BREAKING: Dallas ICE Shooting--Detainees Targeted; shooter dead

A grim scene unfolded in Dallas this morning, as a shooting at an ICE detention facility left two dead, including the attacker, and at least three detainees wounded. Fox News' Griff Jenkins, on the ground in Texas, reports the shooter took his own life after opening fire during a detainee transfer. Sources confirm no law enforcement officers were harmed, but the human toll is stark, with one detainee killed and others injured in what authorities are calling a deliberate attack.

The chaos erupted around 6:30 a.m. local time, per high-ranking Dallas Police Department sources, when the shooter exploited an open sally port during the transfer process, attempting to force his way into the facility.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem didn't hold back, confirming "multiple fatalities" in a statement on X: "There was a shooting this morning at the Dallas ICE Detention Facility. Details are still emerging but we can confirm there were multiple injuries and fatalities. The shooter is deceased by a self-inflicted gunshot wound."

Noem went further, pointing to a broader pattern of hostility: "While we don’t know motive yet, we know that our ICE law enforcement is facing unprecedented violence against them. It must stop. Please pray for the victims and their families." Her words carry weight in a climate where ICE has become a lightning rod for criticism, often vilified by activists and politicians alike.

Vice President JD Vance echoed the sentiment, slamming what he called an "obsessive attack on law enforcement, particularly ICE."

In a post on X, he added, "I'm praying for everyone hurt in this attack and for their families." The rhetoric isn't just political noise, DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin, speaking on Fox News, noted this wasn't the first threat to the facility. "Just a month ago to the day, there was a viable bomb threat" in Dallas, she said, suggesting the shooter may have been casing the location for some time. "It looks like he could have been watching to look at the processing and see what happens on a day-to-day basis at this Dallas field office," McLaughlin added. Her warning to critics was blunt: "We don't want to get anyone killed."

The incident has Texas lawmakers on edge. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, issued a statement vowing to monitor the situation closely: "My team and I are closely monitoring the situation at the ICE Detention Facility in Dallas. We are praying for the swift recovery of those injured, and we are deeply grateful to the brave first responders who rushed to the scene."

What's clear is that this wasn’t random. The shooter’s timing, targeting a vulnerable moment during detainee processing, suggests premeditation. Yet the motive remains murky, and investigators are digging for answers. McLaughlin promised Homeland Security would "get down to the bottom" of it, but for now, the focus is on the victims, detainees caught in the crossfire of a violent act.

This attack lands in a tense national conversation about immigration enforcement, where ICE agents are increasingly painted as villains. Noem, Vance, and McLaughlin are all calling for a de-escalation of the heated rhetoric, but whether that plea will be heard is anyone’s guess. For now, Dallas mourns, and a shaken nation waits for clarity on yet another tragedy.

Illegal alien with prior record stabs man at a soccer game

This story is very disturbing. An illegal alien from Honduras, Javier Lopez Tinoco, just turned a friendly soccer game in Alabama into a bloody nightmare. This 20-year-old scumcrumpet, who already has a rap sheet, allegedly stabbed an unarmed guy three times during a public match in Summerdale. And then he ran away like the coward he is. The victim's condition is still unknown.

Fox News' own Chad Pergram's been hammering away at this story, tying it to the mess of Joe Biden's open-border policies on The Will Cain Show. And trust me, it's a hot, steamy mess alright. The Department of Homeland Security dropped a bombshell to Fox News Digital: ICE slapped an immigration detainer on the illegal alien faster than you can say pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. Yeah, this guy is now being charged with attempted murder and they aren't letting him slip away now that Biden is out of the White House.

Baldwin County Sheriff's Office nabbed Tinoco on July 19 after he allegedly turned that soccer game into a horror show. But wait, it gets worse. When they finally tracked him down ten days later, the dickweed was carrying four bags of cocaine, to which Hunter Biden gave him a 'thumbs up.'

The dude is a real model citizen. ICE didn't waste a second, filing a detainer to keep him locked up tight while they sort out his criminal and deportation proceedings.

And this wasn’t Tinoco's first brush with the law in the U.S.

DHS confirmed he was arrested back in 2024 for public intoxication. So, we have got a repeat offender, an illegal alien, allegedly stabbing people and running around with drugs. Unreal. It's amazing he can play soccer.

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin didn't hold back, saying, "A man was nearly KILLED because this Honduran illegal alien decided to go on a stabbing spree. These are the type of criminal illegal aliens ICE is working to get off our streets and out of our country." She doubled down, adding, "ICE lodged a detainer to ensure this criminal will never be loose in American neighborhoods again. President [Donald] Trump and Secretary [Kristi] Noem will continue to put the safety of Americans FIRST."

This is the kind of chaos that makes your blood boil. A soccer game, for crying out loud! That’s supposed to be about goals and good times, not knives and near-death experiences. Stay tuned, because this story’s got more heat than Eric Swalwell's underwear.

Feds to Ship MS-13 Thug Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Some "Third Country" Nobody’s Named Yet

So, the feds have a plan for "the Maryland man" Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the illegal alien and highly suspected MS-13 human trafficker who’s been cooling his heels in a Tennessee jail.

They’re not sending him back to El Salvador, his home base, that’s too straightforward. Instead, they’re shipping him off to some mysterious “third country” that’s apparently willing to take him. Why? Because a 2019 court order says he can’t go back to El Salvador. Gotta love the legal gymnastics.

This guy, who Democrat politicians laughably call a “Maryland man,” depicting him as a dad and a regular guy, despite his illegal status, already got the boot to El Salvador once before. But, surprise, he’s back in the U.S. to face federal human trafficking charges.

Prosecutors say he’s been smuggling minors and MS-13 goons across the country like it’s his day job.

Now, a judge in the case decided Abrego Garcia should be released while awaiting trial, even though everyone and their dog knows ICE is itching to scoop him up the second he puts a toe out the door. On Thursday, it was confirmed: he’s getting nabbed by ICE the moment he’s cut loose. “Our plan is that he will be taken into ICE custody and removal proceedings will be initiated,” said Jonathan Guynn, deputy assistant attorney general at the DOJ’s civil division. Guynn also dropped that Abrego Garcia’s headed to a “third country,” not El Salvador. Where exactly? Nobody’s saying yet, but I'm hoping for Gaza.

The Trump administration just scored a big win at the Supreme Court, clearing the way for this deportation shuffle. The ruling says the government can send illegal aliens to any “third country” that’ll take them, no need to ship them back to their homeland. This could open the floodgates for thousands of deportations, including Abrego Garcia’s second trip out of the U.S.

Where’s this Salvadoran national going? We simply don't know yet. The Trump administration has done this before with Vietnamese and Cuban nationals. The got one-way tickets to South Sudan.

DHS isn’t messing around, either. They’re adamant Abrego Garcia won’t be walking scot-free from deportation.

Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin put it bluntly: “Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a dangerous criminal illegal alien,” who “will never go free on American soil.” But when it comes to the details of where he’s going? Crickets. “Due to operational security, ICE does not confirm future removal operations until they have landed in respective countries,” a DHS spokesman said. So, we wait.

Colorado terrorist tried to buy a gun but failed: he's an illegal alien

Here’s a shocker: Mohamed Sabry Soliman, an Egyptian national illegally in the U.S., wanted to unleash a mass shooting on a group of pro-Israel demonstrators in Colorado but got tripped up by his own lawbreaking status.

Court filings reveal that the anti-Semite “had to use Molotov cocktails after he was denied the purchase of a gun due to him not being a legal citizen.” That’s right, gun laws actually worked this time, forcing this terrorist to pivot to firebombs and a makeshift flamethrower. But don’t let that fool you into thinking this was some spur-of-the-moment tantrum. This scumwafer had been plotting chaos for over a year.

Boulder County District Attorney Michael Dougherty laid it out at a Monday press conference: Soliman, whose visa expired in February 2023, tried to buy a gun to slaughter demonstrators supporting hostages in Gaza. He even took a concealed carry class to prep for his rampage. But when he hit a brick wall at the gun shop—thanks to his illegal status—he didn’t just give up. Instead, he “researched on YouTube how to make Molotov Cocktails, purchased the ingredients to do so, and constructed them,” according to court documents. This wasn’t some amateur hour; it was calculated.

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed Soliman’s illegal status. Spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin didn’t mince words: “The Colorado Terrorist attack suspect, Mohamed Soliman, is illegally in our country. He entered the country in August 2022 on a B2 visa that expired on February 2023. He filed for asylum in September 2022.”

So, this guy’s been gaming the system while plotting to kill.

Soliman now faces 16 counts of first-degree murder, plus charges for using incendiary devices and assault. If convicted, he’s looking at over 600 years behind bars, per Dougherty. His attack left a dozen people injured, though thankfully, no fatalities.

He allegedly went after the demonstrators with firebombs and a jerry-rigged flamethrower, targeting a group supporting Israel. FBI Director Kash Patel didn’t hesitate to call it what it is: a “targeted terror attack.” Federal prosecutors agree, slapping Soliman with a hate crime charge.

And get this—Soliman told investigators he “wanted to kill all Zionist people and wished they were all dead.” He tried to spin it, claiming “this had nothing to do with the Jewish community and was specific in the Zionist group supporting the killings of people on his land,” court documents say. Sure, pal. Sounds like a distinction without a difference when you’re lobbing Molotov cocktails at civilians.

This case is a glaring reminder: illegal immigration isn’t just a paperwork problem, it’s a national security issue. Soliman’s plot was foiled by a rare instance of the system catching a bad actor, but how many others are slipping through the cracks?

And while the left keeps screaming about gun control, maybe it’s time they focus on securing the border to keep out people like Soliman, who are hell-bent on turning their hatred into body counts.

Kristi Noem IDs ICE op leakers who "put law enforcement lives in jeopardy"

Two people within the Department of Homeland Security have been accused of disclosing DHS operations amid the Trump administration's mass deportation plans,  according to Secretary Kristi Noem. Their names have not been disclosed at this time.

In a Fox News video, Noem is seen giving an update on the matter.

"We have identified two leakers of information here at the Department of Homeland Security who have been telling individuals about our operations and putting law enforcement lives in jeopardy," she said. "We plan to prosecute these two individuals and hold them accountable for what they've done. We're going to continue to do all that we can to keep America safe."

DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin said the leakers are expected to face criminal charges.

"We are preparing to refer these perpetrators to the DOJ for felony prosecutions," McLaughlin said. "These individuals face up to 10 years in federal prison. We will find and root out all leakers. They will face prison time and we will get justice for the American people."

If you would like to support my work, you can Buy Me A Coffee or subscribe. Thank you.

Earlier this week, Noem said the DHS was not deterred by leaks after a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid was leaked ahead of time. The leaks drew ire from ICE, with one official telling the outlet that they feared it could result in an ICE agent being killed.

Noem had pointed the finger at the FBI for previous leaks.

"The FBI is so corrupt," she posted on X. "We will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law."

It's about time people are being held accountable for illegal activity.
