DNC candidate discriminated against employees based on age and race

Ada Briceño apparently thinks that being an anti-white racist is okay. The former president of UNITED HERE Local 681 referred to non-Hispanic employees as "gringos" and she terminated employees based on age, a lawsuit asserts. A jury convicted the group of discrimination and illegal termination of employment.

According to the 2003 lawsuit, Briceño also disparaged employees' work-related medical conditions, and terminated workers based on age. The kind, caring, understanding Briceño  also told a union vice president "I'm going to fire these f***ing old ladies, and we can get someone else for less money."

Briceño's union paid nearly $1 million in damages and legal fees stemming from the lawsuit, a ruling the organization unsuccessfully appealed.

Despite her history of discrimination scumbaggery as a labor leader, she is now running for the DNC on a platform of inclusivity, [LOL] and is receiving widespread support from the Democratic establishment, which is not surprising because saying one thing and doing the opposite is the main MO of the left.

California Democratic representatives Gil Cisneros, Harley Rouda, and Mike Levin have all endorsed Briceño, as has California's secretary of state and treasurer. Though all of Briceño's top endorsers have spoken against workplace discrimination, they are clearly being hypocrites as none have addressed the labor leader's discriminatory scumbaggery.

Center for Union Facts spokeswoman Charlyce Bozzello said the lawsuit should raise red flags for Democratic leaders, implying that endorsing this disgusting woman would be a mistake.

"For someone who touts her achievements on behalf of workers, Briceño certainly seems to be a common denominator among organizations accused of employee abuse," Bozzello said. "Instead of sweeping her misdeeds under the rug, Briceño's past offenses—and her connection to current allegations—should make the Democratic party question what kind of leadership she'll bring to the national committee."

According to the lawsuit, Briceño routinely treated non-Hispanics differently than she treated Hispanics. Besides calling non-Hispanic employees "gringos," Briceño failed to discipline Hispanic staff members who were late to work despite requiring all employees to sign a document ensuring their punctuality. Briceño also held union meetings that were conducted only in Spanish with no translation for non-Spanish speakers, calling those who complained "contra."

While a California jury convicted Briceño's union of illegal firing and discrimination against its employees, her career continued to advance. The disgusting labor leader retained her job as president of Local 681 and the union later merged with other UNITE HERE chapters to form Local 11. Briceño served as Local 11 co-president in 2017 and 2018, collecting more than $200,000 in compensation, according to federal labor filings. She also serves as vice president of UNITE HERE international, which represents more than 270,000 workers.

Democrats are virtue-signallers, but they're not virtuous by any measure.

Two guards arrested in Jeffrey Epstein's suicide

Perhaps the nation's biggest child sex trafficker and sexual assaulter Jeffrey Epstein is dead. If he killed himself, it was made incredibly easy for him to do so because his prison guards were asleep, the video camera was off, and the suicide watch that was invoked the previous week for an attempted suicide was lifted.

Now the two corrections officers who slept on the job and lied about it have been arrested and will face charges over accusations of falsifying prison records at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, where Epstein allegedly offed himself on August 10 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking.

Both guards were working overtime at the time of the scumbag's death and allegedly failed to check on Epstein every half hour as they were required to do. They are both charged with fabricating the forms that indicate their scheduled check-in times.

The dynamic duo appeared in Manhattan federal court Tuesday.

While the city medical examiner ruled the pedophile’s hanging death a suicide, a forensic pathologist, Michael Baden, who was hired by his brother Mark Epstein has said his autopsy was more consistent with homicidal strangulation.

The 66-year-old crap weasel was placed on suicide watch after he was found with marks on his neck on July 23 but was removed from suicide monitoring a week before his death. Since the timing of the attempted suicide is suspiciously close to the Trump phone conversation with Ukraine [a mere two days afterward] it somehow seems reasonable for Adam Schiff to blame Epstein's death on President Trump and impeach him on those grounds.

Federal prosecutors offered the corrections officers plea deals, the Associated Press previously reported, but the officers refused them.

The warden of the MCC, Lamine N’Diaye, was also reassigned pending an investigation.

Jeffrey Epstein didn't kill himself.

Ilhan Omar slipped another $150K to her alleged paramour's consulting firm

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) paid an additional $150,000 to Tim Mynett's political consulting firm a mere 3 months after it was revealed by The New York Post. It has been alleged, according to records, that Mynett is schtupping Omar and had been doing so while she was married, this time, not to her brother.

The 37-year-old anti-Semitic congresswoman’s campaign has funneled $146,712.63 to Mynett’s E Street Group since The New York Post reported allegations in August that she was having an affair with her paid consultant.

The latest payments to Mynett’s group were for digital advertising, fundraising consulting and video production. He did not charge her for his other service to her.

When news of the alleged adulterous shenanigans broke, Omar had already paid $223,000 through her campaign since 2018 for fundraising consulting, internet advertising, digital communications, and travel expenses to the E Street Group. The latest grand total is now $370,000.

However, the federal agency slated to probe the campaign finance complaint [against the woman who said of the 911 attacks in 2001 that "some people did something"] is unable to act due to lack of commissioners on the bench to investigate the matter. So Omar did something and apparently will get away with it.

Both Omar and her "alleged" lover Mynett have denied the allegations in Beth Mynett’s divorce papers that states the consultant dumped his wife in April because he was having an affair with the Somali-born [Jew-hater] woman.

In October, Omar filed for divorce from her husband, [who in this case is not her biological brother who she previously divorced] Ahmed Hirsi amid the affair allegations — claiming the marriage was “irretrievable.” The split was finalized on Nov. 5 of this year.

Conservative watchdog the National Legal and Policy Center filed a complaint against Omar with the Federal Election Commission in the wake of the bombshell report — seeking a probe into whether the Democrat used campaign funds to rendezvous [for coitus] with her "alleged" lover.

The Federal Elections Commission requires at least four members to vote on complaints but currently have only three of six commissioner slots filled. Thus they are impotent to do anything about the complaint.

The FEC complaint focused on the fact that more than $12,673.43 of the payments to Mynett were simply labelled “travel expenses” — a potential breach of campaign finance law which states that travel expenses be itemized.

“Our question is whether this was necessary travel or whether she was just bringing her boyfriend along for the company,” NLPC Chairman Peter Flaherty said in August.

FEC spokesman Christian Hilland on Friday said the agency was still open for business but needed the US Senate to confirm a fourth member until it begins investigating campaign finance violations again.

“We are willing to accept reports but we are not able to move forward with any investigatory matters,” he said.

Meanwhile, Omar is free to be obnoxious and anti-Semitic.

DOJ files response to Strzok's lawsuit: shows texts about wife finding his cell phone

Photo: AP/Manuel Balce Ceneta

Former FBI Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok was fired from the agency and sued for unlawful termination. The photo [above] shows him testifying before a House Judiciary Committee on Capitol Hill in Washington, on July 12, 2018. The hearing concerned "oversight on FBI and Department of Justice actions regarding the 2016 presidential election.

In response to Strzok's frivolous lawsuit the DOJ filed a response which can be seen here. The motion contains a letter dated August 8, 2018 signed by Candace Will, the Assistant Director of the DOJ’s Office of Professional Responsibility.

Strzok was removed from Robert Mueller’s profligate Special Counsel investigation team after his covert extramarital affair with FBI lawyer Lisa Page and their anti-Trump text messages were discovered in the summer of 2017. The weird agent was then fired from the FBI in August 2018 and has since filed a lawsuit claiming that his “due process rights were infringed upon,” much like President Trump's due process rights are being infringed upon in the impeachment hearings.

In addition, his lawsuit claimed that the DOJ aimed to “humiliate him and smear his reputation when it disclosed nearly 400 text messages he had sent or received.” In truth, however, Strzok has done a fine job humiliating himself.

President Trump, never being one to shy away from a heartfelt Twitter attack, targeted Strzok at the time.

Strzok's lawyer claimed, “While many in law enforcement have faced attacks by this president, Pete Strzok has been a constant target for two years. It’s indisputable that his termination was a result of President Trump’s unrelenting retaliatory campaign of false information, attacks and direct appeals to top officials.”

See, it's okay to attack a duly elected president of the United States and try to throw him out of office, but once you go after a poor soul on Twitter, you've gone too far.

The DOJ’s motion argues that Strzok’s “allegation that his due process rights were infringed upon would be soundly rejected due to his position on FBI’s Senior Executive Service at the time of his firing” and said he’d been “given ample notice and opportunity to be heard.” They also stated that he was terminated because it infringed on the FBI's ability to be a trusted, nonpartisan institution and had nothing to do with Trump's tweets.

The 27-page document goes on to say that Strzok made numerous violations in text messages which were inappropriate political comments on his FBI-issued cell phone. He also used his personal email account [in Hillary Clinton style] to conduct FBI business and failed to diligently pursue a significant investigative lead in Hillary's email investigation.

In other words, Strzok's failure to act when informed in September 2016 that Hillary Clinton's emails were discovered on Anthony Weiner's laptop, was more than enough to get rid of Strzok.

The present DOJ filing contains new text exchanges between Strzok and Lisa Page involving his wife discovering their sordid affair after she gained access to the philanderer's phone. The wife also called Lisa Page from Strzok's cell phone and left several voicemails.

Strzok: “My wife has my phone.”

Page: “Your wife left me a VM. Am I supposed to respond? She thinks we’re having an affair. Should I call and correct her understanding? Leave this to you to address?” [It is clear that Strzok's wife's understanding needed no correcting. These two shameless cheaters were caught.]

Strzok: “I don’t know. I said we were close friends and nothing more. She knows I sent you flowers. I said you were having a tough week.”

As the saying goes: good riddance to bad rubbish.

Buttigieg campaign hit with scandal involving black community

Fake moderate Democratic, far-left presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg has a new scandal to deal with involving the black community. Reports bubbled to the top of the bath water over the weekend that indicate the gay Indiana mayor falsely claimed he was endorsed by the black community, but used stock photos from Africa to portray African-Americans. He then claimed that he had support of hundreds of black voters who turned out to be almost as white as Elizabeth Warren.

Buttigieg has been struggling to gain support among black voters because of how poorly the South Bend, Indiana community fared under his leadership as the mayor, and over how he handled an officer involved shooting of a black man.

According to The Intercept, Buttigieg released his campaign's main policy outreach plan to black voters called "The Douglass Plan: A Comprehensive Investment in the Empowerment of Black America." It covers everything from public health care to criminal justice reform and more and would use federal contracting policies to increase the number of contracts going to minority- and women-owned firms by 25 percent, because identity politics is the Democrat's way of life. It also offers student loan deferment and forgiveness to Pell Grant recipients who later start businesses of at least 3 people, leaving banking institutions 'holding the proverbial bag.'

Buttigieg’s campaign began promoting a list of 400 black South Carolina voters that it claimed supported his plan, but it turned out that nearly half of the list was whiter than the driven snow and Elizabeth Warren.

Of important note, the top three black people that Mayor Pete claimed supported his plan all pushed back against his claims, and said his campaign was dishonest.

The three alleged "prominent [Buttigieg] supporters" each responded in an open letter to the HBCU Times [Historically Black Colleges and Universities]. HBCU focuses on "positive news related to Historically Black Colleges and Universities."

Columbia City Councilwoman Tameika Devine:
“Clearly from the number of calls I received about my endorsement, I think the way they put it out there wasn’t clear, that it was an endorsement of the plan, and that may have been intentionally vague. I’m political, I know how that works. I do think they probably put it out there thinking people wouldn’t read the fine print or wouldn’t look at the details or even contact the people and say, ‘Hey, you’re endorsing Mayor Pete?’”
Rehoboth Baptist pastor and state Rep. Ivory Thigpen:
“How it was rolled out was not an accurate representation of where I stand. I didn’t know about its rolling out. Somebody brought it to my attention, and it was alarming to me, because even though I had had conversations with the campaign, it was clear to me, or at least I thought I made it clear to them, that I was a strong Bernie Sanders supporter – actually co-chair of the state, and I was not seeking to endorse their candidate or the plan. But what I had talked about was potentially giving them a quote of support in continuing the conversation, because I do think it’s a very important conversation. I actually had not circled back to give them a quote, so I was alarmed and very much surprised to see, particularly, the headline as such because I do think it muddies the water, I do think it was a misrepresentation, and it easily could have confused a lot of people as to where I stood. That was, from the very beginning, concerns that I expressed.”
Johnnie Cordero, chair of state party's Black Caucus:
“I never endorsed that plan. I don’t know how my name got on there. … I had some difficulties with it. It’s entirely presumptuous. I’m not going to change what I’m going to say. It’s presumptuous to think you can come up with a plan for black America without hearing from black folk. … you don’t do that. Those days are over and done with. We’re tired of people telling us what we need. You wanna find out what we need? Come and ask us.”
The stock photo Buttigieg used to promote his plan was discovered to be that of a woman from Kenya who may or may not speak English and has probably never seen snow.

The Intercept reported the following quote from the woman: “Am the ‘woman’ featured on that photo by githiri Nicholas. what’s the meaning of the message accompanied by the photo? Have no idea of what’s happening..."

Fortunately for Buttigieg, he is gay and married to a dude. Thus the leftist media will not hold him up for scrutiny and will give him a free pass as he scores high on the intersectional scale of victimhood.

Expect Buttigieg to apologize and pretend he had no idea what his campaign had done.

NY Times refuses to use the "T" word on al-Ata

The "Gray anti-Semitic" New York Times, a former newspaper, was okay with referring to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi as a "terrorist," but they refrained from using that word to describe the "Palestinian" jihadi, aka terrorist, Bahu Abu al-Ata. [There is no such country as Palestine, thus the scare quotes.]

[H/T Jihad Watch]

You see, when Hamas or Islamic Jihad lobs rockets at Jewish civilians in Israel, they are not considered terrorists--they are 'freedom fighters' in the view of the former newspaper.

One can only wonder how the Times would have handled al-Ata's death if he committed similar atrocities as al-Baghdadi, perhaps videotaping similar barbaric behavior. But he merely planned the killing of civilian men, women and children and it wasn't on video, so the Times can pretend he wasn't a terrorist.

The first versions of the article was published in the early morning hours of November 12 after the terrorist was killed. The article at that time accurately noted Islamic Jihad’s terror designation — but that information was later scrubbed from the story. You'd think that Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) or Ilhan Omar (D-MN) wrote the story, but it was just another anti-Semitic crap weasel at the Times.

Like ISIS and Hamas, Islamic Jihad is designated worldwide as a terrorist group, including by the United States, the EU, Canada, Japan, as well as others.

Abu al-Ata was a senior leader of Islamic Jihad.

His organization is responsible for countless attacks targeting civilians. Islamic Jihad has targeted Israeli restaurants, markets, buses, and shopping malls, causing mass casualties.

Israeli intelligence learned that he was planning another such attack in the near future, which was why he was taken out before he could kill more innocent people.

He was clearly a terrorist and a piece of human waste. Good riddance!

Pelosi goes after James Rosen, gets toasted

Speaker Nancy "Dancing Dentures" Pelosi (D-CA) called journalist James Rosen of Sinclair Broadcast Group "Mr. Republican talking points" Thursday after he asked her a whistleblower question at a press conference.

"And so I wonder if you could explain to the American people why the legal rights of the whistleblower should prevail in this political setting over those of President Trump, who should ordinarily enjoy a right to confront his accuser," Rosen asked Pelosi.

Pelosi's feathers were ruffled.

"Well, let me just say this," Pelosi responded, her acrimonious smile betraying her anger as she pointed at Rosen. "I'll say to you, Mr. Republican Talking Points, what I said to the president of the United States: When you talk about the whistleblower, you're coming into my wheelhouse."

She then bragged, while unwittingly revealing her age:
"I have more experience in intelligence than anybody in the Congress, anybody that's ever served, 25 years on the committee as top Democrat, ex officio, as Speaker and leader. I was there when we wrote the whistleblower laws. The whistleblower is there to speak truth to power and have protection for doing that. And any, any retribution or harm coming to a whistleblower undermines our ability to hear truth about power. So, I will defend the rights of the whistleblower vehemently, vehemently."

When Rosen pushed back, Pelosi said Trump can make his case to before those overseeing impeachment proceedings, adding that "the president is not above the law, the president will be held accountable, and nobody should have the right to endanger whistleblowers, and that is the system that I will defend, and the American people understand that."

The President also has a right to face his accuser, because his accuser also is not above the law, and legally, has no right to anonymity as Democrats would have us believe.

So how did Rosen, a journalist who was spied on by the Obama administration, react? By reporting how Pelosi grew "testy" to his question, which happens to be perfectly reasonable, adding that the Speaker "attacked" him and resorted to "personal disparagement" to his question.

Perhaps she wasn't ready for a question from the press who wasn't a leftist shill for the DNC.

Twitter was abuzz with responses to Pelosi's angst. One person tweeted:
"Knee-jerk reaction Alinsky RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it."
Another posted:
"I watched as it happened today and had to pick my jaw up off the floor. She was way out of line. There was nothing at all wrong with your question or how you asked."
And another:
"She not used to having real journalist ask her questions."
If you noticed, Pelosi never answered Rosen's question.

MO man from Bosnia gets 8-year prison term for aiding ISIS

Ramiz Zijad Hodzic, 45, came to the U.S. from Bosnia to pursue the Islamic dream of a world caliphate. But the Missouri man was sentenced on Thursday to eight years in prison for supporting terrorists, including an ISIS leader in Syria.

Hodzic backed Bosnian-American Abdullah Ramo Pazara, a terrorist who left Missouri for Syria in 2013 and was sent "packing for paradise" when he was killed fighting for ISIS.

Hodzic of St. Louis County, pleaded guilty last spring of providing material support to ISIS terrorists, authorities said. He sent cash and military equipment to several Middle East countries from 2013 to 2015 in order to help ISIS in their efforts to murder kafirs.

The terrorist supporter's attorney asked for a lighter sentence, claiming Hodzic mostly sent Pazara supplies like socks and that he loved the United States, The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

Three of Hodzic’s co-defendants have already been sentenced, but his lovely terrorist-supporting wife and another defendant who pleaded not guilty await sentencing.

Hodzic will be deported to some s**hole country after his prison term, authorities said.
