What we now know about Judge Boasberg raises serious questions

Well, well, well, it seems Judge James Boasberg, the D.C. District Court’s resident bleeding heart, has been caught with his hand in the partisan cookie jar. According to a judicial ethics report that’s about as subtle as a sledgehammer, this paragon of impartiality—who recently threw a wrench in President Trump’s noble quest to deport illegal alien gang members—attended what can only be described as a Democrat slumber party with gavels, cleverly disguised as a “legal conference” in Sun Valley, Idaho.

How absolutely freaking quaint.

The agenda? Oh, just some light reading: “Judges in a Democracy” and “State of Democracy”—titles so dripping with 2024 Democrat campaign sloganeering that you can almost hear the echoes of “saving democracy” bouncing off the courtroom walls. You know, that tired old chestnut the left trots out every time they need an excuse to weaponize the judiciary against Trump’s America First agenda. Coincidence?

Please, many of us were born at night, but we weren't born last night.

The report, dubbed a “Privately Funded Seminar Disclosure Report” (because nothing screams transparency like a vague title), confirms Boasberg was there, hobnobbing with the elite, but conveniently forgets to mention if he got a nice fat check for his troubles or just a pat on the back.

“Called a ‘Privately Funded Seminar Disclosure Report,’ the document discloses that Boasberg was in attendance but offers no details of whether Boasberg was paid for his attendance or travel, or what the remuneration was,” reports Just the News. Shocking, right?

A retired Democrat-appointed judge—clearly a stickler for optics—tattled to the outlet, whining that the July 2024 conference’s focus on “judges’ role in a democracy” sounded a tad too much like a certain party’s talking points. Just a tad, mind you.

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, those fine upholders of judicial virtue, says private entities can wine and dine federal judges—oops, “invite them to educational programs”—and cover costs over $480, as long as they disclose some basic financial crumbs. “The rules do not require a specific accounting for each judge, or even how much was paid to judges at all,” because why would we want accountability when we can have ambiguity?

Boasberg’s “payment” might’ve just been a reimbursement for his organic kale smoothie tab, but when Just the News asked, he pulled a classic liberal move: radio silence.

The whole setup stinks worse than Joe Biden's skivvies in August.

Boasberg jets off to this Rodel Institute Judicial Fellowship—where he’s a shiny new first-year fellow, according to their website—rubs elbows with Trump-hating faculty advisors (20 of them, all card-carrying members of the “Orange Man Bad” club), and comes back ready to kneecap Trump’s deportation plans.

The Rodel Institute, by the way, is funded by the same shady foundations that bankroll every anti-Trump outfit from here to Portland. Their Board of Directors reads like a who’s-who of Trump Derangement Syndrome: Ian Solomon, Bill and Don Budinger (Don’s a big “no” on Arizona border security and a “yes” on Dem Senate hopefuls), ex-Montana Gov. Steve Bullock (Kamala Harris’s Cabinet shortlist star), turncoat Heather Carter (ditched the GOP for Katie Hobbs), Jamie Woodson (cried about “political disinformation” in 2016), and Rob McKenna, who’s called Trump a “demagogue” with “flimsy” legal arguments. Subtlety, thy name is not Rodel.

So, is it any wonder that after this little liberal love-in, Boasberg decides dangerous gang members deserve a cozy stay in the U.S.A.?

This is peak judicial swamp: unelected robe-wearers sipping Chardonnay at partisan retreats, then ruling based on feelings instead of, say, the U.S. Constitution.

Maybe next time, Judge Jimmy, pick a less obvious spot than a millionaire’s playground for your anti-Trump pow-wow. Then again, the left’s never been great at hiding their disdain for law, order, or that pesky orange guy in the White House.

"Thanks for reading! If you’d like to toss a coffee my way, check out my Buy Me A Coffee—means a lot!"

Comrade Sanders exposed Comrade Kamala as a fraud who scams the voters

Sometimes the truth is accidentally revealed by the far-left because they like to hear the sound of their own voices and don't consider the content.

In an interview on "Meet the Press" Sunday, far-left Senator and Comrade Bernie Sanders (Commie-VT) was enjoying his Brooklyn accent when he said the truth.

When pressed by host Kristen Welker on Harris’s reversal of her former key progressive positions—like her prior support for Medicare for All and a ban on fracking—Sanders’s words revealed the former unspoken truth. The old guy admitted that her current stance is nothing more than a political charade to win votes. [Remember Harris' statement about when she lied in a debate against Biden when she ran for President? Her excuse was "[I]t was a debate. It was a debate," followed by her signature cackle.]

Of course Harris isn't really going to move toward the center, or even the center left. She, like her estranged Jamaican father, is a far-left socialist. In other words, she's further left of socialists.

Sanders' reply to Welker's question about her flip-flopping over her progressive ideals, the same lunatic progressive ideals that Sanders holds, wasn't a defense of the flip-flopping. He said,  “No. I don’t think she’s abandoning her ideals. I think she’s trying to be pragmatic and doing what she thinks is right in order to win the election.”

Kind of like the way she debates, lies and all.

Sanders was being truthful by admitting Harris is scamming the voters rather than having a modicum of principal with a dab of honesty. She hasn't changed her leftist values because she had an epiphany; she's doing it to win the election. Face it, anyone who would have sex with Willie Brown just to get a political appointment, would have no problem with lying to the nation to become its leader.

"I did have s_x with that woman, Miss Harris"

So while Sanders says that her move to the middle is to become more electable to the general public, he is also admitting that his and Harris' interest is their own, not that of the country.

And that is a crappy reason to vote for them. But will independent voters be bamboozled? It's possible, but with Sanders and others with little self-awareness or blatant honesty, they just might catch on.

Cornel West says Harris tried to bribe him to drop out of the race

Independent far-left [aka communist] presidential candidate Cornel West made a startling revelation about the lengths the Democratic Party might go to secure a win in the 2024 election.

In an interview on the Status Coup News podcast, West alleged that the Harris campaign had proposed a deal to entice him to withdraw from the presidential race. According to his claim, they attempted to bribe him by promising a comfortable position in Harris' administration if she were elected, as well as an offer to settle his campaign debts.

West has faced opposition from the Democratic Party due to polling data indicating that his candidacy in swing states siphons votes from Harris, potentially benefiting former President Donald Trump.

Podcast host Jordan Chariton, to his credit, did not let West's claim go unchallenged. He pressed for more details, specifically inquiring about the type of position Harris' administration allegedly offered. In response, West began to describe the interaction as a "serious, substantive conversation about all of those that could lead toward some real..." However, he then trailed off and appeared to divert the subject.
There's no doubt that Harris' team would love to see Cornel West off the ballot entirely and throwing his support to them, particularly in the swing states. West doesn't pull all that many voters, but the ones he does attract come almost entirely from the Democrats and Harris' base of support. But it's difficult for me to see how or why Harris would offer him a full cabinet-level position. He might perhaps be considered for a deputy position of some sort or even a role on Harris' staff, but there simply aren't enough of those "secretary" positions to go around considering how many people would be vying for them.

Despite these claims, some critics are labeling this arrangement as "beyond election interference." However, it's well documented through numerous insider "tell-all" books that such conversations are commonplace in Washington, especially during a presidential election cycle. These discussions are generally unofficial and resemble more of a "meeting of the minds" negotiation. For example, when Pete Buttigieg exited the 2020 presidential primary and endorsed Joe Biden, it was widely assumed that he was promised a Cabinet position, though it remains somewhat puzzling how he ended up in the Transportation Department. Similar scenarios can be said for many others.

The two cases do have notable differences. Pete Buttigieg, often referred to as "Pothole Pete," brought much more to the table than Cornel West does. Buttigieg secured a significantly higher percentage of the vote and, as an added bonus, served as an ideal diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) candidate for an administration that had committed to prioritizing DEI beyond basic qualifications. Although Cornel West checks a couple of DEI boxes, he wouldn't be considered "historic" in that regard, regardless of which Cabinet position he would be given.

So, was the narrative Cornel West shared on that podcast authentic? I don't doubt that the conversation took place or was at least mentioned. However, was it a violation of election laws or a case of election interference? Not really. It was just another example of the routine interactions that occur within the political landscape of Washington.

Biden nominee owns millions in company accused of fueling Mexican drug cartels

"Just put your lips together and blow"

Vanita Gupta, the Biden nominee for associate attorney general, who has called for the decriminalization of all drugs (although she denies it now because she has evolved), owns tens of millions of dollars in a company accused of fueling the Mexican drug cartels and heroin production.

“According to an August 2020 Bloomberg report, American company Avantor sold acetic anhydride to cartels that used it to make high-grade ‘china white’ heroin and methamphetamine,” Fox Business reported. She is a breaking bad babe if there ever was one.

“Biden’s pick for associate attorney general, Vanita Gupta, owns between $11 million and $55 million in the company’s stock, according to her financial disclosure form as reported by ABC News.”

That a lot of smack and pookie.

Following Bloomberg News’s report, Avantor apparently woke up and stopped all sales of the product in Mexico. It's almost as if they had no idea what that stuff was used to manufacture.

“Due to the potential for misuse of acetic anhydride outside of the regulated supply chain, the company has recently chosen to stop all sales of the product in Mexico,” Avantor said. “We have properly discarded all inventory of acetic anhydride in Mexico.”

Now nobody is saying that Avantor knew they were selling this stuff to the cartels and said that all the sales of the product are entities registered with Mexico's health regulator/

Interestingly, Raj Gupta, VANITA'S FATHER, is the CHAIRMAN OF AVANTOR!

And nobody is saying that Raj knew what was happening in the company in which he ran.

Vanita Gupta has previously expressed support for decriminalizing “all drugs” in small amounts, a position that she claims she now no longer supports because of things she experienced in her personal life. [The video below is worth your time to hear Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) destroy her at the confirmation hearing.]

When she was the ACLU deputy director in 2912, Gupta wrote that “states should decriminalize simple possession of all drugs, particularly marijuana, and for small amounts of other drugs.”

Watch Cotton discuss this with her and also watch him catch her in the Democrats' own trap over racism.

Sen. Cotton has focused his attention on trying to derail Gupta’s confirmation to the Department of Justice, where she would serve as the No. 3 official in the department.

“Vanita Gupta, President Biden’s nominee for Associate Attorney General, would make America less safe. She must be stopped,” Cotton posted on Twitter. “More than 83k Americans died from drug overdoses last year, but Gupta wants to ‘decriminalize’ possession of ALL drugs, even fentanyl. Opioids are already ravaging our communities—we shouldn’t give fentanyl, heroin, or cocaine dealers get-out-of-jail-free cards.”

“As recently as last summer, Vanita Gupta called to defund the police,” the Arkansas senator continued. “Her allies in the jailbreak industry—who are clamoring for access to the Biden DOJ—are now trying to deny what she said. But see for yourself where Vanita Gupta stands on defunding the police.”

In a Washington Post fact-check on claims Gupta made during her Senate confirmation hearing, the paper awarded her an Upside-Down Pinocchio for multiple flip-flops. In addition to claiming she no longer supports legalizing “all drugs,” the Post notes:
Gupta also claimed to have no view on qualified immunity, despite having pushed lawmakers to end it only months ago, when she described it as an abomination.

She reversed herself on defunding the police. In July, Gupta testified before the same Senate committee that state and local governments should “decrease police budgets and the scope, role, and responsibility of police in our lives” and shift resources “toward investments in economic opportunity, education, health care, and other public benefits.”

The Biden team says it was another issue she did not really believe in; she was merely communicating the consensus views of her coalition. Well, what did she believe in then? What does she believe in now? And how are observers supposed to tell the difference? For this tango of previously unacknowledged flip-flops, Gupta earns an Upside-Down Pinocchio.
Gupta, like most politicians, will do anything and say anything to get elected or appointed, in her case. That's exactly what Biden did as a make-believe moderate who now shows us he's a wild far-leftist with a lunatic agenda.

The wounds the left is going to impart on the nation are going to leave a mark.
