Parents of young Chiefs fan threaten to sue Deadspin over "blackface" lie

His college education may be paid for

Sports news site Deadspin and their senior writer and full-blown racist, Carron Phillips, may have finally gone too far in his race-baiting career disguised as 'reporting' as the family of 9-year-old Holden Armenta, a Kansas City Chiefs fan, is threatening to sue the outlet after he was accused of being racist for wearing a Native American headdress and painting his face half black and half red. Of course Phillips only showed a sideways photo with the black part of the boy's face. [H/T NY Post]

Holden's parents, Shannon and Raul, have since hired Clare Locke LLP to demand that the sports news site and senior writer Carron Phillips issue a retraction for his story headlined “The NFL needs to speak out against the Kansas City Chiefs fan in Black face, Native headdress.”

They also threatened separate legal action against Phillips, Deadspin, publisher G/O Media and Great Hill Partners in a letter obtained by NewsNation.

“These articles, posts on X and photos about Holden and his parents must be retracted immediately,” the letter warned.

“It is not enough to quietly remove a tweet from X or disable the article from Deadspin’s website. You must publish your retractions and issue an apology to my clients with the same prominence and fanfare with which you defamed them.”

Once Phillips was outed for his race-baiting report and the boy's full face with the red side shown, the former New York Daily News "reporter" went on the attack of the child's Native American headdress and the "Tomahawk Chop" fan gesture. The human pile of dog poop claimed the boy “found a way to hate Black people and Native Americans at the same time.”

“It takes a lot to disrespect two groups of people at once,” he wrote in the article, which has since been correctly tagged with a community note on X branding it “purposely deceiving.”

It's weasels like Phillips who cause people to distrust what they read in the news.

“This is what happens when you ban books, stand against Critical Race Theory, and try to erase centuries of hate,” the racist ironically wrote. “You give future generations the ammunition they need to evolve and recreate racism better than before.”

Well there you go: the critical race theory supporter shows his true ideology.

The boy’s outraged mother, Shannon Armenta, wrote that “[T]his has nothing to do with the NFL,” suggesting the photo was picked purely “to create division.”

“He is Native American — just stop already,” she wrote of her son.

In fact, Holden’s grandfather, Raul Armenta, sits on the board of the Chumash Tribe in Santa Ynez, California, according to the Post Millennial.

Carron Karen Phillips is a race baiting hack and I hope Holden's parents take Deadspin, Phillips, and G/O Media and Great Hill Partners to the proverbial cleaners.

Native activist outs Hollywood producer for falsely producing fake Cherokee background

"Can I get a cowabunga?"

Hollywood producer Heather Rae, 56, lied about her Native American background. She is even less a Native American than Sen. Elizabeth "Running Cons" Warren (D-MA). The latter clocks in DNA-ishly at a 1 in 1024 shot at victimhood, while Rae is only 1 in 2048 for a chance at the victimhood prize.

Native American watchdog group the Tribal Alliance Against Frauds (TAAF) demanded Rae's apology for speaking with forked tongue not in cheek.

Rae, who serves on the Academy of Motion Pictures' Indigenous Alliance claims that she is the daughter of an "Indian" mother and a "cowboy" father, and some so called news outlets reported her having a "Cherokee" parent. But recently, the  New York Post reported about recent claims by Native American activists insist that Rae is, at best, only 1/2048th Cherokee, about the same amount as does Kim Jong Un.

According to the TAAF’s research, Rae has no ancestors recognized by the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, the Eastern Band of Cherokee and the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians. In addition, a divorce certificate from 1969 listed both of Rae’s parents as White and, according to Democrat's standards, racists.

"Being an American Indian person is not just about who you claim to be, it is about who claims you," Tribal Alliance Against Frauds director Lianna Costantino told the New York Post. "And it’s much more than just race. We are citizens of sovereign nations. Being an Indian is a legal, political distinction."

The closest connection TAAF could recognize as a possible Cherokee connection was Rae’s fourth great-grandparent. 

Prior to this allegation, Rae led the Sundance Institute’s Native American program. She also worked as "narrative change strategist" for the "unapologetically ambitious and innovative Native women-led" organization IllumiNative--a takeoff of Illuminati--which sought to amplify "contemporary Native voices."

Her most recent film "Fancy Dance"--a takeoff of Fancy Pants--was also partly funded by the Cherokee Nation and premiered at January’s Sundance Film Festival.

Following this claim, a source connected with IllumiNative allegedly told the Post, "It is important to note that blood quantum minimums and citizenship requirements within the Native community continues to be a sensitive and nuanced issue that has a dark and complicated history. Those within the Native community deserve the space and the agency to have these conversations."

Prior to this accusation, the Native American community was rocked by another scandal in Oct. 2022. Activist Sacheen Littlefeather, who gained notoriety after rejecting Marlon Brando's Best Actor award for "The Godfather" in his stead at the 1973 Academy Awards, was revealed to, in fact, have no Native American heritage. She was simply another victim seeker like Liz Warren, who used her fake claim as a gateway to a Harvard job that might have gone to an actual Native American.

After her death earlier that month, Littlefeather’s sisters Trudy Orlandi and Rosalind Cruz revealed that the activist, born Marie Louise Cruz, was not in the least bit Native American. According to Orlandi and Cruz, Littlefeather had changed her name after believing to find Native American heritage and became more active in protests.

"It's a lie. … My father was who he was. His family came from Mexico, and my dad was born in Oxnard," Orlandi said.

There's a long line of wannabe victims who hope to access the benefits of victimhood. It all kind of stinks when you realize that wanting to be in the victim class is a subtle message to those in that class that they are less than you. That's the soft bigotry of low expectations, aka racism.

Debra Haaland first-ever Norwegian-Native American U.S. Cabinet secretary

Well it finally happened: the U.S. Senate confirmed Rep. Debra Anne Haaland (D) as Secretary of the Interior, making her the first Norwegian-Native American to head a cabinet agency. The exalted position gives her a central role in the fight over so-called climate change, global warming and the evils of capitalism. 

Haaland's father was a Norwegian-American who served in the Vietnam War as a Marine and won a Silver Star. He died in 2005 and is buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

Haaland, a New Mexico  progressive just made the cut in a narrow vote after receiving support from GOPers including Sens. Lindsey Graham (SC) Lisa Murkowsky (AL) and Susan Collins (ME), all Republicans who often vote against party lines because they care more about being reelected than conservative values.

Haaland’s rise to the cabinet comes after Biden was pressured by Native American tribes (who threatened to break treaties and attack forts) and environmental groups led by celebrities arriving in polluting private jets, in support of identity politics. So of course, Biden caved and instead of nominating one of his family members, chose Haaland.

Her embattled two-day hearing last month in the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee became a referendum on fossil fuels extraction. Republicans grilled her about her involvement in the oil pipeline protests, her support of the $93 trillion socialist-inspired Green New Deal climate resolution, and the Biden administration’s pause on new federal drilling leases. 

The 60-year-old Norwegian-Native American who was born in Winslow, Arizona (which brings to mind a song by the Eagles) will oversee land policies of half a billion acres of federal and tribal land, which covers about 20 percent of the country.

 A member of the Laguna Pueblo tribe, Haaland would also oversee the U.S. government’s relationship with some 574 federally recognized tribal nations. 

Senate Majority Leader Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer said Haaland’s appointment will help repair the relationship between the Interior Department and the tribal nations that had not been treated fairly by that agency. Schumer {known as "Uncle Chuck" to Amy Schumer] gave no examples but we can take him on his word because, after all, he is the Senate Majority Leader and he would never lie.

Over 200 real Native Americans sign letter demanding Fauxcahontas clarify her Cherokee heritage

Over 200 actual Cherokee Nation Native Americans and other tribes have written a strongly worded letter to Sen. Elizabeth Warren of the fictional Hiyaliyar Tribe (D-MA) demanding she either explain her claims about having Cherokee ancestry, or admit she speaks with forked tongue and retract her claim.

People have made "dubious" claims to having Native American ancestry for years, and according to the Los Angeles Times, "more than $800 million in government contracts reserved for minorities instead went to companies set up by members of groups with dubious claims to being Cherokee and Creek Indian tribes."

Many of the claims stem from fake or inaccurate family lore that includes "evidence" of Native American ancestry and, like Warren, results from commercially available DNA tests. In the Fauxcahontas case, her 1/1024th positive results could have come from anywhere in North or South America.

But the real proof of her Native American heritage is her MeeMaw's Pow Wow Chow recipe of crab casserole and her own high cheekbones.

But I digress. The group's letter states:

“Your history of false claims to American Indian identity and the defense of these claims with a highly publicized DNA test continue to dog your political career. For Native Americans, this moment is more than an annoyance; it represents the most public debate about our identity in a generation. In a country where Indigenous people are mostly invisible, what Americans conclude from this debate will impact Native rights for years to come.”

So yeah, Elizabeth Warren really kind of sucks and she lies like someone's Bonny over the ocean.

The letter accuses Warren of normalizing the process of “stealing” Native American ancestry to gain some form of notoriety or access to benefits reserved for Native Americans — reserved as a form of restitution for the history of mistreatment at the hands of the United States government. It's not much different than the crime of stolen valor of those of us who have served in the military.

“When you still defend yourself by stating you believed what you heard growing up, you set a harmful example for these white people stealing Native identity and resources with stories very similar to your own,” the group letter states.

Warren claims she didn't benefit from claiming Native American ancestry, but she lies so often it's virtually impossible to know the truth.

Harvard Law School listed Fauxcahontas as a member of a minority group in official publications, and Warren listed “Native American” as her ethnicity on her application for the Bar.  In effect, she stole the heritage of Native Americans.

Warren often has spoken about her family’s history with the Cherokee nation — often using racist stereotypes, like “high cheekbones,” associated with Cherokee ancestry — as evidence of her family’s Native American DNA. One would not be surprised if she claimed she only eats the meat that she kills after eating the heart of the animal and thanking the food god.

Her claims — and a subsequent DNA test in response to President Trump's trolling her into it, revealed Warren to be about as Native American as Ilhan Omar.

Warren responded to the letter late Tuesday, apologizing for her past claims of Native American ancestry.

“I was wrong to have identified as a Native American, and, without qualification or excuse, I apologize,” Warren said, though she did not, as requested, explicitly retract her claims because she knows she will never get elected President and her minority status just might score her another high paying gig.

She also distanced herself from contract abuse, lying that her “situation differs from these cases because I never benefited [from Native American ancestry] financially or professionally” [except at Harvard Law School by beating out the competition].

Leaders of the group that issued the letter noticed that Warren’s apology did not include a retraction. They told the LA Times that it’s clear Warren has “made an effort” to address the injustice but that they “hope that after further dialogue with the campaign, Warren will bravely and publicly tell the truth about her family.”

Hopefully, none of the tribe elders will hold their breath waiting for her to tell the truth, other than telling her truth.

Elizabeth Warren is actually more annoying than Hillary Clinton, a feat that is almost impossible to believe.

Elizabeth 'Runs With Brewsky' Warren formally announces 2020 pres. bid, exaggerates about 'fight for our lives'

Lawrence, MA -- Leaving her war bonnet home, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) formally announced her candidacy for the 2020 Democratic nomination on Saturday in front of a naive crowd of rowdy voters.

Never one to hold back the hyperbole, the pseudo-Cherokee said that she wants to fight for "an America that works for everyone, and beer."

"This is the fight of our lives," she said sounding serious and boring. "The fight to build an America where dreams are possible, an America that works for everyone. I am in that fight all the way," she told the medium size crowd of crazies. "And that is why I stand here today: to declare that I am a candidate for President of the United States of America." She actually was standing there and gets her only checkmark for telling the truth.

The leftist, who launched an exploratory committee in December, made the announcement in Lawrence, Mass., a city described by the Urban Dictionary as: 

"A city in Mass. If Lowell Ma is the "armpit of America" Lawrence is the Taint. ...It's population's main income is welfare and drugs, although there is a thriving Barber Shop/Auto Accessory market. ..."

Before making her announcement, Warren said, “Lawrence has a history of working people coming together to make change, where the fight was hard the battle was uphill and where a group of women led the charge for all of us.”

The Urban Dictionary also says of Lawrence that it "can get a little stabby."  resulting from a different kind of fight.

But Lawrence is also a sanctuary city because it limits cooperation with federal immigration agencies that protect legal citizens, in order to provide a safe haven for illegal immigrants who have no respect for our sovereignty as a nation. 

Last year Lawrence was the site of a major fentanyl bust. [Read the Urban Dictionary link above for more insight into Lawrence.]

The decision to pick Lawrence as the site for her campaign launch is in line with her presentation of herself as an economic populist who drinks beer like a regular person and is fighting for the working and middle classes against the rich and big banks and corporations, of which she is a member after leaving the reservation. 

Warren announced last month her plan to impose a "wealth tax" on Americans with more than $50 million in assets which seems unconstitutional, unfair, envious and immoral. Somehow I believe that she and Congress would be excluded from having to pay the wealth tax, just like they were excluded from having to sign onto Obamacare.

Although Warren sort of apologized to the Cherokee Nation for taking a DNA test to "prove" her Native American ancestry, she never came clean and said that she is not a Native American--she merely said that she just doesn't belong to their tribe.

On Saturday, the President Trump's 2020 campaign called her a "fraud" minutes before she made her announcement. This is what is known as "trolling."

"Elizabeth Warren has already been exposed as a fraud by the Native Americans she impersonated and disrespected to advance her professional career, and the people of Massachusetts she deceived to get elected," campaign manager Brad Parscale said in a statement. "The American people will reject her dishonest campaign and socialist ideas like the Green New Deal, that will raise taxes, kill jobs and crush America's middle-class. Only under President Trump's leadership will America continue to grow safer, secure and more prosperous."

Buh bye Liz

But some low-information people will vote for her and she will never win the party's nomination--she isn't black or relatable. She kind of a gloomy phony who can't even pull off drinking a beer properly. However, to her credit, she does have high cheek bones.

The writing is in the smoke signals: not in a good political place right now

Sen. Elizabeth Warren wanted to spend this week building up toward Saturday’s formal launch of her presidential campaign but those plans flew away with the swiftness of the eagle in the canyons of the great hope.

There is yet another misstep in the long-running controversy over the squaw's claim of Native American heritage, with the publication of a 1986 Texas bar registration card showing her – in her own handwriting – identifying as “American Indian," a term that is no longer acceptable in modern parlance.

The development comes as the increasingly competitive Democratic 2020 field is expected to grow even larger, with Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, hated by her office workers, possibly joining the race on Sunday. 

They say you can't swing a dead coyote or paleface settler without hitting a Democrat trying for the 2020 Democratic nomination.

Despite a quick apology by Dances with Honesty Warren [that's her Native American name] the latest twist shows yet again how her fake heritage controversy is proving extremely difficult for the high cheek bone Senator to push beyond.

Some Democratic politicians and pundits say it could continue to upstage the Massachusetts senator in the weeks ahead.

“It’s a distraction,” New Hampshire House Speaker Steve Shurtleff said, meaning that the truth might kill her chances.

“I think it’s something that just keeps her off message and anytime you can’t talk about what you want to talk about, that doesn’t help,” added Shurtleff, referring to Warren's socialist agenda and punishing the rich, not including herself.

The registration card was first reported by The Washington Post. Fox News has verified the existence of the document, the first known instance of Warren claiming Native American ancestry on an official document.

Warren apologized last Friday to the Cherokee Nation for revealing the results of a DNA test last autumn to try and prove her Native American heritage. Not only did the evidence show just a trace amount of Native American lineage, it also angered tribal leaders. On a positive note, Warren may or may not have as much as 1/1024th Native American ancestry. That is, there is a distinct possibility that a South American or Native American male sat on the same toilet seat as Warren's great-great-great-great-great grand Maw Maw, or not.

At this point in time, Warren plans to simply put her ear to the ground and listen to signs of where to go from here. In any case, it will be a tough trail.

Warren admits 'I am not a citizen of any tribal nation' but listen . . .

Fauxcahontas has given up her tribal war bonnet and said, "I am not a citizen of any tribal nation. Only tribes determine tribal citizenship, it's not done by DNA."

See what she did there? She's saying that she isn't an official Native American, but her DNA says she has Native American genes.

Which might be true if 1/64th to 1/1024th part Native American impresses you. Most Western Europeans have better percentages than her, and the test she used "23 and Me," used South American data, not North American, so we don't even know the true accuracy.

For Warren to have a chance in the 2020 presidential campaign with the Democrats, she needs to have the right intersectionality, the right combination of traits: LGBT would put her at the top, but being in any minority group would have helped her chances. So she's apparently still trying to hang onto the notion that she has Indian blood, but she's whiter than the letters on this page.

She even lied when she said: "I've put out ten years of taxes. I've put out my hiring records, all the papers that anybody could find. I put out my family history, shoot, I even took a DNA test. It's there. I am an open book."

Yes. She's an open book, the kind known as a Dime Store Novel.

"Me and Memaw"

Warren listed herself as Native in the Association of American Law School Directory. While at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she taught from 1987 to 1995, The Boston Globe reported that she "had her ethnicity changed from white to Native American." She was also listed as such at Harvard University Law School, where she was a tenured faculty member beginning in 1995.

Warren's DNA test revealed that she might have a Native American family member or a family member from Central or South America, from 6 to 10 generations ago. That would make her the 1/64th and 1/1024th Native American [North or South or Central] as previously mentioned, and that translates to 98.5% to 99.9% white.

Freaking snow is less white than Elizabeth Warren.

Fauxcahontas' DNA test show she may have less Native Indian in her than average Euro-American

Sen. Elizabeth Fauxcahontas Warren (D-Mass.) heavily promoted a DNA test to determine whether she's a liar about having actual Native American heritage or is the real deal.

Well, the test came back and shows that she likely does have some Native-American ancestry . . . just somewhat less than the average European American. In other words, I probably have more Native American in me than she does, and if you're a European American, so do you.

Warren shared DNA results Monday to examine her long-challenged Native-American claim. According to the results, as first reported by The Boston Globe, "the vast majority" of Warren's family tree is European and there is "strong evidence" she has Native-American ancestry "in the range of 6 to 10 generations ago."

So this means she might be  anywhere between 1/64 and 1/1,024 Native American. The chance that she is not Native American might be 50-50, but Vegas isn't getting involved in this one.

Her claim of being Native American is based on a trace amount of that heritage. A trace amount, like a fart in outer space. This should have never given Warren the right to claim minority status, as she did years ago at Harvard, according to her accusers.

"Warren might even be less Native American than the average European American," RNC spokesman Mike Reed said in a statement Monday. He also cited a 2014 study that put her claims in perspective.

The study was the largest-ever genetic profile of the United States and was based on 160,000 people. It examined the average Native-American ancestry for Americans--including European, African and Latino Americans.

The New York Times also reported on the study and according to the study, "European-Americans had genomes that were on average 98.6 percent European, .19 percent African, and .18 percent Native American."

If Fauxcahontas is 10 generations removed from a Native-American ancestor, she would be no more Native American [.09 percent] than any of the groups studied in that research. If she's 1/64 Native American, it amounts to 1.5 percent, or greater than the average European American.

My guess is she's closer to the 1/1,024 number.

I suspect even President Trump has more Native American in him than she has. He likes to call her "Pocahontas" and while he denied it, he said that he'd give her $1 million to a charity of her choice if her DNA showed Native American ancestry.

He probably should have said that it had to be above the average European American.
