Ilhan Omar's un-Islamic winery and what we know

Rep. Ilhan Omar (Squad-MN) claims that her alleged inflated net worth was due to an accounting mistake. If this indeed is the case, then Omar's judgment in who she hires is obviously so poor that she is not qualified to be a member of Congress. But if you believe any average accountant could make such an enormous accounting error, then you need to question your own judgment. It simply doesn't happen to that extent.

Earlier this year, Omar reported a net worth of around $30 million, which brought up the question of possible fraud. Then Nick Shirley investigated a bunch of Somali-led scams highlighting the infamous 'Learing Center' (or Learning Center for you spelling buffs) in Minneapolis. The 'Learing Center' received $1.9 million in 2025 via Minnesota's Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) and there are reports they received around $4 million total over prior years. It was Shirley who exposed the fraud as his investigation into the Somali-led scams brought attention to Omar's financial dealings.

Omar just dropped her latest financial disclosure bombshell, and holy moly, it turns out she and her hubby, [not the brother hubby] former political consultant Tim Mynett, somehow scraped together a net worth somewhere between a modest $6 million and a "whoa, nelly" $30 million by the end of 2024.

Nearly all of that cheddar comes from Mynett’s ownership in his two companies, which were worth a combined grand total of no more than $51,000 at the end of 2023. Lawmakers get to play the fun game of disclosing assets in vague ranges, so the exact size of Omar’s personal jackpot remains a delightful mystery. What we do know is that their net worth exploded by at least 3,500 percent in a single year. Nothing suspicious there, folks. Move along.

This miraculous cash avalanche might create a few awkward moments for the Minnesota Democrat, who spent February whining to Business Insider about a "coordinated right-wing disinformation campaign" that had the audacity to claim she’s worth millions. Omar dismissed any suggestion that she’s sitting on more than a few thousand bucks as "ridiculous" and "categorically false." She even hopped on X to taunt her critics: "maybe try checking my public financial statements and you will see I barely have thousands let alone millions."

Turns out Omar has her better half to thank for rocketing her straight into multimillionaire territory in 2024. Mynett’s California winery eStCru LLC and his venture capital outfit Rose Lake Capital pulled off financial miracles that would make even the most optimistic lottery winner blush. End of 2023? Combined stake worth no more than $51k, bank accounts with less than $700 between them, and the dynamic duo of Mynett and his partner, former DNC adviser Will Hailer, were getting sued by angry investors who claimed they’d been defrauded out of millions.

By the end of 2024? Mynett’s stake in the two firms had magically inflated to between $6 and $30 million, and he and Hailer settled those pesky lawsuits with cold, hard cash. The Washington Free Beacon has the receipts.

Mynett’s various business adventures have been a delightful recurring headache for Omar ever since the two tied the knot back in March 2020. They were both still married to other people when they first crossed paths, of course, but that didn’t stop them from starting up an affair while Mynett was raking in a cool $2.9 million from Omar’s campaign as her political consultant. That arrangement proved short-lived once the public started paying attention to all the cozy financial ties. By the end of 2020, Mynett wisely bailed on political consulting and pivoted with Hailer into the glamorous worlds of wine and venture capital. Because nothing says "fresh start" like leaving one ethically questionable gig for two more.

Ilhan Omar challenges critics to delve into her financial records, but then this happened

The stink of corruption wafting from the halls of Congress is about as shocking as a sunrise. Rep[ulsive]. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), no stranger to shady headlines, has been scribbling her own sordid chapter in the book of Capitol Hill grift. In a recent Business Insider interview, the Minnesota congresswoman anti-Semite, who’s been dogged by allegations of marrying her brother to game immigration laws, had the gall to whine about a "coordinated, right-wing disinformation campaign" targeting her finances.

Then, in a move that screams "hold my beer," she dared critics to check her "public financial statements." Well, it looks as if conservative outlet, The Free Beacon, took her up on the offer, and it turns out that her financial records are a dumpster fire.

We'll dive into the juicy details in a moment, but let's get one thing straight: this isn't just about the anti-Zionist going from broke to ballin' in the blink of an eye. It's the how that lays bare the slimy hustle so many of these left-wing "champions of the people" run while railing against the so-called "oligarchy." [Or as Bernie Sanders calls them, the Olahgahkee.]

Pro tip, Rep. Omar: if you're going to smugly accuse others of spreading "disinformation" and tell them to dig through your finances, maybe make sure the paper trail doesn't lead to a neon sign flashing "CORRUPTION HERE." Her public financial disclosures show she's worth no less than $6 million. Her defense? A pathetic attempt to dodge accountability by claiming her husband's money isn't hers, nor is her brother's money.

Newsflash, Ilhan: maybe that’s how it works in Somalia, but in America, marriage means you're swimming in the same cash pool. Omar is clearly enjoying the fruits of her husband Tim Mynett's bank account, given the lavish lifestyle she and her unhinged daughter flaunt. And here’s the rub: one of Mynett's company's biggest sugar daddies was Omar's own campaign.

Omar’s funneled a cool $2.9 million of campaign cash into Mynett's consulting firm. Then, in a plot twist straight out of a soap opera, she went from sneaking around with him to putting a ring on it. Surprise, surprise, she now has access to all that sweet, sweet money her campaign donors foolishly laid on her.

The Free Beacon lays it out plain as day: after Mynett got his massive payday from Omar's campaign, he ditched the consulting gig and spun up a bunch of other businesses that, low and behold, made them millions more.

Sound familiar?

It should. Rep. 'Aunty' Maxine Waters (D-CA) has been running a nearly identical playbook, shoveling millions in campaign funds to her daughter for "consulting" and other conveniently vague so called "services." If this isn't outright illegal, it's a glaring loophole in campaign finance laws and her colleagues on both sides of the political aisle have done nothing to punish this type of behavior.

Apparently, you can slap 34 felony charges on a president over what amounts to a bookkeeping squabble, but House reps can openly launder campaign donations through their families to pad their own pockets.

Let's cut through the garbage: Omar and her paramour-turned-husband hit the jackpot practically overnight, and it reeks worse than a former president's skivvies. Where is the House Ethics Committee and the DOJ? Or are we just going to keep pretending this isn't a blatant scam?

If you like my blog and want to Buy Me A Coffee, I wouldn't stop you--it supports my work and I really appreciate it. But no pressure.

Ilhan Omar: is she mentally ill or just mean-spirited?

Omar and her new husband with the wife he
cheated on: her family values
The country is obviously in a medical crisis right now and clearly, it's time for all of us to come together as one and quit the partisan garbage.

But try telling that to leftists like Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) who, on social media, attacked Ivanka Trump for her positive Twitter message of "family together." She obviously suffers from Trump Derangement Syndrome.

But Omar drew a slew of negative responses on social media Thursday after she reacted in her signature mean-spirited way to a pro-family Twitter post by Ivanka

The president’s daughter’s post called for families to make the best of their time at home together during the China virus [COVID-19] outbreak, suggesting they have a “living room camp out” along with sandwiches and other treats.

For Omar, this is a terrible idea because she apparently doesn't view family life in the same way Ivanka and the rest of us see it. Omar has hidden the identities of some family members and allegedly married one of them.

Ivanka simply posted the message: “A fun activity that also brings family together for a meal!”  The post included a past photo of Trump with two of her and husband Jared Kushner’s three children.

Trump also invited her 8.1 million Twitter followers to share their own ideas of family fun using the hashtag #TogetherApart.

How horribly American of her.
Oh, the horror
“It won’t mitigate the fear and pain,” Ivanka wrote in another tweet, “but it may foster some joy. Let’s come together as a community and share ideas on how to entertain our children (and each other) and create some positive memories in an otherwise frightening moment.”

What a horrible thought. Imagine, families acting as families together. They should impeach her and her father for having her as a daughter.

Omar, in her typical, mean-spirited way just couldn't help herself and had to make a political point about President Trump's policies that help keep America a sovereign nation but taking a firm stance on immigration at the U.S.-Mexican border.

“Thinking of all the families separated forcefully by your father’s policies today,” Omar wrote.

Then, mocking Ivanka’s tweet and being the disgusting slut who she is, and was allegedly having an extramarital affair, and recently divorced again and married the person with whom she was alleged to have had the affair, caught some well-deserved flak. One person wrote that her past behavior as just described, made her unqualified to criticize another woman's comments on the subject of family.

“Why do you need to be so hateful?” one responder asked Omar. “Ivanka shared a simple family suggestion and you had to be spiteful and mean. Not something a true leader would do. Awful. I’m praying for this country to heal in all ways. You should try it.”

Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely that Omar prays, and if she actually does, that it would be for something good.

“Now? During the crisis? Free immigration now?” another wrote. “Open borders? You’ve displayed your opportunistic political virtue signaling, lack of patriotism and blatant hypocrisy once again.”

And that's being kind to her.

Some commenters joined Omar in attacking Ivanka Kushner.

“Cool tent Ivanka,” one envious person wrote. “I hope you thanked whichever one of your servants set it up for you.”

Now that's presumptuous. How does this person know that Ivanka's "servant" set the tent up and not Jared or Ivanka herself? But let's not pretend the envy of her wealth isn't causing this person to go "full-out hatred."

But Ivanka also has her own supporters who don't fault her for having money. Unlike Bernie Sanders, who thinks having money at a certain point makes you evil. At one time he said even millionaires were greedy, but stopped saying that once he made his millions; N\now it's only billionaires.

“So many don’t realize how amazing you are,” one commenter wrote. “You’re doing a good job keeping everyone calm. We appreciate your fam.”

And the left says that Republicans and Trump supporters are terrible people. No, we just don't virtue-signal how great we are and how evil they are--that's their shtick, and that's the only bullet in their gun.

But it turns out that, like their ideas, it's a blank.

Ilhan Omar: married again and again

She might not be the greatest friend of Israel. She might not love the Jews. She might not even care very much for the United States of America as it now is, but you got to say one thing for Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), she loves getting married.

And while her personal life is not exactly like the soap opera "As the World Turns," and more like the Carol Burnett satirical version labeled "As the Stomach Turns," you have to admit that as execrable as she is, Omar is interesting.

Omar married Mynett on Wednesday night at an undisclosed location.

Here is her marital history in brief--very brief:

Omar first married Ahmed Hirsi and then married a guy who is likely her brother. Then she married Hirsi again and had kids with him. She was still married to Hirsi when she was alleged to have had an affair with Tim Mynett, her political consultant with whom she paid hundreds of thousands of dollars. Beth Mynett, the creep's wife, when filing for divorce, claimed in the filings that her husband and Omar were knocking knees. Omar, like Tim Mynett, also got divorced from Hirsi.

Omar posted the news that she got married:
BREAKING: Ilhan Omar just announced that she got married. pic.twitter.com/IGFoXraMri
“Got married! From partners in politics to life partners, so blessed. Alhamdulillah.”
Minnesota Reformer's political reporter Ricardo Lopez tweeted:
WaPo in Oct. 2019: “According to Washington Post reporting based on federal campaign finance records, Omar’s campaign paid Timothy Mynett $7,000 in July 2019 and E Street Group, the firm he owns, more than $220,000 in 2018 and 2019 for fundraising consulting and other services.”

From denying being romantically involved with anyone just seven months ago, to married now, this announcement is going to rightfully raise more questions: https://t.co/CNGwgLHnOr

— Ricardo Lopez (@rljourno) March 12, 2020
I can go along with that.

Beth Mynett alleged in court papers that her husband’s traveling and work hours may have been “more related to his affair with Omar than to his actual work commitments,” according to Fox 9 of Minneapolis-St. Paul.

Well Omar can Alhamdulillah all she wants while pretending to be a serious Muslima. She only dresses like one.

Ilhan Omar's marriage: season two

Far-left progressive-progressive and anti-Semite extraordinaire, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) allegedly married her brother for immigration purposes, married another guy before getting a divorce from her brother, and is engaged in an affair with a married man who worked with her campaign while she was married as well.

Now there are new details from a British publication claiming that the Trump-hating trollop is paying off her ex-husband to keep his mouth shut about her alleged affair.

According to The Daily Mail, Ahmed Hirsi, Omar's husband,  “discovered the truth about her torrid affair with her chief fundraiser [Tim Mynett] when he went to her Washington D.C. apartment last spring and found the lovers lounging around in pajamas.”

Multiple sources said that Hirsi left “angry and humiliated” after learning about the affair.

“He suspected she was cheating but she kept telling him he was paranoid,” a source told The Daily Mail. “He told her he wanted to move down to D.C. to be with her but she insisted he should stay in Minneapolis with the children. Eventually he surprised her down there and his worst fears were confirmed.”

Sources told The Daily Mail that Omar allegedly agreed to a financial settlement with Hirsi that would pay him tens of thousands of dollars per year, up to $250,000 total, “but only if he did not speak publicly about the marriage breakdown.”

Sources in the Minnesota Somali community in Omar’s district say that she has “embarrassed” them and that they have lost faith in her due to her alleged infidelity, her decision to hold an event at a distillery [alcohol is forbidden in Islam except in Jannah, or Paradise where the rivers flow with wine], and her stance on LGBTQ rights [homosexuality and lesbianism is strictly forbidden in Islam and is punishable by death].

“It’s almost as if she is deliberately trying to turn her Somali supporters against her,” a source told the outlet. “She is as a figurehead for us, the most famous Somali in America and she had embarrassed us. She is the face of the Somali community.”

Omar has funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars of campaign donations to Mynett, according to Federal Election Committee (FEC) records, and this has gone unpunished or even seriously examined due to fears by officials of Islamophobia.

The anti-Semitic congresswoman's new committee filings submitted Friday morning show that between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2019, her committee made $215,000 in additional payments to the E Street Group, a firm run by political consultant Tim Mynett, Omar’s alleged boyfriend. The payments were reported as going toward consulting, direct mail, research services, travel expenses, advertisements, and graphic design. In other words, for services rendered.

The committee reported hauling in $403,000 in individual contributions while disbursing $404,000 over the last three months of 2019. The $215,000 paid to Omar's alleged paramour's group for its services accounts for 53 percent of the total disbursements from the campaign during this time.

Over the first three quarters of 2019, Omar’s campaign paid out a total of $310,000 to Mynett's E Street Group. Accounting for the fourth-quarter payments, his firm raked in a total of $525,000 from Omar’s campaign in 2019.

The latest developments to emerge from her alleged marital affair are separate from the allegations that she allegedly married her brother, proving, if true, that she is a low-life.

The FBI is currently examining evidence it has obtained pertaining to the alleged marriage,  according to The New York Post.

The newspaper also reported that the FBI was planning on sharing its findings with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials and the U.S. Department of Education.

Will Ilhan Omar get convicted of immigration fraud, and/or campaign finance fraud?

Of course not. What, are you Islamophobic or something?

Ilhan Omar slipped another $150K to her alleged paramour's consulting firm

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) paid an additional $150,000 to Tim Mynett's political consulting firm a mere 3 months after it was revealed by The New York Post. It has been alleged, according to records, that Mynett is schtupping Omar and had been doing so while she was married, this time, not to her brother.

The 37-year-old anti-Semitic congresswoman’s campaign has funneled $146,712.63 to Mynett’s E Street Group since The New York Post reported allegations in August that she was having an affair with her paid consultant.

The latest payments to Mynett’s group were for digital advertising, fundraising consulting and video production. He did not charge her for his other service to her.

When news of the alleged adulterous shenanigans broke, Omar had already paid $223,000 through her campaign since 2018 for fundraising consulting, internet advertising, digital communications, and travel expenses to the E Street Group. The latest grand total is now $370,000.

However, the federal agency slated to probe the campaign finance complaint [against the woman who said of the 911 attacks in 2001 that "some people did something"] is unable to act due to lack of commissioners on the bench to investigate the matter. So Omar did something and apparently will get away with it.

Both Omar and her "alleged" lover Mynett have denied the allegations in Beth Mynett’s divorce papers that states the consultant dumped his wife in April because he was having an affair with the Somali-born [Jew-hater] woman.

In October, Omar filed for divorce from her husband, [who in this case is not her biological brother who she previously divorced] Ahmed Hirsi amid the affair allegations — claiming the marriage was “irretrievable.” The split was finalized on Nov. 5 of this year.

Conservative watchdog the National Legal and Policy Center filed a complaint against Omar with the Federal Election Commission in the wake of the bombshell report — seeking a probe into whether the Democrat used campaign funds to rendezvous [for coitus] with her "alleged" lover.

The Federal Elections Commission requires at least four members to vote on complaints but currently have only three of six commissioner slots filled. Thus they are impotent to do anything about the complaint.

The FEC complaint focused on the fact that more than $12,673.43 of the payments to Mynett were simply labelled “travel expenses” — a potential breach of campaign finance law which states that travel expenses be itemized.

“Our question is whether this was necessary travel or whether she was just bringing her boyfriend along for the company,” NLPC Chairman Peter Flaherty said in August.

FEC spokesman Christian Hilland on Friday said the agency was still open for business but needed the US Senate to confirm a fourth member until it begins investigating campaign finance violations again.

“We are willing to accept reports but we are not able to move forward with any investigatory matters,” he said.

Meanwhile, Omar is free to be obnoxious and anti-Semitic.
