POTUS calls for Kimmel to be fired; Melania calls the "comedian" a "coward"

President Trump called on ABC to fire Jimmy Kimmel on Monday after the insensitive, low-talent jerk referred to the first lady as “an expectant widow” two days before Saturday’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner. And we all know what happened at the dinner.

“Jimmy Kimmel should be immediately fired by Disney and ABC,” the president wrote in a post on Truth Social, echoing a call made by the first lady earlier in the day.

“Kimmel, who is in no way funny as attested to by his terrible Television Ratings, made a statement on his Show that is really shocking. He showed a fake video of the First Lady, Melania, and our son, Barron, like they were actually sitting in his studio, listening to him speak, which they weren’t, and never would be,” the president noted.

SO the 2026 White House Correspondents’ Dinner, got way more attention than usual because the president and first lady actually showed up for the first time since they entered the White House. Kimmel mocked the whole thing on his show Thursday night, delivering his own lame speech that included this gem: “Our first lady, Melania, is here. Look at Melania, so beautiful. Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow.”

What an butt-munch.

Melania Trump absolutely torched the late-night hack earlier Monday, calling him a “coward” who “hides behind ABC because he knows the network will keep running cover to protect him.”“Enough is enough,” Melania added on X. “It is time for ABC to take a stand. How many times will ABC’s leadership enable Kimmel’s atrocious behavior at the expense of our community?”

The Trump administration went full scorched earth on Kimmel and also hammered the Democratic lawmakers whose unhinged rhetoric helped create the kind of atmosphere that led to Saturday night’s mess.

“Who, in their right mind, says a wife would be glowing over the potential murder of her beloved husband?” asked White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt on Monday. “And having experienced what I did with the first lady on Saturday night, I can tell you that she was anything but.”

Leavitt, who is nine months pregnant, was seated at the head table at Saturday night’s dinner, next to the first lady.

Both women had to crawl off stage as security escorted them, and the president, to safety.

Kimmel is being blasted from every direction after Saturday’s attack on the gala dinner, where a Secret Service agent took minor injuries when a gunman charged a checkpoint in a pathetic attempt to kill President Trump and others in his administration.

The failed assassin suspect, Cole Allen, 31, was detained by authorities and was arraigned on multiple federal charges Monday afternoon in the DC federal court.

Monday marked the second time Trump has called for the Kimmel's firing. The first was in September 2025, when the scumcrumpet was yanked off the air for a week after affiliates revolted over his disgusting comments about conservative activist Charlie Kirk following his assassination. The week-long suspension of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” triggered massive boycotts of Disney, with liberals screaming that it violated the First Amendment. But he's a Democrat, the media are Democrats, the Democrats hate conservatives like Charlie Kirk and Trump, so all they did was have Kimmel stand in the corner and promise to be a good boy for a while.

Melania Trump called for Jimmy Kimmel to be fired for his comments. Maybe more should be done to those who incite violence, even when it's implied.

Kimmel, ever the coward, failed to apologize upon his return to the air Sept. 23, but said: “It was never my intention to make light of a murder of a young man. I don’t think there’s anything funny about it.”

But President Trump unloaded on ABC for handing him his show back anyway.

“I can’t believe ABC Fake News gave Jimmy Kimmel his job back,” he wrote in a Truth Social post at the time.

“The White House was told by ABC that his Show was cancelled! Something happened between then and now because his audience is GONE, and his ‘talent’ was never there.”

Nexstar’s Still Shunning Kimmel’s Smirkfest, Even After Disney’s All-Clear

Well, folks, the late-night clown car is back, but not everyone's ready to buy a ticket to the circus.

Nexstar Media Group, which runs 32 ABC affiliate stations, is keeping Jimmy Kimmel Live! on the bench, despite Disney cowardly waving the green flag for its return. You'd think a corporate giant like Disney could strong-arm everyone into compliance, but Nexstar's not budging, not yet, anyway. And honestly, it's refreshing to see someone stand their ground against the Hollywood sanctimony machine.

Nexstar dropped the hammer in a statement Tuesday, saying, "We made a decision last week to preempt 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' following what ABC referred to as Mr. Kimmel's 'ill-timed and insensitive' comments at a critical time in our national discourse. We stand by that decision pending assurance that all parties are committed to fostering an environment of respectful, constructive dialogue in the markets we serve."

So, Kimmel's mouth got him in trouble, and we're not here for it until he learns to play nice. They added that Kimmel's show can still be streamed on Disney's platforms, while their stations will stick to local news and programming that actually matters to their viewers. Smart move, less sanctimonious snark, more real-world relevance.

Sinclair Broadcast Group, which controls 30 ABC affiliates, is also keeping Kimmel's smug mug off their airwaves. Their statement was equally no-nonsense: "Beginning Tuesday night, Sinclair will be preempting 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' across our ABC affiliate stations and replacing it with news programming. Discussions with ABC are ongoing as we evaluate the show's potential return." Sounds like they aren't holding their breath for Kimmel to suddenly become a beacon of civility.

This whole clusterfrack kicked off when Kimmel, in his infinite wisdom, decided to weigh in on the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on September 10. Kirk, a 31-year-old father of two little girls, was fatally shot in the neck by 22-year-old Tyler Robinson during a college event.

Robinson, reportedly linked to a gender confused partner, allegedly confessed via text messages, according to the FBI. Kimmel, never one to let facts get in the way of a good narrative, went on a rant last Monday, accusing conservatives of hitting "new lows" by trying to "characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it."

Classy, Jimmy. Nothing says "thoughtful discourse" like baselessly smearing a grieving conservative base while a family buries their loved one. It is definitely time for conservatives to consider boycotting his sponsors now that he's going back on air.

The backlash was swift. Disney yanked Kimmel's show last Wednesday after Nexstar and Sinclair pulled it from their stations, and even the FCC's Brendan Carr called Kimmel's remarks "some of the sickest conduct," hinting at potential consequences. Kimmel, doubling down like a true Tinseltown titan, reportedly told execs he wouldn’t apologize. The left cried "free speech!" while conservatives pointed out that falsely tying Kirk's killer to MAGA wasn’t free speech; it was reckless defamation.

Disney announced Monday that Kimmel, [who is also known for his blackface when he did a Karl Malone imitation] is back on ABC Tuesday night, is likely to address the controversy with his trademark smirk and zero self-awareness.

Kimmel doing blackface

But Nexstar and Sinclair aren't going along with their crap, and good for them.

Nexstar, the biggest local TV broadcasting group in the U.S., reaches 220 million people across 116 markets. They're not some small-time operation, they have real clout, and they're using it. Just last month, they inked a $6.2 billion deal to acquire Tegna, which will expand their reach and boost political ad revenue in key election markets like Phoenix and Atlanta. That deal is still pending FCC approval, but it shows Nexstar's focused on real priorities, not Kimmel's ego trip.

Clay Travis, the OutKick founder, weighed in on The Will Cain Show, and you can bet he didn't mince words about ABC's handling of this fiasco. Kimmel's return might thrill the blue-check crowd, but with Nexstar and Sinclair holding firm, it's clear not everyone is ready to forgive and forget. Maybe Jimmy should take a cue from the affiliates and focus on "respectful, constructive dialogue" instead of cheap shots.

But hey, I'm not holding my breath.

If you like my blog and want to Buy Me A Coffee, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work. Obviously, there is no pressure.

ABC News president Kim Godwin steps down

ABC News President Kim Godwin announced her departure from the network on Sunday. Godwin, who ABC News swears was not a DEI hire, was being carefully scrutinized because of her poor job performance, after being stripped of much of her power. [H/T NY Post.]

“I have decided to retire from broadcast journalism,” Godwin said in a memo to staff, in an attempt to convince them and the public that it was her decision to leave.

“Over the years, hundreds of you have sent emails, texts, and made phone calls that have lifted my heart. In this consequential election year, as we look to the months ahead, the importance of what we do cannot be overstated. Remember, there is joy in journalism,” and if it bleeds, it leads.

Godwin mentioned many of ABC News’s accomplishments during her tenure.

“I leave with my head held high and wish the entire team continued success,” she said, sounding curiously high.

However, head high or not, Godwin was effectively demoted in February when Disney, which owns ABC News and Joe Biden, underwent restructuring. Her riding off into the proverbial sunset comes as Disney

Godwin’s departure comes as Disney corporate overlords have been closely reviewing her leadership or lack thereof, and the writing was on the wall. Rather than getting the shaft, she left.

Debra O’Connell, who was promoted to a leadership position that puts ABC News under her purview, was reportedly shocked by Godwin’s mismanagement of the money-making division that includes “Good Morning America” and “World News Tonight, the outlet reported.

So now that Godwin is back out on the job market, perhaps she can take over Karine Jean-Pierre's position as the administration's note reader.

Megan Rapinoe mostly blamed for Subway's garbage numbers for 2021

Woman's soccer player Megan "I Dig Chicks" Rapinoe  isn't being talked about in the media over her anger over the gender pay gap that's due to the few people interested in women's soccer. This time she's in the news after being blamed for Subway fast-food franchise numbers that came in for 2021. The company is in trouble and they're blaming the national anthem kneeling lesbian for the company circling the bowl.

The New York Post reported that Subway had to close “1,043 more outlets across the US than it opened in 2021,” which diminished “Subway’s total footprint by nearly five percent.” And while Rapinoe may try to blame Trump for the situation, the franchise blames the coronavirus pandemic in part, and Rapinoe.

In 2020 Subway lost 1,609 stores, probably due to the pandemic, but as far as 2021 is concerned, there are several issues to potentially blame. For one, the CEO had tried to get locations to stay open more days during the week and work more hours to cover all meal shifts.

But the issue involving Rapinoe is that American customers aren't okay with a pink-haired "woketivist" flipping off the country with her kneeling for the flag and the Anthem, as well as being a ousy spokesperson for “women’s equality.” Franchisees were very upset after the ads began running primarily due to complaints by customers.

While the company promoted new sandwiches in their huge ad campaign with Tom Brady and Steph Curry, it drew copious complaints from franchisees last year over the hire of Rapinoe, whose demonstrable anti-American views had Americans going elsewhere for their calories.

In July of last year, franchise owners voiced their anger at the North American Association of Subway Franchises forum. One owner, obviously frustrated with the loss of his revenue went on social media and posted a note that a customer had taped to his door:
Seems @subway franchises are losing customers over the Rapinoe endorsement. This popped up at a shop in Wisconsin. pic.twitter.com/qg6KqGFW5o

— Brandon Morse (@TheBrandonMorse) August 10, 2021

Another franchise owner said at the forum that “Spending our money to make a political statement is completely and totally out of bounds.” Their concerns were reportedly fast-forwarded by a NAASF rep to the higher-ups at Subway.

Elon calls for investigation of far-Left scumcrumpets trying to "control your access to information"

How do you alienate the world's richest man and push him to the conservative right?

You try to pressure his potential advertisers to boycott his platform, in this case it's Elon Musk and Twitter, and hope to put him out of the business of allowing for free and open speech on that platform. Now Musk is calling for an investigation into these groups if he refuses to back off on Twitter's content moderation policies that would allow conservatives and everyone else, the ability to say what they will.

Of course, this doesn't mean that Constitutional laws can be broken. You can't threaten people or get others to commit harm to others. But Musk wants to allow free speech, which may be things you don't want to hear, things you may hate hearing, and that's protected under the First Amendment.

The Left hates that concept.

“Some of the nation’s biggest brands including Coca-Cola (CCEP), Disney (DIS) and Kraft (KHC) are facing calls to boycott Twitter if the company’s soon-to-be owner, billionaire Elon Musk, rolls back content moderation policies limiting hate speech and election misinformation,” the Compromised News Network reported.

“In a letter sent to brands Tuesday ahead of the 2022 NewFronts digital advertising conference, more than two dozen civil society groups said marketers should secure commitments from Twitter to retain its most critical policies, including on civic integrity and hateful conduct, and threaten to withdraw funding if Twitter does not comply.”

This is mafia-style and fascistic strong-arming, a technique the Left knows all too well and disguises it in groups with names that have the opposite meanings of who they really are. Antifa is the first to come to mind. They are fascists claiming to be anti fascists. Black Lives Matter is another group that pretends that black lives matter to them except when it comes to the black lives being ended on a daily basis in Democratic-run big cities.

Some of the far-Left groups that signed onto the letter include Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, GLAAD, Media Matters For America, NARAL Pro-Choice America, and the Women’s March.

Does the name George Soros come to mind?

The letter stated in-part:
As top advertisers on Twitter, your brand risks association with a platform amplifying hate, extremism, health misinformation, and conspiracy theorists. Under Musk’s management, Twitter risks becoming a cesspool of misinformation, with your brand attached, polluting our information ecosystem in a time where trust in institutions and news media is already at an all-time low. Your ad dollars can either fund Musk’s vanity project or hold him to account. We call on you to demand Musk uphold these basic standards of community trust and safety, and to pull your advertising spending from Twitter if they are not.
Musk tweeted in response:
“Who funds these organizations that want to control your access to information? Let’s investigate . . . Sunlight is the best disinfectant.”
The Left is going crazy over the Musk acquisition of Twitter last week because now there is at least one tech giant, out the many that are controlled by left-leaning billionaires, who will give an open platform for both sides of the aisle.

“Attacks are coming thick and fast, primarily from the left, which is no surprise, however I should be clear that the right will probably be a little unhappy too,” Musk said last week in reference to the response he received after his purchase had gone through.  “My goal is to maximize area under the curve of total human happiness, which means the ~80% of people in the middle.”

* * *

Sex. Now that I have your attention: for more hard-hitting content, and a few soft-hitting ones too, subscribe to Brain Flushings and check out the ads on these pages. It costs nothing to subscribe and it's worth every penny. * * *

Musk added in another tweet, “For Twitter to deserve public trust, it must be politically neutral, which effectively means upsetting the far right and the far left equally.”

Now all we need to know where he stands of Roe v. Wade.

Disney now in the business of wokeness

When you wish upon a star and you're the Disney Corporation, the star you're wishing for is the big one on Communist China's flag. A company that used to be in the business of children's entertainment is now in the business of "Newspeak," from "1984" or in a more modern term."wokeness."

[H/T MRC Newsbusters]

Recently leaked internal documents obtained by Chris Rufo of City Journal reveal that the company appears to be pushing hard left, striving for a crazy level of angry wokeness. And if you have kids, or ever was a kid in your early life, this should disturb you bigly.

Rufo revealed the information on Friday in "The Wokest Place on Earth."

Starting in 2020, Disney executives have elevated the Marxist ideology of critical race theory into a new corporate dogma, bombarded employees with trainings on “systemic racism,” “white privilege,” “white fragility,” and “white saviors,” and launched racially segregated “affinity groups” at the company’s headquarters.

Tomorrow?

They call this communist crap "Reimagine Tomorrow," an umbrella term having to do with "training modules" an indoctrination program that could have easily been written by China's dictator Xi.

Rufo writes:
I have obtained a trove of whistleblower documents related to Disney’s “diversity and inclusion” program, called “Reimagine Tomorrow,” which paints a disturbing picture of the company’s embrace of racial politics. Multiple Disney employees, who requested anonymity out of fear of reprisals, told me that the Reimagine Tomorrow program, though perhaps noble in intent, has become deeply politicized and engulfed parts of the company in racial conflict.

The core of Disney’s racial program is a series of training modules on “antiracism.” In one, called “Allyship for Race Consciousness,” the company tells employees that they must “take ownership of educating [themselves] about structural anti-Black racism” and that they should “not rely on [their] Black colleagues to educate [them],” because it is “emotionally taxing.” The United States, the document claims, has a “long history of systemic racism and transphobia,” and white employees, in particular, must “work through feelings of guilt, shame, and defensiveness to understand what is beneath them and what needs to be healed.” Disney recommends that employees atone by “challeng[ing] colorblind ideologies and rhetoric” such as “All Lives Matter” and “I don’t see color”; they must “listen with empathy [to] Black colleagues” and must “not question or debate Black colleagues’ lived experience.”
You've probably heard the term "equity" kicked around by the left as a replacement for "equality." The fact is, equity and equality cannot coexist. The Asian applicants to Harvard University can attest to that--Black students who didn't score as high as they did were given priority in the admission protocol.

In another Disney module, called “What Can I Do About Racism?,” employees are told that they should reject “equality,” with a focus on “equal treatment and access to opportunities,” and instead strive for “equity,” with a focus on “the equality of outcome.” The training also includes a series of lessons on “implicit biases,” “microaggressions,” and “becoming an antiracist.”

Microaggression is a term that sounds like "Newspeak," a word previously mentioned that comes from George Orwell's "1984." Microaggression is an artificial term, invented in such a way so that it cannot be measured but is conveniently used to attack anyone whose rhetoric goes against the woke culture.

An antiracist is another newspeak term in which a White person who claims to be an antiracist must admit to being a racist. If you don't admit that you're a racist that's only because you're a worse racist. It's a form of virtue signaling developed by Robin Deangelo, a White race grifter and it's a divisive piece of crap.

The company tells employees that they must “reflect” on America’s “racist infrastructure” and “think carefully about whether or not your wealth, income, treatment by the criminal justice system, employment, access to housing, health care, political power, and education might be different if you were of a different race.”

So where is our "racist infrastructure" actually located? What companies have implicit or explicit racist structures? We have laws in America to criminalize racism--if you know of a company that practices racism, turn the bastards in.

Equity requires equal outcome regardless of skill level, intelligence or effort. Equality requires that every individual has the same opportunity to succeed based on the same criteria. Naturally, some people are born into better circumstances, but over time, a person with drive and intellect can succeed--just consider Dr. Ben Carson or Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) for examples of people who were born poor but through hard work achieved remarkable success.

The examples given above are only a fraction of the leftist insanity Disney is advocating. Read Rufo's exposé and see for yourself just how left Disney has gone, comrades.

James Gunn gone, now let's forget him

Video screen grab/Fox News
James Gunn was not only the director of the film "Guardians of the Galaxy," but a person who was hawking himself to be the guardian of what is right and pure about leftism.

But, like many "holier than thou" leftists [google Harvey Weinstein, Anthony Weiner, and Kevin Spacey for starters] he has been outed by The Daily Caller OAN correspondent and conservative commentator Mike Cernovich for being a major scumcrumpet.

Deleted tweets have been uncovered where Gunn joked about rape, pedophilia, the Holocaust, AIDS, and even 911.

Gunn apologized, sort of, for his offensive tweets after he was fired by Disney, saying that he used to make offensive jokes but doesn't anymore, but if you look at some of his recent posts, whereby he
vehemently opposes Trump and others in the GOP, you can see the hypocrisy of his apology and witness him as the same piece of human garbage he's always been.

One of his deleted tweets dug up Thursday by his critics said, "I like when little boys touch me in my silly place."

Another read: "The best thing about being raped is when you're done being raped and it's like 'whew this feels great, not being raped!'"

Gunn's excuse was that he saw himself as a "provocateur" making "jokes" that were "outrageous and taboo."

His apology is as believable as an Obama promise about health care. "As I've developed as a person, so has my work and my humor," Gunn said. "It's not to say I'm better, but I am very, very different than I was a few years ago; today I try to root my work in love and connection and less in anger. My days saying something just because it's shocking and trying to get a reaction are over."

If you've read his tweets just prior to Disney firing him, you'll know the definition of hypocrite.

Gunn is one of those.

He has deleted his personal website since the firing as well.

I was going to put up a screen grab on Gunn's disgusting language and imagery in his tweets, but I suspect Google will admonish me or delete my account.

If you're curious, go to my Twitter feed @RobHoey where I'll post some of them.

Please consider subscribing to Brain Flushings and visit my sponsors on this page. Thank you.

Samantha Bee: you can cut the hypocrisy with a dull knife

Roseanne Barr made a stupid racist remark about Valerie Jarret, a horrible human being, and she apologized for it and begged ABC not to fire her. Barr, being a Trump supporter, didn't stand a chance and within a few hours found herself out the door.

I do not blame ABC for firing Barr. I believe President Trump should have applauded their move, but he didn't.

Samantha Bee made a vulgar, misogynist remark about Ivanka Trump and she apologized for it, saying her expletive (she called Ivanka a "c**t") crossed the line and that it was "inexcusable," but she's hoping to be excused for it and the chances are great that she will be.

Both Barr and Bee have shows on the Disney-owned networks, but the four hours it took Barr to get axed has long-since passed while Bee remains employed and even received an award last night, the Television Academy Honors for her contribution to social change.

In this instance the change involved making it acceptable for the left to call women who appear to be on the right (Ivanka is actually a Democrat) a "c**t," the most vile and disgusting word anyone could use to describe a female she or he doesn't like.

Worse, Bee made an innuendo that Ivanka should dress sexy to manipulate her father. Rather than mentioning that, the unfunny phony said:

"We spent the day wrestling with the repercussions of one bad word, when we all should have spent the day incensed that as a nation we are wrenching children from their parents and treating people legally seeking asylum as criminals. If we are OK with that then really, who are we?"

That claim is a lie. Nobody is 'wrenching children from their parents.

President Trump tends to fight back over every personal attack, even when he's 'punching down.' I think it diminishes him, although I know many believe it's okay. But in this instance, where a talentless person attacks his family and suggests that his daughter should use her sexual allure to get him to do what Bee wants him to do, is beyond the limit.

I don't blame Trump at all for coming back at this vulgar pig. I just wouldn't blast her for having "no talent," that speaks for itself. But he's right to call it a "total double standard" is right on the money, and asking why Bee hasn't been fired is a "total fair question."

Trump tweeted Friday:
"Why aren't they firing no talent Samantha Bee for the horrible language used on her low ratings show? A total double standard but that's O.K., we are Winning, and will be doing so for a long time to come!"
Trump often speaks to the 'no talent' of his enemies, but that is irrelevant to the discussion. He needs to consider how Bee's words are in opposition to the feminist movement, which only seems to be a movement for women on the left. He needs to point out the abject hypocrisy of such a statement.

But he seems more caught up in TV ratings and level of talent, or whether a media outlet is "failing," and that isn't important to the conversation.

Now let's see how Bee's "heartfelt" Roseanne Barr-ish apology works on the leftist media.

"I crossed a line, and I deeply regret it," Bee lied Thursday. The only thing she regrets is the fallout from her vulgarity.

TBS issued a "heartfelt" apology too. They said that Bee "has taken the right action in apologizing for the vile and inappropriate language she used about Ivanka Trump," and added that "those words should not have been aired."

Bee's TBS show, "Full Frontal" is taped. It's a mystery how her words got past their own review.

"It was our mistake too, and we regret it," TBS said.

No, they don't regret it.

TBS allowed Samantha Bee to make those vulgar remarks that were inspired by a simple photo of Ivanka Trump and her child posted on Twitter. It was not a mistake, unless the person or people responsible are also held to the proper standard and are fired along with Bee.

How did they miss these words:

"You know Ivanka, that's a beautiful photo of you and your child, but let me just say, one mother to another, do something about your dad's immigration practices you feckless c**t! He listens to you! Put on something tight and low cut and tell your father to f**king stop it. Tell him it was an Obama thing and see how it goes."

The italics are mine--they point out the implication of incest in Bee's words. Let's call them a "micro-aggression;" that seems to work for their side.

Bee's monologue was uploaded to her YouTube channel where the "C" and "F" words were not censored.

So there's that.

Will Disney CEO fire ESPN's Jemele Hill or will he 'let her slide'?

Bob Iger, Disney CEO is being pressured to fire an obvious racist whose racially charged words have angered conservatives and now maybe some NFL bosses.

Iger, like Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Mark Cuban, Elizabeth Warren, Joe Biden, Cory Booker, Andrew Cuomo, Al Franken, Kamala Harris, Jay Inslee, Tim Kaine, Terry McAuliffe, John Hickenlooper, Martin O'Malley, Howard Schultz, Mark Zuckerberg, George Clooney, Rosie O'Donnell, Ozzie and Harriet, may have designs on running against President Trump in 2020, and he might be risking upsetting the leftists.
Photo: Reuters

And hopefully, those who already ran against Trump, will still be alive in 2020 as the Democratic Party is made up of old men and women who love illegal immigrants more than they love the National Anthem.

From a business standpoint, it would be wise for Iger to ditch the racist Hill. She's definitely bad for business and cannot be too bright for making those remarks.

Calling the president a "white supremacist" and saying that if he "were not white, he never would have been elected," wasn't very smart. One could make a case that if Barack Obama were not black, he'd have not been elected president because he got well over 90 percent of the black vote, and according to Harry Reid, he is clean and well-spoken. [And Democrats don't have a problem with Harry Reid having said that.]

Hill was merely suspended for two weeks on Monday after she violated the company's social media guidelines for the second time in less than a month.

Al Sharptongue defended Jemele Hill because he too is a racist and she is black and Trump is a white Republican. Sharptongue said that Hill's suspension "should NOT go unanswered."

Photo: AP
If there's a buck to be made out of a racial issue, Sharpton's on it like wet on water, or the other simile that I'm not going to write.

Hill also went after Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones' new policy that his players must stand for the National Anthem. She said that her audience should boycott the team's advertisers. Not smart.

Dan Gainor, the VP of Media Research Center believes Hill has shown sh has "no ethics: and if Iger wants ESPN to remain successful, she needs to go.

"She falsely claimed that President Trump is a white supremacist. She wasn't fired or suspended. She didn't have to apologize to Trump or even take down the posts. But let her say something about lefty ESPN's advertisers and she is suspended instantly," Gainor told Fox News. "If ESPN wants some return to credibility, she can't stay. She wouldn't fit in. But if ESPN wants to stay as what critics call MSESPN, the 'woke' version of sports, then Hill certainly fits in well."

Iger has become more political lately and some are speculating that he, like other people on TV or in politics, has his eyes on the White House. And according the the failing New York Times, Iger is "emerging as a credible contender in the 2020 presidential speculation game," and the left-wing Washington Post has him listed as a top contender to make it onto the Democratic ticket.

Jennifer Saba of Reuters, said Iger's "priorities are all out of whack" because he runs a huge media company ($155 billion) and if he's serious about running against Trump, it shouldn't be at the expense of Disney or Mickey.

Iger admits he was directly involved in the decision to keep Hill on board, mainly because, while he hasn't experienced racism directed at his whiteness, he understands that black Americans are not happy with Trump because of the bull crap his type of media puts out there. It isn't as if the KKK and neo-nazis were laying low while Obama was president--they just refused to report on it.

This post could go on and on about Hill and Iger, but I won't bore you with the same garbage details about Hill's lame excuses, other than to say that Clay Travis, a Fox Sports radio host, labeled Hill's actions as "one of the dumbest things" he's "ever seen in his life" and wondered if she is "intentionally trying to get fired" in order to get another job.

"If you are in the business that we are in," Travis said on 'Outkick the Show', "your salary is either paid by advertisers or the NFL. Especially at ESPN . . . her entire show is underwritten by these same sponsors."

So it seems as if ESPN endorsed Hill's first tweet about Trump but not the tweet involving the bottom line.

Disgusting!
