DHS "deep sixes" 2 border wall contracts

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on Friday that it has cancelled two contracts for wall construction on the U.S.-Mexico border.

These are the first cancellations under DHS's month-old plan for unobligated border wall funds.

  

DHS’s Customs and Border Protection is terminating the contracts for the Laredo, Texas, sector of the border which spans 31 miles and would have used 2020 appropriated funds. The excuse being used is that they  “are not necessary to address any life, safety, environmental or other remediation requirements, as described in the DHS border wall plan implementing President Biden’s proclamation," according to a DHS press release.

Biden was told that he ordered a pause on border wall construction upon coming into office and the Biden-Harris-Obama-Jarrett-Klain-Sanders-AOC administration announced in April that it was cancelling the wall contracts because Trump. 

These are merely the first cancellations since DHS made its plan public for unobligated border wall funds in June.

“Construction has not yet started on the two Laredo sector projects, and no land acquisition has begun,” Homeland Security stated. “CBP intends to engage in environmental planning concerning these barrier projects, including taking certain actions consistent with the National Environmental Policy Act and other statutes.”

The department is continuing to review the other border barrier projects paused by Biden and his covert presidential team and looking at what projects might be needed to address safety, environmental or other remediation concerns. 

“The administration also continues to call on Congress to cancel remaining border wall funding and instead fund smarter border security measures, like border technology and modernization of land ports of entry, that are proven to be more effective at improving safety and security at the border,” DHS said.

The money might instead be used to pay the travel, medical, clothing, hotel and spa expenses for undocumented travelers into the U.S.

CDC still hiding COVID data regarding mask reversal

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention [an oxymoron when it comes to COVID-19] issued new guidance that fully vaccinated people from the coronavirus should wear masks indoors in spite of the conflicting messages Pope Fauci had previously made public. 

If the vaccine protects us from the virus, then why should masks be worn? After all, if vaccinated people choose not to wear a mask and are willing to take the chance they might get reinfected with less chance of dying from coronavirus, then what is the problem?

Also, if you choose to take your chances with not getting vaccinated, that should be your right. And if you don't want your child getting the shot because they have a better chance of dying from the flu or suicide, that should be a parent's right, not a government mandate.

But the CDC is mandating a new guidance and refusing to show their work as to how they came to that conclusion. Their lack of clarity and obvious political inclinations as to how they base their decisions seems more likely to emanate from a totalitarian ideology than a scientific one. 

I had the jabs, I will not wear a mask because I cannot infect you and you cannot infect me. If you don't want the jabs, that's on you and I respect your decision even if I disagree with it. Why doesn't the government do the same?

And what's with Speaker Pelosi (D) with her cloth designer masks? The CDC says that cloth masks are basically useless, much like the Speaker herself. 

The idea that masks must be worn practically at all times is a deterrent for those who may have been weighing on whether to get vaccinated. What's the point if nothing changes?

"While the CDC issued their guidance yesterday at about 3 p.m., they have not yet released their scientific reports on the data that underlies their recommendation," New York City Health and Hospitals President and CEO Mitchell Katz said at a Wednesday press conference with Comrade Mayor Bill de Blasio, one of the top worst Democratic mayors of major US cities.

Supported the Sandinista cause

"I think we owe it to New Yorkers to very carefully, as you say, review that information and understand its implications," Katz added. "Our focus has to be on getting people vaccinated."

"We're assessing the information. What really is important is to assess the research behind it. Which is what our team is doing," de Blasio said when asked why the city is delaying any action to mandate mask-wearing for vaccinated folks. "We've got to make sure we understand the ramifications and what makes sense to do."

For de Blasio, it would be to resign and take up blow-painting with Hunter Biden.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, a Harvard graduate, explained that the reason for the CDC's reversal on indoor masking for vaccinated people is because "in rare occasions, some vaccinated people infected with the delta variant after vaccination may be contagious and pass the virus to others."

[In rate occasions sober people driving within the speed limit get into fatal accidents. Does that mean we should prevent people from driving altogether, or perhaps make a federal speed limit of 5 miles per hour to prevent deaths? Harvard has become a joke.] 

They "may be contagious," Walensky said, because "the amount of virus" in vaccinated people infected by the delta variant "is pretty similar to the amount of virus in unvaccinated people."

But what's the mortality rate? If the symptoms are mild and practically nobody dies, who gives a crap? Should we wear masks forever because, you know, the flu, the common cold, the Democrats?

"The vast majority of transmission is occurring through unvaccinated individuals," Walensky said Tuesday. But, she added, "we thought it was important for [vaccinated] people to understand that they could pass the disease onto someone else." 

Yes, someone who decided to not get vaccinated because they have the right not to put something into their body. Whatever happened to "my body, my choice?" It's only true for the left when it's convenient.

Lastly, want to fight the COVID crisis in the United States? Stop undiagnosed illegal aliens from coming into the country with their high percentage of the virus.

If the GOP can't win back both Houses, they are useless and we will deserve what we get.

Court rules CA governor's 2020 COVID order is unconstitutional

Gavin Newsom claims that science and data guided him in deciding his coronavirus order, like science has guided him into his take on gender in that it's fluid and also how he believes that abortion is acceptable, perhaps thinking the baby isn't a real baby until you see its head. His take on abortion comes in spite of his claim of being a devout Catholic. By the way, Catholics and Christians in general are not the only religions that are pro-life; Judaism, Islam and other religions take the same stance

A federal appeals court ruled the California governor went too far grabbing power when he forced private schools, [as in not under his jurisdiction] to remain closed as part of his a là carte lockdown to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.

“California’s forced closure of their private schools implicates a right that has long been considered fundamental under the applicable caselaw — the right of parents to control their children’s education and to choose their children’s educational forum,” Judge Daniel Collins of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals wrote for the majority in the ruling on Friday.

The left does not want parents to control their kids' education because they might not go along with left wing ideas, such as critical race theory that has deep roots in Marxism. 

“[T]he private-school Plaintiffs have established that the State’s prohibition on in-person instruction deprives them of a core right that is constitutionally protected,” the court said.

The ruling also noted that this is not the first time California has been authoritarian and heavy-handed in its lockdown orders.

“As with its rigidly over-broad approach to religious services, California once again failed to ‘explain why it cannot address its legitimate concerns with rules short of a total ban,'” the court said.

“Because California’s ban on in-person schooling abridges a fundamental liberty of these five Plaintiffs that is protected by the Due Process Clause, that prohibition can be upheld only if it withstands strict scrutiny. Given the State closure order’s lack of narrow tailoring, we cannot say that, as a matter of law, it survives such scrutiny,” it said.

The appeals court, however, admitted that it could not offer the same support [as in educational protection] for parents of public school students who sued over Newsom’s July 2020 order.

Newsom is being challenged in a recall election by Larry Elder, a conservative who is better suited to help parents deal with their problems in educating their children.

MI Rep. spends campaign funds at strip club: guess his political party

A Michigan Democratic state representative blew $221 in campaign funds at a strip club, according to his financial disclosures, showing that not only is he honest, but he is also an idiot. I mean, what do you get going to a strip club besides overpriced drinks and a chance to get to look at stripper nipples [so I've been told].

Rep Jewell Jones' most recent quarterly disclosures list a "constituent meeting" in March at the Pantheion Club in Dearborn, Michigan [aka Dearbornistan]. The club's venue is a topless dancing club calling itself "the oldest and most established gentlemens [sic] club in Michigan." 

The "purpose" for the strip club expense described the meeting and stripper nipple viewing as a discussion of "potential economic projects" in Inkster, Mich., [Go, Rorschach Rowdies!] which Jones represents in the state house.

Jones, who not only sits in the front row of strip clubs also sits on the legislature's regulatory reform committee. He has spent over $6,400 of campaign funds thus far, at restaurants for "work-related" meetings. One such "work-related" expenditure listed in the disclosures describes a March "dinner meeting with other legislators" at a restaurant in Las Vegas where Jones spent nearly $700 and all he had was the salad bar [kidding]. 

The 26-year-old lawmaker, who in 2016 was elected as the state's youngest-ever-most-corrupt- representative, is no stranger to controversy. He was arrested on drunk-driving charges this past April after he drove his car into a ditch.

In a police report detailing the incident, a paramedic described arriving at the scene to witness a woman in the car with her pants down while Jones's pants were partially down. Police on scene tased and pepper-sprayed the aroused Jones when he became combative, and the lawmaker threatened to call on Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D., Mich.) to get the officers in trouble, but it turns out that she is just as corrupt and probably would have given Jones an award for standing up to the man--in more ways than one.

"It's not going to be good for you," Jones said as officers wrestled him to the ground. "I run you all's budget, bro. When I call Gretchen, I'll need y'all IDs and badge numbers, everything." His blood alcohol content was 0.19, twice the legal driving limit.

Jones even violated the terms of his probation this month by failing to pay for an alcohol-monitoring tether, which he is required to wear to track his alcohol intake. This is the second time he refused to comply with the monitor.

The judge in the case ordered Jones pay a $1,000 fine for the violation and told him he would face jail time if he breaches his bond conditions again.

Las Vegas odds are 10 to 1 that he will never be incarcerated in a Democratically-run state.

China diplomats very pissed off over photo of their weightlifting gold medalist

Chinese diplomats were as angry as the dickens over a photo Reuters posted of the country's gold-medal winner in weightlifting Zhihui Hou. The diplomats went so far as to call the media outlet "ugly" for posting it.

“Among all the photos of the game, @Reuters has chosen this one, which only shows how ugly they are,” the Chinese embassy of Sri Lanka tweeted Saturday responding to the report detailing Hou’s top medal in the women’s 49-kg weightlifting at the Tokyo Olympics.

“Don’t put politics and ideologies above sports, and call yourself an unbiased media organization. Shameless,” the embassy’s tweet continued. 

The photo that caused the uproar is just an action shot of Hou lifting a weight with a strained expression on her face.

On Sunday, China’s state-run newspaper the Global Times ran a story on the “controversial photo” that said some Western media organizations were “unfairly targeting China” in their Olympics coverage.

In response to the Reuters photo, I have taken it upon myself to post a few select photos of China's Muslim Uighurs that puts a different light on the women of China.

In this lovely photo above, we see Chinese Uighurs delighted over the prospects of adding pork to their pork-forbidden diets. They say bacon is the "candy of meats," so welcome to the club, ladies. You have no choice but to chow down.

"Hey gang, the guards are Chinese Communists. What could go wrong?"

"Hey, Uighur; a little humiliation never hurt anyone"

And we're supposed to worry about a photo of their gold-medal winner who claims to be a woman, that isn't flattering enough? They can go to hell now, or wait until it's time.

2nd anti-Semitic Muslim judoka afraid of losing to an Israeli drops out of Olympics

Sudanese anti-Semite Mohamed Abdalrasool

Mohamed Abdalrasool, a Sudanese judoka, avoided his Monday scheduled match against Tohar Butbul from Israel. He is the second coward to avoid losing to a Jew, possibly due to reprisals he would face in his home country when he loses.

The International Judo Federation has not yet issued a statement explaining the reason behind Abdalrasool’s absence at the game but if you have more than two brain cells to rub together you know the reasons: fear of losing, and hatred of Jews, especially Israeli Jews.

Abdalrasool did not explain why he didn’t turn up to compete against Butbul despite showing up for the weigh-in ahead of the match, nor did Sudanese Olympics officials comment on the matter or issue a statement, but it's possible the Sudanese officials warned him what would happen to the head on his shoulders if he fought the Israeli and lost.

According to the AP, from what Butbul’s team was told, Abdalrasool had a shoulder injury [LOL]. Butbul and the team, however, do not seem convinced by that reason, the wire service reported.

The fact that Abdalrasool’s withdrawal comes just days after the cowardly Algerian judoka Fethi Nourine withdrew to avoid playing against Butbul led some to suspect that there was a political motivation behind Abdalrasool’s exit from the games. But they are wrong--it isn't political in general, it's political in sharia, or Islamic law.

The Koran, the perfect book for all time, according to Islam, speaks about the Jews quite often:

But at least their ancient text acknowledges that the Jews are the children of Israel and not so for the so-called Palestinians who are mostly the children of Jordan.

Remember this: you cannot be a true anti-Zionist without being an anti-Semite. There is nothing anti-Semitic about criticizing the Israeli government until you call for its total destruction. Then you're showing your true anti-Semitic hatred and that's an offense to good Christians too.

Communist News Network's Darcy Promotes NAACP CEO Wanting Fox News To Be 'Banned''

Communist News Network's (CNN) Oliver Darcy is a raging anti-First Amendment fool who lies like others at that failing network. 

On Friday, Darcy stood in for the execrable rather effeminate Brian Stelter, with the headline "How Fox race baits." The previous night, CNN's own Don LeMon said to Co-President Biden that historically, Republicans wanted to make black voters count jelly beans before they would be allowed to vote.

CNN is having conniptions over their numbers going down the bowl. And they are most afraid of Tucker Carlson, one might imagine because his ratings destroy CNN and the rest of cable news. Reruns of "Petticoat Junction" could give CNN a run for their money.

Darcy's theory was that Tucker Carlson is a race baiter, but he wasn't the only race baiter at Fox:

"While Carlson engages in bald-faced race baiting, Fox as a network also works to cater to the fears of White America. And programming in that vein has increased recently, engraining itself into the channel's core DNA." Darcy, of course, provided not one instance of race baiting by Carlson, but that's not surprising.

"Fox understands the panic rippling through White America — it should, it helped create it — and exploits it for profit,"  Darcy hypothesized, again, merely going on his feelings. 

"Instead of using its platform for good-faith discussion and debate about race, the network chooses to demonize those seeking to have it. It presents a terrifying world to viewers and then tells them, repeatedly, that it is the only entity in society standing up to the nefarious forces that seek to destroy their way of life. . . "

Darcy used the Left's official leading Fox-banning organization to claim Fox was over-covering critical race theory in our schools. His partner in censorship was NAACP president Derrick Johnson, as he quoted:

"They play to the lowest common denominator of white fear," Johnson said of Fox News. "They peddle fear at a level that causes harm to communities. ... They peddle fear starting from the morning shows and all throughout the day."

Kind of "pot calling the kettle black" accusation. 

CNN is the purveyor of fear--fear of police; fear of our institutions; and fear of Trump supporters and Republicans who they label all as 'white supremacists.' Now that's fear on a supersized level.

"I wish it [meaning Fox News] could get banned, quite frankly," Johnson said. "Because it creates more intolerance and more racial instability."

Imagine if these totalitarians ran the country. Eventually everyone would be denied a voice when it opposes their opinions.

Naturally, Darcy also pointed out Fox's audience is overwhelmingly Caucasian: "When watching Fox, it's worth remembering that most of its audience is made up of one racial group. White people made up 94% of Carlson's audience from January 1 to July 7. Only 2% were Black. For comparison, over the same six-month period, CNN's 8 p.m. hour had an audience that was 25% Black and the audience for MSNBC's 8 p.m. hour was 27% Black. Both of those audiences were 66% White."

Which, on its face, is a racist way of looking at things because of the underlying assumptions Darcy is making.

As Biden's dementia is obvious, majority of Americans become pessimistic over nation's direction

"I mean, look. C'mon man"

Barely sentient, President Biden's faux leadership of the country is becoming a serious concern to Americans. A new ABC News/Ipsos poll recently published, showed that a dramatic shift from optimism to pessimism occurred regarding the thoughts of Americans over the direction the country is taking under the Biden-Harris-Obama-Jarrett-Sanders-AOC administration. The findings were in contrast to the same poll taken on May 2nd.

“A majority — 55% — of the public say they are pessimistic about the direction of the country, a marked change from the roughly one-third (36%) that said the same in an ABC News/Ipsos poll published May 2,” ABC News reported. “In the early May survey, Americans were more optimistic than pessimistic by a 28-percentage point margin. Optimism is now under water by 10 points. Looking ahead to the next 12 months, fewer than half — 45% — now report feeling optimistic about the way things are going, a significant drop from about two-thirds (64%) in the May poll.”

But wait, there's more. Here are some of the questions responders were asked:

Do you approve or disapprove of the way Joe Biden is handling immigration and the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border? Approve 37. Disapprove 61.

Gallup also released a poll with new results published last week showing that Biden heading in the wrong direction, scoring the worst numbers so far in his so-called presidency.

The July 6-21 Gallup poll reported a decline in job approval from 56% in June to 50% now. It finds that 45% of American adults disapprove of Biden's performance, in spite of the mainstream media doing tap dances to distract from his plans and his word salad responses to questions. And 5% in that poll did not have an opinion because that would mean they would have to think.

The Democrats know that Biden doesn't have two remaining brain cells to rub together but they are terrified that if he should leave office, Kamala Hahahaharris would take over the helm and the nation would be like the Titanic heading to port side, ever port side toward that China iceberg.
