Special Counsel Jack Smith moves to drop all cases against President-elect Trump

Special Counsel Jack Smith knows his days at the Justice Department are numbered. It's pretty clear that President-elect Donald Trump plans to let him go, and there's no chance his two current cases against the new administration will continue. Today, he asked to dismiss the charges related to election interference, which many see as a sign that the Democrat-led legal attacks against Mr. Trump have completely failed. He also decided to drop his appeal in the case about classified documents. This whole situation is wrapping up, according to the Washington Post:

"Special Counsel Jack Smith asked a judge on Monday to dismiss the federal election interference charges against incoming president Donald Trump, putting an end to a lengthy investigation that never made it trial.

Smith asked U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan to dismiss the case without prejudice, acknowledging that Justice Department policy prohibits prosecuting a sitting president. If she does that, it leaves open the possibility that prosecutors could again bring charges once Trump leaves office after his second White House term."

Legal experts have mentioned that once in office, Trump might do something that's never been tried before: He could pardon himself to prevent any future legal trouble.

Trump is currently facing four charges linked to trying to interfere with the 2020 election results.

Since there's no upcoming election for him, it wouldn't surprise me if Trump thought about pardoning himself, but his close advisors might talk him out of it, not wanting to pull his focus from important legislative goals. However, this could also serve as a useful distraction for the media, who would likely become extremely upset over such a move, allowing Trump to push through a bunch of executive orders and laws aimed at securing the border and boosting the economy. Alternatively, Mr. Trump could decide to pardon himself in the very last moments of his presidency in 2029.

Today’s decision by the DOJ ends the unconstitutional federal cases against President Trump and is a major victory for the rule of law," said Steven Cheung, Trump's incoming White House Communications Director. "The American People and President Trump want an immediate end to the political weaponization of our justice system, and we look forward to uniting our country.”

Trump won, they lost and now they're trying to CYA.

NYC Democrat wants firings after violent criminal takes advantage of liberal policy slashing three New Yorkers

Democrat New York Governor, Kathy Hochul, stepped into the New York State Executive Mansion when then Governor Andrew Cuomo left office in shame. Due to the fact that she is on the left, she was voted into office and has since made the state a joke when it comes to illegal aliens.

U.S. Representative Richie Torres from the Bronx, a Democrat, criticized New York's leaders this past weekend for their criminal justice reforms, which he believes allowed for "a homicidal rampage" in broad daylight last week. This resulted in the tragic deaths of three innocent people, killed by a violent man with mental health issues who was let out of jail too soon.

"The bureaucrat in DOC [Department of Correction] who authorized the early release of Ramon should be fired," Torres wrote in an intense letter to Hochul and New York City Mayor Eric Adams, both Democrats. "Those who cannot be entrusted with public safety should no longer be employed by the people of New York."

He went on to say that "layers upon layers of government failure" made it possible for Ramon Rivera, a repeat offender with eight prior crimes, to be free. His most recent time in jail included a move to the psychiatric unit at Bellevue Hospital, where he assaulted a corrections officer.

Last week, police arrested the 51-year-old homeless man for allegedly stabbing three people to death in separate incidents in Manhattan on November 18.

Torres criticized the city's Department of Correction, calling it "the worst offender" in Rivera's case. Rivera was let out of jail four months early for "good behavior," even though he had attacked someone at Bellevue and faced no consequences for it, according to Torres.

In the letter, Torres points out that these crimes committed by illegal aliens is "preventable," but the city and state don't have the will to prevent them. He said that the state refuses to allow the mayor the legal authority to prevent the illegal aliens that commit crimes from roaming the streets. He also mentioned, as an example, the homeless illegal alien who went on a stabbing spree.

Torres also blamed Hochul for the stabbing spree, and called on the governor to give New York City police greater power to "institutionalize people," as violent recidivism, homelessness, and mental illness run rampant in NY City. 

Just another example of how the leaders the people vote into office, get what they voted for, good and hard.

Second Cup terminates franchisee anti-Semite who gave Nazi salute and called for "final solution"

The Hitler fans are crawling out of the woodwork in the West. 

On Thursday anti-Semites protested at Concordia University acting like full-fledged Nazi thugs and this has sparked an outcry  in Montreal and all across Canada and the globe.

The Nazi-ish rallies took place as part of a two-day strike by hundreds of students from Concordia and McGill Universities, and Dawson College. Dawson and Concordia’s Hall Building closed for the day citing safety concerns because you know how Nazis can get violent, especially against Jews and glass windows. 

In fact, the entire event was reminiscent of Kristallnacht, often called "Night of Broken Glass." It was a pivotal event in Nazi Germany that happened on November 9 to 10 in 1938 after Hitler had implemented many anti-Semitic policies, such as the Nuremberg Laws of 1935, which stripped Jews of their citizenship and civil rights.

More than 7,500 Jewish-owned business were vandalized or destroyed. Over 1,400 synagogues were burned or damaged, and many Jewish homes and community centers were ransacked. 

Approximately 91 Jews were murdered and about 30,000 Jewish men were arrested and sent to Nazi concentration camps such as Dachau, Sachsenahausen, and Buchenwald. Many died there but evidently the scumbags of today don't think that was enough.

The entire Hall Building at Concordia was broken into and occupied by a mob who were seen on video breaking down doors, destroying glass and lights, and spraying graffiti on walls.

Concordia security attempted to stop the rioters, but they flooded the main floor of the Hall building, where they overturned garbage cans and flooded in. Police are looking into an alleged assault on a security guard and alleged acts of mischief. As far as we know, police are not looking into the people who may have organized the riot, but this may be happening covertly.

One of the anti-Semitic, Hitler-loving, scumcrumpet protester, Mai Abdulhadi, owned [past tense] and operated a franchise the Second Cup, located at the Jewish General Hospital [really, no pun intended]. She was videoed yelling,  "the final solution is coming your way," to pro-Israel counter protesters, and giving the Nazi salute with several others.  Of course, the term "final solution," (in German, Endlösung) originated in Nazi Germany and used as a euphemism for the planned genocide of the Jewish people during the Second World War. 

The full term "Final Solution to the Jewish Question" (Endlösung der Judenfrage) was officially adopted by top Nazi leadership to describe their policy of the systematic extermination of Jews all across Europe. It was the result of years of anti-Semitic measures that began as discrimination and expulsion, and ended with mass murder.

Once evidence came to light about Mai Abdulhadi, Second Cup terminated her franchise agreement on Friday.

 Second Cup stated that it "has zero tolerance for hate speech. In coordination with the hospital, we shut down the franchisee's café and are terminating their franchise agreement. This franchisee's actions are not only a breach of our franchise agreement, they also violate the values of inclusion and community we stand for at Second Cup."

And let's face it: Nazis suck.

ICE warns Gov. Hochul after illegal alien is arrested in upstate NY

Democratic-run states may be aiding and abetting illegal aliens under the current failed administration, but as President-elect Trump is ready to get back into the White House, immigration and border officials made it clear that they will be following orders from Trump, not from governors who want to destroy the country.

Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) criticized Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) while announcing the arrest of a wanted illegal immigrant in upstate New York. The Brazilian national had numerous charges against him in the U.S. and Brazil. 

“The men and women of ERO [Enforcement and Removal Operations] will continue to protect our communities from dangerous offenders, regardless of what the governor of New York state says,” Buffalo Field Office Director Thomas Brophy said in a statement. “We will not be deterred by politicians putting votes over protecting the citizens of this nation.”

Well said.

The illegal alien was wanted for strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child in the U.S. and is under investigation in Brazil for several crimes, including murder. The arrest of the scumcrumpet came within days of one another and had a final order of removal.

“These cases highlight the dangers of ‘sanctuary’ jurisdictions and state policies that obstruct law enforcement from cooperating with ERO,” Brophy said.

The question now is whether the Democrat governors will go along with ICE officials who will do their job in which Trump had promised mass deportation before he was elected. The ball is in their court: the governors can either help with the removal and deportations of illegal aliens, get out of the way, or make it difficult to carry out Trump's plans.

Although Hochul called Trump just days after he won the election to “reaffirm” their cooperation, we have yet to learn whether she will cooperate with the incoming administration's plans.

On the other hand, New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) spoke out of both sides of his mouth as he begged Trump to “fix the border” while also saying he does not support mass deportations. He will obviously say anything to stay in office.

Nearly 500,000 illegal immigrants are in New York City, with over 220,000 of them who have arrived in New York City since spring 2022.

Trump's pick for border czar, Tom Homan, is the former heado of Immigration and Customs Enforcement during Trump's first administration. Homan has promised to close the border and it's very probable that he will be successful, as he warned those who refuse to cooperate with the incoming administration that there will be consequences.

Planned Parenthood busted for selling 23-week old aborted babies to University

America's biggest baby-killer business has done it again: the got caught selling baby body parts to a university for shady research.

There are documents released under a California public records request showing that the abortion factory was selling 23-week-old aborted babies.

The documents that have been recently exposed demonstrate that Planned Parenthood, an organization that doesn't plan parenthood but ends it, has been providing the University of California, San Diego with fetal tissue from fetuses aborted in elective procedures, up to the 23-week mark, where these fetuses might have been viable outside the womb. These contracts hint at a trade where fetal material is used in research, with the possibility of gaining intellectual property rights in return.

David Daleiden from the Center for Medical Progress, among other critics, argues that these arrangements could breach laws by potentially engaging in illegal partial-birth abortions and showing racial bias in the consent process. There's been an upsurge in demands for a federal investigation, asserting that there might be a breach of regulations concerning the sale of human tissue for monetary gain.

The transactions involving the sale of aborted fetuses and their parts were detailed in agreements where UCSD was to acquire “proprietary” fetal material from Planned Parenthood. In return, Planned Parenthood would receive "valuable consideration," meaning they would own any patents or intellectual property resulting from research using this material.

This troubling revelation starts with a heavily-censored research plan that the UCSD Institutional Review Board (IRB) accepted in 2018. Specifically on page 3, it's noted that the research lab at UCSD intended to "collect tissues from fetuses with gestational ages of 4 to 23 weeks from individuals having elective abortions at Planned Parenthood in San Diego." The document also specifies that fetuses deemed "viable and nonanomalous" were included in the study. It's crucial to note that at 23 weeks, most healthy fetuses can now survive with the aid of advanced medical technology.

The IRB submission elaborates that part of the clinical data for each subject will involve “evidence of fetal heart activity by ultrasound immediately prior to the dilation and evacuation procedure.” The research project aimed to procure fetal material from as many as 2,500 patients.

In related communications at the time of the plan's creation, an individual involved in the harvesting process mentions, “[A]ny sample greater than about 12.5w[eeks] requires the use of a dilating medication which is given to the patients 3 hours ahead of their procedure (these are called “cyto” patients).” “Cyto” refers to Cytotec, or Misoprostol, which is commonly utilized in medical abortions to induce labor contractions.

Research indicates that a dose of 50 micrograms of Misoprostol can typically initiate labor within 4 hours. However, Planned Parenthood's guidelines suggest using between 400 to 800 micrograms for later-stage "dilation and evacuation" abortions, which is significantly more, and they advise against letting patients depart from the facility after receiving the medication.

“Planned Parenthood’s use of heavy doses of a labor contraction drug to dilate pregnant women targeted for a viable fetus harvesting project means these are likely not standard ‘dismemberment’ abortions, but either intact partial-birth abortions or full delivery of live preemies,” notes David Daleiden, founder and president of CMP.

Further email correspondence supports this assertion. When discussing the collection of fetal hearts, a UCSD researcher asked the harvesting lab, “Is there someone that we can coordinate with in your lab? We were unclear as to whether you bring the fetuses back to your lab for dissections or if the dissections will be done in clinic. I can have my folks who are cc’d coordinate with whomever is doing the collection.”

Documentation from earlier this year, obtained through a public records request, revealed that there were transfers of aborted fetuses from Planned Parenthood to UC San Diego facilitated by a “Biological Materials Transfer Agreement” contract. This contract, exchanged for “valuable consideration,” allows UCSD “access” to “fetal and placental tissue, which are proprietary materials of PPSD”. It stipulates that “PPSD shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Material, including but not limited to all right, title, and interest in patents and patent applications and other intellectual property rights relating to the Material”.

In March, Sen. Marco Rubio requested an investigation from the U.S. DOJ and HHS. The transfer of any aborted human fetal tissue for “valuable consideration” is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).

Disturbingly, the documents released today also show racial discrimination in what consent forms for the harvesting program tell pregnant women at Planned Parenthood. The English-language forms include 15 bullet-pointed disclosures, the thirteenth of which states: “I understand that the donated blood, tissue, or their derivatives may have significant therapeutic or commercial value. I consent to such uses.” However, this disclosure about the “commercial value” of the patient’s aborted baby is missing from the Spanish-language forms. The documents show UCSD’s IRB approved the racially-disparate translations in at least four consecutive years, from 2017 to 2020.

“The University of California’s documents show Planned Parenthood using labor-inducing chemical abortion drugs to deliver viable, healthy preemies with ultrasound-documented heartbeats in their taxpayer-funded abortion factories—and rather than rushing those preemies to the University hospital NICU, they cut out their hearts and other body parts to sell for patent royalty-generating experiments,” states Daleiden. “These are not just the federal crimes of partial-birth abortion and selling body parts, but also of murder for hire—disparately targeted to Spanish-speaking minorities. State and federal authorities should act to protect the civil rights of mothers and infants immediately.”

Today’s revelation comes just one day after alleged President Joe Biden gave a Presidential Medal of Freedom to former Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards, who oversaw the aborted baby part sales.

If that doesn't disgust you, I have no words.

Texas imam arrested and charged in child pornography case

A Texas imam, Wisam Sharieff is in custody in Talladega County, Texas, and is facing federal charges of conspiracy to produce child pornography. Court documents accuses him of soliciting disgustingly explicit videos of a child from a Shelby County resident.

Sharieff is considered a flight risk and is being held without bond.

The mother of the child, Blake Miller Barakat, was arrested in Chelsea last month on child sexual abuse charges and is being held on nearly $2 million bond. 

Court documents indicate Barakat identified Sharieff as her online teacher who taught her about the Quran and used religion to discuss sexual topics as Islam is wont to do, and children are not out of bounds as the prophet of Islam, Mohammed, set the example as he was married to Ayisha when she was 6-years-old, and consummated the marriage when she was 9. 

Sharieff eventually expressed interest to Barakat about a child and court documents allege that Barakat and the imam began making pornographic videos of her and the child which she sent to Sharieff.

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office said the county DHR office informed deputies it received as anonymous tip from a resident in Euless, Texas who reported Sharieff was receiving videos of a minor. It is my belief that it was the wife of Sharieff who discovered the videos sent to her imam husband, and reported it to authorities.

The sheriff's office said investigators were led to Barakat and they requested help from Birmingham FBI with identifying and locating Sharieff.

BREAKING: Trump Sentencing Delayed in Hush Money Case

NEW YORK CITY -- Professor Alan Dershowitz coined the term "lawfare," and it's appropriate to use it in the case[s] brought against President-elect Donald Trump. The case in question here is the one brought up about pornography performer Stormy Daniels [whose real name is Stephanie A. Gregory Clifford] in which Trump was found guilty but sentencing has been delayed indefinitely.

Prosecutors appear to be leaning toward freezing the case for four years while Trump is in office so that it hangs over his head while he heads the country. See, it's more important for the lunatic left to make him look bad and perhaps fail as president, than it is to want the US to be successful and the world to be safe. If that wasn't true, the borders would have been closed, walls built, when Joe Biden came into power.

That is why Trump won the election--people are fed up with the left and their actions that seem to show they care more about the illegal aliens coming into the country, than our citizens, which is why Hurricane Milton's victims received a paltry $750 while illegal aliens got $10,000 dollars, luxury hotel housing, and free medical benefits.

Judge Juan Merchan, in a one-page court filing, granted a request to postpone Trump's scheduled sentencing on Nov. 26 as defense lawyers continue to work to dismiss the case, according to multiple media reports. 

Merchan's daughter, Loren Merchan, has been involved with Authentic Campaigns, a consulting firm that works with Democratic clients, including some who've criticized Trump or fundraised based upon his legal issues.

Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts related to hush money payments made years ago to Stormy Daniels.

Earlier this week, District Attorney Alvin Bragg in a letter to Merchan filed on Tuesday wrote that his office acknowledges that Trump is not likely to be sentenced “until after the end or after the end of Defendant’s upcoming presidential term.”

Bragg also told Merchan not to dismiss Trump’s conviction because Bragg hates Trump and also happens to be an incompetent attorney with a chip on his shoulder.

Massive airstrike in Syria neutralizes 68

Palmyra, Syria -- On Wednesday, an Israeli airstrike in Syria struck three positions used by Hezbollah and other pro-Iranian terrorist organizations.

A series of Israeli airstrikes in eastern Syria resulted in the deaths of at least 68 individuals, according to a Syrian opposition group, marking it as one of the most lethal attacks attributed to Israel in the region in recent years.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), an anti-regime watchdog based in London, reported that the strikes involved three separate attacks by Israeli warplanes on Wednesday. These attacks targeted positions held by Hezbollah and other groups allied with Iran near Palmyra, in the Homs district.

The SOHR updated their casualty figures on Thursday, stating that all 68 victims were combatants. This included 42 Syrian fighters linked to pro-Iranian militias, among them five officers collaborating with Hezbollah. Additionally, the casualties comprised four Lebanese Hezbollah members and 22 fighters from the Nujaba Movement who were not Syrian.

The strikes also wounded 43 people, with seven of those being civilians, as per the SOHR's report.

The Syrian government's news agency, SANA, corroborated the event, reporting that at least 36 Syrians were killed and over 50 were wounded in the attacks.

“The Zionist entity committed a horrific crime in Palmyra today, which claimed the lives of 36 citizens and injured dozens of others in the air aggression carried out by Israeli aircraft, targeting a number of residential buildings and causing material damage to the buildings and surrounding area.” Syria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in a statement to SANA Wednesday.

The Syrian defense ministry reported that among the Syrian nationals killed in the airstrikes, ten were soldiers of the Syrian army.

The Israeli military chose not to comment on the matter when approached regarding the airstrikes.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), the attacks consisted of two bombings within the Al-Jam’iya neighborhood of Palmyra. These strikes hit a weapons storage facility and a building where leaders of pro-Iranian militias were stationed.
