Warnock's church may face subpoena for not responding to GA secretary of state

He's as reverend as Al Sharptongue

The Secretary of State's Securities and Charities Division, the agency that determines whether an organization qualifies for tax exemption, has demanded an explanation from the Ebenezer Building Foundation, which is operated by Raphael Warnock's Ebenezer Baptist Church, of its charitable status in the state of Georgia.

"The Division's records indicate that Ebenezer Building Foundation, Inc [...] is not registered as a charitable organization with the State of Georgia," the Securities and Charities Division wrote in an Oct. 12 letter.

In fact, they collect money from low income housing and have gone as far as initiating eviction notices on poor people owing as little as $25.88 in outstanding rent. Between February 2020 and September 2022, a dozen eviction lawsuits were filed against residents.

They vote for whom they deserve

Warnock is the senior pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church and a principal officer of the Ebenezer Building Foundation and makes a comfortable living as such.

The Oct. 12 letter continued, "Accordingly, if Ebenezer Building Foundation is soliciting charitable contributions and operating as a charitable organization in the State of Georgia without an active registration or applicable exemption, it is in violation of O.C.G.A. § 43-17-5, and therefore, is subject to administrative penalties under O.C.G.A. § 43-17-13."

Neither Ebenezer Baptist Church nor Ebenezer Building Foundation replied in writing by the Nov. 2 deadline.

Officials must now decide whether to up the pressure on the church's foundation via subpoena if they continue to refuse answering the state's inquiry, a spokesman for the state's charities division said Thursday as reported by the Washington Free Beacon.

The Ebenezer Baptist Church pays the so-called reverend $7,417 in monthly allowance as it is 99% owner of the Columbia Tower at MLK Village, the residence that is intolerant of poor people late on their rent.

Eight tenants at Columbia Tower, which is also run by Columbia Residential and described as a haven for the "chronically homeless" and those afflicted with "mental disabilities," have been handed eviction notices since early 2020 for owing an average of $125 in rent.

So ask yourself, what would Jesus do?

Herschel Walker responds after Raphael Warnock's hypocrisy is revealed

A damning report was revealed Tuesday depicting incumbent Georgia Democrat Senator Raphael Warnock's hypocrisy. The report depicts Warnock threatening to evict poor residents from low-income housing owned by his church. A number of proverbial rocks had to be turned over to find Warnock hiding beneath shell organizations that kept his name out of view.

The report was written by Andrew Kerr of the Washington Free Beacon and detailed the threatened evictions in the Columbia Tower at MLK Village in Atlanta and that Warnock's church provided him with a sumptuous housing allowance of $7,417 monthly.

Beginning in early 2020, twelve eviction lawsuits were filed against residents of Columbia Tower at MLK Village. Warnock's church owns 99 percent of this housing for poor people where the rent is merely $125 a month and the building received more than $15,000,000 in taxpayer funding.

The building is described as a home for people with "mental disabilities" and also for those struggling with homelessness.

Warnock is the senior pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church and draws a salary along with the housing allowance. In other words, he's doing rather well for a simple pastor.

The report discusses the 12 eviction lawsuits from 2020 and this is where the hypocrisy comes in. It was at this time when pastor Warnock was criticizing Republicans for opposing a rent and mortgage payment moratorium while he was busy trying to evict his own tenants.
Unemployment benefits have expired, rent is due today, and many Georgia families are at risk of eviction in the middle of a pandemic.

My opponents are supposed to be serving the people in Washington, but they're clearly only concerned with serving their own interests

— Reverend Raphael Warnock (@ReverendWarnock) August 1, 2020
Yeah, he's 'reverend' alright. He's as reverend as the white hater race hustler Reverend Al Sharpton

As Kerr noted, less than three weeks after tweeting his attack that Republicans were not in favor of a rent moratorium, a lawsuit was filed over past-due rent in the amount of $28.55.

Meanwhile, the church had the finances available to cover the pittance of past-due rents owed in the 12 lawsuits, which amounted to $4,900. The Ebenezer Baptist Church ended 2021 with $1,000,000 on hand.
Ebenezer Baptist Church owns the building through a network of shell organizations connected to the Ebenezer Building Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity that delegates all management duties to the church and identifies Warnock as its principal officer in its IRS Form 990 filings.

Residents were reportedly unaware that the church even owned the building — which appears to be by design due to the aforementioned shell organizations that covered up multiple layers before Warnock's name appeared in an official capacity:
“Ebenezer Baptist Church owns the building through a network of shell organizations connected to the Ebenezer Building Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity that delegates all management duties to the church and identifies Warnock as its principal officer in its IRS Form 990 filings.”
“They treat me like a piece of shit. They’re not compassionate at all,” Vietnam veteran and Columbia Tower resident Phillip White, 69, explained, saying that the building had moved to evict him twice. The first time he paid the back rent — $179 — plus $325 in fees.

So here is where Warnock's political opponent, Herschel Walker, comes in.

Walker responded to Kerr's report with on Twitter, “I have never known a preacher that likes abortion even after birth, won’t pay his child support and evicts poor people to the street. I will pay the $4500 in past due rents listed in this news article to keep @ReverendWarnock from evicting these people.”

And not mentioned is that Warnock ran over his ex-wife's foot with his vehicle and claimed he didn't.

Warren backs AOC's illegal alien welfare scam

Presidential candidate Sen. Elizabeth "Dances with Dunces" Warren (D-MA) agrees with fellow socialist Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Comatose's proposal to use U.S. taxpayer money to benefit illegal aliens [a term I am able to use due to the fact that I no longer live in New York City where I could be fined $250 thousand for saying illegal aliens.]

This is clearly a case of taxation without representation, a case of our government caring more for illegal aliens than American veterans.

Comatose's proposal, labeled "A Just Society," calls for nationwide rent control a move that takes away the rights of private landlords and gives them to the government, [aka Big Brother.] It also forces the federal government to provide welfare benefits to illegal aliens even with criminal histories, all at the taxpayer's expense.

Warren is the first socialist presidential candidate to endorse the idiotic plan from the former bartender, referring to it as "just the type of bold, comprehensive thinking we'll need" to make "big structural change," but not mentioning how it will raise taxes to the point of effectively making the working class indentured servants of the government and, in effect, of the people who are able to enter the country illegally.

Obviously-Comatose is considered to be "one of the most important endorsements in America," because the left tends to vote with their libidos and feelings.

Warren's immediate support of her latest policy marks another attempt to win the freshman congressman's nod of approval and say anything to get votes. Her flagrant embrace of the moron's plan is the latest sign of the socialist's policy impact on the Democratic presidential field, a political field that, if in power, will make Venezuela look "comfortable."

Neither AOC nor Warren returned requests for comment because being questioned about stupid ideas might make them look stupid. Let's face it, when AOC wants to make it illegal for the federal government to deny welfare benefits to ex-convicts and illegal aliens, and Warren thinks that this is bold, you're taking full-blown socialism with a dash of crazy. And another of AOC's bills titled "The Place to Prosper Act" calls for federal rent control and would impose a 3 percent national cap on annual rent increases. It would also dry up supply and lead to greater homelessness.

Like her farting cow elimination, AOC's ideas are sophomoric and unrealistic. But that's only because they're communistic and dangerous, and the fact that Warren has endorsed the crazy ruminations of a bent mind should give pause to every voter.

Circumnavigating the Constitution

Obama is seditious. He is going around the Constitution and "not waiting for congress to do something about______________" (fill in the blank). He can't wait for our Congress???? What about our Constitution--doesn't that count?

Most dangerous POTUS
For those homes that are "under water," meaning that the debt owed on it is greater than the home is worth, Obama wants to make it easier for them to borrow money. More money, more money--that's the only solution socialist-Marxists can come up with to solve the problems of the economy. It doesn't matter that their ideas have been proven--that is, proven not to work. And the gall Obama has to think he is the lawmaker of the land; the freaking King of the Untied States (spelling intended), and can go around our laws and make his own. That is impeachable!

Call your representatives and tell them that Obama must not take the law into his own hands. We can wait for our democratic processes to deal with the economy, even though it might take time--the reason we wait is because we cannot put the power of the law into the hands of the few--that's why we live in a representative government, and why we disagree.

The left will see Obama as an active, hands-on president and will not even consider the ramifications of his totalitarian actions. If he is allowed to go around the Constitution, what is he not allowed to disobey? He is like the child in the sandbox making up the rules of the game as he goes along, because he cannot tolerate losing. I have said it before, if given the chance for a third, fourth, and twentieth term, Obama would try for it, and there will always be leftist idiots who would vote for him, just like the idiots who tried to defend Qaddafi.
