Houthis fire missile from Yemen, intercepted by IAF, Houthis angry, wave knives at sky

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said that the Israeli Air Force (IAF) intercepted a missile launched from Yemen earlier today, proving that the Houthis arsenal of missiles is at an anemic level.

As expected, sirens sounded in Jerusalem, Ben Gurion Airport, Rishon Lezion, Modiin, and several settlements in Judea and Samaria as air defense systems reacted to the Houthi's attempt to seem relevant.

The military said the alerts followed standard procedures: some top leaders went for a haircut, others ate a meal, while still others commanded the anti-missile system Iron Dome and shot the sucker right out of the sky.

"We will keel you"

No injuries or damage have been reported and the Houthis are now waving their knives toward the sky in anger.

Israel Katz: "What Israel did to Hezbollah, it will do to Tehran"

With a steely resolve that cuts through the fog of diplomatic nicety, Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz issued a thunderous warning to the Iranian regime on Thursday morning. Tehran, he declared, would meet the same fate as Hezbollah’s shattered remnants in Beirut.

"The Houthis will suffer heavy blows from Israel if they continue to fire at us," Katz proclaimed, his words a gauntlet thrown down to Yemen’s Iran-backed proxies.

Turning his gaze to the Jew hating mullahs in Tehran, he delivered a message as blunt as it was chilling: the "Iranian leadership that funds, arms, and operates the Houthi terrorist organization" can no longer hide behind its web of surrogates. "The era of proxies is over, and the axis of evil has collapsed," he stated, dismantling the myth of Iran’s untouchable reach.

Bigger gonads hath no man.

"You bear direct responsibility," he charged, holding Tehran accountable for its malign machinations. And then, with the clarity of a man who knows history judges the timid harshly, he vowed: "What we did to Hezbollah in Beirut, to Hamas in Gaza, to Assad in Damascus, and to the Houthis in Yemen—we will do to you in Tehran."

This was no idle threat, but a promise etched in the rubble of Israel’s enemies.

In other words, FAFO, Iran.

IDF strikes close down Sanaa International Airport

On Tuesday, the Israeli Defense Forces unleashed a barrage of airstrikes across Yemen, targeting Sanaa International Airport, power stations, and a cement factory—al-Imran, to be precise, north of the capital.

The IDF did not mince words: this facility, they declared, “serves as a significant resource for the Houthi terrorist regime and is used for the construction of underground tunnels and other terrorist infrastructure.” A cement factory, you might ask? Yes, but not merely a place for mixing concrete; a cog in the Houthi machine, churning out the means to burrow and kill Israelis, specifically Jews.

The strikes also hammered Attan in south-west Sanaa, the Haiz Central Power Station in Sanhan district, and the Asr Electricity Station in Ma’een, west of the city, according to Al Masirah, the Houthi mouthpiece. Saba TV, the Houthis’ propaganda arm, wailed that two electricity transformers were hit.

One might almost feel pity for their loss of light, were it not for the darkness they spread. Sanaa’s international airport, nestled north of the city, was not spared either—a fact documented with clinical precision by Israel’s state broadcaster, Kan News, and shared across X for the world to see.

This was no reckless assault. At 2:36 p.m., the IDF issued a rare warning, urging Yemeni civilians to flee the airport--something their enemies never do.

“We call on you to evacuate the area of the airport—Sanaa International Airport—immediately and to warn those around you of the need to evacuate this area immediately,” declared Avichay Adraee, the IDF’s Arabic-language spokesman, in a post on X. “Failure to evacuate and move away from the area puts you in danger.” A map was even provided, lest there be any confusion.

This was the first time Israel had extended such a courtesy to the Houthis, after six prior strikes—silent, swift, and unannounced, including one just the day before. Why the change? The airport, unlike Yemen’s Hodeidah Port or other targets, is a civilian hub. Israel, ever mindful of the optics and ethics its critics ignore, chose to act with restraint where others rarely do.

This latest salvo follows a joint Israeli-US counterstrike on Monday, a response to the Houthis’ audacious ballistic missile attack near Ben-Gurion Airport on Sunday. Twenty fighter jets, dropping 50 munitions, tore into Houthi targets that day. Tuesday’s strikes mark Israel’s seventh assault on the Iranian-backed militia since July 2024—a campaign provoked by over 400 Houthi attacks on Israel throughout this war.

The Houthis, let's be clear, are not some ragtag band of desert rebels. They are, as the IDF stated, a “terrorist regime… operating for the past year and a half under Iranian direction and funding in order to harm Israel and its allies, undermine the regional order, and disrupt global freedom of navigation.”

Monday’s strikes had already gutted the Hodeidah seaport, which the IDF rightly called “a major source of income for the Houthi regime” and a conduit for “Iranian weapons, equipment for military needs, and other terrorist needs.” The Bajil concrete factory, east of Hodeidah, was also hit—an “important economic resource” for the Houthis’ tunnel-digging and military schemes. These are not random targets; they are the sinews of a terrorist enterprise, bankrolled by Tehran, that seeks to strangle Israel and choke global trade.

The US, under its new administration, joined the fray on Monday evening, coordinating strikes in Sanaa. Israel had hoped that over 1,000 American airstrikes since January—when President Donald Trump assumed office—might deter the Houthis without Jerusalem’s direct involvement. But hope is a poor substitute for action.

The Houthis’ strike near Ben-Gurion proved their defiance, and Israel’s response was as inevitable as it was necessary.

Let us not pretend for one moment. The Houthis are not victims; they are aggressors, proxies of an Iranian regime that dreams of Israel’s destruction. Israel’s strikes, far from being disproportionate, are a measured riposte to a clear and present danger. “The IDF is determined to continue to act and strike forcefully at anyone who poses a threat to the residents and citizens of the State of Israel, and at whatever distance is required,” the military declared. Two thousand kilometers separate Jerusalem from Hodeidah, yet distance is no shield for those who would do Israel harm.

In a world quick to condemn Israel’s every move, we must ask: what nation would tolerate 400 attacks without retaliation? What nation would warn its enemies to flee before striking, knowing those enemies offer no such mercy? The answer is plain, and the moral clarity is stark.

Israel fights not merely for its survival but for the principle that civilization must not yield to savagery. The Houthis, and their masters in Tehran, would do well to heed that lesson.

FAFO Yemen, as joint U.S.-Israel forces strike

A Mostly Peaceful Explosion

Let's confront the matter with the clarity it demands.

On Monday night, a senior Israeli official, speaking to Israel's N12 News, confirmed what many suspected: Israel, in concert with the United States, has unleashed airstrikes on Houthi targets in Yemen.

This is no mere reprisal but a calculated response to the ballistic missile that screamed towards Ben Gurion Airport on Sunday, an act of brazen aggression by the Houthis.

Arabic media, as cited by N12, report that over 30 Israeli fighter jets have descended upon the port city of Hudaydah, a Houthi stronghold, or at least it was. The Houthis themselves, with their characteristic bluster, have admitted the strikes, pointing fingers at both Israeli and American forces.

The missile attack, let us not forget, was not without consequence. Six Israelis were injured, and Israel’s principal gateway to the world was briefly shuttered. An initial probe by the Israeli Air Force lays bare the cause: a technical glitch in the interceptor, not a failure of detection or protocol. This was no systemic collapse, but a singular malfunction.

Israel’s defenses, we are told, have thwarted 95% of Yemeni missiles since this wretched war began—a record that speaks to resilience, though not infallibility.

And so, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, with the steel of resolve, has promised retribution. “We have acted and will act again. There will be blows,” he declared.

These are not the words of a man inclined to temporize. The Houthis, and their patrons, would do well to heed them. For when a nation’s survival is at stake, platitudes and half-measures will not suffice. The skies over Hudaydah are now a testament to that truth.

By the way, Hudayday Airport is officially closed.

US hits Houthis leading to "heavy Houthi losses"

The U.S. military has been playing a rousing game of Whack-a-Houthi in Yemen, and the Iranian-backed rebels are taking a beating.

According to a report from Al-Ain media in the UAE, "the US military has intensified its airstrikes on Houthi militia bases, facilities, and command centers in their main stronghold in Saada Governorate, northern Yemen." Saada, for those of you who flunked geography, is a mountainous region near the Saudi border with a capital city of about 50,000 souls living 1,800 meters above sea level—probably wishing they had invested in some better air defense.

The report goes on to say, "The US military launched a new series of airstrikes early Wednesday morning, targeting militia barracks and hideouts east of Saada city and Al Salem district in the same governorate." Locals reported hearing loud booms—shocking, I know—while the Houthis grudgingly admitted to five airstrikes, "including two on Saada city and three on Al Salem district, amid continued intensive US airstrikes." Sounds like someone’s having a worse week than a vegan at a Texas barbecue.

Apparently, the last couple of days—March 24 and 25—have been particularly rough for the Houthis, with the U.S. dropping more than 15 raids on the Sahar and Kitaf districts, plus a couple on the town of Qahza, southeast of Saada. This all comes hot on the heels of the Houthis’ ninth attempt to take a swing at the USS Harry Truman in the Red Sea. Ninth time’s the charm, right? Maybe they should stick to throwing rocks at rowboats.

The report claims the U.S. has been busy, hitting targets in eight of Yemen’s twenty-one governorates. Meanwhile, the Houthis are sticking to their guns—figuratively and literally—vowing to keep targeting Israel and the Truman, which is leading the charge against them. Iran’s IRNA media quoted a Houthi statement saying, "In a statement early on Wednesday, the Yemeni armed forces said its missile, drone, and naval forces struck the targets in response to US attacks against the Arab country and on the 10th anniversary of the Yemeni National Resistance on March 26." Oh, and they’re also claiming to have gone after "Israeli military positions in the occupied Jaffa" with their drone unit, "in line with defending the rights of the Palestinian people in Gaza." Noble, if not exactly a winning strategy.

So, there you have it—a classic Middle Eastern mess with the U.S. dropping bombs, the Houthis shaking their fists, and everyone pretending they’re the good guys. Stay tuned, because this one’s got more sequels than a Marvel franchise.

BREAKING: Houthis launch 2 ballistic missiles

BREAKING: Millions of Israelis sheltered in place in central Israel Thursday afternoon after the IDF said the Houthis fired 2 ballistic missiles from Yemen. Both were intercepted and no casualties were reported.

Since March 18, the Houthis have attacked Israel 7 times, after the IDF resumed fighting in Gaza.

The IDF is telling residents of Gaza to evacuate before military action expands there.

Defense Minister Israel Katz, is warning that Israel may expand into Gaza if the hostages are not released.

Currently there are anti-Hamxs protests in Gaza and while in Knesset, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke about the protests, and supported the efforts of the demonstrators, adding that the policies are working. While he spoke, other members of Knesset yelled out at him in apparent opposition.

Meanwhile, it is believed that 24 hostages of the 59 are still alive, and one of them is an American citizen.

The IAF shoots down Houthi missiles fired from Lebanon

On Friday afternoon, the Israeli Air Force (IAF) shot down a missile launched by Houthi terrorists in Yemen before it could enter Israeli airspace. The military said this was the fourth attack of this kind that week.

Early Saturday morning, the Israeli Air Force (IAF) intercepted three rockets fired by terrorists in Lebanon targeting Metula, a town in Galilee. Three other rockets didn’t make it across the border into Israel. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage, and the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Home Front Command didn’t change its instructions for civilians.

The IDF fired artillery at the launch site and later hit dozens of Hezbollah targets in Southern Lebanon. The Lebanese terrorist group denied being behind the rocket attack. After the incident, IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir reviewed the situation.

This was the first rocket attack from Lebanon since a ceasefire on November 27 ended over a year of fighting with Hezbollah. That conflict started when Hezbollah joined Hamas against Israel the day after Hamas’s October 7, 2023, attack.

“The rocket fire launched this morning toward the Galilee constitutes a blatant violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon and is a direct threat to the citizens of the State of Israel. The State of Lebanon bears responsibility for upholding the agreement,” the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit stated.

Metula’s mayor, David Azoulai, said that of the eight percent of residents who returned after the November ceasefire, some left again after this rocket attack.

The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office said on Saturday, “Government of Lebanon is the party responsible for everything taking place within its territory. Israel will not allow any harm to its citizens and its sovereignty—and will do everything in its power to ensure the safety of the citizens of Israel and the communities of the North.”
Defense Minister Israel Katz added, “We will not allow a reality of fire from Lebanon on Galilee communities. We have promised security and that is exactly what will happen.” He also warned, “The fate of Metula is the same as Beirut,” holding the Lebanese government accountable for attacks from its land.
Meanwhile, the Lebanese Armed Forces posted on X that they found and dismantled three basic rocket launchers north of the Litani River, between Kfar Tebnit and Arnoun, southeast of Nabatieh. They said they’ll keep working to control the situation in southern Lebanon.

Since the ceasefire officially ended on February 18, the IDF has occasionally targeted Hezbollah in Lebanon. On Thursday, they hit Hezbollah rocket launchers in Southern Lebanon and underground sites in the Beqaa Valley. “The IDF will continue to operate to remove any threat to the State of Israel and prevent any attempt by the Hezbollah terrorist organization to rebuild its forces,” the military said.

On Sunday, the IDF attacked a Hezbollah elite Radwan Force command center in Southern Lebanon. Earlier that day, they confirmed gunfire from Lebanon likely hit a parked car near the Avivim border moshav, with no injuries reported.

Last week, Defense Minister Katz said Israeli troops will stay at five key outposts in Southern Lebanon “indefinitely.” These are near Labbouneh (opposite Shlomi), Jabal Blat (opposite Zar’it), hills opposite Avivim, Malkia, Margaliot, and Metula.

On March 11, Israel and Lebanon began talks to settle border disputes, meeting in Naqoura with U.S., French, and Lebanese representatives. They set up three working groups to focus on the five Israeli-controlled points in Southern Lebanon, the U.N.’s Blue Line border and its 13 disputes, and Lebanese detainees held by Israel.

Trump to Iran: Any shots fired by Houthis, "You will be held responsible"

On Monday, President Donald Trump, a man not known for beating around the G.W. Bush, issued a stark warning to Iran—the planet's foremost patron of terror—that any assault by their Houthi proxies in Yemen upon the United States would be regarded as an act emanating directly from Tehran itself.

Just last week, reports emerged that American B-2 stealth bombers—those silent harbingers of precision—descended upon the subterranean arsenals of the Houthis, that wretched band of terrorists who have plagued Yemen and beyond. These are the brigands who, over the past year, have sunk ships and harassed countless others across the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. According to U.S. Central Command, the strikes targeted "hardened underground facilities housing missiles, weapons components, and other munitions used to target military and civilian vessels throughout the region." A clinical operation, one might say, against a festering sore.

"Let nobody be fooled!" thundered Trump on Truth Social, his digital pulpit. "The hundreds of attacks being made by Houthi, the sinister mobsters and thugs based in Yemen, who are hated by the Yemeni people, all emanate from, and are created by, IRAN. Any further attack or retaliation by the ‘Houthis’ will be met with great force, and there is no guarantee that that force will stop there." Here is a leader who sees through the fog of diplomatic niceties to the brutal reality beneath.

"Iran has played ‘the innocent victim’ of rogue terrorists from which they’ve lost control, but they haven’t lost control," he continued, peeling back the layers of Tehran's deceit. "They’re dictating every move, giving them the weapons, supplying them with money and highly sophisticated Military equipment, and even, so-called, ‘Intelligence.’" It is a damning indictment of a regime that cloaks its malevolence in the garb of victimhood.

"Every shot fired by the Houthis will be looked upon, from this point forward, as being a shot fired from the weapons and leadership of IRAN, and IRAN will be held responsible, and suffer the consequences, and those consequences will be dire!" Trump concluded. One can almost hear the drumbeat of retribution in his words, a promise that the United States will no longer tolerate the proxy games of a theocratic tyranny.

Meanwhile, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth—a man forged in the crucible of war—vowed over the weekend that American forces would continue to hammer these Iranian-backed marauders until they renounce their campaign against the arteries of global commerce and the sentinels of Western power. Speaking to Maria Bartiromo on Fox News, he reflected on Saturday’s strikes, which left dozens of terrorists dead. "We’re sitting on four years of deferred maintenance from Joe Biden," he remarked, "where in particular, when you talk about the Houthis, they were allowed for over 100 times to shoot at U.S. ships, to shoot at commercial shipping."

"Four months ago, when we sent a ship through, it was shot at 17 times," he added, laying bare the cost of prior inaction. "Ships haven’t been able to go through for over a year without being shot at. Freedom of navigation is basic. It’s a core national interest, and President Trump has said, we will restore that and we will be unrelenting." Here is a doctrine of resolve, a refusal to let the lawless dictate the terms of the civilized world.

If you would like to support my work, you can Buy Me A Coffee or subscribe. Thank you.

Hegseth’s repeated admonition to Iran—that it had better steer clear of this righteous reckoning—serves as a chilling coda. The message is clear: the United States, under Trump’s unyielding gaze, will not flinch. The Houthis may be the pawns, but Iran holds the strings—and the puppet master will not escape the consequences of its sinister dance.

POTUS watches airstrikes on Houthis in Yemen as increased US military action continues

The Commander-in-Chief watches military response to Houthis

The White House released photos of our Commander-in-Chief, President Donald Trump watching airstrikes on Iran-sponsored Houthis in Yemen on Saturday. Now that Trump is President and Biden is spending a weekend at Bernie's, the U.S. has responded to defend the terror group's aggression toward shipping in the Red Sea.

"President Trump is taking action against the Houthis to defend US shipping assets and deter terrorist threats," the White House posted on X, sharing photos of Trump, along with Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Adviser Mike Waltz.  "For too long American economic & national threats have been under assault by the Houthis. Not under this presidency."

Trump wrote in a Saturday TRUTHSocial post that [as Commander-in-Chief] he had "ordered the United States Military to launch decisive and powerful Military action against the Houthi terrorists in Yemen."

"Our brave Warfighters are right now carrying out aerial attacks on the terrorists’ bases, leaders, and missile defenses to protect American shipping, air, and naval assets, and to restore Navigational Freedom," Trump said. "No terrorist force will stop American commercial and naval vessels from freely sailing the Waterways of the World."

It sounds as if the word 'warfighters' has replaced 'warriors' and 'military.' It definitely sounds cooler.

U.S. Central Command [CENTCOM] said Saturday it "initiated a series of operations consisting of precision strikes against Iran-backed Houthi targets across Yemen to defend American interests, deter enemies, and restore freedom of navigation."

State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce [she's not just a Fox News contributor anymore] said in a statement that Mr. Rubio spoke with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Saturday.

"The Secretary informed Russia of U.S. military deterrence operations against the Iran-backed Houthis and emphasized that continued Houthi attacks on U.S. military and commercial shipping vessels in the Red Sea will not be tolerated," Bruce wrote. "Secretary Rubio and Foreign Minister Lavrov also discussed next steps to follow up on recent meetings in Saudi Arabia and agreed to continue working towards restoring communication between the United States and Russia."

The Houthi-run Health Ministry in Yemen said the strikes killed at least 31 people, which is what they were intended to do along with destroying any Houthi infrastructure that could be destroyed.

The Houthis had been firing upon international shipping using missiles and drones at Israel in what they claimed were acts of solidarity with the Arabs in the Gaza Strip, but what we all know is anti-Semitic hatred that has been going on since Mohammad was a corporal.

The attacks stopped when a make-believe Israel-Hamas ceasefire went into effect in Gaza in January. The Houthis then threatened to renew them after Israel cut off the flow of humanitarian aid to Gaza this month following the Hamas rejection of a U.S. framework for continuing the cease-fire and hostage releases.

Iran has been providing weapons and other military aid to the Houthis and the U.S. Navy seized missile parts made in Iran along with other weapons that were bound for the Houthis.

Gen. Hossein Salami-on-Rye, head of Iran's paramilitary Revolutionary Guard, denied his country was involved in the Houthis' attacks.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, in a post on X, urged the U.S. to halt the strikes and said Washington cannot dictate Iran's foreign policy, especially when it came to the, you know, Joooze! "How can we arm the Houthis and destroy Israel if you're going to destroy the arms?" he asked.

Trump asserted that "[T]he Houthi attack on American vessels will not be tolerated. We will use overwhelming lethal force until we have achieved our objective. The Houthis have choked off shipping in one of the most important Waterways of the World, grinding vast swaths of Global Commerce to a halt, and attacking the core principle of Freedom of Navigation upon which International Trade and Commerce depends."

Trump said that the Houthis "have waged an unrelenting campaign of piracy, violence, and terrorism against American, and other, ships, aircraft, and drones."

"Joe Biden’s response was pathetically weak, so the unrestrained Houthis just kept going," he wrote on TRUTHSocial.

Does anyone in good conscience disagree?

Trump said it has been more than a year since a U.S.-flagged commercial ship safely sailed through the Suez Canal, the Red Sea, or the Gulf of Aden.

"The last American Warship to go through the Red Sea, four months ago, was attacked by the Houthis over a dozen times. Funded by Iran, the Houthi thugs have fired missiles at U.S. aircraft, and targeted our Troops and Allies. These relentless assaults have cost the U.S. and World Economy many BILLIONS of Dollars while, at the same time, putting innocent lives at risk," Trump wrote.

"To all Houthi terrorists, YOUR TIME IS UP, AND YOUR ATTACKS MUST STOP, STARTING TODAY. IF THEY DON’T, HELL WILL RAIN DOWN UPON YOU LIKE NOTHING YOU HAVE EVER SEEN BEFORE!" Trump said.

Shalom.

The president added, "To Iran: Support for the Houthi terrorists must end IMMEDIATELY! Do NOT threaten the American People, their President, who has received one of the largest mandates in Presidential History, or Worldwide shipping lanes. If you do, BEWARE, because America will hold you fully accountable and, we won’t be nice about it!"

The Houthis have targeted over 100 merchant vessels with missiles and drones, sinking two and killing four sailors, during their campaign targeting military and civilian ships between the start of the Israel-Hamas war in October 2023 and January of this year, when the ceasefire in Gaza took effect, according to the AP.

And they have the utter audacity to complain that we killed some of their terrorists in response.

If you would like to support my work, you can Buy Me A Coffee or subscribe. Thank you.

Although the U.S. have attacked the Houthis with the assistance of other nations, Saturday's response was solely American.

The Trump administration re-designated the Houthis as a foreign terrorist organization earlier this month, after the Biden administration had lifted the group's designation in 2021 because he was told to do so by somebody behind the proverbial curtain.

Will we ever know who was running the country into the ground under Biden's tenure?

President Trump orders airstrikes on Houthi rebels in Yemen: issues new warning

The Houthi Air Force prepares for war

Well, folks, President Donald Trump—our fearless dealmaker-in-chief—decided Saturday was the perfect day to drop some serious American thunder on Yemen’s capital, Sanaa. The Commander-in-Chief unleashed a storm of airstrikes like a golden-haired Zeus, promising to pound those Iranian-backed Houthi clowns with “overwhelming lethal force” until they stop playing pirate with ships in one of the world’s busiest maritime chokeholds.

And let me tell you, it’s about time someone with guts took the wheel. The Houthis? They’re whining in Arabic—shocker—claiming nine civilians got caught in the mess.

Look, I’m not saying it’s perfect, but damn if it ain’t a helluva start.

“Our brave Warfighters are right now carrying out aerial attacks on the terrorists’ bases, leaders, and missile defenses to protect American shipping, air, and naval assets, and to restore Navigational Freedom,” Trump blasted out on social media, channeling his inner Maverick from Top Gun. “No terrorist force will stop American commercial and naval vessels from freely sailing the Waterways of the World.”

Hell yeah, Don! That’s the kind of swagger we’ve been missing—pure, unfiltered American badassery.

But wait, there’s more! Trump didn’t just flex on the Houthis—he spun around and gave Iran a big, brassy “you’re next” wink. Cut the strings on your Houthi puppets, Tehran, or get ready to dance, because our man’s promising to hold them “fully accountable.”

This guy’s playing 4D chess while everyone else is stuck on checkers. Just two weeks ago, he dangled a carrot of nuclear talks in a letter to Iran—classy move, right?—but don’t get it twisted: he’s made it crystal clear those nuke dreams are staying in the fantasy aisle.

Over in Houthi-ville, Saturday night turned into an unsolicited fireworks extravaganza. Explosions lit up Sanaa like the Fourth of July, and photos [see below] online showed black smoke billowing over the airport complex—a rat’s nest that doubles as their military playground.

Anees al-Asbahi, the Houthis’ health ministry mouthpiece, ran to social media crying about nine dead and nine more roughed up. Drama queen much?

The Houthis, though, are still strutting like they’ve got something to prove.

Nasruddin Amer, their media deputy, puffed out his chest online: “Sanaa will remain Gaza’s shield and support and will not abandon it no matter the challenges.” Cute. This bravado’s fresh off their threat to start smacking Israeli ships again over Gaza’s blockade. Spoiler: they’ve done squat so far. Big talk, no walk.

Speaking of Gaza, Israel’s been laying down the law, slamming the brakes on aid this month and hinting at “additional consequences” for Hamas if their shaky ceasefire flops.

Meanwhile, the Houthis have been itching to turn the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Bab el-Mandeb Strait, and Arabian Sea into their personal Call of Duty map. Their resume? Over 100 merchant ships blasted with missiles and drones since the Israel-Hamas war popped off in late 2023—sinking two, killing four sailors. They were on a tear until January’s ceasefire hit the pause button. Barely.

Back in Yemen, the Houthis are juggling a dumpster-fire economy and stomping on anyone who dares gripe, all while their civil war keeps the country in the toilet.

Their media crew claimed Trump’s strikes flattened “a residential neighborhood” in Sanaa’s northern Shouab district. Locals said four blasts rocked Eastern Geraf, with women and kids screaming in the chaos. “The explosions were very strong,” Abdallah al-Alffi said. “It was like an earthquake.” No kidding, Alffi—Trump doesn’t mess around.

The U.S., Israel, and Britain have all taken swings at these jokers before, but Israel stayed mum this time. A U.S. official said Saturday was a solo American gig—no coalition wingmen needed. We're not talking about Holder and Obama now kids.

It’s Trump’s first Houthi beatdown of his second term, shattering a rare quiet spell in the region. Biden used to okay these missile barrages when the Houthis got too rowdy, but Trump? He’s running the playbook like a champ.

If you would like to support my work, you can Buy Me A Coffee or subscribe. Thank you.

The USS Harry S. Truman carrier strike group—carrier, three destroyers, and a cruiser—was flexing in the Red Sea, with the USS Georgia, a cruise missile sub, lurking nearby like a silent assassin. And where’s our fearless leader? Calling the shots from his West Palm Beach golf club, naturally—because Trump’s the kind of guy who can save the world and sink a putt in the same afternoon.

“These relentless assaults have cost the U.S. and World Economy many BILLIONS of Dollars while, at the same time, putting innocent lives at risk,” he vented online. Preach, Don! The man’s got the vision to see the big picture and the cojones to fix it. Who else could pull this off? Nobody, that’s who.

Houthis and their blowfish threaten to renew attacks on Israel if Gaza ceasefire ends

Using any excuse they could find, the Houthis and the blowfish are figuratively grabbing their collective crotch, rolling their collective shoulders, and threatening to attack Israel again if the hostages aren't returned. It isn't as if they want the hostages Hamas is holding to be returned, it's just that what will break the truce is the failure to free them, and give the Houthis the excuse to attack. And it isn't even that they need an excuse, but it's good press.

This is important because it shows how Hamas and Gaza are still connected to parts of Iran's ally network. When the attack happened on October 7, many groups supported by Iran tried to help Hamas by attacking Israel. This included actions by Hezbollah, the Houthis, and Iranian-sponsored groups in Iraq.

What's happening now is that some of these groups seem less strong and are not as involved with Gaza anymore. Hezbollah is one of them. However, the Houthis are still going strong. They haven't been stopped even after several Israeli air attacks.

Iranian state media reported on February 12 that "Yemen's Ansarullah movement leader Abdul Malik al-Houthi has warned that Yemeni fighters are ready to 'attack Israel' if the occupying regime resumes its military offensive in Gaza in violation of a ceasefire agreement."

This is one of the most recent warnings from the group. The Houthis had been pretty quiet for a while as the ceasefire was holding. It almost looked like they were not going to be a big issue anymore. But they don't want to be ignored. They're trying to get back into the spotlight.

In a TV speech on Tuesday, al-Houthi said, "Our fingers are on the trigger, and we are ready to respond immediately if the Zionist regime intensifies its attacks on Gaza," the Houthi leader warned. He also spoke about the "security, military, and economic consequences of a potential escalation of conflict, regardless of US support for the regime," according to the Iranian state media IRNA.

The Houthis claim that if Israel invades Gaza again, they'll respond from Yemen. They're also speaking out against US President Donald Trump. The Houthi leader suggests that the Israelis and US want to "seize Islamic holy places; not only Al-Aqsa Mosque, but Mecca and Medina" and this is "also part of this US-Zionist project."

Al-Houthi also "cautioned Arab leaders who might be willing to cooperate with the United States in executing this plan that Americans would not hesitate to abandon them when their interests dictate."

This is significant because the Houthis seem to be threatening Saudi Arabia, the US, and other countries with their increasing aggressive talk.

USAID gave over $18 billion for Jihad to Islamic terror states

Terrorist proudly shows off his nose-cleaning finger while other compensates for
his tiny manhood

USAID is a national security threat. In the United States, Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution defines treason against the United States as consisting only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. On the other hand, sedition is inciting rebellion or resistance against the government, which may be more accurate in te§rms of what USAID has been doing with taxpayer money.

18 U.S. Code § 2339C  prohibits the financing of terrorism, and any person involved in plundering the U.S. Treasury in support of Islamic terror must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, which brings to mind Joe Biden.

“It is really, really a sad day in America,” Rep. Ilhan "Allahu akbar" Omar (D-MN) declared at a rally by Democrats outside USAID headquarters protesting President Trump’s reconstruction of the aid agency.

Actually, the sad day wasn't for America, it was very sad for Somalia and other Islamic nations who would take our taxpayer money and use it for terrorism.

Since 2023, USAID had funneled $2.3 billion in “humanitarian assistance” to Omar’s native Somalia. Last year it reported a request for $1.6 billion in aid and even with the Biden administration on the way out the door, it sent an additional $29 million in December 2024.

The support from USAID to Omar's Somalia has doubled under the Biden administration. With $3.3 billion from USAID allocated over the last 5 years, the end of this financial support for Somalia, which some correctly call an "Islamic terrorist state," must have been tough for the lady who married her brother so he could illegally enter the US and who has close ties to the Somali government.

Former Somali Prime Minister Hassan Khaire once said, “the interest of Ilhan are not Ilhan’s, it’s not the interest of Minnesota, nor is it the interest of the American people, the interest of Ilhan is that of the Somalian people and Somalia.”

Can I get an 'Allahu akbar!"

It's unclear if any members of Omar's Majerteen clan have directly benefited from the billions of dollars in American aid, but given how important the clan is in Somali politics, it's very possible.

Somalia, along with other groups like the Taliban in Afghanistan, the Houthis in Yemen, and Hamassholes in Gaza, have been among the biggest recipients of USAID money.

USAID has claimed to have sent $2.1 billion to Gaza and the West Bank since the Hamas attacks on October 7th. In 2024 alone, USAID planned to spend $917 million in these areas, which some call "terrorist areas" in Israel.

Since taking over Afghanistan, the Taliban received from USAID over $3,700,000,000, with $832 million in the last fiscal year. The money was so hard to track that USAID wouldn't work with the U.S. Government's Afghan War watchdog looking into where the money was going, especially to terrorists.

And while we were fighting the Houthis, who are sponsored by Iran, as they attacked our U.S. Navy ships, USAID kept sending billions to Yemen. In 2024, USAID asked for $2.7 billion for Yemen and allocated $753 million. Over the last 5 years, USAID gave an estimated $3.4 billion to what some might call an enemy terror state.

No wonder the Democrats are running out of adult diapers as Elon Musk's crew audits the books.

Other countries with ties to terrorism that have received a lot of USAID money include Pakistan, which, of course, sheltered Osama bin Laden, receiving about $600 million over the last 5 years. While some American communities struggled for clean water, USAID was busy building water plants for Pakistan's mostly Muslim population, even as they persecuted Christians.

USAID spent over $700 million in Iraq in the last 5 years, even though the country is run by leaders backed by Iran, whose militias have been shooting at American troops.

In Syria, USAID directed $3.4 billion over the past 5 years, despite the country being in a civil war between different groups of Islamists, some aligned with Iran and others with Al Qaeda.

USAID gave $1.1 billion to Lebanon, which is controlled by Hezbollah.

Although USAID can't work directly in Iran, between Yemen, Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq, over $8 billion went to countries with leaders friendly to Iran, not including Gaza.

In total, USAID spent around $18.5 billion on countries labeled as Islamic terror states over those 5 years. And this isn't even a complete list.

Go Elon, go!

Houtis get "IDF'd"

Oil storage tanks get IDF'd

Israel Defense Forces (IDF) struck Yemen's Houthis on Sunday with the mother of all counter-strikes they've received since the war began. The strike was even more massive than the one in July which struck Hodeidah

[H/T The Jerusalem Post.]

Dozens of Israeli Air Force (IAF) aircraft struck 1,118 miles from Israeli territory after the Houthis recently launched three ballistic missiles at Tel Aviv and central Israel, including one on Saturday.

The IAF targeted power plants and a seaport used to import oil and transfer Iranian weapons to the terrorist organization, as well as military supplies.

According to  Al Mayadeen, a Hezbollah-affiliated outlet, the targets of the strikes were oil reserves in Ras Issa and also the port of Hodeidah. This was also confirmed by the IDF.

The Houthi-run Al Masirah announced that the Civil Defense has begun working to put out the fire at the current power station, which was caused by the strikes. In a statement on their X account, spokesperson for the Houthis, Mohammad Abdul Salam said, “The American-backed Zionist aggression is condemned, denounced and rejected and cannot affect the will of the Yemeni people. What the Yemeni people confirm in their million weekly demonstrations is that they will not abandon Gaza and Lebanon.”

They were pulling our collective legs when they said 'Zionist aggression.'

Commanding Officer of the Israeli Air Force Tomer said in a statement, "Anyone who tries to harm the civilians of the State of Israel – we will reach them.” And they can phone that in.

Al Masirah reported that the Yemeni Oil Company issued a statement reassuring citizens that all necessary precautions had been taken, stressing that the supply in all areas under their control was completely stable. They said this to promote calm in the crisis that they initiated by attacking Israel supply shipping.

Additionally, Al Mayadeen reported that Hodeidah's electricity station and airport have both been targeted by IDF strikes. These targets were selected by Israeli intelligence and based on where Iran has been sending weapons to the Houthis, mixing civilian and military locations that were used to attack Israel.

Remember, the Houthis didn't just start attacking Israel this past month, but have been doing so throughout the past year. They have launched tons of ballistic missiles and drones at Eilat. In July, a Houthi launched drone killed a civilian in Tel Aviv, while certain US Democrats cry for the terrorists.

IAF responds to Houthi drone attack on Tel Aviv

On Thursday evening, Tel Aviv was rocked by an explosion near the U.S. Embassy of an unknown source at the time.

The reports came in from downtown Tel Aviv and it was reported that it created significant damage on Ben Yehuda Street at Shalom Aleichem. Residents in the area said that objects were shattered in their homes as a result of the blast.

At the time, Israelis claimed there were no reported attacks from the air, but this later proved to be wrong.

The Home Front Command stated that, "[N]o aerial intrusion into the country's central area was detected, and therefore no alarm was triggered - the incident is under investigation."

Initially, it was unknown how many people were injured in the attack, but two were taken to the hospital with shrapnel injuries, and several others were treated for shock, according to reports.

Later it was found that the Houthis, an Iranian-backed terror group, was responsible for the attack.

On Saturday, the Houthis received a wakeup call from the IDF for its months of attacking commercial vessels in the Red Sea. The IAF fighter jets struck military targets in the area of the Al Hudaydah Port in Yemen in response to all those months of attacks against the Jewish State. In other words, Israel felt that they had taken enough crap from these terrorists.

BADABAHBADAHBING!

Israeli fighter jets conducted an air strike in Yemen on Saturday in retaliation for the Houthi drone attack on Tel Aviv last Thursday, U.S. and Israeli officials said.

Yemen is over 1,000 miles from Israel and this was the first time they directly attacked the Houthis, an Islamic group backed by Iran. The Houthis have harassed and attacked commercial ships in the Red Sea in response to the war started by Hamas, on October 7 when they brutally murdered Israelis in an unprovoked attack.

Saudi television channel al-Hadath reported three people were killed and 15 wounded in the Israeli drone strike. Israel just has had enough and finally went on the offensive. The U.S. knew about the Israeli strikes in advance, and coordinated on them, according to officials, Axios reported.

Yoav Gallant, Israeli Minister of Defense, spoke to U.S. Defense Secretary, Lloyd Austin [who President Biden referred to as the "Black" man] on Friday.

It was a splendid FAFO moment for Israel and hopefully this will give them pause next time they decide to go after the, you know, Jews.

U.S. Navy pokes out the "eyes" of the Houthis

The United States Navy has finally responded to the ongoing attacks by the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen. Their attacks against foreign ships, after doing nothing about it for months, has finally changed.

The Navy struck Houthi rebel radar sites after a merchant sailor and boat went missing in the Red Sea early last week. So far, the U.S. strikes wiped out seven radar sites within Houthi territory, according to Central Command (CENTCOM). The Associated Press (AP) reported that the NAVY did not elaborate on how the sites were destroyed and did not immediately respond to questions so as not to give away the store.

In another instance, two drone boats in the Red Sea that held bombs were destroyed, along with a drone that was launched above the waters from the Houthi terrorists.

CENTCOM reported that a commercial sailor from the Liberian-flagged and Greek-owned cargo carrier Tutor has been missing since Wednesday, after the Houthis used a drone with a bomb on it to strike the boat. In this incident, the crew had to abandon ship and were subsequently rescued by the USS Philippine Sea along with partner forces. but the Tutor remains in the Red Sea and is “taking on water,” the agency said, the AP reports.

This comes after a mid-May attack by the Houthis on a foreign oil tanker in the Red Sea, just after alleged President Biden's staff covertly met with Iran and begged them to get the terrorists to cut it out already. What a bad taste that leaves in one's mouth.

However, it looks as if the U.S. is finally making a move to stop the aggression, perhaps due to the impending presidential election and an effort to make Joe Biden look as if he's sentient.

Of course we should remember that just this past April, the Biden special envoy to Yemen was kicking around the idea of removing the terrorists from the terrorist watch list designation. The Biden administration also thought of changing the military's orders to attack the Houthi's military capabilities, proving to the world just how impaired our so-called leader is.

U.S.N. shoots down anti-ship ballistic missile sent as a gift from Yemen, along with 3 Iranian UAVs

USS Carney

The USS Carney successfully shot down a ballistic missile fired from Yemen, destroyed three Iranian drones  that were too close for comfort for the warship. Also destroyed were a Houthi ground control station and Houthi UAVs in several incidents lasting several hours, as per US Central Command (CENTCOM).

The strikes took place at around 01:30 Sanaa time.

The Iranian-backed Houthi militants fired one anti-ship ballistic missile on Wednesday at approximately 20:30 Sanaa time. The missile exited Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen and traveled toward the Gulf of Aden when it was successfully shot down by the USS Carney, CENTCOM said.

Then, at approximately 21:10, the USS Carney shot down three Iranian UAVs in close proximity to the ship. There were no injuries or damage in either incident, possibly due to the crappy aim of the Houthis.

So far, the US has shown the terrorists that every time they throw a "punch" at us, we will swat it away, but we will not really punch back with any authority because that might cause bad feelings and you might call us racists.

CENTCOM agrees the Houthi targets "presented an imminent threat to merchant vessels and the U.S. Navy ships in the region," but there doesn't seem to be a plan with the Biden administration to do anything more than defensive tactics. But in times of armed conflict, a good defense does not equate to a good offense--this isn't the NFL, dammit.

U.S. hits back at the Houthies anti-ship missile attack: CENTCOM

The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said the military conducted retaliatory, self-defense strikes against the Houthis in Yemen. The target was a Houthi anti-ship missile aimed into the Red Sea early Saturday morning.

The U.S. strike was labeled "self-defense," but perhaps it's time for the world's most powerful military to put a stop to this Houthi bluster and end them once and for all. But Joe Biden is still President so we're going to have to wait.

"On Jan. 27 at approximately 3:45 a.m. (Sanaa time), U.S. Central Command Forces conducted a strike against a Houthi anti-ship missile aimed into the Red Sea and which was prepared to launch," CENTCOM said in a statement.

Some fought, some died, some were just on their way to the dentist

"U.S. Forces identified the missile in Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen, and determined it presented an imminent threat to merchant vessels and the U.S. Navy ships in the region," the statement continued. "U.S. Forces subsequently struck and destroyed the missile in self-defense. This action will protect freedom of navigation and make international waters safer and more secure for U.S. Navy vessels and merchant vessels."

Meanwhile the world blames Israel for their preemptive self-defense strikes against Iran for their genocidal ambitions.

This latest U.S. effort comes after the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorists fired an anti-ship ballistic missile from Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen and struck the Marshall Islands-flagged oil tanker M/V Marlin Luanda at about 7:45 p.m. Friday night Sanaa time, CENTCOM said. The ship made a distress call and reported damage but no injuries were reported, this time.

The attack against the Marshall Islands-flagged oil tanker is the 38th attack by the Houthis since November 19 and the second attack on Friday.

Hey guys, it's time for the U.S. to get the party started. This cannot go on much longer before an American gets hurt or killed.

U.S. Navy seized ship supplying lethal aid from Iran to Houthis

U.S. Navy Forces seized a sailing ship coming from Iran on January 11th that was attempting to bring high tech lethal aid to the Houthi terrorists in Yemen, as reported by U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) on Tuesday.

“U.S. Navy SEALs operating from USS Lewis B Puller, supported by helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), executed a complex boarding of the dhow, [a lateen-rigged ship] near the coast of Somalia in international waters of the Arabian Sea, seizing Iranian-made ballistic missile and cruise missiles components,” USCENTCOM reported

“Seized items include propulsion, guidance, and warheads for Houthi medium range ballistic missiles (MRBMs) and anti-ship cruise missiles (ASCMs), as well as air defense associated components. Initial analysis indicates these same weapons have been employed by the Houthis to threaten and attack innocent mariners on international merchant ships transiting in the Red Sea."

“The direct or indirect supply, sale, or transfer of weapons to the Houthis in Yemen violates U.N. Security Resolution 2216 and international law,” USCENTCOM added, noting that “two U.S. Navy SEALs previously reported as lost at sea were directly involved in this operation.”

“We are conducting an exhaustive search for our missing teammates,” General Michael Erik Kurilla, USCENTCOM Commander, stated. There has to date been no signs of the missing SEALs.

The Navy sank the dhow to the bottom of the sea.
Dhow

“It is clear that Iran continues shipment of advanced lethal aid to the Houthis. This is yet another example of how Iran actively sows instability throughout the region in direct violation of U.N. Security Resolution 2216 and international law,” Kurilla said. “We will continue to work with regional and international partners to expose and interdict these efforts, and ultimately to reestablish freedom of navigation.”

On Monday, the Islamic Republic of Iran launched ballistic missiles that landed near the U.S. Consulate in Erbil, Iraq.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), took responsibility for the attacks, saying that they were the “headquarters of spies” and “anti-Iranian terrorist gatherings in parts of the region.”

And still there are naive Americans, particularly students and paid protesters, who back the Houthis and the Hamassholes and should never be able to work in this country in any government or sensitive job, if at all.

Biden mumbles that Houthis are terrorists but refuses to make it official: says it’s “irrelevant"

Alleged U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden agreed the Houthis are a “terrorist” movement but refused to officially declare them as such as an official designation. He mumbled that to do so is “irrelevant” even though it is very relevant in terms of how the US and our allies deal with them.

The so called President was asked about applying a “terrorist” label only hours after he allegedly ordered airstrikes on Yemen in response to Houthi attacks on commercial vessels in the Red Sea.

“Are you willing to call the Houthis a terrorist group, sir?” a self-described journalist asked the confused 81-year-old commander in chief who was visiting small businesses in Allentown, PA.

“I think they are,” Biden replied, obviously unsure of what to say without his trusty teleprompter giving him the answers.

Later, Biden poo-pooed the need to officially designated the terrorist group as a terrorist group, even after his administration, under the command of a man with prostate cancer, bombarded Yemen, where the Houthis said five people were killed.

The offensive prompted a large anti-American rally in Yemen’s capital Sanaa, where chants. of “Hey hey, ho, ho, Joey Biden’s gotta go” in Arabic. Similar chants in English were apparently heard in Allentown, PA for different reasons.

“A few minutes ago at the coffee shop, you said you think the Houthis are a terrorist group. I’m wondering, how soon are you willing to designate them as such?” another reporter asked.

“It’s irrelevant whether we designate them,” Biden said. “We’ve pieced together a group of nations and we’re going to say if they continue to act and behave as they do, we’ll respond.”

So if labeling a terrorist group as such is irrelevant, what’s the reason we even have that designation? Well, such a designation would allow us to impose stiff penalties on anyone doing business with them.

Hey hey, ho ho.

Biden wakes up and has U.S. strike back at Houthis after they’ve been attacking ships in Red Sea

It seems like President Joe Biden finally woke up from the jasmine blowing softly in his mind and decided to allow the military to strike back at the Houthis who have been attacking the shipping in the Red Sea because maybe they were planning to go to Israel or something.

So on Thursday night, the U.S. and U.K. hit back on the terrorist group firing Tomahawk missiles and joint airstrikes into Yemen targeting launch sites, storage depots, and anything that looked like it could do damage.

The Houthis, an Islamist terrorist, anti-Semitic terrorist group have been targeting commercial shipping routes to show their support for the Hamassholes.

Operation Prosperity is the joint effort by the U.S. and U.K. to protect shipping in the Red Sea, but it was only now that the terrorists are getting the much-deserved payback from us.

The Royal Navy has a guided-missile destroyer, HMS Diamond in the Red Sea, while the U.S. Navy has a carrier strike group featuring the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, a nuclear powered aircraft carrier, one cruiser, and two destroyers. And even with all that, the Houthis have still been like a turd in a public swimming pool.

The Wall Street Journal had reported that Western diplomats informed maritime executives of possible strikes targeting missile and drone launch sites, radars and weapons in Yemen, where the Houthis are based.

Meanwhile, if a strike order was to be enacted when it all began, it had to come from our incompetent Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, who was in ICU for prostate cancer and kept it a secret from everyone. At least Austin has resumed his duties and operational control of the U.S. military on Friday.

To date, we and our allies have been mainly focused on the defense of commercial shipping from the Houthis, rather than having the testicular fortitude to go on the offense fearing an expansion of conflict in the region. Now that we’ve grown a pair and repelled the largest attack thus far on the Red Sea by the scumcrumpets, things could heat up.

The U.S. and U.K. combined have shot down 21 drones and missiles fired by the Houthis.

Grant Shapps, the U.K. Defense Secretary, said the situation has become “unsustainable,” and that it “cannot continue and cannot be allowed to continue."

US-less Secretary of State Anthony Blinken also had something to say on Wednesday. “If these attacks continue… there will be consequences. Again, this represents a clear threat to the interests of countries around the world, and it’s important that the international community come together and respond to that.”

Upon hearing those frightening words by Blinken, the Houthis threw up their hands in complete surrender and the Middle East is no longer a dangerous place to do shipping commerce.

Just kidding.

Blinken flew back to the U.S. on Thursday, after a final stop in Egypt.
