Mike Avenatti attacks Trump Jr. and Nike

Is porn actress lawyer Michael Avenatti trying to get in his "last licks" by going after Donald Trump Jr. and Nike, or is he simply trying to create a distraction hoping to get away with extortion much like Hillary Clinton has thus far gotten away with violating the Espionage Act?

Over the last several weeks, Avenatti, who rose to national fame after he represented porn actress Stormy Daniels [called "Horse Face" by President Trump], but have since had a falling out and parted ways. Now the slimy lawyer is facing two federal lawsuits, where in one he tried to "shake down" Nike Inc. for millions of dollars and the conversation was caught on tape by the FBI.

Rather than trying to come up with a defense for his precarious legal situation, Avenatti, who once appeared on CNN 59 times in less than two months, is trolling Nike and Donald Trump Jr. on Twitter.

On March 24, FBI Special Agent Christopher Harper submitted a complaint to the Southern District of New York alleging that a few days earlier the bald-headed idiot and an unnamed co-conspirator "devised a scheme to extort a company [Nike] by means of an interstate communication by threatening to damage the company's reputation if the company did not agree to make multi-million dollar payments to Avenatti and [his co-conspirator who we later learned worked for CNN as a commentator], and further agree to pay $1.5 million to a client of Avenatti's."

In phone calls and meetings recorded by the FBI, Avenatti allegedly threatened Nike that he would release damaging information about an "Adidas-like" scandal involving Nike employees if they did not "retain" him and his co-conspirator for millions of dollars to conduct an unasked-for internal investigation. Avenatti was charged with attempted extortion and various forms of fraud and besides prison, his soul is going to rot in hell for all eternity. So to kill time before that, he took to Twitter.

Since, the embattled lawyer has been posting tweets intended to damage Nike. "Contrary to Nike’s claims yesterday, they have NOT been cooperating with investigators for over a year," Avenatti tweeted two days after being arrested and released on $300,000 bond. "Unless you count lying in response to subpoenas and withholding documents as “cooperating.” They are trying to divert attention from their own crimes." That tweet is one of many the lawyer has since posted, proving that not only is he a complete fool, but he's also a crappy attorney.

Along with steadily attacking Nike, the cretin has been lashing out at Donald Trump Jr., apparently prompted, at least in part, by Trump Jr. ripping the lawyer over his failed Nike "shakedown."

"Fortunately we don’t all grow up with silver spoons in our mouth and a gold toilet under our ass," Avenatti declares in one post, not explaining why that would be fortunate not to have gold toilets. "If you are so smart and tough, let’s appear together and have a serious discussion about the issues. Bring the brains in the family - obviously not daddy." It might have to be a timed discussion because of the constraints on visiting hours at the federal prison where he should end up living.

In another post, Avenatti says his new enemy's "greatest two accomplishments during his lifetime are his inclusion in the lucky sperm club and carrying his sister’s puppy purse." Avenatti's "two greatest lifetime accomplishments" are his getting caught in an extortion scheme and losing the respect of a porn star.

Weiner's out

The disgraced ex-husband of Hillary Clinton's aide Huma Abedin, has been released from prison. Former Congressman Anthony Weiner's release is now part of the federal re-entry program in New York as he awaits his full release later this spring.

Weiner, who was convicted for sexting a 15-year-old North Carolina girl and sentenced to 21 months in prison, has been transferred from Federal Medical Center in Massachusetts into the care of New York’s Residential Re-entry Management program.

It is unclear if the Democrat ex-congressman and NY City mayoral hopeful spent much of his time in the prison gym gettin pumped and ripped, but people are taking bets over whether or not he got inked while in the joint.

It is believed that Weiner [aka Carlos Danger] is finishing out the remainder of his light sentence in a halfway house [because he's a halfwit] or possibly in home confinement before his May 14th official release.

Good conduct [not sexting little girls and not shivving anyone in the yard] while in prison has shaved off about three months from his sentence. He will spend three years on supervised release and will have to pay a $10,000 fine as well as register as a sex offender.

He will probably not run for mayor in New York, but he actually might have a shot if he tries Washington, D.C. After all, if Marion Barry can get arrested for freebasing cocaine in 1990, blame the "b***h that set [me] up" and get video taped in the process, get sentenced, serve time and then be elected mayor of D.C., Weiner has a good shot at getting the job. It's easy.

Once a prominent wunderkind in the Democratic Party, Weiner’s political career began to circle the bowl in 2011 when he resigned from Congress after admitting to sending an X-rated photo and engaging in inappropriate relationships with women online.

While he attempted a loud, obnoxious comeback in 2013, running for New York City mayor, that campaign went down the dumper when it was revealed that he had sexted with another woman under the pseudonym “Carlos Danger.”

Having yet to learn his lesson, in 2017 he was busted for texting with a high school girl and eventually sentenced to time with Bubba et al.

U.S. District Judge Denise L. Cote issued the sentence in federal court in New York and said in a statement: “This is a serious crime that deserves serious punishment.”
During his sentencing, Weiner wept like a huge Clinton supporter on Election Night. He read from a prepared statement for several minutes, describing himself as “an addict” and calling his crime “rock bottom.” He said he has a “disease,” but it is not an “excuse.”

His ex-wife has not been available for comment and rumor has it she's camping out with "friends" in the Muslim Sisterhood, an organization that's part of the Muslim Brotherhood, and frequented by her mother.

Citizen cannon fodder

Isn't it ironic that people in Congress are not required to have Obamacare like the rest of us? I don't believe the Obama administration has been fair with the American people.

Now that Obama has obtained the biggest one-time release of federal inmates in the nation's history, isn't it ironic that Congressional staff, the Obama administration, Valerie Jarrett, and the so-called president himself, get Secret Service protection? Yes, it's just as ironic as Diane Feinstein being all in for more and more gun control while she keeps her piece in her purse and also has SS protection.

Since the start of November, 6112 federal inmates are now walking among us because of a decision made by the U.S. Sentencing Commission to reduce sentences for most drug trafficking offenses and apply them retroactively.

Many of these offenders have been incarcerated for years and now that they've been set free, how will they be able to find employment when they have to compete with the illegal aliens who come across our borders like a certain species of rodent leaving a sinking ship?
Where's Waldo

Where is the safety net to help these so-called non-violent offenders make a smooth transition from a life of crafting license plates and shivs to keeping up with the Kardashians? How will these once-upon-a-time miscreants find a decent job?

"On average these criminals have been in federal prison for nine years--you don't have to be a sheriff to realize that a felon, after nine years in jail, isn't going to be adding value to the community. A third are illegals and felons, so they can't work. What do we think they are going to do?" Sheriff Paul Babeu of Pinal County, AZ asked.

The not-so blind Justice Department says that 77% of current inmates are in half-way houses or home confinement.

I already feel better about that. I mean, what are the chances of recidivism?
Fieldgoal?

On the good side, only 1,764 of these drug traffickers are illegal aliens, which makes them illegal alien drug traffickers. These scumcrumpets are slated for deportation, so what are the chances they'll return to traffic more drugs or shoot innocent Americans out for a walk along a boardwalk?

There is no way the United States of America is going to allow them to return here again, knowing what we know about these guys.

Never mind.
