The Jew-hating coward who stormed a synagogue in the center of Pittsburgh's Jewish community and began shooting worshippers, killing 11, and wounded 2 congregants and 5 police officers, in the deadliest anti-Semitic attack in the country's history, will be sentenced to death. Sadly, when it finally happens, perhaps in twenty years or so, the scumbag will be given a painless, lethal injection. At least they say it's painless, but I hope they're wrong.
The shooter, who will remain unnamed, is a white supremacist who has spewed Jew hatred online before he initiated the attack on the Tree of Life Synagogue in 2018.
Members of three congregations had gathered for Sabbath worship and study on the day of the carnage.
The shooter is a former truck driver from Baldwin. He was convicted on 63 criminal counts and the jury on Wednesday recommended that he be put to death for the attack.
He showed little reaction as the sentence was announced, briefly acknowledging his legal team and family as he was led from the courtroom. A judge will formally impose the sentence later.
Jurors were unanimous in finding that the shooter's attack was motivated by his anti-Semitism, and that he chose Tree of Life for its location in one the largest and most historic Jewish communities in the U.S. so that he could “maximize the devastation, amplify the harm of his crimes, and instill fear within the local, national, and international Jewish communities.”

They also found that he lacked remorse and has a brain the size of a split pea.
The family of 97-year-old Rose Mallinger, who was killed in the attack, and her daughter, Andrea Wedner, who was shot and wounded, thanked the jurors and said “a measure of justice has been served.”

“Returning a sentence of death is not a decision that comes easy, but we must hold accountable those who wish to commit such terrible acts of antisemitism, hate, and violence,” the family said in a written statement.
The shooter's lead defense attorney, Judy Clarke, declined comment because she's bright enough to know better.

The verdict came after a long trial as jurors heard the details of how the shooter reloaded at least twice as he cowardly shot the unarmed Jews. He surrendered only after he ran out of ammunition.
Now the wait begins as the process of executing a murdering piece of human excrement sits on death row, probably for years and millions in attorney's fees, before they put his lights out.
And where there is never a shortage of anti-Semitism in the world, this garbage heap of a man will be lauded in prison by sympathetic skinheads and other Jew haters.
