Alexandria Occasionally-Comatose doesn't know her weather from her elbow

"Thinking gives me a headache"
The following is satirical in parts, true overall.

Rep. Alexandria Occasionally-Comatose (Socialist-NY) has now become America's favorite weather cretin on social media. There was a tornado warning in the Washington, D.C. area on Thursday and, in that incredibly annoying nasal voice, she tried to connect it to climate change -- prompting one meteorologist to call her out for not knowing "the difference between weather and climate."

The low-information congresswoman shared a video on Instagram, [a platform she often uses to show America her favorite vegan recipes or her dance moves when not legislating.] She showed America the conditions outside, as heavy rains drenched the region and prompted a brief, very rare, tornado warning inside the Beltway.

“There's people stuck outside," she whined. "We need to get them out. This is crazy. Did I mention that I have a garbage disposal in my luxurious apartment? I still don't have the hang of it, but my boyfriend is coming over and together we might figure it out."

The Green New Deal pusher next shared a story published by PBS in March questioning if climate change makes tornadoes worse and put nasal emphasis on a quote from the piece that read, "Rather than lie squarely in the Great Plains, America’s tornadoes appear to be sliding into the Midwest and Southeast. Gee, I didn't know tornadoes can slide. That's way cool. I mean terrible."

"Tornadoes are challenging to link to climate change links due to their nature (geographically, limited, acute patterns, how they form, etc.)," the not so busy legislator told her myriad followers as she reviewed the article. "But we DO know that tornadoes HAVE been changing. They are no longer being limited to the Great Plains, and are shifting to other regions of the country. People . . . if we don't do something right away, we'll all be dead in twelve years, and this time I'm not kidding."

“The climate crisis is real y’all … guess we’re at casual tornadoes in growing regions of the country,” she wrote on Instagram, trying to sound folksy and cute.

An actual meteorologist, Ryan Maue, however, argued that she was confusing climate change with "weather" in the capital region.

"The Congresswoman @AOC does not know the difference between weather and climate," wrote Maue, who also works with the libertarian-leaning Cato Institute. "Let's try an easy analogy: Weather is what outfit you wear heading out the door. Climate is your closet wardrobe."

Truthfully, the congresswoman needs to do Congress things rather than make videos. She's cute, but her stupidity takes away from her looks and makes her look, well, stupid.

BREAKING: at least 14 dead, many injured in large tornado in Ala.

At least 14 people are confirmed dead and "many, many" injured by a large tornado that destroyed several southeast Alabama homes Sunday, officials said.

WSFA reported that the Lee County sheriff said the fatalities occurred during at least two tornadoes that hit the county.

An 8-year-old girl in Beauregard is among the dead, according to the news outlet.

Bill Harris, the Lee County Coroner, said on Sunday evening that he expects more bodies to be found and the number of deaths to rise as search crews comb through rubble and debris. About 150 first responders were called to the scene.

“We’ve still got people being pulled out of rubble. We’re going to be here all night,” Harris said.

Alabama Emergency Management Agency spokesman Gregory Robinson said no deaths have been reported in the state beyond Lee County.

The deaths and injuries occurred in the community of Beauregard in Lee County, an area in the eastern part of the state near the Georgia line, Rita Smith with the Lee County Emergency Management Agency told The Associated Press.

Smith said multiple homes have been destroyed or damaged in Beauregard, a community about 60 miles east of Montgomery.

Meteorologist Meredith Wyatt with the Birmingham, Alabama office of the National Weather Service said radar and video evidence showed what looked like a large tornado crossing the area near Beauregard shortly after 2 p.m. Sunday.

The Weather Channel reported that nearly 26,000 customers were without power in Georgia early Sunday evening; another 16,500 had no electricity in Alabama.

Numerous tornado warnings were posted across parts of Alabama and Georgia on Sunday as a severe storm system churned across the Deep South.

This is a developing story and was reported by AP.

Hate Tweet from the Far Left Vast Liberal Conspiracy

We conservatives are the ones who make everything political. It's never the left--they're too busy helping the poor, healing the sick, stopping our racist tendencies on the right, and making the oceans rise. Why do we think the left are disingenuous phonies who only feel good when they take advantage of our good nature or say something totally insensitive and cruel?

Because it's true.

Liberals know how to put on a good show, which is why many of them go on to become great actors and entertainers. They love to work for charities, as long they get paid and the donations come from conservatives, where most charitable money comes from, particularly if your name is Biden.

But in spite of that, liberals don't gloat when disaster befalls others, particularly others on the right side of the aisle. Wait. I just found something that speaks to the contrary. It looks like Lizz Winstead, one of the creators of the Daily Show, (that left wing news organization that Obama depends upon for his low information voters to get low information) has tweeted a politically motivated hate tweet involving the tornado in Moore, Oklahoma and conservatives. (See it below and give your opinion if you will.)

By the way, if the tornado "it has been ordered to only target conservatives," does this mean Winstead thinks Obama is responsible for ordering it?
