Hamas agrees to cease-fire deal, but demands "written guarantees" for negotiations on end of war

Hamas has accepted a proposal for a US-backed hostage release-ceasefire agreement with Israel Saturday, the New York Post reports. The Iran-backed terror group has dropped its most non-negotiable demand that Israel promises a total end to the war with the Hamassholes in Gaza.

Hamas is demanding that Israel provide "written guarantees" that mediators will continue to negotiate a permanent cease-fire so that they can attack Israel agian in the future when they least expect it.

The terror group gave its initial approval for the proposal after they received “verbal commitments and guarantees” from the Egyptian and Qatari mediators that fighting will not resume after Israel receives the hostages and that the two sides will continue to negotiate toward a permanent truce, the Hamas official said.

“Now we want these guarantees on paper,” the Hamas official said, knowing they can trust Israel to abide by their promise, while Hamas can do whatever they need to do to wipe out the Jews wherever they find them.

Israel’s Mossad intelligence director David Barnea went to Doha Friday and met with Qatari mediators.
Barnea rejected the demand for a written commitment on a second phase of the ceasefire deal, Axios reported.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu agreed to send negotiators back to Doha next week for follow-up talks. However, Bibi's office emphasized that there continue to be “gaps between the parties.” CIA Spook Director William Burns is also heading back to Doha to join the talks, Axios reported.

This proposal would have Hamas release women, children, and injured hostages. But as usual, Israel would release hundreds of scumbags in prisoned in Israel over an initial period of six weeks.

The IDF also would pull back from heavily populated areas in Gaza and allow people to return to their homes in the northern parts of the territory during this time where they can plot as families to kill Jews wherever they can find them.

Phase two would have Hamas free all the remaining men they kidnapped and tortured, both civilians and soldiers whereas Israel would release Arab terrorists and criminals. These exchanges would only happen after "sustainable calm" takes effect and the IDF pulls out of Gaza in order to allow Hamas to rearm and regroup so that they can kill Jews wherever they find them.

Phase three would have the bodies of hostages who were tortured, raped, killed and otherwise died in captivity returned to Israel.

Netanyahu’s office warned that “gaps” between Israel and Hamas remain in the ceasefire proposal being discussed.

The plan received support from the families of many of hostages at their weekly marches in cities across Israel Saturday.

Hamas, whose top scumbag, Yahya Sinwar, would only release male hostages during the ceasefire deal’s second phase.

Sinwar

Israeli officials told Axios they worried that if they agreed to Hamas’ written commitment demands, the terror group would be able to indefinitely drag out the discussions about the deal’s second phase, thus giving Hamas time to rearm and regroup to kill Jews wherever they find them.

It would therefore be difficult for Israel to then resume fighting without it being seen as a violating the agreement, and could cause the anti-Semites in the United Nations Security Council to impose a ceasefire without securing all the hostages release, the officials said.

Mossad officials told mediators in Doha they were confident the Israeli cabinet would accept the ceasefire proposal on the table, an official familiar with the talks told The Wall Street Journal.

A source in Israel’s negotiating team said there was a legitimate chance to reach an agreement with Hamas, compared to previous discussions where Hamas had included demands that Israel said were impossible to accept.

Then once an agreement is reached and the hostages returned home to Israel, the IDF should bomb the crap out of Hamas, capture or kill Sinwar, destroy all UNRWA buildings and their jihad schools, rid Gaza completely of jihadis, and call it a day.

U.S.-Russian backed cease-fire in Syria, or "there they go again"?

Geneva -- The U.S. and Russia have announced a "breakthrough" agreement early Saturday that may see a nationwide cease-fire by early next week. The only concern many Americans have is that Secretary of State John Kerry is part of the negotiating team and that can't be good for an outcome.

Kerry, who cannot even ride a bike without getting seriously injured said the plan could reduce violence in Syria, but truth be told, he's probably talking out of his nether regions. He believes the plan could reduce violence and lead to a long-sought political transition after the country has gone through over 5 years of killing each other.

Kerry called the deal a potential "turning point" in a civil war that has killed about half a million people. All the crazy Syrians backed by Putin's government, and the U.S.-backed rebel groups have to do is comply with the deal, and things will be "honkey-dorey" said Kerry.

The cease-fire is to begin at sundown Monday, Kerry professed. It is to coincide with the Muslim holiday known as Eid al-Adha, a holiday in which the Koran recommends to wait a few weeks before fighting again.

Never looks where he's going
Kerry's counterpart, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, confirmed the agreement and believes it could expand the counterterrorism fight and help get supplies to Syrian civilians. He also said that Syrian President Bashar "The Chinless" Assad's government was ready to go along with the deal.

The cease-fire deal comes after months of poor thought out diplomacy between Kerry and Lavrov (who left the 'Reset Button' home, to Hillary's chagrin). Moscow is to pressure Assad's people to stop aggressive operations against the rebels and in civilian areas. The U.S. is to persuade "moderate" rebels to break ranks with the Nusra Front, an al Qaeda affiliate, and other terrorist groups.

Both sides have thus far failed to deliver on their ends of the deal and met with strong words of criticism by Kerry, who used the term 'strongly condemn'.

So keep your fingers crossed and hope that John Kerry will do better than all of his past failures in politics.

Kerry on Syria: "They're not suppose to do that"

The cease-fire was just about to be brokered between the United States and Russia and go into effect at midnight local time in Syria when lo and behold, Russian warplanes struck without warning.

The strikes came at a time when 97 Syrian opposition and rebel groups agreed to abide with the cease-fire. They even formed a committee to follow-up on it, but evidently, Putin had other plans.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, based safely away in Britain, believe the warplanes to be Russian. The targets were civilian areas east of Damascus in the suburb known as Douma.

At least eight people were killed in the strikes including three women and four children.

Russia had no comment but they could not contain a sardonic sneer, knowing that he and his ilk have nothing to fear from Obama and his ilk.

Dozens or airstrikes were also reported in Aleppo and last Thursday, President Obama said that he hoped the cease-fire in Syria will lead to an end to the civil war and allow us all to join hands, maybe hug, and go after the Islamic State, a group of miscreants and misunderstanders of Islam who are giving the religion of peace a bad name.

Obama put the responsibility on Russia and its allies, especially the chinless Assad government, to do the right thing. "The world is watching," Obama warned, causing Vladimir Putin to laugh wholeheartedly. Obama then added, "And I know who your mother is."

Secretary of State John-Empty-Suit-Kerry said of the Russian airstrikes: "They're not suppose to do that. And I know, that if they knew, that the world is watching, they wouldn't do that."

Kerry tends to overuse that word, "that," almost as much as he overuses his stay as Secretary of State.

Hamas Bleeds All Over Itself While Claiming Victory

Right now, just as I write this, Israel and Hamas have begun a cease-fire. I wouldn't bet the house that this will last beyond my writing this post, but let's hope it does.

Hamas has suffered great losses in this conflict. Three of their top terrorist leaders have been killed (may they rest after they finish with their 72 virgins) and much of the infrastructure of Gaza has been leveled. On the terror side of the fence, over 2,000 people have been killed in spite of Netanyahu doing everything humanly possible to target only Hamas-holes.

There is a funny part to this story. It seems that Hamas is taking cues from the Obama administration and declaring victory in spite of the beating they took. It doesn't matter however, because Hamas will not disarm and Islam will not give up on their anti-Semitic beliefs.

I believe it's just a matter of time when this all begins again. Hamas is to Israel as ISIS is to America. If we do nothing, we will find ourselves "subdued."

As it stands now, we are complying with the Islamic demands out of political correctness as we saw in Vermont this week when a restaurant removed an ad for bacon because it offended a Muslim woman. I don't see Jews doing the same and bacon is also taboo (non-kosher) to them. Islam has become the annoying salesperson who rings your bell and refuses to take their foot out of the door.

Hamas Terrorists Mistaken for Militants, Break Cease-Fire

Here we go again. Three rockets were fired from Gaza City indiscriminately at Israel on Tuesday breaking yet another cease-fire between Israel and the Hamas terrorists often referred to as 'militants' by the media.

Israel responded to the sneaky attempts by Hamas to kill men, women and children by carrying out airstrikes in response. Kerry is beside himself along with his hair.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility but just prior to the rocket attack, Hamas spokes terrorist, Fawzi Barhoum (his friends call him the "Jew-Hater") suggested the possibility of more rocket attacks saying: "If Netanyahu doesn't understand . . . the language of politics in Cairo, we know how to make him understand." This was Fawzi at his best Don Corleone impression.

Mark Regev, an Israeli government spokesman stated: "This rocket attack on Beersheba is a grave and direct violation of the cease-fire." Still, Palestinian and Israeli negotiators resumed indirect talks on Tuesday in Cairo and Hamas said that if an agreement was not reached soon, heads will roll. They meant it literally.

Israel isn't stupid, which may explain why they have more technological advances and inventions per capita than most major nations, and why they will not agree to capitulate unless Hamas disarms. Israel must have read the Koran. They know it's the sacred duty of every Muslim to rid the world of Jews, even when they use them as their lawyers in terrorist trials, and doctors when Palestinians are injured from the war. What's going to happen when a poor terrorist can't find a smart Jewish lawyer?

Egypt agreed to co-host an international fundraising conference in Gaza if a deal is reached--this may be their attempt to pressure Hamas into getting serious about a truce. And the fact is, Hamas has appeared weaker in the Cairo talks since this Gaza war began over a month ago as it's being pressured by Egypt and the Palestinian Authority to accept a less than perfect deal with Israel. On the other hand, it needs to show the Gazans that their attempts at killing Israelis and getting killed in the process, wasn't in vain, like it was for Americans who died in Iraq and Afghanistan under Obama's impotent leadership.

So, we shall see what comes of these Cairo rap sessions. I suspect not much will be gained but I hope I'm wrong. (What are the chances of that?)

One member of the Palestinian delegation said that Israel is offering to ease up on the Gaza blockade and open border crossing to allow some goods and people to enter, but insisted they have the right to limit the imports of material like cement as well as chemical and metal products.

Like I said, Israel isn't stupid. The last time they allowed cement to be cross in order to build homes for the Palestinians, Hamas used it to build tunnels in order to sneak into Israel and kill Jews.

Hamas is sneaky, unreliable and fanatically anti-Semitic. Remind you of any prophet you can think of?
