Illegal alien allegedly kidnaps, rapes 13-year-old girl

A 24-year-old illegal alien from Honduras is suspected of kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl at knifepoint in Louisiana. The coward surrendered to the Kenner Police Department on Wednesday. 

The scumcrumpet, Diego Rodriguez-Salvador is accused of holding the child at knifepoint while driving her to his trailer park abode and raping her, WDSU reported. 

Before Rodriguez-Salvador turned himself in to authorities in New Orleans, the police had requested the public's assistance in locating him. WDSU reported that the authorities initially faced challenges in tracking down the suspect because he is "undocumented," with Kenner Police Chief Keith Conley referring to him as "a ghost." By undocumented, it means that he entered the country illegally due to the current administration's failure to close the border or build a wall that former President Donald Trump promised and begun. In fact, the Biden-Harris administration removed part of the wall that was erected and sold it for parts.

“I’ve said it over and over again, it is a challenge for law enforcement across the whole country. When [illegal aliens] come into this country, they’re basically ghosts,” Chief Conley said at a news conference. “They disappear. We have no identifiers. It’s challenging to even identify them through any of our databases.”

This is exactly how the Democrats want it--they hope these illegal aliens will vote Democratic.

The 13-year-old victim told police that she previously knew Rodriguez-Salvador since he was one of her brother's friends. The girl said that Rodriguez-Salvador told her he was driving her to the store, but when she noticed he was driving in the wrong direction, she told authorities that the suspect pulled out a knife. After arriving at his trailer park home, Rodriguez-Salvador allegedly forced himself on the girl.

“Anybody that uses a knife and overpowers a 13-year-old girl to rape them and then flees, that’s a coward,” Conley said. He also said that it is unknown as to when this POS entered the United States. 

The fairly useless Department of Homeland Security is involved in the investigation.

Earlier this year, two men from Venezuela who were in the U.S. illegally were charged with the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston. Prosecutors claim that 21-year-old Johan Jose Rangel Martinez and 26-year-old Franklin Jose Pena Ramos "tricked" Nungaray into going "under a bridge." There, they reportedly "stayed with her for over two hours, took her pants off, tied her up, and killed her," then "threw her body into the bayou.

"Illegal immigration has become a top concern for voters heading into the 2024 election as Customs and Border Protection has reported record numbers of migrant encounters at the southern border under the Biden administration.

Jim Jordan opens inquiry into Jack Smith's "Latest sham indictment"

As summer came to an unofficial end on Labor Day, and the November presidential election looms large, the left is freaking out over their fear that Democrat candidate and current Vice President Kamala Harris is a garbage candidate and will somehow blow the election [no pun intended]. 

Last week Special Counsel Jack Smith filed yet a new indictment against former and possibly future President Trump regarding the Nancy Pelosi-botched January 6th clusterfrack [sic]. Several days after the filing, House Judiciary Committee Jim Jordan (R-OH) fired off a letter to the pencil-neck Attorney General Merrick Garland. Jordan was rightfully angry over the "latest sham indictment" and called Smith's move "Election interference." [H/T  Daily Wire]

If not that, then what is it?

As Jordan began by reminding, the U.S. Supreme Court delivered the Trump v. United States decision on July 1. The ruling established that the office of the president is immune from criminal prosecution. The Court's opinion explained the scope of presidential immunity and criticized Special Counsel Jack Smith for violating this Constitutional principle in his political prosecution of President Donald J. Trump, as Jordan noted.

Referring to Smith's updated indictment from August 27, Jordan expressed concerns that "Special Counsel Smith seems to have breached longstanding Department policy designed to safeguard our democratic processes. Consequently, the Committee needs to know whether you endorsed Special Counsel Smith’s indictment beforehand or if he is continuing to act with prosecutorial authority without your 'meaningful direction or supervision,'" his letter stated, once more referencing the Trump v. United States decision.

Jordan's letter specifically mentions a 60-day rule that advises against filing indictments immediately before a primary or general election. "Even though it isn't formally written into law, there is a broad consensus that the 60-day rule is essential for preserving the integrity of the electoral process," Jordan wrote, citing an op-ed from The Washington Post by Barack Obama's wingman, former Attorney General Eric Holder.

"Special Counsel Smith obtained the superseding indictment against President Trump just 10 days before early voting begins in some states," Jordan's letter continued, going on to comment on how this could affect the upcoming presidential election. "There can be little question that the superseding indictment has some effect on the election, especially coming after the Supreme Court’s opinion on presidential immunity cast significant doubt on Special Counsel Smith’s ability to prosecute the initial indictment."

The letter further criticizes the timing in relation to the Trump v. United States decision. Jordan continued. "In light of the Court’s opinion, Smith’s superseding indictment amounts to the initiation of a prosecutorial action by the Biden-Harris Administration against its opponent in the upcoming election. There is no persuasive argument why Special Counsel Smith could not wait until after the election to file this superseding indictment. It is therefore difficult to believe that the superseding indictment was filed now for any purpose other than to affect the outcome of the election," Jordan continued.

Jordan's letter asks for the following information and documents by September 13, going back from January 1, 2024 to the present:

1. All documents and communications between Main Justice, including but not limited to the Office of the Attorney General, and Special Counsel Smith’s office referring or relating to the superseding indictment filed against President Trump on August 27, 2024.

2. Did you personally approve the superseding indictment filed against President Trump on August 27, 2024? If so, please provide documentation sufficient to reflect your approval.

3. Did you evaluate the superseding indictment against President Trump in the context of the Department’s longstanding policy counseling against prosecutorial action so near an election? If so, please provide documentation sufficient to reflect your evaluation of these issues.

Jordan's letter also mentioned Judge Aileen Cannon, who in July tossed out Smith's classified documents case against Trump. Also last week, just the day before filing the superseding indictment, Smith appealed Cannon's move to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. [H/T Townhall.com]

There does not seem to be any doubt that Smith's move is desperate and politically motivated to prevent Donald Trump from seeking reelection. Allowing this to happen and by extension, jailing the former president, is nothing more than a banana republic type of move and the nation cannot allow this to happen.

Report: Biden-Harris allowed illegal alien rape suspect into USA

The House Judiciary Committee discovered that the suspect was released despite the Department of Homeland Security having the capacity to detain him.

At the age of 19, Angel Matias Castellanos-Orellana, an unauthorized immigrant from Honduras, was taken into custody by the Kenner, Louisiana Police Department. The charges against him include the rape of a 14-year-old girl and the stabbing of a man during a robbery that occurred in February. As reported by the House Judiciary Committee, Castellanos-Orellana had previously been released into the United States under the Biden-Harris administration.

“On October 6, 2023, Angel Matias Castellanos-Orellana, a national of Honduras, was encountered by Border Patrol in Eagle Pass, Texas,” the report reads. “Despite the fact that the alien ‘claim[ed] to have no fear of being returned to their native country,’ Castellanos-Orellana was released with a Notice to Appear in immigration court on an ‘Order of Release [on] own Recognizance’ due to a ‘lack of space,’ with instructions to report to ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in New Orleans.”

The report from the Committee, led by Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), explained that the Department of Homeland Security had the “capacity to detain Castellanos-Orellana before he was released.”

The illegal alien went on to allegedly commit the crimes and was arrested and charged with: armed robbery, aggravated battery, first-degree rape, and aggravated assault.

The report also states that the House Judiciary Committee requested Castellanos-Orellana’s file in late March, shortly after his alleged attack, but had to reiterate its request again in April before finally receiving it in May.

"The report states that the ineffective immigration policies of the Biden-Harris Administration have led to tangible negative outcomes for American citizens. It emphasizes that these policy effects will have long-lasting impacts, as criminal aliens in American neighborhoods continue to compromise families' safety and public security nationwide."

“Castellanos-Orellana’s victims and their families will never be the same because the Biden-Harris Administration allowed the illegal alien to enter and remain in the country,” the report reads. “Tragically, Castellanos-Orellana’s victims and their families are not alone.”

Castellanos-Orellana is part of the millions of illegal immigrants who have entered the United States under the current administration. Vice President Harris and President Joe Biden have overseen the most significant surge in illegal immigration in American history. Over 10 million people have crossed the border since the Biden-Harris administration took office, with approximately 1.7 million illegal immigrants evading capture since 2021. In comparison, the total number of reported gotaways during the Trump administration for the years 2018, 2019, and 2020 was 415,000.

Blinken subpoenaed by House Foreign Affairs Committee

Secretary of State Antony Blinken keeps ducking requests to appear before the House Foreign Affairs Committee regarding the Biden-Harris screwup with the Afghanistan withdrawal that resulted in the deaths of 13 US service personnel. So Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) issued a subpoena.

McCaul, in his letter says that he asked Blinken several times for a commitment to show up to the Committee, but he didn't, neither for the May 22, 2024 or August 12, 2024 hearings, which requested he confirm by August 19th that he would show up for the September 10, 2024 hearing. The letter included a warning to Blinken.

Crickets.

"This letter further indicated that should you choose 'not to appear voluntarily,' I would be obligated to proceed with compulsory process to compel your appearance. The Committee is holding this hearing because the Department of State was central to the Afghanistan withdrawal and served as the senior authority during the August non-combatant evacuation operation (NEO)," this September 3 letter pointed out. "As Secretary of State throughout the withdrawal and NEO, you were entrusted to lead these efforts and to secure the safe evacuation of Americans and Afghan allies. In testimony before the Committee, current and former State Department officials have confirmed that you served as the final decision-maker for the Department on the withdrawal and evacuation. You are therefore in a position to inform the Committee’s consideration of potential legislation aimed at helping prevent the catastrophic mistakes of the withdrawal, including potential reforms to the Department’s legislative authorization."

"Pursuant to your request for a telephone call and our subsequent discussion on August 19 – the response deadline – I informed you that the Committee’s report on the withdrawal will be released on September 9 and that you needed to appear at a hearing to address the findings set forth in the report. During this call, in the interest of the investigation, I agreed to provide you with additional time to finalize a scheduled date for your appearance, which you indicated would be “nail[ed] []down in the next week," McCaul wrote.

McCaul further reminded that there were additional attempts to secure assurances from Blinken regarding his appearance. These included communications from Committee Staff to the Department on August 26 and August 27. Another request was made as recently as August 30.

But who are we kidding? Blinken et al, are above the law because we allow it and the media covers for our top politicians.

Another foreign agent for China acting as top Hochul aide, Feds say

New York, NY -- A former aide to New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) was arrested along with her loving husband Tuesday morning. The couple were accused of acting as agents of the Communist Chinese government [aka CCP], according to the United States Attorney's Office.

Linda Sun, 41, who previously held various positions in New York state government before becoming deputy chief of staff for Hochul, is accused of acting as an undisclosed agent of both the People's Republic of China and the Chinese Communist Party. Thomas M. Fattorusso, Special Agent in Charge of IRS CI New York, stated on Tuesday that Sun allegedly used Chinese funds and her influence within New York state to benefit the Chinese government.

"While appearing to serve the people of New York as Deputy Chief of Staff within the New York State Executive Chamber, the defendant and her husband actually worked to further the interests of the Chinese government and the CCP," officials said.

Sun has been charged with violations and conspiracy to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act, along with visa fraud, alien smuggling, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

Her husband, Chris Hu, 40, faces charges of conspiracy to commit money laundering, bank fraud, and misuse of means of identification.

Prosecutors said that Sun, under the direction of Chinese officials, prevented representatives of the Taiwanese government from meeting with important officials in New York state. Sun also influenced New York governmental messages to match Chinese government priorities and tried to arrange a trip to China for a high-ranking politician in New York, according to the indictment. Hu is charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering, bank fraud, and misuse of identification.

In return, she and her husband got benefits like help with Hu’s business activities in China and free tickets to shows by visiting Chinese orchestra and ballet groups, according to the indictment. A chef working for a Chinese government official even made "Nanjing-style salted ducks" and delivered them to Sun’s parents’ home.

The couple then laundered the money they received, using it to buy their house in Manhasset, a $1.9 million condo in Hawaii, and luxury cars, including a 2024 Ferrari, the indictment states.

United States Attorney Breon Peace stated on Tuesday, "Instead of serving the people of New York as Deputy Chief of Staff within the New York State Executive Chamber, the defendant and her husband were actually working to benefit the Chinese government and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). This illegal scheme funneled millions of dollars to the defendant’s family. Our office is committed to taking vigorous action against individuals who act as covert agents for foreign governments."

The FBI searched the couple's home in Manhasset in late July but declined to release details at the time.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Sun spent approximately 15 years working in state government, holding various positions in Cuomo's administration and eventually becoming Hochul's deputy chief of staff. In November 2022, she transitioned to a role at the New York Department of Labor as the deputy commissioner for strategic business development, but she departed from that position just a few months later, in March 2023.

In a statement, a spokesperson for Hochul's office explained that the administration terminated Sun's employment after "discovering evidence of misconduct."

“This individual was hired by the Executive Chamber over a decade ago. We dismissed her in March 2023 after uncovering evidence of misconduct, promptly reported her actions to law enforcement, and have cooperated fully with authorities throughout the investigation," the statement reads.

The aftermath of Hamas's attack on Netiv Ha'asara in the Negev

The IDF in Gaza have killed the Hamasshole who spearheaded the October 7 massacre on the northwest Negev moshav of Netiv Ha'asara, they reported on Tuesday. And while it cannot bring back the man he killed in front of his children while drinking a Coke afterward, it at least sent the cruel POS to where he belongs: straight to Jahannam.

Ahmed Wadia appeared in video footage from the October 7 attack, seen drinking a Coca-Cola can from the fridge of the Taasa family home. This occurred just moments after he had murdered Gil Taasa, 46, in front of his two youngest sons, Koren, 12, and Shai, 8.

The cruel, sadistic piece of human excrement sipped the Coke in front of the bleeding children before leaving the home. Koren and Shai then ran next door and hid in the safe room for hours before being evacuated.

Israeli fighter jets targeted a Hamas compound close to the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City, resulting in the deaths of eight Hamassholes from the Daraj Tuffah Battalion, as stated in a joint announcement by the IDF and ISA. Among those killed was the Coke sipper, Ahmed Wadia, a member of Hamas’s elite Nukhba force, who had led the invasion of Netiv Ha’asara, a location situated right next to the Gaza border fence.

Another terrorist killed in the strike, as reported by the IDF, was responsible for several combat specialties within the Daraj Tuffah Battalion, including engineering, sniping, and anti-tank operations. This individual also supplied the explosives used to breach the security fence in the Daraj Tuffah Battalion's area during the massacre.

On October 7, Wadia, who was active in Hamas's parachute unit, infiltrated the community using a paraglider. He directed the massacre of 21 residents and orchestrated the kidnapping of one person to Gaza.

Gil Taasa, 46, a senior firefighter at the Ashkelon fire station, was murdered on October 7. That morning, Taasa was at home with his two youngest sons, Koren and Shai. After exhausting his ammunition, terrorists threw a grenade into the shelter where they were hiding. Taasa leaped onto the grenade to save his sons, who were wounded but survived.

Taasa's oldest son, Or, 17, was also murdered by Hamas terrorists at Zikim Beach, where he had gone early in the morning to surf with friends.

“My sons are happy and that’s the most important thing,” said Gil’s widow, Sabine Taasa, after receiving the news of Wadia’s death, according to Israel’s Channel 12.

“My son Koren told me he wanted to see a picture of [Wadia] dead. I personally will close the circle only after I know that all Hamas members and [Hamas leader in Gaza Yayha] Sinwar have been eliminated,” she added.

Cornel West says Harris tried to bribe him to drop out of the race

Independent far-left [aka communist] presidential candidate Cornel West made a startling revelation about the lengths the Democratic Party might go to secure a win in the 2024 election.

In an interview on the Status Coup News podcast, West alleged that the Harris campaign had proposed a deal to entice him to withdraw from the presidential race. According to his claim, they attempted to bribe him by promising a comfortable position in Harris' administration if she were elected, as well as an offer to settle his campaign debts.

West has faced opposition from the Democratic Party due to polling data indicating that his candidacy in swing states siphons votes from Harris, potentially benefiting former President Donald Trump.

Podcast host Jordan Chariton, to his credit, did not let West's claim go unchallenged. He pressed for more details, specifically inquiring about the type of position Harris' administration allegedly offered. In response, West began to describe the interaction as a "serious, substantive conversation about all of those that could lead toward some real..." However, he then trailed off and appeared to divert the subject.
There's no doubt that Harris' team would love to see Cornel West off the ballot entirely and throwing his support to them, particularly in the swing states. West doesn't pull all that many voters, but the ones he does attract come almost entirely from the Democrats and Harris' base of support. But it's difficult for me to see how or why Harris would offer him a full cabinet-level position. He might perhaps be considered for a deputy position of some sort or even a role on Harris' staff, but there simply aren't enough of those "secretary" positions to go around considering how many people would be vying for them.

Despite these claims, some critics are labeling this arrangement as "beyond election interference." However, it's well documented through numerous insider "tell-all" books that such conversations are commonplace in Washington, especially during a presidential election cycle. These discussions are generally unofficial and resemble more of a "meeting of the minds" negotiation. For example, when Pete Buttigieg exited the 2020 presidential primary and endorsed Joe Biden, it was widely assumed that he was promised a Cabinet position, though it remains somewhat puzzling how he ended up in the Transportation Department. Similar scenarios can be said for many others.

The two cases do have notable differences. Pete Buttigieg, often referred to as "Pothole Pete," brought much more to the table than Cornel West does. Buttigieg secured a significantly higher percentage of the vote and, as an added bonus, served as an ideal diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) candidate for an administration that had committed to prioritizing DEI beyond basic qualifications. Although Cornel West checks a couple of DEI boxes, he wouldn't be considered "historic" in that regard, regardless of which Cabinet position he would be given.

So, was the narrative Cornel West shared on that podcast authentic? I don't doubt that the conversation took place or was at least mentioned. However, was it a violation of election laws or a case of election interference? Not really. It was just another example of the routine interactions that occur within the political landscape of Washington.

IDF says 6,000 terrorists, twice as many originally believed, invaded on Oct. 7

It was originally believed that there was 60 breaches made in the border fence between Israel and the Gaza Strip on October 7, however after an intense investigation by the IDF, the number was found to be 119, Channel 12 News reported last Saturday evening. So while it was thought that about 3,000 terrorists entered Israel that morning, the number has been increased to about 6,000.

Of them, 3,800 were part of Hamas' elite Nukhba forces, while an additional 2,200 were militants from other Palestinian terror groups, accompanied by Gaza civilians who entered Israeli border towns to loot the homes of those who had been killed.

Originally reported as 60 breaches in the fence, an in-depth investigation has revealed that the terrorists succeeded in creating a total of 119 openings in the billion-shekel barrier.

According to the report, approximately 1,000 additional Hamas militants fired 4,300 rockets from the Gaza Strip towards Israel to provide cover for the invasion. This total far exceeds initial estimates. Remarkably, 3,000 of these rockets were launched within the first four hours of the attack, targeting villages, towns, and cities across southern and central Israel.

Omri Maniv of Channel 12, who disclosed these startling new statistics, commented on X, “These numbers are simply inconceivable. They are double what we previously knew and highlight both the magnitude of the failure and the strength of Hamas’ assault.”

The probe was carried out by the Gaza Division and submitted to IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Herzi Halevi.

On the day known by Israelis as "Black Sabbath," terrorists murdered 1,200 Israelis and foreign nationals, with the vast majority of the victims being civilians, including dozens of children.

This incident is regarded as the worst failure to protect the citizens of Israel in the state's history.

The terrorists targeted residents of Gaza envelope kibbutzim and moshavim, setting entire neighborhoods ablaze with flamethrowers during their rampage. They also penetrated towns as far as Ofakim, 26 kilometers (16 miles) from the border, seizing complete control of the roads in between for hours and shooting anyone who drove by.

Their largest rampage took place at the Nova dance festival just a few kilometers from the border, where 364 mostly young revelers were shot, raped and burned to death, as reported by World Israel News.

The terrorists kidnapped a total of 251 people, with 101 still in captivity. However, Israeli authorities have evidence that at least 35 of these captives are no longer alive.

The 101 reported captives do not include six hostages who were recently killed by their Hamas captors. These six bodies were discovered on Saturday by IDF forces in a tunnel in Rafah, just a kilometer from the location where one hostage, Farhan al-Qadi, was rescued last week.

In response to the report, the IDF issued a straightforward statement: “The operational investigation has not yet been concluded and continues in accordance with the assessment of the situation and operational constraints. Once it is completed, the findings will be presented to the public transparently.”
