NY City Council removes important responsibility from the NYPD

The New York Police Department is losing some of its responsibility after the City Council passed two bills Thursday to move those tasks to other agencies. This is the Big Apple's latest political move in response to last summer's Marxist protests for police reform.

The vote in the Council was 39-10 to create a unit in the Department of Transportation that will respond to all automotive crashes where hospitalization will be required. Currently, DOT only responds if someone is killed or expected to die as a result of a crash.

This new law stops short of earlier proposals to keep the police from being involved at all in the investigations, and is now going to have DOT officials on the scenes of accidents in a city where there are over 3,000 crashes annually.

The NYPD will still handle investigations where criminality is suspected but maybe one day that task will be handed over to social workers or people even less qualified if progressives get their way.

“We think this bill does a lot in really centering DOT on being the lead when we’re looking at the root causes and the causes that can [be] made on crashes,” Council Speaker Corey Johnson said.

The council also voted 43-6 to move credentialing of the New York press corps from the NYPD to City Hall to create a more "friendly press." It seems like a conflict of interest but hey, it's New York politics at its finest.

The inappropriate change came after reporters were arrested while doing their jobs during the protests in response the police-custody death of George Floyd, who very well may have died from the high concentration of illegal substance in his system.

In another legislative move, the council passed a resolution to urge the state legislature and Gov. Andrew Cuomo to strip the NYPD police commissioner of the final say in officer discipline, instead giving that power to a civilian panel who are avid viewers of "Law and Order."

It's unknown if the execrable Linda Sarsour will be among the panel.

“Providing the [Civilian Complaint Review Board] with final disciplinary authority would lead to greater police accountability and ensure New Yorkers have a disciplinary process that — from start to finish — is totally independent from the police department,” CCRB Chair Fred Davie said after the non-binding resolution passed.

“Elected leaders who support equitable, independent, impartial civilian oversight of the NYPD can show their commitment to these values by providing the CCRB with the disciplinary authority it needs through the passage of this State legislation.”

Unfortunately, people with impartial, independent oversight in New York City does not exist. NYPD Deputy Commissioner John Miller pushed back on the suggested change because he is aware of this too.

“What people are calling for is accountability,” Miller said. “When you take that accountability away from the chief executive of the organization and hand it to a committee, you have the opposite of accountability. When something goes wrong, all you get is finger pointing.”

City Hall didn’t immediately respond to questions on whether the leftist mayor planned to sign the bills, but he indicated at his morning press briefing that he supported the DOT move, the Sandinista Party in Nicaragua, and Karl Marx.

"Vaccine Passport" required by New York's "Big Brother" leaders

Dumb and Dumber

Well my Big Apple buddies, it's official now. In order to lead a normal life of sorts, you must have a "Vaccine Passport" in the state.

The state's incompetent leaders call it the “Excelsior Pass” and it's already being produced.

Beginning a day after "April Fools," the passport will be required for many social activities and many venues are already demanding you produce it for events involving "arts, entertainment and event venues." Gov. Cuomo's family and others who also have been vaccinated will get the pass, which can be printed out on paper or in an app on your phone, for those of us who can afford a smart phone. For those who cannot afford one but have been vaccinated, they can request a neck implant that can be read by a scanner to attest to the safety of the poor person who cannot afford a smart phone.

If you have a smart phone but leave it home and plan to go to enjoy the artistry of Cardi B perform her WAP presentation, you are out of luck if you cannot produce the pass.

The "Excelsior Pass" allows New Yorkers to prove their vaccination status, or recent history of a negative COVID-19 test, Gov. Cuomo announced in a press release Friday.

“Similar to a mobile airline boarding pass, individuals will be able to either print out their pass or store it on their smartphones using the Excelsior Pass Wallet app,” the news release explained.

New York State has thus far vaccinated roughly half of its eligible citizens after the Cuomo family received their vaccinations. Thus, half the state is screwed out of not being allowed to indulge in "nonessential activities" as defined by Big Brother. On the other hand, half the state will be allowed, including Fredo and Mildred Cuomo.

"Get your shots, comrades!"

Being screwed out of wedding receptions is included as events that will require an "Excelsior Pass" scanner.

This week, CNN said that 14.7 percent of adults in the United States are fully vaccinated, including all the entire Cuomo family, so the disparity is much larger if a plan  as crazy as this shows up at the national level.

But even if the entire nation gets this system in place, Dr. Tony Fauci says that wearing at least two, maybe three masks is a good idea.

While it won’t be part of the initial rollout, large retail chains and even grocery stores are reportedly studying how this system could be put into effect at their establishments.

You can’t be barred from shopping for food and other essentials entirely, but New York City Mayor comrade Bill de Blasio, and Gov. Andrew Cuomo are trying to find a "go-around" to bar those people from eating.

There are no plans in the plan to have exceptions for those people with comorbidities or other conditions that could lead to their physicians to recommend that they avoid the vaccine. So that's just too bad for them. They along with others who did not receive the vaccine can consider themselves second-class citizens on April 2nd.

And don't even try to get into a marriage reception--Big Brother is watching you.

Race hustler Al Sharptongue threatens Manchin and Sinema on how they must vote

Race-baiting, White-hating, always agitating Al Sharptongue (Dickweed-MSNBC), who calls himself a reverend and civil rights leader, threatened to use the same tactics against Senators Joe Manchin(D-W.VA) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) that made him rich--he would accuse them of "supporting racism" if they voted to keep the filibuster.

If anyone is a racist in this conversation, it's Sharptongue. He is also a flaming anti-Semite and cannot hide that fact.

Sharptongue has instigated violence and riots in the past, as for example the 1991 Crown Heights riots that led to the death of a religious Jew named Yankel Rosenbaum. Then there was the Freddy's Fashion Mart violence in 1995 where people were shot and the store was set on fire and people died over Sharptongue's outrage over the Jewish storeowner who he called "a Jewish interloper."

There have been other incidents that can easily be researched, but you get the picture.

"The pressure that we are going to put on Sinema and Manchin is calling [the filibuster] racist and saying that they are, in effect, supporting racism," Sharpton told Politico. "Why would they be wedded to something that has those results? Their voters need to know that."

The filibuster is not racist; a process cannot really be racist because a process hasn't the ability to hate. And the Democrats used the filibuster recently to stop Sen. Tim Scott's (R-SC) bill that would reform the police. In fact, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) who says the filibuster is racist, just used the filibuster to stop Scott's bill from passing, thus declaring herself a racist. She also once said that the filibuster is a tool for standing up to bullies.

Fauxcahontas

Sharptongue is merely a part of a larger push from the left to eliminate the filibuster now that Democrats control both houses of Congress. By eliminating the GOP from having any political say, the left can pass Democrats' election and voting rights legislation known as S.1. This would make elections so corrupt and favoring the left, that it would keep them in power indefinitely.

Manchin said earlier in March that he would "never" stop supporting the filibuster. Sinema has said that she is not open to "changing her mind." It's unclear whether Sharptongue plans to do something to stop their votes.

Their views on the filibuster are important because the Senate is evenly split 50-50, with the deciding vote going to the laughing Vice President Harris. In most legislation, there is a 60-vote threshold to advance to President Biden’s desk.

Progressive [aka socialist] Democrats now that they are in power see the filibuster as an outdated relic that can be used by the minority Republican Party under Sen. Mitch McConnell to derail Biden’s socialist agenda and drive the country down the toilet of Lady Liberty.

At a news conference Wednesday, Senate Republicans said they are prepared to do whatever it takes to block the voting rights bill and predicted Democrats may get rid of the filibuster to usher in the landmark changes. Under this bill, 16-year-olds get to register to vote; write-in votes are fine and ballot harvesting is kosher.

Sen. Tom Cotton, (R-AR), agreed to stay on the Senate floor for long as it takes if Democrats implemented a new "talking filibuster" where the only way to block legislation would be to stand up and talk until the Second Coming.

"I join all my colleagues in saying there is no amount of time that I will not dedicate on the Senate floor to stopping the Democrats from passing this kind of radical legislation," Cotton said Wednesday, flanked by nearly a dozen Republicans at the Capitol.

Meanwhile, President Biden has lost another two-thousand brain cells and Al Sharptongue is still not in prison.

Romney wins "JFK Profile in Courage Award" for voting to impeach Trump

Utah Senator Mitt Romney (RINO-UT) was picked to receive the 2021 John F. Kennedy Presidential Library's Profile in Courage Award only because he was the one so-called Republican to vote in favor of convicting former President Donald J. Trump in his first of two impeachment trials.

“The 2021 Profile in Courage Award goes to Senator Mitt Romney for his vote to convict President Donald J. Trump in 2020, and his consistent and courageous defense of democracy,” the JFK Library said. “As the first Senator to have ever voted to convict a President of his own party, Senator Romney’s courageous stand was historic. Despite facing unrelenting criticism and public antagonism following this vote, along with threats to his physical safety and demands that he be censured or expelled from the Republican party, Romney has continued to courageously defend the fundamental principles of democratic governance.”

“Senator Romney’s commitment to our Constitution makes him a worthy successor to the Senators who inspired my father to write Profiles in Courage,” said former Ambassador Caroline Kennedy. “He reminds us that our Democracy depends on the courage, conscience and character of our elected officials.”

Other runners-up for this year's award go to the following:

Rep. Ilhan Omar, (D-MN) for her courage to call out the state of Israel for its condemnation of Palestinians who seek to kill Jewish children and adults for the crime of being Jewish. "Ms. Omar stands out as a woman of incredible courage to speak truth to power about people she views as descendants from pigs and apes, who care only about the 'Benjamins,'" the panel stated. "She was also fair minded about the people who did something on 911, which took remarkable courage and a strong religious commitment on her part."

Ilhan Omar and Linda Sarsour, two happy-go-lucky
Jew-hating anti-Zionists

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) for her courageous use of expressive language upon winning her seat in the U.S. House of Representatives saying of the U.S. President Donald Trump: "We're going to impeach this motherf***er." as her young son stood proudly by her f***ing side. "If that isn't courageous, we at the Kennedy Library don't know what is," the judges said.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) for his wild-eyed intrepid search for impeachable information against a sitting president of the United States even in light of the possibility of embarrassment for unsubstantiated claims. "Representative Schiff exemplifies what it means to be a politician," the award judges said. "His courage in the fight against Trump, when no one in his Party had the guts to say anything negative about the President, is what this award is all about."

But in the end, Sen. Romney won the prestigious award. His hatred for former President Trump was only exceeded by his love of the cute soprano in the third row of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and of course, the Benjamins.

Joe You Know Who gets his gaffe cleaned up from transcript after botching Afghan Pres' name

The White House surreptitiously corrected "a Biden" from the President's softball news conference Thursday. He screwed up the names of  Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani and the controversial former head of Pakistan's military whose name is not Ashraf Ghani.

"And General Austin is — just met with Kayani and I’m waiting for the briefing on that," Biden softly mush-mouthed.

Hopefully the briefing will clue him in on the names of the people whose names he botched. Of course, the official White House transcript fixed the name "Ghani" and quietly got rid of Kayani, whose full name is Gen. Ashfaq Parvez Kayani. He left the Pakistani military in 2013 under less than pleasant circumstances due to his often being accused of "double-dealing and bad faith," The New York Times reported.

But besides confusing Ghani with Kayani, Biden appeared to question the legitimacy of Ghani as Afghanistan's president.

"He is the — the 'leader,' quote, in Afghanistan and Kabul. And there’s a U.N.-led process that’s beginning shortly on how to mechanically get people — how to end this war," Biden softly blubbered.

That quote was not changed in the White House official transcript in spite of Ghani's winning a contested presidential election last year. He was sworn in in March but his rival is doing a "Stacy Abrams" by pretending he won. The U.S. recognizes Ghani as the rightful winner of the election, in spite of what Joe may think, if indeed he does.

Biden's news conference with pre-arranged questions on Thursday was the first of his presidency, 65 days after he was inaugurated. There were no tough questions, nothing about the recent gun scandal of Biden's vagrant son Hunter;  nothing about the COVID-19 situation other than self-congratulatory posturing; and no Fox News' Peter Doocy being asked any questions out of fear of journalism.

The president also lied stating that he is committed to transparency on the border, which is exactly the opposite of the truth as he isn't allowing the press access to the cages.

Journalism is in the ICU and there are all kinds of beeps and bells going off. Biden isn't doing much better.

Transgender "woman" sues TSA for being afraid of him and others with gender dysphoria

Rosalynne Montoya

A man who sees himself as a woman [aka transgender woman] accused the TSA of being "transphobic." By definition a phobia is an irrational fear. So people accused of having homophobia are, by definition, afraid of homosexuals. Personally, I don't see it.

Anyway, the guy with gender dysphoria accused the TSA of being "transphobic" saying "Going through the scanner, I always have an "anomaly" between my legs that sets off the alarm."

Rosalynne Montoya, a model and content creator, recently shared an experience with social media users and insisted that TSA is transphobic, not specifying if it was every employee of the TSA or anyone in particular.

Montoya, according to Buzzfeed, is an Arizona-based, Hispanic, bisexual, nonbinary, [two thumbs-up with a snap] transgender woman, which means that he is a man who believes he is a woman, likes having sex with anyone regardless of their genitals, but is also a [nonbinary] person who may experience himself as neither exclusively a man or a woman or perhaps sees himself somewhere in between the two sexes.

Confused yet? So is he.

Montoya was recently traveling from Phoenix to Los Angeles to visit his boyfriend and when he arrived at the airport, he said he was humiliated at the hands of the TSA.

"Can we talk about how horrible it is to travel while being transgender sometimes?" Montoya asked in the now-viral video.

"I always have immense anxiety leading up to going through security. And this means that I totally recognize the privilege of having all of my documents correct. So, the gender marker on my license, for example, says 'female.'" Which is inaccurate but politically correct for the woke of the world.

"But, going through the scanner, there's a male scanner and a female scanner in the TSA checkpoint," Montoya continued. "And, looking at me, you know, I look like a woman and I am a woman. So, that's great. I love having systemic privilege when I feel unsafe, which is in an airport. But, going through the scanner, I always have an 'anomaly' between my legs that sets off the alarm. And so [a female TSA agent] asked me if I had anything in my pants and I told her 'No' and she's like, 'Well, maybe it's just like the metal on your shorts, so let's scan you again.'"

They didn't realize that Montoya's "anomaly" is his penis because he is, after all, a dude who dresses as a woman and thinks that it's the clothes that make the woman, not the biology. See, biology isn't woke; it's science.

Transgender reading time at public library is
sickeningly sexualized

Montoya said that she went through the scanner a second time, only to be told that she needed to be patted down.

"So, I was like look, I'm trans. Just pat me down. And her solution was, 'Do you want to be scanned as a man instead?' I didn't. But, I ended up doing it and then my boobs set off the scanner because, of course," she continued. "So, I tried to make a joke out of it. I was like, 'Oh yeah, there's a lot of plastic in there! It's fine.' So then she was like, 'OK, well we have to pat you down. Do you want a man to do it?' I said, 'No! Absolutely not.'"

After his experience, Montoya said he felt "dysphoric and disrespected." He definitely is dysphoric but why disrespect? He seemed to be treated fairly.

Transgender people put themselves in difficult circumstances. What if a trans woman went to the hospital with symptoms of prostatic cancer but presented as a woman on his ID? Or if the gender was reversed and a transgender man got pregnant? Treatments would at least initially, be compromised.

Montoya victimized himself.

"In the future, I will be signing up and paying for TSA pre-check before my next flight to hopefully prevent this from ever happening to me again, but I shouldn't have to take this extra step in order to feel safe while traveling," Montoya added.

According to the outlet, Montoya said representatives from the TSA headquarters have reached out to him and want to have a conversation with him on Friday.

NYC Mayor Comrade Bill de Blasio heckled at anti-Asian hate vigil

Protesters at an anti-Asian hate vigil heckled and surrounded far-left NY City Mayor Comrade Bill de Blasio (D) last Friday at Union Square. The vigil was held to honor the mostly Asian dead massage parlor workers  who were killed by a mentally ill guy. Two White women were also killed, but that was neither here nor there as far as the media is concerned.

The New York Post reported: “A diverse crowd gathered on 14th Street in Manhattan to demand an end to hate crimes and bias after a lone gunman killed six Asian women and two others in Atlanta-area attacks on Tuesday night.”

Vigil attendees lit candles and held signs with statements such as “Stop Killing Us” and “Stop Asian Hate.”

Video below shows de Blasio being chased before he got into a vehicle and got whisked away by his goons with guns.

He was also heckled when addressing the crowd, the same crowd that his political rival, Andrew Yang addressed.

“Look at the fear, look at the pain in our communities. We must confront it,” de Blasio said. “The City of New York stands as one with all Asian Americans here in New York City and around the country.”

One angry vigilina [my word] was heard yelling, “What are you going to do about it?”

Crickets from the communist.

During a press conference on Thursday, de Blasio suggested that police pay visits to those accused of “hurtful” behavior in light of anti-Asian American crimes, "even if something is not a criminal case." He did not explain his definition of "hurtful" and what the "visits" would entail, but it sure sounds like Big Apple totalitarianism.

It's important to note that the Atlanta shooter who murdered eight people in massage parlors reportedly told police the attack was not racially motivated and he potentially had a “sexual addiction,” officials said Wednesday.

But the legacy media refused to believe him. After all, who's qualified to really know why he murdered those women if not Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo.

Biden uses "cheat sheets" to mush-mouth his way through press conference

Well, it took him 65 days to emerge from wherever he was hiding for President
Biden to hold his first press conference. And if you thought Biden was going to put his cognitive decline on display, it didn't disappoint.

The leader of the free world had to use "cheat sheets" to mush-mouth through the mostly powder puff questions the fawning press asked, and he had photos of the reporters with their names and outlets along with numbers in order to identify them and call them in a specific order, just in case their appearances changed from aging since Biden last saw them and to help the President of the free world make the tough decisions as who to call on and in what order.

One photo from the presser shows the President holding a card labeled "infrastructure: the basic physical and organizational structures and facilities (e.g. buildings, roads, power supplies) needed for the operation of a society or enterprise."

Okay, the definition wasn't included as far as we can tell, but he probably needed to be reminded of it as his cognitive deficits are becoming obvious while being denied by the legacy media. But what was seen on the card was a bullet point noting "China spends 3 times more on infrastructure than U.S." That's a very hard number for Biden to recall.

Just 25 reporters were allowed to attend the presser. Biden took a limited number of questions from a list of pre-selected reporters before leaving the podium. Although Fox News' Peter Doocy was in the room, Biden avoided calling on him due to his fear that he would be asked questions he wasn't prepared to deal with.

The president said he intends to run for reelection in 2024 if he isn't taken to Heaven before that time. He was asked if he believed he would be running against former President Trump and he responded with his signature "Joker" smile and mumbled something.

He read answers to questions about the crisis at the southern border and his views on ending the filibuster [which changed now that the left is in power]. He also mentioned several times how he is a "nice guy" and the drool-cup-holding press confirmed that in the way some of the questions were framed.

Will this be the last we see of Biden at a press conference while he has his Press Secretary fill in for him?
