worth a look.

Kyrsten Sinema is not on America's side

Kyrsten Sinema, the Democratic Senate candidate, who represents Arizona's 9th District in the House, is as honest as the scorpion talking to a frog.

Last week it was discovered that in 2003, Sinema had promoted campus appearances of Lynne Stewart, the radical lawyer who was being prosecuted for providing material support to terrorism. When Sinema was called out on it, she lied by distorting the facts of the case.

Stewart, who died in 2017, represented the terrorist, Omar Abdel Rahman [aka: the "Blind Sheikh"], who also died in 2017, just weeks before Stewart. Rahman was the jihadi whom Stewart was convicted of abetting; helping him communicate with his Egyptian terrorist mob from the U.S. prison where he was serving a life sentence for his role in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.

In a scorching article in the National Review, Andrew McCarthy, the prosecutor who put Rahman behind bars, counters Sinema's "misrepresentations about her advocacy on Stewart's behalf."

McCarthy refers to Steward as a "jihadist-friendly lawyer," and says that although Sinema portrays herself as a moderate progressive, she is anything but. In 2003, in what Fox News describes as a "now-closed Yahoo group," known as Local to Global Justice, she encouraged people to attend two events in which Stewart was the featured speaker.

This came at a time when Stewart was under federal indictment for providing material support to terrorism and Sinema knew it.

Stewart had two co-defendants, Ahmed Abdel Sattar and Mohammed Yousry, both longtime aides to Abdel Rahman with whom she was accused of facilitating the Blind Sheikh's communication with the Islamic terrorist group,  Gama'at al Islamia, an Egyptian terrorist organization that the Blind Sheikh helped found in the early 1980s, when it participated in the assassination of President Anwar al-Sadat.

When Stewart and her co-scum committed the crimes alleged in the indictment, Abdel Rahman had been convicted in the WTC bombing and subsequent [unsuccessful] plot to bomb New York City landmarks and other terrorist plots.

Gama'at, in an attempt to obtain Abdel Rahman's release, threatened to "target . . . all of those Americans who participated in subjecting [Abdel Rahman's] life to danger" --"every American official, starting with the American president [down] to the despicable jailer."

Perhaps even the prison janitor.

A match made in Jahannam
And six months later, this group of jihadis attacked 58 foreign tourists and several police officers at an archeological site in Luxor, Egypt. They brutally shot them and then sliced them to death. Gama'at left behind leaflets--including the mutilated torso of one of its victims--demanding the Blind Sheikh be released.

The group later issued a statement warning that the forcible struggle against the Egyptian regime would continue unless Mubarak met its 3 demands: implementing sharia [law], the ceasing of diplomatic relations with Israel, and "the return of our Sheikh and emir to his land."

And the killings continued but to no avail.

These are the killers, the jihadis that Stewart helped the Blind Sheikh to consult with and direct by unlawfully transmitting messages, in direct contravention of enhanced confinement measures the DoJ's Bureau of Prisons (BOP) put in place to prevent such communications between the convicted blind scumcrumpet and his minions.

After Stewart's indictment in 2002, she was praised by many radical left-wing morons that opposed a forcible response to the 911 attacks. Sinema's Local to Global Justice was among these groups.

Aside from Sinema's defense of those who want to fight for the Taliban, she also maintained that Stewart was "emphatically not guilty." She said that Stewart was charged only because of surveillance powers enabled by the "hastily enacted PATRIOT Act." She insisted that Stewart was merely "doing her job for the past 27 years as an outspoken criminal defense lawyer."

If Sinema somehow beats Martha McSally, an American combat veteran, in the midterm elections, that would be a tragedy and an indication that the country is going to hell in a hand basket.

Linda Sarsour's role model and mentor

Linda Sarsour has called for Muslims to wage jihad against President Trump in her address to the 54th ISNA Convention. Sarsour is one of the more prominent Muslim jihadis in America who would like to see the imposition of sharia law which limit the rights of women and non Muslims.

But the most relevant and revealing thing she said in her 22-minute speech came within the first two minutes when she gave props to her "favorite person in this room," radical imam and scumwafer Siraj Wahhaj. He was referred to by Sarsour as her "mentor, motivator and encourager."

In a recent police raid in New Mexico of an extremist Islamist compound where children were being trained to become school shooters and one 3-year-old was found dead, one of the leaders happened to be Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, the son of Sarsour's mentor, Siraj Wahhaj.

Siraj Ibn Wahhaj had kidnapped his own physically disabled child--the 3-year-old mentioned above who died. It was learned that he was deprived of his medicine and instead underwent an exorcism ritual. Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, the son of Sarsour's mentor, attributed his son's condition to demonic possession.

Other Islamist training camps are located within the U.S. borders. In January 2018, FBI documents confirming Jamaat ul-Fuqra is training jihadis in dozens of isolated camps across the USA and Canada.

Fuqra now goes by the name of the Muslims of the Americas, as well as other names. It's an Islamist group with a history of terrorism and crime. The group conducts paramilitary training in their camps.

Wahhaj, Sr. is well-acquainted with Fuqra/MOA. Many of his former congregants at Wahhaj's Al-Taqwa mosque are intimately tied to MOA, including Ali Abdelaziz and Clement Rodney Hampton-El.

In the aftermath of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, Wahhaj's sermon asked the question: "Who are the real terrorists?" He named the U.S. government, big business and the media.

The bombing took place in late February when a truck bomb detonated beneath the North Tower. The 1,336 pounds of urea nitrate-hydrogen gas enhanced bomb was meant to send the entire North Tower (Tower One) crashing down into the South Tower (Tower Two) and kill tens of thousands of people. It failed to do so but did succeed in killing six people and injuring over a thousand.

So who are the real terrorists, Wahhaj?

Wahhaj Sr. also was a character witness for the "Blind Sheikh," Omar Abdel-Rahman, who was found guilty of being the mastermind behind terrorist plots against the United States as well as the 1993 WTC bombing.

In 1992 Wahhaj gave a sermon advocating for armed jihad.

It's highly likely that Ibn Wahhaj was influenced by his father when he trained those children to kill innocent victims.

Sarsour may never wear a suicide vest, or drive a truck into a crowd of pedestrians, or stab someone on the street, but she is a "mentee" of Siraj Wahhaj and she has a long history of hateful views, particularly her anti-Semitic, anti-American views.

For example, in 2017, Sarsour attended a summit run by the suicidal and radical leftist group Jewish Voice for Peace. She sat next to the convicted Palestinian terrorist, Rasmea Odeh, and gave her a warm embrace. Sarsour said that she was "honored and privileged to be here in this space, and honored to be on this stage with Rasmea."

Sarsour has even called for people to show solidarity with Muhammad Allan, a member of the terrorist group Islamic Jihad. Allan has a history of recruiting suicide bombers but refuses to partake in that religious experience.

How Muslims can have a person like Sarsour as their spokesperson is beyond comprehension. They can do a lot better than this woman.

Therein lies the media

Hillary Clinton appears to have spent her entire adult life as a stranger to the truth. It must be difficult for her to juggle what she says and how she then explains it in different words with the opposite meaning.

Take for example her claim that she was under sniper fire on the tarmac in Bosnia.

In a CNN report back in 2008 when she first ran for president, the Scandal Queen said she "misspoke" when she dramatically described her arrival in Bosnia in 1996. Obama's campaign spokesman at the time, Tommy Vietor (the dude who called Bret Baier 'Dude') said the Bosnia claim was a part of "a growing list of instances in which Sen. Clinton has exaggerated her role in foreign and domestic policymaking."

Her response to the lie: "I say a lot of things--millions of words a day--so if I misspoke, that was just a misstatement.," she lied.

First of all, I highly doubt that any person is capable of speaking "millions of words a day." They would have to be speaking like a chipmunk on "speed" to get that many words uttered. So even that was a lie.

Second, her statement " . . . so if I misspoke, that was just a misstatement" is a circular nonsense excuse to confuse the audience with a tautology that really means: "So if I lied, I told a lie." It's Hillary's version of verbal judo and it only seems to fool liberals, because they are easily fooled with polysyllabic words that sound as if they make sense but tend to make the listener forget the beginning of the sentence.

Then Hillary told a stupid, senseless lie.

I don't know why she thought that lying about her beautiful daughter, Chelsea, jogging around the World Trade Center the morning of September 11, 2001, would somehow gain her political creds, but she did. Political pundit, Tammy Bruce, says that Hillary suffers from "mythomania" to bolster her own image.

And let us not forget the Benghazi lies. Not just one, but one right after another.

The video as catalyst was proven to be a lie. Hillary knew it long before she told the public and the families of the four dead Americans that it was the video, not a planned terrorist attack.. Then the fact that Sidney Blumenthal did not act as her adviser. And that Chris Stevens was responsible for his own death because "he knew the risks and accepted them."

She even confabulated Chris Stevens' name with Sean Smith, referring to the dead ambassador as "Chris Smith."

But the media attacks Ben Carson instead because his so-called lie about West Point is unacceptable. He cannot possibly be trusted as President of the United States of America.

What a bunch of liberal garbage, Politico. Oh, and thanks for the retraction.

Al Sharptongue Keynote at CAIR's Fundraiser

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is celebrating a birthday in September--they will be 20 years old. In honor of this, they will have their annual fundraiser to help spread joy and terror throughout the Western world. The very right Reverend, MSNBC host, and winner of this years Race Card Award, Al Sharpton is slated to be the keynote speaker. That should be fun.

Translating for Sharpton will be America's favorite Muslim Congressman, the honorable Keith Ellison. Also in attendance will be Congressman James Moron Moran, and CAIR Board Chair Roula Allouch.

Sharpton has agreed to be pulled away from Ferguson, MO where he is marching arm-in-arm with the Brown family, whose son, Michael, was shot by a police officer, as well as marching side-by-side with an assortment of people who genuinely care about justice, race issues, and looters who don't a fig about anything but stealing.

Sharpton has been called a "race hustler" by his critics and a guy you can get high with, by his friends. He is President Obama's "go-to black leader," according to a 60 Minutes report. They say that not only does Sharpton travel just to see Obama and breathe the same air, but Obama travels on taxpayer money to see him, according to the report (that phrased it slightly different).

CAIR claims its mission is "to enhance the understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding," but in truth, this is unadulterated BS.

Even Senator Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer says of CAIR " . . . we know it has ties to terrorism."

Steven Pomerantz, former FBI chief on counter-terrorism said that "CAIR, its leaders, and its activities effectively give aid to international terrorist groups."

And John P. O'Neill, Sr., who died in the World Trade Center on 9-11, and was also a counter-terrorism chief, named CAIR in a lawsuit as having "been part of the criminal conspiracy of radical Islamic terrorism."

CAIR is seen by many as an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood, so it is highly possible that Sharpton is going to the fundraiser to scout things out for Obama. The motto of CAIR is: "Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Quaran is our law. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope. Allahu Akbar!"

How peachy.

So who is Roula Allouch? She describes herself as a "Northern Kentucky girl" shucks, and is an attorney who heads CAIR since this past June. She is 34 and grew up in Berea and Lexington and went to the University of Kentucky and later moved to the Greater Cincinnati area 8 years ago.

Allouch has been involved with CAIR since law school and in 2008 became active with the Cincinnati board.

In an interview with Cincinnati.com, Ms. Allouch was asked: "What's the biggest challenge Muslims face in Greater Cincinnati? Has life for Muslims gotten better or worse in recent times?"

Her response: "I think the biggest challenge is really that members of the Muslim community want the same things that people in the greater community want: secure jobs, safety for their families, education for children and on top of that, members of the Muslim community sometimes face scrutiny from others who may have misconceptions about what our faith means and what it means to be someone practicing our faith. I think very similar experiences as the greater community in terms of day to day concerns but there's just that added pressure unfortunately sometimes impacts us." That's what was reported, verbatim. I'm not totally sure what she was trying to convey in her last sentence, but you get the gist.

It would be great if Allouch actually knew what the facts are regarding attacks on Muslims versus the number of attacks on Jews across the country. The numbers are staggeringly higher for anti-Semitic attacks.

The next question: "What's the biggest misunderstanding or misconception that people not familiar with the Islamic faith have about Muslims?"

Her reply: "I think to me the biggest thing is looking at people in the Muslim community as another instead of understanding that we practice a faith that is a monotheistic faith. We have the same core set of values and principles. We just, I think, too often are looked at as the other instead of people understanding that we practice a different faith, but there's so many similarities."

I'll give her some of that--Islam is monotheistic, but there is no comparison of Allah with any other deity except to say that pretty much anything pisses him off. Allah hates nonbelievers, Jews, gays, apostates, and Christians, but not in any special order. Allah says that making war is good for you. It's in the Koran--read the damn book if you don't believe me.

Muslims love to make themselves out to be the victims. Even that piece of human excrement who beheaded James Foley yesterday blamed his butchering on Obama. It's like the abusive husband who tells his wife, "Don't make me come over there and beat the crap out of you, Stella." Yes, they blame the victim and claim to be mistreated by them (see Hamas).

There's a lot more to the interview with Allouch. Just keep a barf bag close by as you read it, and try not to think about James Foley.

So Al Sharptongue and Keith Ellison have finally come out of their closets. Sharpton clearly hates Jews and Ellison, who is a Muslim, seems to side with Obama's take on the Muslim Brotherhood. Maybe Ellison also hates Jews--what the hell--it's becoming the "cool" thing to do among the cretin set.

The Real Memorial Day for Me

I've been spending the day watching the memorial events on TV of 9-11. It'ssurreal, to use a word that has been used dozens of times already today. I just watched the piece on the AP photographer, Richard Drew, who shot the picture of "The Falling Man." It was so sad, to think of the choice that it was better to jump to one's death, than to stay in the building. I can only begin to imagine the horror a person must feel in those seconds when your life is about to end.

On Twitter this morning, there was a tweet by US Reality Check, an obviously liberal media site, that said that the New York GOP was exploiting the 9-11 anniversary by sending Islamophic mailer to NY voters in NY special election today. I tweeted them back saying that there is no such condition as Islamophobia--it's a term invented by CAIR, (the Council on American and Islamic Relations--an unindicted co-conspirator of the Holy Land Foundation trials), and the term is used to discourage free discourse about Islam and its direct relationship to terrorism. It's interesting that US Reality Check mentioned this GOP mailer, but never mentioned the Eric Holder refusal to indict CAIR when he had the chance most recently--he decided not to pursue it-perhaps he had his hands full with Operation Fast and Furious.

But I don't want to rant today. I want to remember those people, all 2977 of them, who died ten years ago today. I want to remember who did this to our country and I do not want to forgive them.

The NFL just played Taps and a man who looks a bit like Keith Olberman, is singing the National Anthem--imagine Olberman actually singing the National Anthem, I can't--but this guy just sang his heart out. It almost brings me to tears; it was so real, so heartfelt.

Have a peaceful day, dear readers.

If You See His Lips Move, He's Lying

No other president of the United States has done more to try bringing change to the United States of America than Barack Hussein Obama. Yes, he is working tirelessly to make America the "Land of the mediocre and unspecial." Not an easy job considering what a great nation we have, and we are very lucky to live in the United States. But Obama wants "Change we can believe in," and all we have is change--loose change, and a few dollars to pay for groceries and pray we don't fall sick and need to use Obamacare.  But I want to focus on his hypocrisy today. Maybe next time I'll talk about the love affair he has with the MSM.

Back in November 2009, our brave Navy SEALs captured Ahmed Hashim Abed, a very bad man. Abed (his friends called him Asofa) was the mastermind of the killing and horrible mutilation of many Americans in Fallujah, Iraq in 2004. Rather than being seen as heroes, Rowan Scarborough from Fox News reported, these brave men faced court martials because Abed got a boo-boo on his lip, and it was bleeding when he was captured. Of course, the SEALs were demoralized over the actions against them that was being considered and there was talk amongst them that they weren't going to do any more capturing of these killers in the future. A military source who went unnamed said this court martial was Obama's idea because he was still angry over the SEALs operation involving Capt. Richard Phillips. Phillips commanded the Maersk Alabama and it was pirated by Somali Islamic pirates in April 2009. They held the Captain for 38 days and the SEALs, who had closed in on the vermin, were under Obama's rules of engagement, which was:  do nothing unless Capt. Phillips is in imminent danger. On the 38th day the SEALs site commander had his men take out the garbage, because he determined that the garbage put Phillips in imminent danger.  Barack was fuming and threw a presidential hissy fit, and being a man of his character, took it out on the SEALs who had simply done their job with Abed. Later in August of that year, Secretary of State Clinton said that she regretted the fact that the US did not accept the authority of the International Criminal Court (ICC) when it came to dealing with these poor pirates.

So now we're supposed to use the laws of the ICC rather than our own laws to determine the moral conduct of our country? I don't think so. Fareed Zakaria, Obama's consultant and CNN newsman, is keeping Obama honest, and they both think so. In fact, Zakaria recently said that he thinks the US Constitution is outdated and needs an overhaul. I say he should consider returning to his land of birth, Bombay, India, where the people are called "420's" which, according to Indian penal code, stands for robbery/fraud, and seems to suit him well.
Our Hero?

The hypocrisy of Obama is astounding. When Osama bin Laden was shot in the head, wrapped is swaddling clothes, prayed over by a holy imam and summarily dumped into the depths of the sea, only to be eaten by sharks with bad taste, Obama acted like he just took off his flak jacket after doling out some serious whoopass. The SEALs were quietly mentioned as accomplises to Obama's excellent adventure.  Moreover, Bush's methods were what got Obama the information they needed to find the Hide-and- Seek Champion of the World, but to hear Obama, you might think he figured it all out on Facebook.  I don't know about you, but as for me, I'd vote for  a recliner before I'd vote for Obama. But seriously, how can we allow our country to continue along this road to even more socialism? How can we allow him to control freedom of speech, of press, and now, the internet?

We must vote him out in 2012
