Israel passes law to remove citizenship from terrorists

Israel's Knesset has given final approval to legislation that would strip Israeli citizenship from terrorists whose goal is to kill Israelis. The law would also apply to the families of the scumbags.

The legislation was passed with 94 votes, with 10 anti-Semitic Knesset members, all from Arab parties, voting against it. Yes, Israel actually has Arab members in its parliament while no Arab country on Earth can say the same for having Jews in their government. And still the anti-Zionists/anti-Semites claim Israel is an apartheid state.

The legislation was supported by the opposition and was widely expected to pass, because the opposition party is not suicidal.

The bill empowers the Interior Minister to revoke citizenship or temporary residence status for people convicted of terror and other security offenses. It could also be applied to families that receive terror stipends from the Palestinian Authority. And while it will not stop anti-Israel terrorism [because it's an Islamic edict, Qu'ran 2:191] it will likely make Israel a bit safer.

The Interior Minister will also be empowered to act against terror convicts who do not have a secondary citizenship elsewhere, as long as they have a permanent residence status somewhere outside of Israel. It also enables individuals to be deported to the Palestinian Authority.

The Interior Minister is required to hold a hearing before revoking anyone’s citizenship.

MK Oded Forer of the opposition Israel Beiteinu party, who was one of the law’s initiators, said, “Today we took another step in the fight against terrorism. The law I passed today is a closure order for the terrorist camp funded by Abu Mazen! From now on every terrorist will know that he will pay a heavy price for harming the citizens of Israel.”

The PA is mandated to provide 7% of its annual budget to their "Martyr's Fund," that gives money to Palestine terrorists incarcerated in Israel, and the families of terrorists killed in attacks against Jews. The amount of money may depend on how many Jews were killed in an attack, or how long has the jihadi incarcerated and the size of the family.

Payouts by Ramallah has been going on for years but the issue came into the public spotlights after the murder of Taylor Force, a young U.S. citizen killed by a Palestinian terrorist who went on a stabbing rampage in Jaffa in 2018.

Congress passed the Taylor Force Act, which halted U.S. aid to the Palestinians as long as terror stipends are being paid out. The Democrats of the so called "Squad" which includes Reps. Rashida Tlaib (MI), Ilhan Omar (MN), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY), and Ayanna Pressley (MA) were all against the bill and consider Israel to be the enemy.

Biden wants to once again fund "Pay to Slay" Palestinians but thankfully faces legal challenges

Where on God's green earth did I put that thing for my face?

President Joe Biden is moving fast to restore money to the Palestinians so they can afford to pay the families of jihadis who kill Israeli Jews, and maybe buy some innocent weapons to help the cause. It was former President Trump who stopped the funding and still the Democratic legacy media tried to label him a racist and anti-Semite.

But now concerns are surfacing that the funding could violate existing U.S. law, while rewarding the "pay to slay" behavior of the Palestinian leadership who refuses to stop supporting terrorism and the targeting of Jews. Also, the Palestinian leadership continues to target Israel in international forums such as the International Criminal Court, as well as their refusal to even sit with Israelis and/or Americans to engage in the peace process.

We all know the Palestinians don't want peace with Israel--they want, and openly called for, the total destruction of Israel. "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free." That's their motto and it clearly defines their terms.

Last week, the Biden administration said it would send $90,000,000 in "aid" to the Palestinians.

The impotent U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken bragged on Wednesday plans to restart funding for UNRWA, the U.N. agency that deals with Palestinian refugees. This includes $150 million in direct financial aid to UNRWA, $75 million in U.S. economic support and $10 million in development funding. But there is nothing to be concerned with as American citizens because this money is now labeled "infrastructure."

Asaf Romirowsky, executive director of Scholars for Peace in the Middle East, told JNS that the decision to restore funding to UNRWA is a “serious mistake.”

“UNRWA remains a mainstay of Palestinian rejectionism, characterized by advocacy for the ‘right of return.’ Accountability and transparency are hard to come by at UNRWA, given its monopoly over Palestinians,” he said.

Romoriowsky explained that “if Palestinian statehood is a real goal, then the creation of institutions that foster civil society and democratization should be a priority. UNRWA acts in direct opposition to Palestinian statehood and to the Palestinian Authority.”

In other words, UNRWA is a corrupt, Islamic organization hell-bent in the destruction of the Jewish state.

While the Biden administration—not even in office for its first 100 days—noted that the U.S. aid would bypass the P.A. and go directly to charities in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, additional monies could run afoul of the Taylor Force Act, which prohibits funding to the P.A. as long as it provides "pay to slay" money for terrorists or their families.

It has been reported that Biden will likely hold off on direct economic aid to the P.A. while it determines how to navigate any legal obstacles once he clears out the cobwebs.

“The TFA [Taylor Force Act] stops aid that directly benefits the PA, with limited exemptions for hospitals vaccines and water treatment,” explained Sander Gerber, CEO at Hudson Bay Capital and a fellow at Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA). “Given that Abbas has recently taken control of Palestinian NGOs, it hard to see the PA won’t gain a benefit from US aid.”

Gerber, who helped craft the Taylor Force Act, told JNS: “The point is that money is fungible, and if the P.A. saves money, it can spend it on terror. The Taylor Force Act seeks to stop using U.S. taxpayer dollars in money laundering for terror.”

And if you don't believe the PA will use the money to encourage more terrorist acts against Israel, then you haven't been paying attention to the Middle East and the PA.

Taylor Force Act passes House with bipartisan support

Taylor Force
The Taylor Force Act will cut American funding of Palestinian terrorism. That isn't how our government likes to phrase it, but that's effectively what it will do and it has been passed by the House of Representatives with strong bipartisan support.

The stipulation we are giving the Palestinian Authority (PA) is that as long as they keep paying stipends to terrorists and their families, a scheme often called "pay to slay," we will not give you any more money.

Gee, what a novel thought.

The bill will now go to the full Senate and be voted on as part of the foreign operations bill.

The bill passed "easily" in a voice vote, showing a united front on both sides of the aisle. The Taylor Force Act is named for the U.S. Army veteran who was stabbed to death in March 2016 by a Palestinian scum wafer while Force was visiting Israel.

The terrorist attacker who killed Taylor was later killed, but was described as "heroic" by Fatah, the main Palestinian political faction, and the killer's family gets a stipend from the PA to show their appreciation for his carrying out Allah's work.

The Taylor Force Act would condition U.S. aid to the Palestinians on the PA's ending the reward practice to terrorists and their families.

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee has already approved the legislation with bipartisan support in August and it passed unanimously by the House Foreign Affairs Committee in November.

Force's parents are also working with lawmakers on the Senate version of the bill once they learned the PA's payments are based on the severity of the crime and the amount of time the scum sacks serve in prison.

President Trump told PA President Mahmoud Abbas in May that "peace can never take root in an environment where violence is tolerated, funded and even rewarded." The PA told Trump to shove it--they were not going to stop rewarding terrorism and had the testicular fortitude to challenge the legislation.

In August, after the Senate Foreign Relations Committee approved the legislation by a vote of 17 patriots to 4 anal sphincters, a branch of Fatah called the legislation an "unacceptable act" that will "negatively affect everything that is connected to the Palestinians' rights."

The rights they were referring to specifically was the Palestinians' rights to kill Jews and anyone from the West visiting Israel.

Screw them.
