Civil War Erupts At ‘60 Minutes’ As Remaining Hosts Heroically Threaten To Quit Someday, Maybe

Reporters at CBS’s “60 Minutes” are reportedly locked in a brutal internal civil war after several top stars courageously announced they would continue cashing paychecks while issuing a strongly worded ultimatum against the network’s leadership.

Veteran correspondents Lesley Stahl, Bill Whitaker and Jon Wertheim confirmed they had considered leaving the program after a string of firings rocked the newsroom, but ultimately decided they “don’t want to see ‘60 Minutes’ die,” mostly because they still need somewhere to dramatically sigh on camera every Sunday night.

The trio released a fiery statement declaring that “newsrooms are not supposed to be run like dictatorships,” stunning viewers who had long assumed every newsroom was actually run by caffeine, panic and 14 producers yelling “we’re losing daylight.”

CBS executives reportedly fired longtime correspondent Scott Pelley after he detonated during a staff meeting and informed new executive producer Nick Bilton that his qualifications were “slender,” which insiders described as the most devastating insult ever delivered by a man wearing a $4,000 suit while seated in ergonomic outrage.

Bilton, who was brought in by CBS editor-in-chief Bari Weiss, allegedly received a chilly reception from Pelley, who accused Weiss of “murdering” the show, marking the first confirmed homicide committed entirely through editorial meetings and Slack messages.

According to Stahl, Whitaker and Wertheim, producers Tanya Simon and Draggan Mihailovich were removed without explanation.

“As far as we can tell, because no explanation has ever been offered, they were expelled because they fought for our ‘60 Minutes’ values and stood up to protect our independence and integrity,” the correspondents wrote, bravely defending the sacred journalistic tradition of angrily confronting billion-dollar corporations while remaining employed by them.

“We want to express how sorry we are that these principled, fair and honest journalists were treated so shabbily, with such indecency. Tanya deserves to be celebrated, not cruelly cast off. Draggan too. It’s been heartbreaking,” they added, before returning to the newsroom where everyone now reportedly communicates through passive-aggressive eye contact and carefully worded memos.

The group also praised former staffers Sharyn Alfonsi, Cecilia Vega and Scott Pelley.

“This goes for Sharyn, Cecilia and Scott as well, all at the top of the world of TV journalism who exemplified 60 Minutes’ ethos of tough questions and honest storytelling,” they wrote, moments before executives held another emergency meeting titled “Please Stop Calling Each Other Fascists In The Conference Room.”

Despite the turmoil, the correspondents insisted their decision to stay should not be interpreted as support for management.

They warned that remaining at CBS is “categorically not the case” when it comes to endorsing leadership, a distinction experts say is similar to remaining aboard the Titanic strictly to criticize iceberg navigation policies.

The journalists also cautioned they could still leave in the future if the show drifts further from independent journalism.

“If we can continue doing the work that made this show what it is, committing acts of independent, fearless journalism and storytelling, we’re here for it. If not, we leave.”

At press time, CBS denied accusations of political interference, insisting the network’s only interference involves the standard newsroom practice of executives quietly setting everything on fire while assuring reporters it’s completely normal.

Jerry Seinfeld smiles, waves at anti-Semites who heckle him and diddy-bops on down the road

A group of miscreant pro-Hamas [aka anti-Semites] anti-Israel leftists gathered outside the 92nd Street Y in Manhattan to protest Jewish comedian Jerry Seinfeld. I mention Jerry's religion because it's relevant to what happened there.

“Genocide supporter, you support genocide,” the anti-Semitic or low-information cretins can be heard screaming at him. They obviously don't know the definition of 'genocide' or don't care.

Seinfeld was flanked by NYPD officers, New York's Finest. He waved at the hecklers and climbed into a black SUV as the mentally ill idiots screamed and cursed at him mostly for being Jewish. [It was discovered by my crack team of Brain Flushing investigators that he was not Jewish on purpose--it just happened when he was born.]

The crazed protestors continued yelling and cursing at the comedian as the SUV drove away and they stood there without jobs.

Seinfeld had been at an event featuring Bari Weiss, a former NY Times columnist who left the former newspaper due to its censoring of news. She is now the founder of the Free Press and was there delivering the annual “State of the World Jewry” address, as per The New York Post. 

The haters gathered to show their condemnation of Weis criticizing a Palestinian writer, Refaat Alareer, who they claim was killed during Israeli airstrikes. Before his death, Alareer wrote on X that if he died, the blame was on “Baris Weiss and her likes.” Alareer, like all good jihadis, hated Jews, which Bari Weiss. like Jerry Seinfeld happens to be.

Seinfeld has been a overt, and therefore brave, supporter of Israel. He visited the Jewish State in December as a show of solidarity with the country following the October 7 terrorist massacre by Hamas, which the aforementioned supporters think was justified.

“Seinfeld told the families that he feels a deep commitment to raising awareness around the world about the issue of the hostages,” a statement issued by the Hostages and Missing Persons Families Forum Headquarters said at the time, The Times of Israel reported. They also stated that he and his family were “deeply affected” by the stories of “the experiences they heard from the family members and the released hostages.” Seinfeld was wearing a “Bring Them Home” dog tag around his neck when he visited.

Pro-Palestinian protests have become more frequent by anti-Semites in New York, and other celebrities have been targeted as well. Actor Alec Baldwin was confronted last December, and as much as he tends to be an obnoxious jerk, his head is in the right place where Jews and Israel are concerned.

You don't have to be Jewish to recognize the atrocities committed against Israel and the Jews over the centuries. When Jews are poor, they're a burden on society. When Jews are wealthy, they're the oppressors.

Twitter Files: Adam Schiff's office asked Twitter to suspend journalists they didn't like

The latest release of "Twitter Files" shared on Tuesday uncovered posts that revealed California Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff's office asked the tech giant to suspend certain accounts that were critical of the left.

Substack journalist, Matt Taibbi reported that Twitter "received an astonishing variety of requests from officials asking for individuals they didn’t like to be banned." In other words, those journalists who refused to slant their reporting to favor the Democrats should be silenced because that's how banana republics operate.

You may recall that Schiff publicly lied about former President Donald Trump regarding so called Russian collusion. He never admitted the lie nor apologized for spreading it, because, as Saul Alinsky said, "The most effective means are whatever will achieve the desired results." 

And that obviously includes lying.

An example Taibbi shared was a request sent to Twitter in November 2020 by Schiff's office. Schiff hoped the company would do something about  "alleged harassment from QAnon conspiracists" against Schiff's staff. One of the targets for removal was aide Sean Misko.

"Remove any and all content about Mr. Misko and other Committee staff from its service- to include quotes, retweets, and reactions to that content," the request to Twitter read. "Suspend the many accounts, including @GregRubini and @paulsperry, which have repeatedly promoted false QAnon conspiracies."

The office also asked Twitter to "stop the spread of future misinformation on Twitter" regarding committee staff and  "label and reduce the visibility of any content."

Taibbi wrote that the company initially declined to go along with Schiff's request saying "we don't do this," but noted that Sperry was later suspended.

It was also revealed that when Musk initially took over Twitter, the so called "Twitter Files" were vetted by the company's deputy general counsel Jim Baker. It was done without Musk's knowledge and involved the Hunter Biden story, which Baker covered up under the guise that " . . . we need more facts to assess whether the materials were hacked," adding, "it's reasonable for us to assume that they may have been and that caution is warranted."

So the story got buried and Baker got fired.

Additionally, Taibbi reported, "Although several sources recalled hearing about a ‘general’ warning from federal law enforcement that summer about possible foreign hacks, there’s no evidence - that I've seen - of any government involvement in the laptop story." 

The second installment of the "Twitter Files" was published by The Free Press editor Bari Weiss. The posts revealed Twitter's "blacklisting" of prominent conservatives, including Fox News' Dan Bongino, Turning Point USA's Charlie Kirk, as well as Stanford University's Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, who opposed the COVID lockdowns and the groupthink during the pandemic.

One of the most egregious banning on the platform was the popular account Libs of TikTok, which never violated its "hateful conduct" policy but were suspended several times for allegedly doing so. The only thing that Libs of TikTok was guilty of was reposting the posts of idiots on the Left, thus showing the public how crazy the Left is.

Jack Dorsey, the former CEO of Twitter testified under oath to Congress in 2018 that the company did not censor or shadow-ban conservatives. He has never been indicted for lying.

Third, fourth and fifth installments of the "Twitter Files" focused on Trump's permanent suspension from the platform over the Jan. 6 Capitol riot in 2021. Taibbi wrote about how Twitter circulated tweets related to the election that were "flagged" by the FBI as being problematic. 

Independent reporter Michael Shellenberger wrote that Dorsey was "phoning it in" while on vacation at the time when his deputies were pushing to de-platform Trump. His former head of trust and safety [an oxymoron] Yoel Roth was leading the charge to get Trump thrown off Twitter and censor others over tweets about the 2020 election.

It was discovered that Roth met on a weekly basis with the FBI, Department of Homeland Security and the office of the Director of National Intelligence in the weeks leading up to the election.

Why the hell were the FBI and NIA getting involved in politics? And worse, why the hell are they violating the First Amendment rights of citizens? 

It seems like the only 'problematic' information they want to censor is the information that's a problem for them. Trump's tweets from Jan. 6 didn't violate any Twitter rules and staffers seemed to recognize that. But it was Vijaya Gadde, then-Twitter's head legal chief, who suggested that Trump's posts could be "coded incitement to further violence." 

Soon thereafter, Twitter's "scaled enforcement team" suggested that based on how Twitter interprets Trump's tweets, it could violate the violence incitement policies.

It's time for Adam Schiff and his band of Schiff-heads, to resign. Congress has no legal authority to make demands of the free speech of private companies.

That's bananas.

UCLA prof sues over suspension for not treating Black students as inferior to White students

Professor Gordon Klein at UCLA is suing the school after they put him on involuntary leave and allegedly threatening to fire him because he refuses to grade Black students more lenient than Whites evidently believing both groups of students have the same intellectual abilities and should be treated equally. 

Klein has taught at UCLA for 40 years and is at the Anderson School of Management. He has taught 15 courses and has been a guest on CNBC and has been quoted by the Wall Street Journal.

“Recently, I was suspended from my job for refusing to treat my black students as lesser than their non-black peers,” wrote Klein in an op-ed on Bari Weiss’s “Common Sense” newsletter on Substack.

The dean of UCLA’s business school, who apparently believes that Blacks are intellectually inferior and should be given a break with grading, launched an investigation into Klein’s actions. He put him on leave and attempted to terminate him, according to Klein.

Although Klein was reinstated after three weeks, the highly publicized situation over the matter his negatively impacted on his consultancy practice and led him to lose out on lucrative expert witness contracts, which had comprised the bulk of his income, according to the suit.

Klein also alleges in the suit that he “suffered severe emotional distress, trauma and physical ailments” as a result of the school’s actions.

This all began June 2, 2020 on the heels of the George Floyd case, just eight days after George Floyd died under the knee of then-Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin. 

Floyd had enough fentanyl in his system to kill a village of Hillary Clinton supporters. 

Klein was reinstated three weeks after being put on leave.

An unidentified unaware racist White student e-mailed Professor Klein and asked for a “no harm” final for Black students — meaning poor grades wouldn’t be counted — because the anonymous unaware racist White student believed that Black students would not do as well on the exam.

The email added, “[It’s] not a joint effort to get finals canceled for non-black students, but rather an ask that you exercise compassion and leniency with black students in our major.”

In the op-ed, Klein wrote that he was “shocked” by the proposal, which he found “deeply patronizing and offensive” to Black students.

Klein shot back with a sarcastic reply, which critics slammed as racist. Antonio Bernardo, the dean of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, allegedly tried to have Klein fired because he too believes that Black students need to be graded according to their skin color.

“Are there any students that may be of mixed parentages, such as half Black half-Asian?” Klein wrote in his reply. “What do you suggest I do with respect to them? A full concession or just half?

“Also, do you have any idea if any students are from Minneapolis? I assume that they are probably especially devastated as well. I am thinking that a White student from there might possibly be even more devastated by this, especially because some might think that they’re racist even if they are not.” 

The response, which was posted to social media, ignited a firestorm, and a petition demanding his termination garnered more than 20,000 signatures by people who don't see the racism in their beliefs.

Klein is alleging breach of contract and other claims and is suing the school for unspecified damages “not only to redress the wrongful conduct he has endured but also to protect academic freedom.”

UCLA did not respond to the media's request for comment and still sucks when it comes to wokeness.

NYC psychiatrist tells Yale audience her fantasy about shooting white folks in the head

Hating white people is the new accepted talk around the water cooler. Now it has spread to the campus and this should bother every one of us, regardless of our melanin levels.

Dr. Aruna Khilanani a racist New York City psychiatrist presented her cursed-filled rant on white people at Yale University's Child Study Center in April. The good doctor said that she had fantasies of  “unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way.” She added that she'd walk away from the murder “with a bounce in my step” adding that white people “make my blood boil” and “are out of their minds and have been for a long time.”

White people are out of their minds but she's just a normal person who is just fine and is able to voice her hatred in our free society.

Audio of the talk was posted on the substack online platform of former New York Times opinion writer and editor Bari Weiss on Friday, along with an interview of Khilanani conducted by writer and podcaster Katie Herzog. The quality of the audio is poor but understandable. 

If you read the transcript [in the link above] you might come to the same conclusion as this writer did: Khilanani makes wild, unsubstantiated claims, and half of what she rants about in the pod cast is, at times, a word-salad.

She warns the audience at the start,  “I’m gonna say a lot of things, and it will probably provoke a lot of responses, and I want you to just maybe observe them in yourself.” Then she goes off in a vulgar diatribe against white people and how she cut out almost all of the white people in her obviously angry mentally ill life.

“Nothing makes me angrier than a white person who tells me not to be angry, because they have not seen real anger yet,” she said — before saying how she “systematically” cut off most of her former white friends “around five years ago.

“It was also a public service,” she said. “I had fantasies of unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way, burying their body and wiping my bloody hands as I walked away relatively guiltless with a bounce in my step. Like I did the world a f–king favor.”

If only Khilanani would simply go away and take critical race theory with her.
