Alabama killed Kenny

Alabama death row inmate, Kenneth Eugene Smith, forever 58, was executed tonight with nitrogen gas, and now holds the record for being the first to be put to death by this method.

According to people who have never lost a love one to murder--I have--this method is controversial as it causes oxygen deprivation that these folks consider inhumane, kind of like how he stabbed a woman to death back in 1988.  He was pronounced dead at 8:25 p.m. or 20:25, local time at the William C. Holman Correctional Facility in Atmore.

Prior to Smith's death sentence being carried out, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled for the second time in as many days that the state could proceed with using nitrogen hypoxia to execute Smith, refusing to block the nation’s first execution by a new method since 1982.

Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Jackson dissented as their way of virtue signaling since they have no problem with killing the unborn.

For his last meal, Smith was served steak, hash browns and eggs, the Alabama Department of Corrections said. He was visited by his adoring wife, his young son, two close friends and his loser attorney.

The execution garnered national attention because of its method, which causes the person inhaling the nitrogen gas through a mask to die from a lack of oxygen.

Smith's lawyers argued Alabama was trying to make him the "test subject" for an untried execution method after he survived the state's previous attempt to put him to death by lethal injection. At least Smith finally did something useful in his miserable life as a hired killer.

The defense also argued a second execution attempt is unconstitutional after Smith was one of three Alabama death row inmates who survived a botched lethal injection in 2022.

The 2022 attempt, which lasted over four hours, caused Smith "severe physical pain and psychological torment, including post traumatic stress disorder," his lawyers said, much like the stabbing pain one feels while being killed by a knife.

"The application for stay of execution of sentenced of death presented to Justice (Clarence) Thomas and by him referred to the Court is denied," the court said.

In a statement before he was put to death, Smith and his minister, Rev. Dr. Jeff Hood, said: "The eyes of the world are on this impending moral apocalypse. Our prayer is that people will not turn their heads. We simply cannot normalize the suffocation of each other."

And then there's abortion.

Smith was put to death for his role in a 1988 murder-for-hire plot that killed Elizabeth Sennett. He and John Forrest Parker killed the preacher's wife for $1,000 apiece.

So rest in hell, Mister Smith.

Pittsburgh synagogue mass shooter gets his sentence for nation's "worst anti-Semitic attack"

The Jew-hating coward who stormed a synagogue in the center of Pittsburgh's Jewish community and began shooting worshippers, killing 11, and wounded 2 congregants and 5 police officers, in the deadliest anti-Semitic attack in the country's history, will be sentenced to death. Sadly, when it finally happens, perhaps in twenty years or so, the scumbag will be given a painless, lethal injection. At least they say it's painless, but I hope they're wrong.

The shooter, who will remain unnamed, is a white supremacist who has spewed Jew hatred online before he initiated the attack on the Tree of Life Synagogue in 2018.

Members of three congregations had gathered for Sabbath worship and study on the day of the carnage.

The shooter is a former truck driver from Baldwin. He was convicted on 63 criminal counts and the jury on Wednesday recommended that he be put to death for the attack.

He showed little reaction as the sentence was announced, briefly acknowledging his legal team and family as he was led from the courtroom. A judge will formally impose the sentence later.

Jurors were unanimous in finding that the shooter's attack was motivated by his anti-Semitism, and that he chose Tree of Life for its location in one the largest and most historic Jewish communities in the U.S. so that he could “maximize the devastation, amplify the harm of his crimes, and instill fear within the local, national, and international Jewish communities.”

They also found that he lacked remorse and has a brain the size of a split pea.

The family of 97-year-old Rose Mallinger, who was killed in the attack, and her daughter, Andrea Wedner, who was shot and wounded, thanked the jurors and said “a measure of justice has been served.”

“Returning a sentence of death is not a decision that comes easy, but we must hold accountable those who wish to commit such terrible acts of antisemitism, hate, and violence,” the family said in a written statement.

The shooter's lead defense attorney, Judy Clarke, declined comment because she's bright enough to know better.

The verdict came after a long trial as jurors heard the details of how the shooter reloaded at least twice as he cowardly shot the unarmed Jews. He surrendered only after he ran out of ammunition.

Now the wait begins as the process of executing a murdering piece of human excrement sits on death row, probably for years and millions in attorney's fees, before they put his lights out.

And where there is never a shortage of anti-Semitism in the world, this garbage heap of a man will be lauded in prison by sympathetic skinheads and other Jew haters.

US Citizen In China prison to be executed after losing appeal

Shadeed Abdulmateen, an American citizen, faces execution in China after losing an appeal of a murder conviction. The defendant was accused of murdering his former girlfriend and the death sentence was announced in April.

Abdulmateen had taught English at Ningbo University of Technology, the South China Morning Post reported.

According to Reuters, after the trial by the High People's Court of Eastern China's Zhejiang Province Abdulmateen's appeal was rejected.

“The High People’s Court of Zhejiang Province … found that the facts found by the Ningbo Intermediate People’s Court were clear, the evidence was true and sufficient, the conviction was accurate, the sentence was appropriate and the trial procedure was lawful, so it made the above ruling,” CCTV reported.
Shadeed Abdul Mateen, an African-American who taught at Ningbo University of Technology in E.China’s Zhejiang, was sentenced to death for intentional homicide. He murdered a 21-year-old woman by cutting and stabbing her face and neck in 2021. https://t.co/XZA4BteLAe

— Global Times (@globaltimesnews)
The Supreme People’s Court will review the decision, which is largely a joke.

A U.S. Embassy spokesman said diplomats were “aware of a court decision related to a U.S. citizen.”

“We take seriously our responsibility to assist U.S. citizens abroad and are monitoring the situation,” the spokesman said. “Due to privacy considerations, we have no further comment.”

Abdulmateen had told the young woman, whose name was only given as Chen, [a very uncommon Chinese name] that he was divorced which was a lie.

The couple met in 2019 and soon became involved in a relationship. But China's Global Times explained that the situation between the two "spiraled out of control" after Chen wanted to end the affair.

“Starting in May 2021, Chen said several times that she wanted a break-up, but she was always refused and verbally threatened by the man,” the Global Times reported.

The court said that Abdulmateen met Chen at a bus stop in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province in June of last year. He then stabbed her in the face and neck with a "folding knife," the court ruled. He figured if he couldn't have her, no one else would.

Abdulmateen’s “premeditated revenge killing, stabbing and cutting Chen’s face and neck several times, resulting in Chen’s death, was motivated by vile motives, resolute intent and cruel means, and the circumstances of the crime were particularly bad and the consequences particularly serious, and should be punished according to law,” CCTV reported.

This is a rare case, it appears, where China is doing the right and proper thing and the U.S. should allow justice to be meted out, in my opinion.

Boston Marathon bomber's death sentence vacated--for now

The victims he murdered
A federal appeals court has vacated the death sentence for the jihadi Boston Marathon bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who killed three people at the event and also a police officer in his escape attempt. An additional 260 others were injured, some had lost limbs and others with different life altering injuries.

The reason for the vacate order was based on the opinion of the judge who said the jury was not properly vetted with regard to possible bias stemming from the pretrial media publicity.

Showing video of the blast, people screaming as they ran from where the Tsarnaev brothers placed the bomb behind an unsuspecting 8-year-old boy who was one of the dead, seeing the blood and loss of limbs, may have swayed the jury into thinking these guys are evil pieces of excrement, and somehow, to the judge, that wasn't fair, even though Dzhokhar admitted his guilt.

 The three-judge panel wrote:
"A core promise of our criminal-justice system is that even the very worst among us deserves to be fairly tried and lawfully punished — a point forcefully made by the then-U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts during a presser at the trial's end.
"To help make that promise a reality, decisions long on our books say that a judge handling a case involving prejudicial pretrial publicity must elicit 'the kind and degree' of each prospective juror's 'exposure to the case or the parties,' if asked by counsel, see Patriarca v. United States, 402 F.2d 314, 318 (1st Cir. 1968) — only then can the judge reliably assess whether a potential juror can ignore that publicity, as the law requires. But despite a diligent effort, the judge here did not meet the standard set by Patriarca and its successors.”
Tsarnaev was convicted and sentenced to death in 2015 for carrying out the April 15, 2013 attack at the Boston Marathon finish line, where the most spectators would be gathered and therefore rack up the most carnage for him and his older brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
He's laughing at the court system now

Tamerlan, however,  was shot and killed by police after being caught in the manhunt.

The jihadi's lawyers had been trying to overturn the death sentence, saying it was not possible to find a jury in Boston that would be fair due to the fact that this POS killed and maimed so many people in the area.

Two of the three judges who issued the vacate decision were Obama appointees, and one was a Reagan pick who dissented in part.

Sadly, it takes a long time before the state can carry out death sentences imposed on murderers such as Tsarnaev. During the interim, Tsarnaev was put on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine and all the little girls went crazy for the dreamboat scumbag.

Many of the charges Tsarnaev was convicted on were upheld by the appeals court, but on those death-eligible counts, the court ordered a new penalty-phase trial. So Tsarnaev could again be sentenced to death, but the government must first decide whether it wants to pursue capital punishment, which would be justice served.

The Justice Department now has the option of asking the entire “en banc” appeals court in Boston to hear the appeal or the DOJ could ask the Supreme Court to review the case.

Death sentence issued by Iran for accused U.S. spy

The Islamic Republic's judiciary in Iran has issued a death sentence for a person they have accused of spying for the United States. In addition, the Iranian courts have sentenced individuals who they have accused of spying for us and the UK up to ten years.

The prosecutors in the notoriously corrupt Iranian legal system have requested the accused U.S. spies be put to death for their alleged crimes. [It's as bad as being gay in Iran if you get accused of spying.]

One supposed spy, Ali Nafariyeh. "has been sentenced to 10 years of prison and fined with the payment of $55,000 for spying for the CIA benefit." The fine will be used to buy Korans and bullets.

Gholamhossein Esmayeeli, a spokesman for Iran's judiciary [his friends call him Gholaminsane], made the announcement on Tuesday in Tehran, according to the Islamic country's state-controlled [fake news] press.

Another accused spy, Mohammad Babapour, will receive a similar sentence.

"Another individual, namely Amir Nasab, has also been sentenced to 10 years in prison for spying for Britain," Esmayeeli said.

The individual sentenced to death has appealed the decision to Iran's court, though it remains unclear if Tehran will stay the execution. If they go through with killing this person, it will be President Trump's decision to deal with it how he chooses to do so. At the very least, he will have the Ayatollah investigated for corruptions.

"Members of the [spy] team were identified last year with strenuous efforts of the Iranian security forces and its agents were identified in Iran's sensitive centers, including the nuclear and defense centers and the country's public infrastructures and most of them were arrested," Esmayeeli said when the alleged spy operations were first announced in July.

According to sources who wish to remain anonymous because they don't actually exist, the Iranian security forces used the "Eeny Meeny Minee Moe" method of investigation to capture the alleged spies.

U.K. has become a disgusting hovel that plays God very poorly

It's one thing when the parents of a child with medical conditions want to kill the child and the hospital and government forbid it. But it's another thing when the parents of a child want to do whatever they can to save the child and the hospital and government want the child to die because "it's in the child's best interests."

The United (aka Untied) Kingdom has decided that 23-month-old baby Alfie Evans should die. What a horrible, horrible decision the court system came to after the judge denied the parents' request to travel to Italy to seek further treatment.

Now that Alfie is of life-support since Monday night and battling for his life, his parents have been forced to give him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation while sitting in a hospital.

The Sun reported on Tuesday that the "Evans' parents are giving him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation in a desperate bid to keep him alive after a court ruled he cannot be flown to Italy for treatment. Tom Evans tonight said he and Alfie's mum Kate are trying to help Alfie's breathing after 'his lips turned blue.'"

Tom Evans made this incredibly sad comment outside Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool. "We were doing what a nurse should have been doing to sustain his life," he said.

"Now they are saying that he looks really good but we all know he should be in Italy right now."

Baby Alfie is thought to suffer from encephalomyopathic mitochondrial DNA depletion syndrome. The hospital staff claim keeping him alive is not in his "best interest." Yes, these wonderful people believe that death is in Alfie's best interest but his parents don't agree. Tom and Kate Evans are fighting a last-ditch legal battle to take Alfie to Italy for treatment where Italy has even granted the baby citizenship and an offer of assistance.

But the Evans' were met only with rejection from the U.K.:
"Alfie Evans' family has lost its legal challenge to fly him to Italy for treatment in what judge calls the 'final chapter in the case of this extraordinary little boy,'" wrote Josh Halliday of The Guardian.
How very stiff upper lip and all that rot.

There's a new Sharif in town: sentences man to death

Something apparently smells bad
Lahore, Pakistan -- Taimoor Raza, a 30-year-old man went too far on Facebook: he told the truth about Mohammed and for that, he has been given a death sentence by a Pakistani counter-terrorism court.

In other words, a counter-terrorism court is going to inflict terror on a young man for saying such things as, "Mohammed was a pedophile," or "Mohammed was a terrorist." He didn't exactly say those words, but they are quite an accurate of the so-called prophet of Islam.

This is the first time someone has been sentenced to death for blaspheming on social media and it follows a high-profile crackdown against freedom of speech when it comes to the religion of peace. We can expect more of this barbarism by the Pakistani government of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

Blasphemy is a very sensitive topic in Pakistan and in other Islamic countries because Islam is intolerant of criticism due to its anemic theological scripture, which even that cannot be debated properly.

Insulting Mohammed is a capital crime, even though he was just an ordinary killer and thief. Even the accusations of blasphemy are enough to get you stoned to death or thrown off a high building.

According to Shafiq Qureshi, public prosecutor in Bahawalpur, Raza was convicted for allegedly making derogatory remarks against Mo, his many wives and companions. One of Mo's wives was 6 when he married her (he was 52) and 9 when he raped her.

But we better not go there, after all, Pakistan is our ally.

Qureshi said Raza was arrested after playing blasphemous and hate speech material on his phone at a Bahawalpur bus stop. A counter-terrorism officer arrested him and took his phone. The material on the phone led to his conviction because even Allah, itself, couldn't delete the content.

Raza belonged to the minority Shia community and they are considered apostates by Sunnis. Naturally, they don't get along with each other, but they both don't get along with any other group, particularly Jews, Christians, atheists, gays, lesbians, Hindus and Jains, just for starters.

But at least they agree on something.

Authorities are investigating over 20 students and some faculty members in connection with the murder of Mashal Khan, a student who was beaten to death in April following a spirited dorm debate about religion.

Be careful Pakistan--there's a new Sharif in town.

In the U.S. yesterday, demonstrators against Sharia gathered in dozens of major cities. The protest was not against Muslims; it was against Sharia, or Islamic law. What you read above is why Sharia needs to stay the hell out of North America.

Prosecution rests on the Roof case

The prosecution rested its case in the sentencing phase of Dylann Roof's trial after presenting testimony for Tywanza Sanders' family, a young man who was shot and killed trying to protect his aunt, Susie Jackson, who also died.

Roof stared straight ahead, showing no emotion as the relatives of his victims told their stories of what had become of their lives since the racist POS massacred 9 black people at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, SC.

Tywanza's mother, Felicia Sanders, said "Everybody at the church loved Tywanza. Everybody loved to see him smile. He would hug everybody."

His dad, Tyrone Sanders, said, "I miss fishing with him. I miss him being on the road with me. I miss the debates we used to have. I miss yelling at him, telling him to put the trash out. I just wish he was here."

I could go on with family testimony, but it's difficult to see through the water in my eyes.

Really.

This is not only horrifying, it's incredibly sad--sad that we still have so much racial hatred in the world, and so much religious hatred.

When the hell are we going to grow up?

Roof can get life in prison or the death penalty. As for me, I don't care which one he gets because if he gets life, he's going to be a 'hero' to the sick "Skinheads" in the prison, and if he gets death, then his suffering is over and that just doesn't seem fair.

Breaking: Tsarnaev Sentenced to Death

Massachusetts doesn't have the death penalty so the feds handled the case and tried the Rolling Stone Magazine cover boy, the Boston Marathon bomber. The sentence was delivered today at around 3:30 pm--death.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev didn't bat an eye, shed a tear or say a word. He stood there as the sentence was read, hands clasped in front, head down and scratching something in his hair as he faced the jury.

He will receive a painless injection that will put him gently to sleep for eternity--a hell of a lot less painful than the pain he inflicted on those who lost limbs, families who lost loved ones, and the four people who lost their lives.

The jury reached their decision after 14 hours of deliberation and found his role in the bombing "heinous, cruel and depraved." The scumbucket placed his pressure cooker bomb next to an 8-year-old child. They agreed that he committed an act of terrorism that was premeditated and planned.

The execution will probably take years before it's carried out. Oklahoma bomber, Timothy McVeigh spent four years on death row before he was put down in 2001. Tsarnaev will be joining him, hopefully in the near future.

It may take longer for this human waste product to receive his reward since the average length of time is somewhere around 15 years, but there is a chance that he will go sooner. He was convicted on all 30 federal charges, 17 of which are death penalty eligible. In all, 3 people were killed and 260 seriously injured at the Marathon site, and a police office, Sean Collier, was killed days later.

Attorney General, Loretta Lynch said in a statement:

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev coldly and callously perpetrated a terrorist attack that injured hundreds of Americans and ultimately took the lives of three individuals: Krystle Marie Campbell, a 29-year-old native of Medford; Lingzi Lu, a 23-year-old Boston University graduate student from China; and Martin Richard, an 8-year-old boy from Dorchester who was watching the marathon with his family just a few feet from the second bomb. In the aftermath of the attack, Tsarnaev and his brother murdered Sean Collier, a 27-year-old patrol officer on the MIT campus, extinguishing a life dedicated to family and service.

We know all too well that no verdict can heal the souls of those who lost loved ones, nor the minds and bodies of those who suffered life-changing injuries from this cowardly attack. But the ultimate penalty is a fitting punishment for this horrific crime and we hope that the completion of this prosecution will bring some measure of closure to the victims and their families. We thank the jurors for their service, the people of Boston for their vigilance, resilience and support and the law enforcement community in Boston and throughout the country for their important work.

This is not the end of Islamic terrorism, they are at war with us and our ways, but at least this gives closure to one piece of it.

We cannot allow Islamic terrorism to make us into cowards. We need to express ourselves bravely and not let those who try to intimidate us into staying silent win. We can say what we want, draw whatever we want about anything we want--in a free society.

There are no "but[s]" to the First Amendment, in spite of what progressives would like us to believe.
