BREAKING: AG Barr authorizes federal prosecutors to go after "Substantial allegations" of voter "irregularities"

U.S. Attorney General William "Bulldog" Barr has reportedly decided to look into voter fraud and has authorized prosecutors to pursue "substantial allegations" of possible irregularities from the 2020 presidential election before results are certified. [H/T Daily Wire]

According to the Associated Press, Barr said in a memo to U.S. attorneys that investigations  “may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.”

One can only imagine how disturbing this is to many U.S. attorneys who wanted to see Joe Biden beat President Trump, but Barr is having none of it and has decided to get to the bottom of this, where the dregs are.

There will be more to follow as this is a breaking story.

Trump still has an outside shot.

Seattle mayor may face federal charges over "CHOP" humiliating failure

The face you make when you step in something
on the streets of Seattle

Jenny Durkan, the Democratic Mayor of Seattle, has a lot in common with her fellow Democratic mayors of major American cities.

Durkan is a Democrat and like her party's colleagues, is as useless as a toothpick for a jellyfish. She stands mirrorsf her fellow useless Democratic mayors and governors, Bill de Blasio, Andrew Cuomo, Gavin Newsom, Eric Garcetti and Lori Lightfoot, in the way they handled the "mostly peaceful" Antifa and BLM riots.

Like them, she neutered her police force, having them stand down as these Marxist anarchists looted, destroyed property, and assaulted innocent people. But like others in her Party, when the rioting affected her directly, she called for the cops to protect her.

Now the Department of Justice is considering whether charges can be brought against her over her apparent refusal to dismantle the so-called "autonomous zone" known as "CHOP" and "CHAZ" in Seattle that was controlled for weeks by anarchists who obviously wish to destroy the USA.

Attorney General Bill Barr is having the DOJ's civil rights division investigate whether charges can be brought against her, The New York Times reported on Wednesday evening. citing two people familiar with the discussions. AG Barr is also looking into possibly charging the rioters with sedition and insurrection against the United States government The Wall Street Journal reports.

The riots began after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis on May 25. In Seattle, Marxists took over a number of city blocks in the heart of the city and set up a police-free zone. People who live in the area known as CHOP were harassed and scared, but police were told to back off and allow the illegal takeover to play out.

And play out it did. After several deadly shootings, Durkan finally ordered police to move in and reestablish order; too late for the victims, of course. There had been three shootings with one person killed, one in critical condition and three with injuries.

Local businesses and residents threatened to move from Capitol Hill and never return.

At the time, Durkan and her city council cretins, along with other city officials defended the protests. They claimed that a dangerous "element" not part of the peaceful protesters had moved into the zone at night and disrupted the zone's "healing" and "education" environment. The idiot mayor actually said she hoped the protests could continue on a more part-time basis.

Why not? She had no business or home in the area to worry about.

The damage to our major cities have cost insurance companies a record $2 billion to businesses and individuals because of riot-related destruction.

Charging the Marxists with sedition will be hard to do because of First Amendment protection. Prosecutors will have to prove there was a conspiracy against U.S. government agents or officials that posed an imminent threat.

AG Barr slams Mueller, calls Steele dossier very troubling and more

Attorney General Bill Barr spoke with CBS's Catherine Herridge on Thursday about the FBI's use of the Steele dossier in the investigation into the Trump campaign. The most troubling aspect is the fact that it could have contained Russian disinformation. [And the Democrats accuse Republicans of colluding with Russia!]

"Based on the evidence that you have seen," Herridge began, "did senior FBI officials conspire to throw out the national security adviser?"

“Well, as I said, this is a particular episode,” Barr replied. “And it has some troubling features to it, as we’ve discussed. But I think, you know, that’s a question that really has to wait an analysis of all the different episodes that occurred through the summer of 2016 and the first several months of President Trump’s administration.”

In the interview, Herridge mentioned the Steele dossier and how the footnotes suggested that it was "the product of Russian disinformation."

“And there were multiple warnings to the FBI at that time, yet they continued to use that. How do you explain that?” Herridge asked Barr.

“I think that’s one of the most troubling aspects of this whole thing,” Barr said. “And, in fact, I said it in testimony on the Hill, I can’t remember if it was my confirmation, that I said I was very concerned about the possibility that that dossier and Steele’s activities were used as a vector for the Russians to inject disinformation into the political campaign.”

“I think that is something that Robert Mueller was responsible for looking at under his charter, which is the potential of Russian influence,” Barr continued. “But I think it was ignored and there was mounting indications that this could very well have been happening and no one really stopped to look at it.”

It was ignored because Trump beat Clinton.

Later in the interview Barr was asked about the DOJ's decision to drop the charges against former national security adviser and former three-star General Michael Flynn. He explained that the department acted out of a sense of justice and "undid what was an injustice," and added, "it's not gonna be the end of it."

Herridge asked him to elaborate on his statement that it was “not gonna be the end of it,” and he responded, “I said we’re gonna get to the bottom of what happened.”

Herridge asked about the U.S. Attorney John Durham's current criminal investigation into the roots of the Russia investigation. Barr said,  “Well, as you know, I’m not gonna predict the outcome. But I said that we’re certainly — there probably will be a report as a byproduct of his work. But we also are seeing if there are people who violated the law and should be brought to justice. And that’s what we have our eye on.”

Finally, Barr was asked whether those involved in the Flynn case, a clear miscarriage of justice, he responded,  “I don’t wanna get into particular individuals.”

Hopefully the nation will see real justice carried out and those responsible in the FBI and elsewhere, will be held accountable. But don't hold your breath.

AG Barr opposes vaccine certificates and fascist tactics

U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr voice opposition to a proposal put forth by the extremely wealth Bill Gates, the Windows PC guy. Gates' proposal is to force people to have Chinese Communist Coronavirus vaccination certificates, presented upon demand by the "authorities."

"Where are your papers, comrade?" And you better have them, lest you be taken into custody and questioned

Barr is having none of that.

“I’m very concerned about the slippery slope in terms of continuing encroachments on personal liberty. I do think during the emergency, appropriate, reasonable steps are fine,” Barr said on Wednesday night during an appearance on Fox News’s “Ingraham Angle,” when asked about Gates' proposal.

Barr was further pressed for more specificity and added, “I’d be a little concerned about that, the tracking of people and so forth, generally, especially going forward over a long period of time.”

Gates, who apparently means well, is funding multiple efforts to produce a vaccine against the CCV (Chinese Communist Virus). He posted on Reddit the idea of a vaccine certificate when asked about the changes that will be necessary in light of the pandemic.

“The question of which businesses should keep going is tricky. Certainly food supply and the health system. We still need water, electricity and the internet. Supply chains for critical things need to be maintained. Countries are still figuring out what to keep running,” Gates said.

“Eventually we will have some digital certificates to show who has recovered or been tested recently or when we have a vaccine who has received it,” he added.

At least he didn't propose an implanted chip in the back of our necks that could be read by a police scanner to assure the authorities that we could walk our dog or go to the store.

A number of commenters reacted negatively to the fascist proposal. Some said it validated conspiracy theorists about world leaders wanting mandatory marks for vaccines, or wanting control of people who refused to fall in line with their commands.

Asked about backlash to the proposal, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation told Reuters: “The reference to ‘digital certificates’ relates to efforts to create an open source digital platform with the goal of expanding access to safe, home-based testing.”

Of course, Microsoft would be happy to sell them to the government at a nominal fee.

Barr explained that there are situations where liberties can be restricted, such as during war and pandemics, however, he said the DOJ was going to look at whether “the draconian measures that are being adopted are fully justified and there are not alternative ways of protecting people."

“I think we have to allow people to adapt more than we have, and not just tell people to go home and hide under the bed, but allow them to use other ways, social distancing and other means, to protect themselves,” he said.

Imagine that--the Attorney General of the United States believes Americans can act responsibly.

US Attorney Durham blasts IG findings on Russia probe

U.S. attorney John "No Bull" Durham has been conducting a large scope investigation of how the Trump-Russia probe originated. On Monday, he released a rare and blistering statement that he disagrees with conclusions of the so-called FISA report -- specifically, that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz found that the launching of the probe basically complied with DOJ and FBI policies.

“Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened,” Durham said in a statement.

The Horowitz report was released Monday and it stated that investigators found no intentional misconduct or political bias over the efforts to start the 2016 probe and to seek a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to monitor Carter Page, the President's campaign adviser in the early part of the investigation. However, the report found that there were "significant concerns with how certain aspects of the investigation were conducted and supervised."

“I have the utmost respect for the mission of the Office of Inspector General and the comprehensive work that went into the report prepared by Mr. Horowitz and his staff,” Durham said. “However, our investigation is not limited to developing information from within component parts of the Justice Department. Our investigation has included developing information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S.”

Durham, the U.S. attorney for Connecticut has also been conducting a wider investigation into alleged misconduct and improper government surveillance on the Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election. The Durham probe became a full criminal investigation publicly around October.

Attorney General William Barr appeared upset as he ripped the FBI over the investigation, calling it “intrusive” and saying it was launched based on the “thinnest of suspicions.”

“The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken,” Barr said in a statement.

He also expressed frustration that the FBI continued investigating the Trump campaign, even as “exculpatory” evidence came to the light.

“It is also clear that, from its inception, the evidence produced by the investigation was consistently exculpatory,” Barr said. “Nevertheless, the investigation and surveillance was pushed forward for the duration of the campaign and deep into President Trump’s administration.”

Even former Special Counsel Robert Mueller acknowledged in his report that investigators did not find evidence of a conspiracy between Trump’s campaign and the Russians in 2016 – which the FBI probed extensively.

So the Democrats obviously needed more dirt on Trump to keep the impeachment nonsense going.

Barr pointed out that the FISA report shows a “clear abuse” of the surveillance process, which has apparently been exemplified in Adam Schiff's using congressional subpoena power to go after phone records of GOP Congress members and a reporter.

“In the rush to obtain and maintain FISA surveillance of Trump campaign associates, FBI officials misled the FISA court, omitted critical exculpatory facts from their filings, and suppressed or ignored information negating the reliability of their principal source,” Barr said factually.

He added, “The Inspector General found the explanations given for these actions unsatisfactory. While most of the misconduct identified by the Inspector General was committed in 2016 and 2017 by a small group of now-former FBI officials, the malfeasance and misfeasance detailed in the Inspector General’s report reflects a clear abuse of the FISA process.”

BREAKING: AG Barr indicts 8 for funneling foreign money to Adam Schiff et al

Attorney General Bill Barr has finally unmasked the Democrats as the hypocrites they are and has just broken up a massive scheme to illegally funnel foreign money into practically every Democratic political candidate and organization! [H/T Pamela Geller/Geller Report]

One of the main suspects indicted gave a million dollars to Priorities USA Action, an enormous Democrat SuperPAC and the usual media suspects are not giving this story any oxygen as they avoid it like being asked to stand behind Eric Swalwell after a cabbage soup entree.

The list of Democrat organizations pocketing this illegal cash is incredible and includes practically every Dem state organization and a host of super PACs, such as Priorities USA.

All top Democrats took in this booty including Adam Schiff, Cory Booker, Hillary Clinton, Ted Lieu and Jon Tester, and so on and so on. . . .

George Nader, a key witness in the Mueller investigation and a convicted child molester, is also charged, making Adam Schiff's eyes bulge even more than usual. It turns out that Nader works as a straw man for Middle East sheiks and he was tasked to influence Trump's team and the entire Democratic Party establishment.

From the Department of Justice:
Earlier today, an indictment was unsealed against the CEO of an online payment processing company, and seven others, charging them with conspiring to make and conceal conduit and excessive campaign contributions, and related offenses, during the U.S. presidential election in 2016 and thereafter.
Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and Assistant Director in Charge Timothy R. Slater of the FBI’s Washington Field Office made the announcement.
A federal grand jury in the District of Columbia indicted Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja, 48, of Los Angeles, California, on Nov. 7, 2019, along with George Nader, Roy Boulos, Rudy Dekermenjian, Mohammad “Moe” Diab, Rani El-Saadi, Stevan Hill and Thayne Whipple. The 53 count indictment charges Khawaja with two counts of conspiracy, three counts of making conduit contributions, three counts of causing excessive contributions, 13 counts of making false statements, 13 counts of causing false records to be filed, and one count of obstruction of a federal grand jury investigation. Nader is charged with conspiring with Khawaja to make conduit campaign contributions, and related offenses. Boulos, Dekermenjian, Diab, El-Saadi, Hill, and Whipple are charged with conspiring with Khawaja and each other to make conduit campaign contributions and conceal excessive contributions, and related offenses.
According to the indictment, from March 2016 through January 2017, Khawaja conspired with Nader to conceal the source of more than $3.5 million in campaign contributions, directed to political committees associated with a candidate for President of the United States in the 2016 election. By design, these contributions appeared to be in the names of Khawaja, his wife, and his company. In reality, they allegedly were funded by Nader. Khawaja and Nader allegedly made these contributions in an effort to gain influence with high-level political figures, including the candidate. As Khawaja and Nader arranged these payments, Nader allegedly reported to an official from a foreign government about his efforts to gain influence.
The indictment also alleges that, from March 2016 through 2018, Khawaja conspired with Boulos, Dekermenjian, Diab, El-Saadi, Hill, and Whipple to conceal Khawaja’s excessive contributions, which totaled more than $1.8 million, to various political committees. Among other things, these contributions allegedly allowed Khawaja to host a private fundraiser for a presidential candidate in 2016 and a private fundraising dinner for an elected official in 2018.
The indictment further alleges that, from June 2019 through July 2019, Khawaja obstructed a grand jury investigation of this matter in the District of Columbia. Knowing that a witness had been called to testify before the grand jury, Khawaja allegedly provided that witness with false information about Nader and his connection to Khawaja’s company. Boulos, Diab, Hill, and Whipple also are charged with obstructing the grand jury’s investigation by lying to the FBI.
Currently, Nader is in federal custody on other charges.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt. It merely alleges that crimes have been committed. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The FBI’s Washington Field Office is investigating the case and Deputy Chief John D. Keller and Trial Attorneys James C. Mann and Michael J. Romano of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section are prosecuting the case.

I can't wait to hear how MSNBC and CNN will spin this story to attack Bill Barr.

Barr assigns US attorney to investigate spying involving Trump campaign

Attorney General Bill Barr has assigned U.S. attorney John Durham to determine the origins of the Russia investigation in order to see if intelligence collection of the Trump campaign was "lawful and appropriate."

Durham previously has investigated law enforcement corruption, the destruction of CIA videotapes and the Boston FBI office's relationship with mobsters. He is to continue to serve as the chief federal prosecutor in Connecticut and is considered to be apolitical.

Unlike the DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, Durham will have subpoena power to investigate both current and former employees of the FBI and other agencies that may be involved. The IG's subpoena power only extends to current employees as he investigates potential surveillance abuses by the FBI, which should make the former director, James Comey, quake in his Dockers Top-Siders.

House Republican Reps. Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows wrote to Durham in January seeking a briefing, saying they had "discovered" that Durham's office was "investigating [former FBI General Counsel James Baker] for unauthorized disclosures to the media."

Durham's appointment comes about a month after Barr used a "dirty word" and told members of Congress he believed "spying did occur" on the Trump campaign in 2016. He later said he didn't mean anything pejorative by the word 'spying' and was gathering a team to look into the origins of the special counsel's investigation. Democrats, who have used that dirty word in the past, were appalled by its use when it implied that they might have been doing it.

Fox News reported:
In obtaining a secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to surveil former Trump aide Carter Page, the FBI copy-pasted directly from a disputed Washington Post opinion article to suggest the Trump campaign may have been compromised. The bureau also repeatedly assured the court that it "did not believe" British ex-spy Christopher Steele was the direct source for a Yahoo News article implicating Page in Russian collusion.
London court records showed that contrary to the FBI's assessments, former British intelligence agent Steele briefed Yahoo News and other reporters in the fall of 2016 at the direction of Fusion GPS -- the opposition research firm behind the dossier. Fusion GPS was retained by the [execrable] Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee (DNC), a piece of information not stated in the FISA application.

Now it's time to grab the popcorn and watch the show as Democrats are doing everything the can to distract from what's going on in the background.
