Fani Willis' mouth in the GA State Senate probe may get her into actual trouble

Fulton County District Attorney Fani [aka Fanny] Willis made headlines on Friday when the state senate Special Committee held its third hearing into allegations of possible conflicts of interest and misuse of taxpayer funds by Willis. Specifically, the Committee is investigating multiple scandals over her relationship with the special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, she originally hired in the Trump election case, and with whom was bumping uglies. [H/T NY Post.]

Both Willis and Wade admitted to the relationship, although they denied it took place before she hired him. The evidence that came out in the judge's probe on the matter was basically conclusive that they were already having an affair (Wade was married at the time) but the witness and friend of Wade who knew it existed, suddenly developed amnesia.

Georgia Sen. Bill Cowsert (R) asked financial officers about the many “enhancement requests” for extra money Willis has made, including one for roughly a million dollars in 2023 for general trial expenses. Fulton County Chief Financial Officer Sharon Whitmore said the money was a "lump sum not specific with line item details," in explaning what it was used for, according to the Washington Examiner.

Cowsert wanted to understand just how much "oversight" there was in Willis' office saying that it “sounds like it’s very loose as far as employment practices and expenditures for independent contractors.” He also criticized Willis for going after former President Trump in spite of the backlog of actual criminal cases that her office needed to address. He added that they likely would be calling her in the near future.

“She’s [Willis] a key part of the investigation and her viewpoints are valued by us. We need to hear what she has to say and her explanation and what she thinks the appropriate rules ought to be going forward so that we don’t have this kind of scandal giving Georgia a black eye in the future,” said Cowsert.

Cowsert said they would subpoena her, if necessary, if she did not comply with their request.

Willis skipped the hearing but responded, claiming, “They can look all they want. The DA’s office has done everything according to the books.”

While attending a community event on Friday, Willis pulled out her tattered Race Card once again.  “Isn’t it interesting when we’ve got a bunch of African American DAs, now we need daddy to tell us what to do.” This crap is getting progressively weaker and people are fed up with being labeled a racist when holding others to normal standards.

It's very possible the judge on this case, who already ripped her a new one over her racist "church speech," is not going to be happy with that comment. But people with poor excuses and verbal skills tend to pull the Race Card when they have no actual defense.

If ever anyone might reminds us of a DEI hire, Fani Willis is the poster woman. As Tim Fargo once said, "arrogance is the camouflage of insecurity." Willis is clearly arrogant but has nothing to justify that attitude.

Willis is also facing a probe by the House looking into her office's alleged misuse of federal grant funds after a whistleblower came forward. Willis has claimed the whistleblower is a "disgruntled employee."

I would be surprised if there is even one 'gruntled' employee in her office.

Suspended ASU students stay suspended: Judge

Amid anti-Semitic protests last week at Arizona State University, twenty student robots were suspended, all of whom probably couldn't find Gaza on a map. In the wake of this event, a judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona denied a motion to lift the suspensions on Friday [H/T ABC 15].

The defendants filed the lawsuit against the Arizona Board of Regents on Tuesday. It alleged that the suspensions from the university is causing "irreparable harm" due to their inability to enroll in classes, evidently to study Marxism and How to Protest. They claim their suspensions violate their First Amendment rights, in spite of them violating the rights of Jewish students and professors to get to class.

The students are charged with trespassing.

Approximately 72 unwashed were arrested on Apr. 26 and taken into custody while continuing protests on the Arizona State University campus.

Police officers cleared the Old Main lawn area overnight — those arrested included both students and Marxist, anti-Semitic faculty.

Judge John Tuchi ruled that the students did not provide sufficient evidence that their First Amendment rights were violated, nor that their suspensions was causing "irreparable harm."

The trespassing charges at the heart of the lawsuit have yet to be brought to court.

Students and faculty have demanded the university drop any charges against the protesters with ongoing demonstrations since the arrests and that vegetarian pizza, sunscreen, tampons and water be delivered to the campus immediately. Interestingly, there were no demands for soap.

University president Robert C. Robbins said in a May 1 statement that he directed university officials, campus police, Tucson Police and the Pima County Sheriff's Office to "immediately enforce campus use policies and all corresponding laws without further warning."

Water cannons were not used as it appears some of the students may be allergic to water.

State troopers were seen on campus with pepper ball guns and gas masks. Demonstrators were initially given a 10:30 p.m. deadline to leave or face arrest, although arrests did not begin until much later, as has been the case all over the country due to the time required for school officials to locate their backbones.

Legal analyst and Zoomturbator, Jeff Toobin had offered cash to abort his son after he got his co-worker's daughter pregnant

Jeffrey Toobin, a legal analyst for the Comedy News Network and renown Zoom chicken choker, recently gave commentary on the network about former president Donald Trump's hush money trial. And while he tried to come off as a virtuous, 'holier than thou' analyst and paint Trump as a sexually immoral person, Toobin's past is not only checkered, but it's also a hot mess and his name has become a verb: 'to Toobin.'

In 2020 he was fired from the New Yorker  for 'taking matters into his own hands' during a Zoom call with the organization’s senior staff. [H/T New York Post.]

There is also a second woman who reportedly claimed Toobin came onto her with course sexual advances at a party, which she rebuffed.

Toobin, 63, has no moral ground to stand on when attacking Trump as his past shows us. While Trump allegedly tried to buy Stormy Daniels' [aka Stephanie Clifford] silence regarding an affair she claims they had, Toobin once tried to pay for a lover's abortion in an attempt to keep their relationship secret. The woman in question is the daughter of Toobin's coworker.

The hot and cold relationship Toobin had with Casey Greenfield, the daughter of Jeff Greenfield, was reported by the Daily News in 2010. The paper cited sources saying that the baloney bopper offered her "money if she had an abortion" after she became pregnant in 2008. Toobin was married at the time and still is.

When Greenfield refused to kill her unborn baby, Toobin became livid.

“When Casey wouldn’t have an abortion, Jeff told her she was going to regret it, that she shouldn’t expect any help from him,” another source told the tabloid. He sounds like on hell of a guy but CNN hired him back anyway.

Toobin, is an abortion advocate who would have happily killed his unborn son, and is 13 years Greenfield’s senior. The reprehensible banana-beater only agreed to pay child support after being ordered to do so by Manhattan Family Court.

Toobin is married to and has cheated on, Amy McIntosh, a one-time executive at Verizon and the Zagat Survey, with whom he had two children that he did not kill.

CNN kept Toobin off the network for a year before he was ultimately welcomed back as they believed the viewing public has a short memory. Now the boxer of the one-eyed champ has a gig bashing former President Trump and discusses his legal troubles with women.

What a guy. What a network. What a world.

Jewish organizations abandon anti-Semitism meeting with Dept. of Ed. after they ambushed them with leftist groups

On Friday, Jewish organizations pulled out of what was supposed to be a high-level meeting with the Department of Education aimed at dealing with anti-Semitism on campuses across the country. The reason they refused to participate in the farce was due to the addition of far-left groups at the last minute.  It was designed to be an ambush but it didn't work. [H/T Fox News Digital.]

The Jewish Insider reported that the groups which "either did not participate in or dropped off the call" included the Anti-Defamation League, the Jewish Federations of North America, Hillel International, the Orthodox Union, the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, and the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations.

The decision to forgo the gotcha get-together was made shortly before the 10 a.m. meeting between the Jewish groups and Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona, White House Domestic Policy Adviser Neera Tanden, along with other senior officials.

According to Jewish Insider, government officials sent out a list of participating organizations literally 20 minutes prior to the meeting. The list "included a number of left-wing groups not usually included in White House convenings," prompting the last-minute withdrawal.

The meeting with the Department of Education continued as scheduled, but a separate meeting for the objecting organizations took place Friday afternoon.

According to Jewish Insider, the mainstream Jewish organizations took particular issue with the invitation of the Diaspora Alliance, which is "closely aligned with the far-left Jewish activist group IfNotNow," a title they stole from Jewish philosopher Hillel the Elder.

The group IfNotNow is an anti-Israel [fake] Jewish organization that has a history of staging protests by blocking highways and inconveniencing people. Its website pretends Israel has an "apartheid system" and states that the Jewish nation "massacres Palestinians in Gaza." They don't mention what the Gazans did on October 7, 2023, as if Israel has no right to fight back from the real genocidal scumbags.

IfNotNow also released a letter of support [yes, a few of them know how to write] for the anti-Semite agitators at Columbia University and other New York colleges this week, calling them, "brave students [who] have spoken up in solidarity with Palestinians as they face a genocide in which our country and their universities are complicit."

So the Department of Education has made a name for itself, but the name is nothing to brag about.

Dem. Rep. Henry Cuellar and wife indicted on charges of bribes

Looks like Rep. Cuellar (D) tried to turn "cash flow" into "cash flow-er" with some international flair! Guess he took the term "dirty money" a bit too literally. They say money talks, but looks like in this case, it sang a whole opera! Looks like he really tried to mix politics with some global cuisine, but got caught in a not-so-tasty situation. Let's hope he doesn't think he can bribe his way out of this one!

According to prosecutors, the Cuellars (Ds) accepted the bribes through “shell companies” owned by Imelda from Socar, Azerbaijan’s state-owned oil firm, and “a bank headquartered in Mexico City.”
Cuellar (D), 68, influenced US foreign policy “in favor of Azerbaijan” and “agreed to influence legislative activity and to advise and pressure high-ranking US Executive Branch officials regarding measures beneficial to the bank” in Mexico, prosecutors said.

Both Cuellars were hit with two counts of conspiracy to commit bribery of a federal official, two counts of conspiracy to commit honest services wire fraud, two counts of violating the ban on public officials acting as agents of a foreign principal, one count of conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering and five counts of money laundering.

They each face a maximum penalty of up to 204 years in federal prison, but actual sentences, especially for Democrats, often fall well beneath that benchmark.

Cuellar, a pro-life moderate issued a statement after NBC News reported that an indictment would be made public.

The congressman claimed that he and his semi-lovely wife were “innocent of these allegations" adding that he acted “consistent with the actions of many of my colleagues and in the interest of the American people.”

So now it's time to wait and see what comes of this.

Biden lands in Charlotte and wonders "Where am I?"

"Slidin' Biden"

President Biden did the right thing and flew to Charlotte, NC on Thursday to meet with the police officers who were killed in the recent shootout. His handlers finally got something right, except for the optics, which they didn't anticipate.
Biden descends the short stairs after arriving in North Carolina — as a Secret Service agent quickly follows behind to make sure he doesn't trip.

He takes zero questions. pic.twitter.com/cMT9bRg7yf— RNC Research (@RNCResearch) May 2, 2024
Biden was able to negotiate the short stairs without tumbling down and breaking a hip or worse. The Secret Service followed behind him, fingers crossed.

The Mayor of Charlotte was there to meet him when this happened:
Biden looks lost and confused after touching down in Charlotte — holding onto the mayor's hand for dear life pic.twitter.com/0ZQBleyoJp— RNC Research (@RNCResearch) May 2, 2024
Biden looked like a deer in the headlights, lost and confused, unable to let go of Mayor Vi Lyles' hand. We cannot read his mind from the video, but he obviously looks confused, almost as if he isn't the President of the United States and has access to the nuclear code. If you ask me, that code should be "Don't" because he at least has that memorized.

Biden really looks frighteningly frail and it's clear that his physical and mental deterioration is a given fact that cannot be hidden. His presidency is looking more like "Weekend at Bernie's" than that of the leader of the most powerful nation on earth.

It would be surprising if he makes it to the election, which may explain his polls circling the bowl.

Doctor Jill Biden should be indicted for elder abuse.

Columbia U. tried it Biden's way but the Trump way trumped it

The Hamas-supporting jihadis have taken over many college campuses and academic buildings in the U.S. At Columbia University in New York (GO, HAMASSHOLES!] the young Marxists have the temerity to demand they be fed by the people they are violating.

This has been going on for about two weeks because the strategy used by the administration didn't work, in spite of it being inspired by the Biden administration.

The original strategy, now abandoned, was the finger wag and the powerful word "don't."Who wouldn't be shaken up by such a word? Well, the rioters/protesters certainly weren't.

The NYPD were finally called in and hundreds of arrests were made, to the distaste of the Marxist administration who had to show some sense of control.

Negotiations didn't work, setting a deadline didn't work, and the magic word 'don't' as in 'don't pitch tents on campus,' also lost its magic.

The students defied all of those orders because they had nothing behind them.

On Wednesday, Columbia finally took action against those who were shouting anti-Semitic slogans when NYPD officers arrested 300 people. Former President Trump has repeatedly called for the university to invite law enforcement and let the officers do their job.

But this is New York and those arrested will have to get in single file as they enter the revolving door back onto the street.

All of those calling for the death of Jews should be expelled and their faces made public.

Never again is now.

Joey B. considers bringing Hamas supporters from Gaza to USA

Number One in the "Worst President Ever" Competition

When G-d gave out brains, Joe Biden thought He said trains and told Him "no thanks, I have a set at home."

But seriously, can anyone think of a dumber move than for the United States to take in Gaza refugees? It makes sense if you hate America and Jews, and love the thug-terrorist life.

The White House obviously leaked a memo to CBS News that they are considering the idea of bringing in Gazans to the US. They wanted to get a reaction from the public just how much this would help Biden's reelection chances, because let's not kid ourselves, power is all most politicians care about. Just watch a few YouTube traffic stop videos where a politician gets stopped by the cops and listen to the arrogance and the "Do you know who I am?" responses.

The anti-Israel boot-lickers in the administration want to weigh the amount of support bring terrorist supporters into the country would have on young voters, but it's already quite likely that Biden and his crew have already decided to go through with it and is merely trying to warn us in advance.

Palestinians with American ties who fled Gaza for Egypt, would be eligible. The administration promises they will vet the refugees, but look at how well that's working out at the southern border. Even Egypt has refused to take in Gazans because they tend to cause havoc wherever they go along with many other Middle East countries who have more in common with Palestinians that we do here.

By the way, Israelis whose homes were destroyed by Hamassholes, are not being considered in this program because it would be a disaster for Biden with the young, Marxist voters.

Hamas-supporters and other Gazans who have stayed in Gaza, some of whom spat on the dead bodies paraded through towns, others who have hidden hostages for Hamas, will also be eligible if that would swing the vote in Michigan for Joey. And by the way, how are these people considered refugees if they did not flee Gaza?

The administration claims that there will be a series of screening Palestinians would need to pass in order to be allowed to fly into the United States. "Did you pack you own bag and if so, did you put a bomb in it?"

That should weed any terrorist out.

Notice how politicians with armed security are the least worried about terrorism.
