Pritzker’s Latest: Handing Out College Cash to Illegals While Illinois Drowns in Debt

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, the corpulent Democrat billionaire with 2028 White House whispers, just inked a bill that has conservatives spitting coffee. The new law throws open the doors of state-funded financial aid to all residents, yes, including illegal immigrants. If you're in Illinois and dreaming of college, Pritzker's got your back, legal status be damned.

Cue the outrage. Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL), didn't mince words, calling it a "slap in the face" to hardworking Illinois families. "Our state is drowning in debt, yet JB Pritzker is determined to drain even more taxpayer dollars to reward illegals," she told Fox News Digital. "It's absolutely shameful." Miller isn't wrong; Illinois' budget is already a train-wreck, and this move isn't exactly screaming fiscal responsibility.

The bill's defenders, like state Sen. Celina Villanueva, are popping champagne. "This law is about making sure no student is left behind because of where they were born," Villanueva said, framing it as a win for "equity." Her office bragged that the measure scraps a "patchwork of confusing and sometimes conflicting requirements" that kept undocumented, DACAmented, and mixed-status students from getting aid.

Translation: if you're in Illinois, you are now eligible for state or local financial aid, whether you're a citizen, a DACA recipient, or, say, a transgender student who didn't register for selective service. The bill has a little something for everyone, except, perhaps, the taxpayers footing the bill.

Villanueva's all-in on the feel-good vibes: "If you live in Illinois and are pursuing higher education, you should have access to the same opportunities as your peers."

Sounds nice, but the Illinois GOP isn't buying it. A spokesperson told the outlet that Pritzker's "prioritizing illegal immigrants at the expense of Illinois families." They added, "Illinois taxpayers should not have their hard-earned dollars pay for benefits to illegal immigrants who shouldn't be here in the first place."

Meanwhile, state Sen. Andrew Chesney (R) took to Fox's Fox & Friends First to pile on, blaming Pritzker's policies for everything from budget woes to a recent deadly collision. He's calling for a serious overhaul of state laws, and you can bet this financial aid stunt isn’t helping Pritzker's case.

So, there you have it: Illinois, already strapped for cash, is now playing Santa Claus with college funds for illegal immigrants. Pritzker is betting this will cement his progressive cred, but with folks like Miller and the Illinois GOP crying foul, it's looking more like a political hot potato. As Miller put it, "It’s absolutely shameful." Wonder how many taxpayers agree.

Useless Stanford Law School Diversity Dean Who Encouraged Protest of Federal Judge Ousted

Stanford Law School no longer employs their diversity administrator who had joined students last March in protest of a sitting federal judge [H/T The Washington Free Beacon].

"I write to share that Tirien Steinbach has decided [yeah, sure] that she will be leaving her role as Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Stanford Law School to pursue another opportunity," Jenny Martinez, the law school's dean, wrote in an email on Thursday.

Steinbach is rumored to be looking for work as a urinal cake installer in a unisex washroom in Sheboygan, WI, a career she is highly qualified to undertake.

"Although Associate Dean Steinbach intended to de-escalate the tense situation when she spoke at the March 9 event, she recognizes that the impact of her statements was not as she hoped or intended."

Steinbach had seized the podium from Kyle Duncan, a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and, in a video that went viral on social media, lambasted the conservative jurist for causing "harm" because he doesn't rule the way Steinbach would like.

"Do you have something so incredibly important to say," she asked, that it is worth the "division of these people?" She went on to tell him that he had to weigh whether the "juice [was] worth the squeeze," a rather cocky turn of a phrase to someone whose is clearly her intellectual superior.

Steinbach also commended the hecklers—one of whom allegedly told Duncan, "We hope your daughters get raped"—telling the students that she was "glad" to see the protest happening. In a conversation with students after the event, she blamed Duncan, not herself, for the verbally aggressive meltdown and obviously hoped for the outcome she pretended afterward that she didn't want.

Have you noticed how the left is intolerant of the right asserting their opinions and legal rulings, but when the shoe is on the other foot, they're the most obvious hypocrites around.

Though Martinez did not say outright Steinbach had been fired, her email implied that Stanford forced the diversity dean out over the Duncan event, and anyone who pays attention to these events, are fairly certain that she was given her walking papers.

Minutes after the Martinez email went out, Steinbach wrote to the school separately to address her departure. "The honor I feel to have held this role," she said, "is undiminished by the circumstances surrounding the event with Judge Duncan."

She deserves to be fired for the disgusting display of insensitive, and illegal behavior she had shown.

Bernie Sanders confused about what he has been advocating his whole life

A fat cat capitalist walks into a bar. The bartender greets him: "Hello Senator Sanders; what can I get you?"

Socialism for thee, but not for me, Bernie Sanders, appeared on HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher" on Friday night, where he demonstrated his profound ignorance.

The senator from Vermont by way of Brooklyn, New York,  lifelong socialist and author of the book, "It's OK to Be Angry About Capitalism" was asked by Maher about the difference between equity and equality and to give his stance on the debate between the two ideas.

"Are we confusing equality of opportunity with trying to guarantee equity in outcomes?" Maher asked the 81-year-old socialist who spent his honeymoon in Russia.

"I think this word ‘equity’ has come into the language in the last few years and before that we didn’t hear it a lot. And I think a lot of people hear ‘equity’ and they hear ‘equality’ like it’s the same word, but it’s not the same word and the same concept," Maher explained to Sanders.

"So how would you differentiate between equity and equality?" Maher asked.

"Well equality, we talk about – uh, I don’t know what the answer to that is," Sanders said, as the audience laughed, realizing this idiot has been pushing equity his whole life and didn't know the difference.

"Equality is equality of opportunity," he added in an attempt to define one of the terms.

Maher, realizing he was interviewing a ideological cretin, continued to push Sanders on the exact definition.

"Equity, I think, is more of a guarantee of outcome, is it not?" Maher said, helping Sanders as the media often does with ignorant Democrats when questions stump them. [See Joe Biden.]

"Yeah, I think so," Sanders said, obviously grateful for the temporary rescue.

"Which side do you come down on?" Maher pressing.

"Equality," Sanders mindlessly responded, completely oblivious to the fact that he has pushed equity his entire life, as socialism and communism do.

The interview obviously went viral.

Political commentator Dave Rubin posted on Twitter:
"This should officially end the Bernie Sanders Grift."

"It shouldn’t end because he’s a fraud and anyone with half a brain knew it. It should end because he doesn’t know the difference between equity/equality, then fumbles out that he’s for equality…despite his entire socialist progressive exercise built on equity,"
Rubin added a clown emoji at the end of the tweet.

Former CIA agent and radio host Buck Sexton tweeted:
"Bernie Sanders is an ignorant moron who doesn’t understand the foundational tenets of the belief system he’s been pushing for 60 years."
And there were many, many others who saw Bernie for the ignoramus that he is. The guy isn't even aware that underneath all the Communist Manifesto talk, he is a capitalist through and through. At his recent show, he was charging people $95 to his fans just to hear him babble his bull.

Privileged White guy tells crowd White construction workers take jobs from non White people

The former Democratic mayor of South Bend, Indiana, from 2012 to 2020 was unable to fix his town of potholes and in 2019, the South Bend Tribune reported that many in the town felt it had the "worst pothole situation in the state." In fact, the Tribune reported one year earlier that potholes at the time were the worst area repair shops had seen in “over 10 years." Lines of vehicles reportedly awaited repair for pothole damages every day.

Today, Buttigieg has been assigned as Secretary of Transportation, mainly because he likes trains and is gay, but over the Christmas and New Year's holidays, his incompetence at the job became as obvious as President Biden's mental status.

It was reported by Fox News that Buttigieg was doing nothing to solve the problems that took place in that time frame and he wasn't even being a stay-at-home mom for his baby he and his husband adopted because men can't have babies, even if the left says they can.

At a Monday conference, Buttigieg was true to form, claiming that construction sites are not employing local workers in minority communities and 'outsourcing' to White people.

Using Buttigieg's logic, if buildings are being constructed in a majority White community, say Manhattan's Upper West Side, then there should be hardly any Black construction workers. I don't know about you, but to me that seems racist.

During the National Association of Counties Conference, White, gay Buttigieg urged those in attendance to work with their contractors and community colleges to build a workforce that reflects the community.

Why?

Shouldn't the most skilled people, regardless of their immutable characteristics, gender, sexual orientation, or political beliefs be given the job?

But now the battle cry on the Left is 'equity.' See how that's working out for us.

We have a guy who can't do his job. From the Ohio train disaster in early February, to the massive airline cancellations, to the potholes of his old town, Buttigieg has failed up. And for him to lecture us on who companies should hire, companies that have nothing necessarily to do with what he was hired to do, is an insult on our intelligence. This guy tried to make the case that our roadways are racist!

How screwed up is that statement?

VP Harris wants to take 'equity' into account regarding Hurricane Ian relief

Harris dresses like a hatless flapper

When asked what she meant after stating that the Biden administration would take "equity" into account when providing natural disaster relief after Hurricane Ian made landfall causing mass destruction, Vice President Kamala Harris dodged the reporter's question.

Harris, who tends to be unprepared when asked actual questions, spoke on Friday after Ian hit Florida as a Category 4 storm, but only 2 mph below being a Category 5. As of this writing, 76 people have been confirmed dead.

Harris made her unsubstantiated comments at the Democratic National Committee's Women's Leadership Forum where white Democrat women virtue signal about systemic racism.

"It is our lowest income communities and our communities of color that are most impacted by these extreme conditions," Harris said. "We have to address this in a way that is about giving resources based on equity, understanding that we fight for equality, but we also need to fight for equity."

So white home owners have escaped the wrath of the storm and no homes nor white lives were lost. Lucky break for white folk.

In a video obtained by Fox News Digital, when asked if she could clarify the comments, she had no answer to the question because her statement is total bull crap.

"Vice President, can you clarify what you meant about equity for hurricane relief," our babbling VP was asked.

Wet crickets.

Christina Pushaw, rapid response director for Republican Governor Ron DeSantis' campaign, tweeted:
"This is false. [Harris’] rhetoric is causing undue panic and must be clarified. FEMA Individual Assistance is already available to all Floridians impacted by Hurricane Ian, regardless of race or background."
On Friday, the White House said that it's working with Gov. DeSantis and the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide aid to individuals who were impacted by Hurricane Ian.

DeSantis' office noted that the Governor suspended the state's fuel tax to ease the financial burden on Floridians, and he pushed for debris removal in areas where it's safe to return. Power has been restored to about 2 million residents as of Sunday by the 42,000 linemen working in the state, and they are working to restore an additional 800,000 accounts.

Over 1,600 people have been rescued from the storm as of Sunday morning by over 1,000 search and rescue team personnel. Pallets of food, water and ice have been delivered to local communities, including over 829,000 MREs (Meals Ready to Eat) and 3.8 million bottles of water.

For any federal official, especially a President or Vice President to say that "equity" should be taken into account when making life-saving decisions is preposterous and racist.

Winds of 135 mph and flooding waters don't care what the race, creed or religion is of the people it kills or whose home and property it destroys. Equity has nothing whatsoever to do with national disasters.

FDNY needs more diversity: wants to change that "problem"

New York lawmakers announced new legislation that would require the Fire Department of New York to hire more women and minority fire persons. They did not, however, include "little people" as part of the diversity push and this has many little people [formerly known as 'midgets'] very upset.

The decisions comes after a number of lawsuits against the agency had been filed.

The legislation requires the FDNY to develop and implement a plan by March 1st to ensure firefighters “reflect that of the city’s population as a whole.” Currently, more than three-quarters of firefighters are white men, and less than 1% are women with a zero little person representation.

The package would also broaden transparency requirements within the department, while mandating the FDNY survey each firehouse to identify facility upgrades needed to achieve a safe environment for a mixed-gender workforce. In other words, people who identify as women [whatever that is] would have a separate bathroom and locker area from the men. People who are women who identify as men and men who identify as women would also be accommodated by allowing them to use whichever locker room and toilet facility they want to regardless of the level of discomfort normal fire fighters experience.

The bills follow several other legislative attempts to solve the agency’s diversity "problems" – a threat not just to equity, but to the “fundamental safety of all New Yorkers,” according to Council Speaker Adrienne Adams [no relation to Mayor Eric Adams].

“The credibility of our agencies is connected to their being reflective of those they serve,” Adams said at a hearing on Monday. “And the FDNY is a pivotal agency to public safety.”
